Can't recommend this place... The restrooms are just as bad as they look outside (unkempt). Broken and dirty. The food was okay. It's a shame that BK can be so bad in the middle of Berlin. Not recommended.

The drive-thru was an absolute disaster. The employee didn't understand a word of German and was incredibly unfriendly. This isn't the first time the friendliness at this store has been lacking. After four attempts, I gave up and went to McDonald's. Definitely not recommended!

The Whopper Junior tastes like mayo and onions. You can't even taste the meat. It's only 7mm thick between thick buns. There's barely any chili cheese sauce on the chili cheeseburger, so it's just dry. The drive-thru is always closed, even if you come during opening hours. Just block the entrance to the drive-thru so you don't have to go to the counter and wait for someone. So much money for nothing. Better go to the mayor's. It costs a bit more, but you get decent quality and excellent burgers.

Long waits at the drive-thru for a shake

I just ordered food to eat in the restaurant, however they are out of tablets which they haven't said before... And when I asked them, why couldn't you said before ordering? they have no answer.... That's totally unacceptable.... Also the waste in the waste disposal area is quite a lot and felt un comfortable... I have to clean my own table since the previous person also ate there with out a Tablet.....

A complete disaster, no drive-thru and endless wait times. The burgers --> well, just fast food, you don't have to have it.

When I look at the before and after pictures, I'm disappointed by how the stores have changed for the worse. Burger King used to look like an inviting diner, and after the "renovation," the store looks like a cold, concrete prison.

Unfriendly staff. When you walk in, you can smell the dirty restroom. They ignore your questions and say they don't understand. But when you want to complain about a stale, hard burger, they suddenly understand everything and explain that it's normal because it's a crispy chicken burger. Never again 👎👎👎👎👎👎

It wasn't Burger King's fault, but rather the staff, who were somehow overwhelmed, even though there wasn't much of a crowd. They forgot an item, so I had to complain, and my meal was wrong, as my large meal only included a small fries and a medium Coke... I couldn't complain because I had to keep driving.

The burgers are delicious, better than McDonald's...the service is good, but the foreign guests tend to leave their leftovers and dirt behind...not nice when you have to clean a table first....

A slightly older Burger King; you can still order at the counter, not just in line in front of the glass cabinet and with a card. You're not allowed to use the restroom if you have a weakened immune system. Dirty as hell.

I like to go to BK every now and then, but unfortunately, the burger and fries were cold. Not so fancy.

Unfortunately, I have to give it a point, but this restaurant is no longer worth it. The rolls are only half the size, even smaller than the competition, and the meat size was ridiculous. I found the best churros with caramel or chocolate, delicious, good food, very fast, complete order, 3-star atmosphere because the floor was completely sticky and the bathrooms had a bad smell and it was 12:00. Whopper Whopper Whopper Whopper. The restrooms here are often dirty, or coupons don't work, or the lights are broken or flicker, or the screens are running Windows 7. They ran out of bacon, but all in all, it's just a Burger King. A relatively dirty one, but a Burger King nonetheless.

It's more reminiscent of a fast-food joint on the highway... It's kind of run down... Should be completely renovated. The drive-thru is also difficult to see. ... if this branch ever gets a facelift, they should reconsider the price...

Disappointing service and poor quality on the children's menu I went to Burger King today with my 3-year-old son – and unfortunately, the visit was anything but satisfactory. The toy in the children's menu broke immediately – a cheap plastic dinosaur of completely unacceptable quality. When I politely asked if my son could have a new toy, the request was refused without any understanding or consideration. No apology, no attempt to find a solution – just a harsh "no." This isn't about large sums of money, but rather a small thing that makes a huge difference to a child. The fact that they're saving pennies instead of showing a little goodwill is simply disappointing. Absolutely inappropriate for a company of this size. Conclusion: Customer friendliness is a different story. Definitely not recommended for families with small children. We won't be back anytime soon.

We only ordered two milkshakes and had to wait over 15 minutes, even though there was almost no one there. Then we were told that the espresso machine was broken and we wouldn't get an espresso shake—no apology, just a refund upon request.

We just had a quick bite there in the morning before work. I had a chicken nugget burger, and my boyfriend had chili cheese nuggets, coffee, and a burger with fries. The staff were very friendly and patient with us, and the restaurant was neat and clean. The taste was okay. It's just fast food. It seems like a lot of people are there to refuel before work, or night shift workers after work. It wasn't quite as empty as I expected, so early on a weekend.

As far as I can tell, it's the only Burger King where you don't have to vomit. The restrooms are clean, the staff are ignorant like everywhere else, but they do what they're supposed to like a machine. The area is okay in terms of cleanliness, much better than anywhere else. The food is impeccable!

Quite good here if you combine it with a charging session at Jet.

A lot has changed! Unfortunately, not for the better! Menu selection is difficult! You order at the terminal and pick up your food...there's hardly any contact with the staff. It's no longer fun!

Today i ordered chicken flame wings and large classic fries but i didn’t received the fries in our package…. My order number was 473 and bill number 1534473 … due to the careless of the staff I lost 3.99 euros

I went there, looking for a job. Staff asked me to wait for the manager or the owner. I waited more than an hour the manager asked someone else to tell us they don't need a worker. He didn't even bother to come and talk him self. This is my first and worst experience in Berlin so far. The owner himself is accountable for this all as staff worked under him. Get some manners then serve food. Review not for food. For management only.

Unfortunately, this branch isn't run with love and passion as a restaurant, and you can see and taste it. Everything is very careless, not really clean, the burgers aren't properly topped, and some are quite dirty. I wouldn't recommend it.

There were several employees on site who didn't know what they were doing. Four customers were missing items when they were ordering food. You had to wait a very long time and stand in the way of about three to five other people. The food was lukewarm and, in my opinion, completely overpriced at €42. I think if you go, it would only be in a pinch. Otherwise, you wouldn't go to Burger King here or anywhere else.

I ordered from Recup Becher, had to wait a long time for the glasses to be taken back and the money refunded. It seems the cashier was waiting for someone to pay in cash. The food was fresh and delicious. The store was clean, and the staff was okay. The soap in the men's restroom was empty. I was there around 10:30; they're supposed to refill it before the store opens. Otherwise, everything was fine.

You come in and there are ants running up the door. Then no soap in the toilet, I ask for soap and he actually says we don't have any soap (and this as a restaurant (fast food chain)) Then you want to sit down and every seat is covered in crumbs and sauce and the tables don't look any better. It's Monday and there's nothing going on, so you can just wipe down the tables and chairs. Fries with chili cheese sauce simply cold, fries with the menu warm. I also find it questionable to give out cold fries. At least the burger was okay, except for the mushy tomato. I really can't give any stars here, the overall picture is just terrible.

BK is always worth a trip, but some tables and chairs were not clean

I would say that it is a solid 3 stars. It is okay place to take a bite here from time to time. And it is convenient to have a gas station and a car wash next to the Burger King.

Waited a long time even though there were hardly any customers

The order screen was broken they made me wait 10 minutes in line just to tell me they don't have meat for today, i mean a Burger King without meat how!!

It couldn't be worse. Ate there on the late shift. An hour later, stomach cramps and diarrhea. Stay away, this branch should be closed. Why doesn't the health department take care of such problems? Unfortunately this is not an isolated case in the branch. Colleagues report the same symptoms. Abnormal...

So the ambience is quite good, unfortunately this is the branch that was examined by Team Wallraff. That doesn't make a good impression.

Drive in with a wait of almost 20 minutes! (Three cars in front of me and only a small bag each) then the burger gets cold... that doesn't work at all!!! But I had time to look around... overall a very unkempt area. Not recommended!

It was an ok place. The burger I ate was very decilious to be honest, I don't often eat here but once in a while is nice and easy. I would recommend this restaurant specifically. Staff was nice.

The name justifies the result - these are truly royal burgers

So first of all, if you want to see the restaurant as a standard Burger King restaurant, then you're unfortunately wrong. it's more like a dirty run-down museum. Lights flickered, one of the four screens was at half past eight, and only cash payment is possible at the checkout. There was also dust and dirt in every corner. However, the height was due to the unfriendly manager who, in my opinion, can't manage anything there. We wanted to order plant-based there and as soon as we wanted to pay (at the terminal) it said that it was not possible and that we had to get staff. We did that and the manager took a close look at what we had entered into the terminal. Then she saw with her own eyes that the ordering failed again and then said we should please come to the drive thru and then order there. we did that too. Then we came to the window and she said she had to discuss with us that all other customers were able to order at the terminal and that it was because of the card, for card payment. Only there was no payment because you couldn't pay before the error message appeared. She simply didn't understand this and it denied that the terminals had a fault and that it wasn't our fault. She also showed very disrespectful behavior.

absolutely bad service - the terminals (the only option for card payment) were faulty, every time out of 4 attempts an error occurred when you wanted to press the payment option and you had to start over. We also “demonstrated” the whole thing to the employee (also at DIFFERENT terminals), who didn’t know what to do other than send us to the drive through. When we got there, the employee said very arrogantly that it was our fault and that it was the card's fault (we didn't even get to pay!!) and when we tried to explain the situation to her, which we had explained to her for 2 minutes To explain, she denied it “it would work for the other customers too” and discussed it. She was super unsympathetic and unhelpful from the start. My personal guess is that the payment didn't work because we wanted to order plant based. Maybe that's why it worked for the other customers and not for us. I have no idea whether this Burger Kind doesn't have any plant-based products in stock or what the problem was, but certainly not because of the menu, since it couldn't even be used, but that apparently didn't fit into this unfriendly lady's worldview. I therefore recommend visiting other branches.

Burger King was very good back then, price-wise in the app, where you got 2 good burgers + side dishes + drinks for €8.99. Now of course it's worse, just like at McDonalds. The price is now €12.99, for example. If it were just that, of course it wouldn't be worth mentioning. The burgers were made with love, they were hot and beautifully designed. Everything was as you wanted it, and I was there very often back then and it was always good. I rarely go now, simply because it's too expensive and what you get is disgusting. Some of the burgers are completely cold and the hall is often very empty. The tomato is almost next to the burger and it's just not nice to eat this creature as it was back then. It's all slapped on carelessly and disgustingly, so you wonder why you bought two burgers for €10 that you could also spend on something cold at Kaufland, which in the end is almost warmer, but above all one thing: BETTER! Very unfriendly staff. The same every time. They don't want to accept a 50 euro note because it's "too big". If you don't have enough money, you can just say so, but I don't know whether this way of dealing with people is because of where I come from or because they just don't feel like working. Incorrect orders are also common. (Food missing, wrong food served, clues ignored). I order a plant based burger and they give me one with “real” meat. Even though I can prove my order with a receipt, the staff still argues with me and wants to be right. I ask you, I have no choice but to assume that I am being treated so disgustingly because of my origins and my appearance. Other customers don't have this problem 🤔

Usual quality at Burger King, the fries here are the best fast food fries, nice and crispy and soft on the inside. Love the smoky flavor of the patties. Unfortunately, ordering via the app didn't work as usual, but a service star was deducted, the branch was closed according to the app, I could then order using the QR code at the terminal.

48€ contractual penalty for exceeding the parking time!?! You've probably lost your bike, BurgerKing & Smart Parking (rip-off company)! The whole family was a regular visitor to BurgerKing, but not anymore! That's not how you treat customers. How do you come to impose fines on your guests if they consume with you for longer than 90 minutes? How stupid can you be, BurgerKing? We'll never set foot in your juice shop again!

The Burger King branch is certainly not worthy of a Michelin star, but that's not my claim at all. I have never been disappointed here so far. I always order on site from the screens and the orders were always put together correctly, nothing was ever missing. The burgers taste good and I always found the burgers from the King's Selection to be good, even visually. Maybe I've just been lucky so far, but every time there were correct people working and waiting times were less than 5 minutes. Cleanliness in the restaurant is ok, but here and there there is something on and under the tables. I can't comment on the toilets.

Phew. You basically fall asleep in the drive-in. The staff inside the store is lousy. Addendum: Still no improvement in sight. Nowadays there are no more “hello, goodbye” or anything like that in the store. You only hear the word “Thank you, please” from customers, but not from staff.

It's clean. But the guest room is unheated. It was uncomfortably cold and therefore not very inviting. The fries and the burgers were cold. The burger was probably never warm because the cheese wasn't melted. The Coca Cola didn't really taste like Coca Cola, probably saved on the syrup and low CO2. Overall unpleasant experience.

On the website it says that the branch should have One Piece menus, but on site you find out that there is nothing like that at all. Apparently it is too difficult for Burger King management to provide correct information on the dddr website.

Update December 3rd, 2024: The order has been out for 1 1/2 hours, so far I have called the branch 16 times in a continuous loop and no one ever answers, each time it rings for almost 2 minutes. Disaster, ABSOLUTE disaster.

My worst visit to a branch ever. Not significantly different inside at 2° outside temperature. Forgot the extras when it came to a burger... while waiting for the new burger, my beloved Big King XXL cooled down due to the temperature in the shed. I then changed the fact that the Whopper sauce was on it. You also sit on completely torn leather chairs. The burger complained about was complete but only lukewarm. In short, cold fries, cold burgers, cold shop... this branch is absolutely underground

The service doesn't even deserve one star. We took food with us, and at home we saw that 3 cheeseburgers and cheese nuggets were missing. It’s very cold in the room, the employees walk around in a bunch and do nothing!

This is now the third BK where the heating is supposedly broken. Room temperature 6 degrees. Just pathetic.

Too few employees. Shop was full. 30 minutes waiting time to receive cold food afterwards. Next time maybe pack the food together and not leave the nuggets first and then leave them for 20 minutes. Too bad...
