Very bad, very dirty. The chai latte was just coffee with cinnamon and milk. I've never had such bad chai at McDonald's. We had to wait 30 minutes for the apple turnovers!! Never again

One of the worst McDonald's branches I've ever been to... The first time I ordered two items, on the second visit I had to remind them that I was waiting for my food, and today I had to wait 20 minutes for a cheeseburger for €2.50... no one is giving me back that time... Mr. McDonald's, do yourself a favor and replace the entire staff, including the management, and just give up on the branch... This has nothing to do with fast food... Next time I'd rather drive longer and go straight to the competition... Unfortunately, it's terrible... 👎

A McDonald's to be feared and a reflection of Berlin! Annoyed employees, long waits because delivery and the like as well as the drive-thru still had to be processed. We decided to eat in the restaurant. Big mistake. The air was too thick, the noise level correspondingly high, and the seats disgustingly dirty!!! The food was standard except for the McRib, which should probably be called McSauce. Everything was swimming in a mess of ketchup, and the bun was soggy. Even a cleaning wipe didn't help. McCafé was even occupied once... By the way, the Filet o' Fish got a quarter of cheese on it. Embarrassing! See the pictures! A McDonald's to break!

The food isn't as hot as it was a few years ago. Not as hot, and the side dishes are falling out. My second time at MC DRIVE already had a bad experience, as my order was incomplete each time. Last time, they even had three burgers 🍔 missing. Absolutely unacceptable. Communication is also very difficult, not to say bad, as hardly anyone speaks German.

I recommend it with some reservations. The food is generally good, but there's usually something missing from the order, sometimes the nuggets, sometimes the fries, etc. I always check now, and at least they restock if you point it out. Unfortunately, the staff aren't particularly friendly. The wait time is usually around 10 minutes, which I think is okay.

Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We ordered two iced lattes and received them without ice. When we politely pointed this out, we were immediately treated rudely, with the statement that we hadn't ordered them "with ice." A short time later, an employee brought the correct drinks, but with an extremely annoyed tone and the comment that we should "please be more careful about what we order." He then started arguing. Such behavior is completely inappropriate – customer service definitely looks different. It would be desirable for employees to receive better training in customer service – especially in terms of friendliness and service orientation.

I eat lunch here 3 to 5 times a week for work. The food is always fresh and prepared according to McDonald's standards, so you get exactly what you order, as you expect. The employees are mostly friendly, although (not all of them) they don't always work well together, but these days, turnover is high and language barriers are often a bit higher in this industry. The cleanliness of the tables is the only drawback to what is, overall, a pretty good McDonald's, along with the fact that during lecture periods at the neighboring HWR (University of Applied Sciences) there's quite a rush hour between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., which can result in long waits.

I was there with my children yesterday after the report card distribution! The order and delivery to the table went smoothly, but then things got a bit strange! I ordered food today and the entire contents of my order were incorrect. I called immediately, but they put me aside and hung up. After several attempts, they said they would sort it out with Lieferando, and 15 minutes later, I still haven't received a reply. I paid for it and there's no decent solution from their side. This rude and incompetent woman on the phone can't seem to keep track of everything despite being overcrowded. Actually, zero stars – if only they could! Incorrect delivery, missing products, everything mixed up – and then, on top of that, disrespectful treatment of the delivery drivers. Instead of apologizing, one employee simply said: "Then they can all just leave." What kind of attitude is that? This branch is completely overwhelmed, disorganized, and simply unacceptable. This McDonald's is by far the slowest and most disorganized branch I know. Even for the simplest orders, you can expect to wait at least half an hour. And even then, the contents are faulty. Dirty, absolutely filthy! Cleanliness and hygiene are foreign concepts here. The food racks are full, the tables are covered in mess (ALL OF THEM). The floor is dirty and sticky everywhere. We often go there after midnight during the week. It often happens that something is missing from our order of about four meals. Once we didn't get any sauces, another time there was a fries missing. I even had to request toys for my Happy Meal once. Today, both cheeseburgers were missing from the McSmart meal. That's pretty bad. Honestly, this McDonald's is a disgrace. Unfortunately, we were there on June 29th (Sunday) around 4 p.m. We placed our order at the touch counter and opted for table delivery. After waiting over 30 minutes in the non-air-conditioned store, I'd had enough. I went up to the counter and saw my order number sitting next to several other orders. Report from Sunday, May 18, 2025, from 7:50 p.m. to 9:03 p.m., branch at Alt-Friedrichsfelde 61, Berlin (The author is not Aaron, but his father, Dr. Sascha Zilliges.) Dear readers, Fast food with a difference! We finished our order (No. 223) at the vending machine with a receipt time of 8:04 p.m. The order was for takeout. While waiting across from the counter, we noticed that the monitors were playing short videos at best, but not displaying any information about the status of the individual order numbers. Our host (Goldenes M Gastro GmbH) had a seemingly international team on hand. Work was carried out – but rather true to the motto: "Always calm and dignified; what doesn't get finished – stays put." At 8:15 p.m., I noticed that a customer with order number 220 had placed her order at 7:55 p.m. After another 20 minutes, we started talking. We'd noticed that the right side of the counter was besieged or waited on by employees from various delivery services. Things weren't moving particularly quickly there, but at least something was happening. We couldn't see how the drive-up customers were doing. Takeout orders and the preparation of trays for customers at tables in the store weren't making any progress. Some customers had had enough and went straight to the counter to confirm their order. Around 8:50 p.m. (after waiting forty-five minutes), I also approached an employee: A chat with the store manager wouldn't be a bad idea. And they could gladly reimburse us for the order. Without a word, a long-braided little fairy from the Golden M took my receipt and began packing our order. This one employee seemed to be the only one who still felt any sort of responsibility for customer orders. About ten minutes earlier, she had called out order 222 and placed it on the counter. However, no one else came for this delivery. A waiting gentleman, who had been talking to me five minutes earlier, left the establishment silently. (He had only had a small order.) Just as our food arrived, my eyes fell on one of the trays that had been prepared for customers at one of the tables: The ice cream had melted in three paper cups. The caramel sauce still looked quite good, though. When I checked to see if everything was complete, a Fanta was unfortunately missing. Since there was no one else at the counter (apart from the customers), I took the appropriate cup from order 222, which was still waiting to be picked up. Unfortunately, it contained Coke, as it turned out later. When the door of the McDonald's restaurant closed behind us, it was 9:03 p.m. So we hadn't even waited an hour.

I love McDonald's, but I probably won't go to that one again. I have never seen such an employee there. Two young gentlemen stood in front of us, otherwise it was pretty empty. One of the two said that the burger he just got was cold. Then the employee was very rude: it can't be. Him: It's so cold, the cheese hasn't even melted. Then she said: Let's see how fresh it is. He was completely perplexed and just muttered to his friend whether she was kidding him. She: "Now you want something new, right? He: no - and the two left the branch shaking their heads. Ordered food at 10:40 p.m. on April 30, 2025 and waited 40 minutes. Fries were limp, burgers were carelessly slapped in. All you hear from the kitchen are complaints about “we all got a lot of money today”, and there wasn’t even an apology/compensation for the waiting time.

They deserve not even 1 star.. the worst way to waste your money possible, rude customer service dirty food and they lied they gave didn’t give my kid the toy for happy meal. when my kid insisted Minecraft whatever thing on Menü and they said the season is over to my kid. Pure lie. Also forgot my food in the bag, and they just told me to come back when I was 15mins drive away after purchased drive through. So I gave up. Customers there stared us in a weird way, all the way down worst possible experience in Berlin. Just go somewhere else to give you real food and human service.

Not only was the burger being carelessly wiped back and forth while it was busy, but the burger was thrown into the box despite there being fewer guests. The sight was more like a massacre than a meal you would want to eat. The only toilet available for use was the disabled toilet, but that was more of a test of courage than a relief. All in all, you don't need it.

I'm very sorry. But I've never met anyone who smelled so bad. I couldn't eat anymore. The branch manager was informed but it didn't help. Bye bye McDonald's. I can't believe that the food was prepared so cleanly by such employees.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with an experience I had when ordering breakfast using the ordering machine in your branch. Today at 10:30 a.m. I ordered a breakfast menu from the machine. After I completed the order and went to the checkout, I was informed by the employee that breakfast was no longer being prepared because breakfast time had already passed. If breakfast is no longer offered after 10:30 a.m., why is there no clear notice on the machine indicating the exact time until which breakfast can be ordered? As a customer, I assume that if I can complete an order successfully, it will actually be prepared. I was very disappointed and upset by this experience and hope that you will take this issue seriously and take appropriate action to prevent this from happening again in the future.

I ordered a big Mac for over 7 Euros and i felt I got scammed. Big Mac is not big at all, it's really small and has nothing to do with a Big Size burger at all. Nearby MC Donalds there is a nice Döner Shop. You get about half a kilo sandwich with meat and salad and sauce for 6 Euros. Don't be stupid and burn your money .

The worst Burger King experience I've ever had in my life. Almost nothing has worked here for months. Either the store is completely empty and I feel like I'm eating stale hamburgers, or there are three customers and everyone is overwhelmed. On top of that, you can only order via the terminal, and since I've been trying to order here for over seven months, the coupons never work, and most of the time my order doesn't go through. Something gets stuck or doesn't work. It's also a rip-off because they lure you with coupons, and you can't get the coupons or a proper order at the terminal. It takes three times as long as it used to, but the work is left to the customer while the prices go up. Unacceptable! Today again: I don't even go to the terminal anymore, but I can only pay at the checkout with cash. What a load of crap? As I said, it's been like this for almost a year, and now I've had enough. I'm filing a massive complaint with Burger King!!!

They close at 8 PM, and I arrived at 7:50 PM. I was about to place my order at the kiosk, but an employee told me to order directly at the counter, even though the kiosk was working. When I asked for a chicken bucket, they said it wasn’t available. I then asked for any chicken item, and again they said it wasn’t possible. That’s when I realized they were just trying to avoid taking my order so they wouldn’t have to prepare it. A very shameful way of refusing service.

I just ordered, but unfortunately I didn't receive the complete order. Two cheeseburgers were missing.
