Out of 12 machines only 2 working no help from staff standing around chatting had to ask for my order as I could see it sitting there

It can't be true that when you order 3 children's menus there is neither ketchup nor the right burger. When I got home, I just thought nope, everything was chicken burger, I hadn't ordered it!!! You can forget to eat there too, the tables are falling apart, everything squeaks, dirty... That was the last time we were there! DON'T ORDER ANY DRINKS THIS STUFF IS WEIRD!

Horrible service, slow, only 1-2 out of 12 total terminals were on. Could not select soda in the terminal. Poor english speaking personel.

You can't say anything against the food, but every table is absolutely dirty, the benches are temporarily taped and the shop looks absolutely dirty... If hygiene ends up here, you can do it...

Sometimes some things are simply forgotten to take with you. Every now and then the sauces are swapped or are not available at all. You can't always order milkshake because the machine often has problems.

The worst Burger King I know. It's dirty, there's trash on the floor everywhere and the tables are all sticky. Of course you can blame the customers, but you should still follow up and keep your restaurant clean. The quality of the food also leaves something to be desired. The buns were cold, dry and not toasted enough. Our burgers were dry and bland. In all respects, other Kings can do it far better.

The app coupons could not be scanned, payment with EC was not possible, the seller could hardly speak German

I don't mind waiting a little longer, but I expect a properly topped and, above all, warm burger. Neither is available in this branch, which is not possible in my opinion!! A cold burger is an imposition! I will also forward this to Burger King headquarters.

Unfortunately it takes a long time to get the food, then it is already cold. Often it's not what you ordered and then you have to wait forever to complain, so "fast" food is different. The drinks are cruelly mixed, then no taste and no carbonation. Now it's no longer worth the money.

Do NOT order here unless you eather enjoy missing your flight or enjoy paying for food and not eating it bc it takes toi long to get it

Unfortunately, this Burger King has gone down a lot in recent years. There are 2 to 3 very, very nice waitresses at the checkout, so you can't say anything negative about them. But it seems very dilapidated, the floor is currently broken and needs to be replaced, the tables had better times and the seats no longer invite you to linger and eat there. Very unfortunate.

You've seen or heard a lot about BK. Luckily it was empty, but there was no one at the checkout. I always really liked the Chilli Cheese Nuggets, a hint of heat and cheese. I ordered these and ate them. Unfortunately they didn't taste like anything. The atmosphere is more like a construction site and the service is not accommodating to me either. Very outdated, there were tiles missing on the floor, the tables weren't cleaned, well as I said, it needs to be renovated. Card payment didn't work and the team wasn't a team either, at least that's how it came across. I don't really need to visit this place again.

I've been to this branch several times and gotten cold burgers several times and you have to wait forever for your food and the rooms aren't nice either. Half the floor in front of the counter has been torn away

Not even close that standard which burger king normally has. If you can eat somewhere else it is highly recommended. I didn't even recognize that order was right. Those burgers was so bad.

This branch used to be cleaner, the staff were nicer, they seemed very overwhelmed and there wasn't much to be noticed in terms of comprehensibility. The floor was dirty, the storage carts were overfilled and there was also a garbage bag lying around, the tables weren't clean, the benches looked old and used, EC payment at the cash register wasn't possible and the ice machine didn't work either. The burger patties are not made on the grill like before but in the deep fryer. We hope that this situation will improve soon and that people will enjoy coming there again.

We've been here a lot and have been for YEARS. The restaurant is now extremely dilapidated. Half the menu is permanently unavailable. Cola and co. It's only available without sparkling water with lots of water and, above all, piss-warm. You don't dare talk about the fries anymore... Renew the restaurant or finally close it. But nobody can be expected to do that anymore.

Cold fries, I asked twice, and warm ones! The cheeseburger was cold, the cheese wasn't warm at all! The cola tasted like it had been left open (like water) for a week with no gas! I don't recommend it!🙄

This branch is slowly deteriorating. It definitely depends on the clientele. Slashed benches were patched up. Ordering from machines like McDonalds makes ordering more impersonal and complicated. The fries no longer had a subtle buttery taste.

Today I had a very unpleasant experience. The branch does not accept card payments. I know we're a little behind the times in Germany, but if the big players in the industry do something like that, it's a disgrace. If I hadn't promised the children, I would have been gone. So you took out cash from a third-party bank and paid an extra €5 so that BurgerKing didn't have to worry about paying by card. Really very sad. Dirty and long waiting time, non-carbonated cola and warm. I think we won't come back.

Hello dear Citizen King Germany team, My daughter wanted to eat burgers again after a long time, so we went out to eat today at Prerower Platz 1 in 13051 because we had to pick something up there. The conditions in this branch are simply underground. We come to the branch and another customer has already complained because the burger was cold. That gave me a stomach ache. Then we saw the “neatness” in the almost empty branch. I like eating Planet Base. I have to be honest, it smelled and tasted like normal meat! Normally you can see these differences, but the employee said it was the right thing to do. I can't prove it. Before we left, my wife went to the toilet. This video was created there. There was no handwashing. Now when I think about how hygiene is like that everywhere, I don't even want to know how the burgers were prepared! I will definitely publish these pictures because that is a no-go in the catering industry and the complaint has also been sent to Citizen King Germany. Disaster, unfriendly service. Shop totally dirty and messed up. 30 EUR for 2 burgers and 2 finger foods. The burger was smashed together, the sauces were missing from the finger food and I spent 35 minutes in the store for that.

Nicht nur, dass kein Mitarbeiter der deutschen Sprache mächtig war, die Terminals funktionierten eingeschränkt, keine Softdrinks als Auswahl möglich, kein einfacher Cheese oder Hamburger. Und das Personal war unfähig eine Bestellung an der Theke entgegen zu nehmen. Alle zuckten nur mit den Schultern. 30 min hat uns das gedauert, dass wir doch bei Kamps unser Essen und Trinken kaufen mussten. Am Flughafen, wo man eh schon unter Zeitdruck steht. Eigentlich sehe ich über Missstände hinweg, hier muss ich mich aber mal äußern.

Bottomless impudence! Never again! I think it's hacking or something? Nuggets for my son were not included and the squeezes from the children's menu were not included! Play? Ridiculous! French fries? Taste much better out of my oven! Everything else is cold and soggy! Tell me, do you have a bang?

I have ordered, I am aware that it may take time. But more than 2 hours without any notification is very sad. Rancid shop, everything dirty and dirty. Unfriendly staff, they eat at the counter and are on their cell phones during working hours. Hello ?! The only signage is a note stuck to the terminal (no ice cubes) but doesn't that mean the drinks are totally warm and without gas?!

No music, the atmosphere has something of a canteen. Food was ok, burger buns were a bit firmer. (Cold) drinks had a, ironic warning, pleasant room temperature as there was no ice. Of course it's a shame in the summer. Fries were thrown into the bag around the traffic so that they were all spread out in the bag. All in all, it seems very bleak here, not a pleasant atmosphere.

The new employees at the checkout are constantly on their cell phones and talk loudly about their private lives. You can hear this throughout Burger King. Bad service and you don't feel like you're being treated attentively as a customer.

The branch is pretty dirty. One star deducted for that. But the service is very good. The lady with short hair at the counter is particularly very friendly. That's what the 4 stars are for. 👌

Es gibt nicht einen einzigen Punkt, den ich an diesem miesen Burger-Laden positiv bewerten kann. 1. Die Burger sind kalt 2. Die Mitarbeiter tragen keine Handschuhe während der Zubereitung. Wer weiß wo die Mitarbeiter noch überall ihre Hände lassen....ekelhaft die Vorstellung 3. Auf die Zubereitung habe ich dann auch schon mal 25 Minuten gewartet..(ein absolutes No Go!) 4. Nicht alle Mitarbeiter verstehen deutsch und hören bei der Bestellung einfach nicht zu 5. Da ich in unmittelbarer Nähe arbeite, habe ich nicht nur einmal erlebt, wie Rauchwolken aus dem Laden den gesamten Ankunftsbereich eingenebelt haben und die Feuerwehr schon zugegen war Alles in allem ein unzumutbarer Laden, keinen einzigen Stern wert. Macht den Laden lieber wieder zu. Dann ist uns allen geholfen !

First of all, kudos to the employees who have to work under such disgraceful conditions, 5 stars go to you. 0 stars for the branch manager and/or Burger King itself, who don't get the systems working. 90% of this branch is a construction site (open floor) with black screens (no self-ordering possible) and as if it wasn't enough that there is usually only one employee in the checkout area who also has to make all the menus and orders at the same time, he is also allowed to do that Complete line of people take orders and collect. A person who stands at the checkout, packs menus, has to pay attention to the fried things, and has to keep an eye on the order in the guests' dining area has a job that is unworthy of a human being. I don't come anymore because every "fast food" order takes an average of 30 minutes because it's simply impossible on my own and I want to relieve the employees. And yes, sometimes there are 2 employees, but even that is still at least one too few.

The food from Burgerking usually tastes good, praise also to the chefs, but now I'm referring exclusively to the delivery offered, which does NOT work AT ALL. Today, Saturday, June 29th, an order from me had a delivery time of 2h 40min. I was neither informed of the delay nor was my money refunded, nor were there any exact details over the phone. So my conclusion is, DO NOT have this restaurant delivered, because it takes more than 2 hours and 30 minutes, even though the stated delivery time was only a maximum of one hour.

Waited 40 minutes for 2 burgers and chips, service is abysmal. Food underwhelming and cold, and ridiculously over priced. Paid extra for a specific sauce, they gave us a different one. When asked, they said they ran out. If you come here to eat before your flight, be prepared to miss the flight.

Went in with an appetite and ordered. It takes a lot of time if only 1 person is serving at the front and 1 person is responsible for the preparation. After about 15 minutes the food was ready for collection. Error: A slice of meat was missing - so another 5 minutes of patience. After that it was just a matter of eating everything and getting out. It's a shame, you can make a lot out of a business like this if you want and can do it financially.

I am extremely disappointed with my last experience with Burger King. I called about my order and was treated so rudely and disrespectfully by an employee that I was stunned. She didn't let me finish and just hung up in the middle of the conversation! Such behavior is completely unacceptable and I sincerely hope that this employee receives training or better yet, that action is taken to ensure that this does not happen again. Customer service should come first, and unfortunately that wasn't the case here at all! Just embarrassing

Drinks had little to no carbon dioxide, food wasn't very tasty either, broken seats, visually it looked pretty dirty, we won't go there again.

Burger King has touchscreen terminals where you can pay with card or cash at the checkout. I have to mention that the tables are often dirty. Very dirty branch! The whole property looks very run down. Food was not freshly prepared. I think this is a case for the trade inspectorate. Burger King founder James Mclamore didn't imagine it that way.

Since the Vietnamese employee worked in this then excellent Burger King, everything went down the drain because the Vietnamese employee, who didn't speak German well, was really incompetent at serving me (I stood at the checkout for 20+ minutes to pay my receipt). once looked at it, but was apparently too shy to serve me, I had to wait for the relatively nice lady wearing a headscarf who was walking slowly so that I could finally take my order within less than 20 seconds. So I really don't know what the boss of this Burger King was thinking when he hired these employees. Maybe I could have stood behind the cash register so that the Vietnamese employee would notice me... thanks again

There's nothing wrong with the food here. The behavior of other guests sometimes leaves something to be desired. The choice to eat on site or at home is easy. That's why ambience only 3 stars. Otherwise great

Ich muss direkt vorweg schreiben, dass ich meistens gute Erfahrungen mit jeglichen Fastfoodketten mache, aber wen mich etwas so sehr nervt und wütend macht wie dieser schlechte, langsame und komplett umstrukturiert, dann heisst das was Schlecht, langsam, es hat so lange gedauert mir den King des Monats zuzubereiten, dass ich hungrig und ohne Essen gehen musste. Andere Bestellungen gingen später ein und wurden von den gefühlt drei arbeitenden Personen da zubereitet, die anderen zehn standen nur diskutierend rum. Nie wieder dort!!!

The Burger was horrible, the meat was tasteless as if I was eating styrophone. The service was too slow. The branches should follow a pattern because this one os AWFUL. It was money thrown in the garbage!!!!!!!!

Leider eine Schlechte Filiale von Burger King, haben 45 Minuten gewartet bis unsere Bestellung bearbeitet war, der Grund war das nur 2 Personen im Laden waren einer der die Bestellungen eingepackt hat und jemand in der Küche. Ich gebe Den beiden nicht die Schuld sondern eher Burger King das sie den Laden mit nur 2 Leuten laufen lassen. Die beiden Leute müssten eher eine Gehaltserhöhung bekommen.

Not only that, the staff didn't speak German and misunderstood the order and had to wait too long to take the order. They were also unfriendly. For the prices, poor service and the worst thing is that instead of serving the next ones, they chatted around with people they knew instead of working. On my next visit, I'd rather check who was at the checkout. I'm true on February 1st at 12:20 p.m. because my order was taken at 12:56 p.m.

I was there on Monday January 29th, 2024 between 8:35 p.m.-45 p.m. They didn't have any small citizens anymore, only the big ones🤔 Then I got a big citizen, There was only a lettuce and a small onion and a small cucumber It was super dry 😠

I would say the worst BurgerKing in Berlin! Of course it's not a star restaurant, but it's really dirty, the return carts were ALL extremely full, the tables were extremely smeared with leftover food, the staff was really unfriendly and very slow!
