Burger King Iserlohn in Iserlohn

Orders are placed on the well-known self-service terminals, payment is made with EC, credit card, Apple and Google pay. Optionally also cash at the checkout. Works smoothly. Preparation times approx. 10-15 minutes, depending on the order and the number of customers. My orders have always been prepared and packed as specified. Nevertheless, a quick look in the bag is always recommended. Biggest point of criticism: If I order a Cola and a Cola zero, it would make sense to label one of the two drinks as such. At least there are these markings on the lids that you can press in...should be possible, right?

The food tastes like any Burger 🍔 King. The atmosphere is getting old.

We wanted to have breakfast at Burgerking, I'm just wondering who else has breakfast at 10 a.m.?? The boom doesn't stop before then! 🤦‍♀️ We've now switched to McDonald's and are staying there. In addition, at Burgerking you can only pay with a card if you order from the machine. That alone is a turn-off 🤷‍♀️ then don't 👋

Solid restaurant. Food is good. Waiting times depending on the time of day and day of the week. Of course there is more going on at the weekend. Restaurant itself looks good. It is connected to the Aral. So you can still fill up or buy other things afterwards or before.

You get what you expect. Burgers are definitely better than at the yellow M. The ambience could be better but the food is more important. Only the fries are better than the competition. Unfortunately. Enjoy it 👍

Absolutely incompetent staff last night in the drive once ordered churros and a cheeseburger. When I got home there was no cheeseburger for the boy in the bag. Very sad when the staff can't even get 2 things in a bag without what's missing. Unfortunately it's not the first time something has felt missing, something is always missing or is cold or the burger was just thrown together.

You can always eat quickly, there is a gas station next to it ⛽️, great!

It's just a Burger King. Doesn't necessarily stand out. Neither good nor bad.

Unfortunately only one incompetent employee at the drive in. Unfortunately, his coupons don't have the same number of characters as mine and that's why I can't be served. This means that the app displays incorrect codes and the employee is not able to take an order properly.

The food is often lukewarm even though the journey only takes 5 minutes. The price is not cheap, especially the fries are very expensive. We won't be ordering fries or menu items anymore. We will prefer a snack bar instead as the food is definitely tastier there.

Yesterday, Sunday, we were at the drive counter. It was empty. I was told on the intercom that we should drive to the second window. Having done this, we stood at the open window for 10 minutes and no one was interested in us. People looked at us stupidly. Employees stood around and had a lively conversation. At some point you will look at me stupidly again and shrug your shoulders. I then drove to Menden and was immediately served in a friendly and prompt manner. Sorry BK in Iserlohn you will never see me again.

Very nice and correct employee. Unfortunately I don't know his name, but he had a side parting. With a staff like that I would like to come over.

Unfortunately totally late because it wasn't published by Google... The good rating for the great guys in the drive, one was called Tobi, unfortunately I forgot the other name! Apart from the nuggets, unfortunately the clowns can do that better... (Perhaps because they can make their chickens laugh?) the service and everything else is simply much better than at the golden seagull. You are KING'z and not clowns! Greetings go out to the team at Burger King Iserlohn (The Best Burger King), from the guy with the rusty car with the golden balls hanging on it! Now stop before I slip on my trail of slime!

It's best to never use the drive in. Every time I ordered something my order was wrong. Special orders don't work either, so it's best to go somewhere else.

Never again! The place is dirty, even when we told the staff, only one table was quickly wiped down. The fries were brown and looked like they were already 2-3 in fat. After eating, all three of us had stomach problems. My son threw up in the car, my husband and I had stomach cramps and diarrhea. We don't go there anymore

This Burger King restaurant appears shabby. The food is Burger King standard. Normal order and there were some things missing and also wrong things..Very unclean and untidy. You don't feel like staying there and eating...

Unfortunately I'm very disappointed, I was there today and placed an order at the machine. Unfortunately I didn't look properly and instead of the normal chilli chese burger I tapped a plan burger. I went to an employee to clarify this and politely explained my situation to her . Instead of changing the order, I was complained about and told that there was nothing that could be changed and that I should just pay for the order. I had never experienced such impudence

Unfortunately, I only got my order after I pointed out to the team that the burger had been there for 66 minutes... it was soggy. There was hardly any activity at the time. When I asked why it was taking so long, the shift manager simply told me "the colleague is new." She was also at the counter but wasn't bothered by the matter. Burgerking failed in terms of service and customer friendliness that day.

The burgers weren't visually well assembled (nor stacked well) and were shockingly dry.

Guaranteed stomach ache! After eating at Burger King I had the worst stomach pain for 3 days! Never again!!!

The Burger King branch in Iserlohn surprised me positively! Yesterday I urgently needed burger buns and was served immediately by an extremely friendly employee named Justin. I was impressed by his helpfulness and politeness. I have never experienced service like this at McDonald's. Kudos to the team! I would love to come back to eat with my family!

First, food hot and top. Service quick. Location clean. Everything BK stands for. Gladly again.

The smart menu here was a lot better than at McSchiss in Schwerte. The fries were great and the cheese and chicken burgers were just fine. The CrispyChicken, on the other hand, was significantly better.

Normally we are always super happy, everyone is in a good mood and the food is fresh - usually. There was a lot going on today and the only employee at the counter was completely overwhelmed by the rush. Vedunderstood. Unfortunately, our burgers were made far too early and were on display for 13 minutes. Patties no longer hot, salad soggy, chili cheese nuggets borderline bad. We mentioned this directly on the spot and got a very rude, totally annoyed answer that she was just alone. At that moment another employee came to help and said that everything was still hot enough because the display was heated. That was impossible, we ate lukewarm burgers and this reaction put us in a really bad mood.

So I can only report positive things about the BK here in Iserlohn. The food as well as the whole team and the manager are just great! Everyone is super friendly. The burgers are also always warm and fresh, as they should be. There is nothing to complain about. Keep it up! 😁👌

Unfriendly service. Food is mushy. Not recommendable

The food was okay except that half of the burgers were without sauce or we simply had the wrong burger than we ordered. But I only discovered this at home. 1 long chicken was well topped and also with sauce, the other unfortunately without sauce. 1 chili cheese burger was ordered without chili and a cheeseburger was simply made. 1 chili cheese was as it should be and the third was without chili but with the chilli cheese sauce, unfortunately not at all what was ordered. But we still ate well.

One of the better Burger King branches. The burger and fries were really above average. The only drawback is the "ordering panel", which is confusing, the touchscreen is cumbersome and generally reacts very slowly. Still a successful visit.

Unfortunately, the branch has gone down a lot! Hygiene concept 👎. Tables are hardly wiped down and there is no more hand disinfection. The soap dispensers in the toilet were empty. When I pointed this out, the employee replied, "The toilet belongs to the adjacent gas station." Fries were cold, the burgers were lukewarm, the mayo we ordered was forgotten... Conclusion: you don't have to go there anymore!!!

Basically, I like it better at BK than at McD. It was the same this time too. We ordered from the machine and ate there. That was a good thing, because the sauce we ordered (and paid for) was missing. This was then released after a complaint. I noticed that parts of the order were often not packaged. While I was there, a woman who had ordered take-out and a family who was eating there also complained about missing food. It is therefore advisable to check the completeness of the order directly. Unfortunately the tables are not clean. It should be wiped over more often. The toilets are ancient and poorly maintained.

Things have gotten better, although these "order your own terminals" are really annoying me. But this is now the case in several chains.

€4.50 for a double cheese? All the burgers just kind of slapped together? No, unfortunately I'm out of there.

So far I have been very satisfied with the service in all BK in Germany. Unfortunately, today I was able to get to know a completely different type of service here in Iserlohn. I ordered and paid for a menu with a surcharge for potato wedges (or whatever the delicious things are called). I received normal fries without any additional information from the staff. I noticed it in the car and politely asked a young employee about it. She told me that the potato wedges were sold out and turned around. I then pointed out to her that something like this should be communicated to the customer and that the surcharge must be paid back or an equivalent alternative offered. I then got 50 cents thrown onto the counter with an annoyed “here” and the young lady turned away again. The young lady should perhaps google the word service again or her superiors should perhaps provide intensive training on it. I think there are few people who would go to a restaurant and be treated like that.

Ich habs versucht !!!! Ich habe es immer und immer wieder versucht aber ich kann jetzt beurteilen, dass diese Burger King Filiale einfach grotten schlecht ist. Jedesmal wenn ich dort bestelle, sehe ich nochmal in meine Tüte ob alles eingepackt wurde und jedesmal wirklich JEDESMAL !!!! wird etwas vergessen. Ich bestelle echt keine komplizierten Sachen aber so langsam fühle ich mich komplett verarscht. Auch die mittlere Pommes ist eine Lüge für sich !!!! Bestellt euch eine kleine oder große Portion aber bei der mittleren kriegst du ne kleine Portion !!! Wie kann man Kunden so abziehen ?

Wir sind spontan nach einem Kindergeburtstag mit 7 Kindern dort eingekehrt. Das Personal war Mega freundlich und super bemüht noch schnell den großen runden Tisch in der Mitte des Lokals zu dekorieren. Die Kinder und Eltern der waren richtig begeistert. Ein besonders großes Dankeschön an die Teamleiterin!!!

Bestellt im Drive-In, es fehlte ein Hamburger und das Spielzeug für Junior war leider völlig daneben. Eine Email später wurde uns Ersatz geboten (kostenfrei). Wir sind begeistert. Danke für euer Entgegenkommen. Leider ist der Verzehr im Restaurant wegen Platzmangel nicht so angenehm. Trotzdem, wir kommen wieder. 👍

Wir haben denn 6 Kindergeburtstag des Sohnes gefeiert. Die haben dekoriert und super aufgebaut. Tolles Personal, sehr geduldig und zuverlässig. Gerne wieder.

Es wurden Sachen vertauscht und eat ist nicht Seher ordentlich außer sind die Toiletten nicht ordentlich und richten tut es auch nicht gut. Die Toilettenbrille war dreckig. EINLAGIGESTOILETTENPAPIER

Ein sehr schöner Burger King, immer sehr freundliches Personal besonders Herr Asanoski und das Essen ist auch immer sehr gut. Besser als McDonalds

war mit meiner Freundin im drive in und wurden richtig freundlich ,,bedient‘‘ von Herr.Asanoski haben am ende auch noch ein Bild gemacht alles war top kann ich nur weiter empfehlen

Ohne Frage, die Burger sind auf jeden Fall bedeutet besser als die des Mitbewerbers (jeder weiß ja wer gemeint ist). Einzig das Ambiente ist echt verbesserungswürdig. Ansonsten bekommt man was man erwartet.

Wir waren letzte Woche mit den Kindern da und waren voll zufrieden. Das Restaurant war sehr sauber und das Essen lecker. Das Personal wahr absolut freundlich. Bin selten so nett bedient worden. Die Kinder waren auch total begeistert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
