Food was very bad had to wait nearly half a hour for food and it wasn't busy and when I was served it was cold

The tastes very good but it is way too small! In the add it looks like it would be pretty large and it is, the patties of the burger is also very SMALL! The service is completely bad my friend was screamed at by a old lady for asking why his number isn’t on the screen I was really mad at her but we stayed quite because we were not trying to start a commotion, but as I said the service is just too bad :/ The atmosphere is pretty mid but the tables! Don’t get me started with the Tables they are just too dirty! And this is the end of the review, I beg any employee or even the owner everyone wants a good service some employees are completely disrespectful! Side note: I went there again and nothing has changed all that changed is that the employees got even more rude and the food not as tasty as before after i got my meal it was about 1.5 times smaller than before, honestly im not even mad at this point im just very disappointed in this quality im very sure when i tell you this, some employees have been there since 2022 and still have not been fired after all the complaints over the years of visits, i started to prefer the subway right next to the mc donalds at least they have great service and don’t take more than 5 minutes to make a huge delicious sandwhich with a fair price unlike the mcdonalds which is the literal opposite, All i want to say with this is: fire disrespectful employees and not employees that stare into the abyss while holding a napkin and pretending there is not a whole line that stretches to outside of the mcdonalds

NOT AT ALL SATISFIED!!! My food was lukewarm, table service was advertised but I still had to pick it up, the burger sauce was just slopped on, and an employee spilled a drink and didn't clean it up!!! The food was substandard.

If the ice cream machine is already broken, they could mention it before ordering. Lukewarm Coke just tastes awful. At the very least, McDonald's should offer extra sauce, a free ice cream dessert. Today (Nov 8) I ordered hamburger (order #225). I was waiting forever, they mixed up my order and gave my stuff to another customer and at the end, they gave me my order as to go and I ordered it as for here. Lack of superviosion. Do-not-recommend.

Table service was practically nonexistent. I waited 15 minutes to order, and then I realized I had to pick up the order myself if I wanted to eat!

I'm really disappointed and angry. I have a valid Schlemmerei booklet with a voucher for 2 hot drinks and 2 slices of cake for the price of one, valid until December 1, 2025. Nevertheless, the voucher was not accepted, citing the fact that there had been a change of franchise ownership since the beginning of the year. This is completely incomprehensible to me – the voucher is officially valid, and as a customer, an internal change of operator shouldn't affect me. No goodwill or concession was offered either. It's a shame – I would have expected more customer friendliness from a brand like McDonald's. I hope McDonald's improves this and resolves such cases in a more customer-focused manner in the future!

There is no toilet or a place to wash your hands. That type of stuff NEEDS to exists if you are running a restaurant, let alone if most of your meals are eaten with hands and cutlery isn't offered.

Dreadful place. Staff arguing amongst themselves. No greetings, friendly welcomes or thank you to customers ..in fact the staff behind the coffee bar didnt even speak. Like many McDonald's, everything is the same, but for some reason the staff was not friendly, it seemed that the large company that came to them (80 people) was making them nervous. To my question: Are you glad that we chose you among all the fast food restaurants on the floor? The cashier replied: I don't care, the owners of McDonald's are probably glad. Simply put: dirty and unprofessional, but it's still McDonald's. All the dishes were typical McDonald's, no problem. But the staff forgot two ordered dishes. The tables weren't cleared in time. And the wait was about 15 minutes. There are no restrooms inside, and on top of that, the staff doesn't speak German very well... There's just something wrong with the way McDonald's positions itself.

A delicious trip around the world at Mcces Tried the Chicken Samurai juicy, well seasoned, and with a nicely spiced sauce. The Philly Cheese Stack Burger was rich and cheesy, with perfectly cooked beef. The McFizz Sprite Sakura Cherry was refreshing. The Peri Peri Dip added the perfect kick to the fries. Everything was freshly prepared, service was friendly, and the food came fast. Loved this global flavor journey

I was there on Wednesday lunchtime. It was a very good McDonald's right on Potsdamer Platz! With a beautiful view of Potsdamer Platz, it's really good! I'll remember this McDonald's even for a drink or coffee. The view was especially great, but the ordering machines are only on one side, not the back, although the screens where you order food are on both sides. They're still great!

The worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. The ice cream was warm, and a lady at the counter screamed the whole time, thinking she was trying to reinvent the McDonald's concept. Never again. My complaint about the ice cream was: I didn't care.

The worst McDonald’s experience of our lives. I genuinely cannot believe how shockingly incompetent the staff at this location are. We had the misfortune of visiting this McDonald’s in Berlin and ended up waiting over 25 minutes for the most basic order imaginable - two cheeseburgers and a drink. Mind you, the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. While we waited (and waited… and waited), we had a clear view of the staff “working.” One employee literally stood there holding napkins, staring blankly into space like he was trying to solve a quantum physics equation instead of just putting them into bags. I wish I were exaggerating, but he honestly looked baffled by the concept of napkins. To make it worse, drinks were poured and then left sitting there for ages. By the time we finally got ours, the ice had melted and the drink tasted like sad, watery syrup. It was disgusting. The entire staff seemed utterly lost - like they were thrown into a fast food job with absolutely no training, no clue, and no interest in figuring it out. I’ve been to far busier McDonald’s locations around the world and have never waited this long for such poorly prepared food. This place is a complete disgrace to the McDonald’s brand. Avoid it at all costs unless you enjoy watching a slow-motion trainwreck while starving.

This was a huge disappointment. Absolutely the worst McDonald's in the world. If this fast-food restaurant is built on the principle of fast service and efficient preparation, then this McDonald's delivers absolutely none of those things. I waited a full 30 minutes for two cheeseburgers and a Coke? Really?? And the Coke was stale because it had just been sitting there the whole time. Is this normal? Will anyone here respond?

If you're looking to experience the slow decay of time while waiting for a McMuffin, this is the McDonald's for you. I ordered a simple Egg and bacon McMuffin. nothing fancy, just the breakfast equivalent of a polite nod, and I could have sworn they left to go lay the egg, milk the cow, and harvest the wheat themselves. By the time my McMuffin arrived, I was closer to lunch than breakfast, emotionally and chronologically. I aged. I evolved. I think I reached spiritual enlightenment and then spiraled back into hunger-induced despair. The only thing "fast" about this food was how quickly my hope disappeared. I’m not saying it took forever, but archaeologists may one day dig up my receipt and carbon-date it. Would give zero stars, but I guess the McMuffin did eventually show up, possibly via carrier pigeon.

Half of the restaurant is closed and customers are not allowed in the restrooms, we payed for iced beverages and they were delivered without ice…absurd in the middle of the summer.

The most incompetent bunch that ever breathed. They can only communicate in English, and almost all orders are processed incorrectly. Never again!!!

We were coldly ignored and waited 20 minutes for our drink and ice. After 20 minutes, I went to ask. The employee had zero, absolutely zero empathy and was extremely rude. She still gave me the wrong thing. If I hadn't asked, we wouldn't have gotten anything. She was a young Tamil woman, and I think it's a real shame that people have to be so rude.

i recently went to this mckdonalds and was appalled. the price was almost double what my friends paid and i got half the amount of food they got. the sprite had no ice and was flatter than emma and and burger was cold. i was given waffle fries when i ordered curly ones and i think i deserve a refund. my fellow friend ordered a CHICKEN big mac and can you guess what she got? a normal beef big mac, she could have died if she had been allergic and she doesn’t eat beef due to very personally reason when doing work experience on a farm. i personally just don’t think it’s good enough. do better maccies

Unfortunately, this is the worst store in Berlin. Unqualified staff, long wait times, dirty tables. You'd expect a good McDonald's in a very well-known Mall of Berlin. Not recommended.

I have not seen anything worse in Berlin. We ordered a milkshake for almost 5€, it was supposed to be sour with jokes, they brought us a completely different order, and then just a bigger milkshake. After asking at the checkout, the girl went to add syrup with a dissatisfied face, but there was nothing else there, although there should have been. There is no point in explaining it again. We also ordered a small strawberry milkshake in which there was a cat crying for syrup. To feel the strawberry, you really need to turn on your imagination. Shame. I do not recommend going here to cool off. 10€ wasted.

Realrap, the most bottomless burger I've ever eaten. The chicken burger had raw meat and bacon, and the double burger only had one patty on it and tasted like shit.

I am deeply shocked and disappointed by the behavior of a shift manager in your branch in the Mall of Berlin. On March 11, 2025 at 12:14 p.m. I was present there as a customer and had to witness a supervisor (long dark hair tied in a ponytail) treating an employee in an unacceptable manner. In the handover area, she shouted loudly at the employee in front of colleagues and customers, insulted him and questioned his competence in a derogatory manner. Statements like “You’re too stupid!” and other derogatory comments were clearly audible to everyone present. Such an inhumane tone is absolutely unacceptable – both when dealing with employees and in the customer area. I immediately pointed out to the shift manager that such behavior was not consistent with McDonald’s values ​​and policies. Conflicts or criticism should, if necessary, be resolved in private and respectfully - not through public shaming. However, her response was simply that it was none of my business. But it certainly does! As a customer and as a person, I see it as my responsibility to point out grievances, especially when it comes to respect and human dignity.

Extremely bad service! Order a Latte Grande for a lot of money, then want an extra shot of espresso for €0.60, but that's not possible and you have to buy an espresso for €2.49. You can then use your fingers to stir the Latte Macchiatto Grande! No machine works, no card payment possible, very long waiting times

This branch needs a serious monitoring from McDonald's managers. Nothing is working properly here. I ordered a typical meal which I always order and even I had ordered the same meal the day before in McDonald's at central station of Berlin where they prepared my order in less than 2 minutes while there were hundreds of people in the store still the staff work there very nice and smoothly. But here it took almost 30 mins my meal gets ready meanwhile all the people who ordered after me got their food earlier. Moreover, there isn't enough chairs in front of tables, you need to wait like a vulture there for a long time until some people decide to leave and you can take their seat whereas there are a lot of free tables without chair. No worker exists to care about customers and such issues inside the salon. Even the food they gave me was cold and they forgot the straw with my capped cola cup.

Ordering at the terminal is not possible; Out of 8 machines only one works. The floor is dirty, there are napkins right in front of the cash register. Ordering on the screen works perfectly and is super practical! However, you should be patient as the waiting time can vary depending on the crowd. Wanted to enjoy a coffee and cake during our shopping trip. Unfortunately, the employee who served us was so unfriendly that we left without ordering. In my opinion, a “you can’t read” answer to a query about the coffee + cake offer is probably not the best solution for sustainable customer satisfaction. Definitely never coming back.
