Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. We ordered at the terminal with seat service. After about 30 minutes I go to the counter and lo and behold, the order is waiting to be picked up. What do you offer a service for if it doesn't work? Food is accordingly cold. Staff hopelessly overwhelmed. The only time I enter the store is to go to the toilet.

The food and ambience is McDonald's, so you know beforehand what you're having. But I had to wait 15 minutes for a coffee and a breakfast wrap. And there wasn't even really anything going on. There were 2 others and I in the store in the 15 minutes. You go to McDonald's because you want it to be quick and not for the interior design or an attitude to life

I was there for dinner today. I placed my order digitally and went to the checkout to pay. 2 male employees started shouting at me, I didn't understand what was going on, they didn't take my order and insulted me in public. I called McDonald's communications many times, there is no answer. There is no excuse. Very rude people, never 🙅 again

Antisocial, incompetent and dirty!!!! A McSundae and iced coffee shake caramel were ordered to be consumed on site (with supposed table service). After 40 minutes of waiting at a dirty table, my mother asked an employee when our order would finally be delivered. The answer was “It’s busy, the order will be delivered soon.” While we continued to wait, other customers who arrived much later than us were served table service first. After waiting another fruitless 20 minutes (60 minutes total), I went to the counter to ask what the hell was with the order. The employee with a beard and glasses at the counter apparently couldn't find the order in the system, so I had to place the order again and take it with me myself. When we got to the table it turned out that there wasn't a single drop of coffee in the iced coffee, just cold milk cream. Again we had to go to the counter to complain about the order. The only answer was “That’s how the machine does it.” After further arguments, a new iced coffee was finally made. To my surprise, the iced COFFEE CARAMEL finally had coffee, but not caramel!!! This place is an absolute disaster. Aside from the terrible customer service and organization, the tables there are extremely dirty. The employees prefer to smoke in front of the door instead of taking care of the store and hygiene.

A very good McDonald's, offering: tasty, inexpensive and fast food. It's usually crowded, but sometimes there are empty seats. It includes a clean bathroom and is open late. I recommend the delicious McSet (Big Mac, fries and Coca-Cola) and the rest of the delicious food ;) I will definitely come back here when I visit this city again.

Our number wasn't listed on the screen. When we asked politely, the employee simply said “Your problem”. She remained unfriendly the whole time and then just told us that it would take longer now. She didn't want to give us a reason either. Another employee was then kind enough to explain things. Disrespectful how she treats customers!

At 11:30 p.m., 80% of the tables are full of leftovers. The trolley with the trays is full. The toilet is unclean... toilet paper is missing. The order was incomplete. The fries were then carelessly added. Apparently they had been lying there cold for a long time. Tastes like old fat. It was also very unclean on the floor in the kitchen. Okay service. Went in winter, so great place to get some work done as one waits for the malls to open up.

We waited so long just to get a order where our drinks where missing? We waited more than 30min. It looks like the employees don't really work together in a team and blame eachother constantly for the mistakes. For our missing drinks we needed to wait 10 extra minutes just so we get forgotten again? Unbelievable. Our ice-cream that we ordered was melted and the food was as cold as the melted ice-cream. We choose MC's so we could have quick food. But our expected quick lunch became a long wait. The toilet were full of trash and all of them were brocken. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. But there was a nice lady she kinda made our day.

The food is what you would expect from a McDonalds. So full marks here. The service can be expanded. With larger orders I always forgot something. I don't feel like having to frantically ask three times so that I can finally get everything I paid for. Sometimes it was the mayo, sometimes it was the extra chocolate sauce in the milkshake. Bacon as an extra on the burger was also simply overlooked. More attention needs to be paid to this sort of thing. My tip: check the order again when it is handed out. Read the receipt with your order carefully and do everything that is written on it. The atmosphere is also a clean McDonald's. So absolutely okay for what it is. The outdoor area is also quite nice in summer.

Even though I and the EKZ have WiFi, the app didn't work again. I always lose collection points because of this. The staff was helpful, but the percentages are still missing. The burger and fries are cold again. The air conditioning is so cold that your fingers freeze and you catch a cold. The strawberry shake was without strawberry sauce, twice. Eating is definitely not fun. Staff a bit demotivated. Guests too. The screwed tables and chairs annoy me. Not everyone is a size 36. All in all, neither tasty nor comfortable. Next time I'd rather go back to Burger King.

Went here to eat on our weekend trip. It was so great, the fries were salty, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside with a perfect level of heat... some of the best fries we've ever had. We'll definitely be back, big praise for the great cuisine and the super friendly staff in a lovely atmosphere ☺️

Eine maximale McDonald‘s Erfahrung. Sehr schöne, offene Inneneinrichtung, hebt sich deutlich von anderen Filialen ab. Außerdem wird hier ein unfassbares Arbeitstempo an den Tag gelegt. Unser Essen erreichte uns in Schallgeschwindigkeit und knackeheiß. Zudem auch noch kostenlose, saubere Toiletten. Eine top Filiale!

heute nicht volle kundschaft gewesen.. big mc war eiskalt.. mc rib ging noch... tidche wie immer und je dreckig.. srühle verschmiert... und die reinigunsfrau solöte lieber ihrer arbeit nachgehen und nicht meinem sohn (9J) der selbstverständig auf die herrentoilette geht und ich draussen vor der Tür warte meint er müsste zu den damen dakit die Herren nicht warten sollen... ich meinte wieso er ist alt genug alleine zu gehen. aber nein kinder solltenihrer Meinungen nach zu den damen! warum?!! wartwn die damen nicht???!? nur die herren? sie hat nicht zu entscheiden wo mein sohn rein geht das ist eine Frechheit!!! man sollte ihr mal ihrer rechte und Aufgaben da mal erklären... siw arbeitet zwar seit ü10jahren dort.. das weiss ich aber trotzdem sie hat nicht zu entscheiden ob die kids bei den damen oder Herren gehen!!! mein sohn war irritiert und verwundert, und fragte mich warum er zu den frauen gehen sollte und wieso sie das entscheidet!!! lieber mal ordnung halten in der schnierbude!!bin richtig sauer! man kriegt das eckeln... würden die kids das sich nicht manchmal wünschen... bähhhhh

Ein kleiner feiner Mc Donalds Store. Bei meinem Besuch war der Store Sauber und ordentlich. Die 5 Bedienterminals sowie die Tische und Stühle waren blitzeblank. Der Kaffe war gut und die zwei Burger ungewöhnlich heiß 🔥 Kompliment an die Küche und den Service. Selten so etwas positives bei einem Fastfood Restaurant erlebt. Weiter so!

Also.. so ist der laden ja Sauber und ganz ok.. ABER, was ich beim besten Willen nicht verstehen kann.. McDonald's soll ja nenn Schnellrestaurant sein ,UND warum sind dann seit bestimmt 2 Jahren, nur eine Kasse (von 3 ) offen.. Und mann / Frau .. muss echt lange auf sein essen warten und das hat für mich definitiv nichts mit Schnellrestaurant zutun ..

Lange Wartezeit, unfreundliches Personal, nicht besetzte Bar-Kasse. Der Verkäufer pöbelt, nachdem er die Kasse dann endlich doch besetzte, erstmal von selber los. Also sich einer über die lange Wartezeit beschwerte, antwortete die Verkäuferin: „Was wollen Sie? Die anderen warten auch schon so lange!“ So geht’s nicht! Ich werde dort nicht mehr hingehen.

Es war sehr voll, Massenabfertigung alles schnell und schnell. Da ich eine Augenop hatte und 10 Stunden nichts gegessen hatte war mir das egal.

Miese Öffnungszeiten! Da kommst du Freitag Abends kurz vor Feierabend dorthin und schon wirst du direkt weggeschickt, wie eine reudige Dachtaube... Öffnungszeiten sind nicht an den Bedarf angepasst ...........

Die Tische waren alle dreckig. Außerdem hat eine Angestellte einen Stapel gebrauchter Tabletts mit Müll auf unserem Tisch abgestellt. Wir kamen uns vor wie in einer Satiresendung.

Habe 2 Menüs bestellt über Uber Eats und erhalte 1/3 davon. Glaub da arbeiten nur Sonderschüler weil wer verpeilt einfach mal mehr als die Hälfte einzupacken. Kann ja nur ein Idiot sein!

Die wahrscheinlich besten rohen kalten Pommes die ich je gegessen habe. Aja und die Majo wurde auch vergessen.Danke für diese kulinarische Glanzleistung. Personal total überfordert, die hälfte der Bestellung wird vergessen.

Ein Witz! Als ich bestellt habe stand da, ihr würdet 25-40 Minuten brauchen. Während ich gewartet habe ist die Zeit immer gestiegen und eine Stunde nach der Bestellung muss ich immer noch 30 Minuten weiter warten... Wer braucht 1,5 Stunden für ein kleines qualitativ minderwertiges Menü? Ich wohne 2 Straßen entfernt von euch! Wen wollt ihr verarschen? *Nachtrag: ich habe nach eineinhalb stunden anstatt einer großen Pommes eine kleine bekommen und ihr habt die Majo vergessen... könnt ihr eigentlich überhaupt irgendwas?

Typische MCDONALD'S,...einmal hin essen bestellen ob digital oder analog alles möglich,.. Personal nett meistens sauber auch die Toiletten . Typische Burger wie immer essen und 2 Std später wieder Hunger

I never understood the sweet sauce in burgers. This doesn't happen in India, so honestly, I never liked the sweet chicken burgers of Mac D in this place.

Frappé bestellt um diesen während der Zugfahrt genießen zu können. Die Milch darin ist verdorben es schmeckt säuerlich und unappetitlich. 4.19€ in die Tonne 👍🏼

Ich habe mir ein Happy Meal (Cheeseburger) bestellt, zusätzlich noch ein stilles Wasser und McFlurry. Pommes war gut, das Cheeseburger mag ich eher nicht, weil es sehr platt ist (kann man verstehen, weil es für Kinder ist), aber das McFlurry… McFlurry wurde geschmolzen reserviert und das Spielzeug wurde vergessen. Ich habe vom Menü auch Äpfel bestellt. Die Äpfel waren sehr, sehr weich. Die haben nicht geschmeckt. Dieses Geld, bzw. ü.10€ hat sich nicht gelohnt. Die Atmosphäre war eigentlich gut. Nicht zu laut, ganz chillig. LG
