Rude treatment of young people by the employees. I was yapped and made fun of in the kitchen because there was leftover chocolate in my milkshake and because I don't like chocolate.

Wobbly food, slow, unfriendly, dirty, missing items, poor service, everything is always defective, simply no money & not worth a visit For 10€, Mayor am Hafen offers not only a great ambience and a full stomach, but also the best view.

The burgers here are fresh and delicious, a highly recommended McDonald's. Unfortunately, I also know other things with sticky rolls and carelessly pressed together. The staff friendly and approachable. Clearly: thumbs up for an unusual McDonald's

Great (vegetarian) food. McDrive took quite a long time. Toilets were clean but cramped. Paper towels were missing.

The food was ok, there were no little shields for the table service, and the Latte Macchiato tasted bland.

Once again there were no table numbers on the ordering terminals. It was extremely warm in the restaurant and it took 20 minutes for food to arrive. The branch in Schleswig is never really clean, but today the store was full of dirt. The tables stick and were only wiped after I asked for a rag. The meal took almost half an hour and the fries were ice cold. McDonald's is really underground now.

McDonald's. But what's really annoying is that when we pick it up, several things are often missing, even when we get breakfast and there's almost nothing going on in the store. There's always a polite "sorry" and you could pick it up or take it with you next time, but that's no use if you're too far away. So you paid a lot of money for nothing and had long faces when you said you should/wanted to bring something with you. Unfortunately, you always have to take your time to check the bag for completeness. That's annoying .

If I had known this beforehand, I wouldn't have ordered anything. There was enough on the floor and on the tables for a large family 🤮. Dirtiest MacDonald I've seen in my life. Really disgusting. Ordered with table service. Nothing going on when loading and still too lazy to use it. After the food had unknowingly been left on the counter for collection for 10 minutes, the table number was called. Complaints that the food was no longer really warm and what was ordered with table service were not addressed.

Greatest juice shop ever! Employees rude and completely incompetent; Two orders completely messed up within 6 days. The branch manager has been informed and an employee has already been terminated. Get capable staff! Consumer protection and the health department will hear from us and take a look at you.

Prices are no longer worth paying, so next time I'll choose a real restaurant

The food at McDonald's was much better. So I'll continue to avoid it because it's either cold or just poorly prepared. After two years of abstinence, I was hoping that things had improved. Unfortunately that is not the case! And given the prices, I can also eat something reasonable in a restaurant.

It has absolutely nothing to do with FAST food, we had to wait 15 minutes in McDrive for a Happy Meal, Mc Menu Small and a BigMac. The staff was simply overwhelmed.

The worst McDonalds in Germany. Burgers are far dry, you can drink ice like water and you sometimes wait half an hour for a few cheeseburgers. Staff are completely overwhelmed with just 5 to 10 orders and then forget half of them. Absolute disaster... And after several attempts, we now prefer to drive 25 km to another branch.

Schlechtestes McDonalds in Deutschland. Burger furztrocken, Milchshake nur halb voll uunddas Eis kann man trinken. Das Personal ist schon bei 5 bis 10 Bestellungen überfordert und manchmal wartet man ne halbe Stunden auf paar Kleinigkeiten.

Unfortunately, Mcdonalds only gets 1 star from me because we waited almost 2 hours for our food and we got it cold and say the toy was missing twice at the happy time and the service was annoyed by customers because the food was cold or something was missing had.

Well, typical McDonald's. I've been here several times, sometimes from outside in the car, but also directly inside. I got everything I wanted and was served quickly and friendly, and the prices are the same at all McDonald's. I will continue to come here again and again.

Ordered a large milkshake with caramel. Get a little one without caramel! It's not the first time! I've probably seen it 4-8 times!

I don't know what to think of it. A fast food chain the size of McDonald's, even if they are subcontractors, but don't take 200 euro bills? This is a real indictment. Every shop, no matter how small, has a pen or machine to check authenticity. The shop here doesn't. I can hardly say anything else here. The employees didn't invent friendliness. Fortunately, the food comes to the table relatively quickly, but still not necessarily hot enough. All in all, I can only advise you to open your navigation system and go to the nearest branch.

Something was different: despite pre-ordering via the app, it took a long time to receive the food. The cut edges of the lettuce were brown, the lettuce was probably a little older. Personally, I didn't like the sauce on the burger anymore... Could it be that there was some artificial smoke flavor added? But of course this is purely a matter of personal taste.

Bad branch, 2x Happy meal ordered no toys in it. Ordered 2x Big tasty bacon menu, no coke. Ordered cheeseburgers 3 times and got hamburgers. 4 times fries, only 1x mayo. Sauladen. I wouldn't give it a star, but unfortunately I have to. Never there again...

Honestly? Never again McDonalds... I've never seen such bad burgers. When we got our order, we noticed that instead of a double chillieese burger, there was a bun with something indefinable topped with a dollop of ketchup. After a complaint it was done, but the fries and curly fries were totally cold. With the Fisch o le Burger you have the feeling that you have quartered the cheese slices and even the burgers were cold and not good to enjoy. For us, McDonalds is totally done.

Unfortunately something is always forgotten when you're in the store but then you can go there, now my husband was there and got a mcflurry with Twix and chocolate sauce... and then at home he noticed that there was no Twix in it at all. €3.99 for a mcflurry without Twix the store is getting worse and worse

Food as expected, but it's becoming the standard lately that something is missing when ordering. Always immediately complained about with the receipt and the receipt for delivery to the table. When ordering at the machine, the device had problems and an employee came to help, who simply clicked cancel, thus deleting our order and then simply disappeared without a word without at least apologizing because it was a large order for about 15 people was. I can't recommend eating here.

Was rebuilt and reopened in September 2018...now with ordering computers. And with new interior design. Now the food is brought to the table. And...the food is very tasty. They say McDonald's tastes the same all over the world. But in Schleswig it has its own unique taste! I just ordered two identical McFlurry, which were almost liquid... I could have just had milkshakes and the things were carelessly slapped together, I will never get anything from this McDonald's again. The employees were also more than unmotivated.

Wenn man doch nur 0 Sterne für eine Bewertung geben könnte... Haben normale Nuggets bestellt und den vegan sch.... bekommen. Das Zeug ist so widerlich, dass kann kein Mensch essen. Nicht mal der Hund mochte den Dreck.

Es war sehr viel los, trotzdem keine lange Wartezeit. Ein Missverständnis bei der Bestellung wurde freundlich und zügig gelöst.

Leider ist uns die letzten Wochen häufiger aufgefallen, dass die Mitarbeiter im MacDrive häufig unhöflich sind. Denke der Ton macht die Musik u der lässt leider sehr häufig zu wünschen übrig! Schade, denke bei den Preisen packe ich in Zukunft etwas drauf und gehe lieber Essen mit meiner Familie!

Scheinbar hat ein Besitzerwechsel stattgefunden ansonsten kann ich mir die Verschlechterung dieser Filiale nicht erklären. Bestellungen dauern ewig. Bestellterminals oft defekt oder die Quittungsrollen sind leer. Zu Stoßzeiten sind alle heillos überfordert. Für die Kasse scheint dann niemand zuständig zu sein. Bestellungen kommen fehlerhaft zum Tisch. Das Personal steht rauchend draußen. Der Fußboden ist fettverschmiert. Tische werden nicht abgeräumt/gesäubert. Tagsüber übernimmt die Küchencrew zeitweise auch die Gartenarbeiten an der Außenanlage. Ungemütliches Lokal. Von Restaurant kann man hier absolut nicht sprechen.

Was soll man dazu sagen. Fastfood. Alles sauber - zumindest was man als Kunde sehen kann. Gerne wieder

Moin meine Eindrücke von McDonald's ist einigermaßen Positiv! da es lecker aber teuer ist 3 EURO für EINEN BURGER das ist zu teuer!

Ein typischer McDonald's halt, aber netter Service und unser Essen kam schnell und heiß an den Tisch 🙂.
