The employee today was very rude, not just to me, but to all the customers. I've been here many times, but this time it was still very bad.

Today I had a very unpleasant experience. The branch doesn't accept card payments. I know we're a bit behind the times in Germany, but when the big players in the industry pull this off, it's a disgrace. If I hadn't promised the kids, I would have left. So I took out cash from another bank and paid an extra €5 so Burger King wouldn't have to deal with card payments. It's really very sad. Dirty and a long wait, the Coke was still warm and still. I don't think we'll be back. Update: Card payments are now possible, enforced by the ordering terminals. Wait times are still terrible, there are still no gloves in the kitchen, and the quality remains poor.

This branch has been so downgrading. The food almost always arrives cold. It takes an incredibly long time, and the employees often seem like they're being disturbed. There seems to be only one really nice employee there. (Short gray hair) Otherwise, okay...

First, about the shop in general: It's very messy and dirty. The floor is sticky and it's not hygienic. They don't wear gloves in the kitchen, which I found very disgusting. The staff is bored and very unfriendly. One employee lay down on the burgers, which is unacceptable. I'd rather not give it a star at all.

This was my second time there. The first time, they were terribly slow. Today, everything would have been reasonably quick for me, but unfortunately, the burger they made for me wasn't the right one. I had to wait a very long time for the second one. The waitress apologized several times. She was obviously very embarrassed. Unfortunately, the wrong burger ended up in the trash so quickly that I couldn't even say I would have taken it. I wouldn't have cared. The mistake caused so much disruption in the kitchen that nothing moved quickly, and there was a huge backlog for everyone behind me. So much so that no further orders were accepted for a while. The burger, which I finally got after about 12-13 minutes, was decent BBQ quality and so well-made that it didn't fall apart while eating. So, minus points for the time, but plus points for the service and the burger.

The last one is just not clean and not fresh 🤢

BURGER KING, are you serious? This isn't my first time at this branch, and looking at the reviews, something should change soon. Well, first of all, it can't be that something is constantly breaking within 2-3 weeks. The last time it was the fries, another time it was the cash register reader, and today, the bombshell: the order display, whether for us as customers or for new employees, didn't work. It's not their fault that employees feel attacked by customers because they don't have 100% insight into everything, and the 10th customer has something to complain about, that's not their fault; the branch perhaps needs a facelift. Friendliness is always the top priority, I know that (similar job), but if nothing works and there's always something going on and I'm left alone, I'd eventually lose my nerve, so boss, please see to it that you sort this out.

Can't be here is a red-haired woman at the cash register and just complains it's 9:18 pm and man is being yelled at and she's also cheeky throwing everything into the food so really

The place wasn't great for a while, but now the Coke machine has been repaired, and the Coke is carbonated again and tastes good, the fries were hot and fresh, and the burger was delicious. So, a definite improvement, and we'll have to be careful not to eat there too often. 😄

The Whopper was folded crookedly, with all the toppings on one side falling out of the burger. The cheeseburger was on what appeared to be an old bun; it was dry and hard. The fries were very good, nicely browned.

Tables dirty No toys in the Jr. Meals

Went inside, no menus were available. No nuggets, no pommes, no chicken burgers only beef burgers were available. When I asked which beef burgers were available (or what was available in general) the woman cashier loudly argued that she didnt know what kind of burger we wanted instead of helping us. Generally unfriendly attitude from the cashier towards my foreign boyfriend too.

We ordered a Kids Box and paid in full for everything: hamburger, fries, water, an apple squeezable treat, and a toy. But my child didn't get the toy he wanted, but a completely different toy. When I politely asked for the correct toy, the cashier even took the wrong toy away and simply threw it behind her. No replacement, no apology, no "I'm sorry" – just a disrespectful gesture. The apple squeezable treat wasn't included either. No refund, no alternative. A disappointing experience for my child. This is not how you treat families. I will never recommend this store – extremely rude and unprofessional.

The food was okay, but I waited 20 minutes for a burger, even though the place was empty. The staff were very slow and unmotivated.

My child had a birthday. We came here to celebrate. We waited for our order for more than half an hour, it felt like it was being brought to us from another country. There was very little space to wait for our order, many people were crowded in one place and there was nowhere to stand. I stood there for 40 minutes, and the children sat at the table, and we didn't feel like celebrating at all, we were upset and hungry. If the children hadn't sat down at the table right away, we wouldn't have had enough food. The children liked the burgers, but I didn't. But we took different ones.

We avoided this Burger King for years and, upon returning, discovered that nothing had changed. The burgers are carelessly slapped together, most arrive cold from the kitchen when customers arrive at the front of the store, and it's commonplace for orders to be handed out incomplete. Despite the relatively recent renovations, the furniture is worn out, and the entire store has a dirty feel. In our opinion, it's anything but recommendable.

We felt so bad afterward...it's not even worth it to go there for a quick bite to eat if you're hungry. It just sits on your stomach...and then at those prices!!! It's better to invest a little more and eat properly.

The food is actually always good. The older, short-haired woman feels like the only one who can be friendly to the customers. You just get hit on by the young brown-haired girl and she moans, unless you tell her that she can talk to you normally, then things can be friendlier. Maybe you should look for another job

What an unprofessional and rude staff works there. I wanted to go shopping. I wanted to come in at 9:30 p.m. to order something? And the girl who worked the cash register tells me. No, it's closed. Although the Burger King in Lindencenter works until 10 p.m. This Citizen King is not recommended.

It's full of germs in there and everything is broken. The staff didn't exactly invent the work and the food is basically cold even though it has just been prepared. Absolutely not recommended

Food cold and old. Burger buns not fresh. Meat Cold. Salad was ok. Dessert (churros) were also a bit layered and therefore felt like cardboard. Chocolate shake was vanilla shake with chocolate sauce without stirring. I don't understand how this store can survive for years with the quality and these reviews.

So ein dreckiges „Restaurant“ habe ich noch nie gesehen. Ekelerregend und saudreckig. Wenn man die klebrigen Tische und Stuhle sieht (vom Fußboden ganz zu schweigen), dann will man nicht über die Küche nachdenken. The slowest Burger King in all of Germany. The employees make small talk with each other while customers wait in line, the gray-haired guy with a beard almost falls asleep while taking the order, he takes 5 minutes per order. The work isn't efficient either, I had 2 cheeseburgers that were served for 10 minutes and got cold while 2 employees worked together on an order instead of handing out smaller orders that were already finished. The store lacks qualified management staff.

For us one of the worst BurgerKings we know. The food tastes like everywhere else, our HappyMeal took ages to prepare, the staff seemed stressed (they were bitching at each other, sometimes with a very inappropriate tone of voice) & the cleanliness of the store was poor. I would therefore not recommend the store.

This young German employee with brown hair is not at all unfriendly, cheeky, cheeky, so disrespectful that it's hard to beat. Makes customers look like they're stupid, really treats the food like it's rubbish, just slammed it into the bags.... I don't notice anything like that, I've been fired and it's not the first time I've seen this with her, but the last time I'll eat here!! Take this to heart, Citizen King, if customers are important to you...

The lady in the cashier was so rude and arrogant

Leider der schlechtes Burger King wo wir gegessen haben. Es gab kaum Burger und auch kein Ketchup. Die Automaten gingen auch nicht richtig.

Eine Katastrophe, man war mit der Anzahl Bestellungen vollkommen überfordert. Leute mussten ohne ihr bezahltes Essen gehen. Es wurde nicht geliefert wie bestellt, aus purer Verzweiflung wurde irgendwas in die Tüten gegeben. Wegen extremen Zeitdruck nach >30 Minuten warten auf FASTFOOD war dann auch keine Zeit für eine Beschwerde.

People don't order for the first 2 hours of waiting and then the whole food is ice cold, what a disgrace and then you complain on the phone and the answer comes that they can't do anything about it 🤬 🤬🤬🤬🤬 I wouldn't say anything at 10-20 euros but my order was over 100 euros and Dan eats ice cold food that was the last order in the rotz shop

I placed an order through the terminal, but upon receipt it turned out that the drinks machine was not working. There was no information about this when ordering. In the end I was refused a refund with an unclear reason and the staff behaved rudely and unfriendly

The store is fine, it is and remains a fast food place with a cold and impersonal atmosphere.

I am really disappointed with my visit to this Burger King. It was 8pm on a Sunday evening and more than half of the products were sold out! The store was completely empty, so it couldn't have been due to too many customers. Even worse, most of the vouchers could not be redeemed and all desserts and all chili cheese products were unavailable. There were also no snacks like the chili cheese nuggets. I've never seen a Burger King have such a poor selection - and in the middle of Berlin! There was little more than the Whopper, hamburger, cheeseburger and fries. Really catastrophic! This was a huge disappointment and I certainly won't be back.

Food only arrives after 2 hours, half forgotten Nothing fresh and everything cold!!! Of the 4 burgers, 3 were forgotten and then pushed onto the driver even though they packed them up and the driver only delivered them! Pure circus.

The most brazen branch you've ever seen. Ordered dinner there and 2 burgers were missing. After almost 1 hour you got the missing burgers. But more than cold, cold. The burgers were inedible. Never order there again!

An order was placed via Lieferando at 5:00 p.m. Lieferando tracking recorded delivery at 6:51 p.m. Since the delivery failed to materialize, contact was made by telephone at 8:34 p.m. It was reported that the delivery person was still on the way. One of the worst stores I've ever visited. Incompetent and unfriendly. The shop looks as if it has never been cleaned. The tables are missing the reveal. The floor has been broken for months. Danger of tripping. I ordered a cheeseburger and got a chicken burger which was also cold. And to be honest, it has nothing to do with fast food if it takes 10 minutes for a citizen who is also the wrong one.

The cruelest burger I've ever had at BK! Fries same thing! Both cold and not fresh (in contrast to the cola, which was nice and warm and non-carbonated)... if you want to exchange the fries, you get the statement "they are fresh"! My answer was: I would like fresh fries please! It was then done, including with the burgers...we saw this spectacle twice...afterwards we were completely served and came to the conclusion: "never there again".

What a run down branch. The burger was cold, as were the fries, and the strawberry shake wasn't stirred properly. The furniture is broken and everything is in dire need of renovation. I complained that the food was cold and was offered to warm it up in the microwave. The warming basin is probably broken too, it's not just the inventory there that's broken...

Bad service and the burger bread was infested with mold. I've had very bad experiences with this Burger King store twice. Since then, I've avoided Burger King on principle!

It's a shame that you can't give "zero" stars here. Food pretty bad, unfriendly male staff, atmosphere uncomfortable, unclean. Dirty from front to back. Ordered a burger and got the wrong burger three times in a row. First ice cold, then without ingredients but warm, then again ice cold and again without ingredients. After pointing out and complaining, the gentleman behind the counter became rude and banned us from entering the house. It's better to avoid this branch if your nerves are important to you. There is better food elsewhere.

Ich bringe es auf dem Punkt: Burger kalt, Cola Zero warm, Pommes kalt und Salat glitschig, Tische nicht aufgeräumt und dreckig. Personal gestresst und das an einem neuen Flughafen. Geehrtes Management - hier muss schleunigst was angepasst werden.

This is by far the worst BurgerKing I've ever eaten at. The burgers were cold. In addition, the service was quite unfriendly to the other customers just because they forgot the receipt. All the machines and equipment were really quite loud and you could hardly enjoy the food. I would definitely not recommend eating there.

After a shopping tour we were a bit hungry. So the decision fell on Burger King. When we got in we were in good spirits because the line was relatively small. But the gentleman at the cash register had to take orders, collect cash and hand out the food. However, it took an unexpectedly long time. When it was finally my turn to order a menu, I was told that the drinks machine was broken. I think it can happen and asked for an alternative. He offered with milkshake. That wasn't exactly what I wanted, after all I was thirsty. But I had to pay a premium for it. When I said something, I was offered to cancel the shake. But they just didn't understand that it was still a rip off since I would pay the menu price but not get a drink even though it was paid for. Water or juices were also not offered as an alternative, even though they were in stock. When the ordering process was complete, we sat down and waited. The whole process took so long that you could have gone to the restaurant. While waiting we also noticed the condition of the restaurant. Broken benches that were repaired with tape. P.S. A year later, things are still pretty chaotic here. The cola was unrefrigerated and almost non-carbonated, more like stale sparkling wine. Otherwise the food was good. The tables and seats were sticky and were still in poor condition. The cashier was nice.

Food gets a 2 out of 5 because hygiene is not that important, the employees who process the food don't wear gloves. And then at the end I went to the toilet first. No thanks. One of the worst Burger King branches!!! Aktionsburger none because shirts for the campaign are not available. Really now because shirts are not available? If I want to buy clothes, I don't go to Burger King! I ordered burgers 🍔 and snacks to take away. All burgers were cold, not even the cheese managed to melt. And we are only 3-4 minutes away by car. Lattice fries have nothing to do with fries. Apparently fried several times. (see pictures) No potato taste! Every amateur cook can do it better.

A burger shop that is dedicated to delivery and pickup only and whose burgers are quite good but also expensive. But what isn't these days! There are also many different finger foods. Unfortunately, out of about 6 deliveries/collections so far, 2 burgers were incorrectly filled! The corresponding topping was found on the other burgers. It's a shame, but otherwise recommended. As far as I know, collection is much cheaper than delivery. Please inform yourself. Now I wish you bon appetite!

The food arrived cold to lukewarm because the toaster that heats the rolls is broken. Of course they don't tell you this in advance, which borders on bottomless impudence. Unfortunately, the fries were too salty, the Cola Zero tasted like there was a lot of syrup with water or carbon dioxide left and the Whopper was cold. We really could have saved ourselves this visit to Burger King. Shame about the money. We won't eat at Burger King again.

We were there around 6:30 p.m....it wasn't very busy. Employees speak German very poorly. The BK employees don't wear gloves when preparing...I personally find it terrible. The employee at the checkout smelled like sweat. These days there are good remedies for it. This store has seen better days.

Incredibly bad! It's Halloween, the restaurant is empty, I order the food at 6:13 p.m. and have to wait a whole 30 minutes until 6:43 p.m. for the food. In the meantime I pointed out the advanced time and asked why it was taking so long with so few guests. Shrugging the shoulders at the cashier with a subtle hint towards the kitchen. Then I get a room temperature cola with ice-cold lattice potatoes and an equally ice-cold chicken pepper burger without pepper sauce and without bacon but with arugula. I receive the two Kids Boxes without a box and also cold. When I pointed out that the boxes were missing, I was given the box to put together myself. I complain about the cola, it doesn't work, ice cream is all there. I complain about the burger and am told by the kitchen guy that he also has other customers and it will now take another 30 minutes until he finishes the burger. The only one who has really gone overboard since I mentioned the 30 minutes is the cashier. She still remains friendly in the chaos. Apparently the kitchen can't cope at all on this very empty evening at Burger King in the Lindencenter. During this very long waiting time, it was observed in the kitchen that the fully packaged burgers were brought back, unpacked again and then filled with missing ingredients. My kids are super disappointed with Burger King. They didn't know the store yet and we probably won't eat here again. I wonder how the meat is cooled if the cola was so incredibly warm. Hopefully we don't spoil our stomachs! I paid a total of €23.67 for food for the bin. The store is absolutely not recommended!

The shop was empty, and yet everything was totally dirty, whether the floor or the tables. So you have to spend so much time in a “restaurant” where you are supposed to eat... you now feel like you are on a construction site, everything is broken, even the floor is partly without tiles and everything just sticks to you Subway yard!!! You're now waiting at least 20 minutes for a burger, the place should be closed!!!

It has one of the worst branches in Berlin. Long waiting time of over 30 minutes and then disgusting burgers and the cola simply had no syrup. In the photo you can see the Cola and the contents of a Big King!
