Such a slow and dirty shop is not recommended. Toilets suck, staff totally overwhelmed

After 7 minutes of indignation at the McCafé counter, even though we were only standing a meter away, we were directed to the main cash register. After waiting some more, we were told that the milk frother was broken and there was no coffee latte. Thank you McDonald's for letting me waste my time with you.

Ordered via app, table number should be provided, which is not available here. The app says it was brought to the table and had to get it myself and get a succinct answer. Staff is very unfriendly. In my opinion, this shop has nothing to do with MC Donald. I haven't come across something so unfriendly in a long time

It's long since closed, but unfortunately it's still showing up on Google Maps. Huge detour for everyone who takes a special exit from the motorway. :-(

The BK has never been good. But even worse since the renovation. No coupon accepted, too expensive. 15€ for a fries and coke what the hell. And the selection was also extremely limited.

Sometimes it was 20 pieces of chicken nuggets, sometimes 2 hamburgers and today it was the fries that were missing incomprehensibly! In addition, you don't get any compensation money! You should bring the whole bag back with you and then compare the contents! By then the food would already be cold! This is just usury!

Pretty much the worst McDonald's I know. The ordering terminals usually don't work, so you have to queue up. The cash desk is usually not occupied. You should check orders in the store because something is usually missing or the wrong products are included. It's best to avoid the place. The store used to be much better run.
