The table was pretty dirty Only after we were seated were the tables wiped down and the floor swept Funny, I guess you heard me there 0.50 cents for the toilet, even though we ate there 👎🏻 The electric gas pump in front of the window wasn't that great either 🚗🚙🚗🚙

An order was placed around 9:50 PM, but no information was received until 11:30 PM. At 11:48 PM, the order was canceled on Lieferando.

Not recommended, the unfriendliest place in the world. Was there at 7:30 and asked when it would open. The answer from the supposed branch manager was such disrespectful insolence that is second to none. If you don't feel like it, you should stay at home

If you want to grab a few fast food burgers in a hurry, Burger King is fine. Of course it can't be compared to all the "self-made" burgers, that's a completely different product and experience, which I would always prefer. But sometimes you pick up a few burgers while passing by, for example in the evening after work. Everything is done very quickly and easily by ordering on the touchscreen and then accepting the order fairly quickly at the checkout. The burgers taste very good, in all variations, as do the side dishes and the many promotional products and specials that change very regularly. I think at Burger King you have a much greater variety and better burger taste than at its big competitor, where everything tastes the same in the long run and you hardly have any other options to choose from. The prices here are okay for larger burgers such as the Whopper, although it has to be said that the smaller burgers such as the Cheeseburger or Double Cheeseburger have now become a bit expensive, considering that you can eat them up in just a few bites and usually cost 3- Would have to take 4 pieces. The store is smartly furnished and appears clean. The employees are so friendly and seem organized, the orders go out quickly and don't sit on the counter for long. At the big competitor there are sometimes 5-10 bags on the counter and no one knows who they belong to and the employees don't really communicate with the customer. It's much, much better here. The store has a drive-thru and is conveniently located on a very important and busy main road, and there is also a bus stop across the street. There is also the option to eat outside on the terrace. There is a large gas station next to the store. There is also a large parking lot in front of the door. Overall I'm happy considering it's a large franchise chain. Thank you 😃

Food was supposed to come at 11 p.m. It was just confirmed that I had received my order. I never received an order. It was a shame to then confirm that I had received it. I want my money back

We had to eat in the car because the extremely unfriendly Indian man wouldn't let us in an hour before closing time even though there were still a few guests eating inside. This is an absolute disgrace and unacceptable!

Mr. Anas Alakoub was very unfriendly when we asked nicely why the ice cream machine had already been cleaned 45 minutes before closing time. His word to us was “would we be his boss” instead of saying in a nice and friendly manner that the machine would be cleaned beforehand. I will never enter this store again.

Not impressive, regular citizen King. But it's better to go in, the only thing hanging at the drive in is the usual "Burger King Citizen rip-off menu card", i.e. only expensive menu suggestions, no offers, no drink prices. I thought this had been banned a long time ago...

The Burger King itself is okay: Sufficiently clean, the staff friendly and the food as it should be at BK. However, the toilets are terrible! You have to pay 50(!) cents just to go to the toilet and then no toilet can be used there and all the diseases in the world are included! For families with children who might have to go to the toilet while eating, even if it's just to wash their fingers: keep driving. Category disgusting (see photos)

You can only order electronically, I don't think it's fully developed yet. If you want to order in person it is not possible. The new atmosphere is terrible. The food is as always.

September 24th (4:55 p.m.) I have rarely seen such an unfriendly employee (according to the name tag he is a shift leader)! No hello, no please, no thank you! Drove off into after-work traffic and unfortunately the order was even wrong. Anything can happen, but this arrogant unkindness is beyond words. I don't understand why there are such unfriendly people. They don't belong in customer contact. And this is the second time I've experienced this at this drive-in.

I don't know how many times I've ordered, paid by credit card and only received part. Yesterday instead of 4 burgers only 3, was cheated out of a whole €5. I don't know, if you're already overwhelmed with 4 burgers you should probably apply for early retirement.

Very unfriendly staff. How was the wrong drink made? I politely pointed this out and was simply told that the cola was already prepared. Then I didn't accept the cola. Then the employee became even more rude and complained to me about it. Absolute impudence. I then left the store with only the burgers I had bought and no drink. Never again !

It's my go to burger King. Standard burger King taste, no problems with the service but since it's around the HBF it has some questionable people around. I got asked for money by said people while eating inside more than enough

Compared to previous years, the quality of employees has improved significantly. Friendlier, hardly any errors in orders and special requests are gladly accepted.

Yesterday, after a long time, I was at Burger King with a colleague, we both ordered a whopper, we both had thins today and I had to throw up several times, that didn't come from anywhere!!! The health department should stop by there, it didn't look to me like the employees were washing their hands every now and then.

Staff is overwhelmed with recuperation, orders come incomplete or wrong and the sink in the staff area doesn't look like it gets cleaned every now and then. Improvements were the ordering terminals and the renewal of the interior, very well done. Unfortunately, it doesn't help to improve the overall picture. The women whirl and make an effort, the men stand around. But it's just a snapshot, I'm not sure if it's always like that. Update (08 2024) The staff has changed now, on the last visits everyone was hard-working, friendly and well organized, nothing was forgotten or mixed up. A lot has happened.

Very pleasant branch, employees are very friendly and it's really clean here... very pleasant. The employee even reminded us that the Chirruos are too hot and we should be careful! Really great!

Clean and tidy. We had forgotten a cell phone there and we picked it up again after two hours, it was stored neatly. Top and the team didn't even want anything for the coffee fund.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was very nice and I felt retro, nice location and relatively nice staff.

Actually the visit was okay. The staff didn't really want to help with the coloring of the vouchers. We finally managed it ourselves. Food was ok, not completely hot but not mushy.

The food was very good, the place seemed clean, all the tables were very clean. In fact, even with service, the employee brought my second tray to the table and brought a straw without asking. The food at this Burger King tastes like any Burger King. You get what you expect. At the side exit you should be careful not to walk in front of the cars from the “Drive Thru” in front of the hood.

...no trace of friendliness...the main thing...in this case...hair, nails and eyelashes are ok...so it doesn't matter that I ordered my 2 pieces 3x, so I had to say... As a GUEST and CUSTOMER I had to PAY for the toilet...a "no go" and the toilets weren't cleaned thoroughly for ages and the paper was hanging and flying everywhere...every now and then I have to check where a lot of people are "killing it". would be recommended...so you definitely won't see me here anymore...

Food is just burger king, not good, not bad, but with coupons it fills you up for not too much money. People who work there aren't necessarily the nicest, but there are far worse BKs

I was very disappointed with my visit to this Burger King today. We were refused to order at the checkout, even though there were two employees there and clearly had nothing to do. Instead we were rudely instructed to use the machines. This treatment left us feeling unvalued as customers. Such service is completely unacceptable and will certainly influence my future choice of where to eat.

This morning I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Burger King. While I waited for my order, I parked in the nearly empty parking lot. A co-worker or possibly the boss came out and asked me to leave the parking lot in a very rude tone. The behavior was completely inappropriate and disrespectful, especially since I was a customer and my car wasn't blocking anyone. Just stopped here for dinner with my daughter and mother. Reception by the branch manager was very unfriendly. Children are definitely not particularly welcome here. My daughter is 2 1/2 years old, of course she can't always keep her fingers to herself and it's particularly relieving that ordering from the kiosks isn't possible either, as only cash payments are made at the checkout, but no orders are accepted . In the meantime, my daughter grabbed the “freshly wiped sign” and the store manager immediately tore it out of her hand. Okay, take a deep breath and don't get upset. I would have loved to go there again, but my daughter had been wanting to for a while now. Then our food came and we sat down. While eating, I saw a kitchen employee (without gloves) repeatedly touching his face and continuing to produce burgers without washing his hands. When I asked the store manager who was busy directing the cars in the parking lot, he claimed that you don't have to wear gloves and that his employees always wash their hands. But since I come from the catering industry myself and know the strict hygiene regulations, I know that gloves for garnishing and tongs for the patties are mandatory. I advise everyone not to eat here unless you want burgers with the sweat and other organic leftovers from the kitchen staff!!

Is this somehow the new trend in Germany that fast food restaurants switch to "drive-in" operation well before closing times? Especially as a pedestrian, it's really bad to breathe in the exhaust fumes from running cars and then get a completely mushy burger. I will no longer come to your place and will also report your actions. For me, opening hours mean that you are able to offer your full service and not just offer food to drivers several hours before closing.

Very unfriendly BK employee, original sound: I can only give what is on the screen, or do you see the cash register here? No, right? I thanked them for the service, walked out and will never go in there again.
