Pizza Service Tassone in Überlingen

We've been regular customers of TASSONE Überlingen for over two years now. We've had pizzas delivered and also picked them up ourselves. We had a very negative experience once and refused to accept the pizza after more than two hours. Today, October 29, 2025, at 5:42 PM, we ordered a family pizza with extra toppings and a salad. The total price was €49. The pizza arrived a few minutes before 7:00 PM, but unfortunately, it was almost cold! Our special request for extra garlic for €2 was not fulfilled; there was no garlic on the pizza at all. Disappointing, considering the price of the pizza and salad.

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The pizza itself was good, but the Bolognese wasn't quite as fresh. The French dressing was so diluted that it didn't taste as it should. And unfortunately, my tiramisu arrived an hour later after being forgotten, but at least it was tasty. The delivery service was friendly. Overall, I'm a bit disappointed because they used to be much better.

The last five times I've asked in the comments section for my vegan friend to please leave out the cheese on her pizza, or to simply include oil and vinegar dressing for a salad instead of French dressing. Each time, the wrong dressing was delivered and the pizza was cheesed. The comments are ignored every time, and extra ingredients are also omitted, and of course, I still charge for them.

Got food delivered. The pizza was good, but the salad was a bit dry without dressing (I ordered the tasone dressing and a second extra dressing (€2.50)). I've already filed a complaint, but unfortunately, there's been no response. The delivery person was very friendly.

I've never been so disappointed by a delivery service. What these people allow themselves to do to their customers is truly insulting. Anyone who wants their money back has to go to the store in person. On the phone, they pretend they don't understand anything and just hang up. They should really contact the press with the story I experienced... Conclusion: Never order from there again

I ordered for pickup about 2 hours in advance, then was told at the pickup time that there was no order and I hadn't called. Even showing them the order history didn't change the fact that there was never a phone call... And instead of saying "sorry, something must have gone wrong, what did you order?" They looked confused as I placed the order again. Guys, service is better... The pizza itself was very tasty, but unfortunately, the service isn't recommended.

Delicious pizza, fresh ingredients, and friendly service. The tiramisu is especially delicious! Highly recommended!

Ordered from here twice last week while on vacation. The pizzas and pasta were delicious, and the delivery arrived warm. We would order from here again.

Very fast delivery and delicious pizza

We ordered a simple salad with French dressing and a small spicy salami pizza. The preparation was very quick, and we were gone in ten minutes. And we only paid €15 for both. The employee was very nice and friendly. And the salad was very fresh and crisp, as were the carrots and onions. It tasted very, very good. The pizza was quite greasy, but that was because of the salami. It had a delicious spicy flavor and was nice and crispy and well-cooked. Very, very tasty. 😋 Highly recommended

The Überlingen location has consistently declined in terms of both the quality and quantity of food. We try ordering something there every time, and it always tastes very poor, there's little, and it's also expensive. Some days, for example, the tortellini tastes as if they were cooked three days ago and stored in 40-degree heat. I've also often had eggshells in my carbonara. I wish the old quality could return. Especially since Überlingen doesn't have much to offer in the way of courtesies.

Great pizza delivery service. No long wait times. And, above all, the pizzas were really delicious.

I've never eaten better gnocchi. They were far better than any restaurant I've had them in the past. The sauce was well-seasoned and had a good consistency, really great. I eat there regularly with friends.

I am really disappointed with my experience with Pizza Tassone in Überlingen. I placed my order two minutes before the lunch break began at 2 p.m. - without knowing that the restaurant would then close for a full three hours. This information is not clearly or clearly communicated on the website, which in itself is questionable. Shortly afterwards I received a call from an employee who apparently felt personally insulted by my order. The tone was aggressive and completely unprofessional, as if I had done something forbidden. Instead of providing friendly explanations, I was asked sharply whether I would like to cancel the order. Of course I wanted to - I don't have three hours to wait for my lunch. What really left me speechless: I paid via PayPal, the order wasn't delivered, but I haven't received a refund to date. Apparently customers like to keep their money here – without any service. You almost get the impression that the store is doing too well to treat customers with respect. Maybe business is going so well that you can afford this kind of interaction? Conclusion: No service, no transparency, no respect for paying customers. For me that was definitely the last time.

I've been disappointed every time. Generally speaking, the price-performance ratio is completely out of proportion, and the pizzas are on average 4cm smaller than advertised (in all varieties). I've given you plenty of chances, but what you're doing isn't okay.

It's such a shame that quality and customer satisfaction are no longer important. I'm very disappointed. I've ordered so many times, always thinking, "Oh, come on, try it again." I ordered a family pizza with extra mushrooms and extra arugula. Well, I actually found about two slices. There wasn't really any sauce on it either, it was totally dry and tasteless. Unfortunately. The delivery people are always very friendly.

The pizzas are really good to eat, but no matter when and what I order on top of the pizza or ask to leave something out in a comment, it won't be implemented. Of course the extra ingredients are still charged...disappointing.

In the case of the Piccata di Taccino, the two turkey schnitzels were raw. No wonder the delivery came 30 minutes before the stated delivery time. We had to fry them again. The rest was ok. Ordering online was easy and the chauffeur who delivered the goods was very friendly. However, we won't be ordering there again.

We have now ordered three times within a short period of time. Great taste. The delivery service was super friendly. We can only recommend it!

I've ordered here every now and then but no delivery person has been as unfriendly as today. Unfortunately that wasn't all, the pizza tastes like nothing and the dough is like it was warmed up in the microwave. It's a real shame that I've had pasta that was even worse than the pizza after a phone call but no one cared about it, unfortunately it was a real waste of money

Today we treated ourselves to a salami pizza with mushrooms. Very tasty and recommended. The delivery service was very accommodating and friendly. We are really satisfied.

Ordered two family pizzas. Payment was only possible in cash and the service was unfriendly. The dough was like cardboard, the pizza was sparsely topped and indigestible. Not recommended.

I can't say anything about the delivery service, I ordered the pizza and salad on site and took it with me. The very friendly man at the counter made me a great vegetarian pizza that tasted very good. The salad was also delicious, even with small Italian rolls...thumbs up!

I would have liked to not give any stars. So first of all, €64 for 4 pizzas is quite proud. But then three out of four come across completely wrong. Ok happened. So we called and then the fun began. Yes, it takes an hour and I want the wrong pizzas back. Ok… because we had been waiting for an hour, everyone ate a piece. The new pizza arrived an hour later... the delivery driver looks into the boxes and says "I have to call my boss." No sooner said than done and then the guy on the phone yells that he said he wanted the old pizzas back. For what, for resale??? Was really rude and then just hung up. The poor driver apologized a few times. The real pizzas were quite good, but what was going on there... Never again!!!

The pizzas are always good. Unfortunately we had a wrong delivery for the second time. However, the correct delivery was ensured straight away and in the end everything was always fine.

L’impasto è ok, la qualità degli ingredienti non è il massimo ma capisco che non siamo in Italia e la mozzarella vera è un miraggio. Alcune pizze sono molto poco italiane ma capisco anche ci si debba adeguare al mercato di riferimento. Alcune pizze tuttavia sono soddisfacenti, consiglio quella “salsiccia piccante”. Sconsiglio invece quella ai funghi perché sanno di funghi sottaceto.

Deutliche Verbesserung (Dezember 2022) zu letztem Jahr. Der Pizzateig ist sehr viel leckerer, die Salate frischer und schöner angerichtet. Unser Sonderwunsch wurde so geliefert, wie wir es angegeben hatten. Ab jetzt bestellen wir wieder (häufiger) bei Tassone!

die pizzas waren gut aber auch schon besser belegt der Salat war nichts früher waren geviertelte Eier und Käsescheiben drauf und die Zutaten frisch der Salat heute war alt und braun wie einer der ein paar Tage liegt der Käse ist nur noch der Zutatenkäse ...Hatte mir in Owingen beim Döner noch einen Bauernsalat geholt der 10 mal besser und frischer war.; Tassone in Luwigshafen und Espasingen besser. die anderen kenne ich nicht
