McDonald's in Oberhausen

Wir waren jetzt mehrmals da in der Woche mittags und am Wochenende. Man muss ewig lange warten, wenn man am Terminal bestellt und auch wenn man über die App bestellt. Gefühlt wird jedesmal etwas vergessen bei der Bestellung. Es gibt gefühlt keine vernünftige Struktur und wirkt durcheinander. Die Bestellung ist in der App schon als fertig und vom Monitor vorne verschwunden, obwohl diese noch nicht fertig ist.

Leider war mein Besuch sehr enttäuschend. Das Essen war kalt, trocken und überhaupt nicht lecker. Der Burger war geschmacklos, zu stark gebraten und viel zu salzig. Die Pommes hatten einen seltsamen Nachgeschmack. Insgesamt war die Qualität sehr schlecht. Ich kann dieses Restaurant leider nicht empfehlen und würde nicht noch einmal hier essen.

Wir waren hier schon paar mal aber jedes Mal schlechte Erlebnis. Wir haben heute einfach umsonst 10 min. gewartet, obwohl“ Abholungsbereit“ steht und die Frau geben alle hintere Nummern aus. Kriegt man ja dann wohl nicht was man bestellt und wurden überhaupt nicht Bescheid gesagt, dass es das bestellte Produkt schon nicht mehr gibt. Außerdem wurden zum wiederholten Mal keine Servietten mitgegeben.

Samstagabend um 23:30 Uhr war der Besuch leider sehr enttäuschend. Im gesamten Restaurant war es extrem dreckig und überall standen benutzte Tabletts herum. Viele Tische waren verschmutzt und wurden offenbar längere Zeit nicht gereinigt. Zudem war es sehr voll, was die Situation zusätzlich unangenehm gemacht hat. Wir warteten bereits seit 35 Minuten auf unser Essen, ohne eine klare Information zu bekommen. Auf Nachfrage reagierte ein Mitarbeiter wenig hilfsbereit und sagte, er könne sich gerade nicht darum kümmern. Insgesamt wirkte der Service überfordert und die Hygienesituation war nicht akzeptabel.

Zwar eine typische Mittagszeit, aber sehr lange Wartezeit. Als wir endlich die Bestellung erhalten hatten fehlte etwas. Nach längerer Zeit kam der Burger. Das restliche Essen war kalt, die Bedienung genervt, weil man natürlich etwas unter Zeitdruck wegen dem restlichen Essen war... am besten ein paar Euro mehr zahlen und gemütlich an der "Promenade" essen

Bestell etwas anderes, nimm etwas anderes, das letzte Mal in dieser ungewöhnlichen Filiale

Ich war gestern mit meinem Sohn dort.Ganz ehrlich schrecklich.Ich kenne es so das man so ständer mit Nummern bekommt und das essen wird einem an den Tisch gebracht hier stand ich mindestens 30 Minuten mit vielen anderen rum währen die Mitarbeiter die Nummern wie auf einem Markt geschrieen haben.Aber gut ist hier so.Was mich aufgeregt hat war folgendes.Ich habe am Automaten unter anderem 4 Happymeal bestellt.Auch nur deswegen weil mein Sohn die Mariofiguren wollte.Bin der Meinung wenn es einem zur Auswahl angezeigt wird das sie dann auch da sind.Gut nach mind 30 Min warten endlich essen bekommen gehe zum Tisch von 4 Figuren alle falsch gehe hin beschwere mich wurde mir gesagt haben keine anderen.Aber da schmeisse ich einem Jungen doch nicht 3xeine Prinzessin rein?Bin dahin die Frau meinte ich schaue mal kam sie mit ganz altem Spielzeug von Mc Donalds und das ich doch warten soll sie schaue nochmal.Ok habe ich gemacht aber nachdem sie 10 Minuten weiter bedient hat habe ich die 4 Figuren wieder genommen und bin enttäuscht zum Tisch schliesslich wollte ich mein Essen wenigstens noch warm geniessen. So am Tisch angekommen merkte ich das in meinem Menü die Cola Zero und die Sosse fehlt und bei meinem Sohn in jedem Happy Meal die ganzen Sossen Wieder wütend hin zu dem der mir das gegeben hat hat er mit mir diskutiert er habe es doch in die Boxen nein hat er nicht!!!Und er meinte die Cola Zero hätte ich bekommen nach langem hin und her hat er mir die Sossen hingeklatscht aber die Cola habe ich nicht bekommen dann kam die Frau davor mit den Figuren und meinte genervt zu mir was das denn soll warum ich weg bin.Meinte zu ihr weil ich mein essen nicht kalt essen will.Hat mir dann eine Figur umgetauscht dafür ein Lob!!Aber ich habe mein Essen dann kalt gegessen und ohne trinken finde das für den Preis und diese Wartezeit schon eine Frechheit vorallem wie man da behandelt wurde vorallem von diesem Typen unter aller sau das geht gar nicht!!!!!Nie wieder da hin

Sie waren sehr unhöflich und wollten mir mein Essen nicht geben.

Der MC ist etwas langweilig, aber das Essen … wow, wow, wow, alles war frisch. Die Cola hatte die perfekte Temperatur. Köstlich!

Also irgendwie ist hier was im Argen. Angeblich funktioniert die Anzeige der Abholungsnummern nicht oder nur der einfache Trick um mit dem Franchisgeber vereinbarte Service Level zu umgehen? Essen leider nicht mehr so richtig warm. Ambiente im Bereich der Coca Cola ist recht nett.

Einer der schlechtesten Mac-Läden überhaupt... Die Hälfte der Displays ist kaputt... Lange Wartezeiten... gefühlt 15 Minuten für einen Milchshake! Die Anzeigetafeln für fertige Bestellungen sind auch kaputt... Es wird definitiv mehr Personal benötigt... Was für ein Witz... Ich werde NIE wieder hingehen! UNBEDINGT VERMEIDEN!

Gute Pommes günstiges Essen sehr lecker tollen mit Arbeiter

Absolut schockierendes Erlebnis in dieser Filiale. Ich wurde von einer Mitarbeiterin (höherer Rang) völlig grundlos angeschrien („Verarschst du mich?“), nur weil ich Zucker, Milch und Süßstoff zu meinem Café Latte bestellt hatte. Mir wurde ohne jeglichen Anlass mit Hausverbot gedroht, und die Mitarbeiterin hat mir 10 Packungen Zucker direkt vor die Nase geworfen, obwohl ich jeweils nur eine bestellt hatte. Anstatt professionell auf meine Bestellung einzugehen, wurde der Frust über vorherige Kunden an mir ausgelassen. Besonders enttäuschend: Meine offizielle Beschwerde beim McDonald's Gästeservice (Referenz #GeVo1000456433) wurde seit August 2025 vom zuständigen Franchise-Nehmer einfach ignoriert. Keinerlei Rückmeldung oder Entschuldigung. Wer Wert auf respektvollen Umgang legt, sollte diese Filiale meiden. Hier scheint Aggressivität gegenüber Gästen geduldet zu werden.

Hier gibt es keine Frühstücksprodukte. Daher 3x Erdbeerkuchen und 1x Cheesecake am Terminal bestellt. Bei Abholung hieß es, die Kuchen sind noch tiefgefroren und können noch nicht serviert werden. Ob wir die später essen wollen??? Wozu ist es dann bestellbar? Bei den Frühstücksprodukten wird mir angezeigt, nicht verfügbar.. daraufhin die Bestellung storniert und Geld in bar zurückbekommen. Das lief reibungslos. Hinweis wäre hier angebracht, wenn systemseitig keine Sperre erfolgen kann, dass Kuchen noch nicht bestellbar sind

Wird die Nummer auf dem Display als "In zubereitung" angezeigt, dann wenn es Abholbereit steht, ist es doch nicht abholbereit.

Es ist sehr voll, daher ist der Service langsam. Das Essen ist fantastisch und sehr lecker, mit einer großen Auswahl.

Wir waren an einem Donnerstagabend da. Es war zwar voll, aber lang nicht so wie am Wochenende. Die Burger waren kalt, der Käse war nicht mal geschmolzen, die Pommes fast roh.

Absolut letzter Laden! Noch schlechter ist fast schon unmöglich. Gestern stand dort eine Dame im Schlafanzug hinter der Theke…Irgendwas weißes mit einem „M“ drauf…

Puh, also denkt man ja, alles ist bei McDonald’s genormt und standardisiert. Hier nicht. Kaltes Essen, zerquetsche Burger, Pommes vergessen, falsch Soßen auf dem big tasty, der schon in schmierigem Karton ankam. Man ärgert sich, da McDonald’s mittlerweile richtig teuer geworden ist und die Qualität diamatral sinkt.

Ich war zum ersten und zum letzten Mal dort. 😡 Hat lange gedauert und die 2 Burger waren kalt und der Käse matschig. NIE NIE NIE WIEDER. !!!!

Wir wollten nur Kaffee und eine Kuchen holen, aber alles war entweder eiskalt oder gefroren. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden, da man so viel bezahlt und dann so ein schlechtes Ergebnis erhält. Wir mussten 40 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung warten.😡

Ordentlicher McDonalds im Center-O.

Ich warte seit einer halben Stunde nur für ein happy meal was soll das. Meine Nummer steht immrrnoch nicht auf der Liste

Trotz Stress sollte man nicht Teile der Bestellung vergessen und dann behaupten man hat alles. Ausserdem wurden 4 mal Pomnes in eine Mitnehmtüte "gewürfen" so das man erst mal wieder alles einteilen und befüllen musste. Zudem war es kalt und das obwohl es so voll war. Schade. Ps: die Cola war dann such noch ne Fanta. Unmöglich.

Wir waren vor Ort zum Frühstücken, Kaffee trinken, latte trinken usw. Also Wasser mit etwas Kaffee und der Latte war kaum Kaffee enthalten und die Toilette klebrig keine Seife in den Spendern, alles nur frech.

Achtung Abzocke Auf dem Parkplatz! Parkscheibe nötig sonst lauert die Mitarbeiterin und es gibt ein Bußgeld von knapp 50€ wenn man sie vergisst. Warum beschäftigt man solche Abzockunternehmen? Ich werde diese MC Donalds aufgrund dessen jetzt meiden!

45 Minuten auf 2 McFlurry gewartet trotz wiederholtem Nachfragen

Ein richtiger McDonald's der Mittelklasse. Obwohl viel los war, bekamen wir unser Essen recht schnell und es war lecker. Wie man es von McDonald's gewohnt ist. Milchshakes gab es nicht, das war ein Wermutstropfen. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Ich habe über 30 Minuten auf nur eine apfeltasche gewartet.

Was ist aus dieser Kette geworden. Schon zum zweiten Mal wird was vergessen einzupacken.

Leider kann icz keine null sterne geben. Jede bestellung komplett falsch und unfreundliches freches personal. NIE WIEDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never again! Not only did we have to wait 20 minutes for our ice cream, we also had to pay a €45 fine for parking without a parking disc. McDonald's will never see us again. Hospitality has a different definition.

With the fish burgers, half the extra cheese is next to the bun; you can't add it back because the buns are already stuck to the fish burgers. This is very sloppy and a shame. There's way too much sauce on them. The fries are tough, lukewarm, and rock hard. The apple pie is way too hard around the edges and not even warm. When I asked the woman behind the counter if I could have a straw, I was told they're only for milkshakes. But when I asked if I could have one anyway, I was told no in a very rude way. McDonald's, really? This isn't normal? I get enough money for my order and then a straw can't come off? I'd been to this location the day before, and when my order was ready, it was literally thrown on the counter in front of me in a very rude way. The employee in question didn't look at me and completely ignored me. I've rarely encountered staff that are as unfriendly as here. And also very unfriendly to customers. I didn't even want to go back and say anything about my bad order. In fact, I never want to go back here again. What a horrible experience! Hence the low rating.

I didn't receive my McPlant nuggets and my yuzu cream cheese (2x) bag. Little things like this only become apparent when you get home. I can't indicate that these were missing in the app. I'm very disappointed. My money is gone.

It's a disaster, the burgers are so bad. The cheese is stuck to the wrapper, and the lettuce is out of the burger. Also, I ordered a drink without ice, but it still came with ice, and the curry sauce and napkins are still missing. Never again, 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I ordered all the ingredients for my café latte and the employee shouted at me in a completely unreasonable manner. She said to me, "Are you kidding me? What kind of order is this?" She also threatened to ban me from the premises for no reason at all. She then threw large quantities of all the ingredients, like 10 packets of sugar, right in my face, even though I only wanted one of each, which I had already requested at the counter. I've never experienced such disrespectful treatment. I'm very disappointed and hope the branch urgently improves its customer service. It's not worth another visit.

The staff seemed hectic and unfriendly. The order was incomplete. A burger and the toy from both Happy Meals were missing. The staff refused to take care of them. This McDonald's benefits from its location, but is not recommended.

Today I ordered 4 simple hamburgers and they were ready to eat. 4 cheeseburgers were made. When the employee saw this, he took them back to the kitchen. They were unwrapped, the cheese was taken off by hand and thrown away. The hamburgers were then repacked when I asked them why they were fiddling with my hamburger with their bare hands. It's normal when mistakes are made. The guy with a piercing in his nose, I didn't want it, and he got cheeky about it, unfortunately only in the store. I got my money back and will never go there again and I don't recommend it. Unfortunately, you have to give it 1 star.

On May 29, 2025, I ordered a Royal Cheeseburger via the McDonald's app. Immediately after ordering, I realized that I had forgotten to remove the garlic and onions, as my girlfriend is allergic to onions. I immediately went to the restaurant in the shopping center in the center of Berghausen and approached an employee, asking them to remove the garlic and onions from the burger. I have experience in the restaurant industry myself and knew that such a thing was possible. This employee briefly went to the kitchen but returned and said she hadn't told anyone. Afterward, she told me it wasn't possible and simply walked away. I then approached another employee, who told me she couldn't do it and I would have to ask someone else. So I went to the manager and asked him to resolve the issue, as my girlfriend can't eat the onions. He refused my request without explanation. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for customers. I'm very disappointed with this kind of service from a large chain like McDonald's. I expect you to train your employees better and avoid such incidents in the future.

Today there were three of us in the store. The shop was full, table service was not offered, so you had to wait forever at the front counter with many others. Only one employee who was packing at the counter. When checking the tray, 2 products were missing. A spoon for the ice cream was only available upon request. The fries were fried in old fat. You could see it and that's how they taste. In general, the employees also seemed listless.

Service and customer friendliness Absolutely top...we were there on Sunday 2 minutes before closing time, just before closing time, and the service was absolutely nice and friendly and very helpful! I waited a full 25 minutes for a McFlurry - way too long, especially for plain ice cream. When it finally came, it was so liquid that it would have been easier to drink it with a straw. Really disappointing!

By McDonald's standards it's usually quick. We were here when it was very very very full and waited about 8-10 minutes for 20 nuggets and 2 chicken burgers with fries. If we had ordered at the terminal or checkout, it probably would have taken longer. But it was ok.

You don't even get a coffee from the barista machine when you ask.

Had to wait my cacao for 28 mins with no queue. Just a worker who didn’t want to make it even though his colleagues asked him for a few times.

It takes 18 minutes to deliver coffee and ice cream - this is not the service I'm used to at McDonald's

So there is a McDonalds, like everywhere else. Service is crap because you can only order via these screens and nothing is brought to the table. But: The double cheeseburger really isn't bad there, you have to say that. I don't go to Meckes often - but I do from time to time. You can do it!

While “Mäckes” used to be a fast-food restaurant, they quickly lost that status when the concept was switched to ordering terminals. When the restaurant is around 80% full, a waiting time of more than 20 minutes is not possible. Employees kept switching between stations, but no one brought order to the store. Although you should know how to deal with increased customer volumes on weekends near the center. There were only 3 points because the store was reasonably clean.

You would have to wait 40 minutes for your order, after asking if you had been forgotten I was told in a tone “no, everything is in progress”. The second time I asked, the order was placed. Staff completely overwhelmed

Today I picked up my order number 277 from McDonald's and was extremely disappointed with the service. The fries were missing from my meal, which isn't the first time something like this has happened. It almost seems as if they were here systematically items are missing from the orders. I strongly recommend checking orders carefully before leaving the restaurant to avoid such mistakes. Unfortunately, I haven't had a positive experience at this McDonald's yet.

Super disorganized, it took too long. We waited almost an hour for our food and then received the wrong order. The cashier kept the receipt so we couldn't exchange it.

Its a fast food restaurant, everything should be fresh and fast made, and the strategy for this branch is to pre fill the cola, it this hot weather you’d receive your cola not cold enough and the ice is half melted also, half of the gas is out. Just to make it easier for the workers . I guess it doesn’t match the standards of mcdonald’s.

Dear McDonald's team, I would like to describe my most recent experience in your branch, which unfortunately was extremely negative. After enjoying our meal and properly putting away the trays, we decided to smoke a cigarette on the terrace outside. At this point we were suddenly approached by an employee whose knowledge of German was very limited. This employee's tone was extremely derogatory and demeaning. He asked us in an unfriendly tone to leave the area and go somewhere else. We had cleaned up our food and trays out of respect for other guests and the staff and were able to prove this with our receipt. Nevertheless we were treated badly and asked to leave. When I asked to speak to the boss, the employee simply responded with “no, I’m the boss,” which I couldn’t believe. I have never experienced such treatment. I expect that customers who spend their money in your restaurant will be treated with respect and courtesy. I was deeply disappointed by this experience and I hope that appropriate measures are taken to ensure that this does not happen again.

Burgers seem smaller than normal and McDonalds seems more pricey than other chains. Waited half an hour for 2 milkshakes, staff doesn't help and ignores you. Can't speak English either.

Went there today, unfortunately you have to give stars otherwise it would clearly be 0 stars. Paid, waited 37 minutes, and when asked, I was approached with the rude statement that you have to wait, I won't discuss!!! Espresso? Large cup of weak coffee. 😞 That left cup is a large cappuccino.

Taste: it's just fast food...but you have to wait quite a long time for your order. Overwhelmed with the smallest order... and employees yelling at each other in front of the customers.
