I accidentally spilled the Coke from my order, so it fell off the tray and landed on the floor. The team was super accommodating, immediately bringing me a new Coke without asking, and kindly took care of my mistake.

Worst place I've ever been, chicken is not crispy and it's pink inside. bad fries and cold food. many of the screens to order are also broken. my burger had raw bacon in it which was on the side instead of inside.

They staffs were fine but the food was served cold, almost like it had come straight out of the refrigerator and the fries didn’t taste fresh at all. Definitely not the quality I expect from KFC

Today went to KFC checkpoint charlie with a friend for dinner. Had a wonderful experoence. Food was really tasty and fresh. Crew members were hopitable and friendly. Restaurant was clean and HAACP standards were followed. Highly recommend.

The food was as you would expect from KFC, but unfortunately I had to wait a long time and it was a bit dirty.

Can't order and pay if you're not from Germany because it's impossible to pay cause you can't choose currency and finish payment. Toilet cost coins, but if you put in coin the door never unlocks. The staff can't or doesn't want to help you with either problem. Walked away hungry with a few coins less in pocket.

The staff has absolutely no regard for hygiene. They don't even understand a word of German! Ordering or eating there is no fun.

30 minutes before closing they didn’t allow me to dine in. It’s not 5* restaurant where it’s not manageable to make it and eat it in 15 minutes. I left without ordering.

My boyfriend and I wanted to enjoy a delicious chicken Tuesday at KFC. However, the restaurant employees were very rude and unaccommodating. We wanted to order at the cash register, but were rudely sent away and told to order at the kiosk. We then got to the kiosk, which wasn't working, and we again received no attention or service. After a few minutes, other customers were served at the cash register while we waited. In the future, I'll think twice before coming here again. KFC should also teach its employees how to treat customers politely!

We (tourists from Switzerland) visited your KFC branch last Sunday with our three children. We found a free seat under the stairs and first placed our order. I was offered a promotion ("Special Refill" for only €1.99), which I chose. While we were waiting for our food, disposable gloves and other cleaning supplies suddenly flew down the stairs from above – apparently, the cleaning staff had used the stairs to simply sweep dirt down. Shortly afterwards, someone called out "Hello" twice behind my back. The second time, a visibly annoyed employee spoke to us in broken German and asked if we had already ordered, to which I confirmed. We were then asked to leave our seats. She directed us to another table, which was, admittedly, dirty. At the same time, she began blocking the back of the branch, including the stairs, with furniture and barriers. Additionally, a trash can with its opening was pushed right up to our new table, so we had to eat right next to the trash opening – extremely unappetizing! When we finally picked up our food, the children's toys were missing. When I asked how the refill, for which I had paid €1.99, worked, I was rudely treated – I was told they didn't have such a thing here. Only after repeated inquiries and the reminder that this was offered at the ordering terminal and also stated on the receipt ("Pepsi €1.99") was I reluctantly given another drink. We are extremely disappointed with this visit. If you like things dirty, chaotic, and unfriendly, you'll most likely find what you're looking for here – but we definitely didn't. One thing is clear to us: We won't be visiting this branch again and absolutely cannot recommend it to anyone.

The food at KFC was really good—crispy, tasty, and satisfying. I enjoyed the flavors and everything was fresh.

We ordered the "Squid Game" chicken. Even though the place was empty, we had to wait 20 minutes for our food. The chicken was completely cold and partially frozen inside. When we returned it, we were given frozen chicken again. When I tried to exchange it again, the man behind the counter became rude. He said it was because of the sauce, which made the chicken cold. But this is fried meat. It should be impossible for fried meat to stay ice-cold on the inside. As a customer, I cannot be expected to eat half-raw, ice-cold chicken. Instead of an apology for having to spend almost 40 minutes on it, my money was reluctantly returned with an unfriendly, almost insulted reaction. On top of that, the restaurant was really dirty. And that was despite the employees standing in the dining room talking to friends. The only bright spot: The lady who served me was very friendly. But: Never again. I see that this is a response to the bad reviews of KFC. So why isn't something being done about the situation with the service and bad food? Raw chicken is a health hazard! Update: A conversation was held with the restaurant manager. She and KFC themselves tried to resolve the issue. It couldn't be clarified why the chicken was cold. If there's no answer: "Then it must be the customer's fault." An apology was offered in writing and during the conversation.

I've been eating here for four years because this KFC is downstairs from my home. I thought all KFCs in Germany tasted bad, but I recently ate at the KFC in Charlottenburg and found that the food there is much better than here.

Unfriendly service, food was cold, drinks didn't taste like carbonated water.

Ordered through Uber eats. They only sent 1/3 of our food. So we had to reorder some items, pay way more and also wait for another 30 minutes. Uber reinforced us for one of the missing items. We had to pay 10€ more to reorder the same item since there are additonal service and delivery charges especially if you only order just one item

The atmosphere was okay, but only one ordering machine worked. It was hot and stuffy inside, and there were hardly any seats outside. The service was really BAD. I could tell they were laughing at my family. I don't want to be specific, but they were just DISRESPECTFUL. Right after they served me, they started laughing with the others, and I'm sure it was directed at us. I don't know if you did it on purpose or not, but I felt really UNCOMFORTABLE. The Classic Burger was too salty, and the sweet and sour sauce just wasn't my thing.

The staff was very unfriendly and shouted loudly among themselves. The waitress at the counter spoke almost no German and only whispered. The drink was just sweet orange juice, and the fries were very soft. "Crispies" were also more soft than crispy. The restroom code on the note was incorrect, and the staff member gave it to me in a very annoyed manner. The men's restroom was heavily soiled with toilet paper and urine. The sink had a maximum clearance of 10 cm between the basin and the faucet. When the water was turned on, the fan almost always activated, blowing all the water and dirt from the sink across the room. The restaurant floor wasn't clean either. First and last visit to KFC. A shame.

Disappointing experience - unreliable delivery and misleading pricing I am very disappointed with my last order. The delivery did not arrive as promised - late and incomplete. What was even more annoying, however, was that I was shown a discount during the ordering process, which suddenly disappeared after completion and the full price was debited. Such promotional offers act as a lure that is ultimately not honored. This is not only unfair, but also damaging to trust.

The food was cold when we got it, the restaurant was messed with other customers garbage after eating here. In total this is the worst KFC visit in the world for me and the family, and we have tried this restaurant in the USA, Hawaii and other cities in Europe. At such a great location, this restaurant should be better at food, service and restaurant presentation.

The food was good but the staff (mostly Indian) was not cooperative and rude. Unprofessional staff. They were talking in there own language and using derogatory remarks for customers. Thinking that I was not able to understand their language. This atmosphere made good food experience a bad one.

One of the rudest, most racist and scummy fast food locations I have ever been too. During a visit to Checkpoint Charlie with a group of friends, we decided to stop by the KFC for some food, me and my friends were from the country of Cyprus and the cashier realized that we were speaking Greek. Him being Turkish, He then started to mock us by calling us names and pretending to not understand what we were saying while he was laughing. After we received our food we were shocked by the portion of it, we got some sort of chicken nuggets/strips and payed 5 euros for the 3 tiny pieces of food that are in the picture attached below. Kid you not, that was the portion severed (+ small fries). In our visit their we were subjected to racism by the cashier due to us being from a country he doesn't like, we were scammed in terms of portions and the restaurant itself was not clean at all (most of the tables still had food on them from previews people)

KFC in Germany has lost it's quality badly right before corona years already. You not only eat feathers, but the taste vecame "plastic". Tried again 2 days ago, and it got even worse :(
