Sunday, September 21, 2025, around 1:10 PM, Drive-Thru I waited at the vending machine for about 20 minutes, nothing happened...two cars in front of me...then I drove up...car number 1 was being served...an employee waving wildly in his booth...looked like he was trying to drive away some cattle...he was getting angrier and angrier...I got out and asked him what he wanted...to go back to the vending machine and wait until I was served...in a tone that was not at all customer-friendly. I asked him if he was serious, and he confirmed it...I downgraded the person in front of me and drove with the kids without ordering anything...off to McDonald's...if your employee has neither respect for people nor the desire to work, he should find another job... 1 star is already too many...a shame...

The Whopper was well topped, the cheese could have been warmer but the service was nice and German speaking

How can it be that I have to stand at the drive-in for 15 minutes and no one moves an inch? After the already long wait, I went straight in. Of the four ordering machines, two worked. After successfully placing my order, I noticed that a lot of people were already waiting for their order. A lady told me she'd been waiting for her order for more than 25 minutes. The finished burgers were already piling up at the counter. After five minutes, no burgers had changed hands! This is fast food! Now I wanted to cancel my order. Unfortunately, the server didn't understand a word of what I wanted. After I started speaking to her in English, she said that a cancellation wasn't possible. I'd already been there for 30 minutes, and the kids in the car still hadn't had anything to eat. Then another lady from the kitchen intervened and canceled my order. This process went pretty quickly. P.S. By then, no burgers had left the counter. I am beyond disappointed. Unfortunately, you have lost a customer forever.

If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars!! I've just waited half an hour for a cheeseburger, 6 nuggets, and what were supposed to be 2 pairs of fries for a whopping €16. Firstly, one of the fries was missing, which we unfortunately only noticed when we got home (we thought that with 4 items it shouldn't be that difficult to get the order right, but we were wrong), and then the cheeseburger, nuggets, and one portion of fries were cold and hard (old). While we were waiting, 3 orders were canceled due to the long wait, and all the employees this evening had a hard time understanding the customers' complaints. Communication was only possible with 2 employees at a time, as they had to help each other understand the upset customers. The finished burgers sat in the display window for ages, and none of them went out in less than 15 minutes. Simply horrible!! The place gets an absolute -10!

This is the second time my food hasn't been delivered via Lieferando, even though the app says it was delivered. The driver was standing in front of the store and just drove away. I'll never order from this store again. It's outrageous to rip people off like this. When you call the store, no one answers, and that's the case every time.

Drive-in has only accepted cash payments for months.

Today we brought a kids' menu for our child for the first time. When we got home, he was so excited about his nuggets, and we saw they were chili cheese nuggets. Not to mention that they're too spicy for small children, how bad is this service these days? I used to work at Burger King myself—that would have gotten me into trouble. Now it's standard fare. Never again Burger King!

It's a real shame that 3 out of 4 things were messed up. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I got home. I always thought the Bürger King Holzhauser Straße was bad, but this tops everything.

I have been here for years and have never been disappointed

Today I ate a Doppelwopper there. The order took a long time, but finally my order was called. Unfortunately, it must have been sitting for a while, because it was lukewarm and soggy. All that for almost €10. I guess I don't need that anymore.

What kind of place is this?! Unfriendly, broken, no debit card at the drive-thru for at least four weeks (does it only charge every other burger?...) I'm really surprised that both the franchisor and the boss of the franchisee group let it go like this.

I'd rather not give it a star at all. It's a terrible place, always out of ice cream, and the error rate on orders is abysmal.

Not enough staff and you have to wait a bit longer than usual, there weren't enough fries even though the receipt said large and I was given the wrong drink, the burger was otherwise OK, I wouldn't recommend Burger King!

Typical Burger King food. Unfortunately, there's always a very long wait, sometimes 30 to 45 minutes, and the service doesn't care, and friendliness is a foreign concept. You always get the feeling they don't care. The tables are always dirty, and packaging is always lying around on the floor and no one picks it up. Other Burger King branches do better...

Too many non-Germans eating here but delicious

Unfriendly and rude. New staff. Impossible. I'll never go there again. Foreigners claiming that Germans don't even know what to do. No words. I was appalled. I just wanted a coffee.

Clean, eating takes a relatively long time

Was there today and am very disappointed with everything. The staff is just unfriendly and hardly speaks any German 😞 and the constant annoying behavior and unfriendly announcements from the staff are disgusting. Nothing is organized there.

Unfortunately the staff was unfriendly, I ordered a strawberry milkshake (large) but got a small vanilla milkshake. They can't do more than scam underage customers.

Definitely not recommended. We are here for the third and really last time. It's very dirty. Everything sticks.

I greeted politely to place an order. Unfortunately, I was rudely told to wait in front of other customers. Even though no one was standing directly in front of me, the employee said in an annoyed tone that there were three customers ahead of me. This was really a disappointing and unpleasant situation. I ended up leaving without eating.

The burgers were actually quite good and there was nothing to complain about with the fries. Service was also friendly. Everything was going well until I left the store and noticed that I was immediately getting diarrhea and it was so bad that I pooped myself on the way home.

Of two burgers ordered at the drive-thru, one was actually forgotten and the other was cold. Nobody needs this shop.

A huge disaster, this store! Bad organization and super unfriendly staff. Even though the entire upper area was cordoned off, they were completely overwhelmed. We only received part of our order and then had to argue with the employees because they claimed we had received everything. (Until they found the rest of our order behind the counter.) Service = ZERO!

Unfortunately, the store is becoming more and more dilapidated, and now a 20-minute wait is already short, but still a long way from fast food. Even if the store is empty you have to wait at least 15 minutes. It is also advisable to check the order here immediately because something is always missing. Today on March 13th, 25, 3 items were missing from a simple order for 4 people and after waiting politely, I finally lost my temper because I was mercilessly ignored. The staff is becoming more and more unfriendly and only speaks broken German, but I couldn't recognize the language spoken by the employees; it certainly wasn't Turkish or English. That was definitely our last visit to Burger King, even if I have to take the bus to the next McDonald's I can still eat faster (in Glienicke - it's always quick - or Hallen am Borsigturm - is always full and therefore takes a little longer -). Oh, I also wanted to get rid of something when it came to eating. In addition to the fact that with such a complaint the food tends to get cold, you often get bonuses like hair in a burger, today it must have been a beard or nose hair, dark and too long for an eyelash but too short and thick for hair on your head. Absolutely no longer recommend this branch!!!

It's cold inside like every German fast food place. The Whopper in Poznań's Chlebak (Poznań city center) is much better. The only advantage is that it is open 24 hours a day. You can wait while waiting for roadside assistance. - Inside cold like in every german fast food restaurant. Whopper burger not as good as in Poznań, Poland - Main Train Station. 24hrs open so we can spend some time in waiting for car service

Been waiting 30 minutes for my food at Burger King

The best are the vegan burgers and nuggets! Unfortunately the service has a lot of room for improvement. The only thing that works (at least) is the greeting. When my order was ready, I mumbled the order number and turned away from the counter while two other employees had a relaxed chat. Apparently it doesn't matter who takes the orders from the counter... It's also a shame that there have been problems redeeming coupons at the customer order terminal for weeks. A note would be a dream as the staff does not proactively support this. This is not how branch loyalty can work. ;) It was my last visit here!

After a long time we decided to get a burger at Burger King again. It was already late, we were hungry and didn't feel like cooking too much before we could eat. The drive in is also a practical thing. So we drove to the drive-in counter and picked out a few burgers. It should be 2 X-tra Long Chilli Cheese, a King's Champ 'n' Cheese Beef and a classic Whopper. Well-known and knowing from days gone by that a Whopper actually tastes delicious. So we ordered the things and drove up to pay. The order was now supposed to cost 12 euros and a few cents - and it was clear to us that our order had not been taken as we had said it would be. So the whole procedure at the checkout started all over again - and lo and behold, as expected, it was now over 20 euros for the 4 parts. There wasn't a long wait and we drove to our house - no longer than 5 minutes. As soon as I unpacked it, I had the impression that something wasn't right. And with the first courageous bite into the burger it was clear what was wrong. The burgers were cold... ...so not lukewarm because it has cooled down because of the long lying time, but really cold. Something came out of the King's Champ that was really heated, probably something like the sauce should have been. This burger tasted as cold as it was shit - and was effectively inedible. But there was no real joy with the X-Tral Long Chilli and the Whopper either. It was so much more, hunger drives it in - and disgust chokes it down. We've only rarely been to this temple of culinary desires in the past - so we'll probably avoid it completely in the future - you can throw such food to the pigs to eat - but I'll pay just a single cent for such filth again I think paying is out of the question. There are now plenty of other Burger Bruzzlers who know how to make a great burger. Here I can only summarize: Burger King, topic missed, put, six!

BK always a pleasure! 11.1.25: was there at 1 o'clock in the morning today. Pleasantly empty, burgers fresh and really warm on the tray and finally the best, crispiest fries. Top!

Fast delivery, but extremely disappointed that the fries were definitely from this morning and therefore ended up straight in the trash (rock hard). The drink was delivered incorrectly and the sauces were completely forgotten. Despite quick delivery, the food was cold. Too bad.

I was there today and bought a Bacon King and a Doppelwobber, the two salespeople were nice, but the meat was completely raw and that's why I've been extremely sick all day. You always have to wait a long time and are not properly understood. Some of the food arrives cold and there is always something missing. When you ask that something has been forgotten, you are brazenly ignored. The machines for ordering are totally unnecessary. The touchscreen doesn't work and you couldn't print out a receipt either. When we asked at the checkout, they looked at us stupidly and said, "It's not my problem" and supposedly couldn't print the receipt immediately after ordering. Never this Burger King again!!!! I ordered from home, but also locally (just not eaten there yet) and I have to say that everything was as I imagined. The food was good and so was the rest. Nevertheless, I'd rather give it four stars and not five, because I can't really rate the restaurant on site.

Disasters Burger King… has nothing to do with fast food

The employees are very slow, just talk to each other and don't work. Everyone had to wait a long time and everyone waited at least 20 minutes for the food to arrive.

so very bad eating disgusting. I had 6 onion rings stolen twice, limp and bad. When we were finished we left and he wrote to us to take away the tablet, even though this tablet tray was full, so my last visit is never going back!!!!

We really had the worst experience you could have here. Not only did the food taste disgusting, but none of us actually ate it. The children didn't really eat their children's menu, just a little bit, then they didn't want any more of it. When we got home we brought the boxes in, thinking maybe they would want to eat it later and what would I discover in one of the boxes? Mouse droppings. I almost threw up. My children ate it. My little daughter threw up a good two hours after eating and continued throughout the night. That was definitely the last time we ate anything there and I will now inform the health department.

I ordered 2 menus where the fries were missing from both of them. When I told the employee, he told me that they weren't part of the menu even though they were on the receipt and wanted 60 cents from me for the ketchup I had forgotten!!! Toilets only open at the bottom & only the one large one that was completely filthy.. everything upstairs is completely closed including the seating area, never again!! The star goes to the onion rings, which were delicious, but otherwise that was it!

The ordering machines are the last shit. You don't need to ask for help, even though you have employees, you won't get any help. Very unfortunate and rude

Main entrance closed, you have to enter the back of the shop. There is no information sign. Coupons don't work at the machines, so you have to pay exorbitant prices. At the checkout at the front, the coupons suddenly work for the friendly (I think Ukrainian) employee. But another woman immediately storms over to her and orders her not to take any more orders; the customers should only use the machines. Mobile orders via the app are also not possible. FuzeTea Peach was not available to order, even though I could see the bottles. McDonalds is worlds better when it comes to software and service.

15 minutes of watching in silence as one of the employees in the kitchen complained loudly in her native language about the customers who had prepared them incorrectly. After I left the room I realized that I had received beef instead of chicken and wanted to exchange it politely and suddenly she started yelling at me and shouted from the kitchen “that she didn’t have time to talk to us” And after making sure I didn't order wrong, I heard "what's the problem?" It doesn't have anything to do with nationality or anything like that, it's just called rude, unqualified staff. Complaint to head office is also sent.

The waiting time is unforgivable 47 minutes for a coke. When we asked about the status of the order we were rudely rejected and I was told that the order was already out. Likewise, communication between customers and service staff is very difficult and incomprehensible Very dissatisfied with my visit.

Cappuccino is not good at all. You may be thinking, what did I expect to get a good coffee at Burger King? Sry, if you offer something like that it always has to be good. If you have something bad, you shouldn't offer it at all.

Edit: Now that the machines have been established everywhere, I go here again every now and then. But be careful, always, really ALWAYS check that everything is inside. Things are so often forgotten that it seems to have a system. I just forgot once and immediately got ripped off again, two things that were ordered and paid for were missing again. Original: Beautiful, new vending machine ordering system. The things themselves are really good, you have all the options with a view of the price, see what extra it costs, etc. The only problem is when, like here, the staff ignores these orders. After I ordered at the machine, 5 new guests came into the regular ordering queue and were served before an employee took care of the terminal orders. Actually, the speed was always an argument for the store... But I will avoid this in the future

I waited 30 minutes for a whopper menu and everything was extremely crowded. Everything was full and the upper floor was simply closed. I just find that a bit cheeky... Well at least the food was warm.

The order was made at the terminal and this time it was the second time that the Quetschi was missing from the children's menu and we weren't asked what we wanted instead. Bad service, even worse food – Burger King disappoints across the board I have rarely been as disappointed with a fast food visit as I was at this Burger King branch. As soon as you entered the store you could tell that the service was no good. Instead of a friendly greeting, there was disinterest. The staff seemed barely able to formulate clear sentences and there was no trace of politeness or a simple “please” and “thank you”. It seems like no one has ever heard the term “customer service.” The highlight, however, was the food. What is sold here as a “burger” hardly deserves the name. The burger was cold, the bun was limp, and the patty tasted like it had been pressed from the cheapest meat substitute. The fries - or rather the sad, over-fatty leftover potatoes - were soggy and tasteless. Not even the ketchup could save this bland taste. I wanted to redeem 400 crowns but the employee was unable to redeem them for me and the crowns disappeared In summary: If you like bad service, bland food and a generally unfriendly atmosphere, this is the place for you. I recommend everyone else to give this store a wide berth. Burger King? More of a burger flop!

The service is bad, no one can speak German really well. Locals from Albania would have it easier to communicate than Germans in their own country. The food is cold, small portions and there is a 10 minute wait for an ICE CREAM. Conclusion: cold food, no employees who speak German, and too long of a wait. Better go to McDonald's

The employee with the black, long hair at the checkout at around 1:30 p.m. was very unfriendly. She also complained to us because we asked something. On the other hand, the brown-haired colleague was super friendly and was also very helpful.

Today was the third time I went to the “Drive In” I was in a hurry and just wanted a cheeseburger and ice cream. It took a whole 15 minutes and the burger wasn't even really warm. How can it be that it takes so long, every time?! I rarely write reviews, but I hope you read this and improve your service.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the playground and the tables in your branch are very dirty. The playground is heavily contaminated and urgently needs a thorough cleaning to ensure safety and hygiene for the children. The tables and seating areas are also very dirty and should be cleaned. I would appreciate it if you could take care of the cleaning immediately so that all guests, especially children, can use the area safely and cleanly again.
