Well, since I've been ordering from McDonald's I've only had bad experiences. The staff is apparently so underexposed that they can't read the entire order. This is no joke, something is missing from every order. Either it's the sauces or several burgers. It simply cannot be that all the employees present are too brainless to record the components of a simple order. I would prefer not to give a star, one is definitely too many. I'm probably too stupid to understand that no matter who works at McDonald's, my order will never arrive as ordered. It's fascinating how people today are unable to process a simple order.

MOLDY BURGER BUN!!!! The typical McDonald's visit, but this time more extreme. Soggy fries, cold burgers, you don't know it any other way. But this time there was even mold on the burger bun. Not completely moldy, but STILL mold on the bun. We then got a new burger, but if this bun was moldy and you didn't notice it, I don't want to know how many other buns there were. Upon exit I turned around to thank the toilet attendant (I had left my bags etc downstairs with the rest of my family) she asked me for my receipt, when I told her I was sorry it was downstairs, she started to get angry with me saying the toilets were for customers only and pointing at her money tray. The woman sitting near the toilet is rather rude. Sometimes people don’t have coins in XIX century, there should be alternatives. And when you want to clean up the table, you find out that there is nowhere to put the tray, there is no space. And there is no space because no one is cleaning that in time. If your table is dirty (like really dirty) and you kindly ask to clean it, it will not happen until you finish, they just don’t care. One of the most frustrating McDonaldses I’ve ever been to :((

Каждый раз обещаю себе последний визит в эту сеть и с каждым разом Макдональдс становится все хуже🤦🏼‍♀️Заказали с подругой по шаурме,капучино и какао.Буквально полгода назад шаурма была намного лучше:больше,вкуснее и в картонной коробке.Вчера нам дали непонятно что.Сначала долго не могли разобраться что кому принесли,ведь подруга заказала острую,а я нет.На бумажной упаковке ничего не было написано.Хотя раньше в картонной коробке были обозначения и можно было легко понять кто что заказал.Сама шаурма была очень маленькая и сам лаваш,в который заворачивают начинку был очень тонкий и резиновый. Напитки были уже тёплыми,а не горячими,пена осела.В общем все как обычно плохо и больше эту сеть точно посещать не хочу.

Das Personal war wie immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aber die verflixte App funktionierte wie seit Monaten mal wieder nicht, es hat ewig gedauert, bis meine bereits vor dem Eintreffen bestellte und bezahlte Bestellung endlich bestätigt und ein Abholcode angezeigt wurde. Der Fehler liegt nicht bei der Filiale! Ich hasse die Bestellung per Terminal oder App, und das liegt nicht am Alter! Früher ging persönlich alles schneller. Mir sind Menschen lieber. Die Abräumstation ist leicht zu übersehen. Vermutlich lassen deshalb manche Gäste ihre Tabletts stehen. Auch gibt es hier keinen WLAN Empfang, auch das eigene Mobilnetz hat schlechten Empfang. Der Horror heute war das "tolle?" Rösti Raclette Menü.. Einfach nur K...TZ.

Unfreundlichstes Personal was ich je erlebt habe. Geht gar nicht. Besonders eine Mitarbeiterin mit langen braunen Haaren an der Kasse legt solch ein Verhalten an den Tag, dass ich sie direkt entlassen würde.

Mein letzter Mc Donalds Besuch in dieser Filiale. Wurde gerade von einer Mitarbeiterin mit langen braunen Haaren an der Kasse auf ukrainisch beleidigt weil ich gefragt habe warum kein Tischservice angeboten wird. Das Essen war kalt und ungenießbar. Aber als ich es umtauschen wollte wurde mir dies verwehrt. Werde mich auf jeden Fall bei Mc Donalds darüber beschweren. Zahle nicht für altes Essen.

Бургер был пресным. Для колы не было трубочки. Пить колу со льдом не удобно. Но вишенка на торте это то что нельзя сходить в туалет. На входе сидит женщина и собирает по 50 центов. К сожалению у меня не было с собой мелочи, а были только крупные купюры. Руки помыть и в туалет сходить я не смог.

В жару при температуре на улице 33градуса не работал кондиционер, нет трубочек для колы,пришлось пить прямо из стаканов ,дети расстроились. Так мало того,нет и крышечек для стаканов.

Ich bin gerade rassistisch beleidigt worden, ich solle als "Deutsche" (bin ein Mann), den Mund halten. Ich habe einen farbigen McD Mitarbeiter, der wohl das Sagen in der Schicht hatte, angesprochen, weil dieser einen anderen Mitarbeiter lautstark, so dass das ganze Restaurant es hören konnte, und mit Fäkaliensprache zurechtgewiesen hat. Dort gehe ich nie wieder hin, ich hoffe, der Mitarbeiter der gedemütigt wurde sucht sich einen besseren Job.

Heute dort gewesen in der Mittagspause, viel los, dennoch gut organisiert. Musste nicht lange warten, alles heiß und frisch zubereitet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Gut gelegen für eine Shoppingpause in der City. Ich komme gerne wieder. Auch Sonderwünsche sind hier kein Problem. Danke dafür!
