The staff are always nice and friendly. They possess strong social skills.

Thursday evening, apart from two homeless people, no other guests. Nevertheless, trays with trash on the tables, tray trays overflowing. Dirtiest McDonald's yet.

Total chaos. The order was marked as ready for pickup, but it wasn't even close to being ready... The order has disappeared from the system. We waited almost an hour and we're still having to fight to get help :-(

The order I placed via the terminal was sold out. Instead, they brought something else, something cheaper. That's already cheeky enough. When I complained, they initially only refunded the difference. It took a long discussion before I got my money back—and nothing to eat, since everyone else had already finished. Unfortunately, it wasn't very pleasant.

Unfortunately not hygienic and the preparation time leaves a lot to be desired, the wrong order was brought to the table and then something was still missing, clearly room for improvement, rarely have seen such a bad branch.

Just been there and ordered plant nuggets to take away! When I got home, the plant nuggets were rock hard... and as if that wasn't enough, there was a regular chicken nugget between the plant nuggets! Absolutely not! Luckily, I noticed when I bit into them.

I went into the store with a friend on Sunday morning, just like I was going to "quickly pop into Mc's." My order consisted of two chicken burgers and a cheeseburger, but apparently everything else in the store was more important. Two employees were unwrapping mayo, refilling coffee cups, or playing with their nails. After half an hour (actually 31 minutes), I asked about my burgers, only to find that they'd been sitting there for quite some time but hadn't yet made their way into the packaging bag. Truly bottomless.

We had problems ordering via the app, but the employee took the time to resolve the issue and take the order. Great service! 👍

We stopped off in Lüdenscheid for breakfast and a delicious coffee. The table service was excellent! The staff was friendly and the place was nice and quiet. If the shop were near me, I'd stop by more often!

I'm actually from another, fairly large city. I was extremely surprised by the pleasant atmosphere. The service was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant was very tidy. All in all, just go for it. ... I'll be back!!!

I came here after receiving zero service at the other McDonald's in Lüdenscheid. My order was handled by several very friendly employees at the counter, and I can only praise their service. The food was freshly prepared and delivered to the table quickly. Thank you for the friendly service.

We were there on a weekday shortly after lunch. There wasn't a long wait, and we were able to order in person – not at the vending machine. The restaurant wasn't busy, but there was already no room for the empty trays after the snacks. The tables were still crumbly here and there, but you can't constantly wipe down all the tables with a lot of customer traffic.

In Freudenberg, I ordered a McPlant WITHOUT sauce and WITHOUT cheese. We discussed it three times, and they offered to put mustard and ketchup on it as a sauce. Then the burger would be vegan. So far, so good. During the trip, I opened the bag and the burger was with sauce and cheese 🙈 thanks for nothing. In Lüdenscheid, at McDonald's, I asked if they could exchange my burger, but that didn't work either. Pretty weak coming from a multi-million dollar fast food chain. It certainly wouldn't have bankrupted them.

I was just there and wanted something to eat. I clearly stated that I'd like two McSmart Meals at the drive-thru. And the gentleman didn't seem to understand me. It can happen, but the fact that I'm coming back five times and having to keep saying "mcSmart Meal" and him repeating it to me while I'm talking isn't acceptable. I drove home without ordering. If he doesn't want to do his job, he should quit.

Mohamed is the best employee! He's very hardworking and always keeps everything clean. He's very good at customer service and very attentive! :)

Today we found a restaurant in mediocre condition, and we wouldn't have stayed if it weren't for the child. The tables weren't exactly tidy from previous customers, and a lot of things were lying around. In the restrooms, it seemed like they'd only signed for the food, and perhaps they should also check whether what was supposed to be clean actually served its purpose. When ordering, we chose table service, but it took a long time. A brief explanation about the change in the toy request for the Happy Meal would have been nice. But when it came to the dessert selection that followed, our understanding was truly at an end. Coffee, a coffee mix, and a milkshake arrived at the table in a prison-like manner, and the server didn't really need to mention that she was simply exhausted for the day at work. Each of us truly understood that from her appearance. Of course, everyone has a bad day sometimes, but the restaurant really wasn't full. If the food hadn't been up to McDonald's standards, we probably would have given it even fewer stars. We hope that the employees will get up on the right foot tomorrow and that a few things will be discussed internally.

I can't understand many of the negative reviews. For a McKinsey & Company, the staff is generally very friendly. They make an effort, and sauces etc. are rarely forgotten. For me, the best McKinsey & Company in the MK!

Everything is great with the staff and food, except for the atmosphere... homeless people and alcoholics with noisy teenagers go to the restaurant to warm up for the night, and it’s not very good when you’re sitting, eating a delicious double cheeseburger and washing it down with cola, and behind you teenagers are screaming and drunks are lying on the floor. In general, everything is fine except for the “residents”.

First, the ordering machines. Disaster. The touchscreen is crazy. Afterwards we waited an eternity for the food, when it arrived 2 out of 3 orders were wrong or incomplete. The food itself wasn't that bad. The toilets are horrible.

I don't think you need to write more. Furthermore, dirty tables even though the restaurant is almost empty. I certainly don't want to write about loose toilet lids or the cleanliness. Very unfortunate

I'd like to share some feedback about my last visit. While watching the burgers being prepared, I noticed that the salad was being placed on the burgers with bare hands. If at least gloves had been worn or a salad fork had been used, I wouldn't have said anything, but I personally found it unhygienic. Additionally, the entrance area smelled unpleasant, as if someone had vomited. I hope this will be handled better in the future.

You've lost a lot of energy and you don't want to go there anymore. Even the smallest visit to the MC Drive overwhelms the employees. You're asked to pull up in the drive every time, even if there are already two cars in front of the second window or if there's no one far and wide behind you, the first window where you're supposed to pay is only used when you feel like it, and you rarely get a real order (of course there are exceptions for the employees too).

No, the self-service checkout hardly works at all, the wait staff are totally overwhelmed, the waiting time is too long, but the food is good...you should know

Actually, I should give you one star less because orders via McDrive always take forever, but the entire team can't do anything about that. Solid McDonalds with nice employees in a clean environment. It's always worth a stop on the way to your job or to meet a friend

So the restaurant manager at Mc Donalds Bräuckenstraße in Lüdenscheid was so unfriendly, she forgot a lot of things and had to go there again instead of apologizing, she made a noise and was so unfriendly in dealing with customers

Like every day, we stop by the drive or go to the restaurant. It's always great when the friendly employee works the early shift. Always a smile and always courteous, the nicest and best employee in the store. Any boss who has such a friendly employee can be very appreciative. Such store employees can learn something from this. The food order is always complete and the cappuccino tastes great as always. But there are also other employees here who seem very rude and very annoyed to us guests.

Eating didn't take long. I wouldn't have to have the people who make a snack bar their meeting point and hang around there again... Restaurant one of the cleanest I know in the area, but the toilet was a horror.

I would like to give negative feedback about an incident that occurred on December 17th, 2024 in your branch in Lüdenscheid am Bräucken. I didn't want to order a breakfast item that day, but rather a cheeseburger. The shift leader came to me and simply said: “It’s not possible.” When I politely asked why it wasn’t possible, I didn’t receive a satisfactory answer. Instead, she repeated several times: "It's not possible." Unfortunately, I discovered that the shift leader was neither able to answer my question clearly nor could she communicate well in German. Above all, she became rude and loud. I had a similar bad experience with the same person two to three months ago, at another McDonald's branch in Lüdenscheid (towards the motorway). There, too, she was unfriendly and not very competent in dealing with customers. It is disappointing that a shift leader, who plays an important role in customer communication, has such deficiencies. This reflects negatively on your branch and leaves a bad impression. Such experiences influence my willingness to continue visiting your branches. If I meet this shift supervisor again, I will not order anything from McDonald's in the future. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve customer service and communication in your branch.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees even though the store wasn't busy. Then my milk was frothed twice. Don't you know how coffee is made in this shop?

Positive: The decor is typically McDonald's chic. Negative: Dirty tables when we asked if they would be wiped over, we got an answer: "No, we are understaffed & 3 disinfectant wipes were given to us. At the kiosk machine, 9 people with us didn't get a bong. The queue at the machine was ignored and, depending on who we knew, we were served at the checkout. An employee took a break (possibly a break?) with her boyfriend & went back to the cash register with her street clothes and fries station? I could list so many more things and show all the guidelines (including contracts and hygiene compliance) which were all 100% not adhered to here.

Unfortunately, the food was cold and the whole restaurant seemed chaotic and unclean. Tray carts were so full that we had to leave our trays on the table. So it's questionable whether we'll go there again.

As always, it's a McDonald's. Negative: Frit fat was too old, unfortunately you could see and taste it...Here with table service! That's all right.

DANGEROUS TO LIFE and an absolute disaster!!! The employees are unfriendly, they don't manage to pack orders completely, the burgers are slammed into the boxes in an unappetizing way and to top it off, our little daughter had a wasp in her Sprite (luckily she saw the wasp when she pushed down the drinking opening) ! Absolutely life-threatening and something like that shouldn't happen!!!!! We wanted to give the branch another chance after reacting to nuggets two weeks ago with diarrhea and vomiting, but that was it!

It's definitely one of the most terrible McDonald's I've ever seen. There is rubbish everywhere on the floor, cups thrown over, a child's birthday party not put away, waiting over 25 minutes for the food, except for one gentleman, very unfriendly staff, the dirt in the driveway on the terrace and the display doesn't work for them Pickup.

There's no pig there and you still wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru. I don't even go in anymore. Every other time the drive in is blocked. Monitors don't work, people are jammed. The employees just trot along even though there are literally 25 people standing there waiting. The self-ordering machines are just a buggy pile of junk that basically doesn't work.

I am very disappointed with my last visit to McDonald's. We waited 39 minutes in McDrive – and that was just for two cappuccinos! Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time we were so disappointed. It seems as if there are serious problems with organization and communication. The long waiting time and inefficient service are absolutely unacceptable. It's a shame that situations like this keep happening. I hope that there will be an improvement here soon, otherwise this will no longer be our point of contact.

My nuggets were ice cold. But I didn't have the time to say anything, there was too much going on. And then there was another employee (probably on a day off) who was doing gymnastics behind the counter in his everyday clothes and touching everything without washing his hands. One positive thing I noticed was that the employees wore hairnets.

You can only redeem one coupon per car, strangely enough that's not a problem in Werdohl, we spent 30 minutes in the drive-in + 10/15 minutes waiting for our mini order, never again, then preferred to go to Mc's in Werdohl, too only here because the one in Werdohl was already closed!

Hurray, I finally found it. After decades of immoderate consumption of various fast foods in countless restaurants of various well-known chains, I have found the absolute lowest point in this McDonald's in Lüdenscheid. This probably feels like the worst, slowest branch with the most incompetent or simply overwhelmed staff. Here it definitely takes longer from ordering to receiving the less than tasty food than using the A45 diversion after the valley bridge has been blown up during rush hour through the whole of Lüdenscheid. Congratulations, something so bad has to be dealt with first. Never before has the inability or even the absence of a certain logic or competence been felt more clearly than here. If one could have expected even 10% of this processing of an order in advance, I would have run away screaming. Absolute recommendation to anyone looking for the worst McDonald's branch... One star is two too many...👎
