It tastes like any other, except the staff can't even answer any questions – very nice (not).

Hello, Public Order Office. This McDonald's is charging for using the restroom – no cash register, no receipt, just a "money tray." Furthermore, staff enter the women's restroom to check the payment. This appears to be an illegal extortion attempt and is a clear violation of privacy and decency. Absolutely unacceptable for an international chain.

I ordered a McRib but it was empty, which was later fixed by staff. The restrooms were filthy, while a man was receiving money and just sat on the chair...

The branch was very clean, well-organized, and the food was ready within just a few minutes. I will say that I tried the McSmart meal for the first time, and it wasn’t really economical - it was simply a very small meal.

I was standing in front of the the pickup point. And no one is there. The worker told me I couldn’t stand there. I have to back to the bench. And the manner is so unfriendly.

I drunkenly devoured three burgers for 20 bucks: a Big Rösti and two others (I forgot the name). It was quick, I'd do it exactly the same way again.

..with children in tow, it's a safe place for a quick meal while visiting the city...nothing less, nothing more...

After all these years, I was disappointed today. I placed a fairly large order, and the staff never seem to care about making the food properly, especially towards the end of the order. I waited an extremely long time, and the food was just carelessly thrown together. The cheese wasn't cooked through, or it was completely on the cardboard box instead of on the burger. I feel sorry for the employees; they don't get paid well 😅 otherwise, my burger wouldn't have been so carelessly prepared. McDonald's is a brand, so my review won't make much of a difference, but I just wanted to vent a little.

So-so! The heavily pigmented guy at the toilet follows you around without saying hello and makes a fuss about the 50 cents for using the toilet!

Worst service ever, unfriendly staff.

They forgot to make drinks and some food from the order.

The guy in charge of the toilets wasn't even doing his job (the toilets were disgusting, the seat and floor were wet, and there was paper on the floor in the anteroom), but he sent away children who didn't have 50 cents... Another customer only had foreign currency with him, and the man seriously asked to see his wallet and searched through it for small change... A third customer came and said he didn't have any small change but just wanted to wash his hands, which would have been okay, but he was told at least 4-5 more times that he wasn't allowed to use the toilet... I was speechless... In the approximately 1.5 hours we were there, he didn't move from his chair once.

I've visited this McDonald's twice, and both times my order was taken incorrectly. I won't be coming here again. They also charge extra for using the restroom.

McDonald's regularly has special offers, but prices have risen significantly in recent years. You won't get full quickly. Restrooms are clean but cramped. The McDonald's app and/or kiosk aren't always easy to use.

This is fraud! I redeemed my discount coupon, and the item should have cost me €2.50. When I paid, I only received €1.50 in change from the €5 I had paid. Afterward, the second discount coupon didn't work, so we went to the self-service kiosk to change our order. When we returned, we realized we had been given the wrong change and informed the manager. The manager replied that he wouldn't refund the remaining money because we hadn't contacted him immediately, and the employee had given us everything correctly. In the end, we paid more for the item than we should have, without considering the coupons.

Everything was good. Very good for a McCoy's. Clean, friendly, and the food was freshly prepared. Only some strange characters came in and didn't look entirely healthy... It's a big city, after all.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and ready to assist with any questions. Breakfast was varied and delicious. I wanted to use the restroom, but there was a person sitting in front of it who explicitly demanded 50 cents for use. This is illegal: McDonald's is a restaurant that sells food and beverages and is therefore obligated to provide its customers with free use of the restroom facilities. Such an entrance fee is not permitted. I will therefore report this incident to the relevant authorities. It's very disappointing that this is being practiced here.

Everything was super hectic, we were sent away from our table even though we had gotten something and paid for it!! Unbelievable. Not recommended.

Aside from the fact that 4 out of 5 times a burger is made wrong, everything except the drinks is cold, and it's hotter than a sauna, the service is pretty good. They simply forgot to make our food, and what was once "fast food" turned into a 30-minute wait, with the food in that warming thing and then cold and incorrectly packed into our bags. Fries were just thrown in à la Five Guys, only we didn't have any more here; they were simply unnecessary. On the positive side, they have Big Mac sauce again, and eventually our food was finally prepared.

I was very satisfied with my visit to McDonald's! The service was excellent – ​​fast, friendly, and attentive. There are McDonald's branches (though not many) that put more effort into the food. But the worst are the employees. They speak little or no German. And they aren't particularly friendly either. Cleanliness is mediocre. There are leftover food on the tables and floors.

The fries have been in stock behind the counter for ages and are not made fresh, but even worse are the burgers - ice cold! I immediately complained and asked for a hot burger, and got the next cold burger! really incredible!

I have been a user of the reusable system for a long time and have returned cleaned cups without a receipt several times without any problems. Today I brought back five cups - three of which were from previous visits. I used two of them that day and had a receipt for them. However, an employee refused to accept the remaining three cups without a receipt. He accused me of saying the cups were "unused" because they were clean - even though I explained that I had washed them at home since they had been with me for a week. His answer: “I know the system.” What exactly that meant remained unclear. When I asked how long this regulation had existed, he replied unfriendly: “Do I have to explain to you since when?” The shift manager was called in and also rudely confirmed that no acceptance was possible without a receipt. Ultimately, only two cups with receipts were accepted. Afterwards I went to another McDonald's branch - there all three remaining cups were accepted without discussion. I think it's a shame that customer friendliness and the purpose of the reusable system are apparently not taken seriously in a branch. Respectful treatment would be the minimum.

We visited this branch today and had 2 coffees, 2 apple turnovers and an ice cream. After we were finished I went upstairs and wanted to go to the toilet. I noticed a camping table with cleaning cloths... briefly and before I had even passed the table a lady bluffed at me with the words “I get 50 cents”. I turned on my heel and tried to speak to an employee downstairs. A real conversation did not take place - due to problems with communication. A colleague wanted to help, but that didn't make it any clearer. I understand that the visit is probably free for guests. The toilet attendant didn't ask me at all whether I had eaten anything. It was also explained to me that the toilet is heavily used due to its location in the city center. Be that as it may, I don't wish for such a speech. I was a guest and ate. In order to clarify the matter, I will also write to McDonald’s German headquarters.

In general I will not say that is bad because maybe there's someone who thinks opposite , so for me as a mother I preferred if there were a little nice and also there is a toilet that you should Extra pay for it even if you're a customer, I can accept it if I wasn't dining in but to pay extra that's not acceptable. So better change this one and the atmosphere is odd because the staff were not organised enough.

A MacDonalds Cheaper than in Belgium

I work in delivery service. Bad treatment, unclean food, everything is bad there.

We bought a family for 50 cents each, the service was terrible, they poured literally one tablespoon of ice cream, the horror was literally a couple of potatoes, terrible, did not issue checks, did not want to give change, we were served by a man who looked like a Turk with small curly black hair.

I didn't like it. We were there on March 31, and the guy who served us kept nibbling his tongue.

You have to pay for the toilet even though you got food there and for €1 for using it you don't get a voucher or a receipt. They're not allowed to do that.

I waited a very long time for the order

Disgusting. There were three of us and we ordered food. We took the bill and went to wash our hands with a friend. The woman aggressively began demanding payment. I showed the receipt and we went to the toilet. This rude employee ran into the restroom behind us and started insulting us about paying. It's terrible! gave her €2. the mood was massively spoiled. Why couldn't you wait until we got out? A terrible and rude employee who should be replaced. and also provide a free toilet for visitors. It's free in restaurants, but you have to pay for it in eateries.

Paid toilets in restaurants are terrible and incomprehensible! Unfortunately, there are errors with every order, which are often annoyingly only noticed when you pick it up at home. Today the second patty was missing from the double cheese burger, which I don't think is right. I order a double cheeseburger and would like to have 2 patties. Last time the fries were cold and hard and the chicken nuggets stood for too long and therefore no longer tasted fresh. It's a shame, I would have liked to write something different, but I hope it will change. I now check my order EVERY time before I leave the door.
