Been here today. We wanted to order from the machine because we wanted to redeem coupons. This is not possible at regular checkouts. However, paying at the machines didn't work with the selected coupons either. When we asked, an employee couldn't help us, so the manager came and just rudely said that we would have to order something else. So I changed the coupons and it still didn't work... without coupons we would have paid at least €30. That was just too much for us for a small snack.

They packed my order very well and they are very nice

Instead of a “Hello, what can we do for you?” , came a “First order at the machine.” Of course, I'm not making any recommendations here if three people were chatting with another employee in civilian clothes. 🤷‍♂️ If you want fast food and service, don't go here. It's so easy to shoot yourself out these days. And if you don't feel like working, you can stay at home. As far as I know, no one is forced. Greetings and try it with vigor next year. The fact that you can only order via these slow terminals is annoying to no end. The Essen quality is as you would expect from Ammi fast food. Ambience only gets 3 stars because it's at a stop. Overall it was a mistake to go there.

This shop is just bottomless, it was there shortly before it closed because I was really hungry and what you get is just a disgrace, everything is cold, the cheese isn't even melted, the meat has no idea how long it's been there It was already closed behind me even though it wasn't even 10 p.m. I would have thrown the crap back on the counter and it would just end up in the trash

The guy at the counter, young, with a full beard, with slightly flat ears, first cleans his teeth with a toothpick at the counter. Then touch the food again. Unfortunately it wasn't that nice. Absolutely bad. Germs Checkout manned, one person handing out ordered food. Aner more bored because there was nothing going on. After almost 5 minutes he said: “Coming to you straight away.” I looked to see if he meant me, but he was looking somewhere else. After 8 minutes I left. He called after me: “Do you want to order or not?” I said we could have done that in eight minutes, so I'm off to the train now. His answer: "Yes, you were unlucky!". Worst service ever!

Orders via the machine. There have been no rolls for the receipt for months. There are repeated misunderstandings about the order numbers, which wastes unnecessary time and discussion. Coupons once again cannot be redeemed “due to technical difficulties”. Food as expected, could be hotter.

Super unfriendly. Ordered fries, paid and then waited 7 minutes even though there were hardly any guests there or waiting. Then I had to go and it would simply be ironed out. Despite complaining to BK, there was no money and no other response either.

Not very impressed, self-service order machines don't work, staff just standing there looking at you like a lemon. Tried the promotional burger (mac & cheese), just disappointed, plus meat was quite rubbery. Don't think I will return.

How can you do it at 10 p.m.?? Other branches work longer, only this one has special rights or what? The employees aren't exactly friendly either and can't speak German properly.

The quality is okay, the prices are unreasonably expensive, a menu costs almost €15! for fast food! The BK app is not accepted, even though it is advertised everywhere, correspondingly the coupons in the app! There are a few unattractive coupons left at the terminal that you can redeem, very few seats, the facade is open, which makes it very airy! These are probably the reasons why you go to McDonalds 50m away, where all coupons are accepted without any problem, BK never learns... What a shame!

Unfortunately my cheeseburger was cold, when I asked to make me a fresh one I was treated unkindly and the cheeseburger was warmed up in the microwave and was very hot. I asked again to make me a fresh cheeseburger, which was refused. I was there in October last year, never again!!

You can choose a burger that they don't have via the ordering post. Crazy. The Diet Coke is without injection, it could really be better. There are much better burger kings. Also no toilet. You can go to the toilet nearby and then you will receive a discount voucher. But he doesn't accept burger kings.....

I stood at the terminal with my son, 13, to order. It was so complicated and I asked if an employee could help briefly or order at the counter. She said no. The shop was completely empty. Only 1 customer. And you can only order a reusable cup for ice cream for €1. What should I do with it?

Accidentally ordered a “takeaway” meal and the overweight lady working aggressively told me to leave. I accepted this, of course, despite how nitpicky it is. However, once I’d left, she began namecalling myself to her coworkers and other customers. Perhaps she felt insecure about herself or maybe she was having a bad day, but that is no excuse to act in this awful manner. This establishment has left an awful impression of Germany on myself and many others it seems. Extremely disappointing; i hope this lady can find some direction in her life.

Unfortunately not recommended, according to the BK app vouchers should be accepted. However, the employees on site say no. Then I wanted to speak to the manager who I was disturbing while he was eating pizza. He also said no and said the franchisee didn't want any vouchers. I thought they were advertising it on Burger King's official website, then I got the answer because they were unlucky. Very professional!

I went to this BK right after my train arrived in the station, which was 15 minutes before they closed. They told me I could only order takeout, which I accepted and went to the machine to order. I scanned the coupon from the app to make it quick, but it didn't work so then I tried to manually add my more expensive order then got automatically shut out of the machine with no warning 10 minutes before closing. When I tried to order at the counter, their attitude was, "tough luck" and wouldn't let me place it. An incredibly frustrating and negative experience. I ended up going to a kebab shop and was treated much kinder and got my food reslly quickly.

So you can't choose any other than a selection of prescribed coupons. Logging in with the BK account is also prevented. That doesn't mean collecting points either.

According to MyKingFinder, App Coupons and King of the Month / King Deal work here. None of this is true. Order exclusively via terminal, and there only a very small number of pre-programmed "coupons" (is that even a coupon...?) that have nothing to do with the official ones, the app cannot be scanned. There is no King of the Month either. If you don't take part in campaigns, then at least stop advertising.

I'm very disappointed, advertise with the app and if you get involved with it, the employees are too lazy to scan it, the employees could do with a German course because they don't seem to understand the simplest things (or even don't want to understand them?) because of that Saving with the Burgerking app is only fake and is a lure. I removed it from the phone again. That's not how you treat customers. Let's see if I even go there again or if I'd rather make my own burgers. Especially since I also got a cold burger. And that for the price. Really sad

I ordered 3 Planet Base Cheeseburgers to take away and went straight to the train. Of course, getting 3 normal cheeseburgers wasn't possible at all, so I was able to throw them away.

I do not recommend. The longer I ordered seemed to have meat that was not fresh, which confirmed my subsequent gastric problems. My wife got fries with napkins, but I don't know why the napkins were there because they were terribly greasy. I will leave the service without comment because I understand that people working for the minimum wage are fed up with it because of the exploitation. I was there for the first time and definitely the last.

Coupons from the app are not accepted. You are a “franchisee” and therefore there are no discounts. The crown benefits from the app cannot be redeemed either. It is simply not accepted. That's why you're only "allowed" to buy the completely overpriced burgers there. Staff completely listless. Should be boycotted!

There were times when the fries were very fresh and hot. Which is why I never liked going to McDonalds because they are always cold. Today fries were cold and sticky. Whopper jnr also cold. No coupons are accepted at all, not a one-time problem but a permanent one. You then ask yourself, why does the “Coupon/Promotions” button on the terminal exist? Plant-based offering also permanently restricted? Coupons+ plant based= If you don't have to get your hopes up, it won't work in the long term.

I really had to laugh at all the bad reviews. At least now I know why there's never a line there when I order. The burgers are ok, but mostly only lukewarm. But I always only wait two to five minutes for my order. The employees just understand you, that's enough for me and I'm not interested in the fact that things are constantly broken, I always pay in cash and without vouchers anyway. Card payment not possible for several months. Only possible at the terminals. Terminal has a defect and would like to explain this to the employee. Keine Coupons möglich, trotz Selbstbedienungsterminals, welche QR Code Scanner eingebaut haben.

Die Angestellten verwechslen recht oft Bestellungen. Einmal wollte ich einen plant based Burger und hab zuhause dann in echtes Fleisch gebissen. Dann wollte ich mal einen plant based Hamburger mit Extras und hab ein plant based chicken burger bekommen. Ärgerlich wenn man für Extras zahlt und dann nichts zurück bekommt. Dir Angestellten sehen öfters auch bei denn Bestellungen verwirrt aus und lachen, als wäre es ihnen egal was sie raus geben.

Hab zwei Plant Based Cheeseburger als Take Away bestellt, hat vielleicht 5-7 Minuten gedauert. Waren warm, aber nicht heiß. Waren auch plant based patties, ich esse abwechselnd beides. Was mir halt beim Warten auffiel, war der flachsige, rumblödelnde Umgang miteinander. Die Mitarbeiter hatten gute Laune, aber es machte keinen seriösen Eindruck.... Coupons können hier seit Monaten nicht eingelöst werden. Das hat nichts mit Technik zu tun, sondern mit der Geschäftsführung dieser Filiale, welche dies nicht umsetzen möchten. Ist für einen Not-Snack okay, aber zum "Essengehen" nicht geeignet und auch nicht gemütlich.

Unterirdisch. "Ich hab keine Ware" sagte der Manager als ich ihm erklärt habe das er mir altes Fleisch auf meinen Burger gepackt hat. Um mir dann einen Burger mit Partys die wohl erst 1 Stunde alt waren zu bringen. Das war Donnerstag 23 und es waren gerade mal 2 andere gäste im Laden und die Kassierer konnten kein Deutsch. Was für ein Erlebnis.

Nie wieder ... Salat und Gurke auf dem Burger kennen sie nicht und statt einen veganen Burger, gab's einen normalen

Hab gefragt wie lange ein whopper Menü aktuell brauchen würde "so 5min" - hab bestellt und nicht mal 2min später würde ich aufgerufen ❤️ Geschmacklich genau das was ich erwartet habe, bin also mehr als zufrieden!

Sehr unfreundliches Personal, lästern die ganze Zeit auf Albanisch. Ziehen ein Gesicht, begrüßen die Leute nicht. Heute habe ich eine chilli burger bestellt und nur weil ich wohl zu freundlich war und dir angelächelt habe, haben die Mitarbeiter mir eine 5xfache Packung chalapenos auf mein Burger gepackt, als ich den Burger aufgemacht haben und rein geschaut habe, haben sie alle beobachtet und gelacht. Zum Glück hab ich’s gesehen. Ein super ekelhaftes Personal!

Also mal Hand aufs Herz. Die "technische Störung" , dass die Coupons nicht funktionieren stagniert schon ein viertel Jahr ? Was ist es ? Kundenverarschung oder Ignoranz ? Um welches Problem handelt es sich denn vielleicht kann ich ja fähigere IT Leute vorbei schicken , vielleicht sind die IT Leute bei BK zu hoch qualifiziert um den Fehler zu beheben? Nein Spaß beiseite. ich glaube in dem Laden ist keiner qualifiziert

Ich dachte mir, ich könnte schnell hingehen und mir was zum Snacken kaufen - ich habe mir eine (!) Packung Chili Cheese Nuggets bestellt. Habe 15min. gewartet, vor mir stand nur eine Frau, die ebenfalls nur zwei Sachen bestellt hatte und bereits ungeduldig wartete. Nur ein Verkäufer da, lief ganz entspannt hin und her, beachtete uns nicht und nahm stattdessen weitere Bestellungen über die Kasse an. Die ganze Zeit über stand das Essen fertig im Regal und er hätte es uns gleich geben können. Aber nein, er lief mehrmals an uns vorbei, ziellos umher, und quatschte mit seiner Kollegin in der Küche, die nur gelangweilt die Fritten gebraten hat. Erst, als wir alle in der Schlange Druck gemacht haben, haben sie sich beide endlich aufgerafft, aber nicht, ohne uns vorher anzumotzen, von wegen "sie sind ja keine Roboter". Roboter nicht, aber wenigstens nicht rumtrödeln wäre schon was...unmöglich sowas, da sind die bei anderen Filialen mit mehr Bestellungen und mehr Arbeit hundertmal schneller. Wir alle in der Schlange waren uns beim Weggehen einig, dass wir da nicht wieder hingehen

Das Essen schmeckte wie in jedem anderen Burger King. Der Service war das Problem. Alle Bestell-Terminals waren gerade außer Betrieb, so dass ich an der Kasse bestellt habe. Der Mitarbeiter war weder in der Lage, einen Snack Salat einzugeben noch die Payback Karte einzuscannen, also habe ich auf beides verzichtet. Das Essen war erst nach knapp 15 Minuten fertig. Da passt der Name "fast food" nicht. Ich werde diese Filiale zukünftig meiden.

Gutscheine werden nicht akzeptiert app zeigt es nicht an - franchise filiale halt im umsteigebahnhof. Na ja die Konkurrenz ist nur 20m weiter... Da sollte sich der Konzern überlegen was der preisbewusste Kunde machen wird der sich veräppelt vorkommt

Der plant-based Burger ist super!

For weeks now there are no promotions or coupons redeamable because of "technical issues" - I don't care that they don't want to participate in promotions if they where just honest about it.

Der Standort prinzipiell wäre ja super. Jedoch ist der Verkaufsraum sehr klein und die Tische mit Bestuhlung sehr karg. Das Ambiente entspricht eher einem kargen Wartebereich für gestrandete 🤫. Das Menü je nach dem war in der Burger Größe unterirdisch (siehe hier bitte immer das Angebot an was dann geliefert wird). Überraschend war aber das es komplett frisch und warm war. Die Verkäuferin sollte aber einmal über Gestik und Auftreten gegenüber den Kunden sich ändern.
