Burger King Berlin in Berlin

The Burger King branch is certainly not worthy of a Michelin star, but that's not my claim at all. I have never been disappointed here so far. I always order on site from the screens and the orders were always put together correctly, nothing was ever missing. The burgers taste good and I always found the burgers from the King's Selection to be good, even visually. Maybe I've just been lucky so far, but every time there were correct people working and waiting times were less than 5 minutes. Cleanliness in the restaurant is ok, but here and there there is something on and under the tables. I can't comment on the toilets.

Phew. You basically fall asleep in the drive-in. The staff inside the store is lousy. Addendum: Still no improvement in sight. Nowadays there are no more “hello, goodbye” or anything like that in the store. You only hear the word “Thank you, please” from customers, but not from staff.

Unfortunately the food was cold and carelessly prepared for the third time. Employees put up chairs at the table where people eat 1 1/2 hours before closing time. It's incredibly dirty everywhere. Unfortunately the worst burger king I know

It's clean. But the guest room is unheated. It was uncomfortably cold and therefore not very inviting. The fries and the burgers were cold. The burger was probably never warm because the cheese wasn't melted. The Coca Cola didn't really taste like Coca Cola, probably saved on the syrup and low CO2. Overall unpleasant experience.

On the website it says that the branch should have One Piece menus, but on site you find out that there is nothing like that at all. Apparently it is too difficult for Burger King management to provide correct information on the dddr website.

Update December 3rd, 2024: Order has been out for 1 1/2 hours, so far I have called the branch 16 times in a continuous loop and no one ever answers, each time it rings for almost 2 minutes. Disaster, ABSOLUTE disaster.

My worst visit to a branch ever. Not significantly different inside at 2° outside temperature. Forgot the extras when it came to a burger... while waiting for the new burger, my beloved Big King XXL cooled down due to the temperature in the shed. I then changed the fact that the Whopper sauce was on it. You also sit on completely torn leather chairs. The burger complained about was complete but only lukewarm. In short, cold fries, cold burgers, cold shop... this branch is absolutely underground

The service doesn't even deserve one star. We took food with us, and at home we saw that 3 cheeseburgers and cheese nuggets were missing. It’s very cold in the room, the employees walk around in a bunch and do nothing!

This is now the third BK where the heating is supposedly broken. Room temperature 6 degrees. Just pathetic.

I'm here from time to time. I really like the ordering terminals, so you can choose at your leisure and change your order if necessary. The food is typical Burger King, the quality has always been okay. The cleanliness varies, but it must also be said that some visitors do not behave in a particularly civilized manner (they dirty the tables, the toilets, the parking lot and throw the garbage on the eagle rack out of the car window). Some of the upholstered furniture urgently needs to be replaced, it is so broken. It doesn't bother me that the employees often don't speak German very well, there are terminals. I'm rather happy that they do this job and ensure a full stomach 🙂 The 90 minutes of parking are enough for me and I haven't had any problems yet. On the contrary, this regulation also ensures that you always get a parking space.

Too few employees. Shop was full. 30 minutes waiting time to receive cold food afterwards. Next time maybe pack the food together and not leave the nuggets first and then leave them for 20 minutes. Too bad...

Update November 2024: 48 euro contractual penalty for parking too long. Unfortunately, notices about maximum parking times are barely visible and there are no notices in the branch either. Customer friendliness looks different, I won't eat here again. I have no idea what's going on here lately. The waiting times are getting longer and something is forgotten in 90% of orders. The taste and consistency of the products are often significantly worse than in other Burger King branches. I used to enjoy eating here but now I avoid the branch.

48€ contractual penalty for exceeding the parking time!?! You've probably lost your bike, BurgerKing & Smart Parking (rip-off company)! The whole family was a regular visitor to BurgerKing, but not anymore! That's not how you treat customers. How do you come to fine your guests if they consume for longer than 90 minutes? How stupid can you be, BurgerKing? We'll never set foot in your juice shop again!

I'm actually a big Burger King fan. But this branch, especially the partner company that takes care of parking space management, has completely disappointed me. I am a regular customer and have eaten there at least 3 times every month for the last 2 years. But now I got a parking fine of €48!!!! Just because I parked there for more than 1.5 hours. I was eating for a long time and since there wasn't such a growth in the past, I didn't think about it. I'm a loyal paying customer and love Burger King. But it really isn't possible to take the money out of my pocket like that. I've already told 11 of my other fast food friends about this. Unfortunately we no longer serve this store. Well, it's your own fault for such a rip-off. It's not like there was an urgent need for parking there. Everything was really empty. I am deeply disappointed :(

Be careful, there are rip-offs at work here! We parked and ate and then received a bill of €48 because we ate in the restaurant for 2 hours. With 3 cars + processing fee we are now out of over €150. Absolute cheek to rip off your own customers like that. Never again!!!!

Ate there on Saturday after a fishing trip with 2 adult sons, as I often did in the past. Emphasis on the past!! Because now “parking space management” and 3x €48 fines for parking too long. We agreed to meet there and were there with 3 cars. This is a rip off. Result: 3 regular customers lost, along with partners...

We ordered via Lieferando. We then got a call from the citizen King saying that it could take 2-3 hours because there was only 1 driver there. I then canceled it over the phone but had already paid with PayPal. He assured us that it was canceled and we would get the money back. After I didn't receive an email or anything, I called again and asked. He said he passed it on, it was 100% canceled and we would get our money. Nothing happened!! No money back so far, of course the food never arrived because it was canceled, but it is recorded as delivered. That's an impudence!!!!!

After what felt like several decades (only figuratively speaking), we visited the restaurant and didn't regret it. The food and ambience were as usual, good to very good. For this reason, we decided to visit the restaurant more often again.

I think the best thing about this Citizen King is the ambience. You can relax and enjoy your meal in peace. Food is like any other BK and was prepared quickly.

So we all know that BK is not healthy. The fact that they are no longer cheap anymore, too. But the fact that they prepare food incorrectly and don't even say sorry afterwards is awesome. In short: I ordered an expensive menu, extra WITHOUT onions, because I actually have an allergic reaction to it, I said that and ordered a few extras, all of which are chargeable... But then instead of no onions I had them - on all my burgers Onions! Can something like this be chosen? I do not think so. I went back 2 days later because it's a little trip around the world for me - the manager didn't say "sorry we prepared your food wrong" - he said "why are you only coming now..." He was serious? I actually had to discuss getting my rights - but there was no apology or any kind words... I understand all the 1 star reviews here and I'm really disappointed.

I don't know if they still have to slaughter the cattle in the back, but there's always a long wait, half of it is always missing. You can only do it if you have to

I am extremely disappointed for the third time. I got cold woppers twice and on October 7th, 2024 I wasn't served. I will no longer support such dubious behavior. There are great alternatives to this store.

The star rating is in comparison to other Burger Kings. The restaurant has improved significantly since the ordering terminals were introduced. Unfortunately, sometimes the orders are incorrect or incomplete.

Minus 10 stars would still not be enough. Dirty atmosphere, the broken benches alone, far too long waiting times with few customers... the men's toilet is an imposition. The health department should go there... NOT RECOMMENDED

There were an estimated 8-10 employees milling around aimlessly and without a plan. They constantly switched between the counter and the kitchen and every 5 seconds hectically glanced at the monitors on which the order was being processed. One looks in vain for a porganization structure. After half an hour we received our food for three people. Sometimes cold, without any extra side dishes and once completely wrong. The staff was annoyed and unfriendly, but gracious enough to replace the wrong hamburger. Sorry, we'll never go to this branch again.

It started with the order at the drive-in counter... the man on the intercom doesn't understand a word and obviously doesn't know the Burger King menu either. After 5 attempts to give him my order, he finally repeats my order “correctly”. When he gave me the order through the window into my car, one of the lids on the cup wasn't properly on, so my car was dripped with Coke. At home I noticed that my wife got a Kings Chicken with cheese instead of a Kings Beef without cheese and I also got a completely different menu than what I ordered... I've had negative experiences in this branch several times, but that was really ours last visit here!

The waitress didn't understand me and barely spoke German. Half of the order was missing, of course the full amount was paid, unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home. But that's not all, we had terrible stomach cramps after eating the menu and spent the night on the toilet! I can't recommend anyone to set foot in the store, I'll give it a wide berth in the future!

Today I bought some food at Burger King for the first time in a long time. This branch on Michael-Brückner-Str. I definitely can't recommend it. Nuggets and sauces were completely forgotten. A double cheeseburger was ordered and we got it, well if I only knew.

Actually quite a nice branch. The staff always make sure the kids get the toy they want in their kid's meal. Prices are getting ridiculous though, but that's all fast food.

The 2 times I order from lieferrando and it doesn't come again. If you then want to call, not even one of the fun people will answer. What kind of juice shop is this if you don't feel like doing your job then quit!

Actually a branch like any other. I ate there because there is one of the cheapest gas stations in this corner in the immediate vicinity. You can drive directly from the Jet gas station to the Burger King branch without having to go to the main street. This is usually not very busy and you can get your food very quickly in the usual quality.

Was there Monday night. Little going on, advertising lights off. I drove past first because I assumed it was closed. When I finished ordering, a completely naked man walked in. Staff didn't say a word to me, just put the order out to take away. Had no problems with the food (vegan burgers). Luckily there was no dead animal instead of the vegan patties.

Since this branch opened, I have been a guest there every now and then. Unfortunately it's getting worse and worse. The smell from the toilets is unbearable and extends into the dining area. Often some ingredients are not in stock, so people don't say a word and just cheat. If you then complain about it, you will be persuaded that it has to be that way. The branch manager at the moment is at least accommodating enough to give you your money back. Overall, this branch makes an increasingly bad impression, everywhere you look it's dirty and the tray shelves are constantly overflowing. Not enough staff? Often only two or three people working. No wonder you can't keep up. It's a shame, I won't come again.

Drive-thru ordering rip-off? Yesterday I thought to myself, I'd just get a cheeseburger and a Whopper with cheese at the drive-thru. Before accepting the order, the nice lady said that only cash payment was possible at the counter. Otherwise I have to come to the restaurant. I thought nothing of it and ordered my two castles. I should pay 10.98 EUR. Wow, I wouldn't have thought that 2 burgers would be so expensive, but everything is getting more expensive. So I dutifully paid the lady EUR 22.00 so that I didn't just get change back and received EUR 11.02 back. Then I drove off... When I got home, I opened the bag, unpacked my two burgers and found the receipt. Whopper Cheese for EUR 5.99 and Cheeseburger for EUR 1.99. That makes a total of EUR 7.98. Wait a minute... I just paid EUR 10.98? What is that? The receipt says EUR 7.98. It even says that I gave 22 EUR and should have gotten 14.02 EUR back. And the lady actually only gives me 11.02 EUR back??? What is going on here? Are there now a EUR 3 charge when ordering at the drive-thru? At least there is no such fee listed on the receipt. Now, of course, paying cash at the drive-thru also makes sense. If I had pulled into the parking lot to look in the bag and then gone back to the restaurant to complain, I would never have been able to prove that I overpaid. Things would be different if you paid by card. I could probably go there now and show both the receipt with the actual amount and the bank statement with the debit. That left me speechless and I didn't really have an appetite for burgers anymore. If you imagine how many customers are deducted from such a number and how many people fall for it like I did, then that's a nice additional income. Or maybe it was all just a coincidence? Or did the lady miscalculate? That can happen... But if the cash register system shows the amount that I as a customer have to pay and the amount that has to be returned to me is also there, then I don't believe in coincidence or in incompetence Lady at the counter. Sorry, but not like that!

I was there the last 2 times and the meat was like raw and without the flame taste!!! I need 40 minutes to can order and the cooker really did the meat in a wrong way. Half menu to the trash. I need to find other place that cook in standard BK.
