This is a great place for a quick bite. Locations in Germany are more tasteful. More young people are present late at night.

If you compare this branch with the other Düsseldorf branches, then it ends up in the lowest places. The side dishes of the burgers were simply slapped on so that you have to put them back together. Sad and disrespectful how food is treated. Other branches in Düsseldorf prove that things can be different.

Very unkempt. Clogged urinals and sinks. The food was not delivered to the table, but simply left at the pick-up point. The tray trolleys were more than overcrowded and some of my plant-based nugget box contained real nuggets!!! Simply outrageous.

Could have been so nice, but it's not. Dirty restaurant and the toilets are even worse. Despite almost no customers and plenty of staff doing nothing. And for the service, they didn't even manage to get a drinks order correct.

Ordered takeaway from McDrive. Food as expected, taste OK. The Smurf figure was missing from the Happy Meal - a big disappointment for the youngsters.

If possible, stay away from this McDonalds. Cleanliness and service need improvement: simple coffee order leads to staff confusion on how to make an item from the menu; all toilets dirty, urinals in mens restroom blinded off (unserviceable). The McDonalds is fairly new, with nice new'ish decor; however, more staff focus on cleanliness is highly recommend. In addition, some staff obviously need training on the McCafe line of products - and on politely expressing inability to help the customer; rather than arrogantly regering to a colleague.

Well. One more Mac. Be careful when entering and leaving by car.

Breakfast wasn't delivered to the table in the store for 25 minutes, despite the table being specified in the app and the store being almost empty. Then when I asked, they said the food had been ready for 20 minutes and was standing there because they couldn't find us. Apparently we were sitting in the wrong part of the store. They seemed to be trying to teach us a lesson, even though there were other customers and employees in the same part of the store. When we said the breakfast was now cold and old, we were told it was our fault and we shouldn't have been there. Long Story Short: At least I got my money back but I can't recommend the store to anyone. I've been to many McDonalds but this was by far the worst. If you're in the mood for rude comments, bad service, discussions, an unpleasant atmosphere and want to promote food waste, you've come to the right place.

Furnishings typical of McDonald's, cleanliness is guaranteed. This branch has already switched to digital ordering for the most part, so you enter your order on the screen and then receive a number. The staff doesn't seem to be able to cope with this very well, because as soon as it gets full, orders from local customers that need to be delivered are pushed back.

1 hour after placing the order for delivery, you were not informed until you asked that the order had been canceled. I will never order here again.

A typical McDonald's restaurant. Clean, expected food and nice staff. Something has changed: there were no nice staff anymore, there was rubbish everywhere and it seemed unclean.

We were there on July 20th. for breakfast there. It was a complete disaster: 1. Apparently there was no bacon left. However, this was not pointed out either at the terminal or when the order was handed over. It was only when asked that it was mentioned that none were left in stock. We then received the dishes without them. When asked they said “it doesn’t matter, it costs the same even with cheese”. 2. The croissant wasn't ready. No problem, that can happen. But when it arrived (after 10 minutes) it was only half baked. I didn't argue anymore, returned the order and we left because I didn't feel like making any more rude comments. It's better to spend your money at the bakery, this McDonald's is the worst I've ever experienced.

We ordered the food with table service and had to wait almost 25 minutes for our food.

Dirty toilets. Only disabled toilet accessible. Order only half off Café Caramel. Only cold coffee with ice cubes and caramel sauce was then poured. Employees overwhelmed.

Absolute disaster. I wouldn't go to this location again. I've never seen such a dirty branch of McDonald's. The outside area left a lot to be desired - there wasn't a clean table. The floor in the branch is snotty and sticky. There was blood on the walls of the toilet, there was no toilet paper and it smelled like urine. Toilet itself full of urine. Actually you should send the public order office there. If it looks like this at 7 a.m., I don't want to know what it looks like when the branch has had a full day.

The audience is a bit special on a Saturday evening. McDonald's can't do anything about that. The fact that the employees there are not completely satisfied could be shown by the four times the amount of sauce on the burger and the cold fries.

This is the most incompetent and incompetent store I have ever seen. 1. Any order over €10 is wrong! It has never happened that an order of €10 or more was complete! To be honest, I believe that there is deliberate fraud and rip-off here! Always check your orders and I promise you something is missing from 10€! 2. We only visited this snot shop because they had coupons. These were faulty but could not be used and so such an invoice (listed below) was created. 3. (2 people) Paying €42 for two MC menus 1x6, 1x 20 chick MC nuggets, 1 cheeseburger (which wasn't included) and a few sauces is an absolute disgrace for such a meal! I can only recommend everyone to go to the restaurant given the prices, you'll pay less!

Unfriendly staff I got rock-hard pancakes and let them go back... legends say that the pancakes are still in the oven... I just went after them, I was too stupid, the employees act extra stupid.

Beware of this McDonalds, full of scammers, every time there is a promotion they give you whatever they want, instead of what you pay for. They said there was not available but in the screen was still showing available and some people got the glass they paid (after complaining) some others like me, random color. Not the first time and definitely not the only customer with the same issue. The guy in the cashier (very rude guy 0 customer service) told me to complain in the email written in the receipt but for my surprise there is no answer from that email. The place is usually not clean at all specially second floor, always trash somewhere, tables are not cleaned as well.

I come here with my daughter so she can play. The playground is closed, one reason why I go to McDonald's is the playground and there is only 1 toilet available. Only the toilet for Miva. Reason enough not to come back to this location again.

Strange way of dealing with customers. Ordered breakfast with table service - was called out. Then I want to have breakfast in peace on the upper floor - it's suddenly closed and has to be cleaned. Funny, but I was just up there and no one said anything. Will avoid this place in the future... There are much better and nicer branches.

The fries were simply cold, but somehow that's what you're used to at Mc's. This time I didn't feel like saying anything either because the conversation between the employee and me consisted of "174". Everything was very relaxed there. I didn't like it & wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It's just so annoying, the fact that an order/delivery (via Lieferando) arrives completely is the absolute exception in this branch. Things can go wrong, but the jackpot is when the order arrives complete. I do NOT recommend ordering here if you have children eagerly waiting for it. This has caused us many tears. I ordered Plant Nuggets and a McPlant 15 minutes ago: I got chicken nuggets and a burger with meat in a Plant Burger package - disgusting and outrageous!

Chaos when ordering with the app. Apparently no table service, by chance I saw that the order was sitting half cold on the counter. There was no cappuccino, which was available at the “mccafé” for another ten minutes. Not recommendable.

At 3 HappyMeals and 2 SmartMenues as well as 2 additional citizens I was not served in a friendly manner. There was only a turnover of €43.46! The warm burgers were placed on the cold drink bottles, followed by the fries and then the sausages. Napkins were completely missing. When asked whether the 3 HapyMeals included 3 different toys, the answer was yes. During my check at the counter I was interrupted with the words that I should do it back there. I then replied that something was missing or wrong with every order in this branch. This was answered with a laugh from the employee (the only friendliness in this case). I then stopped and discovered at home that not a single toy had been given. The food was lukewarm after 5 minutes of driving (transported in a thermal bag). Burgers no longer looked appetizing. I was neither greeted nor farewelled (friendliness was completely lacking). I think that was the last attempt at this location for me to get adequate value for my money.

I'm very disappointed, the food was cold, the drink was a little over half full, but the worst thing was that when I paid over 1.50 euros I didn't get enough back and when I mentioned it, the cashier said I was lying, I'd never go there again go out to eat, very unfriendly.

On a Sunday afternoon you should plan for the fact that there is a lot going on here and that you have to wait accordingly. There is no longer enough parking space around it, so you can expect a bit of chaos there. Otherwise everything was as good as it gets here (apart from the fries, which once again didn't see any salt).

Unfortunately just disappointed... The McDonald's that used to be there are no longer there. Today, of course, due to customer demand, there is only absolute mass production where the quality suffers more than anything. Fries are raw potato sticks with salt... the burger that used to cost 1DM then 1€ is no longer available. But crass prices and goods that no longer have any quality or good taste. The Chicken Mc Nuggets today were Brickets and had what the fries were missing. They tasted like they had been warmed up again three times in the fat. At 10€ this is an absolute disgrace. Since the kids and we rarely feel like it, we keep making the same mistake. 70€ left without drinks (collection from Mc Drive) and afterwards everyone was completely dissatisfied. The bottom line is to stay tough as long as nothing changes and never go there again. It's a shame and it feels like everyone at McDonald's doesn't care. I would have liked to have put a photo of the Chicken McNuggets so everyone could have imagined how long they were in the freezer and how inedible they were.
