Today I bought some food at Burger King for the first time in a long time. This branch on Michael-Brückner-Str. I definitely can't recommend it. Nuggets and sauces were completely forgotten. A double cheeseburger was ordered and we got it, well if I only knew.

I got a €48.00 penalty for parking, I only parked for 27 minutes!! I called them to get my receipt, they told me they would talk to the manager and call me back but they didn't. I will never go to this Burger King again.

The food was like everywhere else. I was there for 1.5 hours, ate and ordered something more because I was working on something on my laptop between two appointments. I then had to pay a contractual penalty of €48 for "exceeding my parking time" when the parking space was almost empty. This is a planned rip-off. I will never come back and advise all guests.

Actually quite a nice branch. The staff always make sure the kids get the toy they want in their kid's meal. Prices are getting ridiculous though, but that's all fast food.

The 2 times I order from lieferrando and it doesn't come again. If you then want to call, not even one of the fun people will answer. What kind of juice shop is this if you don't feel like doing your job then quit!

Food the way you know it! Staff are extremely unfriendly and unmotivated, walking around the counter in a very annoyed manner. Ambience is good but the tables and chairs are dirty. Tray for tablets overflows and piles up.

Once again I kindly asked if it was possible to get slightly warmer cheeseburgers, which they said yes 🫢 but reaching into the toilet rarely makes you happy ❗🫤 because again it wasn't really warm even though there was time, I did I don't feel like it anymore because other people are taking my money 💸 too, I stole another customer from you, you can afford it ❗

Actually a branch like any other. I ate there because there is one of the cheapest gas stations in this corner in the immediate vicinity. You can drive directly from the Jet gas station to the Burger King branch without having to go to the main street. This is usually not very busy and you can get your food very quickly in the usual quality.

Special offers from the app are not always available, location is bad near the stroad and a dangerous S-Bahn station. Traffic layout is terrible both at the parking lot and adjacent intersection (was almost ran over there as a pedestrian). A lot of shady people, homeless and other unpleasant elements in the evening. Also it's like +40 inside every time I visit. I almost got a heat stroke just waiting for the order. Poor workers...

Was there Monday night. Little going on, advertising lights off. I drove past first because I assumed it was closed. When I finished ordering, a completely naked man walked in. Staff didn't say a word to me, just put the order out to take away. Had no problems with the food (vegan burgers). Luckily there was no dead animal instead of the vegan patties.

Since this branch opened, I have been a guest there every now and then. Unfortunately it's getting worse and worse. The smell from the toilets is unbearable and extends into the dining area. Often some ingredients are not in stock, so people don't say a word and just cheat. If you then complain about it, you will be persuaded that it has to be that way. The branch manager at the moment is at least accommodating enough to give you your money back. Overall, this branch makes an increasingly bad impression, everywhere you look it's dirty and the tray shelves are constantly overflowing. Not enough staff? Often only two or three people working. No wonder you can't keep up. It's a shame, I won't come again.

Drive-thru ordering rip-off? Yesterday I thought to myself, I'd just get a cheeseburger and a Whopper with cheese at the drive-thru. Before accepting the order, the nice lady said that only cash payment was possible at the counter. Otherwise I have to come to the restaurant. I thought nothing of it and ordered my two castles. I should pay 10.98 EUR. Wow, I wouldn't have thought that 2 burgers would be so expensive, but everything is getting more expensive. So I dutifully paid the lady EUR 22.00 so that I didn't just get change back and received EUR 11.02 back. Then I drove off... When I got home, I opened the bag, unpacked my two burgers and found the receipt. Whopper Cheese for EUR 5.99 and Cheeseburger for EUR 1.99. That makes a total of EUR 7.98. Wait a minute... I just paid EUR 10.98? What is that? The receipt says EUR 7.98. It even says that I gave 22 EUR and should have gotten 14.02 EUR back. And the lady actually only gives me 11.02 EUR back??? What is going on here? Are there now a EUR 3 charge when ordering at the drive-thru? At least there is no such fee listed on the receipt. Now, of course, paying cash at the drive-thru also makes sense. If I had pulled into the parking lot to look in the bag and then gone back to the restaurant to complain, I would never have been able to prove that I overpaid. Things would be different if you paid by card. I could probably go there now and show both the receipt with the actual amount and the bank statement with the debit. That left me speechless and I didn't really have an appetite for burgers anymore. If you imagine how many customers are deducted from such a number and how many people fall for it like I did, then that's a nice additional income. Or maybe it was all just a coincidence? Or did the lady miscalculate? That can happen... But if the cash register system shows the amount that I as a customer have to pay and the amount that has to be returned to me is also there, then I don't believe in coincidence or in incompetence Lady at the counter. Sorry, but not like that!

The location is really great, unfortunately when you walk into the store there is a strong smell of sewage, which shouldn't be the case for a food processing place. I was there the last 2 times and the meat was like raw and without the flame taste!!! I need 40 minutes to can order and the cooker really did the meat in a wrong way. Half menu to the trash. I need to find other place that cook in standard BK.

Ate the last 2 burgers and yes, what can I say, my stomach wasn't feeling well afterwards. Shortly afterwards we saw that the report about the conditions at Burger King was filmed in the branch. So it's no longer surprising that the store doesn't have a good reputation. Employees totally listless, cleanliness is okay and in general this store makes a shabby impression.

Broken interior, broken toilets, not enough parking spaces adequately describes this Burger King. The food is like everywhere else, you won't find any service. The tablet tray was also so full that customers placed theirs on it or sometimes next to it. Not again 🙄

So I think this Burger King is one of the best. The burgers are freshly made, the service is always polite and it is never too crowded here as it is a bit out of the way. It's actually primarily a drive-thru, but of course you can also eat in the restaurant here.

"Know one, know all" Long wait for the food and then the fries 🍟 were cold and with my 2 Whoppers the patties probably saw the grill as they flew by, they were cold. After the complaint, the burger 🍔 was at the appropriate temperature. But the complaint process was very slow in terms of communication.

The food as well as the service and all the trimmings are really the last thing...you should probably hire competent staff with whom you can communicate properly and who can probably speak German...a shame about the place

Die Langsamste "Fast"foodkette die ich kenne....!Über 20 Minuten aufs Essen gewartet....Burger und Pommes waren fast kalt....fürs Kind hat die Überraschung im Kidsmenü und die Saucen gefehlt...und welch Überraschung, es gab nicht mal Nuggets(wurden vom Personal zu weing bestellt)die Mitarbeiter sind völlig überfordert....der Innenbereich is durch offener, abgesperrter Tür total ausgekühlt und es stinkt beim rein kommen schon nach Klo!Der Parkplatz war auch völlig verdreckt.

Meine Partnerin und ich haben gestern durch diesen Laden eine Lebensmittelvergiftung erlitten. Uns ging es noch nie so schlecht. Das Gesundheitsamt wird informiert. Sowas geht garnicht!!

Katastrophale Hygienezustände. Bin 4-5 mal hier gewesen und jedes mal war keine Seife auf WC vorhanden, die Toiletten stinken schlimmer als jedes Dixie-Klo. Der Geruch zieht bis in den Essensbereich. Unterirdisch.

Essen schmeckt nicht, Toilette stinkt, hatte Magenschmerzen und Durchfall danach Nie wieder diesen Laden. Auf dem PARKPLATZ wird man abgezogen. Maximal 90 min parken ansonsten 48€ strafe. Man zahlt quasi für das ausscheissen im nachhinein also ich werden diesen Laden meiden nie wieder !!!

Nach der Bestellung 20 Minuten gewartet, schließlich auf dem Tablett erhalten, obwohl zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Falsches Getränk. Saucen stimmten ebenfalls nicht. Buh!

everywhere the same... 1 piece of meat with ketchup, 1 slice of cucumber and 1 piece of cheese... I will never eat at Burger King again in my life !

Eigentliche nur ein bekannter durchschnittlicher Schnellimbiss einer Fastfoodkette. Man weiß ja worauf man sich einlässt. Aber hier wurde ich dann doch etwas enttäuscht. Burger bestellt, Wartezeit ist ja normal, soll ja frisch und heiß sein, aber was dann kam war es eben nicht. Frisch zubereiteter Burger und kalt, Schinken halb roh, Pommes ohne Salz, so soll das echt nicht sein. Und der Laden war gerade leer, Zeit wäre gewesen. Also nicht ok. Dazu nicht alle Tische sauber und Müll und Reste in den Ecken herumstehend. Ich war negativ überrascht.

Im Vergleich zu früheren Zeiten hat sich die Filiale sehr gesteigert! Mein Eindruck: SAUBER! Servicemitarbeiterin sehr freundlich und die Bestellung (Coupons plus ein Cookie Caramel) war in gut 12 Minuten ( am Freitag Abends um 18:30Uhr) fertig zum mitnehmen! Preis für 6 Burger, 3 mal Pommes, 3 mal Cola und den Cookie 30 Euro. Finde für den Preis und die Wartezeit kann/sollte man nicht meckern! Das Ambiente hat sich nicht sonderlich verändert-man will sich ja nicht für Stunden dort aufhalten- was für mich auch nicht ausschlaggebend war! Ansonsten für ein schnelles Abendessen in Ordnung! Man sollte bedenken das für 3 Berliner Döner mittlerweile ohne Beigabe auch fast 20 Euro abgerufen werden! Ich kann die Filiale auf jeden Fall empfehlen 👍

Ich war Sonntag den 21.01.24 um 22:35 ca. im „Drive in“ Es war die schlimmste Entscheidung. Ich fahre ran und möchte bestellen kein Hallo kein nichts also warte ich, sage und schreibe 10minuten und darf mir Gespräche vom Mitarbeitern anhören. Ich habe mehrmals mich bemerkbar gemacht irgendwann ist nur ein „warte“ gekommen über den Lautsprecher. Als ich bestellen dürfte kein „Hallo“ kein „willkommen“ Nix, nur trocken „Bestellung“. Ich bestelle Smart ein Menü. Beim Fenster dann statt zu kassieren steht der Mitarbeiter rum alleine im leeren Laden und guckt durch die Gegend. Beim Pommes machen hat er seine Finger wie eine alte Oma angelutscht damit er die Tüte für Pommes öffnet. Pommes waren schrecklich durch. Keine Freundlichkeit, kein Danke, bitte oder sonst was. Schrecklich. Er war wohl laut Akzent ein arabischer Bürger Marokkaner oder Tunesier vielleicht. Einfach ein NO GO so ein benehmen. Da ist wohl eine Schulung fällig was Freundlichkeit betrifft.!!!!! Ps. Er war nicht das erste mal so bei euch.

Lage an der Strasse ist gut, es gibt genug Parkplätze.Sieht gut aus von draussen aber das WC ist ekelig, stinkt. Da sollte mehr sauber gemacht werden, wenigstens mit Deo sprühen. Die Sitzbereiche sind kalt weil die Innentür ständig offen steht. Über das Essen und die Getränke kann man nicht meckern! Nur etwas freundlicher! Mehr weibliche Bedienung kann mehr Gäste anlocken.

Die WCs sind der reinste Horror. Da riechen die WCs auf Autobahnen besser. Der Duft zieht bis in den Essensbereich, so das einem echt der Appetit vergeht. Überhaupt nicht schön so etwas.

Leute bitte geht hier nicht essen, das war so ekelhaft. Wir hatten plant based Burger und ich will garnicht wissen wie ekelig echtes Fleisch hier ist. Gerochen hat es im ganzen Laden nach Toilette, ka warum. Wir waren zu dritt und alle waren super angeekelt.

Wird immer schlimmer. Essen schmeckt absolut nicht. Burger sieht unappetitlich und schmeckt auch entsprechend. Pommes extrem versalzen. Alles kaputt us es stinkt übelst nach Kanalisation.

Laden wird dem Gesundheitsamt gemeldet ! Unglaublich unhygienisch und ekelhaft. 1 Woche Magen-Darm gehabt seit ich hier gegessen hab und das nicht nur ein mal.

Kein Personal zu sehen am Tresen. Bestellung nur Per Tablet. Sind ohne Essen gegangen und zu Mac Donels gefahren. War auch sehr leer bei Burger.

30 Minuten Wartezeit ist einfach zu lange! Der Gastraum kalt, wie draußen, das Essen war nicht richtig warm und kühlte schnell durch die Kälte (0,5 Grad Außentemperatur) ab, die auch im Gastraum herrschte. Bedienung und Küchencrew langsam. War sehr enttäuscht! Keine Konkurrenz für ein anderes fastfood Restaurant!

Sehr freundliches Personal.Essen hat wie immer geschmeckt.Leider kam ein komischer Geruch aus der Herrentoilette.Eine Mischung aus Reinigungsmittel und Fäkalien vielleicht.Das hat diesen Besuch etwas getrübt.

Da Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt aber es hat sehr nach Kanalisation im Restaurant gerochen außerdem waren viele Stühle kaputt deswegen eine 2 Sterne Bewertung das meiste macht der Geruch aus

Boden dreckig, Tische und Sitzgelegenheiten verleimt. Die Herrentoilette stinkt völlig nach pisse. Die pinkelklos sind ohne spühlfunktion. Sitzklos sind ohne toilettendeckel. Im großen und ganzen nen ekelladen und ne Schande für den Konzern, aber kann man ja auch erwarten wenn 100 Prozent aus der Wüste kommen

Hier stinkt es seit Monaten nach Toilette und faulen Eiern. Jedes Mal fehlt etwas. meine Bestellung wurde 5 mal falsch gemacht. Habe noch nie alles richtig erhalten.

Tische sind morgens um 10 schmutzig, obwohl der Laden gerade erst auf gemacht hat.

Zwei Kassen geschlossen ,der gesamte Eingangbereich stank in übelster Weise nach Fäkalien, es war kalt . Unzumutbar diese Filiale.

Leider der Toilettengeruch lässt uns nicht von Ort essen bitte einmal sauber machen mit klor am sonst das Essen schmeckt Schade jedesmal des selbe
