Fresh Rolls in Berlin

I took a takeaway box, the staff did not explain to us that there was a limit to take from the boxes. When it was time to pay (knowing that the lady saw us taking the food) she got very angry with her husband and even insulted us tourists. Fortunately the food and the chicken are good, at least if you don't count the dry noodles. Thank you Fresh rolls.

This review rating is completely unacceptable. You can eat as many different foods as you can eat on one large plate. A large plate costs 10.9 euros and a drink costs only 2.5 euros. Is there anywhere in Berlin where you can get a meal of this quality for this price? It's a food court, not a fancy restaurant, but it was the best restaurant for a cheap and filling meal. The food tasted really great too. The owner was also kind~

Unfortunately, the food is far too cold and dry, the fried chicken consists ONLY of breading and is very hard, the spring rolls have an icy aftertaste and the staff is super unfriendly

Unfortunately, super unfriendly staff who make you feel super uncomfortable. They offer a plate for €10.90 that you can use to help yourself to the buffet. While you are filling your plate at the small counter, you are “admonished”. It is said by two workers in a very dismissive tone, "enough, enough" or something like "enough". That's not what I understand by a buffet where you can fill a plate once. Unfortunately it made the experience very unpleasant. If I had read the reviews beforehand, I wouldn't have eaten here either.

Very good food, I think the best asian bistro I've been to in Berlin. No complaints. The staff is always friendly. Unbeatable price.

The food was really bad. My stomach can't handle it at all. The only thing that was ok was the rice. It didn't taste anything. The duck wasn't a duck at all. I've never eaten anything like that before. Never again for me.

Until today I didn't know that pasta could be dry. So it can be dry in shape. But the water was nicely chilled.

Best Pho Bo with many beef with decent price that you can find around here. Service is friendly and super fast. I dont understand why people review this place with 1/5 while saying sth along the line "food is alright blah blah", you are ruining honest good business by doing that.

The food is quite alright, i didn't regret buying it, but they offer empty plates/boxes that you can fill up yourself (no limits given!!) and then rudely tell you to stop when you try to make the most out of it... i understand that it's a business but i'm pretty sure they could afford people filling their boxes to the rim for 11euros ... or at least don't market it off as no limits

They have a “Deal” for 10,90€ in which basically they give you a plate and you can fill with whatever you want (obviously only once) but when you fill and as you reach the Kasse they start pressing you (indicating you to not take any more) by arrogantly or monk by saying words such as “ STOP!” or “ GENUG”. I mean I get that this is a business but don’t keep offers if you cannot deliver your customers. Would have given negative rating if possible, ngl.

The service was quick and friendly. The food was 1. Overpriced considering the quality. 2. The worst "duck crispy" thing I've ever bought. I have often picked up food from an Asian snack bar and have always tolerated it well and it has been tasty every time. With Fresh Rolls it was the complete opposite! 3. The meat consisted mostly of fat and connective tissue and was poorly seasoned. 4. The noodles were undercooked. 5. Some of the vegetables were just thawed and mushy, the fresh vegetables were a little warmed up but still raw. I have a wish: The responsible control authority in the Friedrichshain district should keep a close eye on this company!

I have my lunch almost every day this food court I really like this food. whenever I go to this mall. i always take food from there. i like gemuse hinchen, fish chips and other items. try those items.

The food tasted bad and the staff were unfriendly.

I didn't like the food, more breading than meat, barely chewable. Very unfriendly when you express criticism. Food is too cold. When we returned the food there was discussion that I was the only one who didn't like it. I showed her the Google reviews, which I didn't read until later, unfortunately, as I wasn't the only one. I didn't get any money back, that's not what mattered to me.

Free refill, very tasty and nice staff

Disgusting. I regretted not checking the reviews first. Food smelled so strange, I stopped after three bites and still got queasy. There is absolutely nothing “fresh” about it. Just disgusting.

I ate fried tofu with vegetables and soy sauce for €9.90 and can't say anything negative. The food was tasty, the staff were friendly, and there were enough seats. Everything is perfectly fine. Would eat there again.

The essence of dining is to derive joy and contentment from both the food and service, neither of which you will encounter here. This constitutes one of the most horrible dining experiences imaginable. Firstly, the food quality is abysmal, to the extent that consuming it may result in illness the following day. Despite being advertised as a buffet, any attempt to take an additional piece of meat is met with the counter attendant reprimanding you.

Wirs Asian food I have ever eaten. Noodles were dry and did not taste good, chicken and sauce had a weired, somewhat chemical taste, vegetables were tasteless. Im worried that I further found a little Maggot... At least it looked like one... 1/10, would not recommend. Staff was nice tho Last but not least it was allmost a bit overpriced...

Run away after eating, really don’t come here

I hardly ever give a bad review to a restaurant, the food was very unfresh, I had an upset stomach after eating it, the staff's attitude was poor, and her behavior was ridiculous , she always said "STOP!" when I was reaching for my food, even though it was a buffet.

I wanted to eat something and was greeted with a big stop, DON'T COME!!!!!!

Strangely enough, paying with a card doesn't work, so bring cash... well, the meat is somehow artificially shaped

I regret the food. It was incredibly bland. Partly cold. Not worth the price.

Ich habe mir einen Teller für 9,90€ geholt und das Essen ist ungenießbar!!!! Kaltes Essen !!!!!! Ich habe mich beschwert und mir wurde die Mikrowelle angeboten zum warm machen?? Gehts noch??? Nie wieder....

Wurde mies abgezogen hab 50 Euro gegeben für 10 Euro essen und hab nur 10 wieder bekommen.

Das Essen hier ist wirklich in Ordnung. Jedoch, wenn man eine Box auffüllen möchte mit „egal was man will“. Wird einem das Wort „STOP“ öfter ins Gesicht zum Gehör kommen. Man darf nur begrenzt Fleisch in seine Box füllen und wird aufgefordert für die Inhaber billigere Optionen, wie Gemüse und Reis, zu wählen. Man muss einen Extra Preis-Zuschlag zahlen, wenn man mehr Fleisch möchte. Dies entspricht nicht einer Erwartung der Kunden, wenn auf den Schildern „Selbstbedienung“ darauf steht. Das Essen jedoch war ziemlich solide, schmeckte nicht komisch, aber die Optionen neben diesen Geschäft würde ich vorziehen…

VORSICHT BETRUG!!! Ich wurde nach dem halben auffüllen auf gefordert 2,50 mehr zu zahlen. Als ich abgelehnt habe und gehen wollte, wurde ich dazu gedrängt, zu bleiben. Ich habe 25 prozent drauf gezahlt für 1/3 der Box. War immer noch hungrig und 10 euro los. Kann ich NICHT empfehlen!!!

Ich hab mir was geholt und wurde dazu gedrängt, mehr zu Zahlen wegen meinem Fleisch gemüse verhältnis. Ich durfte kein Gemüse mehr reinmachen, keine Soße, wurde beleidigt und durfte auch nicht weggehen. Hab mich selten so rumgeschubst und belästigt gefühlt!!! 10 euro (2,50 mehr als verabredet) und bin nicht mal Satt geworden! Kann ich nocht empfehlen!

Wir haben zwei big plate genommen es war super! Wir sind Touristen, vielleicht unsere Meinung ist exotisch.

Wer sehr hungrig ist, sollte sich hier nicht am Buffet bedienen! Habe so einen großen Teller gehabt und habe "STOP" von allen Personalen gehört! Das ist Buffet oder was?! Verschwende doch nicht, solche Erfahrung habe erstenmal im Leben bei Buffet gehabt! Sehr interessant

Das Fleisch überhaupt nicht durch, dazu schmeckten die Nudeln nach Plastik und unfreundliche Bedienung. Da könnte nicht mal mehr Frank Rosin helfen

Der hat uns verarscht. Fleisch war nicht mal durch und Nudeln waren geschmacklos. 8.50€ für nichte. Der Typ hinterm Tresen war sehr unfreundlich und hatte AirPods drin während er uns bedient hat. Nudeln wie aus Plastik und Soßen ohne Geschmack. Wir haben eine Box, all you can eat geholt und er hat gesagt stopp, stopp als wir fast voll hatten.

Also sorry! Wer diesen Fraß isst , dem ist nicht mehr zu helfen. Die Champignons schmecken derart chemisch, dass einem schlecht wird. Das Hähnchenfleisch ist eine Schande. Das ganze Essen ist wahrscheinlich komplett mit MSG überdüngt, dass man es überhaupt runterbekommt. Die Leute, die das Essen hier feiern, sollten sich echt mal untersuchen lassen. Eine bodenlose Frechheit, was Einem da angeboten wird. Nie wieder!

I got food from the buffet and bit into a chicken wing. It appears the chicken wing is completely raw in the middle and not cooked. I then went up to tell the woman at the counter, and she gave me €2 as an apology and didn’t even take my plate away to show kitchen staff. I don’t think that response is appropriate and I will not be returning! I would not recommend to anyone to eat here.

Freundliche Bedienung und das Essen war top! Das Pho Bo schmeckt authentisch wie in Saigon und das Reis & Tofu war ebenfalls lecker. Gute Preise. Empfehle ich weiter. :-)

Ich habe eine Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen. Das Essen hat mir übrigens nicht geschmeckt. Es war nicht frisch und nicht zu empfehlen! Es wäre echt super wenn mal das Gesundheitsamt vorbei schauen würde!

Super leckeres Essen für relativ wenig Geld. All you can eat Teller empfohlen.

Haare im essen, Nudeln gekocht statt gebraten und in soße ertränkt absolut nicht zu empfehlen das Hähnchen hat ebenfalls geschmeckt als wäre es gekocht nicht lecker

Was will man viel von einem Fastfoodasiaten erwarten? Ich hatte den großen Buffetteller. Bratreis und Bratnudeln waren etwas unterwürzt, aber geschmacklich normal. Das Gemüse war leider schon kalt, aber bissfest. Der Tofu ist etwas scharf, das Curry auch. Hähnchenfleisch im Curry war schön zart. Das Fritierte (Ente, Fisch, Huhn) schmeckt halt wie Fritiertes. Ente war OK, Fleisch teilweise mit Knorpel und Fett, beim Huhn war die Panade sehr dick, der Fisch war überraschend gut. Frühlingsrollen sind Tiefkühlware wie woanders auch. Kroketten würde ich beim Asiaten nicht unbedingt essen, aber wer's mag... Dreierlei Soßen kann man sich nehmen. Die Bedienung konnte nicht einwandfrei deutsch sprechen, aber er hat mich verstanden. Wer was anderes möchte, hat am Foodcourt genug Auswahl. Schnitzel, Burger oder Ramen kann man sich an den anderen Ständen holen. 9€ für den Teller ist schon teuer, aber im Vergleich zu den anderen Läden dort durchschnittlich. Geschmacklich keine Offenbarung, aber auch nicht unterdurchschnittlich.

Leider habe ich die Rezessionen davor nicht gelesen. Frühlingsrollen, gebratene Nudeln, Kroketten.. wirklich alles schmeckte ekelhaft! Definitiv nie wieder und fast alles landete im Müll. Nicht mal ein Stern wert!

Sehr sehr unfreundliches Personal. Ich wurde beschimpft, ich sei nicht normal, weil ich meinte, man kann zur Kundschaft freundlich und zuvorkommend sein. Normalerweise wäre ich gegangen, wenn meine Tochter nicht hungrig gewesen wäre.

Leckeren Burger mit Rindfleisch und Mango gegessen. Die Wartezeit war kurz und das Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Gerne wieder.

Pracoval som chvíľu v Berlíne a každý deň som sa bol tu najesť, jedlo teplé a veľmi chutné ryža a slušný výber kuracieho mäsa, tofu a ryby.

Frittierter Fisch war innen schleimig, GAR NICHTS am Essen war frisch... wirklich ekelhaft das Essen... Wenn ich in den nächsten Stunden Magenbeschwerden habe, würde es mich bei dem Essen nicht wundern! Echt schade

Der Fisch hat ekelhaft gerochen, Eierreis sowie Nudeln rochen und schmeckten komisch. Das einzig "leckere" war das Curry Tofu in Kombi mit dem Reis, jedoch war das Tofu da auch nicht lecker. Ein Stern gibt es trotzdem wegen der netten Bedienung. Bei 5 Euro all you can eat hatte ich zwar keine hohen Erwartungen wurde aber trotzdem enttäuscht. Ich hoffe hier bekam niemand Magen-Darm...
