Burger King in Berlin

Sorry, when I encourage my customers to use the sanitary facilities outside that may not be open, it reflects how important they are to Burger King. So be it that sales may be lost as a result.

The staff doesn't speak German and makes everything to take away, even though you didn't order it to take away. Then pull out the tray for a moment and then claim that you don't have any clean trays and you can still eat there. Wouldn't have bothered me if the table had been clean.

The world-famous fast food chain offers the full range of products on 2 floors. Lots of customers, so everything is always fresh. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is high.

I order a single standard burger. The burger is ready to hand. Nevertheless, each order is processed one after the other. Even if the others had 100 items on the order and I had to wait about 20 minutes... Stupid service

Unlikable, rude and extremely disrespectful They also let you stand in front of the checkout for 10 minutes. Then put out a sign and say please order at the terminal You really don't expect much these days, but that was terrible

If you want to eat something at night, you can do so here on Schönhauser Allee at the train station until 2 a.m.

Everything was great, the restaurant is very friendly and the food was also very tasty

what can I say to a big company that has the power to remove our reciews

I ordered food here via Uber Eats on March 11th – and never again! I vomited all night, probably due to food poisoning. Just the thought of Burger King now disgusts me, and just hearing the name makes me sick.

Small fries are sold as medium fries. You are harassed by homeless people who smell like urine... Homeless or not, but that doesn't work in a "restaurant". There should have been a reaction. And then this constant bombardment of Indian music... Really bad, it was better for a Burger King

Unhygienic....the wrapped burgers are written on with wax crayons...which then stick to your fingers while you eat.... The seller just came cheekily: "They don't eat the paper"! The health department will take care of that...thank you...

Was there for the first time today. The first impression is paper and receipts in the service area. Neither employee felt able to remove it. The remaining waste on one of the seats was also ignored 4 times as we walked past. Otherwise: Ordering cashless can only be done at one of 5 terminals. Devices take a long time to process input. After another drink was spilled, they immediately cleaned it up and put up a warning sign. Conclusion: Waiting time for food was 2 minutes, which was also ok. Staff was friendly. The queue number display on the screen is very small. Sufficient space on 2 levels. Toilet available (upstairs) but locked. No WiFi, which personally doesn't bother me. I think the price and performance ratio is quite okay. Tray trolleys were always available and overall Burger King makes a clean impression.

Vending machine restaurant. Completely impersonal!

That day I ordered 2x MC Sunday and 1x vanilla milkshake with my big sister and then puked in the evening and had diarrhea

Service and food is fine. There is a hidden lower priced promotional menu in the electronic kiosks. I never even go here because McDonalds promotions are public and all available on the mobile app. When choosing between BK and McD I avoid BK for this reason.

It’s ok , but they keep mixing up the orders! For example I order a strawberry milkshake and they give me a vanilla shake and sometimes the dip for the fries never comes.

We were there on Friday evening around midnight after a concert. Had to wait forever for our food. BUT Mr. Rekisch tried very hard to keep us happy. Because of the waiting time, we got free fries as compensation. Great. I have the highest respect for maintaining such calm in such a working environment and also for dealing with difficult, drunk customers. The employee in question is also quite young, but carries out his job very professionally. I'm giving it five stars just because of him. The ambience and shop furnishings are amazing. Food was ok, as you would expect.

I wanted to redeem a voucher and a dark-haired, older, short man with a bald head said, "go machine" and simply turned away from the checkout again. When I said it didn't work, he said "wrong code". Sure, the QR codes are wrong. Rude and no desire to do anything or want to help a customer.

Very nice and sincere service (sometimes) - but it's a shame if you order extra cheese for a Börga that comes without cheese. How are you going to hide the fact that there is no cheese on it?! opened once, and again no cheese on it. third time in a row...

Burgers were dry, meat tough. not tasty... better to avoid it

Seemed understaffed. The man had a hard time understanding me, so there was a language barrier but he still achieved his goal. The food was okay, but unfortunately the cheese on the burger wasn't melted. Toilets were very dirty.

Official Burger King promotions are simply not recognized and you are expelled from the store, service is zero.

Eating is like in any other BK, but the ordering machine is so broken that you unfortunately cannot redeem the points you have collected. If it is repaired it will be 5 stars again.

My favorite Burger King and also the only one I visit. Also kept very clean most of the time. The only ones I prefer to avoid are the toilets.

The actions never happen in any way, what's the point of this nonsense? BK but there are no whoopers?! Badly organized? Once there was a shift manager who was so nice and hospitable that I almost felt like I was in a good restaurant... instead of BurgerKing. The toilet is so dirty. I don't think it was ever cleaned there. Disgusting, about to puke. It is saved and not cleaned. The people who use the toilet there should also behave, what an impudence. Are you sure you’re as “clean” at home?

A BURGER KING, like so many in Berlin and elsewhere. Since I can only report on my experiences... ..I find the shop very slow. Since orders only take place via a panel, things have slowed down dramatically there and for me it no longer has anything to do with a fast-food restaurant. Which is a shame because that's exactly what I always want the branches,...that if you were in a hurry, you could grab a shot from a citizen there. But now they say....Bring not only money, but also time. I also find the unisextoilette.den unusual, which has often caused confusion among the audience.

Ordered via Lieferando. 3 of 4 bags of fries were missing, the two bags of chicken nuggets 9s were completely missing. You wonder whether people really work there or whether everything happens by chance.

Der Service war freundlich, aber die Pommes eine Frechheit. Sie waren kalt und standen bestimmt schon Stunden. Sie schmeckten wie kalte labbrige Kartoffeln aus dem Kühlschrank mit altem und kalten Frittierfett dran, habe sie nicht runterbekommen und weggeworfen. Und dafür nehmen die hier fast 4 Euro?!?!? Das ist Betrug am Kunden. War mein erster und letzter Besuch hier.

Der schrecklichste Burger King den ich kenne. Dreck und Müll egal wo man hinschaut, egal ob in der oberen Etage auf den Tischen und Stühlen sowie auf dem Boden oder vor dem Restaurant. Das Personal ist auch nicht daran interessiert die verschütteten Getränke und Essensreste bzw. die gesamten Verpackungen der Vorgänger zu entsorgen, obwohl sie mehrfach daran vorbei gegangen sind und selbst noch den Dreck mit einem Kick in die nächste Ecke befördert haben. Das Essen schmeckt zum Teil wie mindestens 3h alt , hier das Beispiel Pommes. Auch eine Bestellung am Tresen wird vollkommen abgelehnt und einem so auch gesagt, da ja 2 Bestellautomaten da sind, wovon einer defekt und der andere durch gefühlt 10 Leute belegt ist. Hier sollte das Gesundheitsamt und die Burger King Zentrale mal Besuche abstatten.

Ein typischer Franchisenehmer der großen King Kette, mir persönlich hat das nette Personal gefallen und die schnelle Bedienung. Die zentrale Lage ist zudem ein großer Pluspunkt. Was ich bei Burger King einfach liebe ist die reichhaltige Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten und das es auch länger anhaltend satt macht.

Sehr gemütlich und nie überfüllt. Perfekt für einen kleinen Zwischenstopp wenn man aus der Ringbahn aussteigt 👍

Ein kalter Bacon King spät abends nach dem Saufen (oder auch vor dem Saufen) ist besser als gar kein Bacon King.

Essen wie jeder andere Burger King auch, Typ vom Personal unfreundlich gewesen , musste dringend auf das WC (allein zum Händewaschen ein MUSS) und nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen als Kunde der vor Ort gegessen und bezahlt , war er sehr genervt von mir und hat mit die KUNDENTOILLETE aufgesperrt und stand mit im WC Bereich und hat mich gedrängt schneller zu machen und immer wieder gesagt das Rauchverbot ist nur weil ich Zigaretten in der Hand hatte . Komplett mülll sorry, wie würdest du dich da fühlen du FischKopf, nur weil es junkys gibt die gerne die wc nutzen, heißt das nicht das du so mit Kunden umgehen darfst . Such dir neuen Job besser, bei der Polizei Berlin oder so …

Normalerweise ist die Filiale ganz okay und Bestellungen werden richtig zubereitet(also das mindeste) Aber dieses Mal haben die Mitarbeiter irgendwie lieb gesagt verkackt 1 burger wurde vergessen, der Veggie burger ist nicht Veggie und der andere hatte statt Doppelt nur einmal Käse drauf bei 4 burgern die bestellt wurden ist es also eine meisterleistung die Bestellung so falsch zuzubereiten. (wir haben den vollen Preis bezahlt und leider erst zuhause bemerkt was alles falsch ist)

Was soll ich sagen ist halt Fast food für den kleinen Hunger zwischen durch voll okaaay aber ernährt euch gesund und ausgewogen ,,Personal war nett und hat nix vergessen so wie in anderen Läden

Hatte einen veganen Cheeseburger und der war wirklich furchtbar. Der Patty war total labberig und kein bisschen gebräunt, die Saucen nicht verteilt, sondern nur in der Mitte. Keine Ahnung, ob der Burger in einer anderen Filiale/richtig zubereitet geschmeckt hätte, aber so war's wirklich ein Albtraumburger.

Pommes waren nicht original, aber ansonsten würdiger Schuppen für nen Katersonntag im Drive In

Teilweise sehr unfreundliches Personal, oft sehr dreckige Tische, viel Müll liegt herum. Der Knaller ist, die Mitarbeiter weigern sich strikt Bestellungen persönlich entgegen zu nehmen. Es wird auf diese blöden Terminals verwiesen, Begründung: keine Kasse. Wenn man seine Bestellung dann an diesem völlig bescheuerten Blechkasten eingegeben hat und bezahlen möchte kann Mann u.a. mit Karte aber auch in BAR zahlen. Mit dem Zahlschein geht's dann zur Kasse wo man dann dem Menschen das Geld in die Hand gibt. Ernsthaft? @Burgerking, ihr wollt mich doch auf den Arm nehmen... Der Service ist sowas von unterirdisch!!!

There are 3 self-order kiosk. The staff are unfriendly and looks upset. The burgers were ok but the fries, oh boy the fries! They were terrible!! The coupons from the app does not work. The store looks unclean. I won’t be coming back.

23:20 am 28.7 der Mann auf der Kadse steht ist sehr freundlich und nett. Im WC gabs kein Klopapier hat er gleich aufgefüllt und geputzt. In dieser Uhrzeit wie kann man so nett sein

die türkin(?) , die heute am 26.07.2023 , frühschicht hatte ist dermaßen unfreundlich. es kommt ein kunde und möchte bestellen sie sagt:“ können sie nicht lesen ? steht doch da nur am automaten bestellen“. scheucht wie eine furie die andere mitarbeiterin rum. sollte mal ihrem sozialverhalten arbeiten. schreit den laden zusammen , kein wunder das hier kaum leute sind.
