I've already spent over 30 minutes in the drive-thru and there are still two cars in front of me... a total of 5 cars processed in that time... catastrophic management.
I ordered a burger with just beef, but I got a burger with beef and ham. They weren't willing to exchange it either, so I paid without eating. This is the first time I've experienced such rudeness at Burger King. I should note that the burger wasn't labeled as having ham.
I think it's more of a shame that Burger King Wedel is closing. This is absolutely incomprehensible. I've never had a bad experience there. The food was always fresh and tasty, the staff was always nice and friendly and the shop was always clean and tidy. Wedel needs Burger King. Not everyone likes McDonald's. Please don't close the store. My friends and colleagues were always regular customers there.
It's also not nice for the employees to simply be transferred somewhere else. Please think again.
ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN!!!! it's disgusting!!! The shop and kitchen are dirty. Disgusting. My burger tasted disgusting. Dry without any hassle. Fries? Disgusting!!! They were as soft as vomit and tasted like nothing but cardboard. Also, DESPITE DIABETES AND A CLEAR ORDER, I got a Coke instead of a Coke Zero. Thanks! One star is still a gift, zero hits it anymore. Disgusting. Never again!!!!!
Just a typical McDonald's. You can order online, at the vending machine, or ask the staff.
The atmosphere is okay.
The tables were unfortunately not clean, but what annoyed me most was that at least my vegan burgers weren't even a hint of warm.
If I didn't hate throwing food away, I would have definitely returned it.
The vegan food itself was okay, just cold.
Very friendly Indian saleswoman. That's the positive.
We were happy that the long Texas barbecue is back in the program.
For 6.50, not exactly cheap.
Once we had it in our hands, we were very disappointed. The burger has noticeably shrunk, becoming shorter and narrower, and the patties (generally) are wafer-thin.
But what really annoyed us was the stinginess with the BBQ sauce. What's the point at that price? Both were dry and we had to repair them with our own.
The cheese was also nicely placed on the paper instead of on the burger.
We generally noticed the stinginess with the sauce in this branch, it was our last visit here.
Maybe we'll generally remove Burger King from our list, the price-performance ratio simply doesn't fit at all anymore.
From a chain like McDonald's, I expect standard fare. My Chicken McNuggets were no longer crispy, but rather stale and stale, and my Big Tasty B bacon was cold. The D TS Royal was fresh and tasty, and the food was ready quickly, but I wasn't 100% satisfied with my meal. I won't be coming back to this McDonald's.
