Usually all dips are forgotten. It worked for a change. This time it was the Happy Meals. Only nuggets and fries inside. This is a performance that I have never experienced before. Children were really happy...

Unfortunately, the waiting times on site are very long, often between 30 and 50 minutes, which is quite unreasonable for a fast food restaurant. I used to love visiting this restaurant, but unfortunately the quality of the food has continued to deteriorate. It is often served cold or appears to have just been warmed up. It also happens regularly that fries, drinks or sauces are forgotten. The service has also deteriorated significantly. The staff seems increasingly unfriendly and unfortunately there seems to be a lack of well-trained staff. Many of the employees are clearly not properly trained, which is reflected in forgotten orders and general inattention. The ambience is also disappointing. The place is so dirty that it's almost impossible to eat there comfortably. The parking spaces have now been changed so that you can park for a maximum of 1.5 hours, regardless of whether you have a receipt or a parking disc, even if you wait a long time for your food or simply sit for a longer time. A 60€ parking ticket is a disgrace for being there with proof and is already bad had food. Unfortunately for me, this restaurant is no longer the place where you like to dine.

Nuggets were dry and old. Had to be replaced once. Fries were also old and dry. Were thrown away because no one wanted to go back down to replace them. All the tables were dirty, as were the seats. I can only agree with the negative reviews. Pre-ordered something via the app. We were then asked to pull over to the right side, which we did (without hindering others). When the food was brought out after about 10 minutes, the friendly salesman shouted at the whole parking lot and then kindly handed the bags over to us with the words he "wouldn't be paid per km". I eat lunch here 3 to 5 times a week for work reasons. The food is actually always fresh and prepared according to McDonald's standards, so you get exactly what you order as you expect. The cleanliness of the tables is, apart from the fact that during lecture times at the neighboring HWR there is quite a rush hour between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., which can cause long waiting times, the only drawback to an overall pretty good McDonald's.

The customers in front of me and other employees had already spoken to him about this behavior, but nothing changed. Only when the shift manager found out about this did they finally intervene. We then received new, fresh and not over-salted fries. I hope that this was a one-time incident and that appropriate measures are taken to prevent such incidents in the future. Also, it wasn't really clean, but if it hadn't been coupled with such an experience, that wouldn't have been a problem. I would like to be able to eat delicious food here again and not get in a bad mood.
