Every time I get involved with the McDrive because it's so close and every time it takes forever. That was the very last time. PS: I'm standing in Drive right now and I'm bored out of my mind.

It is fascinating! We only have Jieper every few years, but every time there is something. During Corona times we waited for three hours because one (!) employee was doing restaurant and deliveries, as he described to us. Yesterday we spontaneously stopped by after work. The veggie variants were made of meat without any indication and there was no burger. It can happen that something is missing, but packing meat instead of veggies is really not possible!!! Today we still had Jieper. We ordered via Lieferando. What can I say: There was no burger and the veggie versions were made of meat. Do your employees hate veggies? Is the lack of products a system to increase sales, or do your employees need to be trained again? I can't recommend this branch - especially not for veggies.

Bad service. Despite the information on the door, the branch is supposed to open at 7 a.m. Unfortunately, it is very often that the doors open much later and customers wait a long time at the door. Complaints were only listened to and the customer was given the feeling that they didn't care. Nothing was improved

McDonald's offers quick and cheap meals, but the quality varies. Sometimes the burgers are fresh and tasty, sometimes they are disappointing. The service is usually friendly, but the cleanliness sometimes leaves something to be desired. Overall okay, but there is room for improvement.

I was at the branch in Reißholz for breakfast. The order was fresh and of very good quality. The employees are very friendly. Unfortunately, I discovered that even at this early hour, the branch wasn't really cleaned thoroughly. There are still lots of leftover salad and traces of sauce on the benches and tables. Since there wasn't much to do at the moment, my comment at the checkout was immediately responded to and cleaned. It's just a shame that it's not generally done without “remarks”.

Every time I order from them, a portion of fries or a burger is missing or the order has been thrown in the bag.

I've never been to a branch that was so littered. The staff was completely overwhelmed and the burgers were somehow mixed together. Mine was drowned in sauce and almost impossible to enjoy. Overall, a really disgusting experience.

Waited 20 minutes for the order for a cold burger despite repeated requests. Still waiting for the new one here. Kitchen completely overwhelmed, a few are working and the rest are just in the way. And when I read the comments here, it probably happens like that more often. Waited another 10 minutes for my burger and when I asked, the employee turned around and handed me the burger cold, of course. The fries aren't nearly done either. Money spent, nothing. Unbelievably never

I didn't know about the bad reviews beforehand, but when we were there today I almost walked out backwards. Some of the tables hadn't been cleared and the store's "manager" didn't see it as his job to change anything. When I wanted to put our tray away, I only saw that the storage cupboard was already completely overflowing. The bad impression continues in the toilet, no soap and obviously it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. There was also an annoying beeping noise from the kitchen the entire time we were there. My guess is that some device was begging for attention but wasn't getting any. Very bad store, will never go there again.

There are always things unavailable at this McDonald's. It's so frustrating. Its better to assume that they don't have ice or ice cream to avoid disappointment. I notice that the quality is lower on weekends. Fries are not fresh, no table service, longer wait times and out of stock items.

No matter whether you order (unless the store just closes spontaneously) or eat there, it sucks.

The old fries in the Happy Meal were very bad.

Such a bad fast food restaurant. The employees don't know how to make an iced coffee and make shakes. You order table service because the queue was long and then when you serve you are told by employees that we don't offer table service. There are special signs on the seats saying “No, we do not offer table service on Sundays”. The waiting time was outrageously long. Our friend wanted takeaway food for her husband for over half an hour and the order was wrong. Never again McDonald's Trippelsberg.

Below average branch. Rolls lightly toasted, fries only fried to the bare minimum. It's super dirty especially in the evening, it's only cleaned once a day at best.

The employee won't let us eat and wants us to get a tablet even though everything is packed. Not recommendable.

I was completely surprised by the friendliness of the employee! It was already late, but I still had the impression that she had just begun her duties. And the cherry on top was that with my order I got burgers or Mc Rib's that were ordered but not picked up, free of charge. Cold but with micro... Actually, it's always hectic here in the evenings or at night

The worst restaurant this chain has. Old citizens are simply given extra requests and all the food is resold cold. Staff completely unfriendly. Branch manager out of place... Zero insight only justifications. The cheese would always be cold... I would have preferred to throw away the 13 euros...

Super bad, not clean, rude, unfriendly, arrogant, no table service

Great service. Store empty and wait 30 minutes for a latte. It's really ridiculous. It doesn't matter when you come here, it's always the same. From now on I will go to Burger King because the service is much better than here.

Low-quality food that is sold at a high price. Tastes like cardboard. It has nothing to do with fast food, you have to wait forever to pay and until you get your food. Loading is beneath all dignity, bad staff who complain in front of customers and say they want to quit, dirty loading.

Junk shop. Good for a small hunger and food is always warm. The really bad thing is the staff. Should have gotten 40 cents back, but I didn't and was complained about because the money given was too small. Thumbs down at that point.

Was with you today, was until now and the last time. Ordered Cola and got Fanta. Pomeranians were not slightly brown, but very light, so they were taken out of the fat too early and cold. Burger was cold, even though it had been in the compartment about 30 minutes ago. And the cleanliness I give to the other reviewers is also very unclean. And what came next, I gave my food back to nature, I felt so bad after the visit.

The food is typical McDonald's good. Unfortunately the office is very dirty. I walked past x number of tables until I found a reasonably clean table. There wasn't much going on in the time (45 minutes) that I ate there. Despite the fact that in my opinion there were enough staff and the tables were only 20% occupied, no one took care of the lobby. Food was brought to my table, I had to get my own napkins and therefore leave my food unattended. All in all, not so nice and much in need of improvement.

Unfortunately, it is not very pleasing, the menu is wrong, the menu is incomplete, the employees do not understand it.

Yesterday we were there again. Tables weren't cleared. Drinks were sold out except for peach ice cream. My Mc Rib was ok. But my husband's Big Mac only had one patty and fell apart at the first bite. Instead of vanilla ice cream, there was chocolate ice cream. Everything Overall a flop.

03/18/24 9:35 p.m. I really like my mcs but today I was truly speechless when I wanted to buy my son a happy meal, true, there was a young lady who insulted me the whole time and that was very difficult and very perverse When I asked her not to borrow she was very aggressive towards me and then I wanted to speak to the boss when the employees said that she was the boss and I was really disappointed. I like to go to mcs to switch off but from now on never again. From the end. (She's quite young)

Sunday morning in an otherwise empty “restaurant” except for 2 other customers, I was hit on by the cashier for giving my order out to other customers. Apparently she didn't even ask for the pickup number but simply gave it out. When I was supposed to receive the (wrong) order from the other customers and asked her about her mistake, she started to complain: I should then pick up the order from the other guests at the table (keyword hygiene). When I complained that she had given out the order incorrectly and that it was now cold, she replied that it was not her fault and that the customers could be expected to cooperate. Clearly pissed off, she then made the hot dishes for me again, but this action lost my appetite on an otherwise relaxed Sunday morning. As I noticed, she also mixed up the other customers' orders + the outside area wasn't open yet. With all understanding, what happened to “Sorry, I made a mistake”…. Unfortunately my last visit here

You might think that the photos uploaded in the reviews were fake. Unfortunately no. It really always looks like this here. Either they have a resource problem or they don't feel like clearing out the trash... 🤷 Food was actually the same as always when you dine at the golden seagull. Oh, I almost forgot... Regarding the order and delivery time: I could have easily done an evening study on waste management in that time... Kind of a freak shop 🤭

No McDonald's branch that I have ever visited was so dirty, almost neglected. There were leftover food everywhere, on the floor and on the tables. The tray cart didn't look like it was emptied regularly either. Our own tray still had mayor leftovers from the guest before us stuck to it. Really sad to see that neither the employees nor the store manager care what the guests find there.

Unfortunately, the toilets smell. This is the first time we experienced something like this in a MC.

Visually, the restaurant is reminiscent of the newer, more dignified version of a typical McD. The ordering terminals are close to each other, so it sometimes gets tight. In terms of maritime service, there is still a lot of room for improvement. It was not uncommon for something to be forgotten when ordering in the past. That's why: always check immediately, otherwise you'll be annoyed if the burger, fries or 20-count nuggets (yes, that's happened to me several times) are forgotten. Regarding cleanliness: when it is full the floor often sticks. This restaurant is not an isolated case, but it is still annoying. Especially for parents with small children, something like this can be very annoying when the little ones are crawling in there.

Disrespectful this "shift manager" who doesn't know how to deal with a customer is just disgusting to load and the employees. I would report how they work there.

The employees didn't understand anything about customer friendliness. Orders simply weren't accepted because a code didn't work on the MCdrive and when we said that we could take it without a discount, they said they didn't have time - bad luck! The employees seem totally overwhelmed and the store is dirty. Is there actually any cleaning/clearing up here?? In addition, sometimes something is missing when ordering.

My order was really bad tonight guys—- I had the worst crispy chicken sandwich that was so stale, dry, and the salad was brown guys.. horrible!! This can’t happen again.

I've ordered several times now and something is always missing. Ordered in ten cases and in at least 8 cases something was always missing. Either sauces or fries. It particularly annoys me when the orders are for my children. Just today the HappyMeal only had fries. The nuggets were missing. Looking into the sad and rightly disappointed children's eyes was truly heartbreaking. I will now think twice about ordering there again.

Mitarbeiter sind bis jetzt immer sehr nett gewesen.Das Restaurant ist,zumindest Abends und am Wochenende oft sehr schmierig und leicht vermüllt.Beim Essen lief bis jetzt leider immer irgendwo etwas schief.Meist fehlte irgendwas oder die Qualität lies zu wünschen übrig.Habe zuletzt 2 Große Pommes,einen Royal Käse und einen BigMac gekauft.Pommes sind extrem wenig verpackt worden und geschmacklich waren diese nur matschig.Burger sind wieder mal über der vorgeschriebenen Haltezeit verkauft worden.Preisleistung mangelhaft.

Bei so einem Dreck macht es kein Spaß!!! Hier hinzusetzen,geschweige etwas zu Essen. Bei den Preisen kann man wohl einen sauberen Tisch und Boden erwarten.

Ich war jetzt schon zweimal in dieser McDonald’s Filiale am Trippelsberg 4 in Düsseldorf Reisholz. Noch nie habe ich einen so unhygienischen McDonald’s erlebt. Es wird offensichtlich nicht sauber gemacht, der Boden klebt, auf den Tischen liegen Essensreste und der Papierspender war leer. Es kam sogar so weit, dass ich die Tische aufräumen wollte, aber die Abstellwagen für die Tabletts waren überfüllt. Es ist frustrierend zu sehen, dass dies laut Google Bewertungen bekannt ist. Fragt sich, ob sich die Geschäftsleitung oder der Filialleiter darüber Gedanken macht?

Die Portionen werden kleiner und teurer. Doch manchmal möchte man etwas, dafür die Coupons für eine Kleinigkeit. Satt wird man etwas aber nicht lange.

Sehr dreckige Tische und Boden. Nach dem wir dem Personal Bescheid gesagt hatten das es alles sehr dreckig ist wird nichts unternommen nur rumgestanden. Das Personal steht mit 6 Personen in der Küche und unterhält sich anstatt zu arbeiten. Das war auf jedendall mein erster und letzter Besuch bei diesem McDonald’s.

Extra 2 burger ohne ketchup bestellt beide waren trotzdem mit ketchup obwohl man es klar gesagt hat..

Haben heute was bei McDonalds gekauft und mit nachhause mitgenommen.Alles war in ordnung bis mein bruder seinen hamburger essen wollte und wir dann das weiße was mann auf dem bild sehen kann entdeckt haben.Wir wissen nicht was es ist wahrscheinlich Schimmel oder so.Werde aufjedenfall nicht mehr dort hingehen!Passt lieber auf was ihr bestellt und isst!!

Habe schon bessere Filialen der Kette gesehen. Die Bestellung wurde ohne größere Wartezeit an den Tisch gebracht, trotzdem war der Burger kalt. Das Ambiente ist Mittelmaß. Einrichtung wirkte auf mich etwas überholt und wenig einladend. Aber das ist Geschmackssache! Bei der Sauberkeit in den Sanitäreinrichtungen besteht allerdings sehr starker Handlungsbedarf. Kein Ort den man ein weiteres Mal aufsuchen möchte! Die Desinfektion-Spender waren alle leer, Papierhandtücher sucht man ebenfalls vergeblich.

Wie üblich Probleme mit der fehlenden vollständigen Ordnung, kann ich nicht empfehlen

Saß schlechteste McDonalds was ich bis jetzt gesehen habe. Der Boden klebt so doll das wir Angst hatten fest zukleben. Dreckige Tische volle Wage mit benutzte Tapletts. Unter den Tischen lag Müll herum, Tische klebten und waren mehr als dreckig. Personal am Schalter war schlecht gelaunt und nicht Freundlich. Als wir fragten ob der Tisch abgewischt werden könnte kamm jemand machte dies auch sehr zügig, wir sagen noch mal Danke dafür. Aber erst sauber machen nach Aufforderung??? Dieses verstehe ich nicht.....

Bei jeder Bestellung wird etwas vergessen, das Restaurant ist immer verdreckt, nicht zu empfehlen.

Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Bedienung war schnell. Dennoch der McDonalds typische Einheitsbrei.

We have had a very good experience with this MC. The order was processed fast, even if the restaurant was crawded with people. The burgers were fresh and hot, they were also taisty, I really enjoyed them. Just look how much fries we'received ✌️ they were as well fresh and hot, taisted good.

ein wenig schusselig...bei McDrive auf die Vollständigkeit achten !....Sonst okee.... Frühstück NUR bis 10:00 Uhr (NICHT, wie offiziell angegeben 10:30) und die McMuffins sind kleiner geworden.....

Ist halt ein Mc's. Für alles außer Eis und shakes eine Notlösung.

Nach 20 !!! Minuten warten bei MC Donalds Drive , hupten die Autofahrer hinter mir! Ich hatte den Motor schon aus gemacht, wegen der Umwelt. Ich fragte an der Sprechanlage, wann es denn los geht..... Dann bekam ich ein genervtes: Sie wünschen?! Ich bestelle ein Happy Meal, bezahlte und sollte wieder auf den Parkplatz fahren💩😱‼️☠️ Ich fragte aufgeregt: Was ist wenn Sie mich vergessen? Nö nö , war die Antwort! Nach 20 weiteren Minuten bekam ich die Bestellung ohne Ketchup, ohne Gabel und ohne Geschenk 🎁 Nie wieder werde ich mich so stressen lassen von MC Doof!!!! Schande

Edit: 30 Minuten anstehen für 2 Burger!!! Und das bei einem gerade mal zur Hälfte gefüllten Laden. Ihr seid einsame Spitze 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Um 17 Uhr sind wir auf den Parkplatz gefahren für ein!!!!! Happy Meal. Wir hatten 3 Autos vor uns. Um 17:30 Uhr sind wir wieder vom Hof gefahren. Die Wartezeiten in diesem Laden sind absolut unterirdisch. Da lohnt es sich manchmal in die Stadt zu fahren wenn es denn ein MC Donalds sein soll. Da bin ich immer noch wesentlich schneller wieder zurück. Innenraum sehr häufig unsauber schmuddelich. Wir meiden in Zukunft diesen Laden.

Alles okay soweit. Leider ist der Service manchmal, wenn sehr viel los ist, ein wenig überfordert. Trotzdem 5 Sterne, denn unter Stress passieren manchmal Fehler. Diese werden auch anstandslos behoben, selbst als mir nach einer halben Stunde erst aufgefallen ist, dass ein falscher Burger eingepackt wurde, bekam ich den richtigen sofort und frisch zubereitet ausgehändigt. Es wurde sogar darauf verzichtet, dass ich den alten, falsch eingepackten, abgebe. Somit konnte ich den falschen zuhause noch mal aufwärmen und ihn zusätzlich noch verspeisen. Deshalb habt ihr die 5 Sterne verdient. Aus anderen McDonalds Filialen kenne ich es anders, da wird rumgemeckert und nicht kooperiert.

Es kommt nur alle zwei bis drei Monate vor, dass wir "Appetit" auf Essen von McDonals haben. Leider ist dieses "Restaurant" das nächstgelegene und so war ich heute mal wieder hier. Ich kann nicht sagen, ob es an der ausgesuchten Unfähigkeit des Am Trippelsberg beschäftigten Personals liegt, oder an einem systematisch eingeübten Betrug. Es ist eigentlich völlig egal, welche Saucen man bestellt. Der freundliche Buffetier wirft irgendetwas in die Tüte. Das wäre ja noch zu ertragen, wenn er denn auch das bestellte und bezahlte Essen vollständig einpacken würde. Nein, diesmal fehlten zwei Cheeseburger. Vielleicht ein Glück, dass man sie nicht auch noch essen musste. Andererseits hätte ich sie dann aber nicht bezahlen wollen. Eine solche Manoklieferung ist mir gerade in diesem Geschäft zum wiederholten Male passiert. Niemals war zu viel eingepackt, immer zu wenig. Natürlich hätte ich die Ware auspacken und kontrollieren sollen. In dem brechend vollen Laden ist eine solche Warenkontrolle leider nicht so einfach, abgesehen davon, dass auch noch das restliche Essen kalt wird. Ich habe seit heute Abend ein für alle Male von diesem Franchisenehmer, der wohlweislich auf dem Kartenbeleg seine Identität verschweigt, die Nase voll. Hier nie wieder.

UPDATE: NACHDEM WIR NUN EINIGE MALE DORT WAREN, MUSS ICH MEINE ERSTE BEWERTUNG ÄNDERN. DIE FILIALE IST DRECKIG UND ZUGEMÜLLT. DIE ZU WENIGEN MITARBEITER MASSLOS ÜBERFORDERT. DIE WAGEN FÜR DIE TABLETTS WERDEN NICHT GERÄUMT, SOMIT STEHEN DIE BENUTZTEN TABLETTS AUF DEN TISCHEN. ES WIRD NICHTS SAUBER GEMACHT. Diese Filiale ist immer sehr gut besucht,deshalb hat man auch längere Wartezeiten. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sauber und ordentlich. MC Drive ist stark frequentiert.
