There's no service at McDonald's anymore, it's a shame. OK for a little hunger. Unfortunately it is becoming more and more expensive.

The new McCrispy were over-fried, hard and dry rags that couldn't even be eaten with mayo. Fries were cold.

The costumer service at the drive through was very unfriendly, threw the bag with my order through the window without saying anything, and on top of all that they’ve mistaken my order and put 4 McNuggets instead of 6!!! I would suggest to anyone to avoid this branch if possible!!!

No, I used to enjoy being here. The Big Macs were clapped together. Full of sauce on one side and no sauce on the other. A Big Mac was missing cucumber. A Mc Chicken was missing when it was delivered to the table, so we had to go down to the counter again. The ketchup was sour... Nobody will see me here any time soon. And for €35, my granddaughter and I could have eaten better, which we will do in the future.

The one time there was a McRib completely without sauce and there were also dry nuggets, BicMac without cheese, etc. Always better to check with them, almost always something wrong.

A great restaurant that offers: excellent, affordable and quick food. Very good staff - professional and friendly, who also keeps the restaurant clean. It's usually crowded, but sometimes there are empty seats. Clean bathroom. Open until late. I recommend one of my favorites: Big Mac, fries and Coca-Cola, also my favorite drink ;) I would happily choose to dine here if I visited Berlin again.

Very long waiting time. . I queued at the café counter and was ignored for almost 10 minutes, even though there were staff behind it refilling the goods and preparing the café...a queue formed behind me and it was only when another customer asked if they would be served here too the employee answered no, that service is only served at the main counter, even if you want cafe products... I got my cappuccino in a paper cup even though I drank it in the restaurant and preferred a cup

Food ok - just typical McD. Unfortunately, cleanliness is also typical for most of the chain's branches - there seems to be a lack not only of staff, but also of willingness to keep tables and seating reasonably clean 🙈

Very cheeky customer service. Especially the man with the beard and headset. Order was a battlefield like Stalingrad in 1943. Catastrophic. We order a McFlurry but get the wrong ingredients. We then get insulted because an employee accidentally gives us a third McFlurry.

What's going on with this branch??? I have been served in such an incredibly unfriendly and rude manner several times.... Orders were not complete or were cold! But today it surpassed anything that had ever been there! A level of unfriendliness at the drive-in pickup window that is second to none.... At home I noticed that the bag of fries was only half, the citizens were not edible and I was no longer given a paper straw when I asked... only for shakes! This morning at 10:20 I ordered breakfast from McDrive on Großbeerenstrasse. After a long wait, I was informed when I picked it up that my order had simply been deleted. That alone is annoying, but instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the blame was placed on me. The employee said that I was “too late”, even though I had ordered well before the end of breakfast time and the order was accepted by the system. System problems like this can happen, but the way we dealt with the customer was completely unprofessional. This breakfast was special for my wife, my two children and I, as we rarely find the time to have breakfast together at McDonald’s. Instead, it was a huge disappointment. A simple “sorry” would have helped, but the tone was rather condescending – completely inappropriate in a service job. I don't mind occasional problems, but the sound makes the music and here I felt neither valued nor taken seriously as a customer. From now on I prefer to stay at home with our healthy, homemade breakfast - it's not only less stressful, but also much more satisfying. Very disappointing - I will think about spending my money here again in the future.

Hello everyone, after I had overcome myself to go out to eat at this McDonald's, I queued up at this drive-thru and after waiting forever and unfortunately no one answered, I drove on to place the orders I wanted sooooo and my opinion about this finale was once again confirmed why I won't be going there anymore!!!! I can understand it when you're busy right now... just be so unfriendly, no way!!! I would also like to rate the food but unfortunately I can't🤷🏽 because I didn't get anything at all, let alone order... I got really angry... So if you want to eat at this branch you should think carefully about it...

When I was there the branch had a burst water pipe. I think “normal” tap water dripped onto the food. The ceiling was completely moldy from the water. *This was probably not heating water or wastewater* The quality of the food here seems to be just as poor as in most other branches.

It started yesterday, December 9th, 2024. I was on vacation and had a shawarma. Late in the evening I had a slight stomach ache, but I didn't think anything of it. The next day I woke up in the morning with my stomach and intestines grumbling slightly. I didn't have any pain, but I did have some mild flatulence. In the afternoon I had to go back to Berlin. I had to let off a lot of gas on the plane. Luckily it didn't smell too bad, because that wouldn't have been so nice. Now we're slowly getting to the point I want to get to: My brother had another problem with his Mercedes CLA. There is a TÜV testing center near McDonald’s. My brother and I went there. After about five minutes, I realized that I needed to go to the bathroom incredibly urgently. It really came like lightning. Apparently that was the shawarma from abroad. I tried to endure it, but I just couldn't! So my brother said: “Either you go to the toilet here at the TÜV or you go to McDonald’s next door.” I chose McDonald’s. So I dashed from the MOT to McDonald’s. That was about 500 meters. On the way I just thought to myself that I'll never make it. They were truly the worst minutes of my life. When I finally made it to McDonald's, completely sweaty, an employee smiled at me. That gave me hope. My only mission now was to find the toilet. I looked for the signs that said “toilets” and quickly found them. Unfortunately the toilets were upstairs. I had to run up the stairs. Since I'm relatively sporty, that wasn't a big deal. When I finally made it to the toilet, not only did a weight fall from my heart, but a lot of... well, you know. It was incredibly relieving and I thank McDonald’s from the bottom of my heart. The toilets were pretty clean. There was plenty of toilet paper, soap, and the toilet bowl wasn't dirty. Everything was clean. Yes, no one was in there, I had the toilet all to myself like a private bunker You have to understand: I am a person who can actually only go to the toilet at home. I really have nowhere else to go unless I'm in dire need. The icing on the cake was that there was a hook to hang your jacket on. Let's be honest: who wants to do their business while still wearing their jacket? I definitely didn't want to put it on the floor. Everything has really been thought of. Of course, it may be that there are such problems elsewhere, but unfortunately I can't judge that. The last time I was in a public toilet was at a gas station in Poland about ten years ago. I had a similar situation there. Nevertheless, the toilet at McDonald’s on Großbeerenstrasse gave me a feeling of security. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food there, so I only give it 4 stars overall. Best regards

Just ordered from you. You can make a small portion out of a medium frie! Do you need the money so urgently? And why does the food arrive ice cold?!?! Should we get food poisoning? The burgers are rock hard and you only provided curry sauce. We don't even live far away to justify this ice cold meal. It was the last time we ordered from any McDonald's!!!!!

Incompetent employees. Something is always missing from the orders. After calling, no subsequent delivery possible. Or no one answers the phone at all for hours. You can't find out the name of the employee on the phone. It's just not told to you so you can't complain.

After a long time, I had breakfast here on the weekend. The wrap was boring and stuffed with tartar sauce and salad. The egg was not fresh but industrial. The whole thing was ice cold and inedible. So for me the food for breakfast has gotten worse. I used to enjoy eating here, but today I wouldn't recommend it.

No matter what time you are here, it is ALWAYS slow service. Instead of fast food, this is slow food. You're always standing at the drive-thru even though the restaurant isn't full

The staff are so-so... some really nice, some seriously frustrated. Some who don't even notice the customers and continue to gossip about their private lives. But other than that, the food is underwhelming. I used to come here more often, but now I have the feeling that what's on offer doesn't particularly appeal to me.

Unfortunately the order is never complete. Soft drinks and their Zero variants are not labeled, so we always have to puzzle over which is the sugary brown soda and which is the Zero (we actually order both at the same time). The paper at the order terminals is often empty, so you don't get a receipt (for example, to complain about missing products)... The employees are very friendly and accommodating, but are often under a lot of stress/time constraints. The food is just the typical McDonalds quality. The toilets on the ground floor are dirty and there is an unpleasant smell. On the first floor the drying sheets are often missing and the floor sticks. The rooms are not air-conditioned; the upper floor becomes a sauna in summer. The projector in the indoor play area has been switched off/broken for weeks and the outdoor climbing tower has also been closed for a long time. All in all very unhygienic, not very family friendly and disorganized.

That was an experience! Terrible! The “restaurant” was completely trashed. Leftover food and tablets were everywhere. An expired Capri Sun on the counter right in front of the checkout. Didn't see anyone there. A cute little obviously new employee at the cash register who was trying desperately to use the cash register. I kept looking at my colleagues for help but no one helped. We stood in line for over half an hour because the little mouse didn't know what she was doing. And in such heat... We won't go there again.

Paid today at 7:14 p.m. Many customers got their food before me even though they ordered after me. Including my friends. At 7:40 p.m. my food still hadn't come to the table. Only after asking the second time and “talking” louder did I get my cold burger with cold, soggy fries. The tray had been ready for a while. And then it was given to me at the counter with a sorry. 3 hours later I had to vomit the food again. This is bottomless service. That was the last time I paid €13 for food poisoning.

My wife and I wanted to grab something quick to eat after an event. So at around 11.30 p.m. we quickly went to Mc's. When we came in the floor was sticky and the four tables where you could sit were dirty. In addition, the toilets looked as if a fight had taken place there. Rarely seen such a crappy McDonald's. 👎🏼

I live nearby and unfortunately the branch really doesn't deserve more than one star. Waiting times are often very long and you can see employees smoking relaxed in front of the store. While I was waiting for my order, two employees argued about who should do what, so it became very loud and insults were thrown, and as a customer I had to wait even longer and heard everything. Service isn't good either, the system for the numbers, for example, hasn't worked for ages. Recently, my entire table service order was completely forgotten and the employee didn't even look at me and apologize or anything like that. Prices are also more expensive than other branches, so I avoid going there as much as possible, good thing there's been a Burger King nearby for some time now, with much better service.

There's no need to talk about the food at McDonalds... The place is full, hot, no air conditioning, the smell of weed outside while children eat, and normal cigarettes are also smoked. Not recommended.

Very bad team, we had to wait more than 20 minutes for our food. When I tried to talk to some of them, they were overwhelmed and couldn't find my receipt. After it was found, we were the first to get our order, although we waited until we asked for our money back. Then the branch manager came, who was overwhelmed herself, and was even slower than the employees, who then took 5 minutes until we got our money back. There was no apology and the meal was never canceled again!!! As a quick note, the floor was so dirty with oil that the employees were slipping like they were on an ice slope.

My two children and I were in the McDonalds branch on Großbeerenstr today (July 22nd, 2024). In Berlin. We were there around 5 p.m., few customers. The outdoor area was littered with leftover food...on the tables and on the floor...placed an order at the terminal and wanted to pay at the checkout. After a long period of disregard, we were cashed in without comment... The employees in service and in the kitchen seemed very bored. We went upstairs where dirt and full trays were piled up.....I used to work with the Krone at a competitor and I'm used to different things at both the Krone and Ronald....very disappointing and unhygienic

Our fries were soggy, the nuggets were like cardboard and the lettuce on the burger was already rotten. I have no idea what was done here, but it really doesn't work.

Unfortunately a very bad McDonald's branch. Staff unfriendly, extremely long waiting time. How can you make a customer wait 20 minutes for a small McMenu and then forget about sauces and serve the food cold? It's also a very dirty shop, there's trash everywhere and the toilets haven't had soap for 3 weeks. Terrible!

I arranged to meet a friend at McDonald's to try out the new breakfast and we met at 8:30...we were there for a total of 3.5 hours, eating in peace, chatting and ordering more coffee later! And now we have the salad!! We are now allowed to pay €35 each because we stood in the parking lot of the restaurant where we ate and drank for 3.5 hours!! This is an absolute disgrace!! McDonald’s wants all guests to leave after 1.5 hours at the latest! So all in all this is really very customer oriented *NOT!

Unpleasantly surprised... It's dirty everywhere, including the first and second floors. The tables are dirty, the floor is greasy and slippery, there are pieces of paper and leftover food lying around. The men's toilet is dirty and smells unpleasant, it feels like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. I couldn't wash my hands with soap because there was simply no soap.
