McDonald's in Berlin

Sunday evening. A lot of staff—I counted at least 10 employees. Extremely slow service—if you can even call it that. Since ordering and paying at the counter is almost impossible anymore, there's no service at all. With a number in hand, you stand there and can fully concentrate on the chaos behind the counter. The employees are completely preoccupied with themselves. There's no contact with the customer. The customer stands and waits, watching the chaotic activity of the employees. And the customer has plenty of time to observe—no order leaves the counter for over 10 minutes. Since I only had a simple burger, I was allowed to leave this sad spectacle after just 15 minutes...

Long queue and waiting time. Few people in the joint but plenty of staff to rock the place. Atmosphere of a 🦥 sloth. No party in my mouth and not a fun place to work. Also, take the trash out! Spend your money elsewhere.

Today was the last time we ate there. The quality has been declining over the past few months. It's simply disgusting. The restrooms are unusable. It stinks to high heaven, and the taps barely have any water. Today, there was such an indefinable stench in the store that I wanted to leave right away, but my husband had already ordered. There was no sauce on the McDonald's chicken, the fries were raw inside, and the McDonald's Sunday was only one-third full. There was sticky stuff everywhere. There aren't any decent McDonald's left in the area.

I don't know if it's due to a lack of staff or if the staff just aren't quite as quick-witted… you always have to wait so long here, it's really extremely annoying. The MCS is 10 times better at Kutschi.

We bought two meals 30 minutes ago. Unfortunately, there was a black hair in one of the two fries bags. It's not that tasty. Perhaps the staff could wear hairnets in the future. The burgers were very well prepared, though :)

A complete disaster. Unfriendly staff, dirty tables, cold food, and crumpled packaging. The entire restaurant feels sloppy and unprofessional. Anyone who goes here again has to really want to. Totally disappointing. On top of that, they instructed you to stay in the lane on the drive-thru to maintain high ratings.

We limped in, everything was packed, 4-5 employees kept everything running, we ordered, sat down at the table, waited at least 20 minutes, asked for more, she said she had it on screen, 5 minutes later, she was completely in a hurry and tipped the Sprite all over my leg, table and foot. She apologized nicely but wiping it off the floor wasn't in the schedule, we moved and the family next to us who came in at the same time also had to ask where their order was, then they took theirs wrapped up with the excuse that we thought it was to go and gave them a bag, well, the end of the story is I got a melted McFlurry, a cold burger and a sticky leg 😵‍💫💀

We waited 10 minutes at the McColl's drive-thru with no cars in front of us ordering. Unfortunately, we had the same experience at the store; we waited half an hour. Too bad...

Waiting 19 minutes for a €10 order at 10 p.m. on a weekday is no longer fast food. Besides, they forgot the sauces.

This used to be such a good McDonald's! But now there are problems with almost every order I order. Something is always missing or wrong. Today, instead of a McDonald's Plant-Based Burger, I had real Chicken McNuggets. Last time, they were missing the McDonald's Plant-Based nuggets, and the time before that, I had real Chicken McNuggets instead of the McDonald's Plant-Based nuggets. Apparently, they can't seem to get the vegetarian menu right. I'm always disappointed :(

The staff are completely overwhelmed. After ordering shaken fries, we didn't get any seasoning. When we asked, they couldn't understand us because the staff didn't speak German. On top of that, the two men who brought us our food stank so much of sweat that it almost made us lose our appetite. Finally, we ordered ice cream, for which we waited a whopping 22 minutes, and which was then the wrong one! Instead of a MC Flurry, we got a MC Sunday without Smarties. This all happened at 8:30 p.m. I've never had that happen to me in any other restaurant in Germany. Simply sad.

I went to McDonald's today around 2 p.m. and ordered a meal for €31.81. I then paid €51.81 in cash and didn't get €20 back. Unfortunately, I only realized when I tried to pay with the €20 that I hadn't received any change. Then when I returned to the store, there was only €1.49 left on the cash register. So they can't give me my €20 back. Never again Glienicke. Also, there's always something missing from my takeout orders. Apparently, a note was written last time, and we'll get the missing items replaced on our next visit; the note was missing today, too.

Fries weren't cooked through, more like oil dripping from the pan, thawed. Your employee owes me 13 euros.

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. It often takes 30mins for orders to be prepared. It’s never clean, staff don’t seem to know what’s going on.

If you call yourself a fast-food restaurant, you shouldn't have to wait half an hour or more for your already paid order. Several customers next to me have been waiting longer. Not nice.

What on earth has happened to this place????? I was shocked! The place was so dirty, even behind the counter. There were enough employees there. Two of them were talking loudly in their own language, you had the feeling they were talking about you. The burgers are getting worse and worse, everything is just slapped on! No one sees me there anymore.

A case for the health department! Restrooms flooded with pee! The stench and dirt permeate the entire restaurant! The floor is sticky, the tables are a disgrace! A dozen employees... all without a plan! A 28-minute wait! ... Team Wallraff would have been delighted!

I ordered there yesterday, and everything was cold and the fries weren't salted. That evening and the next morning, I had a stomachache and felt sick.

A 20-pack of chicken nuggets isn't on the menu, even though we've gotten them everywhere else in Germany. Either the employee had no idea, wasn't in the mood, or was trying to rip us off by ordering individual items. The banner even advertises it with "20 out of 10 points." Not recommended, keep driving!

The branch is very easy to reach by car and also offers a drive-thru option. Parking is very close and can be reached quickly on foot. There's almost never a wait for a table, but the food delivery takes a bit longer than expected. The employees there are also very unmotivated, which unfortunately somewhat detracts from the experience. However, I do like that children can let off steam, play, and have fun there. Conclusion: This branch has a pleasant design, but a few more motivated employees would be great – ideally in conjunction with faster food delivery!

Really, really disgusting. Everything is dirty. Tables, floors, toilets. The staff only understands English. Trash cans are overflowing and it was relatively empty, but no one saw the need to clean. Not again.

Unbelievable but in this restaurant bicycles and e-scooters are taken into the restaurant!!!

It's unhygienic to leave your bikes and e-scooters in a restaurant while you wait for your order. Customers often point this out to the staff, but nothing is done about it...sad!

Probably the worst Mc D I have been to in any country. You can spend 30 mins waiting for a hello at the drive through so went inside to order and it was quiet. Order still took another 50 mins for a Big Mac combo and nuggets. What is this place!

If McDonald's is your thing, then this is the place! The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. We always enjoy coming back!

I picked up food and there was a beautiful black hair in my Chicken Big Mac. The employees at the drive-thru don't understand a word of German; you have to say everything twice.

The district manager should urgently address the prioritization of incoming orders. A discussion with the store manager is needed. Taking almost two hours for one order indicates a structural problem. Especially when, after the second call, they assure you that the food will be there in five minutes, and then it takes another hour, even though that's unrealistic. Poor drivers, who get the full effect. A disaster.

The store is completely overwhelmed – four cars in the drive-thru – and a 50-minute wait, even though we've already ordered and paid for everything online. Unfortunately, this is a permanent condition; I can only advise everyone to move on and go to another McDonald's.

I went to McDonald's today and was unfortunately very disappointed. I ordered a Double Hamburger Royal cheese and a Double Hamburger Royal with tomatoes. Both burgers were completely dry and cold - the meat wasn't even lukewarm, but really cold. The rolls were a far cry from the promised "very fluffy roll" - they were flat, chewy and barely chewable, almost like a pressed pancake. The official website says: "Now even fresher, juicier, simply more delicious. The Hamburger Royal with delicate sandwich sauce, crisp lettuce, 100% German beef, two fresh tomato slices - and all in a very fluffy bun." Unfortunately, my meal had nothing to do with this description. The french fries were also cold and disappointing in taste. Overall, the food was not fresh and far from what you expect from McDonald's. My receipt was over 57 euros because I also ordered menus for children. By spending so much money on cold, dry and tasteless food, McDonald's will soon lose its loyal customers. If the problem is with this branch, I would be very happy about tips: Is there a McDonald's branch in Berlin where the food is really fresh and tasty? I would like to have a good McDonald’s experience again.

After more than half an hour in the McDrive, we discovered at home that the McChicken Classic was packaged without lettuce and mayonnaise, that the 6-piece Pantnuggets we ordered were missing and instead there were 8 ChickenNuggets in a 9-piece PlantNuggets package. All in all, very disappointed.

We ate there today with our grandson and I have to say the garbage was piling up in front of the entrance. This continued all the way to the order column, with napkins on the floor and leftover food everywhere. No receipt came out after ordering. We wanted to eat outside but almost all the tables were full of used trays and packaging from citizens. When we found a table I grabbed napkins and went to the ladies room to wet them and clean the table that was full of ketchup and leftover food. The next shock the toilet looked like a wastepaper basket, napkins and toilet paper everywhere on the floor and it smelled terrible. While we ate, the shift manager and two employees stood outside smoking, but no one cleaned up. The trash cans were overflowing and the trays were piled high on them. The chicken on my citizen was dried out and the fries were definitely past their expiration date exceeded twice. The cola came without ice cubes or a straw. For dessert we wanted to eat a Mc Flurry vanilla (sold out only chocolate).

Today we were 2 adults and 2 children at McDonald's. It's really the first time that we've briefly considered whether we're really in a fast food place! It starts with personnel. One employee was more than objective, the rest were so uncoordinated, uninterested and without a plan. You can even tell at the counter who is finishing work when or who is supporting in the wrong place or at all. After paying in cash at the counter, the wait for the food is 45 minutes. It took a while, but it wasn't until we asked that we noticed that our order wasn't even recorded in the system. When asked, the money was paid out rudely and without any apology! Never again! The star that you have to give to write a review goes to the one employee who tried hard!!!!!!

Five out of eight employees hold the counter while new guests unsuccessfully search for a decent place to sit. All the carts were full, guests didn't know where to go...hence almost all the tables full. Two/three employees were busy, the rest disappeared at some point. This evening I stood in front of the McDrive serving window for a solid 25 minutes waiting for my order. There was no one in front of me. There was hardly any activity inside, but judging by the behavior of the service staff, the way of working there seems to be completely normal. Then they wanted to give me the wrong order. Well, today my order was to take away, yes completely...I ordered 2 menus and 3 burgers...I wanted to freak out again at home because I missed the Chrispychicken...but it was hidden in the bag of fries...you can't tell ???

Unfortunately I have to give one star here. Back for the first time in years. Employees have no idea and unfortunately neither does the branch manager. Apparently there are no items ordered. Even though everything is in the app. Then it went back and forth. But unfortunately there was also little friendliness. Almost every table was dirty. Not to mention the floor. Other guests cleaned the table in disgust. Unfortunately the food was also lukewarm. The tray trolley was so full that we left the tray on the table. Half of the food ended up in the trash. It was the last time I was there. It's amazing that anyone still goes in there. There was enough staff...

Food: Average, just like any McDonald's. However, a little more expensive compared to other McDonald's. Service: Good and not so good days with the service. Orders at McDrive often go out incomplete, but when complaints are made, the staff responds very humbly and with generous compensation (free apple turnover, McSundae, etc.). Ambience: Typically McDonalds, modern and reasonably clean.

I was just at Mac Donalds after the kids swim. We waited 30 minutes for our food. At home we discovered that the burger was packaged without sauce accessories. What a mess.

The staff made an effort, but the 20-piece Chicken Mc Nuggets box was missing from our order. Additionally, the men's room was incredibly dirty, as were the tables. We were given cloths to clean the inner table, but that shouldn't actually be necessary.

This branch is now the very last one. Some of the staff don't understand German, and the unusual coffee - today it was the Iced Shake Choc - is not included in the orders. It is now commonplace that coffee etc. are not included in the order. The wait for 3 burgers and 2 cokes was longer than 35 minutes. Not at all possible for a fast food restaurant, but no wonder with 3 employees. And the highlight of the evening, the Monopoli stickers from the 2 large drinks had already been removed. What a great branch and nothing has changed in the last 2 years except the staff. Sad

Unfortunately no German speaking staff! Neither the order in MC Drive nor in the restaurant produced any results. I have been a guest for over 20 years....

We were just there and got a burger to take away. Then came the nasty surprise at home. What is that? Mold or flour? We weren't sure, so unfortunately we threw it away...

Fast service, friendly employees. MC Café has its own counter, which I personally think is great.

Even if it's a little more crowded, everyone is still super friendly👍
