Food was very bad had to wait nearly half a hour for food and it wasn't busy and when I was served it was cold

I've been a customer for almost 25 years – today they lost me. I waited almost 40 minutes for fries, a regular burger, and a drink (in a PET bottle). It wasn't even full. The fries were lukewarm... like you'd get them at a McDonald's drive-thru in winter. In a restaurant, you're practically at the source; they HAVE to be hot! I had to hunt for the bacon strips on my burger. And you charge €11 for a meal like that and the service? I'd rather get a doner kebab for that money next time. It's prepared right in front of me after I order it, and I get it hot and fresh! Oh, and like many others have complained, the tray areas were completely crammed during my visit, nobody cleans them, the tables were greasy, and there was stuff lying around everywhere. ``` Managers or whatever don't read this garbage anyway. If the restaurant had offered an apology, even if it was just six damn chicken nuggets, I would have accepted it—but as it is, they just make everything more expensive while further reducing service. I was a total jerk! ._.

The toilet was very uncomfortable. Inside of toilet was 50‘c degrees or more. Heating was on full like in a sauna. No ventilation. Urine smells is evaporated in air. Hard to breathe.

Unfortunately, they deal a lot with homelessness, but their service is very good!

I'll put it this way: This is my first time at this McDonald's. My order was delivered incredibly quickly. Yes, there's a fee for the restroom, which is odd—I don't understand it. But overall, 1 euro to wash your hands and go about your business is absolutely fine. This way, I understand, they filter out unwanted guests who are just using the restroom (and there's a lot of traffic there). Overall, it's very spacious and beautiful, the food is very warm, especially the potatoes (they're not dry, but soft and even juicy). The sauces are also delicious, I like the burgers—as usual, a soft bun and fresh ingredients, everything is mixed and arranged correctly. The staff is generally super—everything is fast and friendly. My only request to guests: Please be more restrained and polite, don't throw trash around the McDonald's, and don't bring any chebureki into the establishment. If you really want to take something into the establishment, bring 0.5 liters of water (no need to drag half the cafeteria to the McDonald's). The app offers boring sets with a promo code, but without the app, you can order from the highlight menu for 5-10 euros and have a pretty great snack. Overall, dear coordinator of this McDonald's, you're doing a great job, keeping everything top-notch. Just please don't overwork your staff and take care of yourself. Thank you and your staff!
