McDonald's in Berlin

The tastes very good but it is way too small! In the add it looks like it would be pretty large and it is, the patties of the burger is also very SMALL! The service is completely bad my friend was screamed at by a old lady for asking why his number isn’t on the screen I was really mad at her but we stayed quite because we were not trying to start a commotion, but as I said the service is just too bad :/ The atmosphere is pretty mid but the tables! Don’t get me started with the Tables they are just too dirty! And this is the end of the review, I please any employee or even the owner everyone wants a good service some employees are completely disrespectful!

Unfortunately, apparently not the best hygiene, judging by the aftermath. I'll avoid it for now.

Unfortunately disorganized. 1 burger and 2 coffee drinks around 10 minutes. By the time the second coffee drink was ready, the first had already cooled down and was bitter. The ladies were unable to assign the order number. Too bad.

Yesterday I came with my family and there was this guy, his name was Amer or something. He was very friendly and always smiling while bringing food to us and other customers. He looked extremely tired, but his smile never faded.

The small girl (black) who is in main desk that gives orders , cleans 👃 with back hand and prepare mc donalds 👎🏻 . Directly must to put out ! Also tables are very very Dirty ! Never they clean . Extremely bad service! Order a Latte Grande for a lot of money, then want an extra shot of espresso for €0.60, but that's not possible and you have to buy an espresso for €2.49. You can then use your fingers to stir the Latte Macchiatto Grande! Since, according to the waitress, the spoons “haven’t been washed yet” you notice that it was 10:30 a.m. and the McDonald was absolutely empty. Of course I can understand that they didn't have time because they were very busy chatting!

Over 25 minutes waiting time; Is this supposed to be “fast food”? I only went there because of the children, but never again. Horrible, dirty tables too.

No machine works, no card payment possible, very long waiting times

This branch needs a serious monitoring from McDonald's managers. Nothing is working properly here. I ordered a typical meal which I always order and even I had ordered the same meal the day before in McDonald's at central station of Berlin where they prepared my order in less than 2 minutes while there were hundreds of people in the store still the staff work there very nice and smoothly. But here it took almost 30 mins my meal gets ready meanwhile all the people who ordered after me got their food earlier. Moreover, there isn't enough chairs in front of tables, you need to wait like a vulture there for a long time until some people decide to leave and you can take their seat whereas there are a lot of free tables without chair. No worker exists to care about customers and such issues inside the salon. Even the food they gave me was cold and they forgot the straw with my capped cola cup.

Too busy, staff can't handle the work

All the employees were very unfriendly and disrespectful, insulted us in English and put the chairs back on the table because we sat down for a moment to drink a coffee.

Ordering at the terminal is not possible; Out of 8 machines only one works. The floor is dirty, there are napkins right in front of the cash register. The staff does not serve the people in the queue; they say they have too much work. And that's true. Then the owner has to share his profits and hire more staff for customer service, for the kitchen and for maintaining the terminals.

Cash payment is only reluctantly accepted. The staff doesn't speak German... Not recommended...

Never again! Out of the six terminals, only half were working, which caused huge lines. I waited in line for more than 20 minutes to order food while my friend saved us a seat. When I finally ordered (table service via ID number) and went to join my friend, an employee tried to stop me for unclear reasons. He was unfriendly, and I had no idea why, after all that time waiting, I wasn’t allowed to go to my seat, wait for my order, and eat in peace. Fortunately, my friend explained we were together, and he let me pass. After another 7 minutes of waiting, we finally got our food but had to rush through our meal since this employee told us we only had 10 minutes to finish and then needed to leave. This rule only applied to one seating area, not the entire establishment, yet we weren’t offered any alternative seating. I understand some staff may finish at 8:00 p.m., but being told at 7:31 p.m. that we only had 10 minutes to eat after spending almost three times as long waiting to order and get our food—does this qualify as good service? We ended up having to take part of our meal to go and look for seats at other food court venues to finally eat in peace, as we couldn’t finish in 10 minutes. Where is the customer focus here?! Judging by the reviews of other visitors, these problems are a constant issue here. Despite the company’s responses, no measures are being taken, and the only solution is to avoid visiting this establishment.

Ordering on the screen works perfectly and is super practical! However, you should be patient as the waiting time can vary depending on the crowd. It is ideal for takeaway, as the tables in the restaurant are unfortunately often not completely clean. All in all, a convenient option for quick, no-fuss dining.

Wanted to enjoy a coffee and cake during our shopping trip. Unfortunately, the employee who served us was so unfriendly that we left without ordering. In my opinion, a “you can’t read” answer to a query about the coffee + cake offer is probably not the best solution for sustainable customer satisfaction. Definitely never coming back.

Waiting times are too long and you get inedible food. When you ask about the delay you get the answer “It’s not my problem”. No idea about the service! Never again!

Normal McDonald's with the usual dishes. What is problematic is the number of antisocial people who cannot clean up their tablets after themselves.

i ordered a meal for two people and it took over 20 minutes AFTER asking if they knew where it was. while we were waiting for our food we witnessed multiple staff members acting poorly such as dancing and eating food.

We ordered 10 minutes in advance and no one cares. We almost missed our train. The staff is very bad, it feels like it takes ten minutes for them to finally enter a code. It takes about half an hour without pre-ordering and even with around 15 minutes because no one is taking care of it

The same McDonald's as the others, but this particular one showed itself in a special way. After ordering, I take the table number, but the food doesn't come until about 40 minutes later, then an employee comes on the phone and tells me: The food is at the checkout. The service does not work outside of McDonald's. There was neither a notice nor a warning about this. I focused on handing over the dishes. I sat near the food court, meaning this was their service area. I believe that McDonald's is wrong and has violated the consumer terms and conditions.

The woman at the counter was too stupid for the job, sorry… I got piss water instead of Sprite. Never again!

We ordered happy meal because we wanted the minion toy. We thought we could get 3 different ones but apparently there is only 1 kind of toy for the month.. When we opened the bag, there were no toys so we went to the counter and asked for it. While eating we realized that the apple slices were also missing from the order and we did not feel like asking for them again so we just left.

Very polite service, despite the heavy traffic, the order was placed quickly, I recommend it

I absolutely cannot recommend this place. I ordered a milkshake and my lid was stuck, ordered hamburgers (they aren't actually spicy) but received extremely spicy burgers, my wife ordered a small coffee and received a large cup with a small puddle of coffee in it. The service was quite unfriendly and that's why we said absolutely nothing on site. The Mall of Berlin is nice, but McDonald's there is a complete disaster.

It would be nice if the people at the checkout could at least speak a little German. And the store was very dirty.

Machine was broken. Had to argue with the cashier and had to pay for my meal twice. End of the song, I had to throw up for 15 hours from the fries and the weird veggie nuggets.

Food came quickly. Burgers here too, as they are now simply slapped together in many MCDs. As is already standard almost everywhere, something was missing when it came to table service. Here it was three portions of fries.

Larger branch lots of tourists. It's best to refer to the McCafe combination if you want cappuccino and cake otherwise you might end up paying extra. I found it very positive that an employee always cleared the tables of rubbish.

Food and ambience as you know it and absolutely ok… Service in the Mall of Berlin is unfortunately terrible... full and unfortunately only one cash register... If you take a reusable cup for the environment, you have to queue twice, handing in the cup means queuing again in a kilometer-long queue... crazy, at all other branches you can simply move forward quickly so as not to be "punished" for being the one Want to do something good for the environment and the company (but this is an unfriendly reference to the end of the line)

10% increased prices in January 2024. I’ve got receipts to prove that. This restaurant used to be cheaper option for a full meal but now you can get a healthier meal in mall of berlin cheaper. The indian restaurants, the pizza, the wraps are all healthier and cheaper options now.

Slower service than the other McDonald’s I’ve frequented. Otherwise, friendly staff and the food is what you can normally expect at a McDonald’s. Window seats are good for people watching in the street!

Dotty und Ich lieben es bei Mc Donalds essen zu gehen, Dotty bekommt hier immer ihren obligatorischen Salat und ich, na ja ich eben den Rest. Das Restaurant befindet sich im zweiten OG mitten in der Berliner Mall, weshalb es auch an Feiertagen bzw. wenn die mall zu hat eben auch geschlossen ist. Um 21 Uhr schließt das Restaurant, weshalb man ab circa 20:00 Uhr essen nur noch zum mitnehmen ordern kann. Ist man schnell schafft man es vorher noch nach rechts in den Essbereich der dann auch für neue Gäste abgeschlossen wird. Kennt man einen Mc Donalds kennt man sie eigentlich alle, aber der hier war irgendwie schön, die großen Fenster laden zur Aussucht auf die Skyline des Potsdamer Platzes ein - am Eingang gibt es gemütliche Leder Couchen. Das Essen war natürlich gleich wie bei jedem laden dieser kette, jedoch gibt es hier gefühlt immer rund 25 Prozent mehr mc Flurry, in Stuttgart ist der Becher immer nur halbvoll. die Bestellung waren die drei mal wo ich dort war vollständig und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit zubereitet, gab also nichts auszusetzen. Selbst Dotty durfte rein, wobei ich sagen muss das es da nie bei einem Mc Donalds zu Problemen deswegen kam. Wenn ich als mal wieder in Berlin sein sollte, komme ich gerne wieder.

Normaler so moderner McDonald's bei dem man, wie fast überall üblich, per App vorbestellen kann.

Was für ein mieser „Fraß“ - Sorry , aber mir fällt nichts anderes dazu ein. Alles hatte mehr oder weniger die selbe - lauwarme - Temperatur, egal ob die TS Royal, oder der McRip oder die Pommes oder die Getränke. Und alles hatte dieselbe Konsistenz. Matschepampe. Ok, die Getränke nicht. Dafür war die Cola Zero schal, wie der letzte Rest aus einer 2 Liter-Flasche! Und die Wartezeit von knapp 20 Minuten geht gar nicht! Hieß das früher nicht mal „Fastfood-Restaurant“? Und das ganze für lächerliche 32€ 🤬

Essen war in Ordnung aber ne halbe Stunde für 2 kleine Bürger zu warten ist einfach nur eine Frechheit, ich habe auch während meiner warte Zeit andere Menschen gesehen die ihr Bestellung direkt bekommen haben.

Worst mcdonald's I have ever went to. Had to wait for longer than 1 HOUR to receive the wrong order. Staff was rude and not at all helpful Quantity was very poor and hygiene level is very low.

Immer dreckig alles dort. Dauerhaft wechselndes Personal, welches kein Deutsch spricht und schlecht Englisch. Immer fehlt etwas bei der Bestellung oder ist falsch. Die neuen Burger schmecken nicht oder kaum Unterschied zu spüren. Also lieber hier nicht essen. Chicken Nuggets waren tatsächlich gut.

Die Unfähigkeit ist nicht zu beschreiben nur 19 statt 20 Nuggets bekommen eine Frechheit
