McDonald's in Berlin

Food as usual, but unfortunately a few weaknesses: In the evening, when the store was almost empty, I waited about 30 minutes for nuggets and a shake, which ended up being completely warm and watery. The restrooms are upstairs, and unfortunately, the entire upper floor smells like that. Not particularly pleasant. Cleanliness and flow urgently need to be improved.

McCafé is now down to normal service. What a shame.

The branch is in high demand, so they can't keep up with certain things, like keeping tables clean. Unfortunately, the food wasn't very hot. But for €10 per person, that should be manageable. Other fast food chains can manage that, too.

We occasionally come here for an appointment. The service has always been friendly and customer-oriented. One day, the grill was broken. They could have announced this at the entrance—it's sometimes a bit difficult with children—but we got an ice cream instead.

The worst crap, the Pakistani branch manager is as incompetent as someone who lost his job because of paperwork for Labo. You're the lowest of the low, shame on yourselves. He's selling me Father's Day codes from his phone because ours supposedly don't work, for one euro more.

Very bad service. I ordered on site using the app and the app offered three types of free glasses. In the restaurant, I was told very angrily that we had none left, which was really bad service. If they are overwhelmed with work, they still have to be polite and not aggressively tell me there are no more glasses. The sad thing is that the owner doesn't care what's going on.

This is the second time something was forgotten in the order. We called immediately and informed them, but they simply said it would be delivered later and hung up. Dear readers, Fast food with a difference! We finished our order (No. 223) at the vending machine with a receipt time of 8:04 p.m. The order was for takeout. While waiting across from the counter, we noticed that the monitors were playing short videos at best, but not displaying any information about the status of the individual order numbers. Our host (Goldenes M Gastro GmbH) had a seemingly international team on hand. Work was carried out – but rather true to the motto: "Always calm and dignified; what doesn't get finished – stays put." At 8:15 p.m., I noticed that a customer with order number 220 had placed her order at 7:55 p.m. After another 20 minutes, we started talking. We'd noticed that the right side of the counter was besieged or waited on by employees from various delivery services. Things weren't moving particularly quickly there, but at least something was happening. We couldn't see how the drive-up customers were doing. Takeout orders and the preparation of trays for customers at tables in the store weren't making any progress. Some customers had had enough and went straight to the counter to confirm their order. Around 8:50 p.m. (after waiting forty-five minutes), I also approached an employee: A chat with the store manager wouldn't be a bad idea. And they could gladly reimburse us for the order. Without a word, a long-braided little fairy from the Golden M took my receipt and began packing our order. This one employee seemed to be the only one who still felt any sort of responsibility for customer orders. About ten minutes earlier, she had called out order 222 and placed it on the counter. However, no one else came for this delivery. A waiting gentleman, who had been talking to me five minutes earlier, left the establishment silently. (He had only had a small order.) Just as our food arrived, my eyes fell on one of the trays that had been prepared for customers at one of the tables: The ice cream had melted in three paper cups. The caramel sauce still looked quite good, though. When I checked to see if everything was complete, a Fanta was unfortunately missing. Since there was no one else at the counter (apart from the customers), I took the appropriate cup from order 222, which was still waiting to be picked up. Unfortunately, it contained Coke, as it turned out later. When the door of the McDonald's restaurant closed behind us, it was 9:03 p.m. So we hadn't even waited an hour.

McDonald's like any other. The menu is the same, the ordering method is the same, the taste is the same, the standard of service is the same as in any other McDonald's. You've seen one, you've seen them all.

I love McDonald's, but I probably won't go to that one again. I have never seen such an employee there. Two young gentlemen stood in front of us, otherwise it was pretty empty. One of the two said that the burger he just got was cold. Then the employee was very rude: it can't be. Him: It's so cold, the cheese hasn't even melted. Then she said: Let's see how fresh it is. Was here for the second time and only ordered a cappuccino. Waiting times of 20 minutes both times, even 25 minutes the second time. Pure catastrophe and excessive demands on the employees. Thanks for nothing.

Ordered food at 10:40 p.m. on April 30, 2025 and waited 40 minutes. Fries were limp, burgers were carelessly slapped in. All you hear from the kitchen are complaints about “we all got a lot of money today”, and there wasn’t even an apology/compensation for the waiting time.

Displays failed again. Completely disorganized in the kitchen, so that waiting times and order of service leave a lot to be desired. McDonalds is finally hiring people who have learned service or is teaching them.

Well, I ate at the better MC, here I got cold food and waited a long time. The only plus was space to sit.

They deserve not even 1 star.. the worst way to waste your money possible, rude customer service dirty food and they lied they gave didn’t give my kid the toy for happy meal. when my kid insisted Minecraft whatever thing on Menü and they said the season is over to my kid. Pure lie. Also forgot my food in the bag, and they just told me to come back when I was 15mins drive away after purchased drive through. So I gave up. Customers there stared us in a weird way, all the way down worst possible experience in Berlin. Just go somewhere else to give you real food and human service.

Not only was the burger being carelessly wiped back and forth while it was busy, but the burger was thrown into the box despite there being fewer guests. The sight was more like a massacre than a meal you would want to eat. The only toilet available for use was the disabled toilet, but that was more of a test of courage than a relief. All in all, you don't need it.

I'm very sorry. But I've never met anyone who smelled so bad. I couldn't eat anymore. The branch manager was informed but it didn't help. Bye bye McDonald's. I can't believe that the food was prepared so cleanly by such employees.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with an experience I had when ordering breakfast using the ordering machine in your branch. Today at 10:30 a.m. I ordered a breakfast menu from the machine. After I completed the order and went to the checkout, I was informed by the employee that breakfast was no longer being prepared because breakfast time had already passed. If breakfast is no longer offered after 10:30 a.m., why is there no clear notice on the machine indicating the exact time until which breakfast can be ordered? As a customer, I assume that if I can complete an order successfully, it will actually be prepared. I was very disappointed and upset by this experience and hope that you will take this issue seriously and take appropriate action to prevent this from happening again in the future.

I ordered a big Mac for over 7 Euros and i felt I got scammed. Big Mac is not big at all, it's really small and has nothing to do with a Big Size burger at all. Nearby MC Donalds there is a nice Döner Shop. You get about half a kilo sandwich with meat and salad and sauce for 6 Euros. Don't be stupid and burn your money .

Some of the employees are very slow but the employee with the black cap and glasses is a very polite young man, I can only recommend ordering from him, it was quick and easy

The waiting times are comparatively high for fast food, even when it's only slightly busy, 15 minutes for a Big Tasty, or 30 minutes if it's busier. The food is still lukewarm at best and you have absolutely no control over the timing of the hot drinks. I now set a timer as soon as I see that the cappucino has already been placed at the counter for ordering. The last time I asked for a fresh and hot one after a difference of 6 minutes, which was met with little understanding - you shouldn't act like that after 5 minutes. As a "replacement", if a new one was made at all, I was given one that, after tasting and testing with my fingers, with a lot of luck, had exceeded the 30°C mark and, dear friends, I bathe hotter than this supposedly hot drink had to offer. Other lowlights from previous orders included a Happy Meal without the toy and my personal favorite: a burger without the patty. I'll probably never understand how one manages to put a burger without meat in the package, but after I made my way back to the branch they at least offered to prepare the entire order again, although I only wanted a complete burger.

Ordered on Wolt. In the happy meal they did not put the toy. You can imagine how upset my kid was. The sole reason we ordered food there was because it comes with a joy of getting the toy. I can not understand this.

There is more food in the restaurant and napkins on the floor. The tables are dirty, the floor looks completely rancid. Unfortunately, the burgers were only lukewarm, some were already cold (really cold) and very carelessly prepared. I ordered there last Sunday evening at 6 p.m. with Lieferando and paid via PayPal. I had already been disappointed with previous orders, but this time I was extremely satisfied. The restaurant gets worse and worse with every visit. We rarely go out to eat at McDonald's, but this was the last time we went there. The employees preparing the burgers probably didn't feel like it, there were 4 people standing around and one of them did something. Despite it being early in the afternoon on Sunday and being busy, things progressed quickly. Everything about the food, burger menu and nuggets was good. The dining room is a bit small, but most people take it with them anyway.

The number was marked as ready for pickup, but the food wasn't ready yet. I still had to wait over 5 minutes. This has happened to me here several times.

The staff seems increasingly unfriendly and unfortunately there seems to be a lack of well-trained staff. Many of the employees are clearly not properly trained, which is reflected in forgotten orders and general inattention. The ambience is also disappointing. The place is so dirty that it's almost impossible to eat there comfortably. The parking spaces have now been changed so that you can park for a maximum of 1.5 hours, regardless of whether you have a receipt or a parking disc, even if you wait a long time for your food or simply sit for a longer time. A 60€ parking ticket is a disgrace for being there with proof and is already bad had food. Unfortunately for me, this restaurant is no longer the place where you like to dine.
