McDonald's in Berlin

I ordered through Uber Eats today. The milkshakes were delivered in the wrong flavor. I forgot to bring straws. I simply replaced a Sprite with a Coke. I didn't get any glasses with the ordered meals. Packed with my eyes closed? So many mistakes in one order. I'll never order from there again!

I got a stomach ache after eating and I feel nauseous. The burger tasted okay but the fries were totally soggy. Never again.

The owner of this restaurant "Stefan Warweitzki" does not seem to place any particular emphasis on hygiene or work ethic. It's shocking that he probably owns several restaurants like this. Orders from this shed take well over 1 hour to deliver. The employees speak neither German nor any other known language. Furthermore, all dishes are ice cold when they are delivered. I have no idea how they manage to keep everything really cold. The prices are also completely exorbitant, a burger that is hardly worth more than 1 euro is often offered here for 600%, so Mr. Warweitzki, like his colleagues in the industry, doesn't seem to be fed up. This store is one of the weirdest things I've ever seen. The food is cold, dried out and absolutely inedible when it is delivered. For heaven's sake avoid this store.

Diluted cola with water, no gas or taste, it was tasteless. The cheeseburger was completely dry. Return the money. The free apple pie is tasteless, very cloying taste, viscous, too much cinnamon and the fact that it is warm makes it even worse.

It was terrible. I ordered the Minecraft menu. We were expecting a Minecraft toy but were told at checkout it wasn't available. My brother then left your McDonald's in tears. Also, we waited about half an hour for our order and that's why it was barely given to us. But I also didn't get my sauce as a thank you for the change, they didn't give us anything.

Terrible. I ordered a Happy Meal with a Minecraft toy on the ordering tablet. There was no notice that this toy was unavailable. As a result, I got a Happy Meal with a Minions and Smurfs book. Since there are only seats on the first floor and there is no elevator, I had to balance two suitcases and the order at the same time. It wasn't due to a lack of staff, they were more numerous than current guests. They kindly didn't support us while they impatiently met us on the stairs. German doesn't seem to be the main language. But near Berlin's largest international train station (well, at least you can sometimes get from Spandau to the airport without changing) this is probably normal. The wrap was lukewarm, the cheese and especially the honey mustard sauce could be found. Well, it was Easter too... At least the nuggets were okay. Then unfortunately I went to the toilet - my biggest mistake. There's probably no cleaning going on there. Not only was the entire floor stuck, the pee basins were littered with urine stains and dust had already settled on them. All in all: Find something to eat somewhere else! Given the prices at McDonald's these days, it's not more expensive in the train station...

I'm shocked at what the McDonalds in the arcades has become in the last 10 years. The fries were almost cold, the burgers were just lukewarm and the food only came to the table after more than 20 minutes. There doesn't seem to be any napkins at this McDonald's because there weren't any with the meal. I finally received my Happy Meal, but without the toy. So I went back for the third time. The same employee then said that I would now get an “extra toy” and emphasized this several times! Anyone buying something make sure they have given all items. They are intentionally missing stuff when we ask for it, then they give what's missing. Such an unethical behavior from McDonald staff. It happened to me at more than a couple of times.

The personal automatically reports an order readiness into system without preparing it actually. So information display says your order is ready to pickup and then your order just disappears. Time to time you have to ask your order one more time since they just lost it after their system falsely thinks it was prepared. I'm pretty sure they do it just to show fast orders preparation preparing to their management.

I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s Spandau while picking up a delivery for Lieferando. The staff’s attitude was far from helpful, and they acted like it wasn’t their responsibility to handle the order efficiently. It took far too long for them to respond, even as other orders were being delayed. Today, I came to pick up a McDonald’s order and had a KFC order to deliver at the same time. Because of McDonald’s delay, the KFC order was delayed significantly, which was unfair to both customers. Overall, very poor service for online deliveries—this needs urgent improvement for customer satisfaction. It was clear there was no responsible manager or supervisor present to keep things running smoothly. The staff seemed disorganized, and there was no one stepping in to manage the chaos. Orders took far too long, and customer service was almost nonexistent. This location desperately needs better management to improve the experience for customers.

This store is probably the worst McDonald's I know. Ordered twice via Lieferando and twice the citizens looked as if they had flown through the store three times. Offering something like that to a customer is a disgrace. Maybe the boss should look at the reviews and think about whether he would have offered such a job to a customer at Lidl in the past!!!

It's amazing how McDonalds does it !every time! creates something to forget. They have a piece of paper and all they have to do is put the items in a bag. Never eat there again, we ordered a lot of things, including about 5 drinks and they gave 3 straws, there were four of us, I asked for a straw, the employees didn't give it, according to them you should drink the cola from the cup. I wrote a good review back then, but unfortunately I have to take it back. Unfortunately, everything seems very disorganized now. Oat milk for cappuccinos usually cannot be ordered at the terminal even though it is available in the refrigerator. Constantly asking if it is available is annoying. The last time they tried to sell us normal chicken nuggets instead of plant-based nuggets, which they then exchanged. I once had the wrong sauce put on another burger on my McPlant Tomato Chargrill, which is very annoying when you first notice it at home. Strangely enough, special promotions like the syrup in the sprite or something similar are never available. The snack salad was already brown and rotten. I would have liked to bring it back, but I really didn't feel like discussing it with them anymore. The numbers so that the food is brought to the table are cleared away early in the evening and trays are apparently no longer available even though the shop is empty. You immediately notice that you no longer want to sit down to eat. Even the chairs were up two hours before closing time. We sat down anyway because we were traveling with suitcases. The room doesn't seem to be cleaned often either, there was a lot of rubbish lying around. Simply hang the garbage bags on random corners instead of in the trash can. I was here to return the Plastic cup which I have bought earlier, and they were so rude, the shift leader said that their store has specific rules and cannot accept. Nobody there were atleast polite. He said he don't speak English, I wonder how was he managing employees that speak nothing but English. Fraud!! Waited over 45 minutes for an order. I was told that the order had not been paid for. I showed my colleagues my Paypal account, where you can clearly see that the money had been deducted. I begged several times to speak to the boss, but the boss didn't want to come. You are the worst McDonald's branch I have ever seen. If I could I would give you -1000000 stars. I placed a take-away order at the terminal as normal and paid with my card (contactless). Got the receipt printed out and waited for my number. When I get home I look in the bag, half of the order is missing and my money is in the “trash”. Very great thank you McDonalds for nothing. I don't even want to start with bad staff, service and cleanliness. Shame on you.

Actually, my two photos should be enough to describe what you get from this store. The Double Big Mäc was far dry because, as you can see, there was almost no sauce on it and if you order "without cucumbers", almost all of the rest is left out. I went through your reviews and I’m not surprised 😏 today at 12:10 am I was served stale fries and racially profiled by the tall attendant with a sleek back grey hair ponytail . The customer service is VERY poor yet for a Mc smart menu I was served stale onion ring fries(which is unusual ) and they just threw in the burgers in an old Macdonald bag that seemed to have been used before. Ordered 2 simple hamburgers...you can't really go wrong. Actually ! I got 2 half-fried patties on bread, without mustard, cucumbers and onions. And that wasn't the first time something went wrong with the order. But at least the happy meal was complete and the nuggets were crispy.

There was a time when you ordered something from McD and received it straight away. OK, sometimes it wasn't super fresh anymore, but it tasted good. There is a waiting number here and I waited 25 minutes (!) for a (!) hamburger. It was still cold. No punch line.

Unbelievable, we ordered 3x 20 nuggets and received 1x 19, 1x 18 and 1x 16 nuggets! Is it really that hard to count to 20 at least once? Funnily enough, we've never had 6 nuggets too many, so that's how you make a profit! At least in the short term, because you will probably no longer be interested in visiting again.
