The slowest and most broken McDonalds I have ever seen

DANGEROUS TO LIFE and an absolute disaster!!! The employees are unfriendly, they don't manage to pack orders completely, the burgers are slammed into the boxes in an unappetizing way and to top it off, our little daughter had a wasp in her Sprite (luckily she saw the wasp when she pushed down the drinking opening) ! Absolutely life-threatening and something like that shouldn't happen!!!!! We wanted to give the branch another chance after reacting to nuggets two weeks ago with diarrhea and vomiting, but that was it!

It's definitely one of the most terrible McDonald's I've ever seen. There is rubbish everywhere on the floor, cups thrown over, a child's birthday party not put away, waiting over 25 minutes for the food, except for one gentleman, very unfriendly staff, the dirt in the driveway on the terrace and the display doesn't work for them Pickup.

There's no pig there and you still wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru. I don't even go in anymore. Every other time the drive in is blocked. Monitors don't work, people are jammed. The employees just trot along even though there are literally 25 people standing there waiting. The self-ordering machines are just a buggy pile of junk that basically doesn't work.

Only incompetent people worked there, we still haven't received our order after over 40 minutes, it was simply forgotten

I am very disappointed with my last visit to McDonald's. We waited 39 minutes in McDrive – and that was just for two cappuccinos! Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time we were so disappointed. It seems as if there are serious problems with organization and communication. The long waiting time and inefficient service are absolutely unacceptable. It's a shame that situations like this keep happening. I hope that there will be an improvement here soon, otherwise this will no longer be our point of contact.

My nuggets were ice cold. But I didn't have the time to say anything, there was too much going on. And then there was another employee (probably on a day off) who was doing gymnastics behind the counter in his everyday clothes and touching everything without washing his hands. One positive thing I noticed was that the employees wore hairnets.

Catastrophe ordering at the drive-thru, you can only get 1 coupon more, they are not accepted, you wait 15 minutes until someone at the counter comes back and then another 20 minutes for the food, employees make inappropriate comments

You can only redeem one coupon per car, strangely enough that's not a problem in Werdohl, we spent 30 minutes in the drive-in + 10/15 minutes waiting for our mini order, never again, then preferred to go to Mc's in Werdohl, too only here because the one in Werdohl was already closed!

Hurray, I finally found it. After decades of immoderate consumption of various fast foods in countless restaurants of various well-known chains, I have found the absolute lowest point in this McDonald's in Lüdenscheid. This probably feels like the worst, slowest branch with the most incompetent or simply overwhelmed staff. Here it definitely takes longer from ordering to receiving the less than tasty food than using the A45 diversion after the valley bridge has been blown up during rush hour through the whole of Lüdenscheid. Congratulations, something so bad has to be dealt with first. Never before has the inability or even the absence of a certain logic or competence been felt more clearly than here. If one could have expected even 10% of this processing of an order in advance, I would have run away screaming. Absolute recommendation to anyone looking for the worst McDonald's branch... One star is two too many...👎

It's been a very long time since I visited the Golden Seagull restaurant. Five or six years ago it was still 99 seconds from the order to the customer. It now takes a relaxed 12 minutes when the restaurant is empty. You can't talk about fast food here. Okay, what would make me happy. A McFlury as it existed back then. Puppy cake. All varieties out. Just ridiculous. It's a real shame that all the restaurants in town were fully booked and you had to go to the rest ramp.

The older gentleman with the glasses is the best. Always fun and good service, always problem-free!! You often need employees like that, just like the lady with the hair accessories, she always comes drive in the evening and was never served so nicely. I should have gone into the bushes somewhere. When you open the door you are greeted with the pungent smell of a 1990s train station toilet. All the urinals are littered with napkins and burger wrappers. The entire washbasin is floating in soap, but the soap dispenser is empty. Considering that some of the soap has already dried solid, this condition has existed for quite a long time. There is no way to dry your hands. Food, five stars, everything around it, zero.

Typisches McD Restaurant , Eigentlich nur noch wegen der Kinder mal in so einem Seelenlosen Bunker. Essen ist reudiger den je, muss aber jeder selber wissen ob er dort oder generell bei McD isst.

Es war dort sehr sauber ,das essen war schnell da und noch heiß.

Update. Aufgrund das alles frisch zubereitet wird so heißt es hier, muss man immer etwas mehr Zeit mitbringen. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und ließen den offensichtlichen Stress sich nicht anmerken. Burger wie Pommes waren heiß und machten einen frischen Eindruck. Nachts noch schnell was am drive-in geholt. Bürger und Nuggets wurden frisch zubereitet leider ist uns erst zuhause aufgefallen, das uns die Pommes nicht eingepackt wurden. Ein Fehler der nicht passieren sollte und sehr ärgerlich ist.

Sehr geehrtes Team, zuerst möchte ich die Mädels loben, die jeden Morgen in der Frühschicht bei Ihnen arbeiten. Ich muss wirklich sagen, dass diejenigen mit der Brille und die beiden blonden Mädchen den besten Kaffee zubereiten. Seit etwa einem Jahr holen wir uns jeden Morgen einen Cappuccino bei Ihnen. Leider sind die Füllmenge und der Geschmack sehr oft unterschiedlich. Wenn ein großer Cappuccino bestellt wird, erhalten wir sehr oft einen halb leeren Becher! Das ist für uns inakzeptabel und sollte vermieden werden. Ich hoffe, dass Sie dieses Problem lösen können, da wir gerne weiterhin Ihren Kaffee genießen möchten. Denkt drüber nach , gegenüber an der Tanke gibt es auch leckeren Kaffee...

Sehr langsame Mitarbeiter und teilweise sehr unfreundlich. In den meisten Fällen sehr lange Wartezeiten, egal was bestellt wird. - Bei meinem letzten Besuch habe ich knapp 30 Minuten auf Gitter Kartoffeln und einem Mc Sundae gewartet. Das Personal nimmt selten Bestellungen an der Kasse an, und wenn das der Fall ist dann sind die oft sehr unfreundlich. - Man soll an dem Terminal bestellen und direkt mit Karte zahlen oder mit dem ausgedrucktem Bon zur Kasse gehen und dann Bar zahlen. 🤦 - Ich sollte einmal wegen Gitter Kartoffeln und einem Mc Sundae mich an dem Terminal anstellen, der ohne hin schon eine lange Schlange hatte. Um dann nachträglich wieder zur Kasse zu gehen um dann zu bezahlen obwohl an der Kasse die ganze Zeit jemand stand. Sauberkeit und Hygiene wird dort auch nicht oft ernst genommen. - Schmierege Tische, Müll stellen werden selten entleert und die Toiletten sind ein Drama. All in all, ich kann den Laden nicht empfehlen! 👀

Der eine Automat hat kein Kassenbon ausgegeben. Man wusste nicht welche Nummer man hatte. Das Personal wusste aber, dass es dieses Problem gab, hat aber nichts gemacht.

Der Parkplatz war kaum voll, aber im Drive-In mussten wir für 4 Cheeseburger ganze 30 Minuten warten. Trotz einem relativ leeren McDonalds und 4 Fahrzeugen vor uns. Da sind wir hier eigentlich anderes gewohnt.

Ist halt einfach nur Fastfood wie überall

Personal überfordert, Toilette riecht nach erbrochenem und Essensreste liegen überall auf dem Boden verteilt.

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Was mich meistens so ärgert, wenn es lauwarme Pommes und Burger gibt. Pommes sind teilweise sehr labberig. Ist in den letzten 9 Monaten sehr oft vorgekommen.

Warte seit 15 Minuten auf 2 Happy Meal

Leider hat es das Personal nicht geschafft,die Essenswagen zu leeren, obwohl nicht viel Betrieb war.

War ein wenig enttäuscht von den neuen Big Mac ,hätte saftiger sein können

Leider klappt meine App derzeit nicht. Habe also drin bestellt an diesen Monitoren. Für ungeübte Kunden sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Leider ist es nun schon häufiger vorgekommen, dass wir nachts vor verschlossener Türe standen oder ständig irgendwas defekt war. Es ist ziemlich schade, dass die Internetseite offensichtlich nicht regelmäßig oder auch bei spontanen Schließungen nicht gepflegt wird sodass der Weg völlig umsonst ist… sehr enttäuschend

Unglaublich, bin nicht oft hier, aber nun zum 4ten mal. Und jedesmal das gleiche. Bestellung aufgeben dauert mind. 10 min. Dann noch ca. 10 min. Warten. Unverschämt. Schicken einen vor zum Parken und warten, damit deren Uhr nicht weiterläuft. Innerhalb von 60sek. heißt das Motto. Niemals.

Hygiene auf dem Tiefspunkt. Personal Untermangel. Dadurch ist der der größte Teil des Personals hektisch nervös und freundlich und vergisst vieles an Bestellungen man vergisst den Kunden am Tisch und regt sich dann auf wenn man ihn das Essen noch nachbringen muss. Es ist enttäuschend dass man hier keinen weiteren Mitarbeiter einstellt. Dann sind Mitarbeiter hier die noch gar keine Ahnung haben, und den man dann nicht zur Hilfe geht. So verdreckte um vollgepiste Toiletten habe ich wirklich nur in einer Disco gesehen. Auch wenn da leider die Kunden die Sache vermiesen muss ich der Leiter der Filiale darum kümmern dass alles hygienisch rein ist.

Das Personal ist freundlich, das Essen schmeckt wie man es von McDonald’s gewohnt und das Ambiente ist angenehm. Leider war der Salat ausverkauft.

Lage gut an einer Ausfallstrasse... in beiden Fahrtrichtungen erreichbar... Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Normaler MCD auch mit MC Café. Geschmacklich keine Offenbarung, aber ok. Ich fand es leicht dreckig, könnte häufiger gereinigt werden. Was für den schnellen Hunger eben...

Anlässlich eines Gerichtstermins in Lüdenscheid sind wir bereits auf dem Heimweg befindlich bei McDonald‘s zum Essen eingekehrt. Das Restaurant war fahrtechnisch gut zu erreichen, lag an unserem Weg, also kein sonderlicher Zeitaufwand mit Parkplatzsuche etc. Das Lokal war völlig überfüllt mit Jugendlichen aber erstaunlicherweise mussten wir feststellen, dass die Bedienung und die Abfertigung der Gäste perfekt funktionierte. Wir bestellten an der Theke Big Rösti, Hamburger, Rösti Sticks und Coca Cola, bezahlten unsere Rechnung und erhielten knapp 5 Minuten später die bestellten Speisen zum Tisch gebracht. Das Essen war sehr gut temperiert, schmackhaft und wir saßen 20 Minuten später wieder im Auto und konnten unserer Reise fortsetzen. Also vollkommen perfekt, wenig Zeitaufwand, so dass wir unseren vorgesehenen Zeitplan bestens einhalten konnten.
