1 Stern (am liebsten 0 Sterne) Leider die mit Abstand schlechteste Erfahrung, die ich je in einem Burger King gemacht habe. Der sogenannte Manager stand mit mehreren Mitarbeitern (insgesamt etwa fünf Personen) überwiegend mit dem Rücken zu den Kunden. Statt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern, wurde über Kunden gelästert und gelacht. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass unsere Bestellnummer auf der Anzeigetafel bereits als fertig angezeigt wurde. Als wir freundlich nachfragten, wo unsere Bestellung sei, wurde uns gesagt, sie sei noch gar nicht fertig. Anschließend wurde unsere Bestellnummer auf der Anzeige mehrfach hin- und hergeschoben, was auf uns wie eine absichtliche Provokation wirkte. Der Manager lachte dabei gemeinsam mit den Mitarbeitern über die Situation. Anstatt kundenorientiert zu handeln oder eine Lösung anzubieten, reagierte der Manager unfreundlich und ungehalten. Wir haben daraufhin die Bestellung storniert, uns das Geld zurückgeben lassen und das Restaurant sofort verlassen. Hinzu kommt, dass das Restaurant insgesamt einen ungepflegten und wenig hygienischen Eindruck machte. Ebenfalls kritisch: Bestellungen waren ausschließlich über die Terminals möglich – ohne Rücksicht auf Kunden, die diese nicht nutzen möchten oder können. Zudem wurde zeitweise ein Bestellstopp mit der Begründung verhängt, es lägen zu viele Bestellungen vor. Für ein Fast-Food-Restaurant ist das kaum nachvollziehbar. Für uns steht fest: Wir werden dieses Restaurant nie wieder besuchen und können es aufgrund dieser Erfahrung leider nicht empfehlen.

Die Burger waren kalt und matschig, die Pommes teilweise richtig hart – einzig die Cola schmeckte. Die Sanitäranlagen sind schlimmer als jede Bahnhofstoilette. Das Ambiente war innen angenehm, doch die Sitzplätze außen wirkten nicht gepflegt.

Ich finde, Burger King hat sich wirklich entwickelt, was die Mitarbeiter angeht. Wir nutzen hauptsächlich den Drive In und freuen uns wie die Kinder, wenn Lisa uns bedient. Immer freundlich, witzig, total kundenorientiert. Da habt ihr ne echte Perlen eingestellt. Liebste Grüße vom großen Mädchen mit dem großen Shake❤️ und dem Chauffeur - auch Ehemann genannt 🤣

Bin eigentlich nur wegen den plant based burgern da und bin zufrieden. Preis Leistung ist einfach unschlagbar.

Das ständige Piepsen des Bestellmonitors ist sehr laut und nervt extrem!! Schade finde ich: No free refills No free Ketchup

Die Hauptstadt des Whoppers... Die einzige Filiale in Iserlohn, sauber, frisch und lecker... Ein Restaurant, das an seine Rabattcoupons erinnert und dessen Drive-in zum idealen Reisebegleiter wird...

Zum Essen kann man nichts schlechtes sagen, aber die Toiletten kommen direkt aus der Hölle. Bis oben zum rand - diverse Ausscheidungen alt und neu, das ist kein Dreck von einem Tag sondern überbleibsel mehrerer Tage. Alles auf dem WC sieht ungepflegt aus, Boden klebt, Waschbecken sehr ungepflegt- ich bin nicht pingelig und erwarte keine blanke Örtlichkeit - aber ich möchte nicht dreckiger aus einem WC kommen als ich es betreten habe.

Pommes und Burger fenomenal. Waren schon lange nicht bei Burger King 👑. Die Toiletten zwar sauber aber extrem abgerantzt. Innen die Bezüge der Lehnen verwittert und abgeblättert. Teilweise sehr schmutzig. Zwischen den Kollegen eher eisige Stimmung, keiner spricht mit keinem. Hmmm. Wegen den Burgern würde ich wiederkommen. Alles andere ungenügend bis mangelhaft.

Sowas dreckiges ich habe gebeten das der Tisch bzw. die Tische draußen gesäubert werden weil wirklich alle verschmiert waren und mit Kindern mir das zu ekelig war so zu essen das wurde mir einfach verweigert mit der Begründung es sei grad zu voll und ob ich das mal ebend machen könnte niewieder werde ich dahin kommen im Endeffekt habe ich den Tisch mit feuchtetpcher geputzt da ich so nicht essen wollte aber leider schon bestellt hatte

Einigermaßen akzeptabel für den kleinen Hunger

Wegen ein Burger 1 Stunde gewartet bei drive in.

Wir standen heute mit den Kindern 50 Minuten im Drive-In und haben auf unser Eis gewartet. Es war nicht möglich den Drive-In vorzeitig zu verlassen da die Bordsteinkante viel zu hoch ist. Wir waren in der Autoschlange wie gefangen und hatten keine Möglichkeit wegzufahren. Ein katastrophaler Zustand wenn man noch kleine Kinder dabei hat.

Ich weiß nicht was so toll an den Chicken Tender sein soll! Die Sticks schmecken nach Nix und der Dipp ebenso! Nie wieder!

Die Kinder hatten spontan Hunger, also war es gerade am Freitag Abend mal wieder drin. Die Preise sind etwas höher, als in meiner Erinnerung, aber es ist noch erschwinglich.

Ich habe den Automaten benutzt, der eine englische Übersetzung hatte. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.

Leider unverhältnismäßig lange Wartezeiten bei 3 Kunden beim Drive in. Wir haben fast 20 Minuten gewartet. Fast Food in slow motion 😂

Wollte mir auf der Durchreise was zu essen holen. Die Pommes waren gut. Aber die Burger waren ALLE fast nicht essbar! Auf manchen Burgern gar keine Sauce, auf manchen ein erbsengroßer Fleck der für den ganzen Burger sein soll. Trocken wie Pappe... Die Wartezeit betrug zudem auch noch gute 15 Minuten, obwohl nur 2 weitere Leute dort waren. Ich werde hier definitiv nicht noch einmal anhalten.

Das essen war sogar warm also sehr gut 😁👍

Der burgerking sehr vernünftig sauber und es arbeitet hier Personal welches deutsch spricht und vernünftig kommuniziert der erste burgerking wo man versteht was das Personal sagt was ich bisher bei noch keinem gesehen habe top !!!

Nicht immer so sauber, aber das kennt man ja. Was wirklich zum Kaputt ärgern ist, ist die seit Wochen fehlende Soße zum Salat. Da fühlen wir uns echt verarscht.

Hab schon öfters da etwas zum mitnehmen bestellt und immer wieder wurde was vergessen. Heute zb wurde ein whopper plant based als Menü vergessen. Die Nuggets waren dabei aber kein Burger kann echt nicht euer Ernst sein.

Absolutely fantastic! I went to Burger King today and I'm really impressed. The food was freshly prepared, the fries were nice and crispy, and the burger was perfectly topped. A particular plus was the friendly staff and the fast service, even though the restaurant was quite busy. Everything was clean and tidy. I'll definitely be back – highly recommended!

A rather small Burger King branch just outside of Iserlohn City. The interior is modern and in good condition – only the restrooms are in poor condition and very worn. The service was fast but not very friendly. Burgers and sides were hot and delicious. The outside area was very sparse. Plenty of free parking in front of the building.

Amazing service! The food was top-notch, fresh, and delicious as always! The staff are super friendly and helpful – you immediately feel welcome. Special praise goes to Chafik, the assistant store manager: absolutely personable, professional, and always in a good mood. You'd love to have someone like that in every service department!

We're always debating whether to go to the bakery near us or the one a little further away... but it will always be this bakery. It's simply the best. Friendly staff, quiet, and the food is always hot and delicious. Plus, the manager (?) is super friendly, and you can tell that from the other employees, too. Good working conditions are always important to me, even as a consumer.

The capital of the Whopper... The only branch in Iserlohn, clean, fresh, and delicious... A restaurant that reminds you of its discount coupons and has a drive-thru that's your travel companion...

All in all, it's absolutely top-notch in every respect, especially when compared to the Hagen Eckesey location, which I would definitely advise against! I'd happily return to my Burger King of choice anytime!

Got an inedible burger, never again in this place!!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I visited this branch again. The food was hot and delicious, the staff was super friendly, and the store was clean. What I don't understand, though, is why they installed the order terminals right in the middle of the road; another location would have been better.

Delicious hot burgers! You know what to expect, and the standard of preparation makes it possible. The service was good and the store clean. What more could you want?

Then we went back inside because I'd seen some Peanuts in the display case. The employee was amazing. Incredibly friendly!!!! He gave us three Peanuts bags with little cardboard Peanuts cutouts. "The promotion is already outdated and over," he said. How nice can you be? I'm incredibly happy about that. And just about this kindness!!! I gave him a grateful hug. And the man smelled incredibly good, too! Thank you so much. Promotions like this keep me from losing faith in humanity. Thank you!!! We highly recommend this Burger King. Phew, so a Burger King that's instantly recognizable inside and out, the food is as you'd expect, and the prices seem to have gone up considerably. BUT The restrooms were awful. Dirty, with an unpleasant aroma. As I left, I waited for someone to open the door from outside; after what I'd seen, I didn't want to touch the handle. But the service was once again extremely friendly and engaging; otherwise, I would have only given it a one.

We were very satisfied. The food was very fresh and hot, just as it should be. The staff were super friendly. Thanks for the free coffee. We'll be back.

The staff seem very untrained. Three people behind the counter, the hot food area is full, and yet hardly anyone gets their food. We've been standing here for 30 minutes waiting for our fast food 😩😩

Great service. Friendly. Clean. Helpful. Two of our drinks were spilled, and a friendly employee prepared replacements free of charge and immediately cleaned up the mess.

You want to order at the cash register and not at the machine and are turned away with the words "It's not possible, it's too full" (there were about 5 people in front of the cash register🤣).... Great cinema... then you just go somewhere else and leave your money there!

Wow I see improvement after my last stay there. The food is very tasty, especially the tortillas. Great idea, because they don't fall apart and nothing leaks out from the other side. Very poor service. Customers aren't approached about special offers. Totally unfriendly and lackluster. Preferably 0 stars. 50 cents for three pieces of onion, you could almost buy a whole bag of onions. If you're going to pay for that, you should get something.

I really enjoy going to Burger King. This branch here is also really good. It's nice and cozy with nice seating outside. The service is also very good and is always very friendly. The food (plus quality) is also very good. I'd love to come back.

I was there today with my daughter and each ordered a menu + chicken nuggets. First the positive: the drinks were okay. Now the negative: Nuggets so dry and solid, not edible. The taste was similar to the cardboard straw for drinks 😩 The fries were cold and had the same taste as the nuggets. The burgers were cold, sparsely topped and only moderately appetizing. The (new for me) chilli cheese sauce in the pot is inedible. The employees are nice, I can't say anything bad about them. But all in all this was our last visit there. It's a shame, I used to enjoy eating at BK, but that's now over.

Unfriendly staff, don't know please or thank you! I ordered a chocolate milkshake at the car counter - but there was no chocolate in it! If I hadn't already been on the highway I would have returned it. On previous visits the staff had also been noticed badly - gossiping about them in the presence of the guests. Never again!

The woman at the checkout just made my day. She corrected my mistakes for free, even though I actually had to pay. Such a gesture shows that customers are very important here. I can only recommend it!

There was hardly any activity, the employee didn't want to take our order personally, but instead sent us to the terminal. All tables were greasy. Unfortunately not for the first time.😫

DIRTY SHOP. Sorry, but I can't find any other words for it. Took the coupon twice today with 2 Big Kings, 1 small King Fries and 1 drink each. As always, the cola for me wasn't zero as ordered, just normal cola. There was also half a chip in each and the rest of the chips were distributed in the bag. And on top of that, instead of 4 Big King, I had 1 Chilli cheese burger and 3 Big Kings. Thanks for that.!

I don't think anyone has anything against something going wrong when there's a lot going on, and there are a lot of younger people working there, but when there's nothing going on at all and you get two wrong burgers then you can't see it anymore. I eat there often and generally at Burger King, but either something is always missing, or you get something completely different, or there is so little sauce on it that you have to wash it down with a drink every time you take a bite. Or it often happens that after unpacking your burger you have to stack it all over again because it was just thrown together. I understand when it's FULL, but the employees should think for themselves whether they want the wrong order, thrown together or cold.

Bürger King in Iserlohn is always a good choice when it comes to delicious fast food! Orders are processed quickly and friendly, and the food is fresh and well prepared. The cleanliness in the restaurant is particularly noticeable, which is not always a given in fast food chains. Regardless of whether I eat on site or take away – I am always satisfied. Clear recommendation for everyone who appreciates fast and good service!
