Today we went to the drive in and ordered for 35 euros. At home we were missing 2 citizens and sugar and cinnamon for the churros. It sucks what idiots work there!!!!

It's a Burger King. Do you know one? Do you know them all! It's not a 5 star restaurant and the food has the potential to be enjoyed by everyone. It doesn't fill you up (at least not for long), but that's the intention. It's not the healthiest food either. But anyone who expects that hasn't understood the concept behind fast food. I was just passing through. It served its purpose.

Long waiting time and not always clean

Delivery was relatively acceptable, about an hour and 15 minutes. Food arrived warm, but the same problem as with all other fast food providers. The cheese in the burger has become solid and dry again, the fries are very limp and every now and then a few are crispy.

Always good for a quick one. Definitely better than the competition. But unfortunately it hasn't subsided like it used to. Too bad. Please try harder again.

Definitely the last time I ate there! What you order and what you get are two worlds apart. Thanks...enough!

The hamburger and fries were fine. Cola, as always, too watery and the price turns 5 stars into 2. Paid almost 14 euros for one person. 10 euros just for the hamburger. 90% in the till 10% on the bun.

Definitely the best BK in the area (MK) You can refill drinks as often as you want and waiting times are never excessively long, no matter how busy it is. If you go to other BK's you will notice that it is really good here in Lüdenscheid

Unfortunately half of my order was missing and what I ordered wasn't really that good either - it was all quite old.

You definitely can't be in a hurry here. The term fast food takes on a completely different meaning.

I ordered food and there was a mistake with it. This wasn't a big deal in itself, but the Burger King employee acted like a complete idiot. Unfortunately I couldn't find out his name. He hung up twice before I could even explain the situation. He then picked up the phone, only to put it aside. I could hear another local customer complaining (yes, I wasn't alone in my suffering), and of course he didn't speak to me either. I had to wait about 10 minutes without receiving a response. The problem occurred today (June 27th, 2024) at 8:00 p.m. and was ultimately resolved with a refund from Lieferando. A quick help from this incompetent employee could have solved the problem much faster. He even had the nerve to tell me, “I don’t have time for you” – to a paying customer! This behavior is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. To the CEO: Such employees are a disgrace to your company and should be fired immediately.

All in all, everything is good, except the meat on the burgers smells like a chemical factory. Had to stop eating, couldn't get it down. You should show with an analysis what is processed in the meat.

Cold burger with hard cold fries and the noise from the kitchen was very annoying. The staff is very friendly but having to wait 20 minutes for the food is far too long for a shop like this.

You can eat as a last resort, but absolutely nothing special. Doner kebab is a mixture of unknown types of meat and lahmacun, which is actually not an art to make, has just enough taste. I won't eat there anymore.

Unfortunately, it rarely happens like this! When I'm stressed, I don't freak out because there's no ketchup. But if I have to wait 7 minutes at the drive-in counter, then 8 at the counter after I've paid and have to wait another 23 minutes at the edge, I'm actually done! When I drive home quickly and find out that there are no fries in the bag, I can cry! Ordered 2 menus and forgot the fries from both?! If I ever go to the store again I would check everything immediately! That was a disgrace today

I had never been to a fast food chain before and I felt treated as nicely as in a real restaurant. Food is of course like everywhere else, but the staff was extremely nice when I visited.

I drank 10 liters of Teriaki dip here and set a world record. Afterwards the toilet was dilapidated and was declared a toxic gas zone. All in all great there. I can recommend it to everyone!!

It's just Burger King. Preparation was relatively quick (5-8 minutes) and the food was good. The burger was even stacked neatly and the toppings were where they were supposed to be. Was a pleasant experience.

I've actually always enjoyed being here. It's rare that something goes wrong when ordering and the staff is always very friendly. I mainly go through the drive-in late in the evening, as the store is always very full, but for a long time now it has been closed every evening... ...since then I've been going to Burger King in Menden.

Every time things are forgotten in the drive-thru.

Waited 30 minutes for fries. Order incomplete. Drinks selection at the vending machine permanently limited. Tables and floor very dirty and sticky. Tablets stand in empty places for a very long time. Definitely not recommended even if you're hungry... at least as far as consumption in the store is concerned.

I haven't been to BK for a long time, but the lettuce on the burgers always didn't look fresh, but rather wilted. But yesterday was the crowning moment, a moldy burger patty. Watched all Team Wallraff episodes about BK, but somehow you hope it doesn't affect your BK shop! Wrong, I'll never eat there again!

Used the Drive in and waited nearly 20 Minutes. The Burgers were OK but it seems the quality really drops lately...

We were in the low-traffic restaurant on Saturday evening around 11 p.m. When choosing a seat after ordering, we had the choice between several uncleaned, stained tables or a table with two armchairs (one with a slit armrest). I had a crispy chicken menu. The burger was ok, the chili cheese fries were disappointing - I didn't like the extra chili cheese sauce at all. But that is a matter of personal preference. What was annoying, however, was that a number of drinks were not available at both vending machines, but were previously available to choose from when choosing the online menu. This shouldn't actually happen and should be solved technically or organizationally by the operator. The grubby, disorganized first impression continued - leftover food under the table, return carts overflowing so you had to leave the trays on the table. For me there will definitely not be a second visit to this store. My sister showed me photos of what the interior used to look like (diner-like). This isn't even a weak imitation of the earlier style. Unfortunately not recommended.

They only accept cell phone coupons on the cell phone app, no PDF coupons, you have to print them out beforehand and hand them in at the front 😂 as soon as you have it on your cell phone or as a PDF it's no use to you. Ms. Böser said that she had received instructions from her boss

If you know one Burger King you know them all. Just stuff fast food in there and you're good.

Fast food fans will get their money's worth. However, healthy eating is different. Service and ambience is simply functional and easy to use. However, if you know one fast food you know them all. Sorry friends not my world But to each his own and God for all of us. Live long and in peace

For my money I expect something halfway decent to eat. Disgustingly adulterated citizens. It's a good thing I only go to a restaurant like this every few years. Never again in the future. What has been done with Bigking and Co is a disgrace. Mini burgers at full price.

Very dissatisfied. Unfriendly. No sauce or cheese on the burger. The food is cold and something is usually forgotten. It is also very sad that reviews criticizing this store are being deleted so that this store can retain customers. Sadly honest. Not even having respect for customers or accepting their opinions. All reviews here are fake or written by the employees. I ordered food to my home 3 times via Lieferando and it wasn't delivered 3 times. The order wasn't canceled and I called in vain. Dirty meatball cooking isn't recommended to anyone, definitely go to the competition or cook fried shoe sole, at least that'll work.

Unfortunately, guests often leave their empty trays and rubbish behind.

Great store... Ordered and paid for food for €49... Not available for almost €20... Citizens, Snaks and other things not packed. But packed in such a way that you couldn't control it. Unfortunately we were already over 30 km away when we noticed that we were missing...It almost borders on criminal energy...

I have never received a complete order even when it was empty. Never really warm at all. I only eat there out of compulsion because it's close when there's absolutely nothing else at home.

Every effort is made to fulfill the customer's wishes. Very presentable and polite. Although larger orders can sometimes lead to longer waiting times... But that shouldn't be a surprise.

The last trash. 3 times something was ordered through Lieferheld and 3 times fries or toys were missing. The third time fries and toys were missing and were not delivered. That's already fraud. Will also take legal action

I don't have high standards for fast food, at least when it comes to food. But good service, including checking the order for completeness, should be a given. If the store had been completely full (which it definitely wasn't!), I would have understood that you literally forgot 50% of the order. Unfortunately it was only noticed at home. 15€ for the ass. You guys really aren't worth the thirty minute drive there to correct this. If you ever picked up the phone, you would have been able to listen to something. Without Google's censorship. Never again. Juice shop.

Been back for a long time and ordered takeaway - two burgers missing! Unfortunately, not everyone speaks German, which made communication much more difficult when we had to point out that the device to transport the drinks was missing. I can only recommend choosing McDonald's, which is better in every way, and not wasting your money on burgers etc. that you can't get anyway (not to mention the inferior taste).

Ein ganz normaler Burger King. Wer Burger King kennt und mag, der wird hier fündig.

Das essen sagt mir als Vegetarier leider gar nicht zu, ich finde es trotzdem gut das man selber zwischen "normalen" und Plant-based Gerichten unterscheiden kann. (Bei den Plant-based Produkten sorgt die Petersilie für grüne kleine Punkte an der Oberfläche) Man merkt das das Personal, bei vielen Bestellungen, sehr überfordert ist und dadurch sehr lange warte Zeiten entstehen. Ich habe auf meine "6er Plant-based Nuggets" knapp 20 Minuten gewartet. Der Laden ist, stand jetzt, wie eine Zeitkapsel und hat sich in den letzten 15 Jahren bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten kaum verändert. Im ganzen sieht der Laden nicht sonderlich sauber aus, wirkt sehr runter gekommen und ist auch nicht besonders einladend. Ich denke das ganze funktioniert auch nur weil es eine riesige Fast Food Kette ist. Kleine Gastronomen hätten mit so einer Hygiene, Ambiente und Wartezeit ein riesen Problem Kunden zufrieden zu stellen.

Drei von vier Burgern falsch geliefert, telefonisch nicht erreichbar, Nachlieferung dann nach 20 Minuten vereinbart, nach 50 Minuten immer noch keine Lieferung, ich warte auf eine Erstattung des Kaufpreises!

FINALLY!! A REAL BURGER IN BK GERMANY. One thing from someone who has worked in BK as a youth. When my husband asked for my burger sitting on the wrack the woman said no worry it's warm there. It's not only about burger being cold but also old. I wanted to jump the counter and snatched my FRESH burger. But if you don't ask your burger might soak in ketchup.

Am besten fand ich den Getränkespender. Nachzapfen soviel Du willst und die Cola Kombinationen sind echt geilo.

Wir sind immer gerne bei Bürger King. Wenn es um Geschmack geht ist das Restaurant ausgezeichnet. Aber in Lüdenscheid... Die Wartezeit ist schon nervig und hier reden wir von 30 Minuten am Wochenende und 15:00 unter der Woche. Es gab bei dieser Filiale noch nie eine Bestellung ohne Fehler. Es muss immer was fehlen.

Teuer geworden, aber wer Hunger drauf hat sollte es genießen hier.

Essen war ok. Service auch. Was sehr schlimm war, wir haben vor Ort gegessen. Und es war sehr kalt im BK. Dies ging wohl nicht nur uns so, da alle anderen Gäste die auch vor Ort gegessen haben ihre Jacken auch an hatten.

Super Service. Meine personalisierten Gutscheine aus der App funktionierten nicht. Ein Mitarbeiter half mir und ich bekam den Rabatt trotzdem.

Muss sagen seit langem mal wieder bei Burger King gewesen. Service war OK. Essen war aber gut & "frische" Burger. Wartezeit war auch vollkommen in Ordnung!

Dort gegessen Ewig gewartet, burger waren kalt die pommes ok, 2 Sachen wurden vergessen , gesagt und haben das falsche gebracht. Die Tische der Boden waren sehr schmutzig. Bei den Getränkespendern müsste öfters geputzt werden. Getränkespender nicht wirklich umsatzfördernd. Einige Leute gehen des öfteren zum auffüllen.

Man muss einfach sagen, mehr Qualität für den Preis, McDonald's ist nichts dagegen.

Lustlos die Mitarbeiter,wenn man keine Lust hat auf diese Arbeit oder auf zahlen'de Kunden sollte man dort nicht Arbeiten. Manche stehen Rum ,Schauen einen an als ob " nicht schon wieder der/die,oder hoffe keine Sonderwünsche. Kann verstehen wenn auch mal Stress ist ,aber das ist in vielen Berufen so.

Die Bestellung ist nicht komplett. Das ist Standard. Niemand geht ans Telefon. Die hatten in der Schule wahrscheinlich alle nur klatschen und tanzen….

Leider mein schlechtestes Burger King Erlebnis, woran ich mich erinnern kann. Meine Bestellung (für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind - also keine Mammutaufgabe) war in mehreren Punkten fehlerhaft und unvollständig. Auf Beanstandungen wird patzig reagiert. Ein fehlender Burger musste fünf Mal reklamiert werden - nach über 40 Minuten habe ich ihn dann doch noch bekommen. Getränke mussten wir uns an diesen neuen unpraktischen Automaten selbst ziehen. Leider hat es erstmal 15 Minuten gedauert bis er überhaupt wieder ging - die "Coca Cola" war allerdings ungenießbar. Auch auf diese Reklamation hat man ohne Verständnis reagiert. Erst nach weiterer Aufforderung ist man absolut unfreundlich und fast aggressiv (Sachen wurden förmlich weg geschmissen) auf die Idee gekommen, eine Cola aus dem Drive-In Automaten anzubieten. Seit sehr langer Zeit mal wieder dort gewesen, aber der heutige Besuch war auf jeden Fall mein letzter. Zwei Sterne gibt es nur, weil wenigstens der Geschmack in Ordnung war.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Nicht einer der weiß was er genau machen soll . Totalles ChaosLeider muß ich einen Stern vergeben da ich sonst keine Bewertung abgeben könnte.
