Gustosa in Lüdenscheid

I went there again today after a long time. I didn't have very fond memories of my last visit; I had a doner box where the meat was extremely greasy and tasted very strange. Today I was in the mood for a doner wrap. They have three different sizes, and I opted for the medium one. I had to order at the counter at the front, but then pay inside at the side, only to be sent back to the front to wait. I wanted to pay by card, and they held out a device to me without letting me see the amount displayed. The amount was only shown to me after the payment process. A bit odd, but okay, it was correct. When preparing the doner, they first put the meat in the pita bread and then the sauce, which I'm used to doing in reverse order. Then they added "all the salad," wrapped it up, and off I went. About 12-15 minutes later, I unwrapped it and saw the mess. The flatbread had almost completely disintegrated on one side because the meat was so greasy that the typical doner paper was already see-through and disintegrating in places. I'd honestly never had such fat-drenched meat in a doner before. It was simply too much. That was my second major disappointment, but also my last there.

I ordered something and wanted to pay by card. The man entered an amount into the machine. I asked to see the amount, and then he took the card from my hand and paid. Luckily, that was the correct price.

I ordered a doner kebab with ayran and a small fries. Less than 10 seconds later, however, I noticed that according to their menu, I could have gotten a large fries with the set meal – and for less. When I asked the waiter about it, he was very rude and simply said it was what it was; there was nothing he could do about it. I'll never be back.

So unfriendly! Customers are treated poorly and quality has declined.

Overly unfriendly again!!! The first time I visited six months ago, I thought, "Okay, he was having a bad day!" But a second time, so outrageously unfriendly... and at these prices, too! A customer-focused approach and a friendly demeanor could make up for the exorbitant prices. Never again...!!! So unpleasant... service isn't your thing!

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was of poor quality—the dishes were tasteless. Furthermore, the service was abysmal; the staff were unfriendly. The atmosphere was anything but inviting. I definitely cannot recommend this restaurant and will not eat here again.

First they take the money, and then they forget what you wanted. This happened more than once. I ordered lahmacun with chicken, but they made one without and packed it up...even though I said it was for eating here...and it was cold, too. The kebab tastes delicious, but it's expensive.

There was little to no meat in my lahmacun. Upon request, I was given an extra portion, which was very kind, but the flatbread dough was very thin and dry and hard around the edges. If the portions are always like this without asking, I find it very meager.

No stars if possible, but unfortunately, one must be given! About half an hour after eating the börek, I immediately got stomach pain, followed by nausea and vomiting! The result was food poisoning, and this snack bar is still going strong! They should be shut down immediately!

Recently visited lüdenscheid and stumbled upon this place. The kebab was actually really nice and the team were very welcoming. Would recommend! I will be coming back here for sure.

Ordered a kebab box and received a salad box with fries. Almost no meat. Not recommended!

We used to enjoy eating there, it was fresh, good value for money, good portions. We were shocked when we were there again today after a long time. In the seasoned salad, some of the lettuce leaves were brown, so they were already a good 2 if not 3 days old (it was definitely not brown from the spice), I asked for the unseasoned salad without pointing out the brown one. Friendliness wasn't that big of a deal right from the start. In general, the content at Lahmacun was very poor. Really outrageous for the price. The taste goes like this. Same with the kebab. We won't eat there anymore. Too expensive for what you get and browned lettuce is where it ends for me. Disgusting.

Really good kebab meat, very high quality. Also a fairly large selection of salads. I am very satisfied and would always like to come back. The Turkish pizza is also highly recommended, it is made fresh on site.

Food was very tasty and fresh! I particularly like the daily specials. Definitely recommended.

Super delicious! Everything is homemade and even daily specials. There is something for everyone. The price-performance ratio is also right!

Homemade STEAK kebab in top quality. I was really excited. Best kebab in Lüdenscheid. I can recommend it without reservation. The saleswoman was also extremely nice. TOP !!!

Unfriendly staff. What a dirty place

What is that now? The salads have no spices at all that save on sauce, the kebab is so dry and the woman at the reception was so unfriendly. No people, for 7.50 you can eat at others where it still tastes good

On my last visit, old leftover fries were briefly warmed up again for my kebab box, and the meat had been kept warm for far too long. Accordingly, the fries and the meat were simply inedible! In addition, the cheese was completely rancid, and all at an outrageously high price. That was definitely the last time!!!!

Doner plate expensive, small portion. Not recommended in terms of taste. There are better alternatives right next door

We ordered two small kebabs. The owner settled for two large kebabs. When we pointed this out to him, he still settled for two large ones. Zero stars if possible.

We were here for the second time today and can't complain. The service is attentive and quick, we ordered chicken rotisserie plates. Portions are large enough and taste very tasty. We also really like the sauce (tzatziki). We'll definitely be back.

Rude lady!!! Stingy with the portion! Not good in taste! Way too expensive! First and last time!

The woman who works there is the unfriendly person I've seen in a long time. Döner plate complete for just under €13 (!!!) and not even a tomato on it. When I asked if they could at least put a piece of tomato on it, they made a face and tried to put it on my plate with a fork over the counter, which I of course refused. Simply totally unprofessional & this explains the 1.8 star reviews. I'm probably not the only one.

We will NEVER eat there again. Taste 0 out of 5 stars. Service -5 out of 5 stars. I have never experienced something like that. We didn't know we had to put the plates away. When we got up and wanted to leave, the lady at the checkout shouted after us... What a disgrace the store is.

Paid almost 30 euros for 2 dishes and a drink. The portions were extremely small, very poor value for money. And it wasn't particularly good either. The waitress didn't understand me when choosing the salad. Overall, very bad store. I'm never coming back!

Überteuert und schmeckt nicht! Habe mein Essen liegen gelassen.

Mit 7,50€ der Teuerste Döner den ich in Lüdenscheid gegessen habe. Die Döner Tasche Bezahlte ich nach der Bestellung mit der EC-Karte. Diese wurde mir aus der Hand genommen und hinter der Theke ins EC Gerät gesteckt kein PIN, keine Rechnung, keine Transparenz. Noch dazu wurde der Döner mit der falschen Soße serviert dies war mein erster und letzter Besuch hier !!!

Das Essen war für den Preis überhaupt nicht lecker der Reis war nicht richtig durch und der Salat war auch nicht frisch und es war zudem wenig drauf davon wurde man nicht Satt.

Sehr gut! Alles schmeckt, es gibt eine gesunde Auswahl, Preise sind in Ordnung. :)

Falafel-Sandwich ist zu empfehlen. Falafel haben einen leichten Curry-Geschmack. Sieht frisch aus und schmeckt auch so. Man kann zwischen drei Soßen wählen. Könnte ein wenig mehr sein. Soße nur unten. Geöffnet bis 20 Uhr.

Wir haben das 21 Jahrhundert. Und hier geht man mit der Zeit! Was für mich, in der Heutigen Zeit wichtig ist, dass ich das dreckige und Virenverseuchte Bargeld nicht anfassen muss. In diesen Schnellimbiss ist kompromisslos Kartenzahlung möglich. Was ich sehr Kundenorientiert und Zeitgemäß finde. Die Salattheke und das was man im Außenbereich sieht, ist sauber und Appetitlich. Was man ja von vielen Mitbewerbern oft nicht behaupten kann. Deshalb auch hier absolut Tadellos positiv. Über den Preis und die Größe einer Dönertasche lässt sich lange Diskutieren. Ich fand es jetzt OK. Bin satt geworden und ich bin ja kein Schmächtling. Miete und Strom müssen auch bezahlt werden. Deshalb akzeptiere ich den überdurchschnittlichen Preis. Freundlich und entgegen kommend war der Herr an der These. Sollte ich in der Stadt des Staus wieder mal einscherren, könnte ich mir Vorstellen diesen Schnellimbiss im SternCenter wieder zu besuchen!
