❌️Really disappointed, missing burger and no response I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this time I feel I have to. I ordered two burgers from Burger King through Uber Eats, but only one was delivered. It’s frustrating because I paid for both, and there’s no clear way to fix it or get in touch for help. Mistakes happen, I get that, but there should be some accountability. No apology, no follow-up, nothing. It just feels careless. I just want to warn others, double-check your order and think twice before ordering from here❌️

Waited over 10 minutes in an empty store with two customers. They call the joke about fries "big"! The Whopper and the fries were cold. Initially, they swapped drinks. Complaint was dismissed. Never again. No wonder the reviews are mostly negative and the store is barely frequented.

Despite checking every time, you think a Happy Meal should have everything. Unfortunately, my daughter only had fries because everything else was missing. And for a small child, if you can't even pack a Happy Meal, you probably have no business working in the restaurant industry.

In my opinion, this is one of the worst Burger Kings we have in Berlin. Unfortunately, I can confirm almost all of the negative comments. Especially when ordering takeout, something is missing almost every time.

I was at BK for the first time in ages. Everything was excellent. The burgers were freshly prepared and very tasty; Big Ming is always a hit ;). My nephew had a kids' menu and he was also very happy.

The food was lukewarm, I found the service with the self-service machines to be really poor, and the outdoor area wasn't exactly clean. The benches and tables could use a wipe down every now and then.

Waited over 40 minutes for the order

The terminals canceled the order every time. Something was wrong with the system again. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. They've been having recurring problems for years. Many items are unavailable, are dispensed incorrectly, or, as in this case, I didn't get any food. I love Burger King, but this branch is just not good.

This is the biggest garbage store food cold as if it stood for 10 hours

I had an issue with my order. I was charged, but my order wasn't processed, so I had to start over according to the instructions. I did, and the manager told me I had to order both menus. I don't think that's right.

Order ignored. I've been waiting for 1.5 hours for a menu and another burger. I live a 5-minute drive away (Google Maps). No response, no answer at all. Thanks for nothing. Four stars down to one, and that's it for another customer. I wish you continued success.

Normal diner, prices are now Too high. Only eat there in an emergency. E.g. after 10:00 p.m. when all restaurants close and you come back from the airport on vacation.

Worst Burger King... Waited almost 45 minutes for food. Cash register system failure, staff overwhelmed, toilet dirty...

No! Service: Order not accepted. Another time: 1 hour before closing time, just out of the house because the tables had already been wiped. Food: Poor - put 6. Repeated cold sandwiches, has nothing to do with a burger. Warmed meat and a slice of cold cheese - there's no correct preparation process and that's no exaggeration. A visit is unnecessary - money is wasted - this location has nothing to do with burgers and nothing to do with Burger King. Service is also subpar.

If it were possible, I would give the rating a 0/5 stars, the service is all unfriendly, you can tell from the workers that they don't feel like doing their work and feel like they're intentionally making the food bad!! And on the page it says it's open at 1:00 a.m. It used to be closed at 12:05 a.m. or something like that. Everyone would rather go to McDonalds

Unfortunately, a disastrous experience! I waited 45 minutes for my order even though there were hardly any guests there. When I finally got my food, several items were missing. In addition, the accessibility of the branch is unreasonable - I tried to reach someone by phone for 30 minutes, but no one answered. Very bad service! I absolutely cannot recommend this branch.

Unfortunately my visit to this Burger King was a huge disappointment. Despite only one person in front of us, we waited a full 30 minutes for our food. In addition, the entire store was in a very unhygienic condition. There was trash and food leftovers from previous guests on the tables and floor. The staff seemed unfriendly and not trying hard. At least the food was warm and tasted okay, but the long waiting time and lack of cleanliness are an absolute no-go for me. I definitely won't come back and will prefer the competition instead.

You could simply put mannequins there instead of employees. The burgers might even be ready quicker

We order from you every now and then and it can't be that something is missing EVERY TIME. This time the fries are missing.. I also can't understand how difficult it is to work through a list and gradually pack things into a bag. We have a lot of understanding... but how can it be that there is ALWAYS something missing that WE pay for. However, we have this problem with many BK, today it hit you again.. annoying really. Especially if you only order 2 burger menus. so not a huge order

Absolute disaster! It's a shame I can't give 0 stars...food cold, then just put in the microwave, staff rude, can't speak German and is incompetent. Extra bacon for 50 cents is raw! You have to look for extra fried onions for 50 cents because there are only 3 crumbs. Not recommended at all! I'll never go there again!

Unfortunately, catastrophic service or operation or whatever you should call it there. Was there again today after a long time, only one or two German speakers (I'm not racist, I'm from Asia myself) BUT difficult to order something at the checkout when only 2 can speak German and the rest can't and you stand for 30 minutes and are ignored because you don't speak the language! I put what I ordered at the checkout and left! Complete catastrophe and something should basically be changed because all the other reviews don't have anything positive and it's just a "FAST RESTAURANT"

I've been waiting for my food for 40 minutes. Last week here for the first time and the same game. At first I thought okay, it could happen but today exactly the same thing. It's a shame, but that's just the problem that no one wants to work anymore. P. S at least the heating warms up. I try to carry it with humor

Unfortunately very cold there. Food sits for too long so the burgers are cold. The floor is cleaned directly at your table when you sit there and want to eat. Something like that doesn't work at all.

Some employees don't understand a bit of German, which in itself isn't a big problem in my opinion. But I recently waited 30+ minutes for my food and the Burger King was relatively empty.

Because of the existing ordering machines, the order was refused at the counter. Unfortunately, the machines are so bad that they didn't respond to my input. Help was refused by the staff. Then I left. On the way out, another frustrated customer gave me the tip to order drive-thru and then eat at the restaurant. Nope, thanks. Luckily there are other fast food shops in Berlin.

While you're eating, you're basically jostling to see if you're ready so you can clean there 1 hour (10 p.m.) before closing time (11 p.m.). When you denied that you were NOT finished yet, you rolled your eyes. As if that wasn't enough, people are waiting impatiently behind you. So that you also have the eyes on your neck

The store is soooo dirty! I didn't want to sit anywhere and ate in the car! The toilet paper is sooo thin! I thought Asia had thin toilet paper but Citizen King had even thinner! The upper floor is closed because they don't want to clean there. Although there is never any cleaning here.

28 minutes waiting time after ordering is not part of the guest food. No bonus for this was suggested. Very disappointing 😔

Even though there were only two other customers there besides us, the tables and the floor were totally dirty. The cart for the trays of leftovers was overflowing. My burger was cold and looked anything but appetizing. The bag of fries was only half full. When we needed help we had to ask several times because the person working there simply left us there. We had ordered a reusable cup for our drink, which we also paid for, and received a disposable cup. After we pointed this out we got the money back, but all in all it was a really bad stay there. Far too few employees. A lot of people wait forever for their food, which is then cold, and only get half of what they ordered. Total chaos.

I went several times to this branch in Alt Britz area, as always there are online food promotions all over the year, nothing to say about the burger, I ordered whopper and crispy chicken burgers and both were good.

While we were putting in our order we heard someone vomiting in the toilets. The other guy then came out too; it was the employee! He went straight into the kitchen and grabbed a cloth and blew his nose. We left this store IMMEDIATELY!!!!

All tables were dirty and were not cleared! The wheelchairs for residual waste are also all full! Food was cold. Unfortunately disgusting!

Not recommended! It opens at 9 a.m.; Terminal out of service; half past nine the grills are still cold, so no Whoppers! No alternative is offered either. You feel unwelcome. So you have to go somewhere else if you want to eat.

Waited a whole 15 minutes, unbelievable

I ordered something and am waiting and waiting and waiting. Then I went to the front and the number wasn't called. No reaction at all, everything was touched again by different people, whether it was warm and they actually wanted to give it to me like that. I threw it away and will never go here again, the staff is so rude and not at all accommodating. I'm used to a completely different experience from McDonalds or KFC. You can tell that they just don't feel like it.

Unfortunately, you now have to pay close attention to what is packed, not only are several things missing, but the food you order is wrong. Checking whether everything was there was ok to a certain extent, but I don't unpack all the food on site to check whether the right things were packed. Monday around 6:30 p.m. - 4 tables occupied but not a single table is clean. Mayonnaise, crumbs, traces of grease and drink puddles on tables, floors and seating. No towels in the men's toilet and, to make matters worse, the staff doesn't understand the purpose of the reCup. In any case, there is no other explanation for the fact that after pointing out that the reCup I had ordered was missing (it came in the usual paper cup), the employee offered to pour the drink into the reCup. Disappointing...even though no one was in the store, they didn't want to take our order at the counter. Instead, we had to struggle through the complicated menu on the electronic board. Ordering takes almost as long as eating the dish later. In the end, we chose something that we didn't actually want. When we chose a place to eat in the empty store, there was almost no place we could sit down because of the dirt. Almost all the tables were smeared and not cleaned. Everything seems very dirty, cold and uncomfortable.

Food was fast food burger chains moderately flawless. Staff very nice. Finding your way from the parking lot to the restaurant is not easy; in a bad case, you have to walk 270° around the store. A guide, perhaps labels on the ground would be nice. The tables were mostly dirty while the staff was bored (customers ordered at the terminals). Unpretty. Employees are unfriendly, you are ignored for minutes, a quick eye contact to show that you have been registered is too much to ask. At the end you are addressed rudely.

What can you say about that, it's just Burger King. Sometimes I have the feeling that this branch is cursed. Let's start with the fact that the app says that the branch is open until 11 p.m. all week long, both the restaurant and the drive-in. But when you get there at 10:30 p.m. it's dark and you ask I was horrified to find that at least Monday to Thursday the branch closes at 10 p.m. according to the opening times on the branch door. Next you arrive in onedrive and read that card payments are not possible here but only in the restaurant. If you then go to the restaurant, the employee will calmly urge you to use the self-service terminals, even if you make it clear that you want to use coupons from the app. If you then go to the terminal and want to log in with the QR code or the payment code, the terminal takes around 30 seconds to tell you that it is currently not possible to connect to the account. After consulting with other customers, I was told that this had been the case for what felt like 6 to 8 months. Since the employee already knew that I wanted to order using the app and coupon, I asked him to speak to the manager, whereupon he asked if he could help me. Suddenly the employee was able to place the order himself and use the corresponding coupon, but no points were credited to the app for the order. When asked, the employee said that sometimes it works with some coupons but that he can't do anything about it and that Burger King Germany is responsible for it. Despite a manageable number of customers, my order with four different items was ready extremely quickly, which once again suggests that the holding times are not taken very seriously here either. It's really a shame that Burger King is constantly downsizing and doesn't seem to be willing to bring their service up to that of the golden M. It took the competition a little longer to get it together with their app, but things are now going really well and you can still get coupons in the app that you can do something with, even outside of the public voucher campaign. Well, after a long time there was another attempt to shorten the journey a bit, but unfortunately I had to realize that the two kilometers to McDonald's were really worth it.

The self-order machine hasn't worked for 3 months, you can't use coupons or collect points, the branch manager has no idea what's going on.

The worst burger there is in Berlin. The food is cold. You cannot use coupons. The employees can barely speak German and behave like total trash. The shop is extremely dirty and there is rubbish. The toilets look like you'll get diseases if you use them. The only good thing is the parking spaces are always empty. No recommendation, hopefully this will be cleaned up

1. Drinks cannot be ordered at the terminal without ice. 2. Logging in with the Burgerking app doesn't work. 3. 30min. Before closing time, they simply lock all the doors so that no one can come in. We were there yesterday but it is not recommended. The staff was unfriendly and almost half of the order we paid for wasn't in the take-away bag. Then you had to argue to get your complete order - and it says so on the receipt... A look from the counter under the kitchenette is enough and I didn't notice any of the supposedly new hygiene rules... so if you order something to take away, you should check in the branch to make sure everything is there - we would have left yesterday without fries and a missing burger. Cola was poured from bottles into the cup - system defective - everyone knows how "tasty" Cola tastes from pet bottles that have been open for a long time - stale. .. the burgers weren't as usual but rather lukewarm and stuffy. We won't go there again.

I haven't been here for 2 months because "myburgerking" didn't work. You don't get the reward points and you can't redeem them; without reward points you're effectively paying too much. People always say it's a software problem. I now believe that this branch is deliberately cheating; I think they want to cheat customers out of their reward points.

The worst landing! Service doesn't work at all. Self order towers don't work and you still don't want to use the checkout. Coupons are supposedly only available through drive-thru. Can hardly speak German or English. Waiting times of 20 minutes even though the store is empty. Very weak... never again!
