McDonald's in Berlin

Customers stand at the McDrive for far too long... a line of cars leading up to the ordering terminal. After 20 minutes you did it...

Well, today my order was to take away, yes completely...I ordered 2 menus and 3 burgers...I wanted to freak out again at home because I missed the Chrispychicken...but it was hidden in the bag of fries...you can't tell ???

Unfortunately I have to give one star here. Back for the first time in years. Employees have no idea and unfortunately neither does the branch manager. Apparently there are no items ordered. Even though everything is in the app. Then it went back and forth. But unfortunately there was also little friendliness. Almost every table was dirty. Not to mention the floor. Other guests cleaned the table in disgust. Unfortunately the food was also lukewarm. The tray trolley was so full that we left the tray on the table. Half of the food ended up in the trash. It was the last time I was there. It's amazing that anyone still goes in there. There was enough staff...

Mediocre and dirty toilet. That's why I don't want to sit in the dining room anymore and prefer to take the food with me. If necessary, it's even better to eat in the car.

It was clean, the food came quickly (it wasn't full) and was handed over with a very friendly smile (younger colleague). You immediately feel welcome

If the service staff were more concerned with the customers than with themselves, 1-2 more stars would have been possible.

The toilet is a bit lacking, no soap, no towels and the dryer only blows cold. And this has been going on for months...

Went to the drive in there this evening. Waited a whopping 40 minutes from ordering to handing over the food. Only two cars in front of us. The store manager stands around with his hands in his pockets and jokes with his colleagues instead of helping. Disaster. Never again !!!

Order via Lieferando did not arrive even an hour after the requested delivery date. Reachable by phone again 15 minutes later. Restaurant then said it would be at least another half hour. Order canceled, guests disappointed

I thought it was really good but then I came home and my curly fries were missing. Now I only have four nuggets for dinner

Food: Average, just like any McDonald's. However, a little more expensive compared to other McDonald's. Service: Good and not so good days with the service. Orders at McDrive often go out incomplete, but when complaints are made, the staff responds very humbly and with generous compensation (free apple turnover, McSundae, etc.). Ambience: Typically McDonalds, modern and reasonably clean.

I was just at Mac Donalds after the kids swim. We waited 30 minutes for our food. At home we discovered that the burger was packaged without sauce accessories. What a mess.

This was the best McDonald's visit ever.

The staff made an effort, but the 20-piece Chicken Mc Nuggets box was missing from our order. Additionally, the men's room was incredibly dirty, as were the tables. We were given cloths to clean the inner table, but that shouldn't actually be necessary.

Always works but HOW damn expensive have you become!?! So much money for hopefully good quality

This branch is now the very last one. Some of the staff don't understand German, and the unusual coffee - today it was the Iced Shake Choc - is not included in the orders. It is now commonplace that coffee etc. are not included in the order. The wait for 3 burgers and 2 cokes was longer than 35 minutes. Not at all possible for a fast food restaurant, but no wonder with 3 employees. And the highlight of the evening, the Monopoli stickers from the 2 large drinks had already been removed. What a great branch and nothing has changed in the last 2 years except the staff. Sad

Unfortunately no German speaking staff! Neither the order in MC Drive nor in the restaurant produced any results. I have been a guest for over 20 years....

It's just McDonald's. However, more expensive than the other restaurants. For whatever reason...

Sometimes employees are easily overwhelmed. But otherwise the usual McDonalds food.

The double cheeseburger was flat and not solid

We were just there and got a burger to take away. Then came the nasty surprise at home. What is that? Mold or flour? We weren't sure, so unfortunately we threw it away...

Fast service, friendly employees. MC Café has its own counter, which I personally think is great.

Very long waiting time even though there wasn't much going on, and then I forgot half of it. Unfortunately it happens very often.

The waitresses/cashiers were very unfriendly and were obviously making fun of the customers. Impossible, how can anyone hire such young men? Don't go there so quickly anymore. (The food is true but ok) I also have to say that the store has a very special concept. Not overcrowded but overwhelmed. I've been going here for several years and in 2 out of 10 cases they manage to get the order out correctly.

Somehow there are always problems with orders in this branch

Unfortunately, this branch is not recommended. Comparable to other branches, you wait a very long time for your order (in my case ~ 10-15 minutes), which is obviously related to the fact that 3-4 employees in the checkout area step on each other's toes, chat and get bored, while in the kitchen 1- 2 people prepare everything themselves. Cleanliness of the restaurant... Hardly to non-existent.

Terrible even by McDonald's standards: long waiting times, burgers not assembled according to the headquarters' specifications. A long queue outside in McDrive, inside dirty and uncleared tables. There are 5 employees behind the counter, one of whom makes all the burgers alone. The rest get in the way of each other's work processes and insult each other in front of the eyes and ears of the waiting customers. I didn't feel like eating the food before it was ready.

I really have no words for this branch Just horror

We wanted to order on a Saturday using the current coupons. However, the employee then informed me that they independently (own rule) do not accept vouchers and coupons on the weekend. This rule is definitely new to us as we have often ordered with coupons on weekends 🐷. For me an absolute nonsense and bad service! Unfortunately, this branch is getting worse and worse... apart from the fact that there are regular problems with the ice cream machine and the shakes. Too bad! It's also a shame that you can't criticize with 0 stars.

My order was canceled after over 90 minutes without any explanation. Never again!

EC terminal was defective and was rudely rejected. This was my last visit there today!

For me it's the McDonald's near me. Service is very good and I like to go there quickly!

Manager with a bald head, a beard and a tattoo - great guy, on the ball - monitors all processes at the same time and supports those who work there. Good customer contact. Managers with gold watches, glasses and bald heads + outsourced call center operators = problems are inevitable in Habibi slang + ghetto extended family flair. Absolute garbage. -but hey, golden?/gildene? Wristwatch

Check beforehand whether everything is there. Food was forgotten for the second time in a row. The first time the sweet and sour sauce, then even the nuggets. Just disappointing.

Ich bin in dieser Filiale eigentlich Stammgast, war jetzt allerdings schon länger nicht mehr da.. wurde das alte Personal jetzt komplett ausgetauscht? Jedenfalls musste ich heute meine halbe Bestellung entsorgen, da an meinem Pappbecher lange, schwarze Haare klebten vom Personal was mich bediente. Auch in den Pommes fand ich Haare, der Hamburger Royal TS schmeckte extrem fad, die Tomate war äußerst labberig, auch diesen Burger entsorgte ich dann nach 2 Bissen. Der Cheeseburger schmeckte auch nicht mehr wie gewohnt. Bin doch schon ziemlich enttäuscht.. das neue Personal war zwar nett, aber wenn das Essen nicht schmeckt und man überall unhygienische Haare dran findet, ist das nicht gerade sehr appetitlich.. holt bitte wieder das alte Personal zurück, da lief ALLES reibungslos!

Table service doesn't work at all, priority has drive, guests seem to be a nuisance and are sometimes ignored

The MCs don't wake up at 9 a.m. sharp as planned. I'm very angry with the management and would like to complain here in a polite but determined manner

You can't eat there when it's a bit warm. Drive in every time but every time something is forgotten.

Errors will be resolved in a friendly and courteous manner as soon as they occur. Food always well prepared! Service is always trained. We'd love to come back!

We ordered 5 times and 5 times everything wasn't there.

We go to McDonald's very often. The one in Glienicke is really good. Fries are always freshly fried and the citizens are not that old (at many others in the city, it tastes sticky) .... Today (04.08.'24) was a real disappointment... Ordered Mc Sundae for our little one (not the first time) I got half full... I complained. In response I got: "Was it ever full?" Impudence!

You just don't get what you order. Very unsuitable for take-away if you first have to take the burgers apart in the store to see that there is bacon on a bacon burger and everything on it that you paid extra for.

Fast food restaurants are different - something is often missing when you order at a drive-in.

MC Donalds with MC Café and Drive In, Very clean and everyone is really very friendly in the drive in. You can order via app and pay with PayPal. I'm really satisfied.

Branch employees strive to process all MC Drive orders as quickly as possible. Everyone is very polite.

Very industrialized food; The focus here is on efficiency and not on quality. If you look at the ingredient lists, you become particularly aware of this: here, for example, cellulose is officially served :-( This of course applies to all branches.

The burgers didn't look neatly prepared, just quickly slapped on top of each other. Service was okay, the display boards just didn't work. Located outside, therefore quiet location

McDrive is not recommended, waiting time in line is 25 minutes. It's not OK.

It's getting worse and worse...restructured staff, burger meat too dry in one burger, not cooked through in the other, burgers way too expensive...there are better burgers for the same price.

Never seen such a dirty McDonalds. When I asked if I could get a cloth to wipe the table, I was given 3 refreshing towels. Takeaway only, probably because all the tablets were full of rubbish in the removal truck. It was very empty, now I know why...

Just keep closing earlier and earlier, the times aren't right.

Was there today to get food. Normally it takes about 15 minutes max. But new employees are currently being deployed/trained here. Total disaster!!

Today I waited 1 hour in the car in McDrive for my order. No employee gave any information. When I got out of the car and went to the distribution window, no employee responded to my request, and other drivers who got out after me also received no response. After another 15 minutes an employee came and asked for our money back and wanted to speak to the branch manager. He gave us the money back after 1.5 hours. The queue stretched to the entrance to McDonald's and everyone was very upset because no employee was assigned to process the order and no information was passed on to drivers. There is a lot of understanding but that's not possible and especially not that the employees were very unfriendly.

Service absolute dirt, I've been waiting for a bit of food for over half an hour. Everyone has already canceled their orders before me because it takes so long. Not a good McDonald’s!

Quality and speed have deteriorated extremely in recent years due to language barriers to the point where half of it is missing and you wait up to 40 minutes with empty cash registers, very disappointing

It is very clean and my children and I go there every 2-3 days. The staff is wonderful, friendly and welcoming. The manager there is also a great person.

Just wanted a shake, €3.99 for 0.4 liters is unreasonable. The waiting time was also unreasonable, anything but a fast food restaurant.

We ordered and waited three quarters of an hour for our order. The employees are overwhelmed and forget to pack some things.

Food is just typical MC's. BUT how can it be that a store just closes an hour before the regular time! Above all, you can react differently than: "It's closed..."! Incomprehensible something like that...

I ordered via Lieferando, so I would have actually given it 5 stars, so I reduced it to 4 stars. Food was delivered very quickly, there were no problems and the food was still nice and warm and tasted as you would imagine. Perfect! [Reupload]

Staff leaves a lot to be desired, but maybe it's the company's fault, the food was lukewarm and the burger was very dry, so there's probably no FRESHNESS in the range! Better to avoid than to rest

Fun staff (mainly) calm atmosphere Unfortunately the toilets are terrible. Stains everywhere it smells like "not hit" and "drag marks" in the bowls.

Leider gibt es vegane Softeis nur in Schokolade hätte auch gerne Vanille gehabt. Bin ja sonst kein Schokoeisesser aber dieses hier von MC Donals ist sehr lecker. Trotzdem wäre Vanille mein Favorit. Wäre schön wenn Ihr das auch anbieten könntet. Ebenso der Eiskaffee in Veganer Form wäre klasse. Dann gibt es auch wieder 5☆. 24.01.2024 leider mussten wir schon im letzten Jahr feststellen, dass das vegane Eis völlig aus dem Programm genommen wurde. Schade, denn veganes Eis können alle essen. Viele merken gar nicht , dass es vegan ist und finden es, unwissend, oft sogar leckerer. Lactoseintollerante Menschen finden im Sommer nur Fruchteis (Sorbet), welches nochmehr Zucker als veganes Softeis auf Sojabasis. Sie würden sich freuen, wenn sie im Urlaub an den vielen Autobahn MC's sich auch ein Eis essen könnten. Also Ihr bei MC überdenkt dies mal. Dann gibt es auch wieder mehr Sterne.

Unfassbar freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Ich habe einen trinkhalm bekommen, was eigentlich nicht mehr üblich ist und sogar ein Päckchen Salz für die Pommes nachgereicht bekommen, ohne danach zu fragen, einfach für den Fall, dass ich es brauche, obwohl das gar nicht nötig war, weil die sehr gut gesalzen waren. Top 👍

Essen von zu Hause bestellt und dann los zum abholen. Das klappte auch alles ganz gut. Zu Hause festgestellt , falschen Burger bekommen. Hatte dann aber auch keine Lust anzurufen um den Richtigen zu holen. Es ist schlimm , das sowas immer mal passiert. Ich werde doch mal den Laden in Hennigsdorf mal ausprobieren , vielleicht klappt es ja dar.

Bis jetzt tatsächlich das freundlichste Personal, das ich bei einem Mcdonalds bisher hatte :)

Der schlimmste McDonald's den ich je erlebt habe. Leider der einzigste in meiner Nähe. Bei wirklich jeder Bestellung, ob außer Haus, am Drive Inn oder im Laden, fehlten mindestens 1 oder 2 Burger oder sonst was. Musste schon öfter wieder von zu Hause los und die fehlenden Produkte nachfordern. Ach, dass tut mir leid, bla bla bla. Ich denke dahinter steckt System, um noch mehr Kohle zu machen. Und das noch für immer kleiner werdenden Portionen und Burger. Dazu kommt, dass auch wirklich alles lieblos zusammen geklatscht wird. Ich werde in Zukunft diesen sch.... Laden meiden und fahre lieber zu einem anderen. Das rate ich jedem. Ein Stern ist viel zu viel, einfach der aller letzte Laden.

Essen war sehr lecker aber ich durfte um 23 Uhr nicht mehr rutschen und habe deswegen fast Hausverbot bekommen der eine komische Mitarbeiter ist sehr unfreundlich und sehr frech 😡🤬🤬
