They just can't manage to get the orders for Wolt Lieferando or Uber Eats drivers ready on time. It's sad for a fast food chain to offer such poor service. They should just get rid of delivery altogether. You guys are truly disgusting! Minimum wait time is 15 to 20 minutes. I can make my own order faster in the kitchen!

Rude staff, forgot 3 items out of 6, waited 30 minutes for food and it was cold.

Waited 15 minutes for two happy meals. I was number 83. People 84, 85, and 86 got their orders before me, along with several drive-through customers because there wasn't enough room for two small fries, or because they always went to the drive-through. Terrible place. Update: They forgot the mayo on both orders. Seriously incompetent.

At the kids' request, I got takeaway food there. After ordering on the screen, I had to wait a good 20 minutes. The fries were the first thing to be ready, and of course, they were cold by then, which I didn't like. Luckily, we have an air fryer and were able to heat them up again.

It's never tidy. The shelves for used tablets are always full. The food is cold. Maybe because it takes forever for your order to get from the kitchen to your table. Incredibly bad. Especially since you pay €5 more at the Italian restaurant, but you get table service and a glass of wine instead of a Coke. Think twice before you go.

I've ordered from this Burger King several times, but it's always the same story. You can only redeem a maximum of two coupons or promotions at a time, which is already inconvenient. Then I painstakingly enter two or three coupons, only to find out at checkout that the system needs a restart. It's the same problem every single time! Furthermore, it's extremely frustrating that more than two coupons or promotions aren't accepted—especially during a promotion that was specifically advertised for this purpose. The employees at the counter barely speak German, which meant they couldn't even communicate properly with each other. There was no service manager to be found, nor was anyone informed about the long queue at the counter. It was simply chaotic and disorganized, and all the customers were more than dissatisfied. The level of service is truly abysmal, and this was definitely my last visit there.

The opening hours are incorrect!!! We arrived at 12:30 AM and it was closed. We are very disappointed and now have to go to bed hungry. We've lost two very good customers. What a shame.

I had to wait 35 minutes for a cheeseburger, and the place was empty! Never again!

Our order included a medium-sized fries. The bag contained a small package of fries. Everything is correct on the receipt, but not on the order itself. In my opinion, the workers should be able to pack the correct order. 🙄

Unfortunately, the wait times were long. The drinks tasted like water. Whether it was cola or iced tea, they were very watery. I know it could be better. And then, unfortunately, I received the wrong gift instead of the one I could have chosen. The terminal was also malfunctioning; it took several other terminals to process my order at all.

Food is cold. You have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for your food. Half of the orders are regularly forgotten.

For months, items have been missing from my orders. The cash registers were closed. Today, the upper section was closed and the lower section was overflowing. Additionally, the water was missing, and when I asked about it, they said it must have been included.

On the second Sunday of Advent, we ordered two burgers with fries, churros, and six chicken nuggets. The restaurant was quiet, so we thought it would be quick. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. We had to wait half an hour for our food. While we were waiting, they prioritized delivery orders over everything else. Even the customers at the drive-thru had to wait a long time. I won't be going back there anytime soon.

The store was supposed to open at 10:00, but at 10:15 they stuck on a note inside saying it wouldn't open until 11:00 today. Poor service.

Good grief. This place is awful. They're missing dishes at the self-service kiosk, the toilets are locked, and it's slow. I waited up to 15 minutes.

If a fast-food giant can only offer hamburgers because there's nothing else, they might as well keep the place closed and clean properly. The store number is also missing from the receipt, so it's impossible to even review it.

Absolutely avoid this. This is unacceptable. There was no salad at the ordering terminal. Burger without tomato and lettuce? But the kids absolutely wanted the kids' menu. When we finally got it after an endless wait, the toys were also sold out. You can imagine the children's eyes. I contacted customer service. I should have left it alone, but the response was simply pathetic.

The burger joint looks very dirty when you look around. Furthermore, ordering food at the kiosks takes a very long time, and then half of the menu is forgotten. Otherwise, the "Burger with Everything" was OK, but the garlic sauce was not tasty at all, but that's just my personal taste.

Every time something is missing in the order. Today I ordered fusion ice cream but unfortunately there was no chocolate sauce. The employees should work in a Delhi restaurant, that's a disgrace.

We were there today. There were only two ordering kiosks open, only one of which accepted card payments, the other only cash. We waited 20 minutes at the checkout to pay for our food. Then a man brazenly pushed his way to the front. He said he hadn't paid for his food yet. And neither had we, which is why we were standing here at the checkout. Then we had to wait 30 minutes for our food. So we were in this place I call FAST food for almost an hour. The employees were completely overwhelmed and understaffed; you can only feel sorry for them. The people waiting were getting impatient, and the line was getting longer and longer. It was getting more and more crowded. Unfortunately, you have to double-check your order here, too, as it's often incomplete. The concept of fast food, the customer waiting for a maximum of 5 minutes, failed. The boss urgently needs to change something!!! Don't let his employees down and get the place back on track. It's going downhill!

Burger King Nordmeile is nothing more and nothing less than a complete disaster. I'm certain this restaurant isn't run with the franchisee in mind: card payments are refused at the drive-thru, there's always too few staff, and even when the restaurant is almost empty, you can easily wait up to 45 (!) minutes for your order, which is usually not complete. Whoever runs this place has completely missed their calling. At least they round up if you ask for a refund after waiting too long.

Guys, guys... what's going on? Not only does the food take forever to prepare, half of it gets forgotten, the food is cold, the tables are dirty. The place is simply not well run.

How could you bring such poor employees together? It's truly a great achievement. There's a man in his 50s with glasses who always gives the wrong answer. I said I wouldn't write it, but it drives me crazy.

They forgot to bring a crispy chicken and two cheeses, gave me a small fries instead of a large one, and then didn't even answer the phone. I'd be embarrassed by that shitty shop. I'd rather go to a McDonald's if I forgot something. They at least have service if they forgot something!

Half of the order was missing, and no one answered the phone. This borders on fraud! The food was also cold. Horrible place, unbelievable incompetence. Thanks for absolutely nothing!

Sunday, September 21, 2025, around 1:10 PM, Drive-Thru I waited at the vending machine for about 20 minutes, nothing happened...two cars in front of me...then I drove up...car number 1 was being served...an employee waving wildly in his booth...looked like he was trying to drive away some cattle...he was getting angrier and angrier...I got out and asked him what he wanted...to go back to the vending machine and wait until I was served...in a tone that was not at all customer-friendly. I asked him if he was serious, and he confirmed it...I downgraded the person in front of me and drove with the kids without ordering anything...off to McDonald's...if your employee has neither respect for people nor the desire to work, he should find another job... 1 star is already too many...a shame...

The Whopper was well topped, the cheese could have been warmer but the service was nice and German speaking

How can it be that I have to stand at the drive-in for 15 minutes and no one moves an inch? After the already long wait, I went straight in. Of the four ordering machines, two worked. After successfully placing my order, I noticed that a lot of people were already waiting for their order. A lady told me she'd been waiting for her order for more than 25 minutes. The finished burgers were already piling up at the counter. After five minutes, no burgers had changed hands! This is fast food! Now I wanted to cancel my order. Unfortunately, the server didn't understand a word of what I wanted. After I started speaking to her in English, she said that a cancellation wasn't possible. I'd already been there for 30 minutes, and the kids in the car still hadn't had anything to eat. Then another lady from the kitchen intervened and canceled my order. This process went pretty quickly. P.S. By then, no burgers had left the counter. I am beyond disappointed. Unfortunately, you have lost a customer forever.

If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars!! I've just waited half an hour for a cheeseburger, 6 nuggets, and what were supposed to be 2 pairs of fries for a whopping €16. Firstly, one of the fries was missing, which we unfortunately only noticed when we got home (we thought that with 4 items it shouldn't be that difficult to get the order right, but we were wrong), and then the cheeseburger, nuggets, and one portion of fries were cold and hard (old). While we were waiting, 3 orders were canceled due to the long wait, and all the employees this evening had a hard time understanding the customers' complaints. Communication was only possible with 2 employees at a time, as they had to help each other understand the upset customers. The finished burgers sat in the display window for ages, and none of them went out in less than 15 minutes. Simply horrible!! The place gets an absolute -10!

This is the second time my food hasn't been delivered via Lieferando, even though the app says it was delivered. The driver was standing in front of the store and just drove away. I'll never order from this store again. It's outrageous to rip people off like this. When you call the store, no one answers, and that's the case every time.

Today we brought a kids' menu for our child for the first time. When we got home, he was so excited about his nuggets, and we saw they were chili cheese nuggets. Not to mention that they're too spicy for small children, how bad is this service these days? I used to work at Burger King myself—that would have gotten me into trouble. Now it's standard fare. Never again Burger King!

It's a real shame that 3 out of 4 things were messed up. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I got home. I always thought the Bürger King Holzhauser Straße was bad, but this tops everything.

Today I ate a Doppelwopper there. The order took a long time, but finally my order was called. Unfortunately, it must have been sitting for a while, because it was lukewarm and soggy. All that for almost €10. I guess I don't need that anymore.

What kind of place is this?! Unfriendly, broken, no debit card at the drive-thru for at least four weeks (does it only charge every other burger?...) I'm really surprised that both the franchisor and the boss of the franchisee group let it go like this.

Typical Burger King food. Unfortunately, there's always a very long wait, sometimes 30 to 45 minutes, and the service doesn't care, and friendliness is a foreign concept. Clean, eating takes a relatively long time

Was there today and am very disappointed with everything. The staff is just unfriendly and hardly speaks any German 😞 and the constant annoying behavior and unfriendly announcements from the staff are disgusting. Nothing is organized there.

Unfortunately the staff was unfriendly, I ordered a strawberry milkshake (large) but got a small vanilla milkshake. They can't do more than scam underage customers.

Definitely not recommended. We are here for the third and really last time. It's very dirty. Everything sticks.

I ended up leaving without eating.

The burgers were actually quite good and there was nothing to complain about with the fries. Service was also friendly. Everything was going well until I left the store and noticed that I was immediately getting diarrhea and it was so bad that I pooped myself on the way home.

Unfortunately, the store is becoming more and more dilapidated, and now a 20-minute wait is already short, but still a long way from fast food. Even if the store is empty you have to wait at least 15 minutes. It is also advisable to check the order here immediately because something is always missing. Today on March 13th, 25, 3 items were missing from a simple order for 4 people and after waiting politely, I finally lost my temper because I was mercilessly ignored. The staff is becoming more and more unfriendly and only speaks broken German, but I couldn't recognize the language spoken by the employees; it certainly wasn't Turkish or English. That was definitely our last visit to Burger King, even if I have to take the bus to the next McDonald's I can still eat faster (in Glienicke - it's always quick - or Hallen am Borsigturm - is always full and therefore takes a little longer -). Oh, I also wanted to get rid of something when it came to eating. In addition to the fact that with such a complaint the food tends to get cold, you often get bonuses like hair in a burger, today it must have been a beard or nose hair, dark and too long for an eyelash but too short and thick for hair on your head. Absolutely no longer recommend this branch!!!

It's cold inside like every German fast food place. The Whopper in Poznań's Chlebak (Poznań city center) is much better. The only advantage is that it is open 24 hours a day. You can wait while waiting for roadside assistance. - Inside cold like in every german fast food restaurant. Whopper burger not as good as in Poznań, Poland - Main Train Station. 24hrs open so we can spend some time in waiting for car service

Been waiting 30 minutes for my food at Burger King

The best are the vegan burgers and nuggets! Unfortunately the service has a lot of room for improvement. The only thing that works (at least) is the greeting. When my order was ready, I mumbled the order number and turned away from the counter while two other employees had a relaxed chat. Apparently it doesn't matter who takes the orders from the counter... It's also a shame that there have been problems redeeming coupons at the customer order terminal for weeks. A note would be a dream as the staff does not proactively support this. This is not how branch loyalty can work. ;) It was my last visit here!

After a long time we decided to get a burger at Burger King again. It was already late, we were hungry and didn't feel like cooking too much before we could eat. The drive in is also a practical thing. So we drove to the drive-in counter and picked out a few burgers. It should be 2 X-tra Long Chilli Cheese, a King's Champ 'n' Cheese Beef and a classic Whopper. Well-known and knowing from days gone by that a Whopper actually tastes delicious. So we ordered the things and drove up to pay. The order was now supposed to cost 12 euros and a few cents - and it was clear to us that our order had not been taken as we had said it would be. So the whole procedure at the checkout started all over again - and lo and behold, as expected, it was now over 20 euros for the 4 parts. There wasn't a long wait and we drove to our house - no longer than 5 minutes. As soon as I unpacked it, I had the impression that something wasn't right. And with the first courageous bite into the burger it was clear what was wrong. The burgers were cold... ...so not lukewarm because it has cooled down because of the long lying time, but really cold. Something came out of the King's Champ that was really heated, probably something like the sauce should have been. This burger tasted as cold as it was shit - and was effectively inedible. But there was no real joy with the X-Tral Long Chilli and the Whopper either. It was so much more, hunger drives it in - and disgust chokes it down. We've only rarely been to this temple of culinary desires in the past - so we'll probably avoid it completely in the future - you can throw such food to the pigs to eat - but I'll pay just a single cent for such filth again I think paying is out of the question. There are now plenty of other Burger Bruzzlers who know how to make a great burger. Here I can only summarize: Burger King, topic missed, put, six!

BK always a pleasure! 11.1.25: was there at 1 o'clock in the morning today. Pleasantly empty, burgers fresh and really warm on the tray and finally the best, crispiest fries. Top!

Fast delivery, but extremely disappointed that the fries were definitely from this morning and therefore ended up straight in the trash (rock hard). The drink was delivered incorrectly and the sauces were completely forgotten. Despite quick delivery, the food was cold. Too bad.

I was there today and bought a Bacon King and a Doppelwobber, the two salespeople were nice, but the meat was completely raw and that's why I've been extremely sick all day. You always have to wait a long time and are not properly understood. Some of the food arrives cold and there is always something missing. When you ask that something has been forgotten, you are brazenly ignored. The machines for ordering are totally unnecessary. The touchscreen doesn't work and you couldn't print out a receipt either. When we asked at the checkout, they looked at us stupidly and said, "It's not my problem" and supposedly couldn't print the receipt immediately after ordering. Never this Burger King again!!!! All other branches are 100% better.

I ordered from home, but also locally (just not eaten there yet) and I have to say that everything was as I imagined. The food was good and so was the rest. Nevertheless, I'd rather give it four stars and not five, because I can't really rate the restaurant on site.
