There wasn't much going on, but we still had to wait forever for our food. The net potatoes, which were the last to be cooked, seem to have been ready for a while. Tasted totally stale. Table numbers were not replenished at the terminals. Table service would probably overwhelm them. Unfortunately, we were no longer able to clear away the tray as both tray drop-off points were already overflowing with rubbish. One Fanta had small crumbs of dirt inside. But it was replaced without any problems.

The sleaziest store I've ever seen. Mountains of packaging waste on the tables, spilled drinks. Dirty, partially broken toilets and a branch manager who only grins when you complain. Unfortunately you have to pay in advance, otherwise we would have left the store quickly...never again!!

Hold on tight because my experience will blow your socks off: I was in the restaurant at night and wanted to order a Mcflurry. When I ordered this, my grandma at the checkout told me that it wasn't my first time here and that I should know that there is no ice cream at this time of day. No, I don't need to know, I found it really outrageous how I was hit on there. Afterwards she offered me a coke and I wanted my money back, she gave me €2.99 back even though the ice cream cost €3.99. But the spat doesn't end there because my friend's 6-piece chicken nuggets were missing. Afterwards I had to wait 20 minutes for my chicken burger. Sorry but with staff like that you won't see me there again.

Disappointing! The order itself was an act. Although I had ordered mayo with the fries in the menu, the receipt said there was no sauce and I only got it after a long discussion. I am absolutely in favor of integrating refugees, but I expect at least a minimum of understandable communication and friendliness when serving. The supervisor solved the problem, but without eye contact or apology. Sad! Instead of the Caesar chicken wrap I ordered, I got a sweet chili wrap, which I only realized halfway through the wrap because the packaging didn't show it and the sauce only came further down in the wrap. Complaint was not possible because I ate on the way. However, the correct wrap was stated in the receipt. It's a shame and absolutely not recommended.

One of the most chaotic MD restaurants ever... Also very unhygienic, as the kitchen staff repeatedly accepts money and then prepares food again without cleaning/disinfecting. The floor was very dirty, the waiting times (for fast food) were extreme, the ice cream machine was constantly broken or was already cleaned 1-2 hours before the end and then no longer in use. What a shame! Definitely could be better.

Super unfriendly and incompetent staff, no overview of the orders, and the entire menu was forgotten after I had already said that the drinks were missing. If I worked like that, I would be unemployed.

As always at McDonald's there is no salad on the menu. This has been going on for months now. One less customer.

Disappointing. According to the internet and the app, it should be open until 1 a.m. So you drive there after work full of joy and with a growling stomach, you get there at 11:10 p.m., want to go in to order and all you get is a shake of the head from the lady behind the counter. We immediately turned back and didn't order anything. If you only accept orders via MCdrive after a certain time, you should perhaps note this, otherwise I would advise employees to think about changing jobs. Zero points and thumbs down.

First of all totally unfriendly at 1:08 p.m. then my burger was cold when I exchanged it, it was cold again and it was really bad the last time I was there 😡

Today around 3:45 p.m. we took a menu with 2x chicken burger fries and cola on site. I've been sitting on the toilet for an hour now with diarrhea.

Personnel ratio: Ideal 1. The toilets were unbelievably filthy. 2. A personal order in the branch was rudely rejected by the staff (refusal to work) and ran away. 3. There was leftover food everywhere in the serving waiting area. 4. Waiting time for a Happy Meal 20 minutes. 5. The food was only lukewarm. Conclusion: The branch management failed completely and the subordinate staff unfortunately didn't shine either.

Beautifully furnished in and of itself. Unfortunately that was it. Ordered two menus, a 20 nuggets and two extra chicken burgers. One burger was missing, two were wrong, the sauces ordered 1 right 1 wrong 1 was completely missing. We waited a total of 27 minutes for the order with light to medium operation. Ordered table service, none. Toilet, soap dispenser poorly glued with tape and no towel paper. In summary: Unfortunately, it failed across the board. The staff was hectically running around and was completely overwhelmed. What should be there when it gets full.

I ordered here with a friend (2 mcflurrys) she wanted to pay for a few, she did that and actually had table service but didn't get the standee so she went back and didn't get her receipt back and got a mcsundea instead of her order and went off again and spoke to another employee who probably called the manager who has now banned the employees from checking out 2 stars because she paid €1.99 for 2 mcflurrys 😶

One of the worst branches there is! The ice cream machine has apparently been broken for years! As if a company like McDonalds couldn't find a decent supplier for ice cream machines...

Today around 6:30 p.m. (drive-in, young woman with long dark hair): The ordering process at the desk was unfortunately absolute chaos because the young lady didn't let you finish and interrupted the ordering process several times because she didn't have her things together, the ordering screen also worked again not, therefore no possibility to check the order. When we arrived at the serving window, there was a rude announcement from the side that we should order inside if that wasn't quick enough for us. Sorry girl, I think you didn't understand the point of the drive-thru, besides the speed wasn't an issue, just the way the order was taken. When she asked for the receipt twice, she loudly replied that she was German and understood it and spoke German. I have no idea why this suddenly became an issue for her, because no one said anything about her nationality. Then there was more loud noise, among other things, we mumbled when we ordered, she had property rights and didn't have to sell us anything, we should have respect for her blah blah blah... really quite charming to put someone like that at the drive-in counter. We then got our money refunded and went to the competition in Oldenburg i.H. / Neubaumer driven. There was perfect order processing from start to finish, very friendly staff and the food was hot and freshly prepared.

Hygiene is unknown in this store. The toilets (ladies) have not been cleaned properly for a long time. It was completely dirty on the edge behind the toilet seat. There was no toilet paper in all 3 toilets. The tables are greasy/dirty as are the chairs. An employee walked around listlessly with a sweeper and a shovel and half-heartedly swept up some dirt here and there, regardless of the fact that someone was eating, it was swept up right under the table. I don't want to know what the kitchen area looks like? This store is by far the dirtiest McDonald's we have ever seen and we won't be visiting again.

The restaurants can really be so different. In Raisdorf it is catastrophic, it is soooo unclean, super disgusting bathrooms and the rest is no different. The staff is so overwhelmed. Something is constantly being forgotten and the waiting time feels like an eternity. This store should be closed. In Schönkirchen everything is different. It is only recommended. The team knows what to do. Super friendly and the store shines. Everything happens so quickly. A huge compliment to you.

Not really clean, and the beeping from the preparation area is annoying and unpleasant. If I were an employee there, I would have objected to this constant sound system long ago; management is responsible for this. This is pure acoustic stress. It was busy, so I don't want to say too much about the cleanliness, but the beeping is really annoying when you're eating

Ordering and payment was super quick, but then I had to wait 8 minutes, at home (about 5 minutes) then the disappointment. The rib was completely missing the delicious red sauce and the other one was unfortunately cold.

We've been to different McDonald's 3 times this year and each time we got different things than we ordered and a few things were missing. The straws and napkins are always forgotten. The old quality is gone. McDonald's only has foreign employees. I have no words for foreigners. I'm a foreigner myself, but they don't understand the orders. I think it is very difficult to order from MC Drive. It happens again and again that you often ask because they don't understand and still place the wrong or incomplete order. Absolutely chaotic shop! We waited over 25 minutes for our order. The restaurant was just disgusting, there was rubbish everywhere. It wasn't tidied up or cleaned. You could hardly sit down anywhere and eat. It was that bad. My girlfriend was sworn at and insulted by a drunk shift manager. She was threatened that the food we paid for wouldn't be handed over because she sat down in a supposedly cordoned off area. The employees were completely overwhelmed to process orders at 3 a.m. I've never experienced anything like this before 🤮unbelievable! But even in normal operation this store is a disaster!

The food is carelessly thrown together, The “service” is horrible. The tables are completely dirty and it's just unimaginable. I just asked if my table could be wiped down because it had leftover food on it. But the staff isn't even able to wipe a table with a cloth. I would like to rate my visit to the McDonald's branch in Kiel Schwentinental with 1 star. I'm a McDonald's fan, but I've never experienced anything like what happened in this branch yesterday. I considered it a catastrophe. The branch was almost empty, there were 4 employees who didn't pay any attention to us for a long time. At some point we were able to place the order. When we got our coffee, the cups were very dirty, full of cocoa on the outside. We drank coffee. So that means the cups weren't washed. We went to the counter and said this. No apology came, nothing. A new coffee was brought to us, with the saying "She would have to give us paper cups because there were no cups available." I don't have to say anything more about it. Disaster, that's called "service"?!?!?

I fall for it again and again on a regular basis... Unfortunately, always underground bad!! It's just a complete disgrace what you get there for your money. Maybe mature employees with a sense of responsibility would boost quality... Things can hardly get any worse.

Durch die Terminals mit Bezahlfunktion und die Coupons in der App, kann man nicht nur günstiger bestellen, sondern es geht auch schneller. Ich hatte seitdem Umbau dort eigentlich nie Probleme, dass das essen kalt bei mir angekommen ist. Heute habe ich zum ersten mal einen Kuchen dort gegessen. Es war ein Schokokuchen(3,99€) , der seinem Namen gerecht wird. Den würde ich wirklich jedem empfehlen der es nicht so süß mag, aber lust hat auf Schokolade. Dann gab es noch ein Happy Meal und anstatt eines der Spielzeuge habe ich mich für ein Spendenbuch entschieden. Die Spendenbucher sind Kinderbücher die man mit nach Hause nehmen kann. Von jedem gekauften Buch wird ein kleiner Teil an mc Donalds wohltätigkeitsprojekte gespendet. Der Laden war auch sauber und die Mitarbeiter vom Tischservice waren mehr als nett. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte ich allgemein für Mc Donalds, dass sie doch endlich mal einen Chickenburger mit Remoulade/ Mayonnaise anbieten im Smartmenü und als schnellen kleinen Burger. Und für die Kinder wäre ein Filet o Fish ( Fischburger) im Happy Meal wirklich eine tolle Sache.

Sehr lange Wartezeit im Drive in Es fehlen oft bestellte Sachen. Das Essen ist gut allerdings nicht immer Heiß. Eigentlich ist der Laden nicht zu empfehlen

Wir waren am Samstag zu viert dort und wollten an der Kasse bestellen, aber der Herr verwies uns an den Automaten. Das verneinte ich aber und er sagte wieder, ich soll am Automaten bestellen. Wenn es nicht geht könnte er ja helfen. Ich verneinte wieder und wollte an der Kasse bestellen, aber verneinte wieder und zeigte auf einen unserere Söhne und sagte so etwas wie "die Jugend kann das". Scheinbar laufen die Geschäft auch so super, sodass sie dann unser Geld nicht benötigt haben. Sind dann woanders hingefahren, wo man sich über unser Geld gefreut hat.

Eine normale McDonalds Filiale, leider werden die Bestellungen nicht korrekt ausgeteilt. Hatte für meine Töchter je ein Happy Meal mit Fanta bestellt, bekommen haben wir Cola.....ein anderes Mal fehlte der Burger im Happymeal......auch blöd wenn man das zuhause erst merkt.

"Qualitätsproblem" - > zu wenig Personal & überfordertes Personal. - > Restaurant sehr schmutzig. - > ewig lange Wartezeit auf die Bestellung, definitiv zu lange. - > Burger falsch "zusammengebaut" und nicht warm.

Absolut ekelhaft.. alte verbrannte fettreste auf dem Burgen.. und der laden sieht aus als wäre eine Bombe eingeschlagen!

Sonntag morgen 5 Uhr und man wartet am MC drive 25min bis einer eine Bestellung aufnimmt.

Völlig unterbesetztes Personal. Nach 30 Minuten festgestellt, dass die Bestellung nicht einmal bearbeitet wurde... Müll stapelt sich!

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Allerdings sind die Toiletten eine absolute Katastrophe. Geruch und Sauberkeit lassen sich deutlich verbessern.
