Burger King in Berlin

I ordered 2 menus where the fries were missing from both of them. When I told the employee, he told me that they weren't part of the menu even though they were on the receipt and wanted 60 cents from me for the ketchup I had forgotten!!! Toilets only open at the bottom & only the one large one that was completely filthy.. everything upstairs is completely closed including the seating area, never again!! The star goes to the onion rings, which were delicious, but otherwise that was it!

Ms. Heba was super friendly and served us excellently. Great shift manager who has more than just a good handle on her team. Great woman

The ordering machines are the last shit. You don't need to ask for help, even though you have employees, you won't get any help. Very unfortunate and rude

Main entrance closed, you have to enter the back of the shop. There is no information sign. Coupons don't work at the machines, so you have to pay exorbitant prices. At the checkout at the front, the coupons suddenly work for the friendly (I think Ukrainian) employee. But another woman immediately storms over to her and orders her not to take any more orders; the customers should only use the machines. Mobile orders via the app are also not possible. FuzeTea Peach was not available to order, even though I could see the bottles. McDonalds is worlds better when it comes to software and service.

15 minutes of watching in silence as one of the employees in the kitchen complained loudly in her native language about the customers who had prepared them incorrectly. After I left the room I realized that I had received beef instead of chicken and wanted to exchange it politely and suddenly she started yelling at me and shouted from the kitchen “that she didn’t have time to talk to us” And after making sure I didn't order wrong, I heard "what's the problem?" It doesn't have anything to do with nationality or anything like that, it's just called rude, unqualified staff. Complaint to head office is also sent.

The waiting time is unforgivable 47 minutes for a coke. When we asked about the status of the order we were rudely rejected and I was told that the order was already out. Likewise, communication between customers and service staff is very difficult and incomprehensible Very dissatisfied with my visit.

The food is always as you would expect, and the drive-thru is packed properly. We have never had an incorrectly packed order in this branch. Only the waiting time at the drive-in is sometimes too long, often over 10-15 minutes. Have to wait. But the employees are always nice and friendly.

This branch has slacked off a lot. Staff who speak bad German (and feel like they gossip about guests with colleagues) Cleanliness could be better. The employees used to go through the store more often and clean tables etc... Food is just standard Burger King.

Cappuccino is not good at all. You may be thinking, what did I expect to get a good coffee at Burger King? Sry, if you offer something like that it always has to be good. If you have something bad, you shouldn't offer it at all.

Edit: Now that the machines have been established everywhere, I go here again every now and then. But be careful, always, really ALWAYS check that everything is inside. Things are so often forgotten that it seems to have a system. I just forgot once and immediately got ripped off again, two things that were ordered and paid for were missing again. Original: Beautiful, new vending machine ordering system. The things themselves are really good, you have all the options with a view of the price, see what extra it costs, etc. The only problem is when, like here, the staff ignores these orders. After I ordered at the machine, 5 new guests came into the regular ordering queue and were served before an employee took care of the terminal orders. Actually, the speed was always an argument for the store... But I will avoid this in the future

The order was made at the terminal and this time it was the second time that the Quetschi was missing from the children's menu and we weren't asked what we wanted instead. In addition, all the sauces were forgotten. When I asked the employee that the Quetschi was missing, he just said: "It's sold out." He turned around and continued working on the other orders. I couldn't even mention that the sauces were missing. I think the promotions that Burger King is currently doing with the coupons and especially the onion rings are really great. But if in the end you don't get what you paid for then that's very weak. I think I'll switch back to MCDonolds.

Bad service, even worse food – Burger King disappoints across the board I have rarely been as disappointed with a fast food visit as I was at this Burger King branch. As soon as you entered the store you could tell that the service was no good. Instead of a friendly greeting, there was disinterest. The staff seemed barely able to formulate clear sentences and there was no trace of politeness or a simple “please” and “thank you”. It seems like no one has ever heard the term “customer service.” The highlight, however, was the food. What is sold here as a “burger” hardly deserves the name. The burger was cold, the bun was limp, and the patty tasted like it had been pressed from the cheapest meat substitute. The fries - or rather the sad, over-fatty leftover potatoes - were soggy and tasteless. Not even the ketchup could save this bland taste. I wanted to redeem 400 crowns but the employee was unable to redeem them for me and the crowns disappeared In summary: If you like bad service, bland food and a generally unfriendly atmosphere, this is the place for you. I recommend everyone else to give this store a wide berth. Burger King? More of a burger flop!

The service is bad, no one can speak German really well. Locals from Albania would have it easier to communicate than Germans in their own country. The food is cold, small portions and there is a 10 minute wait for an ICE CREAM. Conclusion: cold food, no employees who speak German, and too long of a wait. Better go to McDonald's

The employee with the black, long hair at the checkout at around 1:30 p.m. was very unfriendly. She also complained to us because we asked something. On the other hand, the brown-haired colleague was super friendly and was also very helpful.

Today was the third time I went to the “Drive In” I was in a hurry and just wanted a cheeseburger and ice cream. It took a whole 15 minutes and the burger wasn't even really warm. 17min waiting time for an easy order! The store was dirty from the floor to the toilets just disgusting. The fries were cold. Thank you, the experience left an impression on me… every star is too many, sorry!!! Absolutely NO GO.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the playground and the tables in your branch are very dirty. The playground is heavily contaminated and urgently needs a thorough cleaning to ensure safety and hygiene for the children. The tables and seating areas are also very dirty and should be cleaned. I would appreciate it if you could take care of the cleaning immediately so that all guests, especially children, can use the area safely and cleanly again.

Forget fast food! Our fast-paced world is already hectic enough. Go to Burger King in Waidmannslust, order a cheeseburger, sit back and slow down. A fairly clean shop that is a pleasure to visit. The selection is huge and we sometimes like to eat a set menu here. A visit is worth it.

Placed an order of 2 burgers and waded in the store for 22 minutes... They also seem to be understaffed and when others complained the staff responded rudely. An incredible impudence and drove away other customers...

Always a hassle, the promotions often don't exist here and today I stood for 15 minutes and tried to place a large order three times. Every time the system collapsed during the payment process. I think only interns work here. Incredibly incompetent employees across the board who don't seem to know what they're doing. No movement works, everything takes forever. Quality is poor, fries are never fresh, and the burgers are different every time. Pull yourself together and do your job right!

The food has always been good and always complete. Gladly again. Update 5/19/24: I've been there 4 times in the last 2 months and each time the order terminals crashed. Staff don't know how to help either.

What you would expect from BK. It has a lot of space, the service is quick and it seems clean... at least on the surface... but it used to be better somehow. The service girls work bored.

If you're in a hurry, Burger King always works. Personally, I like it better than the competition with the golden M. The flatulence from fast food is always free :)

The last time we visited the drive in we redeemed voucher 401. When we got home, we discovered that the two X-tra Long Chilli CHEESE burgers were prepared without cheese. We called the branch and explained the case. We were assured that a piece of paper with my name would be left and that we could pick up two free X-tra Long Chilli Cheese Burgers on our next visit. Today we were at the drive in again. Of course there was no note, but there was the friendly answer: “Anyone can come there.” I wonder how everyone can know that two free burgers can be picked up in my name at this very branch. Today I spent money again on, among other things, a warm cola, a strawberry shake that was actually supposed to be a vanilla shake and cold burgers. A bunch of money spent for nothing, with no compensation. Now there is one less customer, but Burger King doesn't seem to care.

Da ich 42 min auf meine Bestellung warten musste, hatte ich genug Zeit das Treiben hinter der Theke zu beobachten. Unfassbar schlecht! Von 10 Bestellung wurden 4 reklamiert und eine Reklamation nochmals beanstandet. Burgerbrötchen durchgesifft, Essen war kalt und der Mann und die Frau hinter dem Thresen haben sich ständig ungeblafft. Wenn du auf Inkompetenz und schlechtem Essen stehst, bist du da genau richtig. Spart Euch das Geld.

Ein super Service am Drive-In - lange nicht mehr so viel gelacht beim bestellen! Die Person, die unsere Bestellung entgegengenommen hat, hätte uns alles verkaufen können! Ein ganz tolles Erlebnis, welches ich so noch nie hatte...

Fangen wir an beim bestellen. Unfreundliches personal. Aber ist ok. Denn die Lieferung des fraß ging schnell. Aber es war auch nicht viel los. Bestellt hatten ich und meine beste Freundin pommes mit Käse und röstzwiebeln. Wir öffneten die schachtel und sahen einen schmauß. Aber schmeckt es auch wirklich? Das fragten wir uns auch. Und? Eine geschmacksexplosion in goldgelb. Super lecker. Allerdings haben wir auf tik tok also von einer seriösen quelle gesehen wie das Essen zubereitet wird und das sieht nicht lecker aus. Egal schmeckt trotzdem. ABER das essen war kalt. Die aussicht von oben ist trotzdem sehr schön.

Nie wieder BK. Bestellung über die Terminals sehr umständlich, ständig hingen die fest. Kartenzahlung war sehr mühselig, das Lesegerät hatte Probleme. Die Bedienungen wirkten gestresst, Tische waren schmutzig. Von der einzigen Toilette reden wir lieber nicht. Die Burger waren fast kalt, der Bacon roh und die Cola schmeckte voll künstlich.

Wartezeit nur 3 min, essen warm und frisch und hat geschmeckt

Alles gut außer der lnder mit der Brille an der Kasse ( no racist ) er wollte mich jetzt schon 2 mal abziehen, weil er kein Geld zählen kann. Außerdem gibt er die online Bestellungen vom Automaten nicht richtig in die Küche weiter und gibt dann den Kunden die Schuld das ihr bestelltes essen nicht zubereitet wird. Der Basi Dazu möchte ich noch nach dem Verzehr des Hamburgers hinzufügen, dass ich nur eine Gurke drauf hatte. Für diesen Burger habe ich 10 min gewartet und es waren genau 2 Kunden im Laden .

Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut muss ich sagen, aber der eine indische Mitarbeiter mit Brille bietet einen SEHR schlechten Service. Ich habe einen Hamburger per online Bezahlung bestellt und ich warte dann 15min darauf damit er mir unhöflich gesagt das ich nichts bestellt habe bis ich ihn nochmal meinen Kassenbon zeigen musste.

Essen im restaurant war lauwarm.polnische bedienung hat bei zwei smart.menüs 2 wichtige details vergessen.nämlich pommes und sauce.und haben erst nach vorzeigen der rechnung geliefert

Service (0 Sterne) Nachdem wir uns für die Speisen entschieden hatten, wurde ich von einer Frau nett gedrängt das Terminal zu nutzen anstatt meine Bestellung Persönlich angeben zu können. Grund war, dass eine Bestellung nur am Terminal möglich wäre. Nachdem ich verwundert und enttäuscht meine Bestellung dann erledigt hatte, nahm Viktor mehrere Bestellungen dann doch entgegen. Es wurde also nicht nur gelogen, sondern sich noch nicht mal entschuldigt. Traurig ist hier auch die Einstellung der Mitarbeitenden, die scheinbar ihren Job ohne Freude mache und sich durch ihre Art nicht als Dienstleister sehen. Ich würde hier ein Praktikum in den USA empfehlen zu machen, um zu lernen was Kundenbindung und Kundenzufriedenheit mit Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden zu tun hat. Speisen (3 Sterne) Ich habe das Gefühl, dass die Speisen zumindest bei diesem BK immer weniger an Wert haben. Die Preise steigen stetig und die Portionen werden immer kleiner. Zwar konnte man den Burger (nicht einmal ähnlich dem angezeigtem Bild) essen, jedoch waren die Pommes versalzen. Auch die Nuggets der Kinder werden immer kleiner. Insgesamt ist das Essen okay, nur man hat das Gefühl das hier kein Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird, da die Lebensmittel irgendwie "schnell schnell" aussehen. Ambiente (2 Sterne) Das Ambiente ist ganz okay. Seit Corona ist der Innenspielplatz überhaupt nicht mehr aufgebaut. Grund für die wenigen Sterne sind definitiv die unhygienischen Umstände. Egal wann man dieses Restaurant besucht, irgendwie ist es Glück mal keine Speisereste auf und unter den Tischen bzw. Stühlen zu finden oder irgendwo mit den Schuhen kleben zu bleiben.

Einer der schlechteren Burger Kings. Super langsame Bedienung ( 10 Minuten für einen Kaffee)- währenddessen sehe ich, wie die Mitarbeiter sich selbst Kaffee machen. Eine Frechheit! Nicht zu empfehlen. Es ist dreckig und laut. Essen ist ok.

Bisher essen super, bloß die freundliche Bedienung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Gebäude soweit o.k und Viel Platz. Finde Bargeldzahlung viel besser, da es auch Leute gibt, die kein Zugang zum Bankkonto haben, z.b Menschen mit gesetzliche Betreuung.

Ist wie alle anderen aufgebaut. Ich persönlich mag weder BugerKing noch die andere Kette. Schmeckt mir nicht und wenn man das erste Mal den Laden betreten hat und man sieht wie einer niest und das in Richtung der Ware, vergeht es einem dort zu essen. Ich esse generell nicht gern im Restaurant. Man weiß nie was für Hände oder .... drin steckt.

It has been a while since I have been to a this particular burger King. They have five machines where you can order which takes the ordeal out of queuing. I had the big king xl and it was wonderful. The onion rings unfortunately were not that fresh but overall good.
