Incredibly bad McDonald’s. Staff completely listless, speak little or sometimes no German. The food was clapped together underground, the lattice potatoes were so old that they were inedibly hard. Cheeseburger with hardened cheese on the edges... Pure profit maximization, zero customer orientation. Since the situation has been going on for months or even years, McDonald's Deutschland LLC doesn't seem to be bothered by it. Incredible, especially when you know other examples.

The food took 20 minutes and was then cold and not complete. Service staff doesn't speak a word of German and doesn't seem like they know their way around.

Takes forever even though there isn't much going on

There was no paper left at the order counter, the fries were cold and very soft, the chicken burgers were completely flattened and the iced tea tasted way too strongly of syrup. It used to be good but has become very bad. I will not be entering this store again regarding this.

I've never waited so damn long in the drive-in anywhere. The employees are completely overwhelmed. This has nothing to do with fast food.

Burger King branch reopened after a long closure. When you read the reviews here, I am personally very surprised at the overwhelmingly positive ratings! Unfortunately, the new tenants have not actually earned the advance laurels at all. I've been there about 5 times since it reopened. Every time the food is served lukewarm. Fries limp and barely salted. I wouldn't recommend minced meat burgers to anyone here, it tastes terrible. Crispy Chicken is always served lukewarm. The team responds reasonably courteously to complaints, but that's not the point. You have to learn from your mistakes and make improvements. Unfortunately I didn't see that on my last visits. Compared to its predecessor, they are actually a lot weaker when it comes to preparing the food, that has to be said. Unfortunately for me, Burger King is a thing of the past. There is hardly a good branch in all of Munich and this Burger King is no exception.

Super long waiting time of at least half an hour, just annoying. The ice tea machine is supposedly broken, but everything else works. No driving back and forth possible. Order taken back. Never here again.

I came in just before noon. Drive was full, not inside. My order was takeout and still had to wait a long time for it. Staff talked to each other more than did work. At least the food was warm and fresh.

It's now our favorite McDonald's.

The food was good. Worker was super friendly. I enjoyed my meal. A good location ☺️

Dirty, tables greasy and my poor burger was prepared with 7 kilos of pepper and salt

Unfortunately, McDonald's reflects our society, hectic, pure quantity and zero quality, it's a shame, I know other times when McDonald's offered quality.
