McDonald's Restaurant in Iserlohn

It is well known that Mcdrive takes a little longer in this branch. Today, however, the bird was shot down. All branches receive the instructions from the online order to pay via Paypal. Unfortunately not this one. Of course I clicked on it in the app and showed it to the super unfriendly employee. He just said not possible. Well, if only in cash, throw the food away now. Never again.

I came in just before noon. Drive was full, not inside. My order was takeout and still had to wait a long time for it. Staff talked to each other more than did work. At least the food was warm and fresh.

Food was super tasty, unfortunately very dirty on site. We cleaned our table ourselves so we could eat there.

Lately it just doesn't taste good anymore. The food is just cold, soggy, and I keep finding hair in it. I used to go to McDonald's a lot, but I will avoid the store in the future.

Unfortunately the restaurant was dirty. The waiters who delivered to the tables had no need to clear abandoned tables, let alone wipe them down. The app wasn't working properly when I ordered. Apparently there were no more cheeseburgers. I then ordered them separately, which went smoothly - only the extra points were not credited as a result. The restaurant can't be blamed for that, but the experience still isn't good. The food was soggy, the double cheeseburger looked like something my cat left in front of my door and it wasn't really hot either. Sorry. I've had better experiences with the popular chain.

Lately we've been just annoyed. Fries are always to be thrown away. Obviously old oil, dry, not edible. Everything is endlessly expensive but hardly any quality. We pick up the food and then usually eat at home. Increasingly rare. Too bad.

Unfortunately, in my opinion, the branch in Iserlohn is not recommended. If you repeatedly fail to complete an order of 2 coupon menus and an extra burger, I don't know what will. Again, it's the nuggets that are missing. Last time I called and had the choice between picking it up myself and then getting additional nuggets with the next order. But that doesn't help me with whining children either. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately the food was too cold! The children's menu was incomplete, but completed without any problems. Despite the failed technology, the service fulfilled our wishes. The atmosphere in the restaurant gives a feeling of darkness and oppressiveness. In summer I could imagine that it is very nice outside. The children loved the Inndor playground.

First the prices were raised, that's no longer possible and suddenly burgers are the size of a doll's house. Mc Rib Menu is no longer available as a Maxi Menu. What's wrong with you? The greed for money has no limits. You can keep this stuff from now on. I'm just going to Burgerme. Top burgers for good money with high quality.

Ich war zum 3. mal bei mc Drive. Obwohl ich schon mitgeteilt habe das ich die Burger und Pommes heiß haben wollte, weil es schon die letzten Male kalt war passierte es schon wieder. es gab auch mal wieder keine Entschuldigung. Und auch keinen schönen Abend . Ich werde mich auch morgen noch bei dem Chef beschweren. Hammer echt 😡😡

The photo attached is supposed to be a BigMac with double meat. No salad, no sauce, just 2 dry and cold slices of meat on bread. The BigMac menu, which we didn't get, and the extra meat, which we didn't get, were charged in full. Unfortunately, we only noticed it when we got home - but a complaint would probably have been difficult anyway because nobody seems to speak German here. The rest of our order was similarly incomplete and sometimes simply wrong. Conclusion: Avoid this branch urgently! Edit: The bill not only charged for the extra meat that wasn't available, but also for extra bacon that wasn't even ordered, which obviously wasn't there either. We are completely speechless...

Nothing has changed in 10 years. If you get something at the drive-in restaurant, you have to check it immediately, something is always missing. But service staff are very friendly.

Whenever we go there, things are missing from what we ordered. For example today, we have 4 citizens with meals, 1 wrap, and chicken nuggets. Then the food came, but the 4 citizens and the wrap were missing. We checked it because it's not the first time it's happened. And they just apologized.

Yesterday September 25th, 2024 with my children (both 3 years old) ordered two happy meals in the drive in, half was missing and got out in the drive in to get the rest, which worked quickly. I don't know what happened to the fries but thanks for that there was diarrhea and two sick children... I'd like to give you negative stars!!!. Last time we were with you on Raiffeisenstrasse!!

Went to McDonalds again after a long time, 2 cheeseburgers without cucumber/onions, medium fries and 2 fileo fish. Everything taken, 5 minute drive. Both cheeseburgers were with cucumbers and the other with onions..... The sauce on the fish had already run over the burger when it was garnished.. unbelievable.. The fries were cold. The store was relatively empty. Few orders...

I would like to rate the food. But unfortunately I didn't get a burger with the Big Mac menu. And not for the first time. It's just getting annoying. The customer should actually be annoyed. And not the lady at the drive-thru whose eyes could almost be heard rolling through the intercom

Unfortunately the shop is very dirty. Cart for empty goods overfilled, dirty. Staff walked past it several times without clearing it away. Table sticky (sometimes I wish Corona was back because the tables were cleaned)! Unfortunately, it's not easy to eat here because it's dirty and unclean. Hope something changes.

Hello dear McDonald's team. By now everyone should know that you should take the time to check your order... Of my last 10 orders, 5 orders were missing something. So 50% of the order was simply missing something!!! But today you shot the bird, which motivates me to write this review. After the order was corrected twice because the obvious items were missing (drinks), I subsequently discovered that, in addition to fries, a Happy Meal had also been forgotten. A pure disaster in the McDonalds! We were there to pick up someone's order, which had already been ordered online via the app and paid for via PayPal. We gave the code which we should show at the checkout. The employee was completely overwhelmed and didn't know how it worked. When the shift manager helped him at some point, we suddenly had to pay for the order AGAIN, even though we explained to them that it had already been paid for in advance via PayPal. Now we have paid for 1 order twice. What a disgrace! We then received a note from the shift manager with the administration email and now we have to call back and forth so that we can get our money back. The shift manager's statement that this sort of thing happens often didn't make it any better. If you make such an online order available to customers, you should also be able to see whether the order has already been paid for or not! Once and never again.

I would even give minus stars. Let's start: I ordered a double Big Mac and got a simple one. When I complained, three employees with unwashed hands put new slices on the burger. When I didn't want the burger for understandable reasons, I was stupidly asked why I didn't want it.... When I then insisted on making a new one, it would only work with it Made eye rolls. The rest was still cold too. We then wanted to have new fries and the new ones were still cold. Only after we had them four times did they get warm fries. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Drive Inn is able to make the blind see and the deaf hear. The sound is so distorted that you can barely understand anything other than the pain threshold. And in general, the displays at McD are just crazy bright, especially at night.

We landed here after a day of hiking. Eating at M is traditionally part of the conclusion. So we've already gone through a few stores. This is one of the clean, well-kept shops and we can only recommend it. For us it is important that the food is hot and the fries are crispy. That was the case. 👍

I haven't been to MC in about 10 years. The automated ordering process, which is new to me, would not have happened so quickly without my daughter. It's all a question of getting used to ;)) While ordering, we noticed that there were several filled packets of French fries in the warming area. After about 3 minutes I received our order. My daughter received her order shortly afterwards, about 1.5 minutes later. In the meantime I was asked to check whether there were any fries in the bag. One look was enough to confirm that. At the same time I could notice that the fries had not been placed, but rather laid down....the first fries were already in the bag.....After about another 6 minutes when I got home, they fell when I took them out Fries put a not insignificant number of them back in the bag. Apparently we only got fries that were kept warm, because they were only lukewarm in temperature...we found the same thing with the two cheeseburgers and the BigMac. Only the fish mac was still OK in terms of temperature. The taste was okay. That's it! After about 10 years it was certainly the first and last time that I was back at MC! The temperature fluctuations in the food have always been unsatisfactory for me and were certainly the main reason for turning away. Now it is more than unsatisfactory that the moderately warm meal was charged at €21.44! Bye MC!!!!!!!

A McDonald’s branch with a slightly special route. Rather small parking lot, but with an electric charging station. There is a McDrive and a McCafe. Large and modern interior, well maintained and clean. Outdoor seating in poor condition. Staff very friendly, great service and cappuccino.

Mc Drive Cheeseburger unfortunately cold. Otherwise quite ok so far

Es war total Dreckig in dem Laden Müll auf dem Tischen und Bänken Essen sowie Reste unter den Tischen. Die Tische wurden nicht abgewisht. Bei den tablett rückgabe station lan der Müll auf der Erde rum sowie Essens reste. Auf dem Klo stank es der papier mülleimer quilte über. Also ein total Dreckiger laden.

Nach dem letzten Besuch hatte mein Sohn und mein Mann Bauchkrämpfe und Durchfall. Überwiegend unfreundliches Personal. Die neuen und unerfahren Mitarbeiter werden vor den Kunden runtergemacht. Oder hinter dem Rücken übereinander gelästert sogar beleidigt. Dreckig egal wohin man nur schaut. Ein Stern ist schon zuviel. Da sollte mal das Gesundheitsamt ein überraschenden besuch abstatten. Es wird sich lohnen.

Als wir unsere Bestellung bekommen haben und merkten dass was fehlte wurde uns der Burger zugeworfen. Die Pommes wurde auch einfach in die Tüte gekippt. Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich.

Super unfreundliches Personal, teilweise sogar richtig frech, an der Kasse mussten wir fast 10 Minuten warten, bis überhaupt jemand zum abkassieren kam....und das auch nur, weil wir 4 Mal nachgefragt hatten. Sehr schlechter Service, die Sauberkeit im Restaurant ließ auch zu Wünschen übrig, überall schmutzige Tische, Müll auf dem Boden etc. Die Pommesschachteln wurden von oben ohne Serviette angefasst, also mit den Fingern wurden die Pommes berührt, alles sehr unhygienisch. Dieser Laden sieht uns nicht mehr wieder!

Bei jeder Bestellung fehlt was. 20nuggets ohne Soßen war sehr genießbar zuhause, und am Telefon hieß es dann nur ja beim nächsten mal bekommen Sie die Soßen. 😅dazu sag ich nichts. Gestern war die Krönung, 5 Autos im Drive und bei jedem Auto wurde was vergessen, sogar in der Nachlieferung vom vergessenen wurde was vergessen. Besorgt euch vernünftiges Personal. Ich komme in der ganzen Zeit nicht mehr zu euch. Es kann doch nicht so schwer sein das einzupacken was auf dem Kassenzettel steht.

Im großen und ganzen war es recht ok aber die Dame an der Sprechanlage war etwas zu unfreundlich und hat auch vergessen was mit beim Essen einzupacken. Da finde ich Mc Donalds in Hemer besser und freundlicher.

Pommes war nicht so, wie man das von McDonald's eigentlich kennt.

Teuer geworden, Preis-Leistung geht immer weiter auseinander. Sonst ganz ok. Einer der weniger hübschen McDonald's.

Wir haben eigentlich über Lieferando bestellt und haben gewartet dass das Essen kommt. Schließlich wurde unsere Bestellung storniert. Ich habe da angerufen, der Mitarbeiter von McDonalds war überaus hilfsbereit und freundlich. Hat mir erklärt wo das Problem liegt, dass er uns das Essen gerne zum abholen bereit legt und letztlich sind wir zu einem für beide Parteien ungaublich zufriedenstellenden Ergebnis gekommen. Wir haben das Essen nochmal neu gemacht bekommen. Frisch und lecker. Ich würde es nach heutigem Erlebnis durchaus weiterempfehlen. Nochmal vielen Dank an den zuvorkommenden jungen Mann der uns dann bedient hatte. Trotz mehr Aufwand ein super Service und kundenorientiert gehandelt.

Haben zum wiederholten Male einen scharfen Cesar Wrap bekommen, statt eines normalen.

Sehr lange gewartet bis jemand zu Kasse kommt. Zu 4 in küche und eine da bei Kuchen Theke nichts zu tun nur da steht, als statt zu Kasse kommen und uns alle bedienen...na ja.

Des Öfteren unterbesetzt, bei so einem hohen Gästezahl mehr Personal gewünscht.

Essen schnell fertig trotz hoher Besucherzahlen Alles gut Freundliches Personal trotz PC Ausfall alles super gelaufen. Schnell und freundlich bedient.

Zu kleine Toiletten !! Für Schwangere sehr unpassend schade diskriminierend für dickere Menschen man kann sich kaum drehen und wenden musste seitwärts raus gehen 1 qm 🥺

Trotz später Uhrzeit heute, waren die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und die junge Verkäuferin hat mir beim Bestellen geholfen, nochmal Dankeschön wirklich super team

Waren heute beim güldenen M. Wir wählten am Kiosk Terminal die Coupons für 5€ aus. Dazu ein kleinen Nachtisch in Form zweier Apfeltaschen. Nach der Bestellung gingen wir zur Kasse zum bezahlen und wurden vom gestylten Kassierer mit den Worten begrüßt: " Das wird heute dauern da wir unterbesetzt sind mit drei Leuten, wovon zwei den Drive bedienen." Wir nahmen seine Aussage kommentarlos zur Kenntnis und setzten uns in den Wartebereich. Als wir nach gefühlten 15 Minuten unsere Bestellung erhielten, hatten wir mitbekommen das unsere Bestellung eine Zeit lang auf dem Tablet lag, bevor sich eine der drei Angestellten erbarmte und die Burger zurück legte unter die Wärmelampe. Diese wurden nach einer Minute wieder zur Aushändigung aufgetischt. Bei der Entnahme fühlte man den kalten Boden der Burger. Ich retournierte diese und forderte neue. Mir wurde versichert, dass diese neu angefertigt wäre. Ich verneinte die Ausage und erhielt mit Widerworten zwei frische. Diese Gesamt Verhalten finde ich für einen Dienstleister befremdlich, der mit frischen Produkten wirbt. Schade das der Kunde nicht immer König ist.

Die Sauberkeit war nicht die Beste.

Essen schmeckt zwar OK, aber es sieht aus als wäre es vorher in einer Pressmaschiene gewesen. Sauber ist das Lokal auch nicht da immer irgendwelche Leute sich denken, dass sie ihren Müll dahin schmeißen müssten und noch laut Musik hören sollen.

Mal wieder das falsche bekommen und erst zu Hause gesehen ... Pommes extrem bääääh und die Burger waren kalt und sowas von ... zusammen gebaut, dass die Hälfte in der Verpackung lag. Ich weiß nicht, warum die Kinder dahin wollen? Ich nicht mehr!

Total versifft. Tablettwagen voll, Tisch hatte ne Kruste... eklig.
