Ridiculous example of a second-rate fast food establishment with disastrous service. Coupons either can't be used because they're unavailable at that location, or they don't work at all. The preparation takes significantly longer than would be considered fast food, and the heating "supposedly" breaks down regularly in the winter, which is presented as a cheap excuse to cut costs, leaving the customer to freeze.

Really only if you have a lot of steam!

We ordered here and it was an absolute disaster. Apart from the fact that the fries were totally soggy and the burgers were cold, the nuggets were missing from the kids' menu, the wrong drink was in the kids' menu and all the sauces we ordered were completely missing (ketchup, sour cream, french fries sauce). I no longer understand that.

There are almost always big problems when ordering at the drive-thru. You are not understood properly or the staff is poorly trained.

We ordered 2 milkshakes, one of which was missing a good chunk, when I told the employee this, he rolled his eyes and said: "yes, there's more in the other one." The man was also strangely logical and unfriendly. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. (Tables, floor, toilet are all dirty) No door can be closed in the women's toilet, the toilet is really dirty. There is so much seating with broken upholstery. I'm not talking about a small hole, but plate-sized holes.

Unfortunately it has nothing to do with fast food...slow service, cold burgers. Orders to go processed faster. Drive-in seems to be clearly preferred...stand time 3 minutes.

The machine was empty so I didn't get a receipt. The burger was cold and tasted like yesterday. The fries were also sticky and soggy. The kola tasted stale and non-carbonated. The staff didn't understand us properly. You can't specify on the machine that the burger should be without cheese. All in all, it was a disappointing visit to this BurgerKing and we will prefer the one on the Nordmeile. The only consolation was the cleanliness of the restaurant. We are glad that there was still something to eat at this late hour but not of this quality and price.

Once again we found that a portion of fries was missing from our order, but was still charged. You should always check there immediately so that there are no unpleasant surprises at home. Otherwise the quality is as you would expect from Burger King.

Unfortunately I have to agree with my previous reviewers, medium order in the drive in, 5 burgers, nuggets, side dishes, drinks. I asked again whether everything was really there because I didn't want to unpack everything in the car. At home I discovered that 3 out of 4 portions of fries and all the sauces for the nuggets were missing. Also, no receipt included. No one available by phone. The things that were there were between lukewarm and cold. Apparently I'm not the first to have such experiences in this particular BK. Quality control obviously doesn't exist...

We often go to Holzhauserstr. But eating today!!!!!!drinking on the stairs because children could have slipped!!!After I told them nothing happened!!!!We waited 30 minutes for our food and then got cold children's menus!!!As I complained and there was a stupid answer from the Indian guy!!! And the toilet looked so disgusting that it was full of piss so I allowed my son to pee standing up!!! And when we left the floor was still wet and stuck together Disgusting!!!We've never had a bad experience with the store, but today it was disgusting!!!I hope what happened there was just a one-off event today

I only write reviews if the store is important to me, it is either very good or very bad. The latter applies here. Note to self: Never enter this store again. I always bought here after 11 p.m. and hoped things would get better at some point. But yesterday we reached our lowest point. With 2 friends we got 5 different burgers in the drive at midnight. None of them were even remotely lukewarm. Buns rock hard and patties burnt and dry on the edges. They tried to help with a lot of mustard but it only made things worse. I have no idea why the workers there hate their jobs so much, but do yourself a favor and move on

Hey come on people. Tables not wiped. Burger so cold that you can see the cheese that hasn't melted. Fries extremely hot... that was the only good thing. People have language problems... start speaking to me in English. And they have already apologized for the fact that the heating doesn't work when the outside temperature is 2 degrees... all in all. The employee in the drive-in is hard to understand and then shouts into the microphone and doesn't listen to the customer so that instead of one Coke and one water you get two Coke Zero instead of two ketchup you get one ketchup and one mayonnaise. You wait far too long Lieferando is always preferred! Has nothing to do with service. They are disorganized and don't even try to work according to time. As a result, customers who arrived later get there quicker than others. People forget to eat because they don't check the order and different staff processes it. Friendliness is apparently a foreign word for the staff. You simply put a toy in the children's menu, even if a selection was made by the customer without informing them. Tables are reasonably clean but you have to ask them to clean with a cloth first! Shame on Burger King's reputation! Maybe someone from the company should take a look and intervene!

No star deserved. This location is the worst we have ever eaten at. The whole meal was cold. We asked the cashier if we could get warm burgers because the burgers and fries were ice cold. They warmed the burgers in the microwave. After eating the meal we felt so sick that we had to throw up.

Just a normal Burger King, the kind that exists hundreds of times. It's almost normal that something is often missing at the drive-in counter (not just here but at all branches). However, it is incomprehensible that the €10 burger was missing when ordering take-away from the store and that all three fries were small instead of large. At least we got the burger and fries without any fuss when we went back. But it shouldn't be the case that you always have to check your order to see if everything is there and if necessary have to drive back again. It shouldn't be so difficult to pack what the customer ordered and paid for.

Another branch that only seems to accept coupons from the app selectively or not at all. Tried everything at the machine, the 271 for 2 Whopper menu is not accepted. I'm fed up with this fraud at Burger King. Coupons are advertised, which an estimated 75% of the branches do not accept at all for flimsy reasons ("technical problems", etc.).

Incredibly inconvenient on a Sunday. The preparation took half an hour, the toilet was dirty and you couldn't lock the cabin door. The employees were extremely overwhelmed and it was pure chaos. The drinks refreshment station, where you could put together your own drinks with Zero or Original Cola, raspberry or cherry flavor, etc., was dismantled! No longer exists. The nuggets were soggy and cold. 80% of the fries were no longer than 2-3 cm, so they were just crumbly and too short for dipping. At least the special requests for my burger were taken into account this time and the Whopper was still warm and tasted good, which is why I get the second star for the food. Ordering can only be done via the self-service machines, which simply do not accept many coupons and promotional burgers from the mobile app, even though it shows that everything worked... With 2 menus, for 2 people... one menu was complete but unfortunately the citizen was already cold before it was unpacked for consumption and the other menu, the citizen was completely missing and a strawberry shake became a vanilla shake without it to discuss it with the customer (me) or to inform me... The fact that the technology fails on site is not a problem in itself; the employees can't do anything about it. However, it becomes problematic as soon as the employees at the checkout don't understand a single word of German and another colleague becomes absolutely rude and simply leaves the colleague who doesn't understand German despairing at the checkout alone.
