Horrible. I waited for my order for about 30 minutes. I took a number and thought that they would bring my order to my number. In the end, I went to ask myself what happened to the order. It turned out that they weren't planning on bringing it, because there was no ice cream in stock. They were just waiting for me to come myself. They offered Fanta or Coke as an exchange. In addition to what I already took in the order.

The place is so dirty that it's almost impossible to eat there comfortably. The parking spaces have now been changed so that you can park for a maximum of 1.5 hours, regardless of whether you have a receipt or a parking disc, even if you wait a long time for your food or simply sit for a longer time. A 60€ parking ticket is a disgrace for being there with proof and is already bad had food. Unfortunately for me, this restaurant is no longer the place where you like to dine.

It's a shame because we were expecting a quick and uncomplicated visit.

As customers who ordered after me at the terminal and received similar goods and I had already waited 20 minutes, I asked. Problem 1: The employee lies to me. She says my order is not in the system and we have to redo it. She then shows me a piece of paper with my order number on it to ask me if that is it. Yes, it was her. Problem 2: When I checked the temperature of the food because I had been standing in the store for 20 minutes, I noticed that the burger was no longer warm. Not even lukewarm anymore. The employee said that was normal. Problem 3: The employee called the shift manager. He also said that this was normal and when asked that he please get a thermometer to check the temperature, he said: "We don't need to check that. McDonalds has high standards. That's all right. That's just valid for chicken." Then at the end discussing with an incompetent shift manager about the fact that it is a no-go to serve such food makes me never want to set foot in this branch again. Nuggets were dry and old. Had to be replaced once. Fries were also old and dry. Were thrown away because no one wanted to go back down to replace them. All the tables were dirty, as were the seats. We cleaned it ourselves. There was no air conditioning inside and it was very hot. Now I understand why the ratings here are so low. I can imagine that this is all due to a lack of staff, but then the shop should close earlier!
