I've ordered takeout from there several times, and something's always been forgotten. Today, for example, they forgot a plant-based Whopper meal. The nuggets were there, but no burger—you can't be serious.

Absolutely fantastic! I went to Burger King today and I'm really impressed. The food was freshly prepared, the fries were nice and crispy, and the burger was perfectly topped. A particular plus was the friendly staff and the fast service, even though the restaurant was quite busy. Everything was clean and tidy. I'll definitely be back – highly recommended!

A rather small Burger King branch just outside of Iserlohn City. The interior is modern and in good condition – only the restrooms are in poor condition and very worn. The service was fast but not very friendly. Burgers and sides were hot and delicious. The outside area was very sparse. Plenty of free parking in front of the building.

Special praise goes to Chafik, the assistant store manager: absolutely personable, professional, and always in a good mood. You'd love to have someone like that in every service department!

We're always debating whether to go to the bakery near us or the one a little further away... but it will always be this bakery. It's simply the best. Friendly staff, quiet, and the food is always hot and delicious. Plus, the manager (?) is super friendly, and you can tell that from the other employees, too. Good working conditions are always important to me, even as a consumer.

The capital of the Whopper... The only branch in Iserlohn, clean, fresh, and delicious... A restaurant that reminds you of its discount coupons and has a drive-thru that's your travel companion...

Got an inedible burger, never again in this place!!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I visited this branch again. The food was hot and delicious, the staff was super friendly, and the store was clean. What I don't understand, though, is why they installed the order terminals right in the middle of the road; another location would have been better.

Delicious hot burgers! You know what to expect, and the standard of preparation makes it possible. The service was good and the store clean. What more could you want?

Phew, so a Burger King that's instantly recognizable inside and out, the food is as you'd expect, and the prices seem to have gone up considerably. BUT The restrooms were awful. Dirty, with an unpleasant aroma. As I left, I waited for someone to open the door from outside; after what I'd seen, I didn't want to touch the handle. But the service was once again extremely friendly and engaging; otherwise, I would have only given it a one.

Then we went back inside because I'd seen some Peanuts in the display case. The employee was amazing. Incredibly friendly!!!! He gave us three Peanuts bags with little cardboard Peanuts cutouts. "The promotion is already outdated and over," he said. How nice can you be? I'm incredibly happy about that. And just about this kindness!!! I gave him a grateful hug. And the man smelled incredibly good, too! Thank you so much. Promotions like this keep me from losing faith in humanity. Thank you!!! We highly recommend this Burger King. The staff seem very untrained. Three people behind the counter, the hot food area is full, and yet hardly anyone gets their food. We've been standing here for 30 minutes waiting for our fast food 😩😩

Great service. Friendly. Clean. Helpful. Two of our drinks were spilled, and a friendly employee prepared replacements free of charge and immediately cleaned up the mess.

You want to order at the cash register and not at the machine and are turned away with the words "It's not possible, it's too full" (there were about 5 people in front of the cash register🤣).... Great cinema... then you just go somewhere else and leave your money there!

Very poor service. Customers aren't approached about special offers. Totally unfriendly and lackluster. Preferably 0 stars. 50 cents for three pieces of onion, you could almost buy a whole bag of onions. If you're going to pay for that, you should get something.

I was there today with my daughter and each ordered a menu + chicken nuggets. First the positive: the drinks were okay. Now the negative: Nuggets so dry and solid, not edible. The taste was similar to the cardboard straw for drinks 😩 The fries were cold and had the same taste as the nuggets. The burgers were cold, sparsely topped and only moderately appetizing. The (new for me) chilli cheese sauce in the pot is inedible. The employees are nice, I can't say anything bad about them. But all in all this was our last visit there. It's a shame, I used to enjoy eating at BK, but that's now over.

Unfriendly staff, don't know please or thank you! I ordered a chocolate milkshake at the car counter - but there was no chocolate in it! If I hadn't already been on the highway I would have returned it. On previous visits the staff had also been noticed badly - gossiping about them in the presence of the guests. Never again!

The woman at the checkout just made my day. She corrected my mistakes for free, even though I actually had to pay. Such a gesture shows that customers are very important here. I can only recommend it!

DIRTY SHOP. Sorry, but I can't find any other words for it. Took the coupon twice today with 2 Big Kings, 1 small King Fries and 1 drink each. As always, the cola for me wasn't zero as ordered, just normal cola. There was also half a chip in each and the rest of the chips were distributed in the bag. And on top of that, instead of 4 Big King, I had 1 Chilli cheese burger and 3 Big Kings. Thanks for that.!

We downloaded the app because we wanted to redeem 2 CPUs from it. However, this was not possible without providing our personal data. The employee then explained to us that we had to register, otherwise they couldn't sell us the menus. Burger King was empty, no guests in the store and you forego sales? I don't think anyone has anything against something going wrong when there's a lot going on, and there are a lot of younger people working there, but when there's nothing going on at all and you get two wrong burgers then you can't see it anymore. I eat there often and generally at Burger King, but either something is always missing, or you get something completely different, or there is so little sauce on it that you have to wash it down with a drink every time you take a bite. Or it often happens that after unpacking your burger you have to stack it all over again because it was just thrown together. I understand when it's FULL, but the employees should think for themselves whether they want the wrong order, thrown together or cold.

Things are forgotten every time you order in the drive-thru and the food gets cold in the meantime. The staff is incredibly slow and inattentive.

Orders are placed on the well-known self-service terminals, payment is made with EC, credit card, Apple and Google pay. Optionally also cash at the checkout. Works smoothly. Preparation times approx. 10-15 minutes, depending on the order and the number of customers. My orders have always been prepared and packed as specified. Nevertheless, a quick look in the bag is always recommended. Biggest point of criticism: If I order a Cola and a Cola zero, it would make sense to label one of the two drinks as such. At least there are these markings on the lids that you can press in...should be possible, right?

The food tastes like any Burger 🍔 King. The atmosphere is getting old.

We wanted to have breakfast at Burgerking, I'm just wondering who else has breakfast at 10 a.m.?? The boom doesn't stop before then! 🤦‍♀️ We've now switched to McDonald's and are staying there. Absolutely incompetent staff last night in the drive once ordered churros and a cheeseburger. When I got home there was no cheeseburger for the boy in the bag. Very sad when the staff can't even get 2 things in a bag without what's missing. Unfortunately it's not the first time something has felt missing, something is always missing or is cold or the burger was just thrown together.

Yesterday, Sunday, we were at the drive counter. It was empty. I was told on the intercom that we should drive to the second window. Having done this, we stood at the open window for 10 minutes and no one was interested in us. People looked at us stupidly. Employees stood around and had a lively conversation. At some point you will look at me stupidly again and shrug your shoulders. I then drove to Menden and was immediately served in a friendly and prompt manner. Sorry BK in Iserlohn you will never see me again.

It's best to never use the drive in. Every time I ordered something my order was wrong. Special orders don't work either, so it's best to go somewhere else.

Never again! The place is dirty, even when we told the staff, only one table was quickly wiped down. The fries were brown and looked like they were already 2-3 in fat. After eating, all three of us had stomach problems. My son threw up in the car, my husband and I had stomach cramps and diarrhea. We don't go there anymore

This Burger King restaurant appears shabby. The food is Burger King standard. Normal order and there were some things missing and also wrong things..Very unclean and untidy. You don't feel like staying there and eating...

Unfortunately I'm very disappointed, I was there today and placed an order at the machine. Unfortunately I didn't look properly and instead of the normal chilli chese burger I tapped a plan burger. I went to an employee to clarify this and politely explained my situation to her . Instead of changing the order, I was complained about and told that there was nothing that could be changed and that I should just pay for the order. I had never experienced such impudence
