It's probably the worst Burger King I ever visited. Super slow service, food not really well prepared. Not enough employees for the number of orders and customers.

According to Google, the branch should be open until 2 a.m. However, I and other guests were already on site at 1:20 a.m. and the shop was already closed. You should change the changed opening times on the door and in Google. Too bad

My grandson and I periodically go to Burger King as a reward. I'm happy with everything

What else can I say! I've eaten at your place several times and every time we've been disappointed, sauces have been forgotten, fries and drinks have sometimes been swapped! And now it's enough for me, I drive to you after work, order food for myself and my family and I see it at home! Disgusting, seriously, I've now also complained that it can't be that out of 9 times, 4 times I'm being sold such inedible food! In the past, Pomeranians and onion rings pooped every time, rarely are they edible! Some of the burgers were not made with any sauces and they were as dry as hell! I'm really thinking about letting the health department know what kind of food you sell to customers in your branch. These are food and when I look at the rings they look to me like they are 2 days old and made warm!

Unfreundlich und keine lst zu arbeiten

You wait far too long Lieferando is always preferred! Has nothing to do with service. They are disorganized and don't even try to work according to time. As a result, customers who arrived later get there quicker than others. People forget to eat because they don't check the order and different staff processes it. Friendliness is apparently a foreign word for the staff. You simply put a toy in the children's menu, even if a selection was made by the customer without informing them. Tables are reasonably clean but you have to ask them to clean with a cloth first! Shame on Burger King's reputation! Maybe someone from the company should take a look and intervene!

Well, people are pretty slow and crazy. Food was ok but not special. It's a shame because it's a simple principle and you should do it fresh!

9 p.m. and no more “big patties” - what’s that! Drive in counter is totally messed up and the employee speaks very bad German! Edit November 10, 2024: unfortunately had to come here again because of the entrance to the highway. Not a single car in the drive - it was more important to her to smoke her cigarette than to take my order first, cheekily even 10 meters in front so that I could watch her. No joke, I looked at the clock out of interest. She kept me waiting for 4 minutes without taking my order. Just sick - yes, I know, the circumstances are never the best, but I can't help it 🤷🏻‍♂️ Absolutely don't recommend anyone to eat here, always bad service - that's not normal even at a fast food chain 😂

No star deserved. This location is the worst we have ever eaten at. The whole meal was cold. We asked the cashier if we could get warm burgers because the burgers and fries were ice cold. They warmed the burgers in the microwave. After eating the meal we felt so sick that we had to throw up.

Just a normal Burger King, the kind that exists hundreds of times. It's almost normal that something is often missing at the drive-in counter (not just here but at all branches). However, it is incomprehensible that the €10 burger was missing when ordering take-away from the store and that all three fries were small instead of large. At least we got the burger and fries without any fuss when we went back. But it shouldn't be the case that you always have to check your order to see if everything is there and if necessary have to drive back again. It shouldn't be so difficult to pack what the customer ordered and paid for.

Too hot to sit inside, very little place to sit outside, and very dirty.

Everything is fine, sometimes a bit overwhelmed, but that's just the way it is, we're all just human.

Another branch that only seems to accept coupons from the app selectively or not at all. Tried everything at the machine, the 271 for 2 Whopper menu is not accepted. I'm fed up with this fraud at Burger King. Coupons are advertised, which an estimated 75% of the branches do not accept at all for flimsy reasons ("technical problems", etc.).

Toilets full of shit, men's toilet blocked

The burger itself is okay, but waiting for almost 15 minutes and then only being fobbed off with a flimsy excuse is not acceptable.

Drive in waited a very long time.

Incredibly inconvenient on a Sunday. The preparation took half an hour, the toilet was dirty and you couldn't lock the cabin door. The employees were extremely overwhelmed and it was pure chaos. The drinks refreshment station, where you could put together your own drinks with Zero or Original Cola, raspberry or cherry flavor, etc., was dismantled! No longer exists. The nuggets were soggy and cold. 80% of the fries were no longer than 2-3 cm, so they were just crumbly and too short for dipping. At least the special requests for my burger were taken into account this time and the Whopper was still warm and tasted good, which is why I get the second star for the food. Ordering can only be done via the self-service machines, which simply do not accept many coupons and promotional burgers from the mobile app, even though it shows that everything worked... All in all, just poor implementation of nice ideas.

Men's toilet was closed and you couldn't go to the upper floor. Chairs blocked the stairs. If asked, I should use the disabled toilet. Had to wait a short time for our food. Service can still be improved.

Why is the employee who always stands at the counter so unfriendly and unhappy? The older man with the glasses too. Every other visit we sometimes get insulted stupidly (e.g. when we pick up the order at the front and are then “yelled at” that it isn’t our order). Sorry that the order was almost identical?! We have never or rarely made comments, unfortunately today the fries weren't fresh, so we asked for a new one, but why do you have to be immediately annoyed? ISN’T THAT HUMAN? Can't that happen? I really don't understand how you can be in such a bad mood or be unhappy for a year so that your customers can feel it? I hope that the branch manager really notices this and addresses it to the respective employees.

With 2 menus, for 2 people... one menu was complete but unfortunately the citizen was already cold before it was unpacked for consumption and the other menu, the citizen was completely missing and a strawberry shake became a vanilla shake without it to discuss it with the customer (me) or to inform me... Well, I've met a lot of confused Citizen King employees who always forgot something but it was delivered as quickly as possible, but today has surpassed everything...

It's a real gamble here as to whether you get what you actually ordered.

The employees can hardly speak German, you have to communicate with your hands and feet and I don't think you need to mention any special requests that are ignored

The fact that the technology fails on site is not a problem in itself; the employees can't do anything about it. However, it becomes problematic as soon as the employees at the checkout don't understand a single word of German and another colleague becomes absolutely rude and simply leaves the colleague who doesn't understand German despairing at the checkout alone. This Burger King has had a bad reputation for years, but this time it surpassed everything.

Food was cold, fries were limp, drinks were suboptimal, unfriendly staff. Disappointing.

I was there about 10 minutes ago. The employees are just unfriendly. If you ask a reasonable question you immediately get a rude, cheeky answer. Things are forgotten and things are thrown onto the tray in front of you, so that something else falls over the edge. Isn't that embarrassing? The nuggets and chicken patty were super dark and hard. There wasn't much going on, but everything still took quite a long time. I've had bad experiences there twice before. So it's actually your own fault. Definitely not again. Unfortunately nothing changes.

Even though we ordered the chicken menu, an employee gave us a meat menu. She rudely said, "You ordered the meat menu." If you don't pay attention, they will give you a 5 euro cheeseburger instead of the 10 euro chicken menu!!!

I ate there at lunchtime during the week. The store is extremely run down, as you can see from the torn and missing cushions on the waiting chairs in the checkout area. The staff runs haphazardly through the kitchen and one of them doesn't know what the other is doing. But now to the essentials. I only ordered two cheeseburgers with bacon. These were not edible. Even though there wasn't much going on, the citizens were cold. But what was much worse was that the meat was definitely no longer fresh. Both the patty had taken on a strange shape and color. The bacon no longer had anything to do with fried bacon and was already gray. The paper on the trays had already been used several times, which you could tell from the wavy shape and several cup rings. The staff also doesn't believe in polite manners. I would not recommend eating at this “restaurant”.

Waiting chairs still look the same as they did last month. The food we ordered came very quickly and correctly. The only thing I have to complain about about the meal is that the fries are already very cold and the ingredients of the burger are slowly wilting. But still better than throwing them away. I don't expect a hello, a goodbye or a constant, forced smile from the employees. Watching me eat was a bit too much “close to the customer” for me. It was still enjoyable, at least as expected from a huge chain.

At first I was skeptical because of the rating. And ordered anyway. Can't say anything bad, very nice delivery person. Of course there are better burgers or fries. But this is a fast food chain where things are supposed to be quick and where you shouldn't expect anything. That's why the food was good and the delivery was nice.

Worn out interior, haphazard employees, paper on the tablet was used and I left half the burger lying around because it probably wasn't really good anymore. And the fries (my actual favorite) were matchy on the inside. Not surprisingly, there were only 2 other guests in there. Won't come back, that's it.

The force at the counter was very slow, even though there were few people

The service is just terrible. Nobody greets you. Instead, they ignore you. The rest of us are thrown like a bone to the dog. No polite staff. You have to wait a long time for your order when there are only two people... Everyone is as important as if I came to a gourmet restaurant... I will never come here again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Simply dishonorably lied to. I ordered plant based cheeseburgers twice. One came in plant based packaging the other in normal. The seller was informed that I had ordered plant based twice and said it was plant based only the packaging was different. But one was meat, the other plant based. How can you lie so dirty. The food is delicious, no question about it, you have almost no contact with the employees other than hello and thank you and goodbye, but the three waiting seats are so battered, for a billion-dollar company and then you can't even offer the customers anything visually appealing sad. Unfortunately, so far I haven't had an order that worked without problems or missing or incorrect components. Staff seems constantly overwhelmed. The waiting times are quite long. But the food is okay.

Mitarbeiter waren sehr genervt das wir eine stunde vor Feierabend noch essen bestellt haben und haben uns „arbeitslos“ genannt, weil wir um 1 uhr noch essen haben wollten. Zwiebelringe sind halb verbrannt und es wurde weder hallo noch danke oder bitte gesagt. Die Frau in der Küche hatte ihre Haare offen und hat laut über uns Kunden gelästert. Die Mitarbeiter sollten dringend geschult werden, wie man mit Kunden umzugehen hat.

Absoluter Saftladen nicht weiter zu empfehlen Belegschaft spricht kaum bis gar kein Deutsch und dein Menü wird dir fehlerhaft serviert einfach nur ein Drecksladen

Trotz Öffnungszeit Samstag um 00:00 Uhr einfach zu, auch Drive in… vielen Dank Antwort meinerseits zum Kommentar von B.K. - wir haben die Öffnungszeiten der betreffenden Filiale bei Google gecheckt und sind extra dorthin noch gefahren. Laut Google wäre geöffnet gewesen und Ihr Schild am Einfang war in der Dunkelheit nicht lesbar. Das Einzige was bei der Anfahrt erkennbar war, war das Absperrband für den Drive In… Ziemlich frech nun zu behaupten, es wäre bei Google eingestellt gewesen…

Liebes BK-Team Sehr unfrendlicher Mitarbeiter. Es ist wichtiger mit einer blonden Mitarbeiterin Scherze zu machen, als mit Kunden freundlich umzugehen. Ich werde diesen Laden in Zukunft meiden, da ich andere Burger-King Qualität gewohnt bin. Lieben Gruß Edit: Es geht nicht um Scherze zu Mitarbeitern. Sie dürfen gern zu Kunden so freundlich sein, weil irgendjemand bezahlt Sie, dass Sie scherzhaft bleiben können.

Unsere Bestellung ging neben zahlreichen anderen einfach unter. Eine junge Frau stand mit ihrem Handy rum, die Kollegen waren nach 5min nicht mehr zu sehen. Nach fast einer Stunde hatten wir dann endlich Essen. Das Personal stand zu 80% einfach rum. Der Filialleiter kam erst auf Nachfrage und war sichtlich überfordert.

Ich bin Stammkunde und sehr enttäuscht worden. Ich weiß nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Das Spektakel ereignete sich am 22.12.23 19:30 Uhr. Wir gingen wie üblich nach einer Pfeife im kaimen ganz entspannt zum BurgerKing um eine abendliche Spezialität des Hauses zu genießen. Wären der Bestellungen brüllte der Mann hinterm Tresen schon: „letzte Bestellung! Nur noch mitnehmen! Nix hier essen“ Das fände ich schon merkwürdig auf einem Freitag Abend. Sonst kenne ich es, das ich nachts um 3 Uhr mit ordentlich einem im Tee freundlich begrüßt werde und mir geholfen wird beim sitzen nicht umzukippen. Aber das mal bei Seite! Als ich nach 20 min meine beiden XtraLong chilliecheese Burger bekam wurde mir erneut gesagt das ich jetzt rausgehen soll. Ich erwiderte, ich warte noch auf die Bestellung meiner Freunde. Das ich alleine bei den Temperaturen nicht draußen warten werde wurde nicht gut aufgefasst. Nebenbei wurden Neukunden mit einem sehr harschen Ton aufgefordert nicht mehr zu bestellen und den Laden zu verlassen. Als wir dann endlich Punkt 20 Uhr alle unsere Bestellungen hatten, war die eingangstür abgeschlossen und wir mussten über den Drive In Ausgang den Laden verlassen. Trotz alledem war das Menü sehr lecker und brannte wie Üblich zwei mal. Vielen Dank! Aber nächstes mal lasst mich bitte drinnen mein schmackhafte verzehren! Auf bald!

Das Essen muß man mögen. Service miserabel, da man nicht mehr persönlich bedient wird, sondern an einem Automaten bestellen muß, wofür man schon fast ein Studium abgeschlossen haben muss. Für ältere Menschen ein no go. Tische schmutzig, Sitze zerschlissen, Geschirrtablett übervoll und wie mein Mann berichtete, die Toiletten absolut dreckig und stinkend. Bei ca. sechs Gästen im Geschäft, könnten die Mitarbeiter zwischendurch mal etwas sauber machen.

1 Uhr nachts unter der Woche und man warten 25 Minuten für kaltes Essen. Noch nie so ein grottiges Essen gesehen. Pommes waren auch falsch.

Ganz kurz, Essen nicht frisch, dauert ewig, dreckig, Personal unterhält sich untereinander, aber nicht mit dir...war der letzte Versuch, wenn Fast Food, dann das goldene "M"

Null Sterne, personal unfreundlich kein guten tag oder tschüss. Checkt eure bestellung crunchy chickennpepper mit fanta im menue und extra käsesosse bestellt und bekam plantbase mit kartoffelpuffer halb roh und Miranda anstatt Fanta die extra soße bekam ich erst garnicht und leider erst zuhause bemerkt, da man dort im Laden nicht essen kann. Stühle defekt, wartebereich stehen nur noch die gerippe ohne polsterung und die tische werden mit einem lappen, der kein wasser sieht, gewischt. Rückgabewagen voll müll auf der erde. 2 bestellungen vor mir und musste 37 minuten aufs essen warten, die die hinter uns waren bekamen ihr essen schneller. NIE wieder vorher das personal konnte kein deutsch waren aber wenigstens freundlich und die bestellung hat gestimmt … achso servierten und strohhalme gibt es auch nur bei einer wolt Bestellung dazu Drecksladen !

Erstes Mal Burger King seit langem: Das Menü am Automaten ist schlecht bedienbar und ich hätte mir sinnvollere Kategorien gewünscht. Es gab auch keine normale Cola oder Apfelschorle und die Getränkeautomaten waren auch kaputt. Wir hatten bei jeder Angelegenheit lange Wartezeiten. Ich glaube auch in jeder unserer Bestellung war etwas falsch. Wir haben oben gesessen mit unseren Freunden, wollten uns dann „kurz“ was zu essen holen und durften dann nicht mehr nach oben, weil der Bereich dann wohl gesperrt war, obwohl unsere Freunde noch oben saßen. Die Lautstärke dort drin ist auch dauerhaft auf einem hohen Niveau. Überall hallt der Schall und die Stühle sind auch sehr unangenehm laut. Die Pommes zum Schluss waren dann auch ungesalzen. Die Pommes und plant-based Nuggets, sowie die vegane Mayo waren aber an sich ganz lecker (der Rest nicht so).

Hab den Drive In genutzt...war erstaunt, dass ich das erste mal laut und deutlich meine Bestellung aufgeben konnte....vielen Dank an Herrn Kunz 😉
