Restaurant Sinner's im Strandbad Nußdorf in Überlingen

It was super tasty and we were served very courteously! Gladly again! Update: Still applies after a year - today we ate again very, very well in the Strandbad Restaurant - and received excellent service. We'll be back! :-)

Had already reserved by phone in advance. We were greeted in a very friendly manner at the beach entrance. Rarely have I felt so comfortable. All around the service left nothing to be desired. We'll be visiting there more often from now on. But no wonder given the good name we share after all😉☝🏼

Very nicely decorated location. Great view of the lake outside. It's okay if you don't enter with swimwear.

The restaurant is good for eating, but a renovation of the facility would be urgently needed for swimming!

Price-performance for the food is no longer quite right

Were there at the lido and there was a very unsympathetic, unpleasant man sitting at the entrance who loudly complained about bathers with the words: Watch out, luckily the weather is supposed to be bad next week, then we'll have peace and quiet. This type of restaurant is absolutely out of place on a beach resort. The locals are an unfriendly, impudent people, you are driven from your chosen place and insulted with the words: Get out of there, this is our place, we have always been there (we were there long before). One "lady" took herself particularly seriously and told a gentleman who was packing up his paddle board that he should do it somewhere else, she wanted your peace and quiet. I've never experienced anything like that. Even the bit of cloudy broth that is available for bathing is the bottom drawer for entry like in the outdoor pool + parking fees

There are a lot of unfriendly staff here... Even before we entered the restaurant, we were told very unfriendly at the entrance that it was already full... or... Only with reservation... There's nothing to take away an hour before closing time!... That's what the staff said!

My wife is in this restaurant and she deserves the actual best

Be careful with children, the visit can be a nasty experience. We reserved a table last Saturday with our 3 small children. The children participated well and also enjoyed their food. Until then everything was fine. At the end there was an ice cream for each child. My son had a mishap while eating ice cream. He tipped over his glass of blackcurrant juice. The seat cushion also became wet or dirty. Unfortunately he hit it with his arm. This can happen to adults too. The reaction from the waiter was outrageous...I've never experienced anything like that in a restaurant. Despite our apologies, we were treated as if we had just committed a crime. He got excited and muttered “madness” the whole time. In addition, we all had to give up our seat cushions, including the adults, on the grounds that "in case something gets knocked over again." Cleaning was expensive. We then immediately got up and paid. Even a conversation with the boss didn't improve the situation. She just said: “What kind of guests do you think we have all day”. I should also mention that we have eaten there several times and we know each other. Conclusion: As a guest you are worthless and guests with children are annoying. Greetings from the service desert in Germany. I'm curious to see how long this concept will continue to work.

I don't know what we did wrong. But the waitress deliberately "overlooked" us, two older women. After she continued serving 2 tables for the second time and "ignored" our question as to whether we could order something, I asked on the way out whether we had done something wrong that she wasn't serving us. Answer: "I haven't seen her at all". 2 meters further?

Very terrible attitude towards people and unfriendly. Food is too expensive. And only one with fried potatoes. It's terrible that people are fed with litter everywhere.

One star for the location right on the lake, but that's it. We were disappointed with the service, the company is a member of the “Service Desert Germany”. In our opinion, the food was unfortunately frozen/prepared and was largely not freshly prepared. We won't be coming back.

All in all, a perfect, great atmosphere in one of the most beautiful places on Lake Constance, the ambience is unbeatable and the Swen service is unbeatable wq

I give one star for the friendly young man who served us and the location right on the beach with a view of Lake Constance and a beautiful terrace. That was it already. The owner really shines with the unfriendliness already described in other reviews. Numerous tables remained free or were marked as reserved because the kitchen probably couldn't handle more. That's ok and the operator's free decision. But the kitchen itself doesn't do much. Unfortunately, the food was not at all convincing, especially considering the price segment. €21.50 for a simple leaf salad, three slices of cucumber with questionable fried chicken breast. The latter tasted strange, was fried to death - without being really hot - and I had the impression that it was a finished product (consistency and fibers of the meat!). In my opinion, €12.90 for a small Swiss sausage salad is steep. With the Allgäu cheese schnitzel, the fries were drowned in gravy and the whole dish was rather chunky.

Great spot to just have a drink or go out to eat. The waitresses are super nice and attentive. We go there twice in a row because we liked it so much.

We had a special, unfriendly experience there. There were 12 of us and about 8-10 went in to see if there was room. The door wasn't closed yet and the boss came rushing over. With a very loud organ "Stop, stop... that's not how it works!" They wouldn't have room for so many - that's ok, but not in that tone, please. We just went out again. The others asked, and we told them what had happened and were just about to leave when the innkeeper came around the corner (he must have heard us telling the others) and started insulting us and calling after us to say what we should do Let's get away as quickly as possible. How could you come with so many people without making a reservation? There's no need to complain at all (.. about the unfriendly eviction, mind you!)... be rude, etc. We all agreed that the establishment was a nice sight, but we definitely won't be visiting it again.

Although I was there very often with my wife, today I was very disappointed because at 5:40 p.m. the husband can't just have a quick drink because the owner said it's dinner time. Many tables were free. A pity

Sehr gutes Restaurant für zwischendurch punkte abzug: Küche nicht durchgehend

Wir haben heute zu zweit hervorragend gegessen. Das Essen war sehr heiss, auf vorgewärmten Tellern serviert kam unglaublich schnell, obgleich das Lokal ausgebucht war und es gab wirklich nichts zu meckern. Sehr, sehr köstlich.

Von der Anlage her ist es ein kleines, nettes Familienbad. Man muss es nur schaffen an dem extrem unhöflichen und u. E. aggressiven Kassierer vorbeizukommen. Am Besten das Eintrittsgeld 3€ p.P. passend dabei haben, denn der gute Herr weigert sich in Münzen das Restgeld auszugeben. Auch bei 10€ Diskussion. Wurzel seines Übels ist der Bedarf an Münzgeld für den Parkautomaten des öffentlichen Parkplatzes ggü. von dem mit Sicherheit das Strandbad am meisten profitiert. Ich kann und will hier gar nicht den ganzen Auftritt dieses Mannes darstellen. Es war extrem unhöflich, laut und respektlos. Ich kann hierfür keine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Ein Strandbad-Retaurant (!) in dem man um 17:30 keinen Tisch als 1 Erwachsener / 2 Kinder zum Essen bekommt obwohl 80% der Tische frei war. "Drinnen machen wir heute keinen Service und draußen ist alles reserviert"... obwohl draußen nur auf jedem dritten Tisch ein reserviert Schild stand. .... Absolute Frechheit, ... anscheinend hat sich diese Gastro mehr als gut erholt!

Excellente cuisine italienne, vue sur le lac. Attention ! Cet établissement (comme quelques autres) n'accepte pas les cartes de crédit.

Essen gut,Preise überteuert. Durch die Karte weg bekommt man das gleiche im Strandbad Ost in Überlingen für 5 € weniger pro Gericht.

Das Essen (vegetarisch) Kartoff.gratin u gegrilltes Gemüse schmeckte mir bestens. Super Blick ins leere Strandbad (es war zu frisch für Wasserratten) auf den See, schönes Ambiente, schneller Service. Ein Besuch mächte wiederholt werden! :)

Wir waren nur für Kaffee und Kuchen dort. Der Kuchen war ausgesprochen lecker! Bei vergangenen Besuchen waren wir mit dem Essen zufrieden. Sehr zu bemängeln ist die Sauberkeit der Toiletten, da diese auch mit den Besuchern vom Strandbad geteilt werden müssen. Am besten man betritt die Toiletten mit Gummistiefeln und Gummihandschuhen.

Hatten 4 Tage vorher reserviert (was auch fast nötig ist) und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Hauptgericht und Dessert waren sehr lecker und die Bedienung ist super nett und spaßig. Danke für den schönen Abend.

Komme seit Jahren hierher. Mit Zugang zum Bodensee optimal auch für Kleinkinder. Essen super.

Das Restaurant liegt direkt im Strandbad Nußdorf. Die Terrasse bietet einen unfassbar schönen Blick auf den See und die Berge. Das Essen ist richtig lecker, frisch und es gibt auch für Vegetarier einige Optionen. Das Essen war schnell da und der Kellner richtig lustig und freundlich

Mal wieder Spaß gehabt mit dem stadtbekannten Kellner-Unikum Camillo. Wir kennen uns schon ewig. Da musst Du auf jede Antwort gefasst sein - ein toller Mensch. Abgesehen davon gibt's dort sehr gutes Eis ... bei dem Wetter 😋

Schöne Terrasse, tolle Aussicht Hauptmenü war voll in Ordnung auch das Preisleistungsverhältnis. Allerdings unter einem gemischten Beilagensalat stell ich mir etwas anderes vor wie verschiedene Blattsalate und ein paar Streifen Möhre für diesen Preis!

Essen war gut. Portionen absolut in Ordnung. Bedienung war manchmal ein bisschen hektisch aber sehr freundlich.

Nach einer Rundfahrt am Überlinger See sind wir (mangels Parkplätzen in Bodman und den anderen Orten) in Nußdorf gelandet und parkten an einem kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz am Restaurant und Strandbad. Am Eingang des Restaurants Hinweis, dass man dieses über den Eingang des Strandbads erreicht. Wir waren einige Minuten vor der abendlichen Öffnungszeit. Auf dem Weg wurden wir unfreundlich aufgehalten, man dürfe das Gelände nur mit Eintrittskarte für das Strandbad betreten. Unsere Bitte, im Eingangsbereich des Strandbads warten zu dürfen, wurde ablehnt. Wir haben dann einige Minuten vor dem Strandbad gewartet. Das Essen war dann OK, wenn auch übersichtlich und daher überteuert, der Service wenig freundlich. Die Aussicht bestand eher auf den Badegästen denn dem See, aber den hatten wir zuvor hautnah schon in Bodman gesehen.

Prima Stopp am Beach mit sehr guter Auswahl an Allem und sympathischer Service

Discreto ristorante sulle rive del lago di Costanza, in una zona a forte richiamo turistico, dalle parti di Uberlingen. Come tradizione da queste parti, cibi abbastanza pesanti e molto saporiti, soprattutto il pesce e i corposi ravioloni alla tedesca. Delude molto il vino. Prezzi buoni, certo non a livello della vicina Svizzera. La delusione più grande deriva dal pagamento: anche qui, come in tante parti del Sud Italia, si paga solo in contanti. Addirittura alcune pensioni / hotel lago non rilasciano nemmeno la ricevuta. Eppure siamo in Germania!

Wir hielten auf der Durchreise als Familie im Strandbad Nußdorf und waren begeistert. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, eine wunderschöne Aussicht direkt am See und das Essen war einfach nur lecker! Die Bedienung war schnell und freundlich, außerdem sehr kinderlieb. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
