Unfortunately, it often happens that parts of the order are missing or are issued incorrectly. We ordered a coupon menu with Big Tasty (without onions) and chicken nuggets. The burger had a lot of onions in it and the nuggets were missing, so I could only eat the fries. Unfortunately, we were already home when we noticed it. You should definitely check your order here. We go to MC' Donalds once a week. We went to this branch three times in September. Oh, the classic: a visit to McDonald’s with the kids! You still know it from your own childhood, and somehow the whole thing still has its charm. It's a highlight for the little ones anyway, and let's be honest, you can treat yourself to it every now and then. It was really crowded, but surprisingly everything went pretty quickly - I was expecting more chaos. The table service is a nice bonus, but the food was just what you would expect. Not a big wow, but solid McDonald's quality. But what really irritated me was the back area. It's not exactly inviting! Too bright, too cold and everything is so open – it feels more like a canteen than a cozy fast food stop. Makes you wonder who planned this? A little more love in the design wouldn't hurt. But well, in the end it's usually the food that counts - and the burgers were once again well received by the kids!

Disgusting! The floor dirty. Fries, receipts, shoe prints, everything greasy. The floor behind the counter was dirty, the tiles were cracked. The cushions to lean on: greasy. Waiting time: 14 minutes for 1 burger and 1 coffee. Including ordering takes just under 20 minutes. The latte macchiato tastes burnt. Just bitter. Inedible. I threw it away. The concept with the pickup counter is so impersonal. Not a word, not a smile. They call out your number in broken German and turn around. Lidl is better there. I was really annoyed that I stopped there for the money. Next time I'd prefer Burger Me for the same money. But the burger tasted good.

Absolute catastrophe and health hazard! As always, I ordered via the app, got in and waited. As customers who ordered after me at the terminal and received similar goods and I had already waited 20 minutes, I asked. Problem 1: The employee lies to me. She says my order is not in the system and we have to redo it. She then shows me a piece of paper with my order number on it to ask me if that is it. Yes, it was her. Problem 2: When I checked the temperature of the food because I had been standing in the store for 20 minutes, I noticed that the burger was no longer warm. Not even lukewarm anymore. The employee said that was normal. Problem 3: The employee called the shift manager. He also said that this was normal and when asked that he please get a thermometer to check the temperature, he said: "We don't need to check that. McDonalds has high standards. That's all right. That's just valid for chicken." When I explained to him about the food hygiene regulations that there are DIN standards for the processing and serving of food, especially meat, his answer was that they check the temperature when refrigerating in the morning and other things from their procedures that don't apply to my burger make warmer. He offered to make me a new one, but after 30 minutes in the store my patience was exhausted and I wanted my money back. Problem 4: The shift manager didn't give me enough money. Even when I asked if that was correct, he assured me again. When I got home from the email in the invoice I realized that it wasn't correct. Now I was allowed to drive to the branch a second time so I couldn't get any food. The Lieferand/Wolt/Uber drivers also complained while I was there that they had already been waiting 20 minutes and actually had to move on. It's a complete disgrace that I have to discuss whether it's okay when it comes to cold dishes. In this price category, I assume that the food I receive is at least warm (hot isn't even that important). Then at the end discussing with an incompetent shift manager about the fact that it is a no-go to serve such food makes me never want to set foot in this branch again. I will also report this to the health department, because it is unacceptable how boldly the employees try to give out unsafe food to customers for expensive money.

In the end, my right was confirmed without explanations from the employees, another time my bill was almost 27 euros, I paid by card and had to drive up to wait again and someone came out and said I had to pay my bill again because the process was canceled Despite confirmation that everything worked on the device's display, there was also a huge discussion and I was only believed when I showed over the phone that this would also be debited via my bank app and was reserved. Always be careful and do the math otherwise you'll just get the wrong thing there or nothing or you'll pay too much or twice and then you'll get citizens that are warm with a hard edge and such dried cheese that either the paper or the burger tears when you open it, oh and Forgetting the rösti with the big Rösti is also a great achievement 😂

I eat lunch here 3 to 5 times a week for work reasons. The food is actually always fresh and prepared according to McDonald's standards, so you get exactly what you order as you expect. The employees are mostly friendly, although not always well-coordinated (not all of them), but these days the fluctuation is high and the language barriers are often a bit higher in the industry. I recently visited this McDonald's branch and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. An employee was responsible for the fries and literally ruined them. Even though there was no need, he kept frying new fries and simply leaving the old ones lying around. When the paper bags were soaked with excess oil, he poured the old fries back into the fresh ones and added more salt, apparently following the motto: "If they don't taste good, then at least they should be salty." The customers in front of me and other employees had already spoken to him about this behavior, but nothing changed. Only when the shift manager found out about this did they finally intervene. We then received new, fresh and not over-salted fries. I hope that this was a one-time incident and that appropriate measures are taken to prevent such incidents in the future. Also, it wasn't really clean, but if it hadn't been coupled with such an experience, that wouldn't have been a problem. I wanted to point out to the gentlemen in the lobby that they couldn't tell that this restaurant for American specialties was closed. He asked me to the door to speak. I said very loudly and clearly that you couldn't tell that his star restaurant no longer fried meatballs. He then gestured wildly, which I interpreted as meaning that he didn't understand me because the door was locked. It was probably the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. The staff cuddled behind the counter, not a table or chair in the house was clean, there was more food on the floor in the restaurant and in the kitchen than on the customers' tablets. The kitchen staff could barely walk in the kitchen because it was incredibly slippery, the toilets were full of things that I won't talk about here. The tray returns were overflowing and on top of that, someone cleverly thought of placing the children's play area right between the men's and women's toilets. There are probably more feces on the floor than in the toilet. The “play options” are probably appropriate for children ages seven or older. In any case, small children have no chance there. Well, just to the left between the men's toilet and the playhouse there is an overflowing tray return stand, where the little ones will definitely find something to play with. Of course I mentioned it too, but I was just looked at and ignored... I have no idea why the staff there doesn't speak. Other customers were also annoyed because of the long waiting times and completely uncoordinated processing of the order processes. At some point my order arrived, but my trust in what I was consuming was gone. If the store is unclean and the staff doesn't know what they're doing, then I don't want to imagine how hygienic my food is. I survived, but will avoid this branch after years of loyalty. I can understand that it is difficult to find staff these days. However, the solution cannot be to simply put untrained workers with a migrant background at the counter and not to properly train them or train them. The pay is probably also appropriate. What comes out of it can be wonderfully experienced live here. For my part, I won't be coming back again.

We have now been there twice within 8 days. It was more or less the same team on board and they repeatedly seemed overwhelmed. Today we had to wait a whole 31 minutes for a BigMac and a junior bag of plant nuggets and fries, ojuice and a squeeze bag. However, this simple order was not complete. It was completed without comment or glance. That's how it went the whole time. An order had to be prepared again with goodies as compensation. This meant that others had to wait even longer. People were also overwhelmed with the scoreboard. Numbers did not disappear to ready or no ones ready for collection were added. You really couldn't understand the announcement, it was much too quiet. Chaos, a lot of people were angry, including me. Just the thought of no one being served and 4 people looking for orders is absolutely not possible. Another shift manager has to go there. I can't recommend it, the place wasn't suitable for staying, especially today. I would have liked to have canceled the order again. Unfortunately I ordered via the app and the worst thing: it was the worst BigMac and probably burger ever. Somehow it tasted raw, but that doesn't surprise me... you have to make up for the time somehow. I was so annoyed about the time and the wasted time, as well as the poor taste experience. Early in the morning everything is dirty, there are no towels in the toilet and employees who enter the store privately after you and order are given priority over all other customers... Fast food is more like slow food. Even though there's hardly anything going on, the customers stand there for more than 20 minutes because the drive-in customers also have priority...
