Burger King in Berlin

The worst Burger King experience I've ever had in my life. Almost nothing has worked here for months. Either the store is completely empty and I feel like I'm eating stale hamburgers, or there are three customers and everyone is overwhelmed. On top of that, you can only order via the terminal, and since I've been trying to order here for over seven months, the coupons never work, and most of the time my order doesn't go through. Something gets stuck or doesn't work. It's also a rip-off because they lure you with coupons, and you can't get the coupons or a proper order at the terminal. It takes three times as long as it used to, but the work is left to the customer while the prices go up. Unacceptable! Today again: I don't even go to the terminal anymore, but I can only pay at the checkout with cash. What a load of crap? As I said, it's been like this for almost a year, and now I've had enough. I'm filing a massive complaint with Burger King!!!

This place was busy today; we ordered two Whopper Meals. The burger was somewhere between lukewarm and cold. I complained. Then the owner said next time we could microwave the meat. He didn't offer any new burgers. He said it's programmed that way. He could probably cook the meat a little longer. The fries were OK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT. That was my own fault, too, because I didn't check the reviews beforehand. There was no men's restroom; the accessible restroom was intended for men. The restroom is used as a urinal. If guests with disabilities come in, it will no longer be hygienic.

Fast food is different. Here, you wait forever.

I'd already had bad experiences with the store. Now, after years, I wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately, I regret ordering goods worth around €30. For some inexplicable reason, the bag containing the products was wet, which caused the products to fall out of the bag. The products were also all wet. All of the products, absolutely all of the products, were cold. They were cold, not lukewarm. And the curly fries weren't cooked all the way through. It was a very, very disappointing experience. A store like this shouldn't even exist anymore.

Again, the entire order was not delivered but the full amount was paid for, and the restaurant was not reachable.... Unbelievable

We ordered via Lieferando today. Burger King took about 5 minutes by bike to get to us. I've never experienced anything like it. Everything was squashed into bags, and it was cold and soggy. The fries were so soggy and cold, it felt like they were yesterday's. We will never order from there again.

The restaurant is dirty everywhere: the tables, the floor, the restrooms are disgusting. Who knows what the kitchen looks like?

It's happened many times now that I order here and the food takes an hour, even though the place is a three-minute drive away. But waiting two hours for a couple of burgers, not being able to reach anyone, and even Lieferando itself being unable to do anything is just embarrassing. Not to mention that when the food arrives, it's always cold and dry, and sauces or even drinks are usually forgotten. I come from a fast-food background myself; mistakes can happen. But this is just disrespectful. Hire decent staff.

The food tastes delicious but very expensive for a burger 3-9 euros but tastes

Every time you order a larger meal, especially with a meal, something's missing! Sometimes it's the cheeseburger, sometimes the fries, today it's the onion rings. Unfortunately, when you have two full bags at the drive-thru, you rarely check to see if everything's complete. So: ALWAYS CHECK THE BAGS! For me, it was the last time I went shopping! Three chances, three losses! Sooooo bad!

I actually like the burgers there. But why are the milkshake machines ALWAYS broken in the summer? Are the employees completely out of their depth? And then the staff chatters away when you have a question... Guys, if you have too much time, go clean the restrooms properly! It's the customers' responsibility, but letting it go like that doesn't speak well for the place...

Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 7:20 p.m. When we walked in, no one was working; they were all chatting. After we ordered, we wanted to sit down at a table, but ALL tables, without exception, were dirty. I've never experienced anything like it. When I opened my Big King, it was cold. I returned it and was told it would be heated up. Two minutes later, I was handed a lump of melted cheese, warm onions, and lettuce. I then asked for a new burger. The new burger was prepared WITHOUT gloves and wasn't warm enough, so the cheese was just a slice inside. At no time did they apologize. We won't be back and strongly advise against visiting this Burger King.

Poor service, very unfriendly employees, and uncooperative. The delivery man did something wrong, and we, as customers, had to suffer. The guy behind the counter didn't do a single thing to ensure we weren't the ones who suffered. Trash store with trashy employees

Waited over 10 minutes in an empty store with two customers. They call the joke about fries "big"! The Whopper and the fries were cold. Initially, they swapped drinks. Complaint was dismissed. Never again. No wonder the reviews are mostly negative and the store is barely frequented.

Despite checking every time, you think a Happy Meal should have everything. Unfortunately, my daughter only had fries because everything else was missing. And for a small child, if you can't even pack a Happy Meal, you probably have no business working in the restaurant industry.

In my opinion, this is one of the worst Burger Kings we have in Berlin. Unfortunately, I can confirm almost all of the negative comments. Especially when ordering takeout, something is missing almost every time.

I was at BK for the first time in ages. Everything was excellent. The burgers were freshly prepared and very tasty; Big Ming is always a hit ;). My nephew had a kids' menu and he was also very happy.

The food was lukewarm, I found the service with the self-service machines to be really poor, and the outdoor area wasn't exactly clean. The benches and tables could use a wipe down every now and then.

The terminals canceled the order every time. Something was wrong with the system again. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. They've been having recurring problems for years. Many items are unavailable, are dispensed incorrectly, or, as in this case, I didn't get any food. I love Burger King, but this branch is just not good.

This is the biggest garbage store food cold as if it stood for 10 hours

I had an issue with my order. I was charged, but my order wasn't processed, so I had to start over according to the instructions. I did, and the manager told me I had to order both menus. I don't think that's right.

Normal diner, prices are now Too high. Only eat there in an emergency. E.g. after 10:00 p.m. when all restaurants close and you come back from the airport on vacation.

Worst Burger King... Waited almost 45 minutes for food. Cash register system failure, staff overwhelmed, toilet dirty...

No! Service: Order not accepted. Another time: 1 hour before closing time, just out of the house because the tables had already been wiped. Food: Poor - put 6. Repeated cold sandwiches, has nothing to do with a burger. Warmed meat and a slice of cold cheese - there's no correct preparation process and that's no exaggeration. A visit is unnecessary - money is wasted - this location has nothing to do with burgers and nothing to do with Burger King. Service is also subpar.

If it were possible, I would give the rating a 0/5 stars, the service is all unfriendly, you can tell from the workers that they don't feel like doing their work and feel like they're intentionally making the food bad!! And on the page it says it's open at 1:00 a.m. It used to be closed at 12:05 a.m. or something like that. Everyone would rather go to McDonalds

I don't like it at all. I waited 25 minutes for my food and there were hardly any people there and the staff was unfriendly (I got food poisoning from it).

Unfortunately, a disastrous experience! I waited 45 minutes for my order even though there were hardly any guests there. When I finally got my food, several items were missing. Unfortunately my visit to this Burger King was a huge disappointment. Despite only one person in front of us, we waited a full 30 minutes for our food. In addition, the entire store was in a very unhygienic condition. There was trash and food leftovers from previous guests on the tables and floor. The staff seemed unfriendly and not trying hard. At least the food was warm and tasted okay, but the long waiting time and lack of cleanliness are an absolute no-go for me. I definitely won't come back and will prefer the competition instead.

You could simply put mannequins there instead of employees. The burgers might even be ready quicker

We order from you every now and then and it can't be that something is missing EVERY TIME. This time the fries are missing.. I also can't understand how difficult it is to work through a list and gradually pack things into a bag. We have a lot of understanding... but how can it be that there is ALWAYS something missing that WE pay for. However, we have this problem with many BK, today it hit you again.. annoying really. Especially if you only order 2 burger menus. so not a huge order

Absolute disaster! It's a shame I can't give 0 stars...food cold, then just put in the microwave, staff rude, can't speak German and is incompetent. Extra bacon for 50 cents is raw! You have to look for extra fried onions for 50 cents because there are only 3 crumbs. Not recommended at all! I'll never go there again!

Unfortunately, catastrophic service or operation or whatever you should call it there. Was there again today after a long time, only one or two German speakers (I'm not racist, I'm from Asia myself) BUT difficult to order something at the checkout when only 2 can speak German and the rest can't and you stand for 30 minutes and are ignored because you don't speak the language! I've been waiting for my food for 40 minutes. Last week here for the first time and the same game. At first I thought okay, it could happen but today exactly the same thing. It's a shame, but that's just the problem that no one wants to work anymore. P. S at least the heating warms up. I try to carry it with humor

Unfortunately very cold there. Food sits for too long so the burgers are cold. The floor is cleaned directly at your table when you sit there and want to eat. Something like that doesn't work at all.

Some employees don't understand a bit of German, which in itself isn't a big problem in my opinion. But I recently waited 30+ minutes for my food and the Burger King was relatively empty.

Because of the existing ordering machines, the order was refused at the counter. Unfortunately, the machines are so bad that they didn't respond to my input. Help was refused by the staff. Then I left. On the way out, another frustrated customer gave me the tip to order drive-thru and then eat at the restaurant. Nope, thanks. Luckily there are other fast food shops in Berlin.

While you're eating, you're basically jostling to see if you're ready so you can clean there 1 hour (10 p.m.) before closing time (11 p.m.). When you denied that you were NOT finished yet, you rolled your eyes. As if that wasn't enough, people are waiting impatiently behind you. So that you also have the eyes on your neck

The store is soooo dirty! I didn't want to sit anywhere and ate in the car! The toilet paper is sooo thin! I thought Asia had thin toilet paper but Citizen King had even thinner! The upper floor is closed because they don't want to clean there. Although there is never any cleaning here.

Even though there were only two other customers there besides us, the tables and the floor were totally dirty. The cart for the trays of leftovers was overflowing. My burger was cold and looked anything but appetizing. The bag of fries was only half full. When we needed help we had to ask several times because the person working there simply left us there. We had ordered a reusable cup for our drink, which we also paid for, and received a disposable cup. After we pointed this out we got the money back, but all in all it was a really bad stay there. I went several times to this branch in Alt Britz area, as always there are online food promotions all over the year, nothing to say about the burger, I ordered whopper and crispy chicken burgers and both were good.

While we were putting in our order we heard someone vomiting in the toilets. The other guy then came out too; it was the employee! He went straight into the kitchen and grabbed a cloth and blew his nose. We left this store IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Not recommended! It opens at 9 a.m.; Terminal out of service; half past nine the grills are still cold, so no Whoppers! No alternative is offered either. You feel unwelcome. So you have to go somewhere else if you want to eat.

Waited a whole 15 minutes, unbelievable

I ordered something and am waiting and waiting and waiting. Then I went to the front and the number wasn't called. No reaction at all, everything was touched again by different people, whether it was warm and they actually wanted to give it to me like that. I threw it away and will never go here again, the staff is so rude and not at all accommodating. I'm used to a completely different experience from McDonalds or KFC. You can tell that they just don't feel like it.

Unfortunately, you now have to pay close attention to what is packed, not only are several things missing, but the food you order is wrong. Checking whether everything was there was ok to a certain extent, but I don't unpack all the food on site to check whether the right things were packed. Monday around 6:30 p.m. - 4 tables occupied but not a single table is clean. Mayonnaise, crumbs, traces of grease and drink puddles on tables, floors and seating. No towels in the men's toilet and, to make matters worse, the staff doesn't understand the purpose of the reCup. In any case, there is no other explanation for the fact that after pointing out that the reCup I had ordered was missing (it came in the usual paper cup), the employee offered to pour the drink into the reCup.
