McDonald's Restaurant in Iserlohn

I was here about two weeks ago with my children. Unfortunately, shortly after our visit, I received a hefty parking fine (€63.75), even though I did eat in the restaurant. There was a technical issue with the app when I placed my order, and an employee helped me – the whole process took a bit longer than expected, which probably caused the problem. This is the first time something like this has happened to me, and it's really disappointing. We've been regular customers, but after this experience, we probably won't be visiting this location again.

A bit dirty, the tables weren't clean.

I'm not a fan of McDonald's. The price/performance ratio hasn't been right for a long time, and the food isn't really high quality.

As I entered the restaurant last night, an attractive black man held the door open for me. I then had problems with the ordering terminal. He must have noticed this immediately and rushed to my aid. With his large, masculine hands, he maneuvered through the menu to fulfill my every wish. As I thanked him, I lost myself in his emerald green eyes. Only when my eyes caught sight of his smile did I find myself again. With a slight stutter, I thanked him, and he went behind the counter with his majestic twists. I would love to meet him. The food was okay, 3/5.

So, the MC Drive isn't very good. Unfortunately, you're not allowed to drive through with just any vehicle. When we drove through with our four-wheel drive (shopping cart), we weren't greeted in a friendly manner by the manager. We were sent away and weren't allowed to order anything. We didn't like that very much, since there wasn't anything going on anyway. They could have had a bit of a sense of humor, since it was all empty at the MC Drive. We didn't think that was very nice, and that's why the review was so bad. Next time, we'll try Bürger King, which is better anyway, and they also have a sense of humor.

Today was the last time my family and I visited you! Two 6-pack nuggets were forgotten in our Happy Meals! The fries were soft and mushy (not fresh)!!! We ordered a burger without a pickle, but got one with a pickle! Unfortunately, we only noticed it all when we got home!!!

McDonald's is just getting worse and worse. The burgers are extremely overpriced and getting smaller and smaller. The store in Iserlohn is also somehow always dirty and dingy. I was there again after a long time. It's getting worse and worse.

Yesterday, it happened – something that should never happen. One regular chicken nugget was mixed into the 6-pack of Mc Plant Nuggets. I don't want to suggest this was intentional, but it's still an absolute no-go!!!!! After I complained, everyone just looked confused; no one felt responsible. No apology, no explanation. Just a new pack of dried-out and terrible Mc Plant Nuggets. The store and the employees present last night (September 9, 2025, around 9 p.m.) are a disgrace! That was my first and last visit.

Cleanliness and hygiene are extremely poor. Rats and mice are infested outside. The food is, of course, the usual disgusting McDonald's food. Unfortunately, I stayed in the branch a little too long and immediately received a €64 fine for exceeding the parking limit. When I asked the manager, there was no response.

This McDonald's is simply terrible. Incompetent and unfriendly employees. Apparently poor management. A larger order wasn't completely packed into the bag again. And the burgers look like they were just thrown together. It's best to avoid this place. Every second order is incomplete; the employees are simply incompetent. The problem is, even if you go to another McDonald's nearby, it's always the same operator. They should finally sell their food and hire a competent operator. McDonald's should take action here... Addendum: Even when eating in the restaurant, half the products on the tray are missing. When we ask, someone comes to the table and rummages through our food with their fingers to check what's missing. The missing burgers, fries, and sauces are delivered, and we even get an ice cream on the house. While we wait, we can watch the rats through the window having a party on the tables outside. I don't think we'll ever come back.

You get the wrong food and drink, the staff is unfriendly, and you have to wait in line for a long time before someone even bothers to talk to you. If you're overwhelmed by a few more customers, maybe you should work somewhere else.

Yesterday, after a long absence, we went to this shop again and ordered takeout. When we got home, we noticed that the sauces were missing. Even when we were putting together the menu, we noticed the incompetent staff. Because of this, we'll be avoiding this shop for a few more years.

Outrageous rip-off and customer alienation! Five of us went there for dinner, and I dared to exceed the maximum parking time by 12 minutes because my 6-year-old still wanted to play. I left over €100 behind, and now I have a €63 fine! All my friends and colleagues have been informed not to eat there again! Loyal Parking regretted that they couldn't do anything because regular parkers were supposedly parking there. Where would anyone get from there? I've never heard such nonsense! The McDonald's staff told me the parking lot wasn't theirs. The management doesn't respond to emails either!

I've been a customer at McDonald's in Iserlohn for 25 years. I was fined €63 for parking by 10 minutes, even though I was already parked at my car, a customer, and had eaten beforehand. I'll be honest, I simply forgot about it out of habit after years of free parking. The management/supervisor's reaction was rude and rude. The food is up to McDonald's standards. It's usually very loud here, and you can sometimes find food on the floor. What's particularly annoying are the vents. These are mounted above the seats, and you can't sit underneath them because they're set so loudly. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Yes, anyone who still goes there voluntarily to eat (if you can even call it eating) can't be helped. Very messy, unclean and absolutely terrible. As a little bonus, I received a gift of 63 euros from Loyal Parking (see photo) because I exceeded the maximum parking time. This isn't just an "oversight"—it's disrespectful, irresponsible, and extremely stressful for people like me. When I noticed the mistake, I called the restaurant several times—no one answered. Instead, I was deliberately hung up. No apology, no call back, nothing. I'm angry and disappointed. This isn't a small matter, it's a matter of trust. Anyone who works with food has a responsibility—especially when customers specifically choose meat-free options. What happened today is unacceptable to me, and I expect an official apology and consequences for the handling of complaints.

Very, very good service! Despite breakfast hours, they made us a McSundae. I highly recommend this McDonald's; the restaurant and restrooms are clean.

Fries weren't full, were old, and didn't have enough salt. The restrooms were dirty. Orders were quick. The McWrap was more of a wrap without a side dish than a proper wrap. The burger was good.

The parking lot is narrow and confusing. Otherwise, it's one of the better McDonald's branches.

I all round you get what you want very fresh, but people who work here at counter desk are unpolite, I eat here often and often get wrong order, and also its not so clean, specialy if you eat outside you can see rats running around, you can throw them fires. Anyways enyoj in lunch full of adrenaline.

Absolutely overwhelmed staff, ordered online and wanted to pay in cash, waited over 20 minutes to pay, people repeatedly ignored us despite asking if we could pay, and we waited another 20 minutes for the food.

Unfortunately, McDonald's has a rat problem. If you order from the drive-thru, you can see the little creatures scampering and hopping around, especially in the evenings when it's dark.

Extremely unhygienic and absolutely not recommended. The store is extremely dirty – the floor looks like it hasn't been mopped in months, and neither the tables nor the rest of the dining area are properly cleaned. There's almost always something missing at the drive-thru. After a visit like that, it's no surprise if you get a stomach bug. We'll definitely never be back – other McDonald's branches show that things can be much cleaner and better... definitely one of the dirtiest and most neglected branches in the entire area.

Nice staff, except for the team leader. They gave us a Happy Meal with a double Playmobil animal. I wouldn't trade it...

I occasionally visit the Iserlohn branch, but today was beyond anything I'd imagined. It was extremely busy, which naturally leads to stress and mistakes. As a result, part of my order was incorrect, which I was able to handle. But when I got home and saw that animal in my fries, I was completely shocked. How can something like that happen when it's supposedly clean? I'll be avoiding that branch from now on.

I've been disappointed several times, but each time I thought, "Oh well, it happens." But today is enough. You order a Cheeseburger Plane and you don't get any cheese instead of an onion. This is the second time. So you should make sure that your staff can speak German. Communication is a catastrophe!

Table service came late, apparently everything stood there for a while. food and coffee were cold. After a complaint, the fries were at least replaced. Staff friendly but overwhelmed. Unfortunately the tables were dirty, I asked the lady about it, she wiped it with a rag, this rag didn't look good. All in all it wasn't that great.

The employees were so friendly - I wouldn't be interested if the food tasted good, but my girlfriend said as soon as she entered the store it smelled like leftovers being used. The nuggets smelled strange and a few hours after eating them I got a stomach ache, belching and wanted to throw up. I've been to a lot of Mecces, always in a hurry, but today was bottomless. I don't normally write reviews but before you feel like I am right now, I'd better stay away and go to BK or another Mecces.

Lately we've been just annoyed. Fries are always to be thrown away. Obviously old oil, dry, not edible. Everything is endlessly expensive but hardly any quality. We pick up the food and then usually eat at home. Increasingly rare. Too bad.

Unfortunately, in my opinion, the branch in Iserlohn is not recommended. If you repeatedly fail to complete an order of 2 coupon menus and an extra burger, I don't know what will. Unfortunately the food was too cold! The children's menu was incomplete, but completed without any problems. Despite the failed technology, the service fulfilled our wishes. The atmosphere in the restaurant gives a feeling of darkness and oppressiveness. In summer I could imagine that it is very nice outside. The children loved the Inndor playground.

Ich war zum 3. mal bei mc Drive. Obwohl ich schon mitgeteilt habe das ich die Burger und Pommes heiß haben wollte, weil es schon die letzten Male kalt war passierte es schon wieder. es gab auch mal wieder keine Entschuldigung. The photo attached is supposed to be a BigMac with double meat. No salad, no sauce, just 2 dry and cold slices of meat on bread. The BigMac menu, which we didn't get, and the extra meat, which we didn't get, were charged in full. Unfortunately, we only noticed it when we got home - but a complaint would probably have been difficult anyway because nobody seems to speak German here. The rest of our order was similarly incomplete and sometimes simply wrong. Conclusion: Avoid this branch urgently! Edit: The bill not only charged for the extra meat that wasn't available, but also for extra bacon that wasn't even ordered, which obviously wasn't there either. We are completely speechless...

Nothing has changed in 10 years. If you get something at the drive-in restaurant, you have to check it immediately, something is always missing. But service staff are very friendly.

Whenever we go there, things are missing from what we ordered. For example today, we have 4 citizens with meals, 1 wrap, and chicken nuggets. Then the food came, but the 4 citizens and the wrap were missing. We checked it because it's not the first time it's happened. And they just apologized.

Yesterday September 25th, 2024 with my children (both 3 years old) ordered two happy meals in the drive in, half was missing and got out in the drive in to get the rest, which worked quickly. I don't know what happened to the fries but thanks for that there was diarrhea and two sick children... I'd like to give you negative stars!!!. Last time we were with you on Raiffeisenstrasse!!

Went to McDonalds again after a long time, 2 cheeseburgers without cucumber/onions, medium fries and 2 fileo fish. Everything taken, 5 minute drive. Both cheeseburgers were with cucumbers and the other with onions..... The sauce on the fish had already run over the burger when it was garnished.. unbelievable.. The fries were cold. The store was relatively empty. Few orders...

So 50% of the order was simply missing something!!! But today you shot the bird, which motivates me to write this review.
