Fast, flawless service. Everything was delicious!

Still delicious. The burger buns are a little more crumbly than before. But in terms of taste and everything else, everything was great (BigMac Menu, classic with Cola and fries, now €11.49, with mayonnaise). I confessed that I visited one of the first Mcdonalds in Germany at the end of the 80s! 😋😅

Food is not always fresh. Service I add that the tables that are empty are all not clean. There are 3 guests and all the other tables are dirty.

I didn't lie 20 minutes ago. at the drive in and ordered a Mc Chicken Classic with fries, the fries tasted like they were from the day before... the cola was stale... and the lettuce on the burger was already slightly brown :D so I don't know... .. I can't recommend it any further.

Order from the machine with table service. The order arrived incomplete without any notice. When asked, there was a shrug of the shoulders and open laughter: "Yes, we had a lot to do and the missing items are no longer available." - no apology and only after further inquiry a “do you want your money back?” - Thank you, it was our last visit here. I will not describe the condition of the sanitary facilities here. This was not a pleasant visit. Very unsatisfactory. Correspond: Clearly not a recommendation.

Als ich mit meiner Mutter zu McDonald gefahren bin in Überlingen, haben wir eine Bestellung aufgenommen im DriveIn. Wir bestellten 3 verschiedene Menüs, später beim auspacken merkten wir, dass uns eines der Menüs fehle, und dass ist uns auch schon in den vergangen Jahren sehr oft passiert. Wir nehmen an das der McDonald in Überlingen extra manchmal ein Menü wegfallen lässt damit sich das Team am Feierabend selbst versorgen kann.

Toilets dirty otherwise a standard McDonalds

I was in the drive-thru in my car that evening and ordered a few things to eat. The employee was incredibly friendly and was able to express herself very well. The quality of the food was really top for McDonald's - the fries were extremely good and I can only recommend enjoying them fresh at this McDonald's! The drinks were OK. The location is very clean and pleasant. Five out of five stars – a very good fast food restaurant.

Order from Mc Drive, coupon given for double pack menu. Cashier makes a mistake and reactivates the coupon. Would like to others, I thought so that she originally redirected the order. Ask at the counter. She says she already explained that to me. I can no longer receive the double pack menu. I point out her mistake because at least it can't be that she deactivates something and I have no chance of redemption. Then I have to order a Mc menu from her as well. She then says that she can't actually take the order at the front. I point out to them that it was their mistake and that they can't ask me to drive outside to Mc Drive again. Annoyed eye roll. Customers shouldn't have to pay for mistakes made by staff!! Customer friendliness is zero. Because of all the back and forth, I wasn't even given my drinks, but I only noticed this when I got home because of my anger (4 drinks weren't given out!!!)

Really crowded here but also really clean.

I went to the toilet first. There I noticed that the toilet seat was pretty dirty. The disinfectant dispenser was empty. The soap too. The Dyson Airdryer already has a coating on the inside. Then to eat after washing your hands for minutes with only water, as there is no soap. The Royal TS was fresh and good. Strangely, the BigMac tasted a bit like apple cider vinegar and wasn't the freshest anymore. I had large patches of brown grease fingers on both boxes and also on the napkins. The ambience is good, but after this experience I won't come again!

Employees who work uncleanly. Scratching themselves or touching anything and immediately preparing the order. My order was disastrous. Half of the fries were outside of the packaging. My Hamburger Royal TS didn't have iceberg lettuce in the burger, but rather scattered throughout the packaging.

Dirty, garbage everywhere on the floor and in the visible kitchen. Shame.

Unfortunately, the Big Mac we ordered was less than lukewarm, the fries were soft and limp...and colder than the burgers. Since I'm hungry, it pushes the stuff in, but enjoyment is definitely something different. There was also a restaurant that was dirty everywhere. The tables are greasy, sticky, and have coffee or cola stains on them. The floor looks similar...paper, chips, napkins...you can find a lot of things. The garbage station is overflowing. It was emptied the second I wanted to take a photo of it, but that was it. The employee didn't come back to clean the tables or the floor (15 minutes after the station was emptied. A maximum of about 5 to 15 people in 45 minutes, mostly over 20, are in the restaurant on Saturday around 10 p.m., so no overcrowding in terms of appearance condition could perhaps justify.

It was full. We were at the drive in. Nothing was moving forward. When it was our turn we heard the so-called boss shouting at an employee who was apparently new. The guests at the counter looked just as horrified as we were in the car. I was just on holiday but my daughter goes there often and she said it was normal for the lady. Something like that doesn't work at all. That's probably why they're looking for 10 employees there (posting) We then got our food. There was a part missing but there were two burgers that we hadn't ordered. The few employees are completely overwhelmed.

The tables were dirty, as was the floor. The dirtiest toilet and sink I have ever seen in a store of this chain. The staff had time for jokes and time to throw things around behind the counter, but unfortunately no time to bring the food that was already ready. When it did happen, the person in charge wasn't friendly at all. There was too much mayonnaise on the burger.

The worst McDonald's branch I've ever seen. The employees are incredibly unfriendly, the burgers, nuggets and fries were almost cold and thrown into the packaging in a complete mess. Half of the sauces were also missing. Complaints will not be taken into account and you probably can't do the math there either because my change wasn't correct. Then choose another branch and leave your money there.

Was at the restaurant today for lunch around 12:30 p.m. Unfortunately I couldn't enter a specification at the self-ordering counter and typed in a cola. After I had paid for the order, I went straight to the food counter and asked the lady politely if it would be possible to send a special note instead of the cola when ordering. I was then dismissed quite impersonally with the statement that the drinks had certainly already been prepared. So unfortunately no accommodation. Maybe next time I'll just let someone show me how to type in a specific. Unfortunately, when I got to the table I had to decide which of the tables was the least dirty. The employee at Mc Café was very friendly and, when asked, gave me a damp cloth to clean the table myself. The food itself was fresh and tasted to McDonald's standards. Finally, I would like to say that I have been to Mc Donalds in Überlingen several times and the staff is always very friendly and the restaurant is usually clean. Unfortunately today it was rather mediocre.

The employees don't even look at you with their buttocks, don't greet you, don't say a word to you (but they are cheerful to each other, not in German). The bald guy doesn't call out the orders, he just slaps them down without saying a word. No number is checked or checked to see who is taking it, you could eat your way through here for free. At the time of my visit it wasn't even full, there were about 5 open orders.

Dirty and often long waiting times. Staff are often overwhelmed. Tables dirty, relevant surfaces are hardly cleaned. Table service is often suspended and instead the table number is shouted throughout the restaurant (mobile ordering). When asked: “We don’t do table service, too few staff.” Packaging and cups that have fallen to the floor are sometimes still used. At least the cleanliness/hygiene in the restaurant should be guaranteed otherwise you have to close if there are not enough staff. It's getting worse and worse

The food was not what we are used to from McDonald's here in our area (the Netherlands). Limp pale fries with hardly any taste. We had opted for table delivery but our number was shouted so we came and got it.

We wanted strawberry cake but didn't have any left! Instead we had frozen cheesecake! When we left the strawberry cake was still available in the terminal and they should have blocked it!

Mc is lecker. Aber als ich an der Theke war und auf meine Bestellung wartete bekam ich von einem Schichtleiter mit Brille mit wie er mich und andere Kunden sexuell angespielt hatte und dies war sehr unangemessen weil es Mitarbeiter und andere Kunden gehört haben.

The tables and chairs were sticky. The chicken uggets and wrap were ok. The fries were soon cold. If I had gone to the toilet before eating, I probably wouldn't have eaten anything. If a manager tolerates such a mess, the hygiene in the kitchen can't be far off. Thank God I didn't have any problems other than a bit of an upset stomach.

Was there for the third time, the third time in the drive through and that was probably the last time at this branch. Didn't get a spoon with the Mcflurry and ended up with the same smurf three times at the Happymeal... The visits to the branch inside were also flops, once no fries; Once you get cold greasy fries from a menu. When ordering at Happymeal the second time you said you didn't want the same Smurf because you already had one, you were barked at, there was a change at McDonald's, you can't choose the character. So you have to take what you are given, helpfulness and friendliness is something else......sad that such employees managed to work there or the management is rubbish.

But, considering that the purchase was for €32 and only the €4.99 iced coffee was great, I don't think that's so good. This is the result. Unfortunately, I can't say whether this is because of McDonald's or this branch in particular.

I have repeatedly received something different from what I ordered, and when I complain I get very unfriendly reactions. The tables are often very dirty, the tray carts are overflowing and the trash can in front of the entrance is actually always overflowing when I've been there. If you get what you ordered (and paid for!) it tastes good.

This has to be the worst McDonald's manager there is. Far too few employees or a kitchen that is too small. In any case, even the smallest orders take over 10 minutes. I have to be honest and say that it feels like the toilets haven't been cleaned for months. The Dyson hand dryer was incredibly full of dust and dirt. There was no toilet paper in any toilet, let alone disinfectant. A pity...

Worst branch ever visited. Service underground. The table order was called out rudely and we had to pick it up ourselves. In a single order (€30), a burger was completely forgotten and the wrong wrap was served. It was little attended. There was no longer enough patience and motivation for a third complaint about missing bacon (€0.70 EXTRA). This branch will definitely not be visited anymore.

Visited the MCDrive this evening and it was underground. From the impersonal greeting with the words "what do you want to order" to the statement "we don't have any burgers with salad", which absolutely cannot be and is a clear sign of mismanagement, to the quality of the food, which was not there only disappointment. The fries were extremely soft and old, the hamburgers were stuck to the foil and the nuggets were as hard as a board. In short, absolutely no recommendation and I will avoid this store in the future!

Our two Bigtasty Bacon were brought to the table. Unfortunately both burgers were cold. We were told the Mc Rip we ordered wasn't ready yet and would be delivered soon. The McDonald's branch in Überlingen is characterized by excellent organization. The staff is friendly and attentive, and you always get a sufficient number of napkins when you order a McRib. The burgers are always carefully prepared and not carelessly thrown together, as is unfortunately often the case with other McDonald's branches.

Absolut toller Service und alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Ich komme gerne hierher zum Kaffee trinken.

The slowest Mecces service I have ever experienced. In my “home Mecces” the food arrives after a minute. It took almost 10 minutes for the food to be brought to the table.

Onions were probably already out too. A pity! The Royal was tasteless just like the chicken nuggets. Seemed like old goods. All in all, a lot of room for improvement!

Basically a normal, mostly clean and modern McDonald's. The biggest problem is the unqualified, hardly German-speaking and very unfriendly employees. We waited over an hour for our breakfast, then after asking several times we got the wrong thing twice and when we pointed out that things were missing for the third time, we were told: "Breakfast over, there's nothing left". When I then wanted my money back, I was given 3 euros for a missing wrap even though 3 things were missing. When I then wanted all my money back I was fobbed off in an extremely unfriendly and annoyed manner with: "Why is the rest there?" Then I took everything with me and it was clear: cold, loveless and totally squished. €22.50 for such cheekiness is simply not possible.

McDonald's is always consistent in quality. Restaurants were more likely to shoot at lunchtime 😕
