ich war heute in Ihrer Filiale in Berlin Leider war ich mit dem Service sehr unzufrieden Obwohl sich nur wenige Kunden im Restaurant befande mussten wir lange auf unsere Bestellung warten. Außerdem hatten wir vier Menüs bestellt aber es wurden nur drei Menüs ausgegeben. Als wir das Problem angesprochen haben, reagierte das Personal leider unfreundlich und respektlos Ich bin von Ihrem Service enttäuscht und hoffe dass Sie diesen Vorfall prüfen und die Servicequalität verbessern

I don't visit this restaurant often, but because of a SpongeBob promotion, I went twice specifically to collect the figures. On my first visit, my order included a Whopper and churros, but I only received the churros. The Whopper was completely missing. I understand that mistakes can happen; perhaps the employee is new. Furthermore, despite my clear selection, I was deliberately given the wrong figure from the kids' menu. My orders weren't neatly packaged in one large bag but simply handed to me in several small bags. On my second visit today, I ordered a Whopper meal, but neither the Christmas ornament nor my large portion of fries was included. The meal is designed to include everything, so why they weren't there is beyond me. Since I didn't eat in, I couldn't verify if everything was included. I assumed they were doing their job correctly and didn't want to be disappointed at home. I expect your employees to be more careful. People are paying for this, and it's not cheap. This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable. This forces me to check my orders myself every time.

I ordered 18 pieces of wings but only got 15 pieces. will never order again from this place.
