Unfortunately, it's very dirty, but that's just the customers' fault. The restrooms stink quite a bit. Maybe they should clean them every hour. Service: Unfortunately, not everything was in the bathroom several times, but they fixed that immediately.

Yes, in the summer you can sit outside. 4 stars, but the food could have been hotter.

I don't recommend the delivery service. If something's forgotten, it's not a problem in itself; it can happen to anyone. Then you're told to pick up the food or come back another day to get it. It's outrageous. You order something because you can't pick it up and because you want to eat it today, not tomorrow. The employees there have no understanding. End of story: no food, no money.

I'm not surprised by the bad reviews I've read. It was just disgustingly dirty, and there was a long hair in my burger, which took away my appetite.

We were used to ordering and eating. The cleanliness of the restaurant and the restrooms were abysmal during our visit. Luckily, there was still a table without a pile of trash.

We wanted a nice breakfast and wanted to use the service to bring it to our table. Then the breakfast was brought to us reluctantly, with the attitude of eat or die. The scrambled egg roll was ice cold. The "freshly" made McEgg was lukewarm. The cup of cocoa was served in a paper coffee cup. That's unacceptable. No cutlery and no plate. We've experienced things differently. Animals are treated better there. And for dessert, we had diarrhea and nausea. In retrospect, I'm not surprised at all that we were the only guests.

Dear employees and future customers, After much consideration, I am sending this review on behalf of the state of Düsseldorf (District 9). It's a culinary adventure for the taste buds. If you've ever wanted to know how soggy bread, unmotivated employees, and fries that look like they were fried before the fall of the Berlin Wall fit together – you've come to the right place. My burger was so sad I almost felt sorry for it. It hung crookedly from the cardboard box like a broken dream. Thank you to everyone who reads this review. Think carefully about whether you want to visit this abnormally poorly cleaned, garbage-smelling, and extremely rancid shop in the future.

I can't recommend McDonald's under any circumstances. I was there with my wife today. It's dirty and the place has a strange smell. All of the toilets are not clean; the paper in the ladies' room is not put in properly so you can't use it. Now for the food, first the drinks were wrong and then the order was not complete, the burgers were cold, the chicken wings were cold, dry, old and tough. It's been a long time since I've seen a place that absolutely needs to be closed like this one. The staff are totally overwhelmed and not really qualified, arrogant and just try to play down their mistakes, no apology, nothing.

Friday afternoon, 2:45 p.m., you're standing at the drive-thru, looking like an idiot. No one's taking your order because everyone else is standing at the checkout line, chatting. And they're leaving the customers standing there or simply ignoring them because the conversations are more important.

The Big Mac was missing! I had an order: 1 6-piece nuggets, 1 MC Plant, and 1 Big Mac, and I was at the MC Drive-In today, May 22, 2025, at around 10:15 PM. I paid €18 and noticed at home that the Big Mac was missing. How is it possible that one of the 3 items is missing? €18 for nuggets and a burger? Next time, I'll get two kebabs and a fries! It's a system at McDonald's that something is always "forgotten." Really annoying!

I have been going here a lot in the past few months. But in the past month, they have been messing up my order. I am allergic to tomatoes. The first time this happens. The nice lady gave me a croissant. Unfortunately I paid 4€ for mc wrap bacon and egg. the second time, I even showed them a picture. I don't think I'll be going back to this McDonald's. I paid 8€ for something I can't eat.

Well, this place employs people who either can't read, or I don't know what the answer is, but there hasn't been a single time when the order has been complete. Something always gets forgotten. Always. But forgetting six cheeseburgers is quite an achievement. Never again.

Unfortunately, it's very dirty and untidy. Drinks taste watered down. According to the staff, glasses aren't there (although some customers were given them after I ordered). When I asked, I was rudely told that I had to prove I didn't get a glass. Simply avoid this McKinsey and report it to the franchisee.

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my visit to the McDonald's at Trippelsberg 4 in Düsseldorf. As soon as I entered the restaurant I noticed how dirty it was. There were paper napkins and leftover food on the floor, and everything in the seating area also looked unkempt. What was particularly annoying was that the tables were not cleaned. Almost every table was covered with old food residue or sticky stains, which made the stay very unpleasant. You first had to find a reasonably clean place or ask the staff to clean something - which I don't think should be the case when visiting a fast food restaurant. The staff wasn't unfriendly, but seemed overwhelmed and didn't really try to keep the cleanliness under control. It's a shame, because the food was okay - but you just don't want to eat in such an environment. I hope that more emphasis will be placed on hygiene here in the future. Unfortunately it wasn't a pleasant visit for me.

I would prefer not to give any stars at all, but unfortunately there is no other way. By far the worst McDonald's there is in Germany. The food tastes like it was made yesterday and put in the microwave for today, not fresh at all! The fries were also completely raw. I had to wait 45 minutes for my order and they forgot to put my food in the cup. After I got my food, the fries were very salty and the burger was too spicy. There was trash everywhere and it was rarely cleaned up. The staff wasn't the best either. The only good thing was the Coca-Cola (you could see where they had filled the cups with Coke, which was 95% water and 5% syrup). Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's restaurant to anyone.

I had a great visit to McDonald's today! The staff was friendly and helpful, the order came quickly and was prepared perfectly. I was particularly impressed by the freshly prepared burger menu, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was also pleasant. I will definitely come back.

I've only been a customer once or twice a month for 20 years. Double Hamburger Royal with cheese and milkshake etc. etc. At times at the car counter. Now as a visitor. The quality was always good and tasty. The service is ok. I'm 70 and think the touchscreen ordering is very good. P.S. Since 2025 I have no longer been convinced. Even the Hamburger Royal with cheese doesn't seem fresh.

Unfortunately our visit to McDrive today was a disappointment. The only positive thing: The employee at the counter was super friendly! But the rest was all the worse - the fries were cold, the burger carelessly slapped into the bag and completely squashed. Unfortunately, the McWrap didn't have much to do with a wrap. An imposition – this McDonald’s is an absolute disaster! I am really shocked by what I experienced here. It was by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to! The Chicken McNuggets were soggy, cold and just plain disgusting. The gift from the Happy Meal was forgotten - and this in a children's meal, where that is a central point! The Sprite tasted absolutely nothing like Sprite, just like water - completely inedible. When I complained at the checkout I expected to be taken seriously, but instead I was laughed at! And then the absolute highlight: an employee seriously tried my cup to “test” whether the Sprite really tasted bad. This was not only completely unprofessional, but simply disgusting and incredibly disrespectful. The McChicken was the next low point: undercooked, soggy and half stuck in the packaging so I couldn't even eat it properly. That wasn't food, that was an imposition! I'm appalled that something like this would even pass as standard at McDonald's. I will NEVER enter this store again and can only advise everyone to avoid it! What happened here is an absolute disgrace.

A younger lady at the counter totally rude this evening at 7:05 p.m. The store is full and she attacks everyone. The store was never well managed and we waited 20 minutes for a Happy Metal. A mother with her two children was treated very unkindly. It doesn't work at all! The management should see who works there.

Review for McDonald's: Unfortunately a disappointing experience. We ordered through Wolt, but only half of our order was delivered. When we called the restaurant, we were rudely told that there was “nothing they could do” and that we would either have to wait for the next Wolt driver or hold out until 10 p.m. until the employee got off work. The whole thing was even commented on with a laugh from the employee - an absolute disgrace! When I pointed out that I would then request the money back via Wolt, this was simply responded to snippily with “Yes, then do that.” Service definitely looks different. Mistakes can happen, but such rude treatment of customers is unacceptable. Very disappointing, and next time we'll order somewhere else!

As far as the food is concerned, I won't go into detail because in my opinion MC food is always the same, but what really sets it apart is the service and the quality/cleanliness. Unfortunately, in this branch it is very common to get the wrong dishes or parts are missing. The cleanliness could also be better. During our last visit the entire floor was sticky. Some of the leftover food was still on the tables and the carts for the food tablets were full. The staff at the counter is friendly and always tries to help you.

The food tastes really good. We have 46 nuggets and none were missing. Promote this one chill employee with a cap and glasses, such a correct and chill guy.
