I ordered a couple of times with Wolt and there were problems every single time. First they gave us the wrong sauce, the second time we got curly fries instead of waffle fries. The third time they forgot the fries altogether.....

Very dirty - all tables had crumbs and under the tables an assortment of spilled drinks, napkins, food, etc. The tray return was completely full and overflowing onto the ground. I couldn't find a clean table and had to clean it myself. This despite 4 employees, including the manager, standing at the front desk watching things on a phone, rough-housing, etc. So clearly there was enough time to have someone clean. Also spotted a strange interaction where the older male manager attempted to place his hand on the young female employees back, and she sidled hastily away. Very questionable behavior. Flickering light bulbs not replaced or removed.

Update. I was here again. Result... this time it was much faster. However, I got two fake burgers. Instead of chili cheese, I got a double hamburger with bacon. Unfortunately, I discovered it too late. I was already too far gone. Guys, what's wrong with you? I waited 30 minutes for four burgers. That's abnormal. It wasn't that busy. As an apology, they gave me a side of fries. But I still won't be coming back. The Lieferando people were constantly being pushed ahead, and they had to wait forever. I haven't seen people working that slowly in a long time. But the burgers were fresh and hot.

Since then, I've preferred to go to the Burger King in Spandau or Waidmannslust. The day before yesterday, I wanted to give this location another chance. After waiting 20 minutes at the drive-thru, my food was finally ready, but the card reader wasn't working. After three unsuccessful attempts, I was told to drive on without getting my food. As a customer, I can't do anything about the technical issue, but in the end, I still came away empty-handed. I then drove back to Waidmannslust, where I will go directly from now on. Very disappointing.

She gave me "Angelina," but when I asked for her last name (because I wanted to complain), she simply replied, "That's none of your business." I then asked to speak to her supervisor – only after repeated requests did the store manager finally come. I calmly and matter-of-factly explained to the manager that I'm always friendly – ​​even in this situation – and that I simply didn't feel respected. I was polite throughout, simply wanting to be treated as an equal. But even during this conversation, the employee again said she found my behavior "outrageous." And the manager's reaction? Just a shrug and the sentence: "Yeah, sorry, we're all just human." Honestly: As a manager, you should mediate professionally, especially in situations like these – and not dismiss an employee's misconduct. In addition to the poor communication, there was also the poor product quality: – My vegan burger was burnt, dry, and hard – simply inedible. Today I was in the drive-thru at the Burger King on Holzhauser Strasse - and what I experienced there was just disrespectful. I had to wait over ten minutes because the employee preferred to chat with another customer at the front instead of serving me and other customers. As for the food, I'm not even mad that it was cold - what's worse is that it tasted strongly of plastic and had very little flavor overall. I absolutely cannot recommend this Burger King. There are significantly better alternatives in the area where service and quality are good.

I often eat at Burger King because I'm vegan and find the plant-based ingredients very tasty. But today I ordered through Uber Eats and instead of a plant-based hamburger I got a cheeseburger. I didn't notice until I had almost finished it, and then I felt heavy even though it said "plant-based." So I won't do that again. This is how heavy I usually feel when I eat meat, and plant-based burgers always make me feel light. That's really the last thing possible, to harm a vegan like that with meat.

Ridiculous example of a second-rate fast food establishment with disastrous service. Coupons either can't be used because they're unavailable at that location, or they don't work at all. The preparation takes significantly longer than would be considered fast food, and the heating "supposedly" breaks down regularly in the winter, which is presented as a cheap excuse to cut costs, leaving the customer to freeze.

The machine was empty so I didn't get a receipt. The burger was cold and tasted like yesterday. The fries were also sticky and soggy. The kola tasted stale and non-carbonated. The staff didn't understand us properly. You can't specify on the machine that the burger should be without cheese. All in all, it was a disappointing visit to this BurgerKing and we will prefer the one on the Nordmeile. The only consolation was the cleanliness of the restaurant. We are glad that there was still something to eat at this late hour but not of this quality and price.

I only write reviews if the store is important to me, it is either very good or very bad. The latter applies here. Note to self: Never enter this store again. I always bought here after 11 p.m. and hoped things would get better at some point. But yesterday we reached our lowest point. With 2 friends we got 5 different burgers in the drive at midnight.
