I ordered something and am waiting and waiting and waiting. Then I went to the front and the number wasn't called. No reaction at all, everything was touched again by different people, whether it was warm and they actually wanted to give it to me like that. I threw it away and will never go here again, the staff is so rude and not at all accommodating. I'm used to a completely different experience from McDonalds or KFC. Monday around 6:30 p.m. - 4 tables occupied but not a single table is clean. Mayonnaise, crumbs, traces of grease and drink puddles on tables, floors and seating. No towels in the men's toilet and, to make matters worse, the staff doesn't understand the purpose of the reCup. In any case, there is no other explanation for the fact that after pointing out that the reCup I had ordered was missing (it came in the usual paper cup), the employee offered to pour the drink into the reCup. Disappointing...even though no one was in the store, they didn't want to take our order at the counter. Instead, we had to struggle through the complicated menu on the electronic board. Ordering takes almost as long as eating the dish later. In the end, we chose something that we didn't actually want. When we chose a place to eat in the empty store, there was almost no place we could sit down because of the dirt. Almost all the tables were smeared and not cleaned. Everything seems very dirty, cold and uncomfortable.

Food was fast food burger chains moderately flawless. Staff very nice. Finding your way from the parking lot to the restaurant is not easy; in a bad case, you have to walk 270° around the store. A guide, perhaps labels on the ground would be nice. The tables were mostly dirty while the staff was bored (customers ordered at the terminals). Unpretty. Doesn't necessarily speak for the audience either, you can also leave your table fairly neatly. There are more than enough napkins. Generally a nice, pleasant shop, weekdays, 2 p.m. Quiet. Not full Men's toilets not available? The disabled toilet had to be used, ok

What can you say about that, it's just Burger King. Sometimes I have the feeling that this branch is cursed. Let's start with the fact that the app says that the branch is open until 11 p.m. all week long, both the restaurant and the drive-in. But when you get there at 10:30 p.m. it's dark and you ask I was horrified to find that at least Monday to Thursday the branch closes at 10 p.m. according to the opening times on the branch door. Next you arrive in onedrive and read that card payments are not possible here but only in the restaurant. If you then go to the restaurant, the employee will calmly urge you to use the self-service terminals, even if you make it clear that you want to use coupons from the app. If you then go to the terminal and want to log in with the QR code or the payment code, the terminal takes around 30 seconds to tell you that it is currently not possible to connect to the account. After consulting with other customers, I was told that this had been the case for what felt like 6 to 8 months. Since the employee already knew that I wanted to order using the app and coupon, I asked him to speak to the manager, whereupon he asked if he could help me. Suddenly the employee was able to place the order himself and use the corresponding coupon, but no points were credited to the app for the order. When asked, the employee said that sometimes it works with some coupons but that he can't do anything about it and that Burger King Germany is responsible for it. Despite a manageable number of customers, my order with four different items was ready extremely quickly, which once again suggests that the holding times are not taken very seriously here either. It's really a shame that Burger King is constantly downsizing and doesn't seem to be willing to bring their service up to that of the golden M. It took the competition a little longer to get it together with their app, but things are now going really well and you can still get coupons in the app that you can do something with, even outside of the public voucher campaign. Well, after a long time there was another attempt to shorten the journey a bit, but unfortunately I had to realize that the two kilometers to McDonald's were really worth it.

The worst burger there is in Berlin. The food is cold. You cannot use coupons. The employees can barely speak German and behave like total trash. The shop is extremely dirty and there is rubbish. The toilets look like you'll get diseases if you use them. The only good thing is the parking spaces are always empty. No recommendation, hopefully this will be cleaned up

Then you had to argue to get your complete order - and it says so on the receipt... A look from the counter under the kitchenette is enough and I didn't notice any of the supposedly new hygiene rules... so if you order something to take away, you should check in the branch to make sure everything is there - we would have left yesterday without fries and a missing burger. Cola was poured from bottles into the cup - system defective - everyone knows how "tasty" Cola tastes from pet bottles that have been open for a long time - stale. .. the burgers weren't as usual but rather lukewarm and stuffy. We won't go there again.

The one star comes about because of the extremely unfriendly staff. There are some of the staff there who are rude, but today the lady who served the cash register was rudeness personified. I wanted to change something in the order when she made a face and said that she now had to cancel the entire order and rolled her eyes. I apologized for it and said that unfortunately it was the case (mind you, I would have liked to order at the terminal, but registration via QR code or coupons never worked). When she handed over the order, she just threw the straw on the counter. My son thanked me anyway, but absolutely nothing came back. As always, the drink was without ice, even though it was ordered. I completely understand that you might... Sometimes you get annoyed or something, but you still can't let the customer feel it and no, it wasn't the first time that you actually have to apologize for eating there. My son still likes it there and the atmosphere is also cozy.

Coupon or voucher system (of the BK app) has been poorly revised. Coupons are now (almost) impossible at the drive-in, and the coupons haven't been working at the kiosks for 2 weeks (introduction of the new system), and login for the BK app doesn't work either (copied points collection system from McDonalds). It's a real shame that they rely on the same concept as McD, there must have been reasons why BK customers tend to go to BK?!

When children aged 6 and 8 tell dad and mom that it doesn't taste good and we don't want to eat it, I think everything has been said. I would like to write a positive thing but there is none!!!!! So it's a miracle that this Burger King is still open, but maybe it was the last meal we got. It's very disappointing when we go out to eat with children and spend a certain amount of money and the food ends up in the trash. If I could give minus stars it would be minus 5 I really just hope that the operator or franchise partner looks at the reviews and takes the reins quickly. The only advantage for us is that we were warned by several neighbors. Such a great location but unfortunately the wrong operator. War ca. 1.5 Stunde im Burger King. Es war relativ leer. Ein absoluter Dreckstall dieselben Cola Flecken ( direkt vorm Tresen, immer noch nach 1.5 Std.) auf dem Boden die Tische wurden nicht abgewischt und die Regale waren vollgestellt so dass die Kunden ihre Tablets auf den Tischen stehen ließen.

Gestern Abend sich mal Fast Food gegönnt: Während der Essens kommt eine offensichtlich geistig gestörte weibliche Person in den Laden und schreit lautstark wirres Zeug. Dabei geht sie immer wieder hin und her und isst von den weggeworfenen Resten. Alle Gäste können sich nicht entspannen und insbesondere eine Mutter mit Kind fühlt sich offenbar nicht gut dabei. Ich sprach nach rund 10 Minuten das Personal an der Theke an, hierbei zeigt sich eine Frau, mitte 40 Jahre alt, als Schichtleiterin. Sie stellt sich doof und hätte von dem nichts mitbekommen. Auch auf meine Frage, warum die junge Mitarbeiterin, die unmittelbar an der geistig eingeschränkten Frau sich befand , nichts gemacht hätte? Ich bekam nichts sinnvolles als Antwort. Absolut schlechter Service und Kundenbetreuung!

Ganz schlechte Adresse. Zubereitung findet trotz mäßiger Auslastung, im Schneckentempo statt. Sogar der teuerste Burger schmeckt alt und gammlig. Soße fehlte nahezu komplett. Bacon labbrig. Einfach ein Fingernagel im Crispy Burger drin gewesen die Jalapenos im chilli cheese schmecken ganz komisch als wären die alt echte Katastrophe dieses Burgerking NIEWIDER !!!! Traurig das ich noch ein stern geben muss um andere Menschen vor euch zu warnen .

Die Kasse wurde nicht geöffnet um zu bestellen ! Ich musste digital bestellen ! Das mache ich sehr selten ! Der Mitarbeiter ging auf und ab hinter dem Trsen weil nichts zutun war ! Habe bestellt und in der Cola waren Eiswürfel drin ! An einer normalen Kasse sage ich immer ohne Eis ! Digital war mir nicht aufgefallen, dass ich das hâtte angeben können ! Mein Mann fragte freundlich ob wir neue bekommen könnten weil das aus Versehen passiert ist ! Der unfreundliche Mitarbeiter war total genervt und hat unseren Wunsch verneint (aus Kulanz hâtte wâre das nie ein Problem gewesen)…er hatte übrigens immer noch nichts zu tun und ist auf und ab gelaufen…! Die Eiswürfel haben wir dann mit den Fingern rausgeholt ! Einfach nur unfreundlich !

Das Essen kann nur noch am Terminal bestellt werden, nicht mehr bei den Mitarbeitern am Tresen, da wird nur noch ausgegeben. Essen war in Ordnung, quasi nicht vorhandenen Service kann man schlecht bewerten, am Ambiente hat mich gestört, dass man drinnen am Nachmittag im grellen Sonnenschein saß, ohne Verschattungsmöglichkeit. Positiv finde ich, dass es hier inzwischen relativ viele vegetarische "Gerichte" gibt, auch wenn ich heute keines davon probiert habe. Immerhin hatte ich einen Burger mit in Deutschland produziertem Fleisch.

Personal verweigert mündliche Bestellung. Keine Hilfe bei Bestellung am Terminal, daher nichts gekauft. Personal winkt uninteressiert ab, wenn Kundin am Terminal verzweifelt Bestellungsversuch abbricht- das bei 1/4 vollem Laden und 1,5h vor offiziellem Feierabend- Schade war bisher immer gern bei Burger King :-(

Ich hab kein Bock mehr dort was zu essen. Die Qualität nimmt täglich bei den ab. Besonders bei den Chicken sachen wie Nuggets und so. Fruher war die Nuggets noch gut bei den aber jetzt haben sie so eine komische Fisch Panade (Pelige Eier Mehl Panade) drauf gemacht. Schmeckt überhaupt nicht. Die Nuggets müssen golden und knusprig und nicht mehlige in Konsistens sein. Dazu ist die Service schlecht sind immer alle schlecht gelaunt bei den.

Wir haben 45 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung gewartet. In unserer Bestellung waren beispielsweise zwei Long Chicken und zwei chicken Italiano … als dann die Bestellung ankam waren die beiden Chicken Italianos natürlich kalt. Wahrend der Wartezeit wurden natürlich die Lieferando Bestellungen abgearbeitet. Die Kunden im Restaurant werden hier zweitrangig betrachtet…

Always dirty and littered. Food so-so. I always think under time pressure due to a lack of staff.

The food is delicious and the burgers are carefully prepared. But the atmosphere... There are no hand towels in the men's room. It is not possible to order with delivery to the table. Long wait. Despite the fact that our order was ready, it was not given to us until 2 more orders were prepared. Only then we were visited by ours. Although the girl was not busy to give the order. And we waited in front of her and she saw us. One unit for service!

Dikka, I've been waiting for 2 hours??!! What do you do, do you pick up the food from Poland and then bring it? Or do you slaughter the animals on site and still have to process it???? Unbelievable Update food is now here after 3 hours and half forgotten you should really be ashamed or ashamed

So the big mac had been there for a while... You can taste it... Bun was toasted
