Place getting slowly better, the new team is lovely But unfortunately it use to be the worse kfc in Berlin, they need to work hard to make it better

Worst experience of KFC till now because of the environment I have seen there. I have seen their lady manager is shouting in front of customer to thier employees I have visited atleast 8 KFC in different countries. But this one was worst. Employees of KFc should raise their voise.

What a cold, sorry, unseasoned, ultra processed, overpriced excuse for a KFC. Greasy, unkept restaurant and completely cold, soulless eating space with crackling music and the relentless drone of equipment beeping in the kitchen. Disappointed beyond what I could have ever expected.

This branch is terribly disorganized. I live around the corner and have always tried there. An order is never completely finished, fries are generally cold, you have to go back and forth 3 times until a menu is finally complete, usually always something wrong or missing. Drinks are terrible, generally non-carbonated. Ice cubes are always out. Store empty, but forever waiting. Nobody speaks German, and mostly hardly any English either. Food is usually already cold and is served that way. If you ask for an exchange, you are made to wait 10 minutes, then it no longer makes any sense.

I often go to KFC but this restaurant at Checkpoint Charlie was the worst!!!!!!!!! If you are in Germany, then you assume that the staff can at least speak a little German!!!!! Overcoming the communication barrier, I placed the order with the help of the menu (18 hot wings, mashed potatoes, coleshaw and two small chicken burgers). I had to wait to be noticed before I ordered, even though there were four employees standing around not knowing what to do. But when I checked the collection slip, I noticed that it said fries instead of mashed potatoes and I went straight to the counter and wanted to have it changed, but the four employees ignored it again!!!!!!! An employee also had to clarify a complaint and called another employee to help. Another employee typed something at the checkout even though there was no customer there and the last employee stood around stupidly at the oven and watched the chicken fry. When I was noticed after 10 minutes and said my problem, I was rudely brushed off and told that there was no mashed potatoes, which is absurd for a fast food restaurant!!!!!!! Firstly, they could have mentioned this when ordering and secondly, I think it was an excuse, because something like that shouldn't happen at 6.30 p.m. and has never happened to me at KFC!!!!!!!!! First of all the lady manager there of middle age.she is really rude to their employees I seen, one indian girl was crying in washroom when I went their. I understood this is because of their manager attitude towards them. I have seen her doing this abnormal behaviour to their employees. Enviroment Or ambience were so negative because of that lady manager. I wonder why KFC entertain such type of people in their ecosystem.

I ordered from Lieferando in this bum shop. I felt like I forgot half of it and put things in that I didn't even order! But I guess something like that is normal in India, what people are up for, I was disgusted at the thought that there were such employees there

The food wasn't good this time. 2 Zinger Burgers. Unfortunately the bread was too dry and not juicy. The other acceptable. The hot wings are smaller than usual and very dry. Fries were also too dry. I would prefer to give zero stars!!! Came into the branch at 10:40 p.m. and they said they were still open but no more products for sale! This is just outrageous! A bakery doesn't close 20 minutes beforehand. Very disappointing. I myself mainly saw people eating at the counter. Never again!

My wife and I were extremely disappointed with our visit to the KFC branch at Checkpoint Charlie. First of all, the positive: the food was good, tasty, fresh and hot. Unfortunately, that remains the only positive and is the only reason there is a star, otherwise I would ask Google to introduce a rating with zero stars. We arrived at a completely overcrowded branch; most customers had already ordered at the terminals, including us. Our terminal showed a defect, which I as a customer first had to fix on my own by opening the terminal and starting the receipt printer, then the terminal worked again (apparently the in-house staff was not capable of this extremely complex procedure). After ordering, the following thing was striking: behind the counter there were 3 employees of foreign origin who were extremely overwhelmed. People ran all over the place, clearly without a plan. Orders were acknowledged as “ready for pickup” that were not even being processed yet. In the hatch from the kitchen to the front there were mountains of fries, burgers, etc. ready to be served, but they were getting cold. After 20 minutes I asked what was going on with our order (according to the monitor, it was also ready for pickup). The employee didn't tell me the status of the order, but replied annoyedly with "Yes, everything's fine, just be patient like everyone else." After a total of 30 minutes we eventually received our order, consisting of two menus, as well as a burger and an extra fries. When we arrived at the place we discovered that half of it was missing. I went to the counter again and had to speak to the employees a total of 8 times before they finally noticed me. Despite presenting the receipt, there was wild discussion until I eventually received the missing order. Other customers around me were also visibly extremely annoyed, one started a conversation with me and told me that it was always like that there. My urgent advice: the operators should urgently replace employees and rely on qualified personnel in the future. Nevertheless, there will be no second visit from us.

Slow food of a special kind. Fast Lane didn't work...the girl at the checkout was completely overwhelmed. After 15 minutes I left in frustration without being able to order anything.

3/4 of the seating area cordoned off because it had already been cleaned over an hour before locking. 20 minutes from ordering to the food delivery we ordered a chocolate shake and only when we picked it up were we told that there was only vanilla shake left. After we said we didn't want it, there was no other option than to take the shake or give them the €4 as a gift. We ordered 2 drinks, 1x chicken, 1x fries and 1x veggie tenders and had to wait forever. People who ordered long after us (and many more) received their food immediately.

We were visiting from Dortmund and ordered food. Everything was cold. People complained and were told it was normal because of the sauce and salad. Chrispy Cheese has no lettuce and the cheese sauce is actually warm. He was also very unfriendly. He then put the cold burgers in the microwave with paper. So I've never experienced anything like that. Apart from the condition of the tables and branch, it's just dirty and I definitely wouldn't recommend it. I will remember the visit to this KFC right next to Checkpoint Charlie for a long time. With a breathtaking view of Checkpoint Charlie (a middle finger to what was then East Berlin, beware: irony), you can dine on up to two floors. The food is typical of KFC. However, we were harassed in front of the entrance by a begging woman who clearly belonged to a begging organization because we met her again at the other end of town. Therefore two stars deducted.
