Not enough staff, everything was overflowing with rubbish, the employees were arguing with each other in front of the customers... and therefore the food was only prepared quickly.

The gateway to fast food hell Completely overwhelmed staff, obviously understaffed, and therefore no table service Service kiosks without numbers Tablets can't be placed in the return cabinets. Overcrowded and dirty, with no regular emptying for almost 90 minutes. Visitors stand in the trash, children play in the Coke. Lost franchise manual? No staff and no management? This is the downfall of the West. If McDonald's is no longer a viable option, what is safe in this world? That I want to eat somewhere else!

I've ordered takeout from there several times, and something's always been forgotten. Today, for example, they forgot a plant-based Whopper meal. The nuggets were there, but no burger—you can't be serious.

Wermingser Str. 50, Iserlohn, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany Das Essen schmeckt nicht nach "Gourmet" und ganz ehrlich: Überhaupt nicht. Alles Tiefkühlprodukte. Weder das Essen, noch die Tatsache, dass viele Menschen in die Küche rein und raus gehen spricht für diese "Imbissbude". Dort arbeitet auch jeder irgendwie und keiner weiß, wieviele Angestellten diese Bude hat. Die Preise steigen auch beinahe täglich und das für dieses Essen(?). Die Bedienung ist freundlich und deshalb auch ein Stern.
