McDonald's in Lüdenscheid

Lukewarm fries, non-carbonated cola and room temperature and Mac Rib with hardly any sauce on it. Unfortunately it was 12 o'clock and there wasn't much going on yet. Really sad.

Ordered MC Drive and had to go to the parking lot. Ice cream melted well. Ordered Körlis instead of fries. The bag was delivered mixed. Luke warm. Wrap chicken. Filled with something white that tasted like quark with something... The lady made an effort. She made excuses for the fact that she was alone. Not recommended for MD level either

The toilet is dirty, there is something lying around everywhere, employees continue to click orders when they are ready even though you wait longer.

I ordered together with my company and two burgers were missing, the fries from all three were already ice cold, the nuggets were soggy and my burger was topped incorrectly three times!! Orders are always wrong, I had a big mac without everything and there's cheese on it, I'd rather have a pizza next time!!!

Large McDonald’s branch in Lüdenscheid. There is a McDrive, a large parking lot, an outdoor area with a children's playground and an open interior area - ambience, like in a canteen. Staff friendly, everything was very clean and in good condition. Good cappuccino.

I'm not a particular fan of McDonald's. But this place is clean and quite comfortable. And the employees are pretty on their toes. For a change, you can go once a month.

Long waiting time until the food is ready and you always have to check your order, especially here. It feels like almost everyone has done that because something is always forgotten. If you want to complain about something, you have to tell the employees at least three times. Food is rather average. The tables could be cleaned more often. As are the toilets, which look underground. You also save on heating costs because there is a draft from outside in some places. This situation hasn't just happened last week, but has been going on for a very long time.

Unfortunately, this one is on the downward trend. Too few and poorly trained staff, the drive-in is often closed, missing parts of the order, long waiting times. It's a shame, we've been here once a week for years.

The drive is closed again, the parking lot is packed, the whole store is full of people waiting for their food. The employees behind the counter don't let themselves be disturbed and stroll around in a relaxed manner. After 40 minutes we realized that they simply messed up the order. I have no idea how this is even supposed to work with a system that is supposed to keep track of things for the employees. Demanded money back. I won't get the hour of my life back. I just don't understand how the largest fast food store in the world can't do the simplest things.

Standing in front of a closed shop door. According to the sign it should open at 12 p.m. Waited 40 minutes. Were on the way back from vacation. When we called this branch, an employee told us that she was the only one there and that therefore only the drive-thru was open. Unfortunately there was no notice on the door about this.

Good day, That was the worst McDonald's branch I've ever seen. 1. Get food cold 2. Cola tasted stale 3. No change in the cash register 4. It's dripping from the ceiling 5. The service was a disaster 6. Mc Drive Closed People seem to be completely overwhelmed, whether in the kitchen or at the checkout. The first and last time I was here was a complete disaster.

First of all: Employees are super nice, friendly, helpful and they didn't pass on their stress to the customer. Unfortunately, the toilets weren't that clean and very musty, the air conditioning leaked into a bucket, and an order terminal didn't work. And the rest of the cleanliness was so-so.

Terrible, we were in transit, there was a single employee there who took care of the orders in the store and one who took care of the drive-in orders. We easily had to wait 15-20 minutes for 2-3 burgers and a few nuggets even though we were almost the only ones there. They walked around there completely relaxed, as if they were in their own living room. The fries were undercooked and tasted like fish, the burgers were completely sloppy, the bread was somehow wet and strange. I immediately felt very sick. Absolutely unappetizing. If you want to go to Mcs please take another one on the way. Better for everyone involved

Then you are recommended to pay by card, but the food cannot be prepared and I cannot get my money back because the cash register doesn't work. One of 2 McDonald's branches in Lüdenscheid. The branch on Bräucken is definitely better, although the McDrive there is often closed. Maybe in Lüdenscheid we should concentrate on a sensible store.

Absolutely run down. Water is dripping from the ceiling in several places. The kitchen was full of flies and the lady in the kitchen works with a cloth handcuff but without gloves, how can that work hygienically? The store was completely empty but the order took a really long time.

I've been to many fast food restaurants in the world, but waiting 20 minutes for a burger at McDrive is a shame. I had vented my displeasure when I was told that McDonalds was not “fast food”, but had become a fast food RESTAURANT and that every order was freshly prepared. I almost burst inside, but I held back the remark that we've always been talking about a fast food restaurant - there's nothing new about it. If I hadn't ordered the burger for someone else, I would have driven because I hadn't paid yet - the vehicle in front of me, which had been asked to park on the shoulder, had actually done so after about 15 minutes. Luckily, there are much better alternatives in the city, even from the same chain. It was now often the case in this “restaurant” that I had to wait in the car for what felt like an eternity, despite pre-ordering via the app (perhaps it should also be mentioned: like this time..). The fact that you have to keep turning off the engine and starting it again is anything but the purpose of inventing a drive thru - apart from the fact that the cars in front of me didn't turn off the engine even when they parked on the side.

By far the worst McDonald's branch. The store was so incredibly dirty, not a single table was clean, trays were lying all over the store. I counted six employees, and when the lady salted fries with her hand in her pocket, I knew that none of them really wanted to work. I didn't add any more photos out of pity, please take care of it. Overall everything is good so far but my order took over 33 minutes to arrive. Then I found out at the checkout that my order was going somewhere but not to my place... And then upon request, 6 other large orders were brought forward and I waited a total of 47 minutes. At that time I could have gone out to eat in a fancy restaurant and waited for the time. The food was freshly prepared.

Poor treatment of people, employees touching food with bare hands, and not just food (jars, potato wrappers and more) but we also saw an employee take free potatoes with his bare hands and then use the same hands to take money from us and continued to cook. They also didn't give us the sauces we paid for. Very dirty tables and floors. We think that's terrible. After a visit to McDonald's like that, I didn't feel like going there anymore.

Ceiling leaks and employees eat my burger

I was there on Monday afternoon and was in transit. There wasn't much going on and we weren't happy. Ordered at the terminal while the woman went to the toilet. The 20 nuggets were freshly prepared. The fries and other burgers were significantly colder due to the long waiting time. The floor at the pickup area was sticky and the seat was also through! The return area to the terrace was already overflowing. Tables weren't cleaned and only a few felt a bit cleaner. When we talked, the woman said that she had never found such horrible women's toilets before. When I went to the toilet I noticed that the return containers in front of the toilets were also overflowing. In my opinion, there were enough employees on site at this point and they made a very relaxed impression. Stress is not at home here. When we left after a short time, we found an employee at the return station who I of course immediately handed over my tray. We've been to a few innkeepers and we can't go here anymore

At the output, the display of orders in progress was out of order. Due to the excessive demands on preparation, service in the restaurant and in the toilets was neglected. Bad very bad! Ordered large fries for 4 euros (see picture). There was hardly anything in them and they were cold too. I'm sure that this shop will be closed after there is a bridge in Lüdenscheid again. A McDonalds that works properly must actually be enough for this place.

Bought something at the drive-thru twice in 3 months. Both times it took ages for 2 cheeseburgers and 1 portion of fries. Last time we visited it was even 18 minutes... The big hit: cold burgers and fries!!! Probably the worst store in all of DE!!!

Things are often missing or wrong. Sometimes the food looks like the delivery person drove over it a few times. Unfortunately, I try to eat there again and again. You NEVER get what you order. Order a strawberry milkshake via voucher (€2.99) and get a vanilla milkshake for €3.99. When I go back, they try to explain to me that the strawberry starts at the bottom. Since I ordered a strawberry milkshake, I wanted one too, and not 50/50 strawberry and vanilla. Then we took a walk around the kitchen and suddenly strawberry milkshakes were sold out. In terms of food, by far the worst and most disgusting branch in Germany to this day... cold, shaken burgers, nuggets and fries not completely fried therefore only greasy and soft, sauces basically wrong, you never get napkins, cancellations and additional orders are ignored - > Danger to life! After years of looking the other way, this should be cleaned up thoroughly. Be it staff or the store itself. Not to mention the cleanliness and well-groomed staff. Never again!

MONEY BACK, NO FOOD. I never thought I would leave a Google review for a McDonald's location. But as life goes... Here it is: Absolute disaster! rude & incompetent! We were in the branch for 40 minutes, After 20 minutes, the burgers were “ready” to be packed behind the counter. After they sat there for ages and the orders simply didn't go out, we asked for our money back and left the restaurant. During our long stay we experienced a lot... 30 minutes for 1 coffee is intense. The fact that a regular cheeseburger only comes with meat and ketchup is a completely different story! HERE YOU REALLY HAVE TO CONTROL WHAT YOU GET! 1 star for the nice company, the other deeply disappointed "customers"

All tables outside were very dirty and full of packaging waste. If you don't use vouchers or the app to order, you pay significantly more for the already expensive range of products. If you want/have to pay in cash, you can plan for a longer waiting time. Waiting time is approx. 15 to 20 minutes with only moderate crowds. In recent years the entire ordering process has been dehumanized. No trace of service, a feeling of a military canteen after a children's birthday party.

There is only one social star from me here, I was asked to order electronically, I personally found it a cheek or politically correct, star cast with lazy staff! When I looked up, I saw a staff member who looked like a modern version of Sisi, full of grace and elegance. He offered me his greasy hands and gently pulled me out of my cramped prison. He thought it would be so easy... But in that moment I knew I had found more than just help - I had fallen head over heels in love with this man. After recovering from my mishap, I nervously stammered something like "Need girl?" and finally ordered "chati botis" with a sheepish smile. He smiled back and said "kickselis", and as I wiped the A -water from my pants, I knew I would order here more often.
