Worst experience ever the First thing was the wrap which i ordered was totally stick with the paper and the wrap was made unprofessionally and the morning staff i dont know who but a indian girl was speaking very rudely when i asked them to change the wrap please she said that we are making best if u dont like you can make it soo can you imagine what kind of hospitality the management provide.

A very clean and well-maintained branch. There are even flowers on the tables. Self-service terminals available. The food was brought to the table, the staff was very friendly.

Unclean and disappointing service My visit to this store was extremely unsatisfactory. I don't know if the "cook" forgot his glasses or contact lenses, my girlfriend got a double cheeseburger with chille sauce instead of her chicken burger and instead of my standard double cheeseburger I got a double cheeseburger with the sweet and sour sauce that you normally have on it chickenburger has, got. Bad organization. I was really looking forward to breakfast, ordering went well as always and then the message that the order was ready to be picked up seemed to go quickly, but it just didn't come. So for me it was the last time at Berlin Central Station. Simply too expensive, customer service is terrible, dirty until you look. I was only there twice, that was enough. One time I had to wait almost 12 minutes and another time I wanted to get something quick before my work and it just closed and there were only 4 people who wanted a coffee, but they weren't hungry. I would advise against getting anything at the main train station, not just McDonalds, unless you are a millionaire! Not even the baker is okay. For two normal croissants 8 euros, that's not possible

My number flashed, the food wasn't ready, when I asked, it was frantically put on a tablet, the ice cream had already been there for 3 minutes, then I told them that it was to be taken away, then a bag was placed on my food. I was then allowed to put my food into a bag myself and left with half-melted ice cream and the bag I had packed myself

Typical McDonald's, nothing special. You can sit and there are offers via the app - quite okay for the train station. Ordering via the app didn't work.

I fully understand why the toilets are chargeable, but if you eat something, they should be provided free of charge or via a redeemable voucher. The order number display on the screen didn't work, so the employee, with whom I could only communicate in English, left my order there and left it cold!

I payed for refill and I didn’t get to refill this is a scam. There is food poisoning in the food and it is incredibly disgusting. It took 30 minutes to get my order. I ordered a cheeseburger and a refill cola it is the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I would not recommend this McDonalds to anyone if you want to get sick then this is the place for you.

Worst food/shop I've seen in the last 12 years. Simply slap the Mc Flurry on top, put the sauce at the bottom and add 2 crumbs of Oreo on top. When I returned it, I was yelled at that it was always done that way. The store is not recommended.

I'm lactose intolerant and ordered the Hafer based ice late. It tasted funny and now I feel sick. An allergic person could die! And the toilets are so dirty it's sickening

So after a travel by train we bought for 20euros, still when we wanted to use bathroom we were told that we need to pay 50cents. We did not have small changes, the staff did not want to hear anything. Very unfriendly and stupid staff. I do not recommend. Btw the service is slow and the capuccino not good. I do not recommend, and I am angry. Not often I post negative reviews on Google, but today this staff manage to upset me. You lost a customer, never again.

Was here for breakfast: The McWrap stuck to the packaging so it would rip apart even when carefully unpacked. Unfortunately the taste of the coffee wasn't that great either. At least the waiting time was short and the toilet was free because the machine was broken.

I'm passing through Berlin and ate something at this McDonalds. It didn't taste bad, but unfortunately I didn't have a fork left and so I had to eat with my hand. I also had to go to the toilet after eating. The place of horror! Even though I ate there, I had to pay 50 cents to use the toilet (turnstile). Then there was a voucher for 50 cents, but only for this restaurant where I had already eaten. Redeemable within three months. Difficult if you don't live there. In the toilet there was something smeared with Sharpie on the walls and the toilet itself hadn't been cleaned for a long time. One toilet could not be entered at all because it was closed (without justification) and the second toilet was full of filth from one or more other people's waste. So the third toilet was still left, which resulted in a backlog of people waiting, all of whom wanted to use this one toilet. The toilet paper holder there was broken, so the roll would always fall down if you didn't hold it firmly while unrolling it. The toilet bowl was also dirty and the flush button also looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. If you charge guests extra for a toilet, I at least expect a clean toilet. Unfortunately, there was also a complete lack of disinfectant. If you have a lot of luggage, you will also have problems getting into the toilet because everything there is very small.

As a customer, you order food and purchase goods worth approximately €15. You want an extra 50 cents for the toilet. Hair in the burger!! The standards in this McDonald's have dropped so much that you already have hair in your food. The health department should take a closer look at compliance with hygiene requirements! The last time I ordered something here.

This is the worst Mecces I've ever been to! It wasn't clean, ordering the table number took forever and the employees were a disaster. Our order was first given to the wrong table, then brought to us - without asking if we even wanted it. In terms of hygiene, it's a disgrace. However, the order was still wrong and everything was cold - the employee (rude and unkempt) was generally not interested in our satisfaction. I don't have high standards for a McDonald's but this was an absolute disgrace.

Incredibly slow service. Went on Sunday morning at 8am before having to catch a train 30 minutes after, thought they would be able to make my order in time because there were barely any customers. NOPE placed a simple order for 2 McMuffins with a coffee and had to leave after 25 mins before I got the order as to not miss my train. Workers seemed to be clueless, running around behind the counter but not actually accomplishing anything. If you are on a time crunch, DO NOT GO HERE, you will regret your decision.

There are many people waiting for the train. However, my train was delayed by 90 minutes, so I was glad that I was able to wait inside the store. There are electrical outlets, but there are only a few from the looks of it, and I don't know if you can get them. Worst McDonald experience ever. Unprofessional security staff. Got an ice cream with my friends and was going to sit in while waiting for the train. Hi I was just at Maces and my sibling and I ordered a Smart Menu. We waited for about 10 minutes. Shortly afterwards I was sitting on the train with my siblings and started to eat my menu, I looked at the fries and saw a little spider crawling out of there, I also threw that away because I was so hungry, so I opened my chicken castle and started to eat (my sister too) I just looked at my sister and saw a hair OUT OF HER BURGER I LOOKED AT HER BURGER AND DIDN'T SEE A HAIR I PULLED IT OUT AND TOOK THE BURGER AWAY FROM HER HAND that's about hygiene Just so we paid 25 euros for our meal and then threw the whole food away, even though we were hungry 😡😡 JUST DISGUSTING, NEVER GO THERE TO EAT 🤬🤬

If the German railway misses your connecting train, this is the only way to avoid getting stabbed. As a tourist at 2am it's pretty scary in the train station so this shop is my saving grace. Some people are there and you are not afraid. Employees can only speak some German, but it doesn't matter

Well The food is fast and Delicious. You should visit the restaurant from 11am till 00.00 when the food is warm and we are in the kitchen cooking with passion and love. Also there is never mistake in the orders everything is fresh made and juice. You also have a great place to sitt and wait for you food to enjoy.

Worst McDonald’s on the planet. Ran by a bunch of hippos with peanut sized brains. Simple order of 2 double cheeseburger meals and nuggets and they forget the burgers. You get paid over €10 an hour to do nothing but scratch ur hole and u can’t read an order and put a burger in a bag, illiterate f’s. Not to mention they all smell like 💩. €40 spent in McDonalds and got €5.50 worth of McDonald’s. Never ever go here unless ur on ur death bed. I’d ate the stones off the ground and drink my dogs 💦 before I go in there again. Useless C’s.

This restaurant has 15 cash registers.... 15!!!! And some people here wonder why the quality is sometimes so poor, there are only a handful of employees at the front, so it's almost impossible to complete the orders in a reasonable amount of time... just shut your head and thank you. One star, and only because of the warm fries McDonald's at Berlin Central Station - a place where dreams are not only buried, but fried. I had high expectations when I chose the most "gourmet" strawberry cake with whipped cream that the Golden M has to offer. But what I got was more of a culinary odyssey through the Valley of Tears. At first my strawberry cake was simply forgotten. Maybe the crew thought I was lost and accidentally stumbled into a bakery from 2050 where cakes only exist virtually. After politely pointing out that I would like my cake to be real and edible, I finally got it - without whipped cream! I guess I did the math without the whipped cream apocalypse. The citizens – sorry, burgers – were anything but made with love. They looked like they had just escaped from a dramatic romance novel in which they star as an “unloved fast food snack.” The bread was so dry that I was worried it would cause dust clouds when I chewed it. The salad was soggy, like it had just gone through an emotional breakup, and the meat - well, I don't think it ever saw the grill, but was probably just passed briefly by the hot breath of an employee. All in all, my visit to McDonald's at Berlin Central Station was an experience that I wouldn't wish on even my worst enemy. Maybe you shouldn't go there when you're hungry, only when you need a funny story for your next party.

I was picking up the order from the counter, my number was displayed and nothing, then it disappeared and only after 3 minutes they started calling, and the organization was so-so. Expensive. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our breakfast (despite asking)!! And when I finally got my two things (drink & McToast) the toast was completely flat and the cheese was gone.

If you order a vanilla milkshake you will receive one with strawberries. When you point this out to them, they try to explain with their very poor knowledge of German that vanilla is supposedly out and that's why strawberries are served. It was the third time they told me that. Pure disappointment.
