How can a one-burger order take over 15 minutes in a fast food shop with five staff and three guests? Lack of coordination, obvious prioritization of take-away customers and then not even empirically enough to apologize or explain. Extremely poor service and the bar isn't even high for a chain with standard procedures. Recommend? No.

Very bad experience with my order at McDonald's. The fries arrived burnt and not crispy, and the burger didn't taste as good as usual. Also, some ingredients were missing, like the jalapeños in the double chili cheese burger, which spoiled the taste. What was worse was that I had stomach pains all night long. It appears the food was not fresh or properly prepared. The store manager obviously has no sense of responsibility, and the employees are also damaging McDonald's reputation through poor service and negligence. The manager and all staff should be replaced to improve quality and provide better experience to customers.

Some of the burgers look like they were just thrown together and you're lucky if everything somehow sticks together. This McDonalds will still get a grade of 5 from me in 2025.

One star is even too much for this branch. The order usually takes so long. *more often* they make mistakes when ordering and end up with either a cheeseburger without meat 😗or a Bigtasty with bacon. Although it was mentioned 3 times on the McDrive without having bacon. These repeated mistakes are not only annoying but also a waste of money as I am paying for something that is not what I want. Never again in this branch 👎👎👎👎👎 and I hope that you take the situation seriously and train your employees accordingly so that your branch avoids such mistakes in the future.

I was there just for a coffee. I didn't eat anything but the service was great. The coffee was brought to my table and then sugar was brought again. Great... service like this hasn't been standard for a long time. The structure of the restaurant is simply McDonald's but reasonably clean, there are others too. What should be paid more attention to is the cleanliness of the toilets. The toilet wasn't that clean. The hardest part was when I got a reusable cup with a disposable lid. When I asked where the right lid was, they said I had to buy coffee then you can have a lid like that. I've never been told that in a McDonald's. I always got a clever lid, no matter what drink. End of the song, after 2 minutes of driving the lid was totally covered in smoky water and my clothes were messed up. Thanks again for nothing. Shabby, just shabby! The store itself looks pretty good and is clean. Unfortunately, if you forget to put your parking disc on, you'll immediately get a ticket. This is a very good McDonald's: Clean, Cheap, Quick. One can order via a drive-in, an app, or the classical dine-in. The restaurant has tables in- and outside and there is a little projector game for kids. As already mentioned, the restaurant is very clean (toilets included), however the blasting music and the ringing make it somewhat uncomfortable to eat inside. It has vegetarian/vegan burgers and nuggets. I tried them and was positively sursprised!

Der mit Abstand ekelhafteste MCDonalds in ganz Düsseldorf ! Hygiene haben die ganzen Facharbeiter noch nie gehört ! Essen wird auch direkt nach dem putzen (natürlich alles ohne Handschuhe) angefasst und serviert ! wenn der Burger mal Putzmittel schmeckt ! nicht wundern ! die Tische durchgehend verdreckt ! kann hier jedem nur sehr sehr stark abraten dort IRGENDWAS zu essen!!! Ekelfaktor 10/10 !!!!!!!!

Die Tische dort sind sehr dreckig und man muss sie selber erstmal sauber machen damit man dort überhaupt essen kann. Und über die Toiletten sage ich lieber nichts

Das Essen ist auch für Fastfood Verhältnisse nicht mehr gerechtfertigt. Die Burger sind oft schon Eiskalt und scheinen eine Zeitlang bereits in der Auslage gelegen zu sein. Auch wenn ich den Tischservice in Anspruch nehmen möchte muss man sein Essen abholen. Ansonsten geht man Leer aus. Das Personal wirkt oft unorganisiert und Chaotisch. Stühle sind bereits alle Hochgestellt auch bei 1 Stunde vor Geschäftsschluss. Hier läd nichts zum verweilen ein.

Sehr sauber. Ich fragte an der Kasse nach Salz für die Pommes, worauf mir die Angestellte sagte, dass genug Salz auf den Pommes sei und sie sonst keins hätte. Anstatt mit dem Kollegen Smalltalk zu halten, hätte man vielleicht mal eher die Vorräte an der Kasse auffüllen sollen

Plant Nuggets bestellt, normale bekommen. Apfeltasche bestellt gar keine bekommen. Papier für die Quittung vom Bestellautomaten war leer, daher kein Beleg um umtauschen zu können. Boden Ultra verdreckt etc. Mehr muss man nicht sagen.

Wir waren gegen 20.00 Uhr dort. 3 Gäste mit uns im Restaurant. Die Restewagen quollen alle über, die Tische verdreckt. Personal war genug vorhanden, hatten mehr damit zutun, Freunde zu begrüßen und Spaß zu haben. Hätten sie keine McDonalds Kleidung angehabt, wäre man nicht von Servicemitarbeiter ausgegangen.

In der Stadt und sonst wo sind die Mc Donalds Filialen um Klassen besser Das Personal, das an der Grafenbergerallee arbeitet sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden so schnell es geht oder jemand sollte zum Prüfen dahin gehen! Wichtig Beleidigung auf eigener sprache gegenüber Kunden

Vllt der langsamste, chaotischste und unfreundlichste McD-Filiale in Deutschland. Völlig überforderte Mitarbeiter, chaotische Zustände und dann auch noch unfreundlich wenn man höflich nach 10min fragt wo die Bestellung bleibt.

Freute mich auf ein Menü mit meinem Mann und 2 Jährige Tochter. Allerdings nach dem Bestellen ging das Drama schon los. Es gab keine Servietten mehr. Auf Nachfrage gab es Erfrischungstücher. Obwohl das Restaurant wenig besucht war zu dem Zeitpunkt und genug Personal da war, klebten unsere Füße am Boden da sie klebrig war. Alle Tische waren dreckig, alte Müll gehäufte Tabletts öagen drauf. Weil die Tabletts sammelstationen Beide voll waren. Die Pommes war Salz los als mein Mann dies beanstandet hat, hieß es Mc Donalds sei pleite es gäbe kein Salz. Wir haben mini Tütchen Salz zum selber würzen erhalten. Der Fisch Burger sah aus als ob er eine Achterbahnfahrt hinter sich hatte. Naja, meine Tochter die Pommes liebt hat nur einmal probiert und nicht mehr angefasst. Schade um das Geld. Die Menüs sind ja auch nicht mehr billig. Am schlimmsten war der zugemüllte anblick. Schade.....

Wir bestellten ein paar Heißgetränke, welche wir im Restaurant tranken. Die Zubereitung hat wirklich lange gedauert obwohl wir die einzigen Kunden waren. Vielleicht sollten die Mitarbeiter am Kaffeeautomaten erneut geschult werden. Die Mitarbeiter Kasse/Kaffeeautomat haben die ganze Zeit ausländisch miteinander gesprochen, was ich als Kunde respektlos finde. Positiv ist die "Spiel-Ecke" für Kinder. Sauberer könnte der Gastraum allerdings sein. P.S. Schön wäre, wenn es schon die Option gibt, seinen Kaffee etc. im Restaurant zu trinken und im Display (Terminal) die reguläre Tasse angezeigt werden, dann würde ich mich über diese freuen und nicht über einen Pappbecher.

Von den labbrigen Riffelkartoffeln mal abgesehen ist der Laden das pure Chaos. Der McDrive ist Ultra unübersichtlich und eng, man wird angemeckert dass man in irgendeiner Zone bestellen soll die man absolut nicht sieht. Bei der Laune des Mitarbeiters scheine ich nicht der erste zu sein dem das passiert. Das erste Bestellfenster war zu und nicht besetzt, deswegen bin ich durch zum falschen. Wenn man dann aufs Essen wartet wird man angemeckert dass man sich falsch hingestellt hat, dafür gäbe es - wer hätte es gedacht - auch wieder eine Zone, die auf der engen Ausfahrt auch nur anhand letzter Farbreste zu erahnen ist (wenn man bei Tageslicht genau hinsieht). Schlechtester Mcdonals.

Leider trifft es nicht nur auf diesen MC Donald's zu, dass er ganz schön ungepflegt ist aber dieser, an der Grafenberger Allee, ist besonders dreckig und chaotisch. Das Essen ist standardmäßig ok aber das Umfeld, innen wie außen, ist eine Katastrophe. Schade, es geht auch anders ...
