The Indian girl staff member who served me at the counter was very dismissive and seemed uninterested in helping. she think I am boss of McDonald's branch so be calm be patient it is better for you. I order chicken burger due to her behavior I didn't take my mood is totally bad.

No words for the service. We didn't receive an order for 13 euros. When we asked the staff about it, they said they didn't believe us. Later, they admitted that they had prepared the food but it hadn't arrived. We demanded a refund, but the store manager said it was never possible. Now we've called the police.

Idk if this location has bad workers or what, but the workers at this location need to learn how to make food. McDonald's is the easiest food to make, so how do they keep making. Orders wrong and the food horribly wrong. I have gotten breakfast from here, but not anymore unless they either fire the workers or teach them how to make the easiest foods in the world. 4x now, i have ordered breakfast burritos, with scrambled eggs, tomato, lettuce, and sauce. The workers apparently do not know how to make scrambled eggs or they are being lazy and just decide to use an egg patty( from breakfast sandwiches) and cut it up and use that instead. I am sorry but hello McDonald's, your workers are providing fake advertisements because they are not cooking the right way and providing false food. Breakfast burritos, has scrambled eggs, which are so easy a 4 year old can make it. I know who is making the order, as it is the same woman, and i have told the manger that the order was wrong and showed the burrito. I am not one to make such a horrible review but this needs to change. Fire the worker or figure out how to make them learn to cook the easiest foods in the world. McDonald's is known worldwide in how to cook food because it is in steps. The lunch menu isn't any better, most times i get burgers or other meals with missing ingredients. Either fix the problem or find someone who is willing to cook correctly. Also your dining hall is disgusting. Clean it every 30 minutes, and fix your bathroom. They are disgusting, and we get charged 1 euro to use it. Thats a scam. People should just go to Bürgermeister which is a 3 minute walk away by Edeka at Hermannplatz. The food there is far tastier and better. And they know how to cook.

Fast, but food wasn't that good compared to US McDonald's

Disgusting establishment, no clean tables, dining seats, the food was tasteless, the fries were not salty, not to mention the chess with the dry meat, in short quality level 0. Of course it was 1 a.m. but hey if you are not able to have a high level of requirements as it is closed at night.

I rarely go to McDonald’s, and when I do, it’s usually just for a McSundae, which I enjoy while walking. Today I decided to sit down in the restaurant for the first time - and was pleasantly surprised. Ordering at the machine was pleasant and clear, my ice cream was ready in a few minutes and was even brought to my place. The dining room was clean, quiet and the atmosphere was relaxed. The staff was friendly and attentive. My McSundae – delicious as always. Of course, depending on the time of day, it can be busier and a little more hectic, but my experience today was overall positive.

Very disgusting! When we unsuspectingly ordered food at this McDonald's, we took the option of "eating in the restaurant", but we regretted this when we couldn't find a single clean table to eat at. The food was okay, but cleaning the tables would be worth it. But the highlight of this visit was entering the men's toilet, the floor was sticky, because of the green ambience that prevailed due to the lamp defect, it was difficult to see the floor. The smell in/near the tables around the toilet was almost unbearable. The urinals were all locked and smelled. After visiting the toilet, we talked to some passers-by in front of the McDonalds, who also warned about the smelly horror toilet. A basic hygienic cleaning would be very necessary and would meet the reputation of the McDonalds!!!

Fies is a very tasty fast food restaurant, I agree with that myself. Apart from that, not all of the staff speak German and although it is nicely decorated, it is unfortunately very loud for me while I eat. I also assume that the other customers feel the same way, and several of them have already sat down with the annoying factors. However, good game.

If things like these happened I would at least expect the store management to offer something as a good will return (which is more then a coffee). She totally failed and hided away. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Even as a customer, I have to pay €1 for the toilets and get a 50 cent voucher just for this branch. The men's toilet was so slippery that you couldn't walk normally, the urinals were all out of order and the two remaining toilets were first occupied and then dirty. The food was OK, it just took a really long time, even though only 3 orders were processed. The tables were all dirty. It's probably not worth wiping over it every now and then.

The location alone on Hermannplatz, one of the most negative places in Neukölln, makes this branch unnecessary. The staff is rushed to process the orders as quickly as possible, which means that friendliness falls by the wayside. Update 2022: I went there today for the first time in years and had breakfast. Afterwards I wanted to wash my hands and discovered that both external people and paying customers had to pay €1 to get access to the toilet. I asked the restaurant manager (?) about it and he confirmed this, but kindly let me through the turnstile free of charge. It's hard to take money from external people for the use of sanitary facilities, but also from customers who consume in the store? Phew, that really has an unpleasant note!

When ordering, I pointed out that I wanted my latte macchiato in a glass. Despite there being fewer guests, it took almost 10 minutes for my order to arrive, but the latte macchiato was in a plastic reusable cup and then, contrary to my order, not with a long spoon but with a wooden stick. After I pointed out the errors, I received my latte macchiato in a glass, but only poured from the plastic cup and by now it had cooled down quite a bit and therefore corresponded to the ambience.

Not the cleanest McDonald's I've ever seen. But it was enough to have a warm snack and charge your cell phone while you were there. What I find very cheeky, however, is that as a customer you have to pay €1 for the toilet, you only get a voucher for 50ct and half of the toilets are broken and still stink and aren't really clean.

We bought 2 Happy Mil. At first, they didn’t give us more than one napkin, which is very, very strange. Secondly, they served us expired apples instead of the puree we ordered and didn’t say anything about it. The potatoes were green and the cheeseburger was very dry, as if it had been made yesterday. It is hard to explain a miracle like this. For me this is a tourist attraction showcasing Neukölln at its best. Going to this restaurant is unlike anything else you have experienced. I give 5 stars just because the atmosphere and the whole experience is very hard to replicate anywhere else in the world outside Neukölln. The whole restaurant smells of human feces, loud arabic or indian music is playing in the background, everything is dirty and greasy. The workers yell like at a kebab shop. Once you enter you want to leave as soon as possible but you live very happily just because you’ve seen something that you will never see again.

Ordered there twice through Wolt and the McFlurry ice cream was missing from both orders on different days. I wonder how one can be so incompetent. If you want to order and eat comfortably, without annoying support discussions afterwards, then avoid this branch.

My problem was I ordered from McDonald's, it arrived quickly but 20 Mc Nuggets were missing... even though I had ordered twice. Afterwards I called McDonald's and they told me in very bad German and mostly English that it was a mistake on McDonald's part. She said she would call Uber Eats and then contact me again. Suddenly I was only sent an additional payment via Paypal. However, as I said, without receiving a call back or offering another solution because we received significantly less food.

homeless folks get to enter AND harass eating customers, including myself. I'd like to eat in peace and not be guilted into buying some stranger food too while more often than not trying my hardest not to flinch at the smell (usually not folks fault but still) that sticks around since this is a closed environment. You enter and it smells like sweat and no bath for 2+ months. How can this place be considered kid friendly or such behaviour remain tolerated? Also the tables remain regularly uncleaned

Waiters don't speak German, dirt on the floor and in the branch, ham/cheeseburger not available according to the terminal, the next burger is 5.99 which is dry and should have been destroyed long ago according to the statutes. A rip-off and impudence on a very large scale, the fiale should be shown and regularly checked by the health officer! I'm so angry and I would have liked to go to the police straight away because I violated several regulations.

When we received them, the fries were already cold under the fries Rock-hard potato wedges. The chicken burger buns were like rubber and they were just slapped together, the salad was more next to the bun, the chicken patty was to the point and just warmed up like it was from the day before. When I asked the branch manager about it, she became grandiose in her tone and said they would only leave if they didn't like it fits. It's sad that McDonald's used to be very good, but unfortunately it's no longer recommended

Not services fault, I order through the app and system gave me order number 168. I was looking at the screen in a table far away in the corner for 15 minutes and my order number was never there, every minute from the beginning I thought my order number was gonna show up somehow ( some order numbers that werent showed as “being prepared” were suddenly showned in the “ready” side) Apparently my order was ready for a long time and I was waiting like an idiot and my food got cold, and I am too tired and is too late for me to ask for warm food. Sad. If it was service fault, that’s too cliche in mc donalds, I am guessing the number didn’t appear on the screen cause a system error what so ever.

(not a nice place to wait for the food) You forgot the apple bags I paid for even though I asked twice... I didn't get a drink either. I've been there once so far to grab something to eat shortly before the concert nearby. My companion ate something, I didn't. As soon as I walked in, everything was gone. Unfortunately, at some point I had to go to the toilet. I thought, they couldn't be much worse. Well, I think so. So I'll put it this way. It's been 8 years since my visit there, but I still get a rash every time I think about it.

The size of the big Mac and mc chicken it was extremely small! Have never seen such thing! Also, one of my chips were missing, as I had a take away I didn’t noticed at the moment, I was not willing to drive 10min back for chips, very disappointing and frustrating, I don’t recommend this franchise.

I forgot to pick up my number ticket after ordering from the machine and was confused by the two Asian female staff at the front desk who spoke unclear German and English. When I finally realized that I needed to get a number ticket, they began to guess my nationality and laugh at me. After I got my ticket they asked me arrogantly where I came from. I don't think this question is any of your business or even about picking up a meal, but I still answered as a courtesy. Not surprisingly, there was another sneer. It's ridiculous that there is racism in this world, and I don't judge people because of their nationality, but if these two women experience racism, I congratulate you two, you deserve it.💚🤌🏽

The food and atmoshpere are good, too bad the service is absurdly slow, especially for a fast-food. It took me over 15 minutes for 9 nuggets and a big french fries portion. There were people ordering after me but getting their order first. The food isn't so fast. Edit: I got home with my food only to see that half my french fries were missing and that my Nuggets were plant McNuggets, not real meat

Staff catastrophic! Unfriendly, arrogant, pure disinterest, etc. People nod at every question, but they were not understood. The manager looks like a UFC fighter who immediately makes a provocative face when asked any questions. No please very thank you very much goodbye right dry communication. But in the background the mail goes on. Instead of processing the orders, people talk and exchange jokes and experiences. The burgers are simply slapped together and you have to put a few napkins on them when you unpack them. Just give this branch a wide berth if you're not looking for a kick😂✌️
