A fairly average KFC, quality/price is normal for this type of restaurants

So it wasn't bad. But the Zinger Burger was 0 spicy... Not crispy either - not at all. This is really not good! In addition: the employee at the checkout, an Indian, was in such a bad mood... Not friendly at all, not at all. The mood should be worked on, it scares people away. It's not fun like that. And don't let the chicken pieces get so muddy...

Kürzlich war ich bei KFC und habe das Essen und die Atmosphäre genossen. Die Auswahl an Hühnchen ist großartig – von knusprigen Hähnchenstücken bis zu saftigen Burgern und Wraps ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Besonders gut fand ich die Würze des Hähnchens, die perfekt balanciert war, nicht zu scharf, aber trotzdem mit einer guten Portion Geschmack. Die Pommes waren knusprig und die Getränkeauswahl ausreichend. Der Service war freundlich und schnell, auch wenn es recht voll war. Die Atmosphäre ist typisch für Fast-Food-Restaurants – unkompliziert, aber dennoch gemütlich. Alles in allem war es ein zufriedenstellendes Erlebnis, besonders wenn man Lust auf schnelles und herzhaftes Essen hat.

So the citizens were just as cold I ate it for breakfast. I didn't eat anything else. After 2 hours I was just sick. In the counter they couldn't even communicate in German and English

Very good serves by the young handsome man Karem. The food was spectacular especially after waiting for my flight that was delayed. I recommend it out of all the other places in the Airport. 10/10

So first of all, I can confirm that I was also missing a large fries from my take-away order. That's not good, but it's still manageable. What I can't understand is that the quality control failed. Just a fried chicken foot in my bucket...

This evening I was really in the mood for fast food after a tiring day of travel and, fittingly, the KFC at the airport still had the deep fryers on shortly before midnight. Unfortunately, all three touchscreens for ordering were out of order and ordering directly at the counter was initially difficult because the employee at the checkout hardly spoke any German - but things then ran smoothly in English. My order was ready in no time, despite the fact that a lot of passengers had just landed and it was very busy. The Colonel Original Burger menu was great: the chicken was juicy and crispy, my extra gravy was delicious and spicy, the fries were nice and salty, the cola was ice cold - the evening was saved!

“Something on hand” quickly after the flight. The hot wings were probably fried in old oil. That was category Hunger drives you in. This shouldn't happen in system catering!

The stupid thing is that you can only order at the terminal Price for sauces, mayo, ketchup too expensive

Be careful when ordering something to take away. I've ordered takeaway here several times and each time either something was missing or the menu was completely wrong. Last time I had to quickly get the next train from the airport with my girlfriend. Since there were no guests there at that time, we just wanted to quickly order something to take away. Said and done. We ordered a bucket. Strangely enough, when I picked it up, there was a bag on the counter next to an empty bucket. I specifically asked if that was correct. “Yes, this is normal for a large take-out order,” it said. Then came the surprise when we opened the bag on the train: At first we thought it was “just” the wrong size of fries; instead of being big, she was small. Only later did we see that it was a completely different order, even though we were the only customers there at the time. How can something like this happen? And as I said, this wasn't the first time that something was packed incorrectly or was missing!

Been here, the food is good. Ordered chicken burger box and it’s full for one person. Since it’s airport crowded at times.

My visit to KFC at Düsseldorf Airport was simply great! I would particularly like to highlight the nice staff, who were all very friendly and helpful. A big thank you goes to Sarah, who made my visit really pleasant with her particularly helpful and friendly manner. She did a great job! I'm already looking forward to my next visit. The chicken was excellent so we stocked up for the next two days.

I was there on Thursday afternoon and I was really positively surprised by the friendliness and speed of the young blonde employee. You don't always see something like that. The food was also fresh and really tasty.

Even though there was no other customers they made us wait for 10minutes and least declined the offers shown in the app. And the attitude of the staff was very hateful.

Das Essen war leider nicht frisch gekocht. Das Öl war sicherlich alt und nicht gut. Chicken und Pommes haben wirklich ekelhaft und ungenießbar geschmeckt.

Just dirty. The staff has on January 6th. Hardly any customers around 8 p.m. But the tables and chairs are all dirty. The trash is overflowing and the ground looks even worse. We lost our appetite.

My dear fellow human beings, I have to tell you that my experience in this store was very disappointing. The lettuce in the burger seemed old and the tomatoes seemed rather unripe. Even the fries and hot wings were inedible and the chicken in the burger was extremely hard. Unfortunately, consumption led to, as you know it, diarrhea. TO MENTION this was my first meal. It would be wise to think twice about eating fast food even when there seems to be no other option. You know people just make their own food or go to “better” places even if it seems expensive. Das Servicepersonal hat uns freundlich empfangen und die Bestellung schnell entgegen genommen. Diese wurde auch schnell bearbeitet und das Essen war dementsprechend frisch u heiss. Es waren auch genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden und es wurde auch drauf geachtet , dass diese auch sauber gehalten werden. Wir sind regelmäßig da und kommen immer wieder gerne dahin .

Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt, Hähnchenteile waren sehr schmackhaft und heißt serviert. Pommes schön gebräunt und knusprig. Immer wieder gern am Flughafen Düsseldorf KFC zu essen.

Asked to order at the till and was rudely pointed to the self-service machines, only 3 and 1 wasn't working, plus busy night, attitude to a customer atrocious. Place should be closed! So went across the way to McDonald's ordered at the till even though there were many self-service machines and got treated politely. And food is probably less unhealthy that deep fried chicken in bad oils, so thank you Mr Untrained, you contributed to slight better earing and lower KFC profits👍😁

Der Store könnte der Renner sein, doch wenn die Angestellten eine derartig Mangelhafte Arbeitsleistung abliefern, fühlt man sich alles andere als Wohl! - Rentner Paar möchte an der Kasse bestellen, da sie Technisch nicht mit den Kiosk Tablets umgehen können. „Mitarbeiter lacht sie aus und sagt: „Nein nur Kiosk bestellen.“ - Essen kalt Käse nicht geschmolzen. - Mitarbeiter lästern offensichtlich über Gäste auf deren Heimat Sprache. - Gästebereich wird nicht beachtet. -Gäste werden warten gelassen weil private Gespräche wichtiger sind. Absolut schlechter Service.

Den Mitarbeitern kann man die Schuhe beim Laufen besohlen, langsamer geht es kaum. Aber nach einem Flug aus Großbritannien ist das bekannte, leckere Hühnchen zum normalen Preis, trotz Flughafen, eine Labsal.

Einfach nur Unfähigkeit.Zahlung registriert keiner wenn’s bar sein soll .Und langsam ohne Ende . Naja kein Wunder wenn da nur Leute arbeiten die keinen Bock haben .

Leider kann ich nichts positives zu diesem Restaurant sagen. Ich selber arbeite am Flughafen und habe öfter gesehen, wie die frittierten Pommes erneut in die Fritteuse gelegt wurden. Auf die Gäste gehen die Mitarbeiter null ein. Die sind einfach stur und wollen einfach das der Gast schnellstmöglich weg ist. Echt traurig. Daher bevorzuge ich des öfteren MC Donalds am Flughafen. Traurig.

Das leckerste Fastfood meiner Meinung, was es in D gibt. Sonst was man halt vom Fastfood Laden erwartet.

Ha salvato la mia serata dopo diversi ritardi aerei. Non c'era nient'altro di aperto all'interno dell'aeroporto, per cui la scelta era praticamente obbligata. Se dimentichiamo il barbone ubriaco cacciato dalla sicurezza e il commesso che ci ha fortemente consigliato di arrangiarci per fare l'ordinazione (c'è lo schermo digitale), il cibo non è male, anzi per una sera ti può aiutare a sopravvivere fino al giorno dopo.

An sich gut, essen war wie gewohnt gut. Jedoch mangelt es an Fachkräften und es hat länger als erwartet gedauert. Zusätzlich habe ich keinen kassenzettel aus dem bestellautomaten erhalten.

Ich weiss nicht wie man sich und seinen Körper hassen muss, um in Fastfood restaurants zu essen. Von Mac Donnalds und Burger King möchte ich gar nicht sprechen, aber von KFC könnte man wenigstens erwarten, dass ein Hänchenteil "gesünder" ist, als das Junkfood wie bei Mc Donnalds und Co. Wo man gar nicht weiss was das ist. Nicht desto trotz, gehe ich höchstens 1 Mal im Monat zu KFC und muss leider sagen, dass es letzte Zeit nicht nur teuerer geworden ist, sondern auch die Qualität stark nachgelassen hat. Dieses Jahr gehe ich auf jeden Fall nicht mehr hin, für 2 Personen 27 EUR bezahlt, für so eine "Qualitaät" viel zu viel. Hab mich noch ein mal überzeugt, daß die Ära des Fastfoods für mich zu Ende geht. (für das Geld kann man wo anders gesünder und besser essen) Mitarbeiter sind aber in ordnung.
