It's full of germs in there and everything is broken. The staff didn't exactly invent work either. Absolutely not recommended

People don't order for the first 2 hours of waiting and then the whole food is ice cold, what a disgrace and then you complain on the phone and the answer comes that they can't do anything about it 🤬 🤬🤬🤬🤬 I wouldn't say anything at 10-20 euros but my order was over 100 euros and Dan eats ice cold food that was the last order in the rotz shop

We waited for the order for more than half an hour.

I placed an order through the terminal, but upon receipt it turned out that the drinks machine was not working. There was no information about this when ordering. In the end I was refused a refund with an unclear reason and the staff behaved rudely and unfriendly

I am really disappointed with my visit to this Burger King. It was 8pm on a Sunday evening and more than half of the products were sold out! The store was completely empty, so it couldn't have been due to too many customers. Even worse, most of the vouchers could not be redeemed and all desserts and all chili cheese products were unavailable. There were also no snacks like the chili cheese nuggets. I've never seen a Burger King have such a poor selection - and in the middle of Berlin! There was little more than the Whopper, hamburger, cheeseburger and fries. Really catastrophic! This was a huge disappointment and I certainly won't be back.

One of the worst stores I've ever visited. Incompetent and unfriendly. The shop looks as if it has never been cleaned. The tables are missing the reveal. The floor has been broken for months. Danger of tripping. I ordered a cheeseburger and got a chicken burger which was also cold. And to be honest, it has nothing to do with fast food if it takes 10 minutes for a citizen who is also the wrong one.

The cruelest burger I've ever had at BK! Fries same thing! Both cold and not fresh (in contrast to the cola, which was nice and warm and non-carbonated)... if you want to exchange the fries, you get the statement "they are fresh"! My answer was: I would like fresh fries please! It was then done, including with the burgers...we saw this spectacle twice...afterwards we were completely served and came to the conclusion: "never there again".

What a run down branch. The burger was cold, as were the fries, and the strawberry shake wasn't stirred properly. The furniture is broken and everything is in dire need of renovation. I complained that the food was cold and was offered to warm it up in the microwave. The warming basin is probably broken too, it's not just the inventory there that's broken...

Good shop, very customer friendly and you got sweet free smaties

It's a shame that you can't give "zero" stars here. Food pretty bad, unfriendly male staff, atmosphere uncomfortable, unclean. Dirty from front to back. Ordered a burger and got the wrong burger three times in a row. First ice cold, then without ingredients but warm, then again ice cold and again without ingredients. After pointing out and complaining, the gentleman behind the counter became rude and banned us from entering the house. It's better to avoid this branch if your nerves are important to you. There is better food elsewhere.

This is by far the worst BurgerKing I've ever eaten at. The burgers were cold. In addition, the service was quite unfriendly to the other customers just because they forgot the receipt. All the machines and equipment were really quite loud and you could hardly enjoy the food. I would definitely not recommend eating there.

But the gentleman at the cash register had to take orders, collect cash and hand out the food. However, it took an unexpectedly long time. When it was finally my turn to order a menu, I was told that the drinks machine was broken. I think it can happen and asked for an alternative. He offered with milkshake. That wasn't exactly what I wanted, after all I was thirsty. But I had to pay a premium for it. When I said something, I was offered to cancel the shake. But they just didn't understand that it was still a rip off since I would pay the menu price but not get a drink even though it was paid for. Water or juices were also not offered as an alternative, even though they were in stock. When the ordering process was complete, we sat down and waited. The whole process took so long that you could have gone to the restaurant. While waiting we also noticed the condition of the restaurant. Broken benches that were repaired with tape. P.S. A year later, things are still pretty chaotic here. The cola was unrefrigerated and almost non-carbonated, more like stale sparkling wine. Otherwise the food was good. The tables and seats were sticky and were still in poor condition. The cashier was nice.

One of the worst Burger King branches!!! Aktionsburger none because shirts for the campaign are not available. Really now because shirts are not available? If I want to buy clothes, I don't go to Burger King! I ordered burgers 🍔 and snacks to take away. All burgers were cold, not even the cheese managed to melt. And we are only 3-4 minutes away by car. Lattice fries have nothing to do with fries. Apparently fried several times. (see pictures) No potato taste! Every amateur cook can do it better.

A burger shop that is dedicated to delivery and pickup only and whose burgers are quite good but also expensive. But what isn't these days! There are also many different finger foods. Unfortunately, out of about 6 deliveries/collections so far, 2 burgers were incorrectly filled! The corresponding topping was found on the other burgers. It's a shame, but otherwise recommended. We were there around 6:30 p.m....it wasn't very busy. Employees speak German very poorly. The BK employees don't wear gloves when preparing...I personally find it terrible. The employee at the checkout smelled like sweat. These days there are good remedies for it. This store has seen better days.

Incredibly bad! It's Halloween, the restaurant is empty, I order the food at 6:13 p.m. and have to wait a whole 30 minutes until 6:43 p.m. for the food. In the meantime I pointed out the advanced time and asked why it was taking so long with so few guests. Shrugging the shoulders at the cashier with a subtle hint towards the kitchen. Then I get a room temperature cola with ice-cold lattice potatoes and an equally ice-cold chicken pepper burger without pepper sauce and without bacon but with arugula. I receive the two Kids Boxes without a box and also cold. When I pointed out that the boxes were missing, I was given the box to put together myself. I complain about the cola, it doesn't work, ice cream is all there. I complain about the burger and am told by the kitchen guy that he also has other customers and it will now take another 30 minutes until he finishes the burger. The only one who has really gone overboard since I mentioned the 30 minutes is the cashier. She still remains friendly in the chaos. Apparently the kitchen can't cope at all on this very empty evening at Burger King in the Lindencenter. During this very long waiting time, it was observed in the kitchen that the fully packaged burgers were brought back, unpacked again and then filled with missing ingredients. My kids are super disappointed with Burger King. They didn't know the store yet and we probably won't eat here again. I wonder how the meat is cooled if the cola was so incredibly warm. Hopefully we don't spoil our stomachs! I paid a total of €23.67 for food for the bin. The store is absolutely not recommended!

It has one of the worst branches in Berlin. Long waiting time of over 30 minutes and then disgusting burgers and the cola simply had no syrup. In the photo you can see the Cola and the contents of a Big King!

It can't be true that when you order 3 children's menus there is neither ketchup nor the right burger. When I got home, I just thought nope, everything was chicken burger, I hadn't ordered it!!! You can't say anything against the food, but every table is absolutely dirty, the benches are temporarily taped and the shop looks absolutely dirty... If hygiene ends up here, you can do it...

Sometimes some things are simply forgotten to take with you. Every now and then the sauces are swapped or are not available at all. You can't always order milkshake because the machine often has problems.

The worst Burger King I know. It's dirty, there's trash on the floor everywhere and the tables are all sticky. Of course you can blame the customers, but you should still follow up and keep your restaurant clean. The quality of the food also leaves something to be desired. The buns were cold, dry and not toasted enough. Our burgers were dry and bland. In all respects, other Kings can do it far better.

Unfortunately it takes a long time to get the food, then it is already cold. Often it's not what you ordered and then you have to wait forever to complain, so "fast" food is different. The drinks are cruelly mixed, then no taste and no carbonation. Now it's no longer worth the money.

Not even close that standard which burger king normally has. If you can eat somewhere else it is highly recommended. I didn't even recognize that order was right. Those burgers was so bad.

I've been to this branch several times and gotten cold burgers several times and you have to wait forever for your food and the rooms aren't nice either. Half the floor in front of the counter has been torn away

This branch used to be cleaner, the staff were nicer, they seemed very overwhelmed and there wasn't much to be noticed in terms of comprehensibility. The floor was dirty, the storage carts were overfilled and there was also a garbage bag lying around, the tables weren't clean, the benches looked old and used, EC payment at the cash register wasn't possible and the ice machine didn't work either. The burger patties are not made on the grill like before but in the deep fryer. We hope that this situation will improve soon and that people will enjoy coming there again.

We've been here a lot and have been for YEARS. The restaurant is now extremely dilapidated. Half the menu is permanently unavailable. Cola and co. This branch is slowly deteriorating. It definitely depends on the clientele. Slashed benches were patched up. Ordering from machines like McDonalds makes ordering more impersonal and complicated. The fries no longer had a subtle buttery taste.

Today I had a very unpleasant experience. The branch does not accept card payments. I know we're a little behind the times in Germany, but if the big players in the industry do something like that, it's a disgrace. If I hadn't promised the children, I would have been gone. So you took out cash from a third-party bank and paid an extra €5 so that BurgerKing didn't have to worry about paying by card. Really very sad. The conditions in this branch are simply underground. We come to the branch and another customer has already complained because the burger was cold. That gave me a stomach ache. Then we saw the “neatness” in the almost empty branch. I like eating Planet Base. I have to be honest, it smelled and tasted like normal meat! Normally you can see these differences, but the employee said it was the right thing to do. I can't prove it. Before we left, my wife went to the toilet. This video was created there. There was no handwashing. Now when I think about how hygiene is like that everywhere, I don't even want to know how the burgers were prepared! I will definitely publish these pictures because that is a no-go in the catering industry and the complaint has also been sent to Citizen King Germany. Nicht nur, dass kein Mitarbeiter der deutschen Sprache mächtig war, die Terminals funktionierten eingeschränkt, keine Softdrinks als Auswahl möglich, kein einfacher Cheese oder Hamburger. Und das Personal war unfähig eine Bestellung an der Theke entgegen zu nehmen. Alle zuckten nur mit den Schultern. 30 min hat uns das gedauert, dass wir doch bei Kamps unser Essen und Trinken kaufen mussten. Am Flughafen, wo man eh schon unter Zeitdruck steht. Eigentlich sehe ich über Missstände hinweg, hier muss ich mich aber mal äußern.
