There's always something missing, and this happens frequently, and there are long waits. Some employees there are very rude.

Very relaxed atmosphere, somewhat diner-like. Unfortunately, the seats are a bit worn out, but the food is still very tasty.

What a run-down place this is! The staff is listless and overwhelmed. You really shouldn't go here.

The bathroom had cockroaches and a bad smell. The food, with increasingly expensive and smaller portions (even ordering large sizes), was increasingly expensive.

This is about hygiene: fecal odors in the restrooms, the ventilation system for the dining area is very poor, violating the VDI 6022 guidelines. No hygienic clothing for contractors in the kitchen. People can simply walk past freshly prepared food in street shoes and dirty clothes, and much more. The entire place is ready for demolition!!!!

We ordered a veggie burger and it tasted awful, the lady at the desk just said it was veg and fresh. My son could eat it.

Day light robbery. €14 for a tiny burger the size of a cheeseburger at McDonalds, fries, water and a 'snack salad' with a couple of leaves, a slice of tomato and cucumber which alone was 3.99. What a waste of money. Never felt so ripped off. On top of that they're only employing young asian ladies, probably for a good reason, who just answer to everything that they don't understand so you cant even complain how ripped off you're feeling. Avoid Burger King in Germany at all cost.

25 minutes for my order is definitely too long. !!!!! Hire more staff, what's going on with you!?!? Update after 1 year. We were there again in August 2025, and this time it was perfect—about 6 minutes in length—and the taste was okay, too. It was a bit quieter, though.

We ordered our own food at the entrance and actually just picked it up. The staff seemed bored to me, or maybe because they had nothing to do. The food was delicious, as always. The restrooms weren't particularly clean; unfortunately, there are some disgusting people who can't clean up after themselves. I was just walking out the door and a lady wanted the code to the restroom. I just replied that the staff would give it to me. At least I had eaten here and, in my opinion, I could use the restroom with a clear conscience, not like other snotty people who cheekily ask for the code without consuming anything.

I went here recently and I felt too good there and taste of the meal was also fabulous and staff was friendly. I recommend to visit once.

The burgers were okay. I got my food after three minutes. My colleagues had to wait about 20 minutes, even though they ordered at the same time.

Overall, the branch is comparable to other Burger King restaurants. As expected, the food here tastes just as good as at other locations in the chain. However, there are some recurring issues that are disappointing. Orders often seem to be half-cooked, and the availability of ice is a constant annoyance. Even if you order a drink like a Coke with ice, you don't get any. Ironically, in the past, ice has sometimes been included when you actually ordered it without. This often happens during off-peak hours, which makes the sloppiness of the preparation all the more inexplicable.

I'm a fairly regular visitor, once or twice a month when it's convenient. It's improved a lot over time. The restrooms are now secured with a code that you receive when you order something. The staff has also improved a lot, especially with Ms. Chowdreay, who tries her best and manages to meet the customers' needs. The current selection with the Naruto promotion and the summer drinks with cotton candy are very tasty. I like it, but it's also Burger King-wide. And now to the main point – the food. In my many visits, I've only had maybe two occasions where something was missing or, in my opinion, the toppings were too small. But otherwise, for a good 90% of the time, I'm satisfied with the food I've received. I can recommend the store, as it has developed very well in my opinion and hopefully will continue to do so.

Great experience overall , was visiting the tiergarten branch first time , and the manager Fr. Chowdhary has my heart. She was professional and genuine about her work and her team. She wanted true feedback and honestly wanted to improve the store. I would also like to work under a great manager as her , anyone working there should be happy that they have her there. The ordering system often breaks down, but you can pay in cash if you have plenty of time. It's not exactly fast otherwise either. The store only survives because there are no competitors left in the area.

The legendary shop that's usually closed when my appetite strikes. Today I had the rare luck of finding it open to satisfy my hunger. Ordering from the vending machine worked while a random guy chatted me up. I charmingly coaxed him away. No receipt or bill came out of the vending machine: bad. I remembered the number, but the bill was lost. The food served its purpose. The rest is history.

Food is tastier and crew members here are nice and friendly. Tried the new recipe in the menu Chicken Tortilla, it was easy to eat and taste was good too.

It might be because of the heat, but SERIOUSLY!! You forgot to give me my chili cheese fries, and I ordered yoghurt dressing with my salad but got the balsamic vinegar dressing.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review for this branch on Straße des 17. Juni. Since April – that is, for over three months – I've been regularly trying to buy a simple milkshake or ice cream on my way home. Every time, the screen says: "Sold out – back soon." "Coming soon"? That seems to have a very flexible definition here. For a global company like Burger King, it's completely incomprehensible that such basic products are unavailable for months – in the middle of summer, no less! If the machines are defective, this should be clearly communicated and, above all, resolved promptly. If it's a delivery problem, you wonder why it only affects this branch. Unfortunately, the impression is created that customer wishes and basic supplies are not a priority here. Very disappointing and unacceptable for such a centrally located branch in Berlin.

I was there after 11 p.m., the only car at the drive-thru. I got a meal that included Coke, fries, crispy chicken, and extra-long chili cheese. I specified that I didn't want jalapeño in it. Three guesses what I got, and three guesses who ended up in the hospital 30 minutes later because I'm allergic to jalapeños. :) Aside from the fact that the employees barely speak German and, as you can see, can't even understand the customers, this is an outrage!

I was here to redeem my points because I'd saved up a lot, but my points simply disappeared at the counter because the machine reset itself. So I simply lost my points without getting anything. I then went to the checkout, but they couldn't do anything. Service 0/10. Never again Burger King. I'd rather go to McKinsey.

On the night of Rave The Planet, competent staff should have been deployed. It was so uncoordinated! A novice behind the tresses is simply not acceptable when several thousand people are passing by the door.

I'd like to give it 0 stars because yesterday (July 12th) was so catastrophic that I can't even find the words to describe it. After Rave the Planet, my friends and I thought we'd go get something to eat and warm up at Burger King. However, we didn't expect our heads to feel so warm after the visit. When we visited the Straße des 17. Juni branch, we went to the terminal and ordered our food. Everything was fine. The fact that the receipt didn't come out wasn't a problem because the number was on the display. We paid with our debit card and went to the front of the counter. Several people were already gathering around the counter and were quite upset. I didn't think anything of it at first. Later, I found out why. They wanted to pay for their order, but unfortunately, the staff (neither the two men nor the two women) didn't want to accept the money from the customers. I started talking to a woman who had been holding her money for 40 minutes and wanted to pay. Everyone was very upset, but the employees packed the food bags for the customers but didn't hand them out, despite having receipts and knowing what was in the bags. A persistent lack of ignorance was demonstrated. This caused further unrest and aggression. Burger King still didn't want to take the money or charge the customers. It seems as if they weren't paid for anything. After no one received their food, I called another branch in Potsdam because no one there could give me a manager, shift supervisor, or supervisor. They refused to give me a number or contact option on the phone, as they were supposedly subject to data protection. However, every business MUST have a contact person, as there are clear legal regulations. When I told your colleague in Potsdam that this wasn't a joke but a crime of embezzlement, he still didn't offer any opportunity for clarification. The call was then ended. When I briefly told your male employee that Mr. Andreas Bork would be there in an hour, all the bags were handed out, and the customers were allowed to pay and eat their cold food. Conclusion: Everything went wrong here. When staff are overwhelmed, the best thing to do is always talk and explain, rather than wandering around the checkout area ignorantly and on their phones. I request a public statement from you and an explanation for this behavior.

Ordered via Uber Eats. The delivery arrived completely wrong. Half was missing, and the rest was cold and dry. Sad, and thank you for nothing. Couldn't reach anyone at the restaurant by phone.

The waitress at the drive-through—Ms. Chowdhary—was absolutely amazing. I've never experienced anything like her at any reception, let alone at Burger King. So open, charming, personable, and communicative. This woman must work at a 5-star hotel or at the reception desk of a dentist! The 5 stars go to her!

For the first time, I was asked about my satisfaction by the manager at a Burger King restaurant. Ms. Chowdhary is a very competent employee. She and her team place great importance on customer satisfaction. Long wait times are not often to be expected here. They can occasionally occur during events. Returns or exchanges of cold food are possible.

Worst Burger King I know! My machine has been broken for a year, and every time the employees say it just happened. The boss is too stingy to fix it. The store is always dirty, especially the restrooms. The heating is off all winter. The employees stand behind the counter in sweaters and jackets. Even the cooks wear outdoor jackets. Here, too, the boss's stinginess prevails.

Burger King on the Straße des 17. Juni in Berlin, seriously what is going on? For over half a year there has been no ice cream, no shakes, no hope. The ice cream machine seems to be as legendary as a unicorn: everyone talks about it, no one has ever seen it. As a huge corporation, how can you not manage to replace ONE device? Do you have to recover the machine from a secret temple in Peru or what? Your customers are thirsty. Demand. Summer dreams. And you're just giving us hot air. This is starting to feel more like “King of Disappointment”. Please... before we all get dehydrated, fix the machine. Or at least put up a sign: “There are no vanilla dreams here.”

Huge selection of burgers, side dishes and desserts – everyone will find something here! I particularly like the promotions and discounts in the app, you can really save money with them. Price-performance is great, and in terms of taste, no other fast food store comes close to Burger King!
