Why aren’t they selling real Macdonalds k just want a burger not a vegan chicken morning egg burger?

This McDonald's couldn't manage to prepare my order within fifteen minutes!! Had to leave for my train without food that was paid for. This is not fast food.

Bad service. Ordered online still I have to wait in the queue for 30 mins No response from the staff.

Incredibly slow service. Went on Sunday morning at 8am before having to catch a train 30 minutes after, thought they would be able to make my order in time because there were barely any customers. NOPE placed a simple order for 2 McMuffins with a coffee and had to leave after 25 mins before I got the order as to not miss my train. Workers seemed to be clueless, running around behind the counter but not actually accomplishing anything. If you are on a time crunch, DO NOT GO HERE, you will regret your decision.

The drinks are disgusting, the coffee is bitter and the fries taste like they were fried in old oil.

There are many people waiting for the train. However, my train was delayed by 90 minutes, so I was glad that I was able to wait inside the store. There are electrical outlets, but there are only a few from the looks of it, and I don't know if you can get them. I was lucky enough to find a place where I could charge, but there were about 3 people who wanted to charge their batteries. I only ordered ice cream and Sprite, so I don't know how the food tasted, but at least the Sprite seemed a little bland.

Slow. They can’t decide which language they want to shout the numbers out too. The screen for your order number doesn’t work. The toilets aren’t clean. Get a grip.

Mangy! It takes forever and there is no carbon dioxide in the cola!

I was there an hour ago and bought an egg & bacon wrap and an egg & bacon mcmuffin. I got the wrong McMuffin and the scrambled eggs in my wrap were mostly uncooked, i.e. runny.

You pay to eat and also you need to pay to use WC? Is it legal here in Germany?

You have to pay for the rest room and it is quite crowded. A fast food restaurant where you eat with your hands should offer a way to wash your hands in my opinion.

Had to leave my order of 2 coffees behind to catch my train after waiting 25 mins in complete chaos. If anyone sees order 288 for 2 coffees being called out, please take and enjoy them!!!

Since the McDonalds is right next to the main station, there are almost only rude customers here.

Went into the restaurant around 11 p.m., all the employees were chatting in the kitchen, there were 8 people in front of me at the checkout, 1 lady at the checkout and somehow things weren't moving. At some point there was also a second cash register. When it was my turn, I was greeted very rudely by the colleague at the checkout... because anyone who chews gum with a guest at work has no business in the position! I'm a trained restaurateur myself, so I know what's appropriate. A positive thing to mention is that the order was still ready within a short time. Otherwise, it is unfortunate that it took so long at the checkout (all order terminals are not in operation)

Came into the store at 11pm only to be informed that they were out of burgers. How can that be?

Menu keeps changing every 20 seconds so you can't read it! Use a static display & stop flashing up giant photos of burgers!! Long line at 11:50pm!

Ordered 5 pieces to take away and only got 3 I could puke. Not only are they slow... ...you now have to communicate with them in sign language. Knowledge of German would also be appropriate at McDonald's

I redeemed a coupon for a double Big Mac meal at McDonald's that promised a free burger. Instead of an additional burger, I received an extra portion of fries. I thought the days of fraud were over. I had experienced something similar a few years ago.

The hamburgers were full of oil and the panzerotti tasted like a bit of bread with nothing. Tomorrow I'll buy a new stomach 👍🏻

They always try hard despite the large crowds

We were a group of friends. Last weekend, July 27, 2024, we ate at MC Donald's in Berlin Central Station and the security guards were very rude and aggressive to us.

The service is simply zero, not only was money withdrawn from me incorrectly 2 times, I still took coffee for points, so they just didn't give it to me, they told me that I didn't order it, but I show him that here, I have an application, he says that can't be, thanks, I won't go there anymore.

We had a similar experience to Eli Brody and Patrick Regan. Two highly unprofessional “security” staff verbally assaulted my friend and kicked us out while we were waiting for our order. I recommend firing those nightclub gorillas. Worst experience ever in a McDonald’s. Never coming back to this place again.

Worst McDonald experience ever. Unprofessional security staff. Got an ice cream with my friends and was going to sit in while waiting for the train. Maybe it’s because we only had one ice cream between the three of us? Security staff somehow kicked us out, very intimidating and didn’t speak any English. We tried to explain, but somehow with no reason was kicked out?

The capital is exemplary, at least when it comes to the main station and Mcd... ...Footnote: Chai Latte Oats a little below average

I can't find anything negative at the moment. Food was accordingly okay. Employees were friendly. Care was always taken to ensure that the tables were cleaned. The tray containers are also emptied regularly. All in all: It's okay!

Hi I was just at Maces and my sibling and I ordered a Smart Menu. We waited for about 10 minutes. When we picked up the food and drinks, the staff wanted to rent me a broken drink holder, which I asked them about, and shortly afterwards it fell through The service employee took down my mcsunday and again he wanted to give me the ice cream that had fallen down, which I took a look at and he made me a new one, everything was fine until I started eating my mcsunday where I saw a fat eyelash hair on it I then threw it away straight away. Shortly afterwards I was sitting on the train with my siblings and started to eat my menu, I looked at the fries and saw a little spider crawling out of there, I also threw that away because I was so hungry, so I opened my chicken castle and started to eat (my sister too) I just looked at my sister and saw a hair OUT OF HER BURGER I LOOKED AT HER BURGER AND DIDN'T SEE A HAIR I PULLED IT OUT AND TOOK THE BURGER AWAY FROM HER HAND that's about hygiene Just so we paid 25 euros for our meal and then threw the whole food away, even though we were hungry 😡😡 JUST DISGUSTING, NEVER GO THERE TO EAT 🤬🤬

If the German railway misses your connecting train, this is the only way to avoid getting stabbed. As a tourist at 2am it's pretty scary in the train station so this shop is my saving grace. Some people are there and you are not afraid. Employees can only speak some German, but it doesn't matter

Well The food is fast and Delicious. You should visit the restaurant from 11am till 00.00 when the food is warm and we are in the kitchen cooking with passion and love. Also there is never mistake in the orders everything is fresh made and juice. You also have a great place to sitt and wait for you food to enjoy.

Sadly I only found 19 chicken nuggets in my 20 chicken nuggets I was very sad and couldn't believe it. Sad greetings Alina😑

Worst McDonald’s on the planet. Ran by a bunch of hippos with peanut sized brains. Simple order of 2 double cheeseburger meals and nuggets and they forget the burgers. You get paid over €10 an hour to do nothing but scratch ur hole and u can’t read an order and put a burger in a bag, illiterate f’s. Not to mention they all smell like 💩. €40 spent in McDonalds and got €5.50 worth of McDonald’s. Never ever go here unless ur on ur death bed. I’d ate the stones off the ground and drink my dogs 💦 before I go in there again. Useless C’s.

This restaurant has 15 cash registers.... 15!!!! And some people here wonder why the quality is sometimes so poor, there are only a handful of employees at the front, so it's almost impossible to complete the orders in a reasonable amount of time... just shut your head and thank you. I think the employees do a relatively good job. 5 Stars.

The most popular place at Berlin Central Station at night. Because when all the shops are closed, this one is still open. There are no toilets.

One star, and only because of the warm fries McDonald's at Berlin Central Station - a place where dreams are not only buried, but fried. I had high expectations when I chose the most "gourmet" strawberry cake with whipped cream that the Golden M has to offer. But what I got was more of a culinary odyssey through the Valley of Tears. At first my strawberry cake was simply forgotten. Maybe the crew thought I was lost and accidentally stumbled into a bakery from 2050 where cakes only exist virtually. After politely pointing out that I would like my cake to be real and edible, I finally got it - without whipped cream! I guess I did the math without the whipped cream apocalypse. The citizens – sorry, burgers – were anything but made with love. They looked like they had just escaped from a dramatic romance novel in which they star as an “unloved fast food snack.” The bread was so dry that I was worried it would cause dust clouds when I chewed it. The salad was soggy, like it had just gone through an emotional breakup, and the meat - well, I don't think it ever saw the grill, but was probably just passed briefly by the hot breath of an employee. All in all, my visit to McDonald's at Berlin Central Station was an experience that I wouldn't wish on even my worst enemy. Maybe you shouldn't go there when you're hungry, only when you need a funny story for your next party.

A well-run store, unfortunately quite full which is logical. Even the biggest bucket should know that employees can't do magic. Luckily the employees are protected. So keep it up... you are the best.

Rarely seen such a poorly organized and dirty McDonald's. 3 hamburgers can take 60 minutes or more. Completely overwhelmed employees and incredibly unfriendly “security”. Never again

The worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at, disgusting food. Chicken and fries bitter and smelly, as if fried in old oil. McDonald's in Poland looks like a Michelin-starred restaurant compared to the German one. I was picking up the order from the counter, my number was displayed and nothing, then it disappeared and only after 3 minutes they started calling, and the organization was so-so. Expensive. I do not recommend

We had to wait over 30 minutes for our breakfast (despite asking)!! And when I finally got my two things (drink & McToast) the toast was completely flat and the cheese was gone.

Absolute incompetence of the employees. Order was ready and ready. Suddenly the number could no longer be found and was no longer on the display. 20 minutes for a chicken burger. There were 8 people working there. 6 of them were just rum. The only positive thing was the friendly woman at the checkout who gave me my money back without any problems and immediately apologized. If you order a vanilla milkshake you will receive one with strawberries. When you point this out to them, they try to explain with their very poor knowledge of German that vanilla is supposedly out and that's why strawberries are served. It was the third time they told me that. Pure disappointment.

Waited 40 mins for food and never got it after already paying. Was pressed by a security guard who called me a kayak without the second a for putting my hand on the counter to ask where my food was. Terrible experience. Do not order from here.

I had a similar experience as “Eli Brody”, wherein i was harrassed, nay, verbally assaulted by said security guard. I believe this guards name is Abhilash Polaki. I suggest this branch fire this guard immediately.

Because this branch is always very busy, the employees are always very nice and patient. The food tastes warm and the quality is good. Whenever I'm at the HBF Berlin I get my fries and milkshake there (good combo by the way) So I can definitely recommend it.

Spätabends nach einer Veranstaltung noch schnell was zu Essen geholt. Bestellung am Terminal. Abwicklung freundlich, schnell und kompetent. Essen ist das, was man bei McDonald's eben bekommt. Das weiß man ja. Nichts zu klagen. Problemlos!

After 20 minutes and multiple requests, my menu was ready. I wanted to eat on site and was given a bag to take away. The place was littered. My Royal with extra 2x bacon for 1.20 extra was without bacon. Because of the long waiting time, I didn't have time to file a complaint. No recommendation.

It's actually a very good McDonald's, but due to the many walk-in customers in the main station, it sometimes looks like a battlefield. The employee always cleaned and wiped the tables clean, but it still wasn't great. Maybe you have to think of a different concept for this, because I like to eat my burger directly in the restaurant when it is fresh and warm. However, there is nothing to complain about in terms of speed, taste and service. This is similar in every McDonald's and therefore doesn't differ significantly here either.

The employee at the checkout was extremely unsympathetic. When ordering, he gave you the feeling that you weren't welcome. He took my serving, cleaned the dirty counter, then his hands, and then he put it in my bag on top of my fries. Very unfriendly staff. Not recommendable. (I also have him to thank for Otto's brisk performance afterwards; the bob was pushed well into the track).

Unfriendly, demotivated and listless employees. I waited 17 minutes for my order, even though my order number disappeared from the display after just 5 minutes. When I asked, I was told that the thing (display) didn't work anyway. My drinks were ready BEHIND the counter after just 7 minutes. The coffee was of course cold, the Fanta was watery, meaning the ice cubes had already melted. The employees chat among themselves and when you try to ask questions, they roll their eyes in annoyance and blow out air provocatively.

Finally a McDonald's that was clean and the service was super fast and friendly. Great staff.

We ate at McDonald's in Berlin at the main train station late this evening. In addition to the delicious menus, we would like to thank the super nice employees and especially Mr. Agim, who is incredibly attentive, friendly and very helpful in ensuring the well-being of the customers. Mr. Agim is a great ambassador for McDonald's! A big thank you to him!

The boss makes an effort. We liked her straight away. The employees are like foreigners. They like to play boss. Said. Cleaning, cleaning while they were standing there. I would have liked to have stayed at Mac Donald's.

The burger I ordered was not only expensive but also tasted terrible. The burger called "bacon" had no bacon at all. Drama in taste

I've never given such a bad review, but after this accumulation of insolence (within one order!), it has to be done. We were at the train station for breakfast this Saturday, May 11th, and went to McD half an hour before departure to place our order. This was also shown at the top of the display and we could see how the bag was filled: every 2 - 4 minutes a burger/wrap (from a total of 7 dishes and 3 drinks) was put into the bag. The hot drinks were already ready. After waiting for over 20 minutes, we asked what our order was as our train was leaving in 7 minutes. Then the male employee with a black headband (who was generally in a bad mood and unmotivated) simply said that the McMuffin Egg wasn't ready yet. After another 3 minutes we said that we had to go and the 3rd drink was still missing. He then prepared this in a disposable cup, even though we had paid the extra charge for the reusable cup (and this has happened at some McDs in recent years!) and filled in ice cubes - despite canceling the order. In the meantime, the McMuffin Egg still wasn't prepared and we then had to sprint to the train. When we sat on the train and were finally able to start breakfast, we discovered the following insolence (order 230): - Food no longer warm/hot - All dishes were very “soggy” (wrap could not be separated from paper, for example) - Drink only 3/4 full - missing McMuffin Egg - McFarmer WITHOUT Patty (!!!) And many other little things that aren't worth mentioning because it was a shitty experience across the board (of course it didn't taste good either) and the restaurant ripped us off for at least €7. Since we ourselves have been in the catering industry for years and know the stress, which was actually very manageable on a Saturday morning in a McD, we have a lot of understanding for the employees and mistakes. But being served rudely, without understanding, inconsiderately and without any motivation tops it all off: No effort to prepare the McMuffin for us, pouring the drink into reusable cups but putting the cardboard lid on it (for which you only get a €1 deposit back), being in a bad mood, showing no initiative, ... - that's really bad service.

Take into account that even though it is a central station and they have many customers, providing warmer treatment would be good.

Food is crispy as usual, if not above average, or freshly made. On my last visit it was significantly more crowded and you had to wait over 15 minutes, this time it wasn't the case, this time it was a maximum of 5 minutes, unfortunately there was no seating available anymore but the ambience was chic and modern

I don't reccomend. Especially if you're in a rush (for your train). They took a long time to finish my friend's order and they lost mine. It was very chaotic, better not go there

Cancellation of the order was refused, despite an endless waiting list. So money away instead of train away! Burger King from now on!

Unfortunately absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, the service looks so unhappy to work there and like they don’t care about anything at all, the food is cold and dry, the fries are rock hard, cold and shriveled up and it all felt disgusting and I couldn’t even finish any of it :( really sad and disappointed, such a waste of money.. it was the only thing open on the station. Don’t waste your money on this.

Extremely long waiting times, queues, food often no longer really warm, numerous errors in the order, tables often sticky and dirty. Unfortunately I can't recommend this McDonald's at all. But staff is friendly.

The service didn't speak any German, let alone English. She wants to work, which is good. But not with so little knowledge of the language in a position like this. Wrong milkshake was served. Also wrong dressing. The reason: the one I wanted no longer exists. I went there again and not a minute later the boss came out of the warehouse with a large box of the clothes I wanted. I honestly don't have to go back.

Overpriced for such quality, extremely salty very poor quality of ingredients. In other countries, the fast food chains in Stations whatever they were, are million times better which leads the passengers to buy again. Not in Berlin.

Now that I am seating in my train, I realized that they only put 7 nuggets in my box, which was supposed to have 9. Oh, McDonalds, you used to be cool!

The worker who serves the food is one of the most joyful McDonald's staff I have ever seen. He deserves every tip in this world. 10/10
