Too expensive, they take a long time to do it and on top of that the place is uncomfortable, apart from that you have to pay for the bathroom

Dirty, tables not wiped. Chairs and benches covered in crumbs. Leather upholstery visibly torn. Floor dirty. --> Numerous hygiene deficiencies.

Everything takes way too long there. My break was long over 😢 and the Naruto promotion wasn't there, even though it was advertised there. 🥲

The Whopper was okay, but the iced coffee was actually coffee with lots of ice cubes—horrible, all for over €10. Unfortunately, I couldn't stop my husband from eating/buying it; it was way too expensive 🙄. The staff was very friendly, by the way.

20 minutes of waiting for coffee! Outrageous! I want to buy a coffee and catch my train. I lost 6 euros because the staff couldn't pour the coffee in that time. Even though only two men were standing at the register, I'll avoid this place.

I can't recommend this place because it takes 15 minutes for two cold drinks. The Shitking branch wasn't very busy, and they're a bit hectic. I'd rather go to Mecces. Even after all these years, it's still bad.

Some potential customers were turned away before closing time. I find that a difficult situation, fifteen minutes before closing time and with the customer area packed inside.

I must have found the wrong branch at Südkreuz station. After my last visit on Monday, I'll be AVOIDING this branch and getting my burger somewhere else instead ❗

The staff was nice. The food was very expensive and the quality mediocre. Most people just stand around and wait. Not much room to sit. You can only pay in cash. It's outdated....

It seems like the staff is having a party for themselves. It's open, there's a barbecue going on. Food is being prepared, but no guests are being allowed in. So either Burger King is closed or it's open, but there's no private party going on among the staff.

I can't expect much from a fast food shop and at the train station I ordered ice cream and fancy burgers. Either I give a good review or not at all.

Veeeery expensive for a mid level hurger, which was not even cooked properly. The meat was soft and soggy.

After a long time, I visited a Burger King branch again. This branch doesn't appeal to me at all visually. It's quite small. The man at the counter was very helpful and quick. The fries were good, and so was the Fanta, but the large burger had a somewhat bland taste. It was also a bit dry. Sorry, but I wasn't impressed.

The burgers 🍔 and fries were okay BUT Only half of the ordering terminals work. Order processing takes forever for a quick service restaurant, even though it wasn't busy. The ice cube machine is broken. Ordered a drink in a reusable cup and still received a disposable one. The clearing station is overflowing and isn't being emptied.

Instead of the closing time of 10:00 PM listed on Google, we weren't served until 7:40 PM. Pretty poor for my Burger King in a Berlin train station.

Never in my life have I seen such unfriendly employees. Not even a hello after the greeting, and then they treated me like they were about to attack me, just my burger haha, but okay, there are apparently people like that.

Unfortunately, I have to make a quick comment. If you are in a hurry or need to catch your train or something else, avoid this Burger King. I have 20 minutes for 9 nuggets!!!!!! waited. Thank God I had a little time, but a lot of people simply canceled their orders because the waiting times here are underground. I've never experienced 20 minutes on Nuggets. Better get something somewhere else

Sun, 04.05. closed shortly before 9 p.m. without any sign/information, although according to the opening times it should be open until midnight

Order 2 burgers (with extras) and 2 finger foods. One burger apparently didn't arrive in the kitchen and one nugget didn't either. The missing burger was then announced by the shift manager with the extras in the kitchen. When I unpacked the extras were missing. Well I went back and it was corrected. (Had to go) when I later ate the second burger I realized that no extras had been taken into account. And you pay for extras. It's a real shame for such a small store where there really wasn't much going on. And if the SOT systems do not send everything correctly to the kitchen, they should be set correctly or they should be deactivated.

That idiotic lady closed the store 20 mins before as it is stated on website till 11pm . And was arrogant right now it is 10:45 i am attaching a photo while writing this so that some idiot manager seee this and check

Only one other person was waiting with me for our order. We both had fries and a burger. That's it. The order took 15 minutes. The burgers were ready in no time, but the wait staff were unbearably slow and preferred to chat among themselves. The fries were served cold. So I waited another 10 minutes until new ones were ready. The tables were also super dirty and greasy. Given the empty store, there would have been plenty of time to clean them. I would avoid this branch. If you work like this and don't take care of the store, you can't do a good job in the kitchen either.

One of the freshest Burger Kings in Berlin. Unfortunately a few crumbs here and there, but this is due to the fact that there are only 2 employees.

BK as always, however, in my opinion, the ordering computers are annoying. A normal interaction like before would be better and faster in my opinion

After a while I wanted to get something for lunch at Burger King again. Click around on the panel and see ah ok Big King just under 8€. But where are the individual burgers? Didn’t want a menu at all? Then I see... the SINGLE PRICE is around €8! For a puny Big King (without XXL). I almost had to start laughing if it weren't so absurd. The Big King is a small burger. For €8 I can get a large kebab that fills me up a lot more. I left straight away and didn't buy anything. The store was also completely empty and poorly attended. With the prices, you don't have to be surprised if you go bankrupt. A little Big King like this isn't worth more than €4-5... just stop.

Whopper was ok. But service is slow, no napkins, small portions and expensive for fast food. Tables not clean, but it was warm and there was room.

staff is so lazy there that they barely move like a normal person do. such a bad experience. I was alone in the store and I ordered only 1 x nugget burger. This kitchen guy took 20 mins to prepare my order. Every few minutes like he's looking at me and then slowly moving back for preparing the order.

UPDATE 02/15/2025: They now have vegan burgers and nuggets! So I'm very satisfied. Previous review: None of the plant-based products: no Plant-Based Whopper, no Plant-Based Nuggets, etc. - looks like a very yesterday's store!

Mmm. Ordered and paid for 2 Big King but got 2 Chili Cheese Burgers. Sucks, especially when you order takeout and can't return it. Just doesn't correspond to the order and the money. Not good.

This is probably the worst place in this chain that I have visited. The order was prepared quickly... but: the potatoes were honestly oversalted, the burger itself didn't look even close to the photo on the menu🤣.. The staff was loudly discussing something and didn't pay any attention to the visitors.. A very strange impression.

Absolute moon prices. Who pays €12 for a burger without fries and a drink? They want almost €18 for the menu. Ridiculous. Then I'd rather go to the restaurant, because Burger King definitely isn't worth that much.

I wanted to get cheeseburgers and saw that the employees were preparing the citizens without gloves. They didn't put the cheese etc. on top. Went straight back and didn't even look at the customer, with a good day.

I've only been in twice and each time the burger was cold, just like the place - had to leave my jacket on. For almost 14 euros per menu, I really expect more. I'm going to McDonald's again. It is pleasantly warm there even in winter.

I like to come over late in the evening. The late shift is always super friendly.

They don't have any real mayo anymore, just this cheap chemical vegan "French fries sauce" probably because real eggs cost too much for them!

The store is run down, the staff doesn't understand German and they tell me I should use a coupon at these order boards but only card payment is possible, that's not possible. They have to let me pay in cash and they're apparently too stupid to understand that at the checkout, yes no German either

It's a small BurgerKing branch. There are only a few seats available. Orders actually only go through the terminal, which isn't a bad thing in itself - if the customers know what they want. The food is as good or bad as any BurgerKing branch. The employees are trying hard. But you notice that there is a lack of service staff. Guests' trash often piles up in the guest room.

The branch manager with the black hair is a badass. When it comes to a raise, it should be at the top. Don't let yourself be taken for a ride!!!

Worst Burger King experience ever. The door was hard to open. No toilets, no possibility to wash hands. Service reluctant. The two employees were talking to each other. All tables dirty even though the restaurant was empty. The postmix didn't work, no one apologized and they served the drink in a PET bottle. The kebab counter looked much better and there were more people there.

Chilli cheese nuggets €6? Did you smoke weed or something?

We were served very well here, despite small mistakes, we got something in compensation, our place was empty, it was super quick and we were served at our seat by the nice colleague.

I ordered something to take away at 8:51 p.m. The employee then put the menu in a bag for me, whereupon I said that I would like it on a tray. He said I had to take it with me because they closed at half past nine. I have a fully casted arm and finally ordered eat in. I finished eating at 9:10 p.m. The process also seemed very chaotic, I don't think this business is recommended.

I have no idea how to rate it now... Apparently you can only eat there with a card and paying in cash is not possible Opening times aren't right either... Closed at 10pm on Friday instead of 11pm.

They only take their own coupons from their list instead of taking the qr code from the customer app like every branch, which is why I didn't buy anything because it was extremely inconvenient and also much more expensive. Instead of €4 as planned, I would have paid €12??

The design is like modern Burger Kings. So a plus point for that. However, everything takes significantly longer. You cannot order in the app, not even at the terminal, you can only do so via a detour. Coupons don't work either, just a very small pre-selection and coupons. I also noticed that almost all products are 50ct - 1€ more expensive than in other branches. The Veggie King costs €6.36 instead of €5.79. I don't know why, but I can't recommend Burger King. Another complaint is that not all burgers are available as a vegetarian option.

Forgot the sauces and refused to give them to us afterwards, kicked out of the restaurant 30 minutes before closing, unpleasant employees who ignored us and laughed in German.

Food is like any BK. No toilet. There is no 3G and 4G signal, and there is no WiFi either. Bad if you are in transit and need the internet while eating.

The normal coupons from the app are not taken, but MondPreise for your own coupons from Südkreuz/Papestraße, which you have to click on at the machine There are only a few burgers to choose from and at prices that have never been seen anywhere else in Berlin! That's why the store is pretty empty and uninviting. For the money you pay for a burger there, you can get a whole meal at a Chinese restaurant while sitting down with a knife and fork and a tablecloth. Please change that and take the prices like in every other Burger King, then we'll come back again!

The store is grossly overpriced. People in this store think they are in an edit and are breathing down their necks. Next time I'll get an Ottoman meat bucket from across the street. High and fat booty.

Big order made. Arrived home and discovered that several things were missing. The burgers were carelessly slapped together. The salad was totally messy. The onion rings were sticky and only tasted like frying oil. The drinks were non-carbonated. The chili cheese nuggets are fried to death. All special requests such as: Without onions without cucumbers were completely disregarded. Been there last time. Conclusion is simply disgusting.

We've loved Burger King for decades, much more than McDonald's. The Whopper is sensational and tastes as good today as it ever did. Of course you're amazed at the price, but in this day and age that's no wonder. In this respect, I always try to get a coupon that steers the price in the right direction.

50% of the order machines are broken, only 3 employees, no one wants to take care of it. Coupon from the app will not be accepted. Interior rubbish. Management and owners do a miserable job.

Ordered menu with 2x xtra long chili cheese + extra chili cheese sauce to take away from the machine. However, there was only chili cheese sauce on it. It was still charged twice. If you really think about it, this is legally a scam :) Of course I don't look at the burger when it's take away.

Every time there are problems at Burger King (not just this one). If I couldn't give a star I would. Ordered takeout, AND AGAIN a burger was forgotten. I contacted Burger King via email and described the incident. The response I got was delightful. "They apologize for the incident, but they couldn't help me afterwards." Goodwill is probably a foreign word for them. BK can easily afford it. Customer-friendly is DIFFERENT!! So people, just CHECK your food IN the branch...later "you're out of luck"....I think it's a real joke!!

Sehbehinderte die aufgrund einer Sehschwäche nicht am Automaten bestellen können, werden hier nicht bedient. Auch nach mehreren Nachfrage wurde nicht geholfen, was für ein mieser, diskriminierender Service.

2 Burger zum mitnehmen bestellt. Dann schnell zum Gleis gehetzt, Burger kalt und trocken. Einer der beiden war auch noch der falsche.....

Gutscheine wurden wohl mal wieder manuell deaktiviert, wie in diversen Berliner Filialen, einscannen oder Eingabe des Codes führt jedenfalls zur Fehlermeldung (auch beliebt: dran schreiben "aus technischen Gründen nicht möglich", obwohl das Gerät ansonsten normal funktioniert, haha). Hab die Nase voll von diesem Gebaren, Burger King hat sich für mich erledigt.

Wir wollten gestern schnell etwas zu essen holen um dann nach Feierabend nach Hause zu fahren aber denkste. Ich will bestellen, werde sofort angeraunzt, nicht hier! Sie müssen am Automaten bestellen und zahlen! Öhm das geht aber nur mit Karte, ich möchte bar Zahlen! … nein hier nicht, wir haben keine Kasse! 😱 Ok, der Laden hat sich dann wohl erledigt!

Lächerlich langsames Fast food.

Ich würde am liebsten keinen Stern geben.. absolute Frechheit! Faszinierend in welch einer Gelassenheit man zwei Burger in Zeitlupe zubereiten kann. Man wartet bei KEINEM BETRIEB dort 25 min auf sein Essen- wobei wir dieses Warten abbrechen mussten, da wir sonst unseren Zug verpasst hätten. Von Fast Food keine Rede- „fast“ eher in den Sinne, dass wir fast unser Essen bekommen hätten (oder wahlweise unseren Zug!) ABSOLUT KEINE EMPFEHLUNG!!!!

Eine reine Katastrophale. Coupons werden nicht genommen, die Kasse ist außer Betrieb, extra Wünsche für Allergiker sind am Terminal nicht zum eingeben möglich, keine Zero Getränke, Desinfektionsmittel ist leer und auf Anfrage gibt es auch keines mehr, keine Standard Preis sondern erhöht sowie ein begrenztes Sortiment.nie wieder!

Der Laden war leer und ich habe trotzdem 15 Minuten auf 2 Burger gewartet. Außerdem waren die Frauen die gearbeitet haben sehr unfreundlich und abfällig.

Der BurgerKing war ja echt schon in die Jahre gekommen. Jetzt sieht er wieder richtig frisch aus. :-) Mir gefällt's.
