Extremely clean McDonalds. Smells extremely fresh and employees are constantly cleaning. Really pleasant

We ordered a chocolate flavored Mc Flurry but only got vanilla. In addition, no receipt would be issued. When you explained to the employee that you had ordered chocolate flavor, she just complained and was extremely unfriendly! We didn't get any new ice cream!!!!!

One of the nicer McDonald's restaurants. In beautiful Zehlendorf with a playground for the little ones. I can always recommend a short stop.

I was at the drive-in counter at this McDonald's branch today and unfortunately I was more than disappointed. I wanted to order the new McFlurry Minecraft - but was told it wasn't available. Strangely enough, I saw several people with exactly this type. This is incomprehensible to me and absolutely annoying. I also ordered an Ice Café Latte - but instead I got a McSundae with caramel. How can such a clear difference happen when ordering? Unfortunately, the staff at the drive-in counter speaks little or very difficult to understand German. Proper communication was hardly possible. It is important to ensure that employees at the drive-in understand German well and can speak it comprehensibly - clear communication is absolutely necessary here. When I asked for my money back, the rude employee simply made me wait without even the slightest apology for the mistake. This behavior is unacceptable. The question arises as to why such personnel are deployed at such an important customer contact point. Overall my visit was disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and appropriate consequences follow.

Ordered several times and unfortunately always wrong or incomplete. Please pay attention to the orders with both eyes.

Toilets were a little smelly but lovely little McDonald’s in a residential area (no tourists around) I would say. Very nice.

This feels as close as to a McDonald’s experience as I would expect as an American. Atmosphere and cleanliness are both very good. The way burgers are put together is disappointing and our kids were given the same toy four times and it wasn’t even what we wanted. Service was fast and accurate though.

We were on our way to see LISA GERRARD in concert and thought we would drop in with the kids and get a snack. HUGE MISTAKE....dirty filthy floors, which we only noticed after we had paid. The smell from the toilets was disgusting. I have contacted both MCDONALDS and the GESUNDHEITSAMT´.

Here you can often wait 15 minutes or longer for your food. Update! After 30 minutes I got the money refunded. And I wasn't the only one. Underground.

A “typical restaurant for the Golden Seagull”. It was still busy at 8:30 p.m. The branch is still very clean, the employees are friendly and the preparation is quick and uncomplicated. Orders were placed via the self-service displays. Parking space was a bit scarce, but I still found one. The star deduction for ambience, food and overall is of course due to fast food, environmental awareness and of course the not really sustainable and healthy diet. A visit is definitely a good idea for a stopover or as an emergency solution, especially since it is one of the group's better-run locations.

So they've gotten a little faster now, but today my coffee disappeared from the order, or the order that consisted of a coffee disappeared, unfortunately it was already paid for via the app, and they still gave me a coffee at the counter. I still imagined my breakfast to be more pleasant. And dogs are forbidden in this McDonald's... Since I assumed that dogs were allowed in every McDonald's, I of course sat there with my dog ​​and had to leave. I haven't had a problem with a dog at any McDonald's in Germany so far, that was the first time in 8 years. And I mean ALL over Germany because I travel a lot. What can you say about that? My favorite Mäkkes. Are childhood memories. With Muddan and dog off to Grunewald and then off to McDs. Or just go sinning with Vaddan on Sundays. Was always cool. Especially when the Americans were still there back then. Always put you in a great mood 😁

Quick to make, fresh and always served hot for me.

We wanted to buy several MC Smart menus with children, but the drinks machine was broken. Instead of being offered to give the children apple juice or another drink from the fridge, we say “Then the children should just drink water”. She actually meant tap water with ice cubes. Not really customer friendly and uncooperative. Devices can break...everything is ok, but that's not how you handle seconds. No thanks.

Normally a reliable shop, today we simply forgot my double cheeseburger and the smart menu turned into a sparse menu with just fries. It's a shame, I won't forget that... this disappointment.

Went to this McDonald's last week for a quick bite. Staff very friendly, order is brought to the table. I thought that was very good 👍 The negative thing is the condition of the dirty tables 😕😕 that shouldn't be the case. Very unsavory!!!!!!!!

2 weeks ago I was there with my family and I was shocked! The smell of old grease hits you straight away, completely listless, slow employees "serve" you in bad German and after you have your tray with your order, you notice that not a single table was wiped or clean. I asked the "manager" to have a table wiped down, he just grinned. Then I did it myself. Today I was at the drive-in and after no one answered the intercom, I drove up to order 2 cheeseburgers. The “manager” told me again that I should turn around and get back in line until someone has time to use the intercom. There is a shortage of staff. Absolutely painless, but it's not the employees' fault, it's the people who hired them. How important can you be to food, hygiene and respect? Absolutely symptomatic for this country now. Show me any McDonald's and I'll tell you what the country is like. Never again this branch on Clayallee!!!

There was no toilet paper or soap in the toilet, although I asked the staff about it, they simply ignored it and it wasn't refilled. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and said they didn't have ketchup and when my cheeseburgers arrived I noticed that one still had ketchup. The employee then spoke to me and she first tried to discuss things with me. Then I showed her the operator report/receipt.

Septisch lange Wartezeit als McDrive Kunde, 20 Minuten, nur 6 Fahrzeuge waren vor mir. Keine Kommunikation mit dem Mitarbeiter am McDrive Schalter möglich, man wird schlichtweg ignoriert.

I ordered take away, arrived home and received a completely cold burger and rotten curly fries. McDonald's quality standard is no longer what it used to be.

Good McDonald's near the university

Sweet branch. Saw it while driving past and then I just had to go in. The house looks really funny. Shortly before Halloween the branch was decorated in a really cool way and I've never seen it like that before. The staff at reception was very friendly, I wanted a Franzbrötchen, I was given a cold one and after asking for a warm one, they responded kindly, with a waiting period of course. I'll be back I think. So have fun :)

Deliveries extremely late. Today, when I called after 50 minutes of waiting for a Lieferando order, the employee couldn't even tell me when to expect the food. I then requested cancellation with a refund. The employee claimed that I would have to contact Lieferando about this. Knew this wasn't true as McDonalds had canceled on their own a few weeks ago due to a lack of drivers. A REAL REASON!

As always, great here. Delicious food, friendly service, loving Halloween decorations and the rustic charm of the restaurant... we always like to come back

The service is usually very fast and you don't have to wait long for your order. However, sometimes parts of the take-away order are missing or the wrong food is included. It is therefore advisable to check your bag carefully

One of the best stores in Berlin. Location in the countryside. Great team, always trying to make the guest happy. The food is almost always great. Thank you very much, we hope you will stay with us for a very, very long time.

Considering that this the second McDonald’s restaurant in Germany opening in 1972 this place carries a lot of history. The location is somewhat quaint in the forest near Grunewald (Wald being a forest). Service is average and the place has a playground for children with a small seating area. Late night opening hours make this into great neighbourhood hamburger joint.

Actually good McDonald's but in my last 20 vegetarian nuggets TWO were made from chicken. That doesn't work. The one on the left in the picture is vegetarian, the one on the right has meat (clear to see and taste).

One of my favorite McDonald's locations. Today's FileOFish was masterful, a perfect composition of a delicious tartar sauce, a crispy fried fish, half a slice of cheese and a soft roll that is second to none.

I have no idea what has happened in the store over the last few months! Underground…. Food cold and the employees all seem to be there on the first day!!! (which unfortunately they are not)

Yesterday it happened to me, I think for the fourth time now, that you couldn't order a shake in the afternoon. HELLO? If it's been clear for days that it's going to be really hot, then I have to make sure that there is enough material on those days for the entire day! What kind of management is that? So I canceled the rest of the order. A shop I won't go to anymore!!!

In which language can I place my order in the future? German and English didn't work sometimes...

McD on Clayallee has been the go-to place for that little weekend midnight snack for over 30 years.

The food was okay, and the shop itself seemed normal. The women's toilets were not only an imposition, they were unusable. One of the toilets was covered in feces and the other had a lot of discoloration and incrustations on and around the toilet seat. Something like this doesn't happen in an hour or two. It gives the impression that the toilets are not cleaned thoroughly very often. This is not only disgusting, but definitely not good for your health. If you point this out to the branch manager, he just grins and makes some jokes.

It's been a long time since I've been to McDonald's and I have to say I really like it there. I didn't eat any soggy fries at home when I ordered something to take away and the chicken nuggets are awesome.

I can only agree that the quality here seems to have declined significantly. We used to come here often, I grew up in the area. And we even ate “fresh” on site. But it was, if I may say so, “disgusting”. Burger soggy. Fries hard and dry (as I said and the suburb! Which is an incredibly poor performance). Coca Cola disgusting without carbonation. 25 euros for that...so 25 euros thrown in the trash. Speaking of garbage. Garbage bin was overfilled and didn't look good, tables were germy and dirty. A disgusting 15 minute stay - without repeat. The branch used to be quite good.

Ordered McRibb and medium fries to take away today. Fries were cold and McRibb was warmed up and was dried out. Remains of sauce stuck hard to the box. An absolute disgrace

I've been waiting 25 minutes for 1 cheese, once again an absolute juice shop!!!

This is not our first time here and unfortunately we have to say that the quality has decreased significantly. Apparently ingredients are used longer than intended. Today's Big Tasty Bacon bread was definitely older. The bun was about half stone hard. The peach yoghurt bag to take away was already past the "OK to" mark at the time of issue. Takeout order. Issue not before 5:10pm and the bag was ok until 5:04pm. I certainly don't have to say that it was cold when I ate it, as was everything in the order. This gives you some Burger King vibes and makes you lose your appetite. Real disgust factor, I don't want to know how long our food has been "over"...

It's just system catering, so you get what you expect here too. What's particularly good here is that there is a really nice outdoor area. On the negative side, it should be mentioned that the air inside is not good and always smells very strongly of fries. It could also probably be cleaned more often.

Very good in itself, but the displays and door handles could easily be cleaned more often. Sometimes you don't have enough cheeseburgers in your bag, sometimes you have too many Bigmacs. We arrived at the Mcdrive with a lot of hunger and the app full of coupons. The first challenge occurred when placing the order. Due to a language barrier between us and the employee, we were unable to place our order in the desired configuration. Since something like that can always happen, we parked the car and went to the branch. When the first attempt to order at the self-service checkout didn't work, we turned to the colleague at the checkout. After we encountered the next challenges at the checkout, both linguistically and technically, a colleague was brought in. He then informed us that our coupons could not be redeemed because they had already been activated on Mcdrive. In the end we left without food. Unfortunately it was not possible to redeem the coupons at the checkout and the staff seemed both overwhelmed and not interested in serving us as customers.

I used to always be here myself as a child, and after many years I'm here with my children and I really have to say that unfortunately it's gotten a lot worse than it used to be. I had to get a cloth myself to clean the table. At first the employee wanted to give me napkins, when I said I would like a cloth, he gave me a dry one which I then wet myself in the toilet. Unfortunately the service is poor even if the staff tries to do something right. Cold fries, complaint very complicated because of communication problems. So something really has to happen here, because you can't recommend it like this. Unfortunately, the toilet is anything but clean.

After a trip to Grunewald we visited this McDonald's and had our fill. This McDonald's store still has charm, character and ambience - just great. The overall picture is great. The team is doing a great job. It was well attended without seeming too crowded. The outdoor spaces with the sufficient play area are inviting for families with children and make a good impression. The food was hot and fresh. Thank you for the successful visit.

My friend and I ordered yesterday via uber ets and about an hour after we ate it started. My friend was sick and spent the whole night in the toilet. It was almost the same for me, except that I couldn't get down from the toilet The health department is definitely informed

An unusual but very nice McDonald's from the outside. Inside everything is typical, somehow getting old and not really clean.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with several McFlurry ice cream orders that unfortunately did not contain the expected amount of toppings. When I politely commented on this at the drive-thru, I was initially offered an additional fee to add the missing ingredients. Unfortunately the lady wasn't so cooperative, I had to insist that she please refill me with the right amount of toppings or that I would like a new ice cream. I think the way she dealt with the customer, and her knowledge of German wasn't the best either, which makes it all the more difficult. Unfortunately, it is not the first negative encounter with the lady. Maybe the station at the drive in counter isn't the right one for now. I hope that my suggestion finds action.
