The nicest McDonald's staff I've ever met. On top of that, they're fast and everything is very clean. Bravo! Other restaurants could learn a thing or two from them. 👏

The employee at the counter addressed us in an inappropriate tone after we had been speaking normally in the car. He demanded that we turn down the radio, using aggressive language. He asked us if we wanted trouble and said, literally, “Turn the damn radio off, you want trouble, kid?” Such behavior from an employee is unacceptable and does not meet the company's standards. I would advise against visiting this restaurant, as no one apologized to us.

The food isn't good, there's no veggie burger anymore, the veggie wrap wasn't good, and instead of a matcha latte, I got a latte...

I ordered 9 + 6 shaker chicken McNuggets lime chili flavor. I got normal chicken nuggets. I don't know what kind of employees they have working there. That's not right. It's happened twice. Their employees can't read. The sauce is missing, as is the sweet and sour can and sour cream sauce. I don't even get a receipt. I always leave a tip.

Today, after a long drive home from Tübingen, I went to the McDonald's in Nürtingen with my wife to treat my children at home. The restaurant is clean, and you can see that everyone works very well together. Due to the high customer traffic, we had to wait a little longer, but that was okay. We were particularly impressed by the young man "Saral" at the counter and cash register. He was calm and competent, keeping an overview of everything. I've never seen anyone so customer-oriented in the last 30 years! We stood at the cash register for a while, waiting for our order. We noticed how reliably he kept an eye on all the orders and didn't let himself get flustered. When a woman with several little girls was standing at the counter, he even picked out the BTS toys to make the children's eyes light up. This brought back childhood memories of Ronald McDonald's days for me. Absolutely amazing! When we received our food, he also picked out the collectible figures for us upon request. The Nürtingen branch is lucky to have such a friendly and patient employee. Other branches, especially Tübingen, could learn a lot from this!

It's always the same thing. Meals are put together without enthusiasm. I ordered and paid for 20 chicken nuggets, but this time I got the wrong product. Instead of 20 nuggets, there were these inedible cheese wedges inside, so off to Mühl with them. Why can't anyone in this store manage to pack the correct products without something being missing or the wrong one being the wrong one? You can't unpack the bag and check everything for correctness and appropriate quality. Let's not even talk about the rest of the products in this store.

I recommend pre-ordering online before ordering at the McDrive. Either they don't understand you, misunderstand you, or the staff doesn't understand what you want. You end up getting completely different things than you originally wanted. The food is no different than at any other McDonald's in the area.

The same mistakes keep happening: missing burgers, forgotten bags, wrong toppings. My shake fries actually had cinnamon and sugar instead of spices. The Happy Meal figures are almost always missing. This simply seems careless and unprofessional. Even worse is the handling of hygiene: employees work without gloves, and cleanliness doesn't seem to be a priority. This is completely unacceptable for an international fast-food chain. There's no response to emails or complaints, and as a customer, you're left to deal with your problems alone.

The MC Doof in Nürtingen is crap because you never get your order complete. You order a meal and several meals, and then they forget a burger. When you go to the staff, who can barely understand you and say there's a burger missing, the only answer you get is, "They didn't order that burger and they won't give it to you." I just say, "Okay, keep the €10 if you really need it." Then I won't order or buy anything from them anymore; I'd rather go to Birger King.

Even if it were the last MC in the world, I wouldn't get anything from it. You either get your order cold (you were lucky) or not at all. If you then complain about it because it's such a burger it's so cheap that you forego it and just pay, then when it's running you'll get a QR code held in front of your nose on site. This then takes you straight to the application page, probably a pathetic attempt to get competent employees. But no one is really of help, neither by phone nor by chat and you can forget it on site anyway. Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for complaints to go unanswered. Regardless of whether it was because the food was inedible or because you had to wait an hour for your food in an almost empty drive-thru only to get the wrong one. And no, there wasn't really anything going on inside the store. Ordered 2 Cappuccino Grande in MC Café, coffee machine suddenly broke while the first cappuccino was brewing, second cappuccino was brought from somewhere else. It's just a matter of luck whether everything goes smoothly. Every now and then you get fresh food relatively quickly, but sometimes you have to wait forever for half-warm food. A few weeks ago I was there at around 9 p.m. and had to wait more than 20 minutes for 9 spicy nuggets and two large fries. I only received the food after I asked directly how long I had to wait. It was busy, but the problem was more due to the fact that all orders were solved by the overview system. The goal is to complete the orders within a certain time window (e.g. 1 minute 45 seconds). If you stay within the time window, it is very positive for the restaurant. However, if you regularly don't stay within the allotted time (which is often the case if there are not enough employees, if you don't put in effort at work, etc.), there are negative consequences. Instead of being honest and letting the orders flow, you delete them early to have a better processing time on paper. However, this is fatal because you no longer know which food needs to be prepared at the different work positions. So it's clear why everything goes wrong. The big question is whether this approach is even supported by the boss or whether the employees only do it when the boss is not there.

Ordered a plant-based burger on the drive and noticed at home that it had meat on it. When asked by phone, the response was sloppy and no solution was offered. Review for McDonald's Nürtingen I have now been to McDonald's in Nürtingen four times within a month and unfortunately found that the quality left a lot to be desired each time. On three of my visits, the burgers were cold, the toppings were unevenly distributed and often unappetizing. Sauce and salad were often present in far too large quantities, while the cheese was either not melted at all or only insufficiently melted - this simply takes away the taste of the burger. The fries were also usually disappointing: too greasy, often cold and without salt. The overall impression was that the team on site was overwhelmed and processes were not running smoothly, which was directly reflected in the quality of the food. I generally appreciate what McDonald's has to offer, but there is still a lot of room for improvement in this branch. I hope that the quality here will improve again soon. Addendum: So I received a burger 4 times.

A McDonalds...eat as expected. Ambience as expected. Toilet sometimes good. Shortly before the cleaning interval maybe not so clean. Lots of parking spaces. The highlight is the outdoor playground, which the children really like, even if it isn't super exciting.

I had paid for my order in advance via Paypal, gave my pickup code at the checkout and had to pay again. Unfortunately, the reception was poor and I still didn't have confirmation of the advance payment. This then came by email, and if there was a complaint about the double payment, only the branch manager could help. When ordering via the app, I should show it open on my smartphone at the checkout to process the order, otherwise I wouldn't be able to get my order. Unfortunately, the branch manager also had to get involved here because the lady at the checkout couldn't see it was. We wasted forever and there is clearly a different way to be friendly/professional. Afterwards, the cashier also sat two tables away outside (she was off work), like us, and gossiped about me without recognizing me, as already written above, professionally is different. It's a shame, this was the first time the visit was a failure. Actually, the McDonalds has everything and could replace any non-existent café, there is parking, an outdoor area to sit, good coffee.
