They forgot to give me the receipt and they cook very slowly

I waited 35 minutes for my two happy meals with two hungry children. After I complained, I was brushed off with a provocative smile and a disrespectful bye bye. I was laughed at and portrayed like an asi. Everyone laughed at me because I complained. I was waved after and called: “Hello, yes, please feel free to complain!” . I have never experienced such a disrespectful manner in my entire life, in front of my children and all the people there. I will write to the company again! There are consequences! I am an experienced woman, a managing director and founder of a brand. I definitely won't let someone who feels like they've been here in Germany treat me like that. I have never been so humiliated.

the new milkshake is a real scam. I got a rash from it and am currently in the intensive care unit. I have a stomach bug and need an infusion. Burger King on the 1st never again. Doesn't look like the photo at all. shake was just light green rather white. looked like moldy milk.

Well, I was at McDonalds and when my order didn't arrive after half an hour, I asked very politely where my order had gone. A woman then replied in a very unfriendly and impertinent manner that she had already placed the order and handed it over, but that wasn't true because at McDonalds you always have to hand in the receipt straight away. And I still had the receipt. That means the person who would have taken it purely hypothetically didn't hand in their receipt at all. So now I'm asking myself, how can I file a complaint? I neither got the money back nor received my order and I was also treated very unkindly.

Regularly underground but this time I'll write a comment. At least 2 people standing behind the counter grab the fries with their bare hands and "try" licking their fingers only to then touch the nuggets 2 or 3 times. That was the last time.

I ordered Mc Rib and 9 chicken Mc Nuggets, after 20 minutes nothing was there, I had to get my train. I asked for a cancellation or a replacement product, the employee said you just have to wait (even though I pointed out the train). So I had to go and McDonalds is happy about the 12€ I earned. But: After I got home, I ate wholemeal toast with meat and a salad. It was lighter and healthier than the MC Rib and the 9 nuggets, in retrospect it's a shame about the 12€, but maybe it was better that I didn't get the Mc Rib and nuggets, which might have been heavy on my stomach during the night.

Warning about aggressive male sellers. On April 19th we ordered food for around €20. The preparation took exactly 53 minutes and we received the wrong order, made from cold leftovers. When we complained, we were threatened with beatings by a very aggressive little man with glasses (foreign origin). Then another foreigner rushed to his aid and also threatened us. This inhumane lathe must be banned and such willing primates must be deported! A disgrace! The health department will also be informed!

Outraged! On a Monday lunchtime, two of my friends and I made our way to McDonalds in Bilk. Full of anticipation, we ordered the “Minecraft menu” for a whopping €12.99. However: the menu came without the hoped-for Minecraft toy. Deeply shocked, we pointed out to the waitress that we were getting another gift. But we were turned away. No gift, cold fries, bland burger. I'll never go here again!

I don't have to say anything about McDonald's food, it is what it is. Unfortunately, in this branch you almost always get things that have been lying around for a long time, i.e. are limp and cooled down. The tables are mostly dirty and sticky. There is trash everywhere. If you want to eat fast food, there are better places anyway, but when it comes to McDonald's you should avoid this branch in particular.

Mc donalds bilk arcaden.Coffee is prepared by laypeople. When you try to scan the app it feels like you are trying to do something bad, reluctantly scanning the code. All employees, except a few, are rude and disrespectful. I drink coffee there every day, but today is the last day.And I will never shop for my son in this branch again.I'm really sorry about McDonald's.

A McDonalds next to an S-Bahn station is actually a practical thing. 25 minutes until the next train arrives, a lot of people behind the counter - that sounds like enough time. Unfortunately, you order at the machine and realize too late that three of the employees are actually just busy looking at the order monitor every minute and freezing in awe. In between, fries are shaken in the basket and strict care is taken not to give out any food. It's not particularly healthy, so thank you for taking on the responsibility. The other half of the workforce is desperately looking for a buyer for the food that was prepared way too late. They have probably long since left the store in frustration. At some point, despite all odds, the food will be ready. Fortunately, the employees are aware of the fact that you have to eat quickly in order to reach the train in time. That's why the food is usually served relatively cold. Of course, after 20 minutes the train is already gone

Worst staff ever and unfriendly

Fries were really salty even for McDonald's fries, there were no reusable cups, even though there were always people there and the food was somehow cold. But it was quick and what do you expect from fast food at night? Good enough. If there were kebabs under 7 euros at that time, I would have gotten them there

A very good McDonald's, offering: tasty, inexpensive and fast food. It's usually crowded, but sometimes there are empty seats. It includes a clean bathroom and is open late. I recommend the delicious McSet (Big Mac, fries and Coca-Cola) and the rest of the delicious food ;) I will definitely come back here when I visit this city again.

The menu was way too cold and then they complained about me because I brought it back. I can't recommend McDonald's more. I would never go out to eat again.

Disgusting toilets, how does something like that even work?

The food tastes good, but I would be happy if the tables weren't always so sticky. It's nice that there are sockets, but they have to be cleaned. Otherwise everything is great every time.

If you have to go very quickly and, for example, nothing else is open in the evening, you can rely on McDonalds. Very tasty every now and then, but can't keep up with all the "self-made" products these days, like in burger shops. Burgers in various designs, side dishes such as fries or finger food such as Chicken McNuggets, desserts such as ice cream or milkshakes, even wraps or salad, additional regular specials and promotions, all of these products are "ok" but not worth mentioning and no comparison at all to freshly made products. McDonalds was also known for its great bargains, e.g. for €1, but due to the current situation this is no longer possible. Accordingly, the price here is roughly in the same region as some "self-made burger shops", which is more worthwhile. Quite good in a hurry, but it lags significantly behind today's times with all the shops that are springing up today where "self-made" burgers, kebabs, fries, etc. are offered. The shop itself looks good so far, a large part of the clientele in the shop is sometimes extremely loud, the staff seems tense, the counter is sometimes filled with tons of ordered bags where no one knows exactly who they belong to and the customers don't really pay attention your order number. The tables and seats are sometimes left dirty. It's a shame, but you turn a blind eye to quick food.

This is unhealthy fast food, why should there be so many stars?! After all, food is the core of what a restaurant should focus on. But if the food is designed to be “body-unfriendly” from the start, it definitely won’t get more than 2 stars! Two stars because the toilets were clean this time(!), I had a different experience in this ablissement. You can now easily compare the food from McDonald's and Co. with other burger joints. It's also simply worse when it comes to making burgers, fries, salt and actually in the general price-performance ratio compared to small burger joints. - Who do not belong to a franchise company. Now many would say, it's clear. But why is it not clear that one should not aim for a direct comparison. After all, McDonald's isn't untouchable! (Of course, there are 5 stars for the addictive factor that fast food providers may aim for in their guests' food (goal achieved).

I ordered a Big Tasty Bacon Burger, but unfortunately it was cold and not “tasty” at all. After a complaint, the employee brought me a new one, but in a reluctant and rude manner. This new burger, while slightly better, was still colder than the burgers I get elsewhere. Apparently they don't know how to properly prepare a burger here.

Speechless. I sit at a dirty table for 30 minutes... the female staff chats, drinks coffee, plays on the cell phone, while the very committed young man does everything else. Then the lady blames this colleague because he speaks bad German.. zero insight and then wipes the tables in annoyance. The toilet is full of blood. This isn't the first time, it's so dirty in this store and the female employees laugh at customers when they turn around. In addition, the branch manager was apparently there.. also drinking coffee on his cell phone.. The young man was at least friendly and hard-working

I was intentionally given the wrong toy for my child. You can even see at the checkout whether there are any left. Unfortunately, the employee gave me the wrong one and claimed the original one wasn't there. I even showed him where it was but he didn't want to listen. Incredible.

I've lived in the area for four years and have never had such a frustrating experience. I saw with my own eyes how this employee mixed old fries with some freshly fried ones - and that's supposed to be a portion? If the employee is working so annoyed, he should go home!

Terrible experience at McDonald's. I bought a 20-pack of Chicken McNuggets and was very disappointed to discover that half of them were obviously spoiled: hard, dry and inedible. Furthermore, the fresh nuggets were mixed with the old ones - a clear attempt to deceive the customer. It is unacceptable that such a large brand does not guarantee minimum standards of quality and freshness. I will never go there again and advise anyone not to shop there!

Never experienced such unfriendly and incompetent employees as in this store. We are still happy to discuss proof of receipt for the sauces. I understand that mistakes sometimes occur in a stressful job, but it's a mystery to me how someone can be so rude and rude when a mistake is pointed out.

The employee told me to wait another two hours - and then just hung up!!!!!!! Also, instead of two chicken burgers, only one was delivered!!!!!!!!!! According to Lieferando, I can write an email with my complaint and receive a 10% voucher. Or I cancel the order and order somewhere else. But what should I do with a €4.20 voucher? And then wait another two hours for other food????????? Who gives you the right to such behavior and this quality of service?????????

The order numbers are always immediately marked on the screen as ready for collection and deleted. You then wait an eternity until the order is actually ready and called up. Is that correct?

The waiting time for the order is more than 30 minutes. Rude behavior from staff towards visitors. and milk foam instead of cappuccino.

Meat taste sour, disgusting. Arabic lady around 40s, 155cm -ish start to claim she worked there for 20 years and sausage egg mcmuffin taste sour because they put lemon inside. She start to calling me "brother" aggressively chunk muffins into trash can and refund me with constant questioning of "how much is ome mc muffin cost?" To me. If she worked for 20 yrs at Mc Donalds, she should know better than this. Or has a key to access to PoS casher. Chaotic liar.

Slow, dirty and unfriendly. We waited 20 minutes for a milkshake. The employees shout the numbers through the store instead of using the display (wouldn't be a problem if the employees could understand German). There was feces and toilet paper all over the floor of the toilet. The tables and outside area were full of rubbish. A case for the health department.

This is the most uncomfortable McDonalds in Düsseldorf. Always very busy, staff overwhelmed. There is residual waste lying around everywhere (but this is largely the fault of the customers, who probably leave everything at home). It's so narrow between the tables that you're constantly being jostled. And the permanently installed tables and chairs are a disaster. Not suitable for tall and fat people. You really should change something.

This place doesn't even offer drinks that are included in the basic menu. Be sure to check when you will receive the product.

Disaster, you can tell that the employees are all overwhelmed 1 chicken burger where you can see that everything is just slapped on top, 20 minutes waiting time. After 20 minutes I wanted to cancel the order because I had a doctor's appointment and otherwise wouldn't have made it in time, no one was interested, they made me wait another 10 minutes, they didn't answer me either, they just ignored me and left it there. The employees were so overwhelmed that one of them walked around the store and announced that they should no longer order at the terminal, and generally no more orders were accepted. (Opening time until 0h)

This is by far the rancidest McDonald's I've ever been to. Not only is the interior unkempt as it doesn't seem to be swept regularly, the service is incredibly slow and sloppy. I wanted to buy a McFlurry in the evening and had to wait almost 15 minutes because the orders were being processed very slowly and there were several annoyed customers in front of me who also had to wait. After what felt like an eternity I got my McFlurry, but not all the ingredients were available, so at full price I only got about half of what I was entitled to. It should also be noted that many of the employees just stand around and do nothing other than help with the orders and that's why it takes so long. Just don't go to the McDonalds in the arcades!!!

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. We ordered at the terminal with seat service. After about 30 minutes I go to the counter and lo and behold, the order is waiting to be picked up. What do you offer a service for if it doesn't work? Food is accordingly cold. Staff hopelessly overwhelmed. The only time I enter the store is to go to the toilet.

I was there for dinner today. I placed my order digitally and went to the checkout to pay. 2 male employees started shouting at me, I didn't understand what was going on, they didn't take my order and insulted me in public. Antisocial, incompetent and dirty!!!! A McSundae and iced coffee shake caramel were ordered to be consumed on site (with supposed table service). After 40 minutes of waiting at a dirty table, my mother asked an employee when our order would finally be delivered. The answer was “It’s busy, the order will be delivered soon.” While we continued to wait, other customers who arrived much later than us were served table service first. After waiting another fruitless 20 minutes (60 minutes total), I went to the counter to ask what the hell was with the order. The employee with a beard and glasses at the counter apparently couldn't find the order in the system, so I had to place the order again and take it with me myself. When we got to the table it turned out that there wasn't a single drop of coffee in the iced coffee, just cold milk cream. Again we had to go to the counter to complain about the order. The only answer was “That’s how the machine does it.” After further arguments, a new iced coffee was finally made. To my surprise, the iced COFFEE CARAMEL finally had coffee, but not caramel!!! This place is an absolute disaster. Aside from the terrible customer service and organization, the tables there are extremely dirty. The employees prefer to smoke in front of the door instead of taking care of the store and hygiene.

At 11:30 p.m., 80% of the tables are full of leftovers. The trolley with the trays is full. The toilet is unclean... toilet paper is missing. The order was incomplete. Okay service. Went in winter, so great place to get some work done as one waits for the malls to open up.

We waited so long just to get a order where our drinks where missing? We waited more than 30min. It looks like the employees don't really work together in a team and blame eachother constantly for the mistakes. For our missing drinks we needed to wait 10 extra minutes just so we get forgotten again? Unbelievable. Our ice-cream that we ordered was melted and the food was as cold as the melted ice-cream. We choose MC's so we could have quick food. But our expected quick lunch became a long wait. The toilet were full of trash and all of them were brocken. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. But there was a nice lady she kinda made our day.

The food is what you would expect from a McDonalds. So full marks here. The service can be expanded. With larger orders I always forgot something. I don't feel like having to frantically ask three times so that I can finally get everything I paid for. Sometimes it was the mayo, sometimes it was the extra chocolate sauce in the milkshake. Bacon as an extra on the burger was also simply overlooked. More attention needs to be paid to this sort of thing. My tip: check the order again when it is handed out. Read the receipt with your order carefully and do everything that is written on it. The atmosphere is also a clean McDonald's. So absolutely okay for what it is. The outdoor area is also quite nice in summer.
