Ordering took forever, when I asked, I received an unfriendly answer. Chicken nuggets were the worst I've ever eaten, very hard, probably old frying fat. Juice shop, never again

I can say one thing: As a McDonald's hater, I was relatively amazed at the quality and quantity of food for €10. The service was a little slow and the place was a little dirty, but otherwise everything was fine.

Unfortunately, not all employees understand German. The benches were dirty, the floor was sticky and the cleaner walked past and didn't see it. Employees do not respond to our needs and simply run away.

Ordered 2 Cappuccino Grande in MC Café, coffee machine suddenly broke while the first cappuccino was brewing, second cappuccino was brought from somewhere else. Milk and milk foam are poured into the cups sloppily and carelessly. Branch manager with headset visibly annoyed and relatively unfriendly. Then ordered a double chicken burger, but unfortunately only received a simple chicken burger. Went to the counter and complained. The store manager went into the kitchen and brought out a chicken patty with tongs, which she slapped onto my first patty without comment. Hard to beat in terms of unfriendliness and audacity. MC Donald's Nürtingen - never again!

It's just a matter of luck whether everything goes smoothly. Every now and then you get fresh food relatively quickly, but sometimes you have to wait forever for half-warm food. A few weeks ago I was there at around 9 p.m. and had to wait more than 20 minutes for 9 spicy nuggets and two large fries. I only received the food after I asked directly how long I had to wait. It was busy, but the problem was more due to the fact that all orders were solved by the overview system. The goal is to complete the orders within a certain time window (e.g. 1 minute 45 seconds). If you stay within the time window, it is very positive for the restaurant. However, if you regularly don't stay within the allotted time (which is often the case if there are not enough employees, if you don't put in effort at work, etc.), there are negative consequences. Instead of being honest and letting the orders flow, you delete them early to have a better processing time on paper. However, this is fatal because you no longer know which food needs to be prepared at the different work positions. So it's clear why everything goes wrong. The big question is whether this approach is even supported by the boss or whether the employees only do it when the boss is not there.

Ordered a plant-based burger on the drive and noticed at home that it had meat on it. When asked by phone, the response was sloppy and no solution was offered. Drinks from the Happy Meals were also forgotten. Unfortunately not at all satisfactory, we will no longer go there and we will tell everyone this. I want to wash my mouth out as a vegetarian.

Indeed cool McDonald's, but one time I got nuggets as if they were recycled by someone's unfinished nuggets, anyway I like this McDonald's

Review for McDonald's Nürtingen I have now been to McDonald's in Nürtingen four times within a month and unfortunately found that the quality left a lot to be desired each time. On three of my visits, the burgers were cold, the toppings were unevenly distributed and often unappetizing. Sauce and salad were often present in far too large quantities, while the cheese was either not melted at all or only insufficiently melted - this simply takes away the taste of the burger. The fries were also usually disappointing: too greasy, often cold and without salt. The overall impression was that the team on site was overwhelmed and processes were not running smoothly, which was directly reflected in the quality of the food. I generally appreciate what McDonald's has to offer, but there is still a lot of room for improvement in this branch. I hope that the quality here will improve again soon. Addendum: So I received a burger 4 times.

Quiet restaurant, nice treatment and nice workers despite work pressure

Nice McDonald's, cozy and clean, there are terminals for ordering in English, German and French. There is a possibility of table service, we didn't have to wait long. On the street there is a typical McDonald's play complex for children.

The dogs forgot the mayo, 50 cents to the godless corporation, I'll remember that when we see each other again!

Keep a lid on it like everyone else. Parking is good, customers mostly wear sweatpants, orders are placed digitally, staff more or less speaks the official language, the food they receive has little to do with the pictures and the taste is pretty much the same So actually like everywhere else.

Is it so hard not to let the food DRIMP in fat?? Nuggets are often thrown back into the oil and are therefore simply hard and inedible. Or the fresh nuggets full of fat (fried too long or in cold oil?!) Just like the lattice potatoes. The only thing that still has 'quality' are the sauces. You can't do much wrong there. There is only one employee who is nice and makes the food properly. The rest cannot and will not understand you. This branch has slacked off so much it's terrible.

Unfortunately, things still get forgotten every now and then. Edit: unfortunately nothing has changed. It is rather the exception when the order is complete in the MC drive.

The place is a mess. The employees have no idea what they actually have to do, not to mention the foreman. Last time I visited they had no change in the register. Understood? They also ran out of sprite. OK. I ordered four McRibs. The specialists packed the last one upright in the bag. Of course, the meat and sauce then floated around freely in the bag. Ordered via Lieferando. After 1.5 hours the food still wasn't there, so I called. A lady said the order was on the way and would arrive in a few minutes. Well in the end it just didn't happen at all.

I sometimes come here to eat during my lunch break. Everything (almost) always works great on site. Every now and then I also have something delivered to my home. Everything was going great so far. Only this time I had to call 10 times until someone answered after waiting 2 hours. The employee was rude and the delivery person said he had been with me. (I'm sorry, but otherwise I wouldn't call). I would think twice about ordering here again.

The McDonald's branch is extremely well organized, with friendly staff and efficient service, although it is often very busy. Praise and recognition to the team for their ability to ensure short waiting times even when there is a high volume of customers.

It's unbelievable that you can be so incompetent, ordering something to take away for the second time, nothing special and something that's always missing, sometimes a French fry, sometimes completely, all the sauces, it's unbelievable, so if you can't even manage to do something like that where everything is given to you, I don't know.

A McDonalds...eat as expected. Ambience as expected. Toilet sometimes good. Shortly before the cleaning interval maybe not so clean. Lots of parking spaces. The highlight is the outdoor playground, which the children really like, even if it isn't super exciting.

The staff is becoming more and more impersonal! The food and ambience are the same everywhere! That's why it's also valid here: Whether you eat there or take away doesn't make the quality any better, I have the feeling that things have gotten worse rather than better in recent years, regardless of whether it's staff or products.

I had paid for my order in advance via Paypal, gave my pickup code at the checkout and had to pay again. Unfortunately, the reception was poor and I still didn't have confirmation of the advance payment. This then came by email, and if there was a complaint about the double payment, only the branch manager could help. When ordering via the app, I should show it open on my smartphone at the checkout to process the order, otherwise I wouldn't be able to get my order. Unfortunately, the branch manager also had to get involved here because the lady at the checkout couldn't see it was. We wasted forever and there is clearly a different way to be friendly/professional. Afterwards, the cashier also sat two tables away outside (she was off work), like us, and gossiped about me without recognizing me, as already written above, professionally is different. It's a shame, this was the first time the visit was a failure. Actually, the McDonalds has everything and could replace any non-existent café, there is parking, an outdoor area to sit, good coffee.

The only catastrophe😑 first the EC device at the station didn't work, then ALL the tables were dirty (do they even clean there?!). When the food came, the cola and the sauces were missing, there were apple slices instead of Quetschi in the HappyMeal (when we complained it said that there were no more Quetschies), Smurf wasn't there either (although selected), the ChilliBurger was the one Sauce and the chili ON the lid 🤦🏻‍♀️ had ordered the McShake fries and only normal fries came. And if it wasn't a disaster enough, now comes the crowning glory: the food (i.e. everything) was cold and the fries were therefore inedible. So it's a total failure and you're paying money for it?! Despite multiple complaints on site. Just cheeky 😠

Just disgusting 🤮 I ordered a double chilliesse burger, what did I get? A burger full of fat where all I got in my mouth with the first bite was fat. I complained and got a new one. This was also the case where I got the new one. After I complained about my burger for the second time, a rude employee asked me to hand over my menu and give me my money back. So I went to McDonald's on July 22nd and got a cold Oreo coffee. It was very tasty but it was over half filled with ice cream. So I almost had nothing to drink because everything was ice. That's a shame.

Rotten mc-chicken with 2 tons of mayo and 5 shreds of wilted lettuce. Plus an unfriendly employee who can't look at you while you're talking. I have to say top performance. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy, but there was nothing special that distinguished it from other McDonald's locations. McDonalds in the industrial area between Nürtingen and Zizishausen. On Sunday evenings, the parking lot in particular is overcrowded with young people. Clean and tidy inside with the usual offerings. The food is ok and the staff are friendly.

McDonald's hasn't been what it used to be for a long time. The prices are way overpriced and I get annoyed every time I eat there. My wallet is emptying and my tummy can't feel full. Went to the drive-in quickly today, but despite the initial euphoria of finally being able to get one of the legendary glasses in McDonalds, we were very disappointed in the end. We were in a hurry, so we left immediately after receiving the order without checking what was there and what wasn't. To our great shock, given our overwhelming hunger, we discovered that two burgers were completely missing and one McWrap was the wrong one, even though they strongly insisted on one. The shock and disappointment, which almost turned into anger, was even greater when we discovered that out of the 3 glasses that were given to us, exactly 3 had been stolen from us. We are still in shock and struggling with the aftermath of this traumatic experience, which can only be dealt with tonight by drinking ice-cold hoppy drinks. The ambience was still great in the Audi 80 thanks to the tanned skin from the multimedia system and the open convertible. The staff was friendly but unfortunately somehow overwhelmed or, like us tomorrow, plagued by the hoppy drinks from the previous evening.

The one star is only given because the staff is friendly. People regularly forget to eat, whether for delivery or ordering in (pickup), the taste gets worse and the drive-thru becomes chaos.

Totally unsympathetic employees, can hardly speak German, and roll their eyes when they have to bring the order to the table. Every time I got a cold meal, a burger was forgotten when I ordered. I went to the front and pointed out to the staff that I only wanted a hamburger with ketchup. They rolled their eyes and replied in a totally cheeky manner. Then I got it and opened it, I've never experienced anything like it. The burger had leftover mustard and ketchup, you could see that the topping had been scraped off, cheeky. Mc in Nürtingen has really slacked off in recent years, there are hardly any employees who even understand a word when you talk to them. I have nothing against foreigners, I'm one myself, but that's not possible, they look at the customers and roll their eyes?!!

The worst McDonald's around... Something has gone wrong with almost every order so far. Almost always something is forgotten or mixed up (e.g. you received a McSundae instead of the iced coffee you ordered?!). McCafé's seasonal drinks are usually not available (e.g. cold brew) or the employees don't understand what you want to order because they don't know the McCafé products or don't speak German. Out of 4 McPlant nuggets orders, I received meat nuggets 3 times!! The meat nuggets were even served in the McPlant box. When I complained about this, the response I received was “Oh yes, that happens from time to time”. Just today I ordered McPlant nuggets, received a burger instead and, after complaining, was given meat nuggets as a replacement. Vegans should not order McPlant nuggets here. The terminals often don't work, they point out, and the employees don't care.

Food is OK. No difference to other locations. But service is bad. Yesterday a customer was repeatedly yelled at in front of me. No idea what it was about, but the customer had the calm voice. PS: It's not because the order was taken, the receipt is correct. Even if there are complications from time to time due to the German language. Or some employees probably don't know how the display is released so that you can check your order beforehand/in parallel.

This was our second time there for lunch. Both times we had to wait almost an hour for our food. After asking several times, we were always told that everyone would have to wait. Only after the sentence: “I would like my food now or otherwise my money back!” was the order taken care of. We couldn't eat anymore and ended up having to take the food with us and it was cold. The employees are extremely overwhelmed and do not manage to organize their lunch time properly... which is a shame.

Heute Abend war ich mit einem guten Freund beim McDonald’s! Wir haben hier alles sehr schnell und frisch serviert bekommen! Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Die Toiletten waren auch abends alle sauber und gut aufgefüllt! Frau Alex hat uns sehr schnell beim Mc Café bedient, als wir noch einen Kaffee wollten! Hier gehen wir gerne bald wieder essen!

Qualität bzw. Geschmack der Speisen entspricht dem normalen McDonalds Standard. Pommes waren jedoch extrem fettig da nicht abgetropft wurde und direkt in die Portionierung gegeben wurde. Salzen blieb dabei leider auch auf der Strecke…. Service insgesamt unterdurchschnittlich, die Dame war fast sogar pampig bei einer (berechtigten) Beschwerde eines anderen Gastes.

Dies führte zu Frustration und einem längeren Aufenthalt als erwartet. Ein weiterer Aspekt, der mir aufgefallen ist, betrifft die Präsentation des Essens. Die Speisen wurden regelrecht in die Verpackung geklatscht, ohne erkennbare Sorgfalt. Dies wirkte sich nicht nur auf die Ästhetik der Mahlzeit aus, sondern ließ auch Zweifel an der Frische und Qualität aufkommen. Ein liebevollerer Umgang mit der Zubereitung und Präsentation der Speisen könnte das Gesamterlebnis erheblich verbessern. Die Zufahrt zum McDonald's in Nürtingen ist ebenfalls nicht optimal gestaltet. Der Platz für die Zufahrt im Mc Drive ist vergleichsweise klein, was zu Engpässen und einem langsameren Ablauf führen kann, insbesondere während Stoßzeiten. Eine Verbesserung der Verkehrsführung könnte dazu beitragen, den Verkehrsfluss zu optimieren und die Wartezeiten zu verkürzen. Trotz dieser Kritikpunkte sollte nicht unerwähnt bleiben, dass das Personal stets höflich und bemüht war, die Bestellungen korrekt abzuwickeln. Allerdings könnten sie von einer angemessenen Besetzung profitieren, um den Kundenservice zu verbessern und die Wartezeiten zu verkürzen. Insgesamt hinterlässt der McDonald's in Nürtingen bei mir den Eindruck, dass es Raum für Verbesserungen gibt. Eine effizientere Organisation im Mc Drive, eine sorgfältigere Präsentation der Speisen und möglicherweise eine Erhöhung des Personals könnten dazu beitragen, das Kundenerlebnis zu optimieren.
