Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Das Hähnchen war schön knusprig, die Pommes heiß und die Bestellung wurde vollständig ausgegeben. Auch das Personal war freundlich und hat zügig gearbeitet. Der Gastraum machte insgesamt einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. So wünscht man sich einen Besuch bei KFC. Komme gerne wieder und kann den Standort in den Gropius Passagen weiterempfehlen.

Hallo eigentlich bin ich ein stammkunde bei KFC. Ich wollte mir ein einziges Ketchup holen für meine pommes da stand ich kann es abholen ich hab es nie bekommen. Geht lieber zu einen anderen kfc.

Das essen war sehr schlecht. Die Tische Klebten,der Boden schmutzig. Einige Mitarbeiter verstehen kein Wort,wenn man fragt. Wir gehen da nicht mehr essen.

Habe das Essen zurückgeben, weil das Hähnchen noch roh war..Habe das neue bekommen, aber gemerkt, das war das gleiche wie vorher. Immer noch roh. Habe dann mein Geld zurück verlangt.

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Ich liebe KFC eigentlich sehr. Aber mein heutiger besuch hat mir wieder gezeigt das diese Filale nichts mehr damit zu tun hat was KFC mal ausgemacht hat. Trinken (Eistee) schmeckte irgendwie merkwürdig und oben war ein leichter Belag auf dem Getränk. Die Hähnchenteile waren sehr nüchtern und auch trocken von innen. Es wirkte wie "Altes" Hähnchen. Bei meiner Bestellung habe ich 0,50€ extra bezahlt um butter für meinen Maiskolben zu haben. Als ich mein Essen dann holte meinte die Bedienung es gibt keine Butter mehr beim Kolben dazu. Darauf hin wollte ich verständlicher weise mein geld wieder zurück haben. KFC wieso wird es angeboten und auch abkassiert wenn man es eh nicht bekommt ? Im großen und ganzen ist das Essen "Okay" gewesen aber leider nicht mehr das was es mal war. Sauberkeit war leider auch nicht wirklich gegeben im Restaurant. Für den Preis den man bei KFC bezahlt muss man auch trotz "Fastfood" einfach mehr bekommen für das Geld.

Das Personal war freundlich und das Essen in Ordnung, so wie man es von einem KFC erwartet. Leider hat die mangelnde Sauberkeit des Restaurants das Erlebnis komplett ruiniert. Es war mit Abstand das schmutzigste Restaurant, in dem ich je essen musste. Kein einziger Tisch war sauber genug, um bequem daran zu essen, und der Boden war so klebrig, dass man fast mit den Schuhen daran festkleben konnte. Der ganze Laden wirkte vernachlässigt und unhygienisch. Hätten wir gewusst, wie es im hinteren Bereich aussieht, hätten wir wahrscheinlich gar nicht erst bestellt. Es war von Anfang bis Ende ein wirklich unangenehmes Erlebnis. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder.

Ein tolles Restaurant. Das Essen war heiß und knusprig. Der Service war gut und die Angestellten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ich habe hier mit meiner Familie zu Mittag gegessen, das Essen war fantastisch und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Ein großes Lob an Roy für seinen hervorragenden Service.

Ich hatte ein fantastisches Erlebnis bei KFC! Die Chicken Wings waren perfekt knusprig und unglaublich lecker, besonders mit der scharfen Soße, die ihnen den perfekten Kick verlieh. Der Service war außergewöhnlich – ein besonderes Dankeschön an Roy, der während meines gesamten Besuchs so freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend war. Das Ambiente war sauber, gemütlich und hatte eine tolle Atmosphäre, die das gesamte Esserlebnis noch angenehmer machte. Definitiv einer meiner besten KFC-Besuche überhaupt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben dort bestellt und das Essen ist selbst nach 2 Stunden nicht angekommen obwohl es angeblich nur 35 Minuten dauern sollte. Wir haben 5 Minuten versucht anzurufen und wurden 3 Mal weg gedrückt. Frechheit 100% garantiert.

Ehrlich gesagt, exzellenter Service, und ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen, hinzugehen und das Essen zu genießen.

Dieser Ort ist mein vertrautes KFC-Restaurant, und ich komme mindestens einmal pro Woche hierher. Das Hähnchen hier ist wirklich sehr lecker – seit ich hier esse, kann ich kaum noch Hähnchen woanders genießen. Es ist einfach großartig.

Dear Team, I am writing to formally complain about my repeated and extremely disappointing experiences with your branch. After these incidents, I have decided that I will no longer order from them, either in-store or via delivery! About two months ago, several items were missing from an order, including drinks, sauces, and an extra ear of corn that I had paid for. After contacting you, I was told that I would receive these missing items "with my next order." I found this statement questionable even then, as it was unclear how my order was supposed to be processed, and how anyone could possibly remember this phone call. Unfortunately, the same situation occurred again with my order today for my children and me. The order was largely incorrect, and once again, all the sauces were missing. After contacting you again, I received the exact same response as before: I should "just say so next time." No immediate solution was offered. The culmination of this experience, however, came with the food itself: there were hairs in my burger. From a hygiene standpoint, this is absolutely unacceptable and utterly disgusting. I immediately disposed of the burger. I don't intend to harm anyone, but such an incident clearly crosses a line. Due to the repeated errors, the lack of problem-solving, and the serious hygiene deficiencies, I have completely lost trust in your branch. I expect a proper response and clarification of this incident!

The burger was unfortunately too salty.

We placed our order for dine-in, but received it in a bag. All the items we ordered were thrown into one box, even though it was two separate orders. After some discussion, we received three extra items. The chicken pieces were extremely greasy and not crispy at all. The house sauce was completely tasteless. The tables were dirty. The staff wasn't particularly friendly. This was our last time ordering from them.

Unfortunately, the cashier was incredibly rude simply because we asked if the drinks machine would be working again soon, since we had ordered meals and paid for them with the machine. "Don't worry about it," she told us. When I replied, "We're not," she snapped back, "Well, that's fine then." Sorry, but that's really unfriendly.

The food and drinks at this branch are a disaster. Inedible! The Pepsi was pure syrup with water, flat. Fast food is a joke here. You easily wait 20 minutes or more for your food.

Extremely bad experience. All the tables in the restaurant and the entire couch were dirty and covered in grease. After I pointed this out to the staff and asked them to wipe the tables, nothing was done. This is absolutely unacceptable. You cannot eat here.

Terrible, the food arrived cold (15 minutes) and looked like someone had already eaten it. The photo in the Wolt app looked completely different than how it arrived. If I could give it 0, I would give it 0.

This is the best KFC, that I have visited in Berlin. The stuff was SO SO SO SO FRIENDLY !!!!! I am absolutely thankful for this incredible survice. Especially I want to say big thanks to the Simarjit Kaur. She absolutely made my day!!!! Just a few minutes of talking to her and to her amazing advices I was charged with her incredible positive energy and was smiling whole day after that!!!! I think she deserves a raise ❤ I haven't seen in a long time people, who love their job so much, willing to help and are so excitied about the food, that they are selling ❤❤❤❤❤ Thank you a lot !!!! 😍😍😍 I think that the whole location is also stunning !!! It is just near the Christmas tree. Sits are very comfortable and it feels like an expensive restaurant for a very reasonable price. I would definetly come back here again. And I also highly recommend this place for other people. As a cool date or a place for a family 😍🤗🤗🤗Thank you a lot !!!!

This is the first time I've ever given a bad review. What I experienced on December 6th, 2025 at 5 PM is unbelievable. I stood in line at the checkout for 10 minutes. Then the male employee tried to serve me, but a woman came up behind us and said no! They should order at the counter! Eventually, a man, visibly disabled, came with children and politely asked for help, saying he was unsure how to proceed. The female employee's comment left me speechless! She bluntly said: "That's your problem, not mine!" 😳 I'm shocked. Then another customer helped the man. I won't spend another cent there. On top of that, I received a completely wrong order, and they forgot the corn and lettuce. How can they hire employees like that?

On December 2nd, I was at KFC with my autistic daughter, and we ordered corn on the cob and some snacks at the kiosk. While we waited, she drank a Sprite, which she already had since she can't tolerate other drinks. The bespectacled man at the counter angrily yelled at her for drinking, even though I explained that she is autistic and doesn't understand language. He only stopped yelling when she started making unintelligible noises and rocking back and forth. Unfriendly service, sick, crazy, blind employees.

Disastrous, unhygienic, everything stinks of old grease. The staff are very rude and overwhelmed. The drinks machine had no carbonation; when we pointed this out, they told us to throw it away and get another one. It still tasted like dishwater. I went to get some salt, but the salt packets were all stuck together with dirt or grease. The burgers were cold. Never again.

Long wait times because people are asked ten times at the terminal if they want anything to add to their order. Customer service is nonexistent, and the food is overpriced. There are several restaurants next door with higher-quality food and significantly better customer service at comparable prices!

On October 7, 2025, at 7:00 PM, I ordered food from your branch. Two female employees were on duty at the order counter. Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with the service. The employee who took my order was inattentive and unfocused. She asked for my order several times, even though I had already clearly stated it. After my order was taken, I had to wait about 10 minutes, even though the restaurant was not very busy. She also didn't ask if I wanted to eat in or take the food to go. When my food was ready and I said I wanted it to go, it was very rudely and roughly packed into the bag. In addition, a salad was missing from my order. When I politely went back to address this, the employee didn't apologize but handed me the salad without saying a word, as if nothing had happened. I request that the branch management retrain the affected employees to prevent such incidents in the future.

Its pretty good, just that there are workers who barely care about their job so like they forget things or they do things wrong but the food is lovely.

The service was super bad! They gave my meal to the wrong person. When I went to get my meal, they suspected I wanted to have it twice. I got my meal but their attitude was really so shity. They didn’t check the number from another person who took my meal, and then suspected me of taking it twice. So rude! I won’t go there even again.

I was there about three weeks ago, and the service was awful. I had to wait 30 minutes for my chicken pieces. The drinks machine was broken, or rather, wasn't working properly; the drinks dispensed were mixed. In short, KFC isn't what it used to be; the food doesn't really taste good anymore, and the service is very poor.

Very disappointing outlet. They forgot my wrap from the menu. Then i had to ask for the wrap after no one was looking at the plate on the counter. The wrap was half filled and very substandard fillings only lettuce, 2 chicken pieces and a sauce. All that costing more that much better small shops just outside.

The food doesn't taste particularly good, especially for the price. I ordered from Lieferando. I was told that the staff checks the bags three times before picking them up. Apparently, that didn't happen; half of the order was missing. I won't eat there again.

They rudely wiped the burger bun with a cloth, then wanted to give me a three-hour-old burger bun because mine was burnt. Simply unhygienic, once and never again.

The fries were raw, and the burger was so cold and tasted absolutely nothing. I definitely won't be eating there again.

Well, it was okay. It was a wild mess. You can't really see through it all. What I don't think is OK. A man with children, etc., just walked from the back. I have no idea if he was anything special or who he was, up to the counter and talked and talked with the man, ordering endless food. His behavior was catastrophic, and he didn't have to pay. What is this? Are there just special requests here, or what's going on? It's completely unacceptable. The way things were being done there. Catastrophic. Pure chaos.

I went to KFC for the first time yesterday. It was disgusting. The food was slapped down. The fries were without salt and in the hairdresser for too long. The tables were stuck and leftovers were lying around. So never again for me 🤢🤮

I ordered two set meals and once ordered Filet Bites to take away. And when I'm home, I just didn't get the two items. I'm so tired and I have to go and pick them up myself... they don't deliver it. After a tiring day it's really even more tiring and disappointing.

I went there with an empty soda can. The man at the checkout yelled at me that I was being disrespectful. I had this can with me the whole way. I was forced to take my food with me and was not allowed to eat in the branch. Just disrespectful!

I always order at the terminal. You couldn't choose chicken parts. No idea why. The app has also gotten worse. My burger didn't have what I ordered on it. It also looked very poorly done. Doesn't matter. I was hungry and didn't feel like discussing things. The fries were cold and there were no wet wipes. Where did they go? So finger licking good is great, but greasy fingers afterwards are not. Customers before me complained that their drink of choice was not selectable. Annoying if you pay for it. The service is totally overwhelmed. The kitchen definitely needs to be trained. It doesn't work that way. KFC Gropiusstadt won't exist like this for much longer. And I think KFC Germany is in the process of being dismantled, as you can see from the app. And no, I will not write an email to your service. This is enough.

The food was simply a disgrace. It was the first and last time for me at KFC. Disgusting, cold and inedible. Had a large and a small menu, which didn't differ from each other except for the significant difference in price. Everything slapped on and just disgusting. The prices, on the other hand, are enormous. Impudence! Never again!

The burgers were full of yucky sauce with a small nugget size chicken piece in the middle. The manager refused to change it saying that this is standard KFC Burger. Taste, quantity of portion and service all worse. Better find another place to eat.
