Too few staff, everything was overflowing with rubbish, the employees argued with each other in front of the customers... and that's why the food was prepared quickly.

The forecourt to fast food hell Completely overwhelmed staff, obviously understaffed and therefore no table service Service kiosks without numbers, Tablets cannot be placed in return cabinets. Overcrowded and dirty, there is no regular emptying for almost 90 minutes. Visitors stand in the trash, children play in the Coke. Lost your franchise manual? No staff and no leadership? This is the downfall of the West. If McDonald's stops working, what's safe in this world? That I want to eat somewhere else!

Wermingser Str. 50, Iserlohn, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany The food doesn't taste "gourmet," and quite honestly, not at all. It's all frozen food. Neither the food itself nor the fact that so many people are going in and out of the kitchen speaks volumes about this "food joint." Everyone there works for some reason, and no one knows how many employees the place has. The prices also rise almost daily, and that's for this kind of food(?). The service is friendly, hence the one star.

Raiffeisenstraße 43-45Outrageous rip-off and customer alienation! Five of us went there for dinner, and I dared to exceed the maximum parking time by 12 minutes because my 6-year-old still wanted to play. I left over €100 behind, and now I have a €63 fine! All my friends and colleagues have been informed not to eat there again! Loyal Parking regretted that they couldn't do anything because regular parkers were supposedly parking there. Where would anyone get from there? I've never heard such nonsense! The McDonald's staff told me the parking lot wasn't theirs. The management doesn't respond to emails either!
