McDonald's in Düsseldorf

Shitty store, supposedly never serves ice cream. Machines are always broken. Cheeky. Awful.

This borders on commercial fraud: with almost every order at the drive-through, at least one product is omitted. Mind you, this product was ordered and paid for. If this happens to everyone every day, the operator is making a big profit. Stay away from this store.

Toilets, an imposition... only the friendly staff stands out... Otherwise, not really recommendable

Was there on March 4th, 2025. The store was full of trash and leftover food and was almost impossible to enter. I ordered an ice cream and a chocolate bag, only to find out after paying that there was no more ice cream and was then fobbed off with an apple bag that actually cost 50 cents less. There wasn't even a hamburger in it. My friends' fries were ice cold and soggy, tasted like old grease and smelled expired. You couldn't even sit on the first floor because every table was full of trays (every tray cart was full). Never go back to the store

Absolute disgrace of these stores. Employees are absolutely disrespectful and they don't care about the customers. Branch management becomes even more disrespectful without customer focus and also becomes violent.

I stopped by three times during my short stay in Düsseldorf, before and after a concert and in the morning to have breakfast before heading back to Frankfurt, we already know the food, but the pancakes 🥞 for breakfast are divine!!! Mcds stop The staff was actually always okay and otherwise always fine. But I was just in front of it, I was really in the mood for a little snack and a walk, I looked in and it was being cleaned. So I thought to myself, I'd go for the dive-in, the two in front of me also took it. The dude took my order, 2 chicken burgers, not much, and then simply told me: "We're closed." I look at my phone, it's 4:38 I ask: “Don’t you close until 5?” And then he: “No, because I have to clean.” I thought, okay, bold, what do you want to do? On the way back I see him taking the next car in and he paid and got his food. TLDR: Don't walk there after 4am.

According to the opening time until 6 a.m. on Saturdays, but you were simply sent away. Only the McDrive would be open, not the “restaurant”.

Once again I didn't receive a complete order when I picked it up...... 😡

If you offer table service in the app, you should not just let the order go cold, but rather let them know that there is no longer table service today. So service 0.

The table service offered at the self-service checkout was not possible here. The designated signs with numbers were nowhere to be found in the restaurant. So, like many other customers, I stood for more than a quarter of an hour before the delivery. When I finally sat at my seat with the food (I cleaned the table and bench myself with the napkin) the burger was only lukewarm. The operator has clearly hired too few staff here. I would like to thank the local employees. Because despite the huge crowds, you did everything humanly possible to do justice to all visitors. It's a shame that McDonald's high standards were not met here that day.

Person behind the Bali, lied that they don't have fries. In the end they had fries, but didn't want to make them, but eventually they did. Then we checked our order again and we also had no sauce. So we went back, were completely ignored by the Bali employee. Very bad service.

The day the people behind the counter manage to pack ONE order correctly I will change this review. Every time something is forgotten, today they forgot the fries from the McMenu, legit 50% of the order was simply not there. And they don't notice that? Juice shop. If I didn't live next door I wouldn't go there. Look at the Mccar accident I got into I swear if the complete crash autopilot didn't always teleport me there, I wouldn't go there.

There is always something missing from what was ordered. Either there is not a single sauce, or there are no potatoes. And this is not the first time!! This time the patience is over. If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would! You should see which of the workers puts it in their pocket!! Terrible!!!!

Sorry not recommended. Were there shortly after 11 p.m. Ordered via app, with table service... (was active in the app). After the food didn't come for a while and I asked, I got a grumpy answer: from x o'clock onwards we will no longer have table service. Either you take the cold food or leave and have nothing... Cleanliness... hmm. That's what you're looking for here. Toilet more than yuck, tables sticky, dust needs to be wiped down. And then I got dirty looks when I went out, no thanks. Should have looked at the reviews here beforehand. The 3.x stars are still too many.

Actually, this store doesn't deserve a star and should be checked immediately by hygiene. Toilets endlessly dirty. The floor sticks, the sink is clogged and doesn't drain. A cleaner may have seen the toilets once a day, if at all. The food was not brought to the table, despite being able to order in the app. Burger lukewarm, fries cold. The trolleys for the trays were full and were not emptied. The tables are dirty. The employees give the impression that they don't care. Conclusion...never this dirty shop again.

A small branch with mediocre food Ambiance. The floor sticks and slips. The employees are busy with themselves. Although there were hardly any customers in the store, there were no cash registers occupied. Despite the fact that we stood there for 10 minutes, only after we asked did they think it was necessary to go to the cash register. Then what doesn't work is that the customer toilets that are upstairs are closed and customers are only allowed to use the disabled toilet, which was sometimes blocked by people for 30 minutes. A little more expensive than other fast food restaurant shops, the shop meets certain cleanliness criteria, the chosen dish is delivered quickly to the person ordering in keeping with the fast food image, and the temperature is also within an acceptable range. Items not received completely, several orders not received

Now I order with my cell phone and pay with my cell phone. So the gentlemen don't have to do anything other than hand me my food. I showed my pickup number and he said in bad German "it says" that was it. If you as a customer think that I have to be sent to eat like a dog, I will never come back to this location again. Considering it's located on the northern access road to the motorway and the entire coal pot is here, you still feel well served and quickly served. If it takes longer in the morning, there's free orange juice. The staff has always been friendly, both inside and in the drive-in.

Thanks for the experience in the restaurant. It was so disappointing that you don't want to come back. Before you come in, there's trash everywhere, workers on their cell phones outside, carts full of trash, tables with trash. The sauces were missing when we ordered, there was no straw and the worst thing was that when we picked it up we got a full tray, which really annoyed me when I was carrying it. Never again

Fast food restaurant with friendly service

Staff unable to put together the ordered menu! If you want to exchange something because of the wrong delivery, no one understands it until a German employee came. Everything goes haywire. Fries and side dishes had to be complained about and that has been happening more often lately!

The only good thing was the drive in was quick, unfortunately it was already on the motorway. The Bigmac tasted old, the bread was hard, the fries tasted like burnt/old oil and weren't fresh, just like the chicken nuggets and everything was only lukewarm CHEF/team leader isn't there, the food is always bad. I noticed I'd rather wait 5 minutes for fresh food before I get garbage like that that's not edible. It's a complete disaster. The cola was good but the rest was terrible

We were there with 2 adults and 3 children. The food was brought to the table quickly and completely. Everything tasted as we expected. One star deducted because the fries were rather lukewarm. But they also get cold quickly. The tables could have been cleaner. We had to clean it ourselves first. But 2 stars deducted for the ambience. We would still come back.

The team doesn't seem that well-coordinated and the service leaves a lot to be desired in terms of friendliness, otherwise some things were good. I wouldn't go there now, only if you're really hungry otherwise you can leave it alone.

It couldn't be more disgusting! Happy Meals are just old! The nuggets were rock hard and so full of fat! You could tell that the nuggets had been fried several times! How can you offer something like that to children?

Two years after my first bad review, not much has changed... wrong snacks, no toys in the Happy Meal... it's always NOT worth a visit! Two years ago: After 20 minutes in the queue there's still no end in sight... what else am I doing here?... oh yeah, you can't get out of the queue... continue: How can it be that the price offered in the coupon doesn't work for technical reasons??? And it ONLY affects the two really cheap offers, the others, where there is little savings, could be redeemed. As a customer you feel completely ripped off!!!

Before we even ordered, we saw that around 50 portions of French fries were just lying around - it was clear that they would be cold and inedible. Honestly, we should have turned around straight away. The store was disgusting: cigarette ash everywhere and the floor was dirty, like no one had cleaned it in days. I've never seen anything like this in a restaurant. Absolutely unacceptable!"

The food was better than ours in Maastricht. The case doesn't really deserve a beauty prize.

If you compare this branch with the other Düsseldorf branches, then it ends up in the lowest places. The side dishes of the burgers were simply slapped on so that you have to put them back together. Sad and disrespectful how food is treated. Other branches in Düsseldorf prove that things can be different.

This is a great place for a quick bite. Locations in Germany are more tasteful. More young people are present late at night.

Very unkempt. Clogged urinals and sinks. The food was not delivered to the table, but simply left at the pick-up point. The tray trolleys were more than overcrowded and some of my plant-based nugget box contained real nuggets!!! Simply outrageous.

Could have been so nice, but it's not. Dirty restaurant and the toilets are even worse. Despite almost no customers and plenty of staff doing nothing. And for the service, they didn't even manage to get a drinks order correct.

If possible, stay away from this McDonalds. Cleanliness and service need improvement: simple coffee order leads to staff confusion on how to make an item from the menu; all toilets dirty, urinals in mens restroom blinded off (unserviceable). The McDonalds is fairly new, with nice new'ish decor; however, more staff focus on cleanliness is highly recommend. In addition, some staff obviously need training on the McCafe line of products - and on politely expressing inability to help the customer; rather than arrogantly regering to a colleague.

Ordered takeaway from McDrive. Food as expected, taste OK. The Smurf figure was missing from the Happy Meal - a big disappointment for the youngsters.

Breakfast wasn't delivered to the table in the store for 25 minutes, despite the table being specified in the app and the store being almost empty. Then when I asked, they said the food had been ready for 20 minutes and was standing there because they couldn't find us. Apparently we were sitting in the wrong part of the store. They seemed to be trying to teach us a lesson, even though there were other customers and employees in the same part of the store. When we said the breakfast was now cold and old, we were told it was our fault and we shouldn't have been there. Long Story Short: At least I got my money back but I can't recommend the store to anyone. I've been to many McDonalds but this was by far the worst. If you're in the mood for rude comments, bad service, discussions, an unpleasant atmosphere and want to promote food waste, you've come to the right place.

Food is missing and you can't get it even after asking

A typical McDonald's restaurant. Clean, expected food and nice staff. Something has changed: there were no nice staff anymore, there was rubbish everywhere and it seemed unclean.

We were there on July 20th. for breakfast there. It was a complete disaster: 1. Apparently there was no bacon left. However, this was not pointed out either at the terminal or when the order was handed over. It was only when asked that it was mentioned that none were left in stock. We then received the dishes without them. When asked they said “it doesn’t matter, it costs the same even with cheese”. 2. The croissant wasn't ready. No problem, that can happen. But when it arrived (after 10 minutes) it was only half baked. I didn't argue anymore, returned the order and we left because I didn't feel like making any more rude comments. It's better to spend your money at the bakery, this McDonald's is the worst I've ever experienced.
