Completely inflated prices like no other Burger King and an atmosphere like a transit station. No thanks!

They don't accept coupons, so we went again. Oh yes, the price is really more expensive than the already expensive other BK's

Worst BK I've ever been to. Everything. Total package. Crazy. No words.

It's just not worth it anymore. I used to visit that BK for years, but the decline is just awful. They don't take any coupons, there is no pick up option, a very limited burger selection, rarely any specials and the friendly personnel is gone. Sad to see that this actually great location is treated so poorly.

It was understandable that this Burger King Frenchise company only offered shortened opening hours during the pandemic. But the fact that on December 27th, 2022 they don't even put an information sign on the door when and if they open at all is absolutely unfriendly to customers. Update from January 7th, 2025 Tried there again. Seating is offered, but sitting on torn faux leather isn't much fun. Luckily the coffee was warm so I could warm my fingers. All radiators are never in operation. This means a maximum of 18°C ​​is achieved. Anyone who offers indoor catering should heat a little more so that the guests feel comfortable.

Unfortunately there is no Burger King branch as we know it!!! It's a shame and it was my first time there and I'm definitely not coming back!!! App cannot be used, so no coupons. 6 nuggets cost €6.79, everything is about 30 percent more expensive. Toilet is from sanifair and therefore subject to a charge. The branch was not heated and therefore extremely cold. Seat cushions are torn and chairs are partially defective. Absolutely underground.

I think it's a shame that you have to pay an extra €1 for the toilet. Normally that's part of the deal and I'm used to it from other Burger King restaurants. The fries were too salty and your lip burned.

INCREDIBLY DISGUSTED! Apart from the fact that none of the staff spoke German, their behavior towards customers increasingly leaves something to be desired. The compilation of our order (1EW+3K) of over €50 was sloppy, unclean and incomplete! When handing over the receipt is taken from the customer... - how are you supposed to check/prove the order?! And purely for information purposes, the receipt is the property of the buyer! Please convey this to your branches! The toilets could only be accessed for a fee, then they didn't even work, & in terms of hygiene, cleanliness & impertinence it was hell! Nothing, nothing at all was wrong with this branch. But everything contradicts the principles and requirements of BK!

Absolutely the worst Citizen King I have ever seen and experienced. The service was friendly and quick, but the prices were absolutely outrageous, the toilets are from Sanifair and the voucher was not even considered valid by the ordering terminal. Never again.

Super unfriendly service. Looks shabby. The waitress at the counter watched us for 5 minutes as we tried to scan our voucher. Only when we asked did they tell us in an unfriendly tone that the vouchers were not valid in this restaurant.

Terrible. The app's QR codes are simply not accepted and the user's own menu is pointed out. The prices seem a lot higher to me than in other stores, almost €9 for a Whopper? Basically the place is pretty rocky. I also noticed a lot of flies while waiting at my castles. I won't go there again and can't recommend it to anyone!

Worst Burger King in Germany. More expensive than other branches, not air-conditioned, unhygienic impression, food tastes like old fat. I stopped eating when I saw the mice outside. Tables and chairs outside were also dirty with bird droppings. Definitely not worth a visit.

Food was as usual, service was very accommodating and nice, but the ambience was a bit "worn." Contactless payment at Sanyfair was not possible at all and vouchers could not be used or redeemed. A pity.

They literally had no food only drinks

A fantastic place that inspires you to dream and indulge with its culinary diversity. The dedicated staff put in a lot of effort and the Sanifair toilets were a successful continuation of the overpriced but very tasteless burgers. The vegan offer is developing well. All in all: good average.

Incredibly expensive for “fast food” no coupons and promotions can be redeemed there is only one menu use of toilets costs €1 incredibly bad paid €5 for a fries and extra for every ketchup never again! Next time I'd rather have a 5 star burger menu somewhere else for the same price

Came across this BurgerKing on the way home from vacation: - Burgers are delicious, a bit more expensive than ours - nice, child-friendly staff - the request whether the toy could be exchanged was politely answered in the affirmative despite the restaurant being full, really great! We'll be happy to come back if we're nearby, great staff!

Somehow a very, very strange shop, Saturday evening and you are the only guest, then you see the lack of cleanliness, the 30% higher prices compared to other BurgerKings and aggressive staff who can no longer speak German at all. Plus point, the food was OK and they were the hottest fast food fries I've ever eaten - they were made especially for me. Nevertheless, I won't go there a second time.

An old, run down Burger King that desperately needs a refresh. The toilets are sanifair toilets - so there is a charge. I don't know if the prices at BK are the same everywhere, but I find over €12 for a burger (double beef bacon or something similar) very expensive. Luckily you could order at the terminal. The woman at the checkout had a lot of trouble processing orders. Both the language and the technology caused her problems.

I'm not usually picky. But if you, as a skilled Burger King employee, already know that this is a franchise partner based on the outdated logo, then you know that it can't be that good. Simply not offering coupons makes me want to flee. (I didn't order either) Usually 13€ for 2 citizens and menu would now be around 22€ for one person. Nonsense… Otherwise the employees looked very nice.

Worst BürgerKing in Germany where we have been so far. Burger buns were untoasted, meat no longer tasted good, drinks were non-carbonated and the coffee was just bitter. We can only recommend everyone to just keep driving.

Totally overpriced, the CrispyChicken has no comparison to the Mc Crispy. Fries dry and floury. The store has probably seen its best days a long time ago... I won't do it again, I'd rather go a few kilometers further to the competitor...

This is my second bad experience at Burgerking in Berlin. My Wopper was cold and the bacon inside was chewy and undercooked. It ain't cheap either: payed 15 euros for the sandwich, medium coke and small fries. For way less I've had much nicer burgers and fries at Shiller or Bürgermeister. I have the feeling Burgerking Germany needs to step up it's game in terms of quality of their products.
