McDonald's in Mannheim - Telefonnummer, Reservierungen, Bewertungen

Normally I like being here and am always satisfied, but I mostly use the DriveInn. Recently I was there with a friend, we had a leisurely meal and then chatted. Today the nasty surprise came in the mail: 35 euros parking ticket for exceeding the maximum parking time... Thank you very much!! 😐

It's rare for something like this to happen, but we've eaten something freshly prepared at McDonald's for a very long time. If that's always the case here in Neckarau, then top performance!

Horrible system could have been a bit cleaner

My friend from England really wanted to go to McDonalds because this McDrive is also open until very late in the evenings, so I wanted to make him happy... because of... the only thing on his menu that was good was his Royal cheese, the fries were completely disgusting, as if they had been lying there for hours The chicken nuggets not only tasted disgusting, they were also kind of hard to eat! I thought okay, maybe my menu is different but no, it just wasn't really edible, the two fries and the two chicken nuggets were so inedible. My burger, the new M, had the wrong toppings... the crispy onions were missing, I asked on the phone what could be done, the answer was: "Nothing, there will be McBreakfast soon... "I spent €25 on two menus It was just a shame, the only thing that tasted good was the McFlurry, the burgers were also completely ok, only for me it was wrong... Mistakes can happen but that's not a solution for me. We're at home now and couldn't enjoy our food and left the food. It's a shame to waste so much money on food

The food was delicious, especially the new M and the shakers are recommended. The service itself was nice and it was cozy.

Food delicious as always. What I found disappointing was the service. I ordered to eat here and I had to pick up the food myself. This was even more irritating when I saw that the staff had brought food to others' tables. What's that supposed to mean? If you pay as much as you do to visit a restaurant then you should be served accordingly.

I'll never eat there again. I got a 35€ parking ticket because in the evening after the cinema you can sit there with friends for 2 hours, eat and talk. Bottomless impudence, preferably 0 stars!

I like the cosmopolitan atmosphere in this McDonald's. The guests also leave something left over. An old friend from the Polish nobility once confided in me that he had his coffee here before heading off to some salon for cognac and a cigar.

The woman at the checkout with black hair and a striped shirt, I think the shift supervisor, was very nice and helpful

If I couldn't give any stars, that would be great! Parking lot constantly littered. Of course it attracts rats wonderfully... The employees are almost all friendly. The atmosphere is mediocre with homeless people constantly sitting in the parking lot. I've had hair in my food several times now... You can't come here in the evening because there are lots of poseurs and teenagers milling about in the parking lot with their cars. But McDonald's doesn't care at all because the main thing is that their burgers come off the production line.

Seats very dirty and garbage is everywhere. In addition, the food was cold and therefore inedible!

The internet says open until 4 a.m And they close at 1am??!! That's a disgrace! Either correct the times or stay until 4am!! You can see how many cars drive here in vain for nothing. 0 stars

Normally I don't write about individual McDonald's branches, but things weren't really ideal here last time. Today it was chaotic again, long waiting times. The burgers weren't really warm and the fries weren't really crispy. Otherwise I don't want to continue writing, it would be too bleak...

Nice people but the food didn't taste as fresh or tasty and was a bit cold.

Impossible! How is it possible that in a fast food chain as big as McDonalds, employees are treated like animals! How is it possible to work in such conditions and expect smiles, help and good service from your employees when they have to fight for their lives in the heat? It's warm and where the customers eat. I don't even want to imagine what it's like in the kitchen next to the ovens. The people who served me food had water on their foreheads, red faces and lifeless. McDonalds Neckarau SHAME!

We ordered a menu with a partner, waited 20 minutes, came up to find out why it was taking so long, but the staff didn’t even start to place our order and after our indignation they still proceeded without even apologizing

Fries cold. Far too loud. The "children's playground" is almost unbearable when the door is open, but no one in the staff feels responsible. So I often had to close the door myself behind the screaming, running around kids who almost ran over my table...

The jamals have been producing white sauce for too long

Worst McDonald's ever for me. Food's barely edible. And nobody tries to tell parents that it is not cool to see their kid running around without shoes and randomly screaming.

Friendly staff that Tom menu tasted good. Unfortunately the fries were too soft and too dirty in the restaurant.

Shortly before nine o'clock on Saturday evening we felt like having some soft ice cream after shopping. For €4.60 we got two Mini Mc Sundays. The cups, which are about the size of cupcake cases, were only half full. In the advertising images for Mc Sunday, the ice cream has a nice tuff that extends over the edge of the cup. So next time we'll go to the ice cream parlor again.

You pay more than you get and they swap the number, which isn't possible.

For both children, the toys were forgotten, nuggets were forgotten, the burgers were not topped as requested and the Fanta tasted like stale, disgusting water. The 2 stars are only for the friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the employees don't know the newly advertised menus... even though the menu is advertised large right next to the ordering counter.

Several times now people have forgotten to pack food when ordering. Most of the time it was even the main components, for example the BigMac in the menu. By multiple times I mean at least 4-5 times

Apparently employees only get paid to talk

You have to wait over 30 minutes for a cheeseburger. The employees are unfriendly and very slow. In general everything is full of rubbish. I've never experienced anything like this before, preferably no stars

We were sent out straight away by a very unfriendly employee because they were available and only drive-in was possible, while a few customers were sitting inside and ordering/eating. It is 5 o clock.

This McDonalds is very clean compared to others. Burgers and the like are probably like everywhere else.

Terribly dingy, just don't look behind the counter The ice cream for 4.90 euros had nothing to do with the ice cream offered in the photos and was a bitter disappointment. The staff was pretty uninvolved and not exactly what you would call "customer friendly". It was a challenge with a wheelchair - anything but wheelchair friendly from the street side.

The shop is really scary. Don't have any other things except breakfast during breakfast time. Other McDonald's also have other things. Here nothing is marked from the outside that you know that. You go there to eat chicken nuggets and then you have the disappointed children. And the employees are extremely unfriendly... As I said. The shop is really scary.

Die verstehen alle dort Bahnhof habe Double Royal Ts als Menü bestellt kamm nur mit einer scheibe Fleisch und für Tischservice haben die Nummern hinter die Kasse versteckelt damit sie nicht serviren müssen machen einfach was die wollen.

Never order something like this again and this is what I received, see picture! Doesn't even look anything like it does in the ad. This has nothing to do with the order! Doesn't taste good, just dirt. And it is also an environmentally dirty behavior on the part of McDonalds, plastic waste to the power of 10. In France at least there are still disposable tableware in the restaurant. Is it also advertised in a glass and received in a plastic cup!

I ordered for €16 and got 2 cheeseburgers and a Fanta even though I ordered a cola and a bunch of other stuff. It's a shame that the employees aren't competent enough to handle such a job themselves. Unfortunately it's sad but that was the last time I ordered something from this satchel shop!!!

Das Essen war gut, leider kommt es mal vor das ein Teil der Bestellung vergessen wird.

Es ist ein McDonald's also sollte man nicht berühren Sprüche haben. Aber das Essen ist grundsätzlich warm korrekt zubereitet und der Service ist wirklich schnell. Zusätzlich sind die langen Öffnungszeiten ein Pluspunkt insbesondere für Personen die spät arbeiten. Auch ist wirklich selten etwas nicht verfügbar. Im Fast Food Bereich kann ich diesen Laden nur empfehlen

Am heutigen Heiligabend wollten wir mittags zu McDonalds, um einfach vor Weihnachten nochmal entspannt und stressfrei eine Kleinigkeit zu essen. Da die üblichen Restaurants in der Nähe heute jedoch geschlossen haben, waren wir gezwungen, zum McDonalds in Mannheim-Neckarau auszuweichen. Bei den jüngsten Bewertungen bei Google war ich zugegebenermaßen ein wenig skeptisch. In Ermangelung einer Alternative waren wir dann jedoch doch dort. Und ich muss sagen, dass wir es nicht bereut haben. Das Personal war freundlich, das Restaurant sauber und das Essen war ebenfalls heiß und lecker. Es war sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal, das wir dort waren. 5 Sterne!

Ich finde es toll dass dort das Essen an den Tisch gebracht wird

Von 5 Leuten hinter der Theke ist nur eine Dame wirklich motiviert. 3 stehen pberhaupt nur da und reden offensichtlich über privates. Die Toiletten sind schmutzig und es stinkt wie Sau. Wasserlose Pissoir sind gut und recht um Wasser zu sparen. Aber sie brauchen einfach mehr Pflege, damit es eben sauber bleibt und nicht stinkt. Die Toiletten haben nichtmal eine Klobrille... sparen ist gut, aber so stehen die Leute anscheinend auf den Rand und lassen das Geschäft reinfallen... einfach grauslig. Das Essen ist eher kalt als heiss. Keine Ahnung wie lange der Burger schon da lag. Belegt war er wie von einem Grundschüler, Sauce ist Mangelware. Die Eine, anscheinend aus der Ukraine oder sonst vom Osten, traut sich kaum zu bewegen und schaut immer böse. Da sieht man wo der wirkliche Fachkräftemangel herrscht. Hier zufällig gelandet, würde sicher nie gezielt hier hin kommen.

An für sich okay ;-) wünsche mir vom Personal etwas Menschlichkeit im Sinne vom Kundenbetreuung bzw ein Guten Tag oder ein auf Wiedersehen wäre schon Nett 🧘‍♀️🪷🙏

Essen i. O. so wie ich das bei MC erwarte. Das Personal war super, habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt.

Lt. Internet sollte es Sonntag Frühstück bis 11.30 Uhr geben, vor Ort hieß es, nur bis 11 Uhr. Sehr schade

Personal war nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Essen Standart. Service sehr gut, Ambiente sehr ranzig.

MC ist immer gut für eine schnelle Mahlzeit 👍

Zwei mal wurde im drive-in bei jeweils einem Cheeseburger das gesamte Patty vergessen. Aber sonst sind wir größtenteils zufrieden und bestellen oft und gerne hier.

Hat sich zum Positiven verändert. Hatte mal vor einiger zeit 1 stern vergeben gehabt. Mittlerweile ist dieser Mc donalds sehr gut. Mitarbeiter + essen Top. Vorallem am drive stark verbessert Top weiter so.

Das gute an dem Ding hier ist das er 24h offen hat. Essen war bisher immer ok

Dieser Besuch hat uns nicht du gut gefallen: den Mensch an der Kasse hat man bei seinen einsilbigen Fragen und Antworten kaum verstanden, bei der Lieferung an den Tisch fehlten die bestellten Beilagen. Außerdem gab es in der Toilette keine Seife und der Desinfektion-Spender war auch leer. Auf die Nachfrage danach wurde meiner Tochter Desinfektionsmittel in einen Trinkbecher gefüllt - Na denn Prost!!! Heute waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank!

No hay mucho Que contar de un Mc Donalls que no se sepa. Importante destacar acá en Alemania es que tiene lugar para estacionar gratis, ya que acá en casi toda la ciudad el estacionamiento es pago. El servicio es rápido, tienen maquinas de autopedido que te dan la libertad de tomarte tu tiempo para elegir, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que el menú es extenso.

Haben bei unserer Bestellung 2 Burger vergessen und beim BigMac waren Zwei Oberseiten vom Brot 😂 Haben angerufen und bekommen diese im laufe des Tages.. Megges ist halt Megges aber so ein bisschen aufpassen muss man halt😂

Ihr lieben, bitte tauscht die Farben von Ketchup und Mayo. Jedesmal wenn ich online bestelle weil ich mir ein Plastik Burger rein ziehen möchte mit Pommes bestelle ich Mayo (Weiß) und dennoch wird immer Ketchup (Rot)geliefert.... Ihr schafft das ich glaube an euch <3

An anderer Stelle hatte ich schon mal geschrieben, McDonald's ist eben McDonald's. Ich nutzte das Angebot, für einen Euro den neuen Big Mac zu testen. Ich bin ganz ehrlich, ich war enttäuscht, denn der Big Mac schmeckte sehr Senf und Ketchuplastig. Ich bin nicht oft bei McDonald's aber leider werde ich diesen Big Mac nicht mehr essen.

Wie kann man einen Burger verkaufen der nicht einmal richtig belegt ist! Dieser Laden war früher einmal gut. Davon ist heute nichts mehr zu sehen. Ich verstehe auch nicht wie man Menschen einstellen kann, die einen nicht mal verstehen! Da haben sie schon eine Tafel wo die Nummern darauf stehen aber sie funktioniert anscheinend nicht. Wie oft schon wurde eine ganz falsche Nummer laut stark herum geschrien. Bis ich mal gerafft habe das dies mein Essen ist. Gäste sind hier anscheinend egal ansonsten würde es hier Personal geben die sich auch mit den Gästen verständigen können. Ein Lächeln oder einen guten Appetit wird auch keines gewünscht. Sorry aber wer auch immer diesen Laden leitet der macht definitiv etwas falsch. Und die Sterne die ich hier vergebe, die gehen wirklich nur an die Mitarbeiter die schon viel länger da sind.

Sauberes Restaurant. Schnelle und freundliche Bedienung, bzw. eigentlich "Essensausgabe". Helle und angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Essen selbst war wie überall in anderen McDonald's.

Waren nach dem Kiss Konzert was essen. Leider war es ein komplettes durcheinander. Es war nicht all zu viel los. Habe 15 Minuten angestanden um zu bestellen. Genau als ich an der Reihe war, konnte man dummerweise nur npch an den Selbstbedienungstafeln bestellen. Wieder 15 Minuten gewartet. Zum Glück war das Essen gut... ärgerlich....
