Kentucky Fried Chicken in Berlin

Always dirty and littered. Food so-so. I always think under time pressure due to a lack of staff.

I ordered food. I waited 50 minutes for it to be cooked. In the end, my requests to make it faster were denied. One employee both takes orders and prepares and assembles the food. It's horrible. Don't come here especially if you're in a hurry.

You pay more than what you get! Ordered 3x Coke - only received 2. Pueree with gravy was completely missing. When we asked about the third cola and the pueree, people looked strange but we got it... well, after opening the pueree, we found out that it was without gravy. Either this is pure intention or a lack of intelligence.

The food was okay, almost everything was still very warm and tasted good. However, the counter and the drinks machine were very dirty. In addition, most of the time the employee stands with his butt to the customers and on his cell phone, wanted to ask something and I waited 5 minutes until he was finished with his Instagram and turned around, even then he didn't come to me, even though I asked him I looked at it and stood at the counter the whole time.

Very very poor quality and value for money

The hot wings made us sick and the child had food poisoning.

KFC as it is known. It was tasty. The interesting thing here is where the food is served. It was worth just trying it out.

We actually helped ourselves. We were able to choose what we wanted to eat at the machine. It was freshly prepared. Food was delicious.

The schicken taste is not the same like we eat in Lebanon, even the salads are not the same. In Lebanon there are cheddar cheese soce, its tasty but here they don't have . For me, i didn't enjoy maby others like this food taste

My recent visit to KFC in the Mall of Berlin was overwhelmingly disappointing, prompting a one-star rating based on several significant issues encountered during my meal. The highlight of my order, the Zinger Grander burger, arrived with a disturbing flaw: ink from the wrapper had visibly smeared onto the burger bun and chicken patty. This not only marred the appearance of the food but also raised serious concerns about hygiene standards and attention to detail in food preparation. Such a basic oversight is unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone a prominent chain like KFC. Adding to the disappointment were the fries, which were arguably the worst part of the meal. Instead of the crispy, fresh fries I expected, I received a serving that was limp, lukewarm, and clearly past its prime. The lack of texture and flavor left much to be desired, indicating poor quality control in food preparation and serving. While the Mall of Berlin location boasts a convenient setting and presumably attracts a large number of customers, my experience highlighted glaring deficiencies in both food quality and service. Despite the polite demeanor of the staff, the overall dining experience was marred by these critical shortcomings. In conclusion, my visit to KFC in the Mall of Berlin was thoroughly disappointing, warranting a one-star rating. The issues with food presentation and quality are inexcusable for a brand of KFC's stature. I sincerely hope that these concerns are addressed promptly to uphold the reputation and customer satisfaction that should be expected from such establishments.

Portions are saved. They are significantly smaller than portions at another KFC branch.

What if I liked it? Yes, but it took them forever and there were only two people working on 9 orders. I'm ashamed that in a shopping center like Belin Mall there are such bad places to eat.

A big thank you to the Asian employee who met me on May 30th. served so kindly. I have never experienced such fast and friendly service in any fast food restaurant and the food was also very tasty. For me it's the best KFC and I'll definitely be back soon.

Long waiting times for fast food, while not super crowded. Cold fries. Terrible milkshake (ice flakes, not smooth). The veggie chicken burger was OK, but nog great. I will skip KFC next time.

Chicken and bread are both very old and inedible for such an expensive price, chicken is dry and there’s mold on the chicken??

One of the card machines didn’t work, on the bill stood the text,”you will get items after payment”, so I thought would be called forward for payment when they have my food, so after a long time waiting I asked to the register where my food was, but they said I needed to pay and then they would make my food, so some miscommunication on the bill.

KFC restaurant in the mall is a busy one , still their staff showed quickness and gave us fresh food. I really appreciate their service and the chicken is tasty as always. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the mall.

So I'm rating this store again for the reason that my original rating about 14 months ago has now been deleted by Google 🤔 after a long time back and forth, Google probably wants proof!? For my bad rating 😒 something like that is bottom drawer. I'm explaining here what happened 14 months ago and I can only remember it because my Google pointed it out again and I read my review several times before it was deleted. I waited 15 minutes at the checkout before I was informed that I should first order at the machine, but then I would pay at the checkout!! Weird system! So I wait again at the machine for 15 minutes until it's my turn to place the order, then I have to wait 15 minutes at the checkout until I can pay, then wait 20 minutes until the food arrives wow 🤩 awesome. On top of that, the totally overworked employees were unfriendly and the food on the tray looked just slapped on. The absolutely brazen thing is that the management wanted to forward my bad review to Google, even though it was now 14 months ago 😅 and Google is of the opinion that I probably have no proof for what I claim 🤔 so I have no idea. I didn't know that every review you find on Google for restaurants and shops has all been substantiated.

Classic KFC, seats a little tight

Food, the worst I've ever had. Never again. In addition, the operator has a lawyer remove recessions because his personal rights were allegedly violated. It would be better to put energy into quality. This also ensures that reviews get better. But of course you can also delete negative comments instead of working on solutions. Edit of my review to be more specific: I visited on 12.11.2022 and the service was below average, not even a smile from staff and food was regular fast food. I personally find it an attack on my privacy for a company to contact google to try to remove my comment. For what is worth it, I leave my honest review here.

The branch didn't accept cards, and the employee told me the payment machine was not working at the time. Additionally, the food tasted totally unpleasant, and I couldn't eat most of it due to the bad taste.

Addendum: KFC complained to Google about this review because they said I wasn't there and they can't assign me. Since when do I have to say my first and last name there? Unfortunately, instead of taking bad, truthful criticism seriously, it is denied. Really uncomfortable. The 2 star rating then becomes a 1 star rating on my part. Hope it's better now :) Catastrophic!!! At the checkout you can't get anywhere with either German or English, and that's in Germany. Questions were not understood. When ordering from a menu, half of it was forgotten. Sad!

worst kfc.. we've been here a few times and every single time our order is wrong but the employees don’t care about that at all. They'll just say „ist richtig so“ (it's supposed to be like that) and go away. Today I ordered a Crispy Cheese Burger but there was no cheese on it. The employee said they changed the recipe and there is a cheese sauce on there… but there was only ketchup. I ate it anyways but mid burger I had an awful soapy taste in my mouth… I don’t know what’s going on in this small store but I don’t recommend trying it.

There are about 3 people working at this place, I waited about 10 minutes before I could order and then they sent me to the blackboard to order there, this is the worst kfc I have ever been to. I really don't recommend it. 1/10 just because I didn't wait so long for the food.

Normal food from all over Kentucky, what really surprised him was the speed of delivery of the order.

My god the food was bad! The chicken was soaking in oil, tasted bad like low quality and old chicken, the fries were soggy, I don’t think I will get KFC ever again… shame, KFC used to be really good quality and I enjoyed it before.

Workers making food with bare hands, no bonnets to cover (long) hair, and one had v long nails, who knows how clean it is under there while handling food! Gross and unhygienic.

Absoluter Reinfall, für 6 Teile 16€ zu bezahlen ist schon ordentlich, wenn dann noch das Hähnchen trocken und die Haut vor fett trieft und null knusprig ist, dann ist das echt schwach, Colonel Sanders würde sich im Grabe umdrehen....

The Employees was a GREAT LIAR and NOT DOING THEIR JOB WELL! We ordered online to ease the process but then at the end, we tend to get our refund at the restaurant itself because according to the employees they have a lot of work and that they can't assist us ( we can understand your nature of work) but waiting for so long because you guys cannot decide and keeping up your attitudes, was a HIGHLIGHT. They told us to call WOLT, but we didn't ordered through Wolt App, WE ORDERED DIRECTLY FROM THEIR KFC APP. They are passing their problem/mistake to us. Let me elaborate before we got the REFUND.It took a lot of process before receiving it. FIRST, I talked to a lady employee via call who addressed herself as a MANAGER she said that the delivery man grabbed the wrong item and that our order was left in there restaurant. SECONDLY , I spoked to a man, who addressed himself as a regular employee, he told us that our order was already delivered and that THERE WAS NO MANAGER WORKING THAT DAY. (Then who am I talking before?) From their statement, it doesn't already matched. They also liked us to call in another number(employee personal cellphone number and to connect on watssapp so that we could get our refund). We've just say no and told them that it would be better if we call on their official number. We didn't received our right order instead they gave us wrong item which was very unacceptable. We payed right and correct but they give us wrong item/order. We've waited for 3 Hours just to solved this incident but they lied, fooled and ignored us. They promised to call back but we didn't received any, so we are the one who called their official number at KFC :MALL OF BERLIN BRANCH (LEIFZIGER PLATZ 12,10117) how many times. Instead of accepting their fault and saying for example " sorry" because they made a mistake, they continue to fooled us. We cannot find money easily, we have to strive from work first before we can enjoy it. Please next time, double check first the item /order before releasing it to whoever delivery service your connected with, in order to prevent future problems and please do your job very well, do not fool, ignore and even lie to your costumers. This is a long feedback because of the stress that they cause us. This is a complain with a solution but they are making it so complicated. I had a HORRIBLE experience with this KFC branch inside Mall of Berlin (2nd floor). Their customer service was a NIGHTMARE! Their employees here are making a FOOL of us. All of their statements are CONTRADICTING. It was very easy for them to LIE all over again, and sounds so confident of their DISHONESTY. And because of their behaviour I felt so in rage of the INJUSTICE. They want that there mistakes to become our responsibility, they want us to solve their mistake by our own self, that it is not their problem anymore. To make our life easy, I ordered food in KFC Application for me and my colleague because we were tired, hungry and very busy that we don‘t have time to cook. But it ended so stressful. After ordering in the Application, out of nowhere, Wolt texted me that another 27 minutes (tracking) and it will be delivered in my place in which I did not connect with Wolt, I ordered in KFC Application. I tried to wait. When the delivery man from Wolt came, he had in his hand KFC Food. I checked it before receiving. It was a wrong item. I complained to the delivery man and he told me to call KFC in Mall of Berlin because he just get it from them. I called this branch (KFC in Mall of Berlin). A woman voice answered and I complained. She told us to contact Wolt, I told her why would I, I don‘t order in Wolt Application, I ordered in KFC App, you are the one in direct contact with Wolt. I said, may I talk to the manager and she said, I am the manager. She told me that she will call back after 5 minutes. I waited and no return call from her. So I decided to call them again. I called 4 times and no one answered. My colleague helped me to call them with her phone number, finally a man answered it. (Seriously?) This time we complained and addressed our concerns and HE WAS MAKING A FOOL OF US. The man told us there was NO MANAGER TODAY (today is WEEKDAY), NO DELIVERY MAN ( but they were able to contact Wolt before to deliver the food) and he asked about the food that we received, in which I told him. He said WE CAN NOT RECEIVE A FULL REFUND BECAUSE WE HAVE THEIR FOOD IN OUR HAND, in which it was really a wrong item. He said GET THE FOOD FROM THEM BECAUSE NO ONE WILL DELIVER IT. He said after a couple of minutes that THE FOOD WAS NOT ALREADY WITH THEM BECAUSE SOMEONE TOOK IT. He said he will call after 5 minutes. We waited and did not return a call. We called again and he said he can not decide what to do because there is no manager today. He said he will call back again after an hour. He called back & he said his name is Herr Bober (don‘t know if that is his real name). He said we can get a refund personally, anytime, but not through bank. But immediately after that he withdrew his statement, he told us that WE CAN GET THE REFUND JUST WITHIN 24 HOURS. We had discussions in the phone if it is possible next week because we are very busy, and he said okay but contact him first before we go to the restaurant to claim the refund. He even wants us TO CONTACT HIM IN HIS PERSONAL NUMBER/WhatsApp IN CLAIMING THE REFUND. I TOLD HIM NO, I WILL ONLY HAVE DIRECT CONTACT IN YOUR KFC BRANCH OFFICIAL NUMBER.And he asked what about the food that we received, I told him you can get it here from my apartment. Ужасно, просто ужасно. Никак больше слов не подобрать. Африканец на кассе - это ужас. Он хотел меня обмануть, не вернув мне сдачу в размере 10 евро. Я заказал детское меню для ребенка с картофельным пюре, а получил лишь картошку фри без объяснений. Девушка из Индии, которая готовит, сказала что пюре нет. Так почему мне кассир об этом не предупредил??? А также игрушку не получил. Я не доволен и ребенок. Не советую сюда приходить.

Viel zu voll. Viel tu eng. Es ging kaum voran. Dort einmal und nie wieder. Wir haben nichts gegessen. Vorher hatten wir lange nach KFC gesucht.

Bestelltes Menü konnte nicht am Terminal bezahlt werden, wir mussten uns dafür in die Schlange an der Kasse stellen. Mitarbeiterin konnte kein deutsch und nur schlecht englisch sprechen. Das Personal war augenscheinlich massiv unterbesetzt und gestresst- wir haben 20 Minuten auf unser Essen (1 Menü) gewartet. Das Sitzen an den Tischen war aufgrund der sich mittlerweile 50cm stapelnden Tabletts und Verpackungen unmöglich. Wow wie schlecht war das denn bitte? Und das in einer Shopping Mall..

The soda machine was out of Sirup and the employees didnt understand the issue. The chicken bites ordered (6) were all stuck together, and not very crispy, and pulling the dough apart we found only 5. The french fries were soggy. There was a problem with an ordering screen leading to longer lines and there was no where to sit.

Quite dissapointing. Chicken for the tenders was dry and breading was a bit soggy. The wings were slightly better but still a bit dissapointing. Chips were cold and underseasoned.

The service was amazing. The people who work their are extremely kind and helpful, and they serve with a smile. I had a problem with the quality of the food though. When I got my chicken 🍗 it was not crunchy, it was super oily and soggy. I didn’t get that amazing Kentucky crunchy smooth and rich flavour. It was a very disappointing experience. Nicht zu empfehlen!! Auf keinen Fall - dann lieber 100 Meter laufen zu McDonalds. Ich habe heute für ca. 10 Euro Bites Menü gekauft. Guckt Euch bitte die Größe des Fleisches (8 Stück) an. Es hat nicht geschmeckt. Klar ist das Fastfood - aber trotzdem erwarte ich für 10 Euro was anständiges. Es hat nicht satt gemacht und es war gar nicht genießbar. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich - aber das Essen ist nicht genießbar

Bewertung der Qualität des KFC-Essens Leider muss ich sagen, dass unsere Erfahrung mit dem Essen von KFC sehr enttäuschend war. Wir hatten eine Bestellung aufgegeben, jedoch war die Qualität der Speisen alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Insbesondere das Hähnchen war überhaupt nicht knusprig, es schien fast so, als wäre es bereits vor zwei Tagen zubereitet worden. Dies war definitiv nicht das frische und leckere Essen, das wir erwartet hatten. Ein weiterer Aspekt, der uns enttäuschte, war das Missverhältnis zwischen dem Preis und der Qualität des Essens. Die Preise von KFC sind nicht gerade günstig, und man erwartet daher eine entsprechend gute Qualität der Speisen. Leider entsprach die gelieferte Qualität in keiner Weise dem gezahlten Preis. Es ist bedauerlich, dass wir eine derart enttäuschende Erfahrung machen mussten. Wir hatten gehofft, ein köstliches und knuspriges Hähnchen zu genießen, aber stattdessen wurden wir mit einem matschigen und geschmacklosen Gericht konfrontiert. Es ist wichtig zu betonen, dass dies meine persönliche Erfahrung war und andere möglicherweise unterschiedliche Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Dennoch möchte ich meine Enttäuschung über die Qualität des KFC-Essens zum Ausdruck bringen. Keine Servierten, aber anders als in anderen Fastfood Ketten *hust* McDonald's *hust* haben die Getränke nicht nur den Geschmack von Leitungswasser.

Leider muss ich sagen, dass ich sehr enttäuscht bin und Ihnen nur einen Stern geben kann. Zum einen war das Essen bei meinem Besuch bei KFC von sehr schlechter Qualität. Es war fettig, kalt und geschmacklich einfach ungenießbar. Zusätzlich dazu musste ich auch noch eine lange Zeit auf mein Essen warten, obwohl es nicht besonders voll war in der Filiale. Auch der Service hat mich sehr enttäuscht. Die Mitarbeiter waren unfreundlich und wirkten sehr desinteressiert an ihrem Job. Ich wurde nicht freundlich begrüßt und es wurde auch nicht nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Alles in allem war mein Besuch bei KFC eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung und ich werde in Zukunft auf jeden Fall eine andere Fast-Food-Kette besuchen. Ich hoffe, dass Sie Ihre Qualität und Ihren Service verbessern können, damit andere Kunden nicht die gleiche Erfahrung machen müssen wie ich.

Knusprig ist anders, kommt eher aufgequollener Pappe gleich. Pommes sind labberig, burger waren lauwarm, Crispy Chicken nicht essbar. Entweder ist die Fritteuse kaputt oder kann nicht richtig bedient werden

I got the veggie chicken salad and it arrived in a none salad container. The fake chicken was not cut up at all. I asked for french dressing, i got yogurt dressing. I recommend thoroughly checking your order before leaving.
