The staff's faces are completely rigid. Not a word, not a smile. The ladies' restroom is clogged, the sink is clogged, and the soap is all gone! The food is like anywhere else. Never again!!!

The worst service in the world. Old food that can make you sick. I do not recommend it.

There's plenty of parking. There's also a small play area and an upper floor. Food is generally served at your table. There are also charging points for electric cars. A fast team, a pleasant atmosphere. I like going here. There's a restroom on both the ground floor and the upper floor. The upper floor is usually nice and empty. Power outlets are also found everywhere.

The monitor for orders at the workers' stand is broken since longer than 4 moths. And the burgers in McDonalds are not at all tasty. The good thing in this branch is they close late. Change: Lowered from 2 stars as the staff service got worse, the care for the facility too. The prices rose teice this year about 15%, the speed dropped (fast food) on average. One positive thing: after at least half a year of being the monitor got fixed. But overall it got worse. 1 star = I won't go again and to any McDonalds, not only this one

Not recommended. The restrooms were closed. I had severe stomach pain and diarrhea after the visit, and the store simply closed an hour earlier than stated at the entrance.

There was a fried fly in my food and I spit it out straight away because it was disgusting and I don't want to imagine what was in the burger. And this isn't the first time something like this has happened to me, this is the second time this has happened and I'm contacting the health department and the floor in the shop is dirty with fries, Smarties and other things. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there. I wrote something down before and now I'm doing it again.

Really bad experience they were slow and indifferent toilets were out of order but when you opened the door they just had to be cleaned as in really clean, the fries were half cold and this place is really dirty

A place I'll never go back to. "Good food" means: A Samurai Mac, but it hasn't been a Samurai for 100 years. Service: We waited an hour until we got two Cokes, 20 chicken nuggets, and a happy meal. Something went wrong with the program and they forgot our order. We asked three times if our order was ready, but we only got the answer "One second." That was very annoying. When we got our order, she said, "Sorry," nothing, just sorry. No ice cream, no Coke, no fries, just sorry. I wanted to give it -5 stars, but unfortunately that wasn't possible, so 1 star.

I've been to this branch a few times. It's often dirty. It's not a place you'd want to sit down. The tables are greasy, there are crushed fries on the floor, and the tray counter is overcrowded.

Today, we ordered two Happy Meals at the McDonald's Drive-In and got them home. The McNuggets and sauces were missing. Both children were unhappy and incredibly sad. Thanks for nothing!

Ate there with my family. We had the €6 menu three times. All the burgers and fries were cold. The taste was very bad! The staff, who can't even speak or understand German, have no business being there in my opinion. The 10 employees were completely overwhelmed. There's no system there, just chaos. We had to ask the staff to wipe down the tables outside, and even though several tables were dirty, they only cleaned ours. Not even dish soap, just water and a slightly dirty rag! €30 spent on trash. Truly disappointing! I would have loved to talk to the manager!!! Simply speechless. They should close the place down, or hire people who actually want to work and, above all, can speak or understand German.

The small play area for the kids is dirty, but better than nothing. I haven't found a single employee who understood my order right away, if you know what I mean 😂 but otherwise, normal McDonald's is fine. Many of the toys are often missing, but that's the problem with every fast-food chain and branch anyway.

It's a good McDonald's. The staff always make a point of being friendly and quick, even on busy days. The value for money is okay.

We ordered fries, an ice cream shake, a McFlurry, and nuggets. The ice cream was only half full, and after I said I'd like my money back, they filled it up. The explanation was that the employees weren't actually allowed to put any more in. There was a hair in the shake, which can happen. But when I found another one in the nuggets, it was over for me.

There was no ice because the machine broke down, and that can happen, but not even having ice cubes on such a hot day is really bad. Plus, the mayo is really off, and only one of the three restrooms is available. I don't recommend this restaurant.

The food was delicious! Especially the vegan burgers! Top!

All McDonald's branches are similar. The heart of the place is the employees and the cleaning staff. They let you know whether you'll eat there again or not. The employees in Lankwitz are nice, but also a bit absent-minded. They're missing mayonnaise/ketchup, napkins, etc. The German manager is very nice, and it works for him. The foreign manager recently verbally abused a beggar in front of everyone, yelling at him: "Get out of here, get lost. Get out of here. I don't want to see you here..." The man stood there calmly and mumbled: "I'm just hungry." I then bought him a meal, and he sat down outside and ate. The manager's humanity was zero 😱. If this manager were there more often, I would avoid McDonald's Lankwitz!!

I just ordered takeaway there for 50 euros and they forgot to pack more than half of the order! Luckily I decided to double check that everything was there. When I asked to give me the missing part, they didn't give me everything that was supposed to be there.

Some of the most incompetent employees I’ve ever seen. The food was terrible. How hard is it to take fries out of the oil when the fryer literally signals when they’re done? I even saw an employee taking out the trash and dumping full drinks—cola and all—into the plants and trees. Unbelievable.

No, I used to enjoy being here. The Big Macs were clapped together. Full of sauce on one side and no sauce on the other. A Big Mac was missing cucumber. A Mc Chicken was missing when it was delivered to the table, so we had to go down to the counter again. The ketchup was sour... Nobody will see me here any time soon. And for €35, my granddaughter and I could have eaten better, which we will do in the future.

The one time there was a McRib completely without sauce and there were also dry nuggets, BicMac without cheese, etc. Always better to check with them, almost always something wrong.

A great restaurant that offers: excellent, affordable and quick food. Very good staff - professional and friendly, who also keeps the restaurant clean. It's usually crowded, but sometimes there are empty seats. Clean bathroom. Open until late. I recommend one of my favorites: Big Mac, fries and Coca-Cola, also my favorite drink ;) I would happily choose to dine here if I visited Berlin again.

Very cheeky customer service. Especially the man with the beard and headset. Order was a battlefield like Stalingrad in 1943. Catastrophic. We order a McFlurry but get the wrong ingredients. We then get insulted because an employee accidentally gives us a third McFlurry.

This morning at 10:20 I ordered breakfast from McDrive on Großbeerenstrasse. After a long wait, I was informed when I picked it up that my order had simply been deleted. That alone is annoying, but instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the blame was placed on me. The employee said that I was “too late”, even though I had ordered well before the end of breakfast time and the order was accepted by the system. System problems like this can happen, but the way we dealt with the customer was completely unprofessional. This breakfast was special for my wife, my two children and I, as we rarely find the time to have breakfast together at McDonald’s. Instead, it was a huge disappointment. A simple “sorry” would have helped, but the tone was rather condescending – completely inappropriate in a service job. I don't mind occasional problems, but the sound makes the music and here I felt neither valued nor taken seriously as a customer. From now on I prefer to stay at home with our healthy, homemade breakfast - it's not only less stressful, but also much more satisfying. Very disappointing - I will think about spending my money here again in the future.

Hello everyone, after I had overcome myself to go out to eat at this McDonald's, I queued up at this drive-thru and after waiting forever and unfortunately no one answered, I drove on to place the orders I wanted sooooo and my opinion about this finale was once again confirmed why I won't be going there anymore!!!! I can understand it when you're busy right now... just be so unfriendly, no way!!! I would also like to rate the food but unfortunately I can't🤷🏽 because I didn't get anything at all, let alone order... I got really angry... So if you want to eat at this branch you should think carefully about it...

When I was there the branch had a burst water pipe. I think “normal” tap water dripped onto the food. The ceiling was completely moldy from the water. *This was probably not heating water or wastewater* The quality of the food here seems to be just as poor as in most other branches.

It started yesterday, December 9th, 2024. I was on vacation and had a shawarma. Late in the evening I had a slight stomach ache, but I didn't think anything of it. The next day I woke up in the morning with my stomach and intestines grumbling slightly. I didn't have any pain, but I did have some mild flatulence. In the afternoon I had to go back to Berlin. I had to let off a lot of gas on the plane. Luckily it didn't smell too bad, because that wouldn't have been so nice. Now we're slowly getting to the point I want to get to: My brother had another problem with his Mercedes CLA. There is a TÜV testing center near McDonald’s. My brother and I went there. After about five minutes, I realized that I needed to go to the bathroom incredibly urgently. It really came like lightning. Apparently that was the shawarma from abroad. I tried to endure it, but I just couldn't! So my brother said: “Either you go to the toilet here at the TÜV or you go to McDonald’s next door.” I chose McDonald’s. So I dashed from the MOT to McDonald’s. That was about 500 meters. On the way I just thought to myself that I'll never make it. They were truly the worst minutes of my life. When I finally made it to McDonald's, completely sweaty, an employee smiled at me. That gave me hope. My only mission now was to find the toilet. I looked for the signs that said “toilets” and quickly found them. Unfortunately the toilets were upstairs. I had to run up the stairs. Since I'm relatively sporty, that wasn't a big deal. When I finally made it to the toilet, not only did a weight fall from my heart, but a lot of... well, you know. It was incredibly relieving and I thank McDonald’s from the bottom of my heart. The toilets were pretty clean. There was plenty of toilet paper, soap, and the toilet bowl wasn't dirty. Everything was clean. Yes, no one was in there, I had the toilet all to myself like a private bunker You have to understand: I am a person who can actually only go to the toilet at home. I really have nowhere else to go unless I'm in dire need. The icing on the cake was that there was a hook to hang your jacket on. Let's be honest: who wants to do their business while still wearing their jacket? I definitely didn't want to put it on the floor. Everything has really been thought of. Of course, it may be that there are such problems elsewhere, but unfortunately I can't judge that. The last time I was in a public toilet was at a gas station in Poland about ten years ago. I had a similar situation there. Nevertheless, the toilet at McDonald’s on Großbeerenstrasse gave me a feeling of security. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food there, so I only give it 4 stars overall. Best regards
