Waited 35 minutes for the food. The burger and fries were cold. Lots of trays on the tables.

The ice cream machine wasn't broken, but the ice cream was curdled and the chocolate sauce wasn't warm! Also, my order was forgotten!

Dude, what a mess! The staff can't speak German, which is a real red flag, and they look at you like you're a bus driver.

An employee walked around and showed us to our table 😳 Yes, we're at McDonald's!!! The table was freshly cleaned, and less than 5 minutes later, the gentleman brought us our order 😍👍 Then he came back again with extra napkins. Always friendly and with a smile, we've never experienced anything like it. We thought a €5 tip for him was absolutely worth it 😘❤️👍👍👍

Visited this morning, November 13th, at 12:00 PM. Flowers on some tables added a nice touch, the restaurant was clean, the music selection was good, and above all, the waiter was absolutely LOVELY, serving us with a genuine and reassuring smile. For a McDonald's in a train station, which doesn't necessarily need to focus on customer loyalty, it's simply impressive! Well done!!! It's a welcome change from McDonald's in France, where the service has unfortunately deteriorated significantly, and where I've ended up going to Burger King instead.

At McDonald's, you eat with your hands. It's unavoidable. You have to wash your hands afterward. Here, even as a customer, you can only do so for an extra charge. I've never encountered anything so bizarre in 44 years of driving...

Terrible service. They deliberately turned off the power at the socket; anyone could have done that. And when you talk to them, they honestly say they don't know. Honestly, it's ridiculous because the power was already on in the morning, and then they turned it off themselves.

I was really pleasantly surprised by this salad! The ingredients were fresh and crisp – especially the lettuce and vegetables. The tomatoes and cucumbers were incredibly flavorful, and the crispy chicken pieces on top were cooked to perfection: golden brown on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. The dressing was also a great complement and not overpowering. All in all, a well-balanced and delicious meal – ideal for a fresh, light, yet satisfying option. Highly recommended! 🥗👌

Stopped by the McDonald’s at Berlin Hauptbahnhof for a quick bite while waiting for my train. The service was decent, especially considering how busy the location always is. The staff kept things moving efficiently and the place was fairly clean given the crowd. Food tasted exactly like McDonald’s — consistent, familiar, and just what you’d expect. A solid choice if you’re in transit and need something quick and predictable.

I go here often since about two years. Always slow, cleanliness is questionable, restrooms better not to try, terrible service, screens never work, every other takeaway order has missing items and I have to check it at the counter to get it. If you order mcshaker anything most likely they won’t put the spices and the bag in. The last time I visited I ordered via the machine, claimed 500p for a candle that was a limited time offer, got no candle and the rude tall manager refused to help, yelled at me that he has no candles and refused any conversations. I didn’t get my points back from that order.

Very friendly, helpful and diligent staff. A guy announcing numbers in German English Spanish and more languages, and helping with seating. Something you don't normally expect at fast food restaurants like McDonald's.

The wait was too long! Apparently they can barely keep up with the orders. The customers were all annoyed. Unfortunately, the lady at the food counter who called out the numbers was almost impossible to understand; she spoke too quietly and her German and English were broken. We just stopped off at McDonald's in Berlin Central Station for breakfast during a layover. We were completely disappointed by the announcement in the restroom that we could redeem the voucher we received there when ordering food. The situation: a family of four all paid the €0.50 fee. When ordering breakfast for four people at the counter, only two vouchers were accepted. Why??????????? I consider this customer deception. A tip for anyone who doesn't want to fall for this scheme: if there are several of you, order separately so your restroom voucher counts.

The chicken burger looked like someone had sat on it. It was so flat you could have pulled it through a door lock. And then you almost had to use a magnifying glass to find the salad. The only reason I'll go there in the future is the restroom, where you only pay 50 cents. Otherwise, it costs a lot more at the train station.

I'd like to give a huge shout-out to Agim, who works here. Every time I've been there, he's greeted me with a radiant smile. You can immediately tell that he doesn't just do his job, but does it with genuine joy and passion. He makes sure everything's just right and genuinely strives to make the customer happy. This positive vibe is simply refreshing and contagious! In my opinion, Agim is a true role model for what good service should look like. If he doesn't get promoted at some point, it's truly wasted potential.

Okay, the ambiance is a bit of a walk-in scene, it's in the main train station after all. The food is as always—not Michelin-starred, but it's filling, quick, and in some situations, simply makes you happy. But what's truly exceptional is the waiter who served us today. We made order with intention to take to the soon coming train. One sandwich was wrong (chicken something instead double beef) and one was missing entirely. We managed to remedy all that with staff, but it took some time and feared a bit to leave before that to catch the train. So I suggest you to check your order immediately, especially when it's bigger like us and you don't notice in fully packed bag how many sandwiches you have...

Absolutely terrible. We waited 30 minutes for our order (2 vanilla shakes and 2 double cheeseburgers) and then had to endure the staff shouting at us. After complaining, our number had already been called long ago, we were given a bag of food. The shakes were just milk by then, and the burgers were, unfortunately, old and cold chicken burgers. We paid 12 euros for this rubbish and threw it away because it was inedible. Unfortunately, we had to go to the platform; otherwise, we would have missed our train. Ok it is a McDonald's in the Hauptbahnhof. No one ever came here because of the star rating. That said amongst of the messed up power outlets, tourists taking 4 tables full of suitcases there's a ray of sunshine. The smiling man that brings the trays is one of the warmest, friendliest smile that I've ever seen in Germany. He deserves all the stars that I'm giving for service. I don't think I ever saw someone smile in a McDonald's ever and here comes this worker bringing food, being nice. It was a shock but a great one. Carry on my dude! Have a great day.

Well, everything that could go wrong went wrong here. I ordered takeout at the terminal. Then I waited forever. The staff is so chaotic that at one point even the cleaning staff started calling out the food number. Then the food: fries so pale you wonder if they'd even been in the fryer. Of course, they got the wrong sauce. And then the wrong wrap, too. Which, by the way, was very poorly filled and didn't even fold at the bottom, so what little there was fell out. The Coke was already old and stale (no more carbonation). I'm used to better things from other McDonald's (if that's even the correct plural). Recommendation: don't go there!
