absolutely bad service - the terminals (the only option for card payment) were faulty, every time out of 4 attempts an error occurred when you wanted to press the payment option and you had to start over. We also “demonstrated” the whole thing to the employee (also at DIFFERENT terminals), who didn’t know what to do other than send us to the drive through. When we got there, the employee said very arrogantly that it was our fault and that it was the card's fault (we didn't even get to pay!!) and when we tried to explain the situation to her, which we had explained to her for 2 minutes To explain, she denied it “it would work for the other customers too” and discussed it. She was super unsympathetic and unhelpful from the start. My personal guess is that the payment didn't work because we wanted to order plant based. Maybe that's why it worked for the other customers and not for us. I have no idea whether this Burger Kind doesn't have any plant-based products in stock or what the problem was, but certainly not because of the menu, since it couldn't even be used, but that apparently didn't fit into this unfriendly lady's worldview. I therefore recommend visiting other branches.

So first of all, if you want to see the restaurant as a standard Burger King restaurant, then you're unfortunately wrong. it's more like a dirty run-down museum. Lights flickered, one of the four screens was at half past eight, and only cash payment is possible at the checkout. There was also dust and dirt in every corner. However, the height was due to the unfriendly manager who, in my opinion, can't manage anything there. We wanted to order plant-based there and as soon as we wanted to pay (at the terminal) it said that it was not possible and that we had to get staff. We did that and the manager took a close look at what we had entered into the terminal. Then she saw with her own eyes that the ordering failed again and then said we should please come to the drive thru and then order there. we did that too. Then we came to the window and she said she had to discuss with us that all other customers were able to order at the terminal and that it was because of the card, for card payment. Only there was no payment because you couldn't pay before the error message appeared. She simply didn't understand this and it denied that the terminals had a fault and that it wasn't our fault. She also showed very disrespectful behavior.

Good evening everyone, I've wanted to write a review for a long time, but never got around to it. Burger King was very good back then, price-wise in the app, where you got 2 good burgers + side dishes + drinks for €8.99. Now of course it's worse, just like at McDonalds. The price is now €12.99, for example. If it were just that, of course it wouldn't be worth mentioning. The burgers were made with love, they were hot and beautifully designed. Everything was as you wanted it, and I was there very often back then and it was always good. I rarely go now, simply because it's too expensive and what you get is disgusting. Some of the burgers are completely cold and the hall is often very empty. The tomato is almost next to the burger and it's just not nice to eat this creature as it was back then. It's all slapped on carelessly and disgustingly, so you wonder why you bought two burgers for €10 that you could also spend on something cold at Kaufland, which in the end is almost warmer, but above all one thing: BETTER! I don't know whether reviews will be deleted and to what extent you can influence them in comments, but as long as it is as it is: don't go there. No attack on Burger King! The only thing that turned out bad for me was this branch, which was perfect back then. Good day

Very unfriendly staff. The same every time. They don't want to accept a 50 euro note because it's "too big". If you don't have enough money, you can just say so, but I don't know whether this way of dealing with people is because of where I come from or because they just don't feel like working. Incorrect orders are also common. (Food missing, wrong food served, clues ignored). I order a plant based burger and they give me one with “real” meat. Even though I can prove my order with a receipt, the staff still argues with me and wants to be right. I ask you, I have no choice but to assume that I am being treated so disgustingly because of my origins and my appearance. Other customers don't have this problem 🤔

The Burger King branch is certainly not worthy of a Michelin star, but that's not my claim at all. I have never been disappointed here so far. I always order on site from the screens and the orders were always put together correctly, nothing was ever missing. The burgers taste good and I always found the burgers from the King's Selection to be good, even visually. Maybe I've just been lucky so far, but every time there were correct people working and waiting times were less than 5 minutes. Cleanliness in the restaurant is ok, but here and there there is something on and under the tables. I can't comment on the toilets.

It's clean. But the guest room is unheated. It was uncomfortably cold and therefore not very inviting. The fries and the burgers were cold. The burger was probably never warm because the cheese wasn't melted. The Coca Cola didn't really taste like Coca Cola, probably saved on the syrup and low CO2. Overall unpleasant experience.

My worst visit to a branch ever. Not significantly different inside at 2° outside temperature. Forgot the extras when it came to a burger... while waiting for the new burger, my beloved Big King XXL cooled down due to the temperature in the shed. I then changed the fact that the Whopper sauce was on it. You also sit on completely torn leather chairs. The burger complained about was complete but only lukewarm. In short, cold fries, cold burgers, cold shop... this branch is absolutely underground

I'm here from time to time. I really like the ordering terminals, so you can choose at your leisure and change your order if necessary. The food is typical Burger King, the quality has always been okay. The cleanliness varies, but it must also be said that some visitors do not behave in a particularly civilized manner (they dirty the tables, the toilets, the parking lot and throw the garbage on the eagle rack out of the car window). Some of the upholstered furniture urgently needs to be replaced, it is so broken. It doesn't bother me that the employees often don't speak German very well, there are terminals. I'm rather happy that they do this job and ensure a full stomach 🙂 The 90 minutes of parking are enough for me and I haven't had any problems yet. Update November 2024: 48 euro contractual penalty for parking too long. Unfortunately, notices about maximum parking times are barely visible and there are no notices in the branch either. Customer friendliness looks different, I won't eat here again. I have no idea what's going on here lately. The waiting times are getting longer and something is forgotten in 90% of orders. I'm actually a big Burger King fan. But this branch, especially the partner company that takes care of parking space management, has completely disappointed me. I am a regular customer and have eaten there at least 3 times every month for the last 2 years. But now I got a parking fine of €48!!!! Just because I parked there for more than 1.5 hours. I was eating for a long time and since there wasn't such a growth in the past, I didn't think about it. I'm a loyal paying customer and love Burger King. But it really isn't possible to take the money out of my pocket like that. I've already told 11 of my other fast food friends about this. Unfortunately we no longer serve this store. Well, it's your own fault for such a rip-off. It's not like there was an urgent need for parking there. Everything was really empty. I am deeply disappointed :(

I then canceled it over the phone but had already paid with PayPal. He assured us that it was canceled and we would get the money back. So we all know that BK is not healthy. The fact that they are no longer cheap anymore, too. But the fact that they prepare food incorrectly and don't even say sorry afterwards is awesome. In short: I ordered an expensive menu, extra WITHOUT onions, because I actually have an allergic reaction to it, I said that and ordered a few extras, all of which are chargeable... But then instead of no onions I had them - on all my burgers Onions! Can something like this be chosen? I do not think so. I went back 2 days later because it's a little trip around the world for me - the manager didn't say "sorry we prepared your food wrong" - he said "why are you only coming now..." He was serious? I actually had to discuss getting my rights - but there was no apology or any kind words... I understand all the 1 star reviews here and I'm really disappointed.

There were an estimated 8-10 employees milling around aimlessly and without a plan. They constantly switched between the counter and the kitchen and every 5 seconds hectically glanced at the monitors on which the order was being processed. One looks in vain for a porganization structure. After half an hour we received our food for three people. Sometimes cold, without any extra side dishes and once completely wrong. The staff was annoyed and unfriendly, but gracious enough to replace the wrong hamburger. Sorry, we'll never go to this branch again.

It started with the order at the drive-in counter... the man on the intercom doesn't understand a word and obviously doesn't know the Burger King menu either. After 5 attempts to give him my order, he finally repeats my order “correctly”. When he gave me the order through the window into my car, one of the lids on the cup wasn't properly on, so my car was dripped with Coke. At home I noticed that my wife got a Kings Chicken with cheese instead of a Kings Beef without cheese and I also got a completely different menu than what I ordered... I've had negative experiences in this branch several times, but that was really ours last visit here!

The waitress didn't understand me and barely spoke German. Half of the order was missing, of course the full amount was paid, unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home. But that's not all, we had terrible stomach cramps after eating the menu and spent the night on the toilet! I can't recommend anyone to set foot in the store, I'll give it a wide berth in the future!

First of all, we were charged €48 by this strange valet service, even though we were there for less than 50 minutes while it was still in operation, even though the parking time or anything else like that was not exceeded. Ridiculous... and bad for the company itself.

Today I bought some food at Burger King for the first time in a long time. This branch on Michael-Brückner-Str. I definitely can't recommend it. Nuggets and sauces were completely forgotten. A double cheeseburger was ordered and we got it, well if I only knew.

I got a €48.00 penalty for parking, I only parked for 27 minutes!! I called them to get my receipt, they told me they would talk to the manager and call me back but they didn't. I will never go to this Burger King again.

Sorry, when I encourage my customers to use the sanitary facilities outside that may not be open, it reflects how important they are to Burger King. So be it that sales may be lost as a result.

McDonald's im Europa Center Berlin Die Burger-Brötchen sind labbrig und das Fleisch lauwarm. Störend ist die übermäßige Menge an Ketchup, Mayonnaise und Senf in den Burgern. Das Brötchen wird zusätzlich durch die vorbereiteten, fertig liegenden Burger feucht und weich, da sich in der Papierfolien-Verpackung Kondenswasser bildet und das Brot aufweicht Auch die Pommes sind enttäuschend: weder knusprig noch warm, stattdessen schlaff, zu salzig und trocken. Ein schlecht geführtes McDonald's-Restaurant, das von einem Franchise-Unternehmer betrieben wird, der offenbar keinerlei Expertise im Gastronomiebereich besitzt. Erschreckend ist insbesondere die Vielzahl negativer Rezensionen. Offenbar scheint dies die McDonald's-Unternehmenszentrale nicht zu interessieren?

A curry stall that promises a lot and delivers little. The employee is quick, but impersonal and disinterested. After 10 seconds, the price is announced several times, even though you haven't completely placed the order yet. The sausage waits lonely and slightly dried on the side roaster - just lukewarm to cold on the plate. When asked and pointed out, one senses a lack of interest in answering it. Fries are good and the hot onions are great. It's a shame, there could be more going on if the service was good and the sausage came fresh and crispy from the roaster. Let's go to the next booth

I can only recommend the Long Chicken, they are really the best (in terms of feel and crunch), they mess up every now and then, but that doesn't happen often. The shop is usually clean and spacious inside and I think you can eat well there. The shop also has an outdoor area, but that's not my cup of tea. That's why I give it 4 out of 5 stars, otherwise, move on
