We've been going to Burger King on Buckower Damm for years and are always very satisfied. The staff are always nice and friendly, and the service is great. Highly recommended!

Update 2026 (2x): This branch is currently disappointing. The best thing about it is the parking situation. On my last two visits, the burgers were barely lukewarm, and the preparation time was bordering on "too long." The prices are very high – even a sauce now costs 90 cents. If the "luxury" burgers were at least hot, they could actually be quite tasty. Once, the fries were soggy and unappetizing. Overall, there's a lack of quality and care; there's definitely room for improvement. Update April 9, 2024: An unbelievable 25-minute wait, loud, and the entire restaurant was filthy. The staff was completely overwhelmed. Unfortunately, because the burger 🍔 from the King's Collection was really good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the burger 🍔! 2022: With these temperatures (37 degrees Celsius today) and no air conditioning! It felt like 40 degrees Celsius in the dining area. Unbelievable. As one of the last places to allow guests on-site again, they shouldn't be resorting to such customer-repelling tactics, in my opinion. Food? Well, business as usual.

We placed an order, but received an incorrect one. When we inquired about the order, our call went unanswered and we were ignored.

We ordered as a large group. 20 nuggets were missing (we ordered twice). When we called, no one answered or we were hung up on. Not great.

We ordered two sets of 20 nuggets but only received one set. Furthermore, parts of our order were faulty, and whenever I tried to reach them by phone, they either didn't answer or hung up.

I was served a burger with tomatoes even though I ordered it without. I have a tomato allergy. As soon as I ate the tomato, I had to inject myself with insulin. Who knows what would have happened if I hadn't had it with me?

This is a pretty good BurgerKing location. They make every fresh and barely make mistakes with orders. They have a kid play area, parking in the back, a good drive thru, and lots of seating. The bathrooms weren't as clean as they should be, but no other complaints.

Whoever works there is incompetent. Learn to read! The entire order arrived incorrectly, and my instructions were ignored. It was freezing cold! Outrageous at that price!

It's astonishing you're even open. This time, it wasn't just bad, cold food that arrived, but after 2.5 hours, I still didn't get any food! You're unreachable, and customer service is a joke! This place is absolutely unacceptable! I want my money back!

Burger King has changed a lot for the worse.

The food is getting worse and worse. The burgers are often stale. They only accept cash now, and you don't even get a receipt anymore... we all know what that means. Best regards from the tax office.

We ordered through Uber Eats but are very dissatisfied because we only received two small, cold, unsalted fries – a joke! We can't reach anyone, neither Uber Eats nor Burger King itself. No one has responded to our written inquiries either. The driver said he would report it to Uber Eats, but two hours have passed and we still haven't heard back. Very disappointing.

I visit this Burger King regularly, and the experience has always been great. The food is fresh and consistent, the service is quick even during busy hours, and the staff is polite and helpful. The kitchen team works really hard to maintain cleanliness and speed. The atmosphere is comfortable, and it’s a good spot for a quick meal. Overall, a reliable place to grab something tasty.

I order plant base whopper menu. It was too much tasty and pommes was fresh. Overall staff is friendly.

I ordered the kids' meal and it was ready within 5 minutes. The staff were very friendly. My children received crowns and books. They were thrilled. I highly recommend Burger King to everyone.

Refuse to serve disabled people at the till even though half their machines for ordering don't work. These machines make staff lazy. I just walked straight out the door

The burger was cooked to perfection, just as you'd expect from Burger King. The smoky flavor of the meat is one of the things I love about your food. The fries, however, could be improved. The same goes for the Coke without ice. All in all, very positive feedback that you can build on. The service was impeccable. Thank you very much.

How could you almost completely mess up my order?! Only one burger was right, all the others were wrong. Wrong dip. Diet Coke, but I wanted regular Coke. They didn't mess up the fries, though, hence the two stars.

We waited over 40 minutes for our order, and when we inquired, I received a rather rude reply: "Sorry, that's just how it is." When the food finally arrived, some of it was wrong, and we had to wait again. We were there with a toddler, so we had ordered a Happy Meal, and when we handed over the order, they said, "We don't have any toys." Words fail me.

I ordered through Lieferando, and the food arrived 50 minutes late, cold, and not even complete. And Lieferando wasn't even particularly helpful, and no one answered the phone number from Burgeking.

The food was good and served quickly. But the tables were dirty, and the tray carts were so full that you couldn't put your tray down.

This branch is absolutely terrible and not recommended! I ordered at the drive-thru and received an incomplete order, even though I paid the full price. Unfortunately, I didn't check the order beforehand because I trusted the employee. Never again Burger King Buckower Damm!

Waited over 30 minutes for my order

The store was completely empty inside, but I still had a relatively long wait on a Friday afternoon. This was due to a large order that was being picked up and constant car orders. No criticism, it just happens. The staff was very friendly and cheerful. They even chased after a customer's forgotten burger, which I thought was nice. On the plus side, my food was freshly made and very tasty. What I found negative was that the large touchscreens on the service terminals were disgusting; they should have been cleaned several times a day.

Waiting time is close to infinite. 25 min in FAST food?

Unfortunately, no ice cream or milkshake. I ordered again, but there was no beef or plant-based beef, and it took a long time for three customers. And my plant-based long chicken had the wrong sauce on it.

We've been choosing this branch for several years. The food is always fresh and looks exactly like the pictures. The onion rings are always freshly made; never get dried-out ones like at other branches. It's never hectic there, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was very quick and quite clean for such a chain. We're satisfied, even though we were told there would be a long wait. We waited maybe 5 minutes. It was also delicious, and there were great deals.

This shop was busy today; we ordered two Whopper Meals. The burger was somewhere between lukewarm and cold. I complained. The owner said next time we could put the meat in the microwave. He didn't offer any new burgers. He said it's programmed that way. He can probably cook the meat a little longer. The fries were OK. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT. It was my own fault because I didn't look at any reviews beforehand. There was no men's restroom; the disabled restroom was intended for men. The restroom is used as a urinal. If guests with disabilities come in, it's no longer hygienic. 9 months ago, someone also complained about the restroom and hygiene. Is Katharina AI? Doesn't anyone answer? Problems probably don't get solved. The burgers were cold then, too.

The worst Burger King experience I've ever had in my life. Almost nothing has worked here for months. Either the store is completely empty and I feel like I'm eating stale hamburgers, or there are three customers and everyone is overwhelmed. On top of that, you can only order via the terminal, and since I've been trying to order here for over seven months, the coupons never work, and most of the time my order doesn't go through. Something gets stuck or doesn't work. It's also a rip-off because they lure you with coupons, and you can't get the coupons or a proper order at the terminal. It takes three times as long as it used to, but the work is left to the customer while the prices go up. Unacceptable! Today again: I don't even go to the terminal anymore, but I can only pay at the checkout with cash. What a load of crap? As I said, it's been like this for almost a year, and now I've had enough. I'm filing a massive complaint with Burger King!!!

Fast food is different. Here, you wait forever.

I'd already had bad experiences with the store. Now, after years, I wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately, I regret ordering goods worth around €30. For some inexplicable reason, the bag containing the products was wet, which caused the products to fall out of the bag. The products were also all wet. All of the products, absolutely all of the products, were cold. They were cold, not lukewarm. And the curly fries weren't cooked all the way through. It was a very, very disappointing experience. A store like this shouldn't even exist anymore.

Again, the entire order was not delivered but the full amount was paid for, and the restaurant was not reachable.... Unbelievable

The restaurant is dirty everywhere: the tables, the floor, the restrooms are disgusting. Who knows what the kitchen looks like?

We ordered via Lieferando today. Burger King took about 5 minutes by bike to get to us. I've never experienced anything like it. Everything was squashed into bags, and it was cold and soggy. The fries were so soggy and cold, it felt like they were yesterday's. We will never order from there again.

It's happened many times now that I order here and the food takes an hour, even though the place is a three-minute drive away. But waiting two hours for a couple of burgers, not being able to reach anyone, and even Lieferando itself being unable to do anything is just embarrassing. Not to mention that when the food arrives, it's always cold and dry, and sauces or even drinks are usually forgotten. I come from a fast-food background myself; mistakes can happen. But this is just disrespectful. Hire decent staff.

The food tastes delicious but very expensive for a burger 3-9 euros but tastes

Every time you order a larger meal, especially with a meal, something's missing! Sometimes it's the cheeseburger, sometimes the fries, today it's the onion rings. Unfortunately, when you have two full bags at the drive-thru, you rarely check to see if everything's complete. So: ALWAYS CHECK THE BAGS! For me, it was the last time I went shopping! Three chances, three losses! Sooooo bad!

And then the staff chatters away when you have a question... Guys, if you have too much time, go clean the restrooms properly! Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 7:20 p.m. When we walked in, no one was working; they were all chatting. After we ordered, we wanted to sit down at a table, but ALL tables, without exception, were dirty. I've never experienced anything like it. When I opened my Big King, it was cold. I returned it and was told it would be heated up. Two minutes later, I was handed a lump of melted cheese, warm onions, and lettuce. I then asked for a new burger. The new burger was prepared WITHOUT gloves and wasn't warm enough, so the cheese was just a slice inside. At no time did they apologize. We won't be back and strongly advise against visiting this Burger King.

Poor service, very unfriendly employees, and uncooperative. The delivery man did something wrong, and we, as customers, had to suffer. The guy behind the counter didn't do a single thing to ensure we weren't the ones who suffered. Trash store with trashy employees

Waited over 10 minutes in an empty store with two customers. They call the joke about fries "big"! The Whopper and the fries were cold. Initially, they swapped drinks. Complaint was dismissed. Never again. No wonder the reviews are mostly negative and the store is barely frequented.

Despite checking every time, you think a Happy Meal should have everything. Unfortunately, my daughter only had fries because everything else was missing. And for a small child, if you can't even pack a Happy Meal, you probably have no business working in the restaurant industry.

In my opinion, this is one of the worst Burger Kings we have in Berlin. Unfortunately, I can confirm almost all of the negative comments. Especially when ordering takeout, something is missing almost every time.

I was at BK for the first time in ages. Everything was excellent. The burgers were freshly prepared and very tasty; Big Ming is always a hit ;). My nephew had a kids' menu and he was also very happy.

The food was lukewarm, I found the service with the self-service machines to be really poor, and the outdoor area wasn't exactly clean. The benches and tables could use a wipe down every now and then.

The terminals canceled the order every time. Something was wrong with the system again. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. They've been having recurring problems for years. Many items are unavailable, are dispensed incorrectly, or, as in this case, I didn't get any food. I love Burger King, but this branch is just not good.

I had an issue with my order. I was charged, but my order wasn't processed, so I had to start over according to the instructions. I did, and the manager told me I had to order both menus. I don't think that's right.

No! Service: Order not accepted. Another time: 1 hour before closing time, just out of the house because the tables had already been wiped. Food: Poor - put 6. Repeated cold sandwiches, has nothing to do with a burger. Warmed meat and a slice of cold cheese - there's no correct preparation process and that's no exaggeration. A visit is unnecessary - money is wasted - this location has nothing to do with burgers and nothing to do with Burger King. Service is also subpar.

If it were possible, I would give the rating a 0/5 stars, the service is all unfriendly, you can tell from the workers that they don't feel like doing their work and feel like they're intentionally making the food bad!! And on the page it says it's open at 1:00 a.m. It used to be closed at 12:05 a.m. or something like that. Everyone would rather go to McDonalds

Unfortunately my visit to this Burger King was a huge disappointment. Despite only one person in front of us, we waited a full 30 minutes for our food. In addition, the entire store was in a very unhygienic condition. There was trash and food leftovers from previous guests on the tables and floor. The staff seemed unfriendly and not trying hard. At least the food was warm and tasted okay, but the long waiting time and lack of cleanliness are an absolute no-go for me. I definitely won't come back and will prefer the competition instead.

We order from you every now and then and it can't be that something is missing EVERY TIME. This time the fries are missing.. I also can't understand how difficult it is to work through a list and gradually pack things into a bag. Absolute disaster! It's a shame I can't give 0 stars...food cold, then just put in the microwave, staff rude, can't speak German and is incompetent. Extra bacon for 50 cents is raw! Unfortunately, catastrophic service or operation or whatever you should call it there. Was there again today after a long time, only one or two German speakers (I'm not racist, I'm from Asia myself) BUT difficult to order something at the checkout when only 2 can speak German and the rest can't and you stand for 30 minutes and are ignored because you don't speak the language! I put what I ordered at the checkout and left! Complete catastrophe and something should basically be changed because all the other reviews don't have anything positive and it's just a "FAST RESTAURANT"
