Absolute disaster. Completely overwhelmed and incompetent employees work here. Rarely seen such a bad branch. I'm more likely to get my food in a restaurant than in this FAST food branch. Just close the boom and you're good.

We've never experienced anything like this at McDonald's. While we were waiting for our order, an employee walked through the rows and asked the guests to enter a rating on their cell phones, and as a “thank you” they were given a drink voucher. She was really pushy and waited until the customer had submitted the review, constantly looking at the guest's cell phone and the input. You felt really harassed. The fries were tasteless…

What a chaotic shop, the whole oasis is now more of a theater of war and the branch manager, if it's that greasy old grandpa, acts like he's the king of the Hindu Kush

Its a fast food restaurant, everything should be fresh and fast made, and the strategy for this branch is to pre fill the cola, it this hot weather you’d receive your cola not cold enough and the ice is half melted also, half of the gas is out. Just to make it easier for the workers . I guess it doesn’t match the standards of mcdonald’s.

Waiting very long for order We had 40 minutes

Very unfriendly staff were just shouted at and bitched at, the lady at the counter didn't give a cent back and the iced tea only tastes like water, impossible

Dear McDonald's team, I would like to describe my most recent experience in your branch, which unfortunately was extremely negative. After enjoying our meal and properly putting away the trays, we decided to smoke a cigarette on the terrace outside. At this point we were suddenly approached by an employee whose knowledge of German was very limited. This employee's tone was extremely derogatory and demeaning. He asked us in an unfriendly tone to leave the area and go somewhere else. We had cleaned up our food and trays out of respect for other guests and the staff and were able to prove this with our receipt. Nevertheless we were treated badly and asked to leave. When I asked to speak to the boss, the employee simply responded with “no, I’m the boss,” which I couldn’t believe. I have never experienced such treatment. I expect that customers who spend their money in your restaurant will be treated with respect and courtesy. I was deeply disappointed by this experience and I hope that appropriate measures are taken to ensure that this does not happen again.

It was very busy as always. Used the ordering post and got our food within 5 minutes!

Real juice shop I'll never go there again forget fries man has to wait 30 minutes because everyone who only has ice cream or prefers a drink is really sad

Burgers seem smaller than normal and McDonalds seems more pricey than other chains. Waited half an hour for 2 milkshakes, staff doesn't help and ignores you. Can't speak English either.

It feels like the staff can't speak German and are unfriendly. They gave me the wrong toy, I told them yes, it's wrong, they don't have any left, food is cold and dry, they forget everything, orders are incomplete, full of snot

Went there today, unfortunately you have to give stars otherwise it would clearly be 0 stars. Paid, waited 37 minutes, and when asked, I was approached with the rude statement that you have to wait, I won't discuss!!! That was the last time at McDonalds and I will definitely stop my friends and colleagues from buying there again. Customer friendliness and service are a solid 6.

Fommes and nuggets tasted like old fat. Nuggets do not cross. Inedible.

Espresso? Large cup of weak coffee. 😞 That left cup is a large cappuccino.

Taste: it's just fast food...but you have to wait quite a long time for your order. Overwhelmed with the smallest order... and employees yelling at each other in front of the customers.

It was overloaded completely. The counter system was broken and everybody should listen the order number. It was horrible. And employers mixed up my order's contain again. Every time when I visit McDonald's in Germany employees mixing up contains of my order. If I not mistaken it was at least 10 times.

Essen war ganz okay, Mittarbeiter sehr unfreundlich Als ich sie drauf hingewiesen habe, das sie mir anstatt einem eistee ein wasser und anstatt mayo ketchup gegeben haben. Zudem waren die pommes auch nicht mehr ganz so warm.

Top . Alle leiten Tag täglich extremes . Trotz dem Massenhaften aufkommen an Bestellungen bekommt man sein Essen Zeitnah . Gerne wieder .

Wir waren Café, Getränke okay. Leider waren die Tische total schmutzig - sehr schade - das kennen wir von der "Goldenen Möwe" anders..

Insgesamt sehr schmuddelig, besonders die Toiletten haben extrem gestunken. Ansonsten von den Speisen nur sehr durchschnittlich. Also wie erwartet.

Seit Jahren keinen Durchfall gehabt, am Tag nachdem ich am Abend dort gegessen habe, dann wohl doch. Bei den pflanzlich-ausgestatteten Sitzmöglichkeiten im OG kam uns auch eine kleine Maus entgegen, auf Ansprache bei der Reinigungskraft, die dort zu dem Zeitpunkt tätig war, hieß es, die verstecken sich gerne bei den Feuerlöschern… Ungerne wieder.

Bekomme jedes mal ein geschmolzenes eis so wie eine eis suppe und dann wollen die mir es nicht neu machen

Klassische MC Donalds Karte. Kassiererin und Putzfrau sind immer mega freundlich.

Schrecklich, lange unkoordinierte Warteschlange, Mitarbeiter die lustlos Zahlen durch die Gegend schreien und dann der "Burger": die Zutaten lagen nebeneinander im Karton (und nicht nur verruscht)., der Käse, der unter der oberen Brötchenhälfte sein sollte, klebte komplett am Kartondeckel. Nie wieder - statt Genuss nur ein Graus

Fast location. I ordered, and 3 minutes later my order was ready already. It was very busy too so I appreciated the fast service. Lots of seating both inside and outside the McDonald’s which was very nice. My order was made correctly and the Caramel blended iced coffee was delicious! Recommend it on a hot summer day, almost like a milkshake.

Ich war gestern hier essen gewesen. Habe die Bestellung übers Display getätigt und leider hat die Mayo gefehlt sowie der Eistee der ohne Eiswürfel bestellt war, jedoch mit serviert wurde. Das Personal ist freundlich aber ich würden ihnen raten etwas langsamer und konzentrierter zu arbeiten. Man ist ja auf der Arbeit und nicht auf der Flucht. Vom Stress wird man nur krank. Ganz besonderes möchte ich die afrikanische Mitarbeiterin loben die nach jedem Gast die Tische gereinigt hat!!! Sieht man kaum in anderen McDonalds Filialen. Ich habe sie für ihre arbeit gelobt und das Lächeln dieser Dame war einfach köstlich, sie hat sich sooo gefreut!

Had ice latte, iced coffee shake Schoko and iced coffee shake caramel. The shakes taste just ok. Latte was average. The annoying thing is huge ice cubes at the bottom, its ok if it's crushed. The ice cubes were too big. For the price 4€ for each, i would rather go to five guys and get their tasty shake. Not recommended at all. There are places to sit but not much. We sat on the common dining area of the food court.

Eigendlich super 👍 Aber seit dem der Lieferdienst gewechselt wurden nur noch traurig. Angeblich momentan keine Lieferung oder McDonalds zur Zeit geschlossen. Habe ein Screenshot gemacht .Man kann anrufen und bekommt gesagt das McDonals offen sei ........... versuchen seid 3 Wochen immer wieder zu bestellen leider keine Möglichkeit schade. Würde gerne selbst hin fahren aber habe leider mein Fuß gebrochen.

Wir waren gestern dort und es war um die Mittagszeit wirklich die Hölle los. Fast 10 Minuten haben wir auf unsere Bestellung gewartet, ABER alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben ihr Bestes gegeben. Bei so einem Andrang an Kunden geht es nicht schneller. Zudem hat der Mann, der vor der Theke steht, sich nach einigen Minuten persönlich um die Zubereitung meiner Bestellung gekümmert. Er hatte die Lage trotz der Menschenmassen gut im Blick.

Ein top McDonald’s !!! Trotz der hohen Besucherzahlen und vielen stressigen Kunden, regelt dieser mc Donalds das mit Gravur. Habe schon lange nicht mehr so einen fokussierten McDonald’s erlebt. Dazu wird Kundenservice sehr hoch geschrieben. Also hier lohnt es sich vorbei zuschauen!!! Vielen Dank nochmal !!

Ich esse das Vegetarische Menü und das gefällt mir ansonsten nehme ich Pommes und kaufe dort ziemlich oft zum Essen. Die Qualität ist gut und wirklich gutes Personal. Ehrlich gesagt bei McDonald's habe ich immer gutes Personal getroffen. Guten Appetit!

Trotz Überfüllung war die Bestellung schnell da und frisch und lecker

Ein McDonald's von vielen. Hier bestellt man überwiegend per App oder Terminal. Bei der Essensausgabe sollte man ein gutes Gehör haben. Manche rufen die Nummer der Bestellung auf, manche nuscheln sich was in den Bart. Da das Essen dort wie am Fließband ausgegeben wird, ist die Abholnummer relativ schnell vom Display verschwunden wenn man nicht aufpasst. Ansonsten herrscht hier ein Lärm und ein Charme wie in der Uni Mensa.

Habe nur den Kaffe heute getrunken und muss besonders das Personal loben an diesem vollen Samstag. Habe über Smartphone bestellt und für die lange Wartezeit habe ich sogar einen Cookie geschenkt bekommen. Wartezeit für die Menge an Menschen fand ich kurz und war echt beeindruckt was da an Personal gearbeitet hat an dem Tag und welche Mengen an Lebensmitteln da umgesetzt wurden. So ein gewusel und dann dieser immer noch freundliche junge Mann fand ich irgendwie Klasse!

Habe selten so knusprige Pommes und Nuggets bei MC Donalds bekommen. Wirklich von allen Filialen, die ich kenne, die beste. Musste nicht lange warten und dafür, dass es direkt an so einer riesigen Halle ist, ist das Ambiente bzw die Lautstärke echt ok.

Dauert viel zu lange, fehlen Sachen

Leider ist es sehr voll dort und bekommt fast kein Sitzplatz. Was ich aber sagen muss man muß nicht lang auf sein Essen warten. Bei dem Andrang ging das echt schnell

Absolutes Chaos bei der Bestellungsabholung. Ware teilweise kalt und unvollständig. Also wieder neu anstellen, reklamieren und das fehlende abholen bzw. Das kalte neu geben lassen. So etwas muss absolut nicht sein. Schade...

15 minuten wachten op 1 espresso en 1 capuchon. Er waren 3 klanten. Waardeloos. Personeel gebruikt borden boven balie niet maar roept nummers : amateuristisch.

Been here a couple of times and service is always pretty bad. The restaurant is always very crowded and they cannot handle the standard McDonalds menu. Time between placing the chicken nuggets and the Big Tasty on the tray was more than 5 minutes. A remark wasn't appreciated by the clerk. Actually she replaced the nugget by new hot ones, by throwing them on the tray. Unacceptable! Unfortunately previous visits have not been better in service. Having cold food is rather normal than an unfortunate exception. Food is standard McDonalds, you know what you should get. Here they even ruin this. Score: 1 out of 5.
