Great burgers for cheaper gels 10/10

Ate something in this BK again today. Architecturally an interesting place. However, when you enter the restaurant, you are immediately greeted by a pungent toilet smell that permeates two thirds of the restaurant. The first attempt to order at the self-service counter was immediately unsuccessful because the device hung up shortly before the order was sent. We then wanted to order at the counter. Although there was hardly anything going on, there was complete chaos behind the counter. The employees seemed disorganized and overwhelmed and were also in an extremely bad mood. We immediately felt bad about bothering the employees with our order. Given the small number of guests in the shop, the preparation took a little too long, but it was still within reason. The food was too cold for the waiting time (fries ok). The portions seemed very small. Hardly any difference between medium and large fries. The all-over feel of the food can be described as absolutely loveless. The shop looks unkempt, dingy, dusty and has cobwebs under the ceiling. Add to that the smell, generally a very unsatisfactory experience. We won't be coming back.

Good food quick service but the toilets are dirty, hand dryer broken and no tissues.

The place is barely heated, the potato racks are at most lukewarm, and Fanta is too warm without ice cream. The friendly service person behind the counter was the only bright spot.

Great location, unfortunately no heating, we were freezing. All the burgers were completely cold, the meat was tough, the cheese slices weren't baked, they must have pimped up old burgers. No wonder we were the only guests, many of us probably won't be coming back either. Staff was nice!

Food came quickly, but everything was completely cold! The employee was very friendly, but only spoke extremely poor German, which made communication at the drive counter extremely complicated.

Very bad service. Guests are contacted. Almost nothing is going on in the branch, which is not surprising. The work processes appear poorly coordinated and chaotic. I don't know that from other branches. The branch seems to have a personnel or management problem. That's a shame because the location is great.

A bit cold, but the taste is great

When we were here last night, there was a massive smell of "toilet" in the entire restaurant. Maybe that was the reason why we were the only ones in the restaurant and otherwise only delivery men picked up something. Anyone who knows the restaurant will know how big it is. That's why it's amazing that it smells like a train station toilet. In any case, we won't go here anymore!

Drive in is apparently not possible. you have to go in there. Sometimes card payments don't work. These employees are too stupid

It smelled like a toilet. The One Piece burgers were limp and the cheese wasn't melted. The price (€17.99) is way too overpriced. The fries smelled of old frying grease.

Yesterday around 5:00 p.m. I was back at the drive in for a long time. I used to be a regular customer. I ordered a Cheeseburger Kids Menu and a Wopper Menu. Two cars were waiting in front of me. After about 20 minutes the driver in front of me started honking impatiently. After another 10 minutes of waiting, he backed up and drove away. I kept waiting and eventually got my bag. When we got home we discovered that the cheeseburger was missing from the kids menu. There were only fries and a toy in the box.

We were just at the drive-through. But nothing happened there. There was no sign saying you can't order there today. After a good 5 minutes we parked and ordered from the store. A receipt didn't come out of the machine, the paper was empty. We took a photo of the order number. We've been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for our food. The store is relatively empty, but the employees can't manage it at all. The screen is overflowing with orders. If we hadn't already paid, we would leave. Absolute nightmare.

The food was very tasty, I can only recommend it!

The menu is the same everywhere, but not the interior. Here it's a very uncomfortable 50s-80s style mix, with worn-out furniture, far too much empty space, far too high ceilings and terribly bright light. Even your favorite burger doesn't taste good in there.

What is noticeable again and again, even since new management appears to be on site, is the unclean tables. The dishes are often, still, only warm, with the exception of those that have to be freshly prepared. Always enough parking spaces. Friendliness of the staff was mixed. You can't tell that the waitresses really want to sell and serve people there. Lately we've been waiting longer than usual for the order, but everything is still within limits

The food is really ok, but the waiting times are far too long; despite an empty DriveInn counter, preparation sometimes takes 15 minutes.

Very nice decor, reminiscent of an American diner, which is rare here, so it's fun to eat there

I recently went to the Burger King restaurant and really enjoyed it - not just the food, but also the excellent service. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive. I was warmly greeted upon entering and the team did everything they could to ensure my visit went smoothly. The staff was quick and efficient, but still very accommodating. I was particularly impressed by how professional and well organized everything was - even during rush hour the team remained calm and helpful. The burgers were freshly made and tasted fantastic, the fries were hot and crispy. You can just tell that quality and customer satisfaction are important here. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this Burger King restaurant with the great staff!

Unwanted as a customer? Unfortunately a very disappointing experience at this branch. The ordering machine wouldn't accept my vouchers, and when I tried to order from an employee, the staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. The shift manager didn't want to deal with the problem and just referred me back to the defective machine. After a long wait, another customer was served before me and when I complained I was rudely told that I would no longer be served. Customer friendliness looks different.

Here, unlike many other branches, coupons are accepted at the terminal and at the checkout.

I came to this Burger King branch regularly. In summer you can sit outside and inside it's okay. You have to order and pay on the computer; you get your receipt with a number that is called up digitally. The staff understands what is spoken very poorly anyway. Tables are almost never wiped down and garbage usually piles up at the clearing stations. Today I was in the drive in. There were big black cars everywhere and I saw that there were Turkish wedding guests who seemed to be guests at BK. I was now standing at the column to announce my order. After about 35 minutes of waiting, the person behind me started honking. When no one responded, he drove up and banged vigorously on the window of the exit. After a while someone came and I saw the discussion going on, then the customer drove off angrily. After some time the intercom was activated and a lady shouted: "DRIVE TO". I said that I had waited 45 minutes to find out that the drive was not being served. This is not customer friendly. Even if there may be a lot to do inside, you can at least stick a note on the intercom that says: the drive is not being operated. I don't think I was understood. I didn't get an answer either. As I drove away, I saw in the rearview mirror that the cars behind me were still waiting. It's a shame but you shouldn't treat your guests like that.

Worst Burger King branch in Europe! Coupons are simply not accepted, the ice cream machine is broken, long waiting times despite low activity. The burgers are often cold and by the time you're really full of this food you've already invested so much money that you could use it to go to a normal restaurant... UPDATE: After that stupid ordering machine didn't work again, I went straight to the checkout today in the hope of getting something to eat. However, the cashiers there had better things to do and preferred to be busy with private conversations. And it lasts a whopping 7 minutes. Then I left without them even looking at me. And that on a Thursday at 3:30 p.m.! That was my last visit there. Anyone who obviously doesn't need my money doesn't deserve it!

Burger completely cold. Not acceptable for these prices. Unfortunately, the quality at BK is also deteriorating more and more.

I don't speak German yet, but the lady that read the orders was extremely nice and helpful, I really appreciate the help and I remark that a little bit of kindness can make something so simple like eat, a great experience. 💜

This is one of the worst BK visits I've had. Waited 15 minutes to get a cold burger, an "iced tea with sparkling water and cola mix" (iced tea bought), and actually good fries. I spent €12 on this and couldn't even wash my hands with warm water in the toilet. The furnishings and armchairs are actually quite stylish, but no one does anything to tear them down and wipe them clean. Really disgusting. Conclusion; At least not there again.

It is easily the worst, slowest Burger King in the known Western World. Never experienced anything like it, never again. Very few customers, but it still took 25 minutes and was cold. Service and staff morale were extremely lacking. New customers: you've been warned!

The food is always fresh and delicious, unfortunately the QR codes never work on the machines, so you always have to go to the checkout. But the staff is always nice. Furthermore, it is always cold in the store because all the doors are always open. Even in winter. We always close them :)

Chic shop and the service was almost ok. The cheeseburger was missing from the tray but was immediately added and the fries were almost cold 🤷‍♂️ but otherwise everything was good 😂

Very unfriendly, when asked if there was ice cream there was an unfriendly answer, defective. But it was seen that it was simply taken out of service. Like at Berlin BER airport!!!

Cold and bland chili cheese fries, stale cola without ice or carbonation, burgers lukewarm, even though everything was picked up at the counter during the civil war. After 3 minutes of transport to the car, the quality couldn't have decreased that much. Then prefer an honest kebab

50s american diner vibes, quick service

If there is a rating of less then 1 star i prefer to do that I wait 2 hrs to get my food overcrowded and no staff very very bad experience

We don't need to discuss the food, it tastes good BUT the service is terrible, I used to like to go here after work or in the drive in... But today was terrible because the staff doesn't speak any German, my son was very disappointed, even though his last figure was still there, you couldn't even make yourself understood in your GDR English. I was so tired to go another place. However I desice to come here because its so close. I don’t recommend anyone . I have waited my order to be ready more than 20 minutes. Also there was no line. And my order was “To here” but they did “to go” . How bad..

Still the worst BK in Berlin. For years it was an Arab money laundering facility, then there were a lot of South Americans in the kitchen, now there are Russians. Locals rarely go there, 90% of guests are tourists. Long waiting times even when there is little going on, musty toilets, mediocre food.

I was in the restaurant yesterday evening during the CSD and it was a complete disaster. Almost an hour of waiting for a small menu that I had ordered. Fast food becomes slow food here. At least the food was good, fresh and tasty after that hour of waiting. But it's still not acceptable to wait an hour for your food in a QUICK restaurant.

Apart from the sad ambience there's nothing wrong with the branch, but BK is just really weak among all fast food options. The only plus: drive-through

Hungry for citizens with my husband

Recently you can't order the burgers individually from the vending machine. After selecting a single burger you get two menus to choose from and you can't skip it. I never buy menu items, and if that means I have to wait in line to buy at the counter, I often won't buy anything at all. The change is an absolute mess and customer-unfriendly.

Only one person on duty during lunch break. I stood there for 10 minutes - I remember that because the coupon time was running out - without being able to place my order. QR code did not work on the terminal. Well, I'm off again. Not possible for F A S T food.

Absolutely subterranean service! There is no one at the counter. Two very unfriendly ladies pack up the orders and when you stand in line to order, customers are chosen randomly even though you are the first in line. Once these customers have been dealt with, you are simply ignored and you go back to your work. To get the staff's attention you have to literally scream and then you get a mushy answer if you dare to ask if it would be possible to make a milkshake. Who can guess? The answer was: 'Nope!' Absolutely not recommended this store.

Fraud! On Tuesday we wanted to order the whooper. There was a buy 1 get 1 free offer. (It was shown in the app and on the radio) The service only said that it was not in the system and could not be offered. After further inquiries, the answer was always the same. That's a real shame, we as customers were very disappointed 😖

I would have thought there were such big differences between the Kings. The food here is outstanding; fresh, hot, nothing spilly and tastes great. Extremely friendly staff. Only recommended.
