Mountains of rubbish everywhere, staff absolutely overwhelmed, food cold. Rarely experienced something so underground

After months we spontaneously drove over. The restaurant was completely remodeled and the staff was new. Clean, friendly and competent. My comparison is more with December 2023. If it stays like that, you can definitely go there every now and then.

We went to this McDonald's quite late after work last Thursday. Order and payment on the display. A menu and a chilli chese burger. We waited 21 minutes for the food. The shop wasn't really full and half of them waited just as long for their food. My chilli burger was cold and I brought it to the counter quite annoyed. The stupid comment about whether I wanted the burger hot ended me. The cold new interior is debatable. I don't think it's nice at all. The fact is that there are now 2 entrances for the drive in and these are probably served with priority. Too bad, too bad. I think we ALL have difficult times and we should try to make the customer somewhat satisfied instead of scaring them away. By the way, it wasn't the first time we waited so long.

Doesn't take debit cards, had to pay in cash. In my opinion it's a no-go, but I always forget that we're in Germany. The staff is unfriendly.

Like almost all McDonald's, not for people with demands. Would describe it as average, was only there because of the opportunity to shop and eat at the same time. I only ate ice cream here, unfortunately the selection was very limited, at least there was only a small selection at the McSunday ordering machine. Didn't appear to be run down, but most of the tables were dirty and greasy.

Great store, simple and manageable. Staff very nice, tidy and regularly keep an eye on cleanliness. The food is always great and it's quick. I like coming here, thumbs up 👍👍

Worst service I have ever experienced. Totally disorganized. Be careful when choosing employees.

40 minutes for a McFlurry while the shift manager walked around the store talking on the phone and announcing "I'm getting fucked here." Thought I had seen everything, but this was new 👌🏼

By far the worst service I have ever experienced at McDonald's. You should have plenty of time to place an order and even more time to prepare it. I only ordered 2x IceLatte.

Completely overwhelmed crew and shift management in a not-so-full restaurant at lunchtime on August 3rd, 2024. Numbers at the pick-up board at random. Numbers disappear completely without being finished. Orders in random order. Some people (with children!) waited for over half an hour. There wasn't even an apology or a goodie for the kids. Total chaos.

When we first entered the restaurant and started ordering, paying on the order screens did not work. We had to go to the till and then we were greeted by the staff standing and shouting at each other and arguing so that you could hear it in the whole restaurant. It took about 5 minutes for one of the staff to notice that you were standing at the till waiting. The food was perfectly ok but very sticky with sauce. All the bins for throwing away what was left of the food were full.

Good, clean shop. Wasn't too crowded. The employee wanted to help with the order.

The food was ok as always... but the waiting time... I had to wait half an hour for my order for the third time. In addition, you have to stand at the front and wait for your order. There is no table service here like the other one.

Miserable, unhygienic and incompetently unfriendly

once again half of the order is missing and when I complain, all I get is blah blah blah. But don't think that the shortfall will be reimbursed voluntarily. I also had a botched lunch break. So first of all, MC is no longer on my lunch break list

I have to say the store is clean. The food is cold and tasty. However, I don't understand why the slide outside is closed when the weather is nice. And what I really can't understand is how the smaller lady with tied hair treats the employees... I was beyond shocked and the employees looked so scared... that you could see on their faces that they were afraid of doing something wrong. So really in what a tone... and then in front of the customers... it's just not appropriate at all...

Very very dirty, after 15 minutes of waiting without being able to take an order, I left the fast food restaurant. (I was the first at the checkout.)

Catastrophe. The food was something slapped together with no taste. How can you sell such rubbish?

Unfortunately, when it was 24 degrees and the sun was shining, the outdoor slide was locked and when we asked, we only received a loud “No!” communicates...

I really hate to give only 1 star. But they only managed to get 1. Out of 5 orders, not even one was complete. If you complain, you will be looked at stupidly and will act as if you don't understand anything. Sad

Excellent treatment from the staff

It's really a disgrace what's being slapped on there, it's not even a selection of burgers. When I wanted to eat a McRib again after a long time, I got something like that. The person who made the burger should be fired for it. I'll never go there again. Bottomless freedom!

Impersonally far too expensive. Fries and food pressed into small bags. Half off. So poor that with the prices for the little dried out meatballs there isn't even a bag left. Nope

I can't understand the bad reviews here. My food has never been cold, tables and restaurant are clean, employees are mostly friendly, table service works. Maybe it depends on the time of day and therefore the workload on the employees? I tend to be here at lunchtime or early in the evening, and everything was always okay.

The food is still nothing compared to the competition next door. Went here today because I saw a video on YouTube that McDonald's had "improved" the recipe of its "classics". Unfortunately I can't tell any difference from before... The cheeseburger was lukewarm. In the words of Louis de Funès... "7 degrees warmer than ice cream". The bun was sticky and the burger was generally dry so that it couldn't be eaten without a drink. The service is so-so... Larger orders that were placed after me were issued and I was still standing there with my simple "McSmart" and had to wait. Napkins are only available upon request. No stand for this in the entire restaurant. There was also a single one when ordering. For the environment...? Two of the four self-service terminals were out of service. Better to go next door to the king than to the clown. Here again today (4/25/24) to bring my wife a surprise. She just likes McDonald's breakfast. But waiting 5 minutes at the drive counter and asking you to be patient... Impossible! Then I should wait in the parking lot because a burger will take a while. A whopping 15 minutes from arrival to receiving the food. And that at 10:15 a.m.

Supposedly open until 2am, but at 12:20am the doors were already locked.

The woman with the red hair, glasses and lipstick was totally cheeky. Said “yes, I know I’m anti-social but the main thing is money.” Please throw it out

The fries fly down, despite the employee's intention, we didn't get any new ones. Food tasted completely cold and soft.

Clean and tasty, friendly service

This McDonald's branch was better 3-4 years ago. Now you're lucky if the table is only a little dirty. You also have to complain about almost every order you place because something always arrives wrong and you sometimes have to listen to stupid comments. It's a real shame because the location and the ambience are actually great, but unfortunately it's being torn down due to very poor and unqualified staff. I would have given the branch 5 stars in the past, but now I find it a pleasure to have a coffee there myself.

Been to Mc Drive and how could it be otherwise, something is missing again. They can't handle it in this branch.

Despite opening until 4 a.m. on the weekend, the door with garbage cans was locked at midnight! Table service was not available, food was simply placed at the front and was cold! When spoken to, all I got was a simple “not my problem” Never again!

We've been back here for a while. This is our McDonald's. I thought it was very good, I got really hot fries yesterday and they were really tasty 😋. The staff is friendly. We like to go there 😉 LG

Today I deliberately ordered a Big Tasty WITHOUT bacon. Because I don't eat pork for religious reasons. When I ate the thing, I was horrified to see that there was bacon in the burger. I complained. No excuse, they want to make me a new one. When I got up in shock while waiting and came to check again whether the food had been made correctly this time, the branch manager or (whatever she is) just came over with a annoyed comment.

Annoying, it feels like every second order is incorrect. The tables are also always very dirty. The food itself is ok.

Too few staff, it takes far too long.

Urgently check order on site.....catastrophe Unfortunately, I fell for it again and relied on the staff. With arrival and departure It took around 30 minutes to get home. Order placed and paid via app in MD. Was served quickly and everything was packed in two bags. Things we had ordered were missing at home again. Too late to complain or return to the branch and too busy with traffic on the A1. Parking situation was chaotic and trash cans outside were full.

It's a McDonald's like any other. Unfortunately, over the years the burgers have become far too small and too expensive.

I was there on March 9, 2024 and unfortunately found that this branch was closed inside. If asked, this would probably always be from midnight only for the drive-in. It was very crowded and the employees were completely overwhelmed! The payment already took time but I waited in front of the pick-up window for almost 5 minutes (I ordered fries cheeseburgers / hamburger royal cheese) and didn't have any special requests. The employee wanted to give me the things, which then stood in front of him for almost 10 minutes. I refused to take these and wanted new burgers / fries. I can't say whether the employee did this, but all the burgers and the fries were cold. These were also no longer attractive. The entire parking lot looks like a garbage dump! This restaurant is not worth it and not recommended.

I ordered a McPlant burger w out cheese and what did I get one w cheese

The app is not satisfactory. I ordered Big Mac and MC Rip and only got Big Mac. Staff was very inattentive. I had to wait 20 minutes for my burgers. The store is underground for me.

That was the first time we got hot and somewhat crispy fries. A little more salt would have been good. Never had. The MC rib was also hot, which I have only experienced very rarely.

The food takes a lot of getting used to, the service took some time, the ambience had already been cleaner. I'll come back in a few weeks, if it's still like this I'll send a complaint to the head office

The employee's language is barely understandable! It's incredibly annoying when you constantly have to ask questions and repeat everything because of the language. You order via the app and still get something wrong. Resolving problems is difficult. APP Enter a complaint not made for mobile phones! It's hard to see where you are because the screen layout is bad. It's also annoying when ordering with the app results in the wrong food. Why not recognized? There was beef burger in the chicken burger packaging. Edit: There was no receipt in the bag again. VAT fraud? And now the receipt is being requested for a complaint! That is not how it works!

Unfortunately the staff is very unfriendly! My McFlurry was served with almost no toppings and when I asked I was told there was nothing they could do about it.

Two-class society, some people get their food brought to the table and others don't! Guests with a migration background in particular are given preferential treatment here! The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired, all tables very dirty, hardly any activity from the staff; This branch used to be a flagship store, but that's long gone, a shame!

Opening hours until 2:00 a.m. posted everywhere... get here at 12:33 a.m. and the dirty shop is closed.

If you close hours earlier like your sign says, then do the damn work and replace it.

The food is like any McDonald's. It was very busy and the employees were very stressed. They argued and shouted at each other in front of the waiting customers. It doesn't work at all.

Just fast food. It's ok once in a while, too often is unhealthy.

I've gotten used to the fact that sometimes products aren't delivered to the order on the drive. But what just happened to me doesn't work at all. The employee at the drive gives me my cup of Coke Zero and doesn't close it properly. What happens? That's right, the cup bursts open. The Cola Zero spills in the car, on the upholstery and on the clothes. However, his reaction tops everything: instead of apologizing and, above all, giving me cleaning cloths/serves or something similar, he closes the drive window. Thanks for nothing!

In der Regel immer sehr voll. Die Mitarbeiter sind zwar nett jedoch arbeiten die viel zu langsam weshalb ich es inzwischen vermeide diese McDonal‘s Filiale zu besuchen.

Sehr lange Wartezeit, Essen durchschnittlich, Tische putzen und Rückgaberegal entleeren sollte öfter passieren.

Der Laden war dreckig, stinkende Klo… Pommes zu versalzen und Service war nicht gegeben…

Drecksladen. Wir fahren extra hin zum Frühstücken und dann gibt es kein Frühstück zu der angegebenen Uhrzeit! Online steht bis 11:30. Aber die Filiale hier hält sich nicht daran. Mitarbeiter behauptet es gibt kein Frühstück um die Uhrzeit, nur während Corona.

Wiederholt Burger in der Tüte vergessen. Der Boden ist fettig und klebt. Ware wurde fehlerhaft eingepackt. Die Burger sehen ausgepackt einfach widerlich aus. Keinen Respekt mehr zum Kunden.

Schrecklich trifft es wohl auf den Kopf. Burger so kalt, dass dass Fleisch nichtmal den Käse erwärmt hat. 2 Cheeseburger in der mc drive tüte vergessen. Ausgestiegen hab dann neue bekommen. Die waren sogar frisch und heiss. Apfeltasche per App mit vorbestellt und bezahlt. Beim hinteren Fenster hieß es dann, hab ich nicht mehr,musst du eine... blablabla nehmen. Ich... nix da, ich hab die bezahlt, da hat sich dann der NETTE Herr dazu hinreißen lassen mir doch noch eine machen zu lassen. Mein 2tes Highlight, auch die war dann frisch und heiß

Wie gewohnt gut m/schlecht. Ein Tip wenn ihr was frisches essen wollt dann bestellt etwas an eurem Burger weniger wie Bigmac ohne gurken und 100% frischen Burger!

Ich habe mir etwas zu Essen mitgenommen. Im Drive In ging alles recht zügig. Es wurde alles eingepackt.

Unglaublich unfreundliches Personal besonders die Fahrer die mit der gelben Jacke rumlaufen und sich fühlen wie die Inhaber. Bieten Tischservice lassen das essen dann aber kalt werden und sagen nicht bescheid das es vorne steht.

Terminal reagiert sehr sehr langsam. Bestellung leider wieder nur lau warm. Mitarbeiter untereinander im Umgang schon sehr komisch in Gegenwart von KUNDEN!

Einer der schmutzigsten Filialen die ich je besucht habe! Überfordertes Personal an der Kasse kalte Burger und Abfall in jeder Ecke!

Könnte eine Super Filiale sein. Liegt verkehrsgünstig, sieht gemütlich aus. Ist leider total versifft, die Tische sind so dreckig, dass man dich nur angewidert dransetzt. Seit 3 Tagen nicht drübergewischt? Speisen okay und flott.

Freundliche Bedienung und der Cappuccino laktosefrei war sehr gut

Mir ist bewusst, da ist viel los. Aber wenn ein Burger Laden das Fleisch auf dem Burger vergisst, frage ich mich, was sonst so nicht stimmt. So was darf nicht passieren. Dafür ist es einfach zu teuer.

Absolute Katastrophe. Der Mc Café Bereich war voller Müll und Salat Reste. Die Mitarbeiter werden scheinbar nicht sonderlich gut behandelt, dies spiegelt sich durch demotivation und unfreundliche Gesichter wieder. Wenn man die weibliche Filialeleitung sieht, wundert man sich auch kaum. Wird wurden angefaucht, weil die Filiale bereits geschlossen hatte, wir dies allerdings nicht mitbekommen haben weil wir so sehr ins Gespräch vertieft waren. Eine freundliche Aufforderung oder Information hätte uns genauso gut dazu bewegt das Restaurant zu verlassen.

Für einen Mitternachtssnack, in der Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag, waren wir auf der Suche nach einem McDonald’s. Da dieser auf dem Weg nach Hause lag und noch bis 4 Uhr geöffnet haben sollte, war es die logische Wahl ihn zu nehmen. Als wir ankamen, war der Laden recht gut besucht. Die Eingangstür war jedoch abgeschlossen und von innen zugestellt. Als Gäste durch die Hintertür die Filiale verließen, kamen wir dann doch rein und stellten fest, dass es aussah, wie Sau. Überall standen Tabletts mit leeren Verpackungen auf den Tischen. Es sah aus, als hätte man den ganzen Abend noch nicht aufgeräumt. Wir bestellten unser Essen und erfuhren dann, dass ab 0 Uhr die Filiale eigentlich geschlossen hätte und bis 4 Uhr nur noch der McDrive möglich wäre… das stand aber nirgends, was uns auch sehr verwundete… wir aßen unser Essen und verließen die Filiale.

Eten goed te doen zoals alle andere mac's, de wc is wel ronduit goor te noemen,en kan wel wat aandacht gebruiken.

Hier hält man sich nicht an die Öffnungszeiten. Je nach Lust wird die Eingangstür Stunden vor Schließung verbarrikadiert und man muss dann durch den Drive (laufen). Bestellungen sollte man überprüfen, nicht immer vollständig. Ansonsten findet man, wenn man es irgendwie schafft den Laden geöffnet vorzufinden, immer einen Sitzplatz, nicht immer sauber, aber man kann sitzen.

Leider fehlt immer was Heute war es Maja , Ketchup und süß sauer Sauce.

Die Minuten vor der Lieferung sind immer die besten. Die Frage die wir uns dann stellen. Was wird heute fehlen, bitte lieber Gott lass es nichts von meinem Sachen sein.

Heute bei McDonald essen wie immer doch ich bin empört dass, McDonald so teuer ist. Zwei Menüs 22€ wie soll es dann mit den 19% weiter gehen.

Jeder Besuch eine Katastrophe. 2 x gefragt ob das Menü zum 'hieressen' ist wird es trotzdem in eine Tüte geknallt. Hätte ich nicht aufs 'hieressen' bestanden, hätten sie gefehlt. Erst beim umpacken aufs Tablett wutentbrannt umgedreht und eine Schachtel ohne Serviette auf das Tablett geknallt. Danke für Nichts - Lesen will gelernt sein Wenn es anstelle von Sternen auch Smileys gäbe, dann wären die 5 in Ihren Tränen ertrunken

Da ich kurz etwas trinken wollte, wegen Reizhusten Anfall, hatte ich mich spontan für mcdrive entschieden. Ein blöder Fehler! 15 Minuten Wartezeit und ein zurück gibt es natürlich nicht! Wenn McDonald's die Koordination nicht schafft mit mcdrive und Lieferservice, sollten Sie dies an der Stelle noch mal überdenken. Und wir reden hier nicht von einer Rush hour, sondern 14:30 Uhr. Habe ich in all den Jahren noch bei keinem McDonald's in der Form so erlebt. An der Stelle wäre ich schneller zu Hause gewesen.

Dicke Frau mit rot gefärbten Haaren war sehr sehr unfreundlich!!! Ich wurde noch nie so herablassend behandelt und meine Bestellung hat Fehler aufgewiesen
