Burger King in Düsseldorf

Fast and uncomplicated. Food was ready in less than a minute. The tables were clean, and the staff served the food promptly. I'd be happy to go again.

How expensive all of this has become! Even with a coupon, I couldn't find a menu for under 12 euros. I opted for a long chicken with small fries and a drink. Due to the holiday season, it was practically quiet at lunchtime. The staff were very friendly. The menu was very tasty, fresh, and hot and crispy. Just as it should always be. There's a lot of criticism about the non-integrated restroom. This one is located next to the ARAL gas station and costs an additional 50 cents. Disappointing, because it wasn't exactly spotless either.

For a quick snack...alke very nice here.

I ate there again today. It was really good again. The food tasted better at no other restaurant I've been to. The fries were cooked to perfection. I had a Whopper. It was really delicious!

Absolutely incompetent staff! Honestly, I've never seen worse anywhere! Half of the order is missing every time. If you go to complain and want the missing items, you're treated like a liar, even though you have a receipt to prove it. Furthermore, unfortunately, German is spoken extremely poorly, which doesn't exactly make communication easy. I think there's a need for improvement here.

Simply outstanding all around! From the friendly service to the cozy ambiance to the food, everything was absolutely perfect. The dishes were fresh, lovingly prepared, and delicious. I felt very comfortable and will definitely be back. A clear 5 stars!

I was very satisfied with my visit to Burger King. The food was freshly prepared and tasted great – the burgers in particular were juicy and well-topped. The fries were hot and crispy, just as you'd expect. The service was also friendly and quick; despite the large number of customers, I didn't have to wait long. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which made my visit even more pleasant. All in all, a great experience – I'll definitely be back!

If I could, I would give the service a zero. I ordered a drink that was really bitter. I went up to my colleague to say that it was bitter, and he treated me like I was crazy for estimating something. My colleague called his boss over. I told the boss again that I couldn't drink it because it was so bitter, and he started reacting the same way, pressing the drink button ten times. It's just a matter of how inhumane the language is. We could have spoken in a normal tone. The employees aren't able to communicate normally in German. I politely told my colleague in English what my problem was. I once had the same problem at another Burger King, where I was politely told that I could always ask someone and a new drink was made. My drink was full, so I really only tried a sip! Inhuman and unfriendly, that's it.

A solid Burger King when it is not busy the food is served faster than at other places

Unfriendly, arrogant, unkempt, broken German and cheeky. One of the entire staff told me I should eat at home if I didn't like it.

Not recommended. No restroom, so no opportunity to wash your hands. No ordering from cashiers. Help is rarely available at self-service kiosks. The touchscreen is very dirty and unhygienic.

Absolutely disappointing – that's no way to treat customers! We ordered as usual and ate outside, then left for a short while. When we returned and sat down at the same table, the staff spoke to us extremely rudely. The employee claimed we weren't allowed to sit there because we hadn't bought anything and were drinking someone else's product, which is true, but come on, that's not acceptable. Shortly afterward, the manager came over, also very rude, and accused us of the same thing. They said they didn't know anything about our previous order – as if we were making it up! No clarification, no friendliness, no consideration. Instead, we were treated as if we were uninvited guests. And this despite the fact that the place wasn't full at all – three of the five or six tables were free! We weren't bothering anyone, we weren't taking anyone's seat, we just wanted to sit outside for a short while. To be treated so rudely and condescendingly is absolutely unacceptable. I will definitely not buy anything there again. Anyone who treats paying guests like this should urgently work on their behavior and customer service. Absolute disappointment!

Unfortunately, there's no free restroom or handwashing facility after ordering via a dirty touchscreen. At least we were offered a refreshing wipe.

It was my first time at this branch. The first impression was very positive. Everything was up to date. Unfortunately, my order apparently wasn't as fresh as the rest. The fries were lukewarm and soggy, and the burger bun was bone dry. After complaining and arguing at the cashier, I at least got fresh fries. The burger was only reluctantly replaced after much back and forth with the supervisor. Although the new one didn't exactly live up to Burger King quality. It's a shame, really. Above all, I thought the argument during the complaint wasn't necessary. It's a real shame.

At this Burger King, you can also order Butter Chicken, Chicken Korma, and Chicken Masala upon request… all top-notch. Delicious

Ordered food there and half of the deal we ordered was missing from our order. This is not the first time they forgot to pack some food items. Called and were told they had it but had no drivers and couldn't contact Lieferando about it. But we could come pick it up ourselves. We're walking disabled. A refund was not offered nor any other kind of help. Abysmal service. Do not recommend.

Review from the corona period is of course no longer current: this Burger King has clearly had a makeover. Only I feel a bit cheated by their "King des Monats" it turned out to be a cheese burger with some slices of bacon. While in the photo you see a decent piece of beef and large slices of bacon: the price is reasonable, but it does not correspond to what is depicted on those posters outside.

Everything is fine, as usual. As tasty as possible, the service is fast, the tables are clean. The downside is that there is no free toilet and nowhere to even wash your hands. The toilet is in the next room.

The prices at Burger King are slowly exploding - we paid a whopping €54 for two people with two menus and two extras - wings and nuggets. Unbelievable

Not recommended, the unfriendliest place in the world. Was there at 7:30 and asked when it would open. The answer from the supposed branch manager was such disrespectful insolence that is second to none. If you don't feel like it, you should stay at home

If you want to grab a few fast food burgers in a hurry, Burger King is fine. Of course it can't be compared to all the "self-made" burgers, that's a completely different product and experience, which I would always prefer. But sometimes you pick up a few burgers while passing by, for example in the evening after work. Everything is done very quickly and easily by ordering on the touchscreen and then accepting the order fairly quickly at the checkout. The burgers taste very good, in all variations, as do the side dishes and the many promotional products and specials that change very regularly. I think at Burger King you have a much greater variety and better burger taste than at its big competitor, where everything tastes the same in the long run and you hardly have any other options to choose from. The prices here are okay for larger burgers such as the Whopper, although it has to be said that the smaller burgers such as the Cheeseburger or Double Cheeseburger have now become a bit expensive, considering that you can eat them up in just a few bites and usually cost 3- Would have to take 4 pieces. The store is smartly furnished and appears clean. The employees are so friendly and seem organized, the orders go out quickly and don't sit on the counter for long. At the big competitor there are sometimes 5-10 bags on the counter and no one knows who they belong to and the employees don't really communicate with the customer. It's much, much better here. The store has a drive-thru and is conveniently located on a very important and busy main road, and there is also a bus stop across the street. There is also the option to eat outside on the terrace. There is a large gas station next to the store. There is also a large parking lot in front of the door. Overall I'm happy considering it's a large franchise chain. Thank you 😃

Mr. Anas Alakoub was very unfriendly when we asked nicely why the ice cream machine had already been cleaned 45 minutes before closing time. His word to us was “would we be his boss” instead of saying in a nice and friendly manner that the machine would be cleaned beforehand. I will never enter this store again.

The Burger King itself is okay: Sufficiently clean, the staff friendly and the food as it should be at BK. However, the toilets are terrible! You have to pay 50(!) cents just to go to the toilet and then no toilet can be used there and all the diseases in the world are included! For families with children who might have to go to the toilet while eating, even if it's just to wash their fingers: keep driving. Category disgusting (see photos)

You can only order electronically, I don't think it's fully developed yet. If you want to order in person it is not possible. The new atmosphere is terrible. The food is as always.

I don't know how many times I've ordered, paid by credit card and only received part. Yesterday instead of 4 burgers only 3, was cheated out of a whole €5. I don't know, if you're already overwhelmed with 4 burgers you should probably apply for early retirement.

It's my go to burger King. Standard burger King taste, no problems with the service but since it's around the HBF it has some questionable people around. I got asked for money by said people while eating inside more than enough

Yesterday, after a long time, I was at Burger King with a colleague, we both ordered a whopper, we both had thins today and I had to throw up several times, that didn't come from anywhere!!! The health department should stop by there, it didn't look to me like the employees were washing their hands every now and then.
