Usual quality. The rooms are nice and spacious.

Waited a long time, they work super slow! If you want a quick bite, then this is definitely not the place for you!

The food is always fresh and delicious, unfortunately the QR codes never work on the machines, so you always have to go to the checkout. But the staff is always nice. Furthermore, it is always cold in the store because all the doors are always open. Even in winter. We always close them :)

Chic shop and the service was almost ok. The cheeseburger was missing from the tray but was immediately added and the fries were almost cold 🤷‍♂️ but otherwise everything was good 😂

Toilets are always dirty and now I can't even use coupons on the board anymore. I actually enjoyed being here but the place is getting worse and worse and that applies to every Burger King.

Very unfriendly, when asked if there was ice cream there was an unfriendly answer, defective. But it was seen that it was simply taken out of service. Like at Berlin BER airport!!!

Cold and bland chili cheese fries, stale cola without ice or carbonation, burgers lukewarm, even though everything was picked up at the counter during the civil war. After 3 minutes of transport to the car, the quality couldn't have decreased that much. Then prefer an honest kebab

They were just at the drive-thru. But that's not what happened. There was no sign saying you couldn't order dirt today. After a good 5 minutes we parked and ordered from the store. A receipt didn't come out of the machine, the paper was empty. We took a photo of the order number. We've been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for our food. The shop is relatively empty, but the employees can't manage it at all. The screen is overflowing with orders. If we hadn't already paid, we would leave. Absolute nightmare.

25 minutes for my order is clearly too long !!!!! Hire more staff, what's wrong with you!?!?

Incredible waiting times for “fast food”

The external environment blends in very well with the surroundings, but when you enter inside it is the usual burger restaurant.

I was so tired to go another place. However I desice to come here because its so close. I don’t recommend anyone . I have waited my order to be ready more than 20 minutes. Also there was no line. And my order was “To here” but they did “to go” . How bad..

Still the worst BK in Berlin. For years it was an Arab money laundering facility, then there were a lot of South Americans in the kitchen, now there are Russians. Locals rarely go there, 90% of guests are tourists. Long waiting times even when there is little going on, musty toilets, mediocre food.

I was in the restaurant yesterday evening during the CSD and it was a complete disaster. Almost an hour of waiting for a small menu that I had ordered. Fast food becomes slow food here. At least the food was good, fresh and tasty after that hour of waiting. But it's still not acceptable to wait an hour for your food in a QUICK restaurant.

Apart from the sad ambience there's nothing wrong with the branch, but BK is just really weak among all fast food options. The only plus: drive-through

Recently you can't order the burgers individually from the vending machine. After selecting a single burger you get two menus to choose from and you can't skip it. I never buy menu items, and if that means I have to wait in line to buy at the counter, I often won't buy anything at all. The change is an absolute mess and customer-unfriendly.

Absolutely subterranean service! There is no one at the counter. Two very unfriendly ladies pack up the orders and when you stand in line to order, customers are chosen randomly even though you are the first in line. Once these customers have been dealt with, you are simply ignored and you go back to your work. To get the staff's attention you have to literally scream and then you get a mushy answer if you dare to ask if it would be possible to make a milkshake. Who can guess? The answer was: 'Nope!' Absolutely not recommended this store.

Fraud! On Tuesday we wanted to order the whooper. There was a buy 1 get 1 free offer. (It was shown in the app and on the radio) The service only said that it was not in the system and could not be offered. After further inquiries, the answer was always the same. That's a real shame, we as customers were very disappointed 😖

We just planned to have some snacks quickly. Had to wait more than 20 minutes for our food. It did not taste at all. They fryed the nuggets for too long, so that it looks black. The food doesn't worth the money.

I would have thought there were such big differences between the Kings. The food here is outstanding; fresh, hot, nothing spilly and tastes great. Extremely friendly staff. Only recommended.

Please ALWAYS check again whether everything is in the bag, as they often forget something. Otherwise, Burger King is quite OK.

Probably the only branch that doesn't want you to sit in the restaurant. The shop is ice cold, it's almost impossible to sit. There are advertisements for ice cream, but strangely enough, no ice cream is sold. A LOT OF BRANCHES CURRENTLY DO THIS, NO ICE CREAM, NO SHAKES

The Berlin Pavilion from "Interbau 1957", the pavilion built as the entrance hall to the Interbau, housed an exhibition on the reconstruction of Berlin's Hansaviertel in 1957, is worth a visit! Burger King is in there and less worth a visit. It's always pretty dirty there... but unfortunately the employees don't care about that...

Unfortunately, the ice cream machine is usually “broken”. Of the last 10 visits around 7 p.m., the ice cream machine was “broken” 8 times. There are probably other reasons why there are no more shakes at this time of day.

Not particularly recommended. Unfriendly staff who try to convince you that a Meat Whopper is a Plant Based Big King XXL instead of simply admitting that they were wrong and releasing the correct product. I couldn't finish my meal because it was so disgusting to see dirty and smelly homeless people and addicts from the zoo next door looking in the trash can for other guests' discarded leftovers and then eating them on site. A complaint to the branch manager only resulted in a resigned shrug of the shoulders! “You just can’t prevent it.” I then took my leftovers with me and disposed of them somewhere else...

Very long waiting times and no apparent concept behind the processing of the orders. Orders are often forgotten and only processed upon request. Burgers are always lukewarm. The cheese didn't melt. Here the lunch break unintentionally drags on. It's a shame because this is the nicest branch in the whole city.

My recent visit to Burger King was extremely disappointing. The food was cooked in burned oil, and the French fries were covered in black burned oil residue. Despite my complaint, the staff didn't take action to rectify the situation or change the oil. Additionally, they were unbelievably unfriendly, rude, and seemed quite lazy. While I understand that working in fast food can be demanding, basic courtesy and professionalism should never be compromised. When we accept a job, it's essential to do it properly, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the standards of the establishment. I hope Burger King addresses these issues promptly to provide a better experience for future customers.

Food absolutely does NOT meet expectations, or even that of a usual Burger King restaurant. The constant waiting times (even WITHOUT OTHER CUSTOMERS ON SITE!) are always at least 15-30 minutes! That is not how it works. The food is already on the display, is touched, and then put back to do something else. Today I redeemed a coupon using the Burger King app. With the 2 cheeseburgers I chose, I didn't want pickles but with extra tomatoes + extra iceberg lettuce, for €0.50 each. I got 2 old cold cheeseburgers with pickles, no tomatoes and no iceberg lettuce. When making the complaint, the employee could only speak English, which isn't a problem in itself, but she told me; That's what you ordered, and then backtracking and apologizing that it wasn't the right thing isn't possible. It took another 5 minutes for them to put iceberg lettuce and tomatoes on the old, cold burgers and repackage them. This was then lying around in the display again. It was cold in the restaurant, the toilets were dirty and the hairdryer was broken. I understand a lot that you have to control everything now, but that shouldn't be the case. First the announcement that the ice tea is gone, then ohh there is one mc chicken missing and then after further checking, ohh the muffin is there too. The food was lukewarm. All in all, I'd rather go to McDonald's where the store is heated and the food is warm. Very disappointing for €50.

The Wopper food was good, the fries were cold. Unfortunately, I can't give more points if the employees clean 12-15 tables with one cloth without washing out the cloth - that's just spreading dirt around but not cleaning them.

Worst Burger King branch in Europe! Coupons are simply not accepted, the ice cream machine is broken, long waiting times despite low activity. The burgers are often cold and by the time you're really full of this food you've already invested so much money that you could use it to go to a normal restaurant...

The ambience makes a very nice impression, but the interesting smelling toilets unfortunately ruin this impression. Unfortunately the food was also a bit disappointing! The jalapeños were red... The service was the only good thing about this visit.

Quite okay, corresponds to a normal Burger King, I've been there a few times now and the only complaint here would be that the orders are often not completely complete, but nothing crazy, sometimes a sauce or mayonnaise is missing

Even though it wasn't full - there were only 10 orders on the display with the order numbers - it took an extremely long time. There can be no talk of FAST food! Even though my number was smaller than those who ordered after me, some were served before me. The have to be open till 01:00 I was here at 23:45 and the door was closed but the workers were inside.

You can no longer order normally at a checkout. Only at an online terminal. Interestingly, you can order and pay at the drive-thru as normal. Unfortunately, Burger King is just bad in many district locations. I keep asking myself why I stop there.
