Kentucky Fried Chicken in Berlin

I had three wings and three strips plus some traditional sauce. The food didn't taste that bad, but what came after that. About an hour later I felt sick, I started to shake, cold sweat, stomach pain and later vomiting. I don't know what was wrong but it was a terrible experience

Bad customer service 👎 the guy at the counter ignore customer like he is not interested to work . KFC better hire the staff who values their work

they messed up our order and tried to convince us that we are the ones at fault cause we didnt know german. we were not. they served us different salad with different dressing, different shake than we ordered and were generally mean and disrespectful. bad place especially bad when indian man is at front

They close at 8 PM, and I arrived at 7:50 PM. I was about to place my order at the kiosk, but an employee told me to order directly at the counter, even though the kiosk was working. When I asked for a chicken bucket, they said it wasn’t available. I then asked for any chicken item, and again they said it wasn’t possible. That’s when I realized they were just trying to avoid taking my order so they wouldn’t have to prepare it. A very shameful way of refusing service.

KFC quality is good, but I personally don't like ordering myself because it's not really clear to me... Besides, my "ordering work" should be reflected in the price... My subjective perception

We stopped in for a quick snack. Unfortunately, the floor at the counter is very dirty, as are the drink dispensers. We had to wait about 15 minutes for two crispy burgers, an empty cup, one small fries, and a piece of chicken, even though it wasn't that busy. It's quite loud on that floor, and the tables are also rather dirty.

I just waited for more than 20 minutes. It seems like customer's time is not valued here.

KFC showed quickness and gave us fresh food. I really appreciate their service and the chicken is tasty as always. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the mall.

Tasty food and convenient location! Stopped by the KFC at the Mall of Berlin for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised. But what I experienced at this branch was more of a culinary imposition and a complete logistical failure. As soon as I entered the store, I noticed that the atmosphere was more reminiscent of a run-down waiting area than a fast-food restaurant. The floors were sticky, the tables were covered in crumbs and greasy residue, and the tray return area was piled high with old trays like a chaotic warehouse. The "Finger Lickin' Good" promise was nowhere to be seen – more like "Stay away." Ordering took forever. I stood in line for a full 18 minutes, even though there were only two customers in front of me. When it was finally my turn, I was greeted by a visibly annoyed employee who apparently would have preferred anything to work there. My simple order—a Zinger Burger meal with fries and a Pepsi—turned into an adventure with unexpected twists and turns: First, the burger was missing, then the Pepsi was gone, and finally, instead of fries, I got two dry corn cobs that looked like they'd been left in a heat lamp since 2019. The burger—when it finally arrived—was cold, soggy, and tasted of absolutely nothing. The bread was soggy, the chicken was as dry as a history book, and the sauce? Probably forgotten in a parallel universe. I've eaten frozen foods that radiated more love. The highlight, however, was the "restroom experience." If you dare to go there, you should write your wishes beforehand. No soap, no paper, a broken door, and a smell I'd rather not describe—in short: Health Department, take over. Conclusion: For just under 12 euros, I got cold food, a bad mood, a near-nervous breakdown, and the feeling that I'd put my gastrointestinal health at risk. This was definitely my last visit to this KFC. If you want good chicken, you're better off with a rotisserie chicken from the supermarket or even homemade toast.

I had an incredible experience at the KFC mall in Berlin. The food superb service was efficient and friendly, and I especially want to praise Buba for his exceptional service.He is knowledgeable, passionate about his job and what he offers.and most of all helpful. Terrible service. The staff was extremely slow and unmotivated, even though there were many orders waiting. We waited 30 minutes for our order, while several other people who ordered after us already received theirs. No one even started preparing our order during that time. Very disappointing experience.

KFC always delivers tasty, crispy chicken that hits the spot every time. The staff are usually friendly and quick to help, which makes grabbing a meal here easy and hassle-free. I suggest to everyone this new Korean menu. you will have a different experience.

Food was terrible. I ordered a burger and three pieces of chicken. No sauce on the burger, cheese was just thrown on listlessly and the breading on the chicken just tasted too salty. Plus, no one seems to care how clean the tables are. I like to place my tray on the leftovers from guests who have previously eaten. Absolutely dirty shop and it's a shame to have the name KFC because I'm used to better quality.

For being so old and rundown and trying to serve the poor income segment its done pretty well. The food is good, especially the vegan options. The employees are usually nice. The toilets are big. I think it's missing okugs to recharge phones.

If you want to wait in line for a whole hour for cold, mediocre fast food, this is the place for you. The store is severely understaffed and the employees cannot process a total of around twenty orders in less than 60 minutes

Tasty, quick and of a high standard! KFC at the Mall of Berlin is a great choice for a quick and filling meal while shopping. As always, the chicken was super tasty – juicy on the inside and nice and crispy on the outside. The portions are large, everything is fresh and beautifully served. The staff was friendly, courteous and well organized - everything ran smoothly even when it was busy. Clean, pleasant and really tasty. Definitely worth a visit!

I waited 22 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. The employee was completely overwhelmed, processed all the other orders first and when the food was finally served (only after I wanted my money back!), of course it was cold. That was a bottomless impudence. I'm pissed

We ordered 4 menus via cell phone and paid at the checkout. It wasn't full at the time. We had to wait a whopping 41 minutes for our food (from when we paid). When we went to get our drinks, instead of Pepsi, only mineral water came out. We told an employee and she just said we were pressing the wrong button. When she pressed the machine, only mineral water came out. Well at least the food was great.

It is the most slowest branch, it took my order more than 30 minutes and they had only 2 workers working and it was very very slow.

When I kindly asked for a warm and juicy piece of chicken, the employee literally held it in his hands for three minutes and handed it back to my container without batting an eyelid. Scandalous. As if that wasn't bad enough, I was stared at by a robot throughout my entire meal. No, not figuratively – literally a KFC robot watching me like I was going to break out at any moment. Felt more watched than a criminal in a high-security prison. And then the chicken sandwiches… or should I say cheese sandwiches with a trace of chicken? You would think that at a fast food chain specializing in chicken, the chicken would be the highlight, but this was a dismal, dry failure. If I had the choice between never eating again for the rest of my life or going back to this horrible KFC just once, I would choose starvation without a doubt. Save yourself the misery and go elsewhere – even cardboard with ketchup is a better meal than this.

Really poor, food quality, wait time, cleanliness. The KFC branded cleaning robot was a novelty for my kid, until it started repeatedly shouting in Mandarin - quite dystopian. I don’t expect much from the KFC brand, by this one was far below the low standard - most undeserving of the 4.1 star on Google maps - which management have obviously rigged through legal manicuring (as is more and more common in Germany - Google maps is becoming very untrustworthy for ratings in Germany).

Ordered via the KFC website. Order was delivered via Wolt Drive (DaaS). The order was wrong, the drinks were missing and the food was driven around the city in the delivery driver's car for almost an hour. Food was completely cold. Unfortunately there was no German-speaking contact person in the restaurant and only a broken ending. After a long back and forth, no support, no refund or anything. Well, luckily there are alternatives in Berlin but still kind of sad...

Disastrous service October 25 evening

Always dirty and littered. Food so-so. I always think under time pressure due to a lack of staff.

I ordered food. I waited 50 minutes for it to be cooked. In the end, my requests to make it faster were denied. One employee both takes orders and prepares and assembles the food. It's horrible. Don't come here especially if you're in a hurry.

You pay more than what you get! Ordered 3x Coke - only received 2. Pueree with gravy was completely missing. When we asked about the third cola and the pueree, people looked strange but we got it... well, after opening the pueree, we found out that it was without gravy. Either this is pure intention or a lack of intelligence.

The food was okay, almost everything was still very warm and tasted good. However, the counter and the drinks machine were very dirty. In addition, most of the time the employee stands with his butt to the customers and on his cell phone, wanted to ask something and I waited 5 minutes until he was finished with his Instagram and turned around, even then he didn't come to me, even though I asked him I looked at it and stood at the counter the whole time.

The schicken taste is not the same like we eat in Lebanon, even the salads are not the same. In Lebanon there are cheddar cheese soce, its tasty but here they don't have . For me, i didn't enjoy maby others like this food taste

In conclusion, my visit to KFC in the Mall of Berlin was thoroughly disappointing, warranting a one-star rating. Portions are saved. They are significantly smaller than portions at another KFC branch.

What if I liked it? Yes, but it took them forever and there were only two people working on 9 orders. I'm ashamed that in a shopping center like Belin Mall there are such bad places to eat.

A big thank you to the Asian employee who met me on May 30th. served so kindly. I have never experienced such fast and friendly service in any fast food restaurant and the food was also very tasty. For me it's the best KFC and I'll definitely be back soon.

One of the card machines didn’t work, on the bill stood the text,”you will get items after payment”, so I thought would be called forward for payment when they have my food, so after a long time waiting I asked to the register where my food was, but they said I needed to pay and then they would make my food, so some miscommunication on the bill.

So I'm rating this store again for the reason that my original rating about 14 months ago has now been deleted by Google 🤔 after a long time back and forth, Google probably wants proof!? For my bad rating 😒 something like that is bottom drawer. I'm explaining here what happened 14 months ago and I can only remember it because my Google pointed it out again and I read my review several times before it was deleted. I waited 15 minutes at the checkout before I was informed that I should first order at the machine, but then I would pay at the checkout!! Weird system! So I wait again at the machine for 15 minutes until it's my turn to place the order, then I have to wait 15 minutes at the checkout until I can pay, then wait 20 minutes until the food arrives wow 🤩 awesome. On top of that, the totally overworked employees were unfriendly and the food on the tray looked just slapped on. The absolutely brazen thing is that the management wanted to forward my bad review to Google, even though it was now 14 months ago 😅 and Google is of the opinion that I probably have no proof for what I claim 🤔 so I have no idea. I didn't know that every review you find on Google for restaurants and shops has all been substantiated.

Edit of my review to be more specific: I visited on 12.11.2022 and the service was below average, not even a smile from staff and food was regular fast food. I personally find it an attack on my privacy for a company to contact google to try to remove my comment. For what is worth it, I leave my honest review here.

The branch didn't accept cards, and the employee told me the payment machine was not working at the time. Additionally, the food tasted totally unpleasant, and I couldn't eat most of it due to the bad taste.

Addendum: KFC complained to Google about this review because they said I wasn't there and they can't assign me. Since when do I have to say my first and last name there? Unfortunately, instead of taking bad, truthful criticism seriously, it is denied. Really uncomfortable. The 2 star rating then becomes a 1 star rating on my part. Hope it's better now :) Catastrophic!!! At the checkout you can't get anywhere with either German or English, and that's in Germany. Questions were not understood. When ordering from a menu, half of it was forgotten. Sad!

worst kfc.. we've been here a few times and every single time our order is wrong but the employees don’t care about that at all. They'll just say „ist richtig so“ (it's supposed to be like that) and go away. Today I ordered a Crispy Cheese Burger but there was no cheese on it. The employee said they changed the recipe and there is a cheese sauce on there… but there was only ketchup. I ate it anyways but mid burger I had an awful soapy taste in my mouth… I don’t know what’s going on in this small store but I don’t recommend trying it.

My god the food was bad! The chicken was soaking in oil, tasted bad like low quality and old chicken, the fries were soggy, I don’t think I will get KFC ever again… shame, KFC used to be really good quality and I enjoyed it before.
