Lots of traffic on Sundays, but the taste makes up for everything.

Delicious food and good service, Mr. Azizroor served us well.

Ordered through Lieferando. The fries were forgotten. The lettuce on the Long Chicken was wilted and soggy. In short: "Less than 18 hours later I was in bed with food poisoning. Never again... :("

THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE IN THE WORLD

Strange order, the last one gets their food first? And then my burger was cold...

Hot fries and cold burgers. They're doing their job. Just like always.

It's Burger King, after all – you get exactly what you expect, and it tastes just like in any other branch. This particular branch in Tomaten, however, stands out for its exceptional cleanliness and the fact that it's not overly crowded. This allows you to enjoy your meal in peace, without any jostling or long waits. All in all, a pleasant stop for a quick and easy visit.

I went there again after a very long time and was very disappointed. I only ordered something small at the McDonald's drive-thru and it took over 20 minutes to get my order. It used to be much better.

The branch is well-maintained, but the food is lukewarm and the staff is understaffed.

Despite the high volume of orders, the staff did their best to process all orders quickly. The food was delicious.

When I'm out with my family, we like to eat at BK. We often order the "King of the Month" and a burger. The King of the Month is Garlic Chicken, and the garlic sauce is terrible. Okay, no problem. At other BKs, you can easily swap the sauce. Only at BK Lüdenscheid... it costs 60 cents to swap the disgusting sauce. So we drove on and ate at BK Kamen... we're happy to take a detour there.

I was there today and I'm actually very surprised. I've never seen such a friendly and customer-oriented employee at Burger King as the manager, Ms. Stiegelbauer. I was positively impressed by how well she interacted with her team. No power struggle, just genuine interest and a problem-solving mindset.

I went to Burger King today and I want to give a special shout-out! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, but what really made the visit special was the excellent service. A big thank you to Ms. Stiegelbauer, super friendly, attentive, and in a really good mood! You could tell she enjoys her work and cares about her customers. You don't experience service like that everywhere. I'll definitely be back—not just for the burgers, but also for the great team. 👏🍔

I had a great experience at this Burger King! The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly and quick to serve, and my food came out hot and fresh. Just so expensive and bad. What kind of prices are these? €30 ​​for two people to fill you up? The big M offers better prices. And what kind of portions are these? Large fries? That's the small fries at McDonald's. No wonder Burger King only gets bad reviews these days. Definitely not an option for me anymore. Especially why do they have coupons in the app that aren't even available in person? I drove there specifically for that, and then they weren't available. In my opinion, this is clear customer deception.

I gave them my coupon number, but they entered a different one, and then they called me a liar. The money I overpaid for the wrong item wasn't refunded either. It's become a real rip-off.

I actually quite like Burger King, but the service is terrible. I've had to wait 30 minutes at the drive-thru several times, even though there were only two cars in front of me. The wait at the drive-thru is always endless. At McDonald's, everything always goes quickly, but here they work in slow motion.

You come to visit your old hometown, want to treat yourself to a tasty snack, and the result is disgraceful. The chicken tortilla you ordered was made with beef instead of chicken, the cheeseburger was missing cheese (they were supposed to just eat the pickles), and the chili cheese nuggets were old and just reheated. Thank you, BK Lüdenscheid, and see you never again.

I don't like the vending machine. Customers use it like their trash can at home, so it's constantly dirty. Most of the time, almost all the drinks are empty. The rest of the vending machine was fine.

We ordered through Lieferando on August 9, 2025, at 7:47 PM. The delivery didn't arrive until four hours later, even though a much shorter delivery time had been specified. We called the restaurant after two hours to inquire about the food, and they immediately hung up. Half an hour later, we called again and were treated disrespectfully and insultingly on the phone – including the statement that they "didn't want to send us any food." Furthermore, Lieferando showed that the order had arrived, but this hadn't actually happened. At 10:44 PM, we called again and complained. After a long discussion and further disrespectful comments, the food finally arrived cold around midnight. We won't order from there again and cannot recommend the service.

Even though no one was standing in front of me, I had to wait 25 minutes for a menu because the two waiters were more concerned with flirting with each other.

They made me wait 30 minutes for my food. Two people who were there with me and ordered at the same time finished their food in less than 10 minutes. And when I asked about it after 20 minutes, they gave me an even more rude answer. It was absolutely outrageous to fill half the bag after 15 minutes and the rest after another 15 minutes. So half the food was already cold when I got it. Next time, I'll go to McDonald's; at least the employees there know how to treat customers.

Once again something is missing in the order

One of many BKs 😉. It's always seemed pretty clean. Staff are friendly and seem quite relaxed, even during busy times. 2 stars deducted because I once had a moldy burger bun. I suspect the supplier's fault, but it could have been detected during preparation. As of today, January 27, 2020, unfortunately only 2 stars. When I have to argue with the waitress in broken German about two sachets of mayo, I'm completely lost.

Unfortunately, I have to correct my review from 6 years ago; lately, things have been completely unacceptable. We've had to wait extremely long at the drive-thru several times (yesterday, there were two vehicles ahead of us, and the store itself wasn't even that busy; a 30-minute wait). The employee barely understood us; the Big King XXLs were dry and tasteless, and one was burnt. How things can go so badly for the worse is beyond me. We won't be going to BK Lüdenscheid again until they get the store under control again. It's not Lüdenscheid's fault, but the vegan mayo is also a significant improvement over the previous one (and that wasn't great either).

The food and cleanliness are good. The service is fast and friendly. The ambiance could use some sprucing up. The refill station is a good feature, especially on warm days.

I hate the ordering computers, so I deduct a few points for the service.

This is the second time I haven't received what I ordered.

I quickly grabbed a burger at the drive-thru. Nothing. As always, I stood in a long line and waited about 20 minutes for two burgers. I don't know why I even stop there when I'm in a hurry. It's always the same thing.

We've ordered 4-5 times now. The first time, everything was perfect. Then it went downhill rapidly. If the order wasn't complete, we called right away, and they almost always found a solution. However, the quality of the food is really abysmal for the price. The fries taste like cardboard, just like the nuggets, which are also dry as dust. The burgers with mayo are the most dangerous. Four out of five times, my husband immediately felt sick and/or had abnormal stomach symptoms. Yesterday, he threw away his burger for the first time because it looked really weird and not good. The churros are a joke. They're sloppy and soggy (whether with sauce or cinnamon and sugar). The prices don't reflect what you get. So you can get more elsewhere, and it even tastes fresher.

Subterranean. If I could give it zero stars, I would. We ordered in advance via Lieferando and had no problems. The delivery time was 2.5 hours 😕 and it kept getting pushed back. The food was cold and mashed. The fries were soggy. The burgers were in sauce, drinks, regardless of whether they were mustard or burger sauce. And the kids' menu was missing the salad and toys. There was no separate bag, they were just thrown in with the other things. So, that was the first time we ordered from there and the last time. Over 30 euros, and the whole family was dissatisfied. 😕

You can easily go to Burger King. Unfortunately the prices are exorbitantly high for fast food

Wir haben heute im Internet bei Burgerking in Lüdenscheid Bestell. Es tut mir leid aber für(uns) war es das letzte mal. Wirklich das gesamte Essen war eiskalt. Und seit dem ich es in Teilen gegessen habe übergebe ich mich.

We met briefly for coffee. The shop was almost empty. As we looked for a place, the music started very loudly. Picked up food yesterday and got food poisoning today!!! Ordering took forever and the food was cold. Today everyone is lying flat with gastrointestinal including chills!!! Never again!!!

The staff is very friendly and will help you if you have problems with your order. Depending on the time of day, you may have to wait a little longer, but that's no different with the competition.

Yesterday I ordered a Long Chili Cheese from Burger King and found that the quality was significantly below expectations. The cheese was hard on the first try and not creamy, as expected. After a polite complaint to an employee, a replacement was prepared, but this cheese was also hard. The behavior of the staff was particularly worrying. Instead of showing understanding, the impression was given that my complaint was being laughed at in the kitchen. This behavior is not only unprofessional, but also customer-unfriendly. I have been a satisfied Burger King customer so far, but this incident has significantly affected my trust in the quality and service. I expect an improvement in friendliness and product quality in order to avoid such negative experiences in the future.

Ordered takeaway food. Instead of chocolate milkshake there was vanilla, the large fries were the same size as the ones from the children's menu. That was the last time! The food is very expensive for being wrong.

Order incorrect, food cold. When I got my fries and asked for a fork I was told it was in there. But that wasn't the case. Fries without salt. I will never be in this branch again. Employee gets too much money and doesn't say anything. As I noticed, he first said he thought it was a tip. Simply awful.

Even if it's not my taste, I went there briefly for the One Piece campaign and got the plant based variants. The people involved enjoyed the fast food, the service and the atmosphere were absolutely top for the chain!

Food tastes very good. The interior is very cozy. However, the tables are often dirty and the floor sticks, especially in front of the drink dispensers.

The food is of the usual Burgerking quality and is served quickly even at a late hour in the busy restaurant. The furniture, however, is the epitome of hostile design. Angled, low chairs and tables on which you can't fit 2 trays either in length or width. Respectably vicious.

Never again!!! I wanted to order the Halloween special menu. When I received it, the fries were missing. A cheeky thing I order a menu and get ketchup instead of homemade fries sauce I think my pig is whistling the shop is as reliable as a woman behind the wheel they don't have all the cups in the cupboard anymore next time I'll go to McDonald's the long chicken isn't long and I know what long is and the chicken can be compared to the sole of a shoe, the fries are good👍

It's a Burger King. Do you know one? Do you know them all! It's not a 5 star restaurant and the food has the potential to be enjoyed by everyone. It doesn't fill you up (at least not for long), but that's the intention. It's not the healthiest food either. But anyone who expects that hasn't understood the concept behind fast food. I was just passing through. It served its purpose.

Long waiting time and not always clean

Delivery was relatively acceptable, about an hour and 15 minutes. Food arrived warm, but the same problem as with all other fast food providers. The cheese in the burger has become solid and dry again, the fries are very limp and every now and then a few are crispy.

Always good for a quick one. Definitely better than the competition. But unfortunately it hasn't subsided like it used to. Too bad. Please try harder again.

Definitely the best BK in the area (MK) You can refill drinks as often as you want and waiting times are never excessively long, no matter how busy it is. If you go to other BK's you will notice that it is really good here in Lüdenscheid

You definitely can't be in a hurry here. The term fast food takes on a completely different meaning.
