Kentucky Fried Chicken in Berlin

The food at KFC was really good—crispy, tasty, and satisfying. I enjoyed the flavors and everything was fresh.

We ordered the "Squid Game" chicken. Even though the place was empty, we had to wait 20 minutes for our food. The chicken was completely cold and partially frozen inside. When we returned it, we were given frozen chicken again. When I tried to exchange it again, the man behind the counter became rude. He said it was because of the sauce, which made the chicken cold. But this is fried meat. It should be impossible for fried meat to stay ice-cold on the inside. As a customer, I cannot be expected to eat half-raw, ice-cold chicken. Instead of an apology for having to spend almost 40 minutes on it, my money was reluctantly returned with an unfriendly, almost insulted reaction. On top of that, the restaurant was really dirty. And that was despite the employees standing in the dining room talking to friends. The only bright spot: The lady who served me was very friendly. But: Never again. I see that this is a response to the bad reviews of KFC. So why isn't something being done about the situation with the service and bad food? Raw chicken is a health hazard! Update: A conversation was held with the restaurant manager. She and KFC themselves tried to resolve the issue. It couldn't be clarified why the chicken was cold. If there's no answer: "Then it must be the customer's fault." An apology was offered in writing and during the conversation.

I've been eating here for four years because this KFC is downstairs from my home. I thought all KFCs in Germany tasted bad, but I recently ate at the KFC in Charlottenburg and found that the food there is much better than here.

Unfriendly service, food was cold, drinks didn't taste like carbonated water.

Ordered through Uber eats. They only sent 1/3 of our food. So we had to reorder some items, pay way more and also wait for another 30 minutes. Uber reinforced us for one of the missing items. We had to pay 10€ more to reorder the same item since there are additonal service and delivery charges especially if you only order just one item

The atmosphere was okay, but only one ordering machine worked. It was hot and stuffy inside, and there were hardly any seats outside. The service was really BAD. I could tell they were laughing at my family. I don't want to be specific, but they were just DISRESPECTFUL. Right after they served me, they started laughing with the others, and I'm sure it was directed at us. I don't know if you did it on purpose or not, but I felt really UNCOMFORTABLE. The Classic Burger was too salty, and the sweet and sour sauce just wasn't my thing.

Mixed up my order after waiting forever. Ordered a bucket but got like 3 hot wings..

The food was ok, but fries were without salt. No wipes, no straws, lazy service.

Well, the food is just standard fast food. Service is mediocre, restrooms are accessible with a code, and hygiene is OK.

16:17 pm today we came to order foods. Tgey said we can order only from machine not from the cashier . They were very ude and not give any respect .one man with name tag we was very rude and they made discrimination and one asian lady was saying we can not order anymore anything. The staff was very unfriendly and shouted loudly among themselves. The waitress at the counter spoke almost no German and only whispered. The drink was just sweet orange juice, and the fries were very soft. "Crispies" were also more soft than crispy. The restroom code on the note was incorrect, and the staff member gave it to me in a very annoyed manner. The men's restroom was heavily soiled with toilet paper and urine. The sink had a maximum clearance of 10 cm between the basin and the faucet. When the water was turned on, the fan almost always activated, blowing all the water and dirt from the sink across the room. The restaurant floor wasn't clean either. First and last visit to KFC. A shame.

Disappointing experience - unreliable delivery and misleading pricing I am very disappointed with my last order. The delivery did not arrive as promised - late and incomplete. What was even more annoying, however, was that I was shown a discount during the ordering process, which suddenly disappeared after completion and the full price was debited. Such promotional offers act as a lure that is ultimately not honored. This is not only unfair, but also damaging to trust.

The food was cold when we got it, the restaurant was messed with other customers garbage after eating here. In total this is the worst KFC visit in the world for me and the family, and we have tried this restaurant in the USA, Hawaii and other cities in Europe. At such a great location, this restaurant should be better at food, service and restaurant presentation.

The food was good but the staff (mostly Indian) was not cooperative and rude. Unprofessional staff. They were talking in there own language and using derogatory remarks for customers. Thinking that I was not able to understand their language. This atmosphere made good food experience a bad one.

I have eaten there a dozen of times by this point. There isn’t a single order I had where everything ordered was actually deliver. 100% of the times items will be missing. The place is extremely dirty and the employees are rude to everyone.

One of the rudest, most racist and scummy fast food locations I have ever been too. During a visit to Checkpoint Charlie with a group of friends, we decided to stop by the KFC for some food, me and my friends were from the country of Cyprus and the cashier realized that we were speaking Greek. Him being Turkish, He then started to mock us by calling us names and pretending to not understand what we were saying while he was laughing. After we received our food we were shocked by the portion of it, we got some sort of chicken nuggets/strips and payed 5 euros for the 3 tiny pieces of food that are in the picture attached below. Kid you not, that was the portion severed (+ small fries). In our visit their we were subjected to racism by the cashier due to us being from a country he doesn't like, we were scammed in terms of portions and the restaurant itself was not clean at all (most of the tables still had food on them from previews people)

KFC in Germany has lost it's quality badly right before corona years already. You not only eat feathers, but the taste vecame "plastic". Tried again 2 days ago, and it got even worse :(

Workers here are so unfriendly as possible, they are trying to ignore you or to talk to you as less as possible, showing things by signs. Fries taste like they’ve been frozen for last decade and “crispy” bites are not crispy at all, taste more like they’ve been boiled in oil rather then fried. Burger doesn’t look like a picture even for 20%, there is a spongy and sweet peace of bread a bit of souse and one middle size peace of something that supposed to be chicken. No salad, not even an old peace of cucumber or something. And the cherry on top is my stomach cramps 15 minutes after eating that garbage.

The truth is very bad, all the people who serve you have an ortho face, the food is very bad and cold, the worst food in the world, I will never come again in my life.

Probably the worst fast food restaurant I've ever eaten in in my life. Cold food, high prices, self service machines touch screens not working. Food on the ground, tables not cleared. Avoid at all costs

We don't come from the big city and wanted to pay a visit to Berlin. Lunch at KFC because there isn't anywhere else nearby. We were slightly irritated when the order number was said in English. You have to pay extra for the toilet. There was no ketchup or mayo with the fries. The whole store was pretty dirty, even though the staff was behind the counter and didn't have much to do. Personally, I liked it, but my wife didn't like it at all. We had various nuggets, 3 burgers, fries, coke.

Absolute fraud. Unfortunately I didn't take a photo, but it was an absolute disappointment.

I waited 30 Minutes for my order of Hot Wings. While other orders that came in after mine were delivered before mine, I was told by the manager that they had no hot wings and the other orders included other products. I find it hard to believe that as Hot Wings are the standard product. It rather seemed like a very poorly managed order backlog.

I won't talk about the girl and how rude she was cause it represents her father's education. The food was so damn cold and i knew cause it was already prepared and i mentioned that i want my food new and warm... but they just didn't do what i asked for. It's better to close this franchise or change the staff cause I see that i m not the only negative comment. - 0 Don't go.

Two bags of chips and fried chicken, and they only give us a bag of ketchup. I want more ketchup but they charge money for it. I've never heard of anything like that - ketchup for a fee!

Unfortunately the food is cold. And the “Fast Lane” only works partially. The burgers are disappointing. And the toilet system is just screaming.

Rude Manager, no one is polite here, manager talk to the staff like they are not humans, there is no soap in the bathroom, staff talking so load and shouting, don't waste money here, I just brought my parents and I am disappointed.

Bad service overall and very rude behavior of staff when you try to communicate with them and ask something. imagine no ice on softdrinks and we ordered gravy and nothing was served. just be warned people

Rude behaviour. Still 40 mins left for closing. We are eating before they place these things. And ask us to move from another side. We replied politely but they are arguing with us. Worst behavior and service plus the food quality is even worse. My recommendation is don't come here. It Is better to have a doner kebab than having a heart attack at KFC.

we had to wait 30 minutes even though people ordered after us took their order. Maybe we can change the definition of fast food When we asked them what is the problem, all of the people were just looking at the each other. . Additionaly inside of the zinger burger there was nothing only chicken, no creamy sandwich sauce, crisp salad. just nothing. They gave me chicken and bread not additional flavor inside. If you want to go to this KFC make sure that you will be hungry after minimum 30 minutes then you can enjoy the zinger burger without sauce.

Dirtiest KFC I've ever seen. Really borderline. At least the food was fresh and the vegetarian dish and chicken were crispy.

Disaster! The food is not good. Our order was missing a drink and I was treated like I had committed a crime by asking for it at the counter. What a surprise too to have to pay for a little extra ketchup. Finally the icing on the cake: the cleanliness of the restaurant is unacceptable. The tables are dirty and never cleaned during our stay even though no one was ordering and there were three employees behind the cash register, the floor ditto, but the best part was when I got up and had a nose on the lampshades of the lamps... I'll post the photo! This means that the cleaning is not done... KFC IT IS URGENT TO REACT!

Unfortunately you can't give “minus stars” here, otherwise I would have done so!!! This store should close immediately!!! Mice and rats eat the fallen meat or bone/cartilage remains. Again, they walk into the store and the staff don't care one bit - this is probably part of everyday life. I was really horrified when I saw that. How can you tolerate something like that in a capital that also represents the country?! P.s. The door to the “restaurant” was open all the time!!!

We have ordered takeaway there several times. Each time something was missing from the order. This time we called there to complain or to pick up the missing items. On the first try, someone answered and then abruptly hung up. Further attempts to call were of course unsuccessful.

The cashier at the checkout took the order and didn't put everything in where I thought things were missing, but she still didn't give all the right things - outrageous!!!

As usual, what was on the tray did not quite match what was keyed in on the only working screen. When you tried to get the staff to add what was missing, you were met with suspicion. After showing the incomprehensible receipt, we still got what was missing.

Place getting slowly better, the new team is lovely But unfortunately it use to be the worse kfc in Berlin, they need to work hard to make it better

Worst experience of KFC till now because of the environment I have seen there. I have seen their lady manager is shouting in front of customer to thier employees I have visited atleast 8 KFC in different countries. But this one was worst. Employees of KFc should raise their voise.

What a cold, sorry, unseasoned, ultra processed, overpriced excuse for a KFC. Greasy, unkept restaurant and completely cold, soulless eating space with crackling music and the relentless drone of equipment beeping in the kitchen. Disappointed beyond what I could have ever expected.
