As always, great here. Delicious food, friendly service, loving Halloween decorations and the rustic charm of the restaurant... we always like to come back

The service is usually very fast and you don't have to wait long for your order. However, sometimes parts of the take-away order are missing or the wrong food is included. It is therefore advisable to check your bag carefully

One of the best stores in Berlin. Location in the countryside. Great team, always trying to make the guest happy. The food is almost always great. Thank you very much, we hope you will stay with us for a very, very long time.

Considering that this the second McDonald’s restaurant in Germany opening in 1972 this place carries a lot of history. The location is somewhat quaint in the forest near Grunewald (Wald being a forest). Service is average and the place has a playground for children with a small seating area. Late night opening hours make this into great neighbourhood hamburger joint.

Actually good McDonald's but in my last 20 vegetarian nuggets TWO were made from chicken. That doesn't work. The one on the left in the picture is vegetarian, the one on the right has meat (clear to see and taste).

The shop was completely dismantled. No service, tables and benches are not cleaned. (Indoor and outdoor) There is no German language either. I want the Americans back.

One of my favorite McDonald's locations. Today's FileOFish was masterful, a perfect composition of a delicious tartar sauce, a crispy fried fish, half a slice of cheese and a soft roll that is second to none.

I have no idea what has happened in the store over the last few months! Underground…. Food cold and the employees all seem to be there on the first day!!! (which unfortunately they are not)

One day I would like to experience that nothing is missing. 32 nuggets and a sauce. Thank you too....

Yesterday it happened to me, I think for the fourth time now, that you couldn't order a shake in the afternoon. HELLO? If it's been clear for days that it's going to be really hot, then I have to make sure that there is enough material on those days for the entire day! What kind of management is that? So I canceled the rest of the order. A shop I won't go to anymore!!!

McD on Clayallee has been the go-to place for that little weekend midnight snack for over 30 years.

It's been a long time since I've been to McDonald's and I have to say I really like it there. I didn't eat any soggy fries at home when I ordered something to take away and the chicken nuggets are awesome.

The food was okay, and the shop itself seemed normal. The women's toilets were not only an imposition, they were unusable. One of the toilets was covered in feces and the other had a lot of discoloration and incrustations on and around the toilet seat. Something like this doesn't happen in an hour or two. It gives the impression that the toilets are not cleaned thoroughly very often. This is not only disgusting, but definitely not good for your health. If you point this out to the branch manager, he just grins and makes some jokes.

I can only agree that the quality here seems to have declined significantly. We used to come here often, I grew up in the area. And we even ate “fresh” on site. But it was, if I may say so, “disgusting”. Burger soggy. Fries hard and dry (as I said and the suburb! Which is an incredibly poor performance). Coca Cola disgusting without carbonation. 25 euros for that...so 25 euros thrown in the trash. Speaking of garbage. Garbage bin was overfilled and didn't look good, tables were germy and dirty. A disgusting 15 minute stay - without repeat. The branch used to be quite good.

Despite Corona, this branch is doing very well, short waiting times, enjoy the full offer but still to go, but better normal times will soon come back. All restrictions are now lifted

Ordered McRibb and medium fries to take away today. Fries were cold and McRibb was warmed up and was dried out. Remains of sauce stuck hard to the box. An absolute disgrace

I've been waiting 25 minutes for 1 cheese, once again an absolute juice shop!!!

This is not our first time here and unfortunately we have to say that the quality has decreased significantly. Apparently ingredients are used longer than intended. Today's Big Tasty Bacon bread was definitely older. The bun was about half stone hard. The peach yoghurt bag to take away was already past the "OK to" mark at the time of issue. Takeout order. Issue not before 5:10pm and the bag was ok until 5:04pm. I certainly don't have to say that it was cold when I ate it, as was everything in the order. This gives you some Burger King vibes and makes you lose your appetite. Real disgust factor, I don't want to know how long our food has been "over"...

It's just system catering, so you get what you expect here too. What's particularly good here is that there is a really nice outdoor area. On the negative side, it should be mentioned that the air inside is not good and always smells very strongly of fries. It could also probably be cleaned more often.

Very good in itself, but the displays and door handles could easily be cleaned more often. Sometimes you don't have enough cheeseburgers in your bag, sometimes you have too many Bigmacs. On site it usually doesn't take long until the food is ready, if you order it takes 1.5 hours to 2 streets away... But the employees are very friendly.

We arrived at the Mcdrive with a lot of hunger and the app full of coupons. The first challenge occurred when placing the order. Due to a language barrier between us and the employee, we were unable to place our order in the desired configuration. Since something like that can always happen, we parked the car and went to the branch. When the first attempt to order at the self-service checkout didn't work, we turned to the colleague at the checkout. After we encountered the next challenges at the checkout, both linguistically and technically, a colleague was brought in. He then informed us that our coupons could not be redeemed because they had already been activated on Mcdrive. In the end we left without food. Unfortunately it was not possible to redeem the coupons at the checkout and the staff seemed both overwhelmed and not interested in serving us as customers.

I used to always be here myself as a child, and after many years I'm here with my children and I really have to say that unfortunately it's gotten a lot worse than it used to be. I had to get a cloth myself to clean the table. At first the employee wanted to give me napkins, when I said I would like a cloth, he gave me a dry one which I then wet myself in the toilet. Unfortunately the service is poor even if the staff tries to do something right. Cold fries, complaint very complicated because of communication problems. So something really has to happen here, because you can't recommend it like this. Unfortunately, the toilet is anything but clean.

After a trip to Grunewald we visited this McDonald's and had our fill. This McDonald's store still has charm, character and ambience - just great. The overall picture is great. The team is doing a great job. It was well attended without seeming too crowded. The outdoor spaces with the sufficient play area are inviting for families with children and make a good impression. The food was hot and fresh. Thank you for the successful visit.

My friend and I ordered yesterday via uber ets and about an hour after we ate it started. My friend was sick and spent the whole night in the toilet. It was almost the same for me, except that I couldn't get down from the toilet The health department is definitely informed

I was there for the first time today and when I got home I realized that a significant part of my order didn't make it into the bag. Not only is this a shame and disappointing, but it will also ensure that I don't come back.

The food was delicious . The staff reserved but friendly. The recipe was dirty, there were smudges on the floor, on the seats and even the pictures on the walls. It's better not to report the stains in the toilet corners. Very dingy overall

So what can you say? Everyone knows McDonalds, but the service from the employees here at this location is subpar. It's either due to the employees' lack of language skills or because the employees don't want to. All you can say is never again!!!

I recently had an unfortunate experience with several McFlurry ice cream orders that unfortunately did not contain the expected amount of toppings. When I politely commented on this at the drive-thru, I was initially offered an additional fee to add the missing ingredients. Unfortunately the lady wasn't so cooperative, I had to insist that she please refill me with the right amount of toppings or that I would like a new ice cream. I think the way she dealt with the customer, and her knowledge of German wasn't the best either, which makes it all the more difficult. Unfortunately, it is not the first negative encounter with the lady. Maybe the station at the drive in counter isn't the right one for now. I hope that my suggestion finds action.

Closing the door at 00:22 even though it was supposed to be open until 1:00.. really disappointing. After all, other locations are more reliable

The fast service and friendly staff make the visit a pleasant experience. I also appreciate the diverse options on the menu, which allows me to try something new every time. Overall, a place I like to visit to enjoy a delicious meal!

Great restaurant like any MC. Good for kids to play but not to consume too much fast food. The workers who work there are nice and friendly and even if they have a lot of work they are still positive.

Slow motion fast food. Phew, this is seriously the worst McDonald's I know. Always a long wait (even if you are the only car, or only one or two cars in front of you). Fries are always limp, often too little sauce on the burgers, staff i.d. Usually not friendly, sometimes unfriendly.

Be careful about the price and change in the drive-thru! During my last two visits, I unfortunately noticed an unpleasant discrepancy regarding the price and the change twice. The first time we were told an amount of 26 euros at the order counter, but this was unexpectedly changed to 36 euros at the distribution window. After we asked for the bill, the employee suddenly corrected herself back to the original 26 euros with an apology. On the second visit today we experienced the same situation again (same employee) in which the price quoted did not match. In addition, the bill was refused to be issued until we stubbornly insisted on it. Even after apologizing and correcting the price, the change was not correct. I strongly advise future customers to pay close attention to pricing information and to insist on a receipt to avoid such discrepancies.

We ordered from Mc Drive and the food really made our day 👌🏻 it was super quick... it was hot 🔥 and the fries were also top notch. Unfortunately, it has become far too rare for McDonald's to still taste good. But this branch is great 💯

This is the best McDonald’s restaurant in Berlin. Right around the corner of the forest. The food is tastier here, the service is excellent and the French fries are super crunchy! I need to add that I only eat the meat beyond burgers and these are my favourites!!!

The burgers are piling up in the warming area, trays are piled up behind the counter, nobody seems to have any plan as to how the orders should be processed. Even orders via app - consisting of two burgers - now take up to half an hour (!). It used to be my favorite MC, now it's just a disaster.

Worst service ever. It should have been delivered max. 45 minutes. First they delivered the order 1 hour 40 minutes late, and they didn’t deliver whole order!!

Ordering at the terminal and delivery worked great. Eating is all a quick restaurant but you already know that beforehand.

We were there in the evening and got something to take away. Unfortunately something was forgotten again, this time dressing for the salad. The fries were soggy, the plant nuggets were either fried twice or extra long once. It's nice if there's cheese on the burger, but it's a shame if the cheese isn't even remotely melted. There was only some sauce on the burger. In the restaurant I would have given everything back straight away.

Very difficult to communicate with the Indian employee in the drive, even in English. Even at the window the employee hardly understands what you want from her, the 4!! You have to show her the Stellingen coupon code 5 times because she can't type it in correctly. When we ordered, a sauce that we had specially ordered was missing, and when asked about it, she was pretty pissed off. Maybe it's just not the right job for the lady, I definitely won't be coming back if you have to spend 10 minutes arguing at the drive-in before the order is finally completely taken. It takes some getting used to when you now have to speak English to order something at the drive counter. But when I'm paying (also in English) I'm asked whether I want my 80 cents in change, whether I need it, then it's really over! If I want to give a tip, which I often do, then I decide for myself and don't let a question like that indirectly blackmail me!

I recommend everyone to check their order when it's full, then something will always be forgotten. I didn't do it today and came home with a burger menu without fries, what a shame

The restaurant is cold and not clean

Order was delivered incorrectly. All tables were dirty. And very dirty. Many of them weren't even cleared away, even though there wasn't much to do there. Toilets were the worst thing I've ever seen. My 4 year old daughter had to go to the toilet and preferred to go outside to the tree when it was 4 degrees. The person who said that there failed completely. Definitely my last visit there. The positive thing was that we didn't have any M after dinner got cramps...

Update from 02/01/24 It really can't get any worse. My order today took a long time, was again incomplete and the fries were spread out in the bag. Apart from the shift manager, no one there speaks German anymore. Not an issue for me, but for many other people it is certainly a language hurdle when ordering or making a complaint. However, he was completely overwhelmed and, based on my complaint, said that I would see that there was a lot to do. Since I didn't want to sort everything again at home, I had the now cold food prepared again. During this time, guests from outside the house constantly came back and complained about the lack of food. The staff didn't even want to see the receipt anymore and gave everything out willingly and without checking. My newly packed bag was now tidy, unfortunately the MC Chicken was missing again. When I got home I noticed that the sauces weren't included either. Incredible! Never again McDonald's Clayallee. ......... Unfriendly, slow, be sure to check what you ordered for completeness. Unfortunately, it has really developed for the worse in the last 20 years 😯

Never seen such a dirty McDonald's. It was not possible to find a reasonably clean table. The toilets were completely filthy and my burger was dry and burnt and couldn't be eaten. I'll never come here again!

Terrible store!!!! If you could give 0 stars for the service, I would have done so. Waited 15 minutes for a (!) cheeseburger, even though there wasn't one in the store! When I asked, I first had to find someone who wasn't hiding so I could chat non-stop with colleagues and then no one could understand me (it's good that I can speak English). A single catastrophe, you can't even call that service...

Der einstige Vorzeige McDonalds und erster Drive- In Deutschlands ist zu einem Drecksloch verkommen. Überall Schmutz, unsaubere Tische und unfreundliches Personal laden nicht zum bleiben ein.

War gestern abend mit meinen 2 Jungs bei Mc essen.Meine Burger(Haburg.RoyalTS,2cheesburger) Wurden mir fast kalt an den Tisch gebracht.Hab mich zum ersten Mal geekelt die Cheeseburger (der Käse war noch nicht mal zerlaufen)zu essen. Meine Jungs waren mit ihrem Happymeal ganz zufrieden.Bisher war erlaubt, dass wir 1mal im Monat zu Mc gehen.Aber gestern war mir die Qualität einfach zu schlecht! Werde sehen, dass wir die Burger, wieder zuhause, selbermachen, da sind sie dann richtig schön heiß auß der Pfanne!!
