I was here on a Sunday evening. Friendly staff. I ordered a large order of fries and received the sauces for free, either intentionally or accidentally. I'd gladly come again.

The last place I visited had hardly any German-speaking staff. I ordered food to eat in at the terminal, but it turned out to be takeaway because they closed at 3 pm. The toy in the kids' menu was wrong, and on top of that, I waited over half an hour. Never again, what a terrible place!

You order food for delivery. Something gets forgotten, which can happen. You try calling for ages. Someone answers, you sort things out, and they promise to deliver later. That's it—no food arrives, and you can't reach anyone. Thanks for nothing.

It takes forever. No self-service machine.

Veggi tastes fishy and is too expensive

I FOUND a HAIR in my food! Probably accidentally, but it was definitely unhygienic. I spoke to the staff and they replaced it with a new one (I would have preferred they prepared a new one instead of removing the hair and giving it back!), but they did NOT apologize! The food itself was quite good, though.

Unfortunately, the ice cream and coffee machine doesn't always work... Otherwise it would be 5 stars

Unfortunately, the place has completely gone downhill. I asked if I could get the Christmas Whopper meal with the Christmas truck ornament, and they said no problem. Then I received my takeaway order, but with a completely different Christmas ornament. When I asked about it, they told me they were out of the Christmas truck ornaments. Why couldn't they have told me that at the beginning? Maybe I would have ordered anyway, but I reluctantly took the fries ornament. At home, I then discovered that I only had a regular Whopper without the Christmas cheese stars. I'll never go back to that place; it's all a scam. 😔

An outrage! For those prices! The burger costs €7.19, cold and not nearly as topped. Like 10 years ago. Shame on you! Unacceptable! I used to think Burger King was great. Back in the day. But you're getting worse and worse. Too bad, I won't be buying anything from you again.

The food is always fresh and delicious, especially the burgers, which are of very high quality. The restaurant is clean and well-organized. The staff are friendly, attentive, and strive to provide guests with a pleasant experience. Even when it's a bit busy, the wait time is short. Overall, a very good place to enjoy a quick and tasty meal. Highly recommended.

What does the veterinary office actually do all day? It's outrageous that this place is still allowed to sell food. This is by far the most disgusting Burger King I've ever seen in my life. The employees are all completely unhygienic, the place stinks to high heaven, it's filthy, and the staff are clueless about everything and take 20 minutes to make a hamburger when the place is empty. Seriously, this branch is just utterly revolting.

Honestly, I'm extremely disappointed. Even one star is too much. I was just there with my husband and ordered takeout for over 30 euros. No receipt to verify what I ordered. Ordered and only got half, everything packed in a bag. It's just sad that this was supposed to be food for the kids, too. Thanks for nothing, never again!!!

Terrible service, will never come back

This was the worst experience of my life. We waited over two hours for our order, and they forgot half of it. The burgers were cold, the fries were soggy, but the main thing was that the sauce was all there. Definitely 0 stars, but unfortunately, that's not possible.

First time redeeming these crowns from BK! And what was missing? Crowns are worthless.

Absolutely incompetent staff, no order is placed without missing something. Promotional items are counted at the checkout even though they're not available. Double burgers only have one patty, and nuggets aren't counted correctly. Avoid them if possible, or be sure to check your order in the store to make sure it's complete!

I had a very bad experience here. I went to Burger King, and even though I was there first, other customers who came after me were given priority. I had to wait a very long time, and my order wasn't taken until the very end. There's only one person working at the cash register, and they're very rude, annoyed, and disrespectful. Customer service is nonexistent here. The employees behave very badly and treat customers unfairly. I can't recommend this branch to anyone. I'm not usually someone who writes things online, but this is absolutely disgusting!!! Unfortunately, I'm not able to walk right now. So my girls went out with the QR code to get food. Unfortunately, they only got half of what they needed (drinks, fries, and a King Jr. box). At first, they were overjoyed because they thought they'd gotten the missing burgers. But what can I say... There were three cheeseburgers inside, and the burgers they didn't order. Two whoopers, a long chicken, and a crunchy burger were missing. We paid 40 euros! The worst part is, the girls were ripped off twice, and I was incredibly disappointed. I wish I could walk... Unbelievable!!!

This is by far the best Burger King we have ever visited! The food was fresh, delicious, and perfectly cooked. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and to our surprise, we even got a free burger! The atmosphere was clean and pleasant, and everything came out quickly. Highly recommended, we ate 3 meals here for 3 days straigjt

No visitors, yet you wait 20 minutes to be served...no toys on site...they barely understand German. The operator cuts corners wherever he can.

The restaurant seems very dated, and the burgers taste so-so. It could be better, but I'd advise against it.

Great Burger King! Always delicious and fast, we often come here with the family to eat, and the kids are always happy. Of the minuses, there are no sockets and nowhere to charge a phone. The interior needs to be updated, it looks old.

Just standard Burger King. The food is okay, it's relatively quick, and it's filling. But every time, something is forgotten or added incorrectly to the order. I'm starting to think it's my fault that I still go there.

Be careful, they apparently don't stick to their own opening hours. We drove there at 6 p.m. on a Sunday, only to find the door closed. It wasn't a holiday or anything, so I have no idea what was going on. Another time I went there, and the food was okay, but the employees were rather unfriendly. Not my favorite Burger King.

I've rarely, if ever, seen such bad service and bad atmosphere as at Burger King. A fries cost almost €5, I'm losing my faith. And this unfriendliness no matter which of your stores you go to. No way. Soooo bad.

Barely anyone working and no ordering machines, so the place gets completely paralyzed for an hour by a small group of 15-20 persons. Queues are horrendous.

I can only recommend the Long Chicken, they are really the best (in terms of feel and crunch), they mess up every now and then, but that doesn't happen often. The shop is usually clean and spacious inside and I think you can eat well there. The shop also has an outdoor area, but that's not my cup of tea. That's why I give it 4 out of 5 stars, otherwise, move on

So I'm almost speechless when I read the reviews. I worked in a similar shop for years and enjoy visiting other burger shops. I still wonder what expectations people have when they go to Burger King. This is so ridiculous that it almost brings tears to my eyes. :D Please find out what conditions prevail in the industry and specifically at Burger King. That's where the employees can do the least, apart from hygiene - but you have to take that into account when you go to stores like this. There are tons of alternatives! The employees are so right when someone has to work for 3 people - why are you surprised? Please just go somewhere else and don't cry. So pathetic.

Just sickening. Half is missing. During the phone call, the communication becomes increasingly incomprehensible until they hang up. No recommendation at all!

Has diminished in general. The “restaurant” is more of a warming hall and a meeting place for young people. Staff? = well. There have been better ones (faster, friendlier, cleaner (first impression from the outside), more understandable) there.

Burger King and the like have never really stood for hygiene and I'm not picky at all, but when you top a burger you should at least wear gloves or use tongs. When my burger was being made, the employee reached into the salad with her bare hands and touched the cheese. The staff is ignorant and completely unable to communicate properly. Apart from shrugging the shoulders and having no idea, even the “boss” didn’t say much about it. The only question was where in the app you could find a coupon that the poster said was supposed to be available. It was quite empty but the tables were very dirty. I don't understand why you don't even use the time of doing nothing and wiping the tables. The speakers in the ceiling creaked all the time which was very annoying. The food was inedible. I understand that every corner is being cut corners, but finding just a small dollop of sauce on a burger is really bad.

1 star is already too much!!! Had dinner there today 12/29/12/5pm!!! Nobody washes their hands, when a new employee came behind the counter, his colleague was greeted with a handshake and then work continued! He took off his jacket and continued working in his private clothes. Of course, you don't wash your hands before work... We missed our meal but we didn't want to cancel either!

We were there on a Saturday evening. Yes, there was a lot of hustle and bustle, i.e. the store was full. The cashier was completely overwhelmed. There was an incorrect order, actually no problem, but only after a lot of discussion could the order be changed. When the order came there was the wrong sauce on the burger. When asked about this, the staff responded with indifference. According to the motto: “Go eat somewhere else”. OK, we won't be coming back.

Went to Burger King again after years. Ordered with coupon, paid with card. Employee prepares orders for waiting customers, then starts with ours, suddenly he remembers - we don't have any Chili Chess nuggets. I can't take it out of the order, I HAVE to take either fries or plain nuggets. You make the MISTAKE and the customers have to pay and are forced to take something completely different. Customer friendliness doesn't exist at Burger King. It doesn't work at all!

You can understand that there is a lot to do. But waiting 1.5 hours for the food and then not even receiving what was ordered is not possible. If you call to receive your order promptly, you might as well leave it alone. Nice money taken and not delivered what was ordered. Unfortunately, the store will continue to exist and the service will not improve.

Today, November 15, 2024, I ordered from Burger King via Uber Eats and am again disappointed with my experience. I was looking forward to an Extra Long BBQ Burger, but when I opened the delivery I found that I had been delivered a Long Chicken instead. Unfortunately, this is not the first time something like this has happened to me. With previous orders I had to discover that the wrong products were delivered. It's really frustrating that errors like this seem to happen on a regular basis. I expect a company like Burger King to have employees read orders carefully and make sure customers receive what they ordered. Especially when ordering via Uber Eats, you have little chance of correcting the error on the spot, which makes the problem even greater. Such negligence is unacceptable and leaves an extremely bad impression. I really hope Burger King works on employee training and awareness so that such avoidable mistakes can finally stop. This repeated experience has spoiled my appetite and makes me question the reliability of your services.

Very average store. Not snotty but not fancy either. Waiting times depend very much on rush hour or non-rush hour. It either happens very quickly or you can wait 15 - 20 minutes. Food quite good. Many employees are very nice. Others were strangely mischievous to me personally and you have no idea what you did wrong to be laughed at so strangely. Apparently happens especially with children and women in the evening. In my opinion, such a climate is not possible these days.

This has to be the Burger King with the highest profit in Berlin. There is no other way to explain why it is still open. All monitors black. No self-service terminals. The selection is made directly at the counter and there is a black and white, partially handwritten "menu" on display. A strange crackling noise is coming from somewhere on the ceiling (like when a power line is dragging on the ground. The fries are probably leftovers. The new Whopper tasted like the old one. Furniture is getting old, but thanks to regular customers it has to be used This BK is probably worth it after all.

One of the worst Citizen King I've ever experienced. Went there yesterday "we're not doing any beef today. The oven is broken". Arrived a while ago at 10:45 p.m. on Friday, even though the opening times were written until 11 p.m. This store is just bad

They didn't have any beef. That's so wild for a Burger King. Someone needs to learn how to manage inventory for a population in BERLIN. I gave an extra star because the nuggets were at least good.

I've actually always enjoyed being here, but I find it disastrous that there hasn't been any ice cream or shakes for over a year because the company doesn't feel responsible for ensuring that guests feel comfortable here. The same applies to the coffee machine, offer boards and other equipment that don't work for a long time.

Today, even at Citizen King, there was no meat. The board display hasn't been working for a long time. And for years there has been no milkshake or ice cream. Conditions are very slow! Hmm why is there still Burger King here?!

Ordered something to eat there every now and then but one of the worst Burger King I know, it never works. The milkshake machine is broken, the display board doesn't work and the employees don't understand the orders, it takes forever. Simply unacceptable for customers. Simply close the branch or invest in innovations in your Burger King shop. 1 star is already too much.

I'm amazed the store is still open. All the monitors were off, three people in the background were just chatting, a listless man behind the cash register who could barely open his mouth. I waited what felt like 10 minutes for 2 burgers, which were only lukewarm.

I've lived here near the branch for several years and I go to Burger King every now and then. But the branch keeps failing and eventually they shoot themselves down. Something is always forgotten, with the last order for 2 people, 1x burger, 1x fries + dip was forgotten. There weren't always chocolate shakes because the ice cream machine was constantly broken and now there are no more shakes because the "boss" is too stingy to buy a new one, according to an employee. So you can also put a branch against the wall. It's a shame, but this branch will never see me again

Apart from the fact that the burgers were dry like dust from the backyard, I also had a hair in the burger, a very long dark hair, which I had to pull out of my dry neck. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten in my life. With distance! After I noticed the dryness and the hair, I stopped eating and took a closer look at the burger. Please readers, stop eating at Burger King and visit loving stores like Goldies. I made the mistake again years later and ate at Burger King, but please look at this “meat”. I don't think it takes more argument to convince someone to boycott Burger King completely. Just shame on you, BK!

Very bad, I don't live far away, so every now and then I give myself the chance to change my mind. A burger for €8.29 that tastes so disgustingly like old fat and after 10 minutes it should still be a little warm. No, it was cold and disgusting like the previous attempts. Close the shop!!!
